From time to time, I have to go out of town. Family calls, other business calls, and you gotta do what you gotta do. But I'm here and I want to thank you all. I want to thank the folks that sent in on the program, all the affiliates, most of all, you, the greatest of great audiences. There's really so much to tackle here, and I want to go deep with you in a moment. But I also want to announce what I've kind of hinted at over the past couple of months. I will, in fact, be launching, they call it a vidcast. It's a podcast with a video, next Tuesday, and it's going to be called Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. That would be me. I want to make it clear to all of you in the radio world and our great affiliates and satellite and so forth, radio is the mothership. You can do things on radio, with radio that you can't do on or with anything else. And it is my first love. And my goal is to build up the radio audience with the overlay of the video cast, which will be three days a week for about 45 minutes. 40. 45 minutes each. So basically, these, these don't work in parallel. They work in a synchronized way where I bring new audiences to radio and radio audiences to the video casts that is podcast with a video. What we have found through our own research is there's about a 7% overlay overlap between the radio audience and our current radio podcast, which is basically a truncated form of the radio program in podcast form, 7%. I would like to bring more people in the podcast videocast world to radio and more people to the videocast world. So these will be fresh, independent types of programs. And I think it's going to work out beautifully, and I think it'll serve as a. As a model for radio stations, radio companies and radio hosts. As a matter of fact, there are no big radio hosts who are doing this regional host. Some will have some station, some audience, but this program is a nationally syndicated program in every corner of the country, in fact, all over the world. And so I feel this is a way to breathe additional strength into audience share and radio, and vice versa. Again, we'll see how it goes. I think it's going to go beautifully, and there's no better audience than. Than you to do this with Liberty's Voice, with Mark Levin, because that's what we're going to talk a lot about. I want to talk about it right now. There's a lot of things we could talk about. We will, but I want to start off with this proposition. As I was on a. With my wife on the jet flying back to the homeland. Homeland. We were in the United States, but you understand what I mean. I got a National Geographic magazine, the most influential figures of ancient history. It is a incredible magazine. This particular series, absolutely incredible. When you read about these emperors and these empires, the vast majority of which were brutal, the vast majority of whom were evil. Not all, but most. The wanton killing. And this is how most of these men became famous. But in this entire magazine, which is quite substantial, it goes through all kinds of emperors and kings and leaders and so forth and so on. Pharaohs. It was this line that caught my attention. Ready for this? This one line caught my attention. Before emerging first as their rivals and ultimately as their rulers. The process in which ambitious people at the margins of an established society became its masters would be repeated throughout history by great empire builders from the Romans who conquered Greece and the Mongols who overran China. And in so many instances, the ambitions of people at the margins of an established society became its masters, would be repeated throughout history. Something is happening to the west and more to my concern, the United States. That really has never happened before. As I got to thinking about all this, When they're talking about conquering, they're talking about physically, militarily, conquering a society, an established society and culture. I can't think of any example of.

This is the biggest battle that we've ever had to fight. This generation, my generation, our generation. And we must engage. We're watching what's happened to Europe. Europe's only about five years ahead of us. That's it. What was done to this country by Biden and Obama has already severely damaged it. And by the RINOs who acquiesce to it, who accede to it. They're no better. They're no better. And I'll go further by the Tucker Carlson's and his ilk who are literally traitors to this country, selling out their own country with slick talk, with deceit and evasion and conniving, giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Who is the enemy? Islamist regimes are the enemy.

You see folks, this is an ideology that goes back most prominently to the seventh century or so.

If I had to pick a period, 1500s and 1600s, the men who our.

The John Lockes, the Montesquieu and so many others, talking about individual freedom, God given rights to each individual. Each individual is a sovereign creature of God. And that sovereignty, a circle of sovereignty around each human being that must not be penetrated or molested by government or by anybody else. The right to life is the number one, the number one natural right. God given right, which is exactly what the Islamist wants to take away and control and enslave. This fusion I've talked about, I've written about for decades between the Judeo Christian belief system which far predates Islam. Far predates it. Islam about 700 years after Christianity. Which is why I laugh in a furious way, if you will, when people say, oh, the Jews are on the land of the Arab Muslims. It's not even possible. It's not even possible. There were no Arab Muslims 4000 years ago in Judea and Samaria, oh, the west bank of Jordan. There was no Jordan Kingdom 120 years ago. There were no Palestinians 60 years ago.

Well, I suppose I can't really blame or criticize the media for what is seems like the non stop coverage of the Nancy Guthrie situation. It is compelling and there is some breaking news now with the video.

Video that the technicians have obviously been working on the FBI and the private sector at some level, extensively, apparently to recover some of the video after the perpetrator apparently pulled it out of the wall or whatever he did. And it is interesting to see what they found and I think just a matter of time now. And we pray that she's alive. It's a long time to go without her heart meds and there was blood and God knows what the hell happened. God knows what the hell happened. It's very sad. And so are the other People who were murdered today. I'm not saying she was murdered. I'm just saying families that have been destroyed and those who were destroyed over the weekend. It is odd though, just as a commentator, just as a viewer, a thinker, which individuals, which families, which lives seem to draw the most attention. I mean it, or even if we're not talking about that, look at this ICE situation. Virtually every single mishap by ice, which is completely understandable given the number of people they're dealing with, illegal aliens that the Democrats let in. And also given the extent of the chaos as a result of unconstitutionally separatist sanctuary cities and states. From time to time they get the wrong person because they're not getting help in this situation. It's very dangerous when they're picking people up. And so the media is all over that. And they're being fed this information by immigration lawyers, by immigration front groups, by radical left wing activists because they don't know on their own anything. They're fed this information. But how many reports did we see today on the number of people who were raped by illegal aliens? None. How many reports did we see today on the number of people who are killed by illegal aliens? None. How many reports have we seen today on the number of women who were sold into sex slavery in the prior regime? None. Or the children who are missing under the prior regime? None. Funny in a sick way, is it not? The media focus, because the media do not care anymore. They know that we know, that they are left wing, that they are Democrat, that they are a mouthpiece for the Democrat party.

Now we can go on. Seven years ago today, my mother passed away three days shy of her 89th birthday. I think about my parents a lot because I wouldn't be who I am without them. They taught me principles. They taught me to be a gentleman. They taught me to confront and take on the bullies. They taught me to love my country, to love my faith. They taught me to be friendly to friends and wary of enemies. They were tremendous patriots. Tremendous patriots. And I often wonder, because my mother passed away about five months after My father, what they think about what's going on in this country today. My father passed October 15th, seven years ago, seven and a half now. My mother, seven years ago from today. The Islamists weren't on the run. We didn't have the river to the sea, violent protests taking place. The virulent anti Semitism was obviously under the radar. But that said, he didn't see it, he didn't feel it most of the time. I think they'd be very upset. I'm glad they didn't have to see it, I truly am. So when I see these things about death and mothers being, I don't know, kidnapped, killed, whatever makes me think about this. And these are the principles and values and traditions that I hold. We spent a little time today, really three of us, preparing for the video podcast, or vodcast, I guess they call it, that we're going to launch on Tuesday. And we tape some of the clips that we'll be releasing soon. And I hope you'll watch it, I hope you'll join us. And one of the points I mentioned and I want to mention to you is why would I do this Now? I have a fantastic radio program, fantastic TV program. I write my books. Why? Well, part of the reason I discussed last evening, I see an overlap with radio and TV and these, these video podcasts where one can grow the other. And I believe in that to get to as many people as I can because I'm mission oriented. I'm an activist for our country. The name of the program is Liberty's Voice with Mark Levin. Liberty's Voice, that is a name that we protected legally about a decade ago when I started Conservative Review tv. And it is a name I've always wanted to use and we are using it now for the video podcast. This will launch on Tuesday, about 12pm Eastern time. Normally it will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but next week it'll be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. But why did I do it from a substantive point of view? I don't need any more work. I don't need any more money. I'm putting money into it. I don't know if money will ever come out of it. I don't want any billionaires or millionaires funding me. I don't want any people with contacts with foreign governments funding me. This is an entrepreneurial endeavor, just as Conservative Review TV was an entrepreneurial endeavor.

Problem is they blame Donald Trump. Ladies and gentlemen, this precedes Donald Trump in a big, big way. We have created a massive welfare state. We've got Democrats that even open our welfare to illegal aliens. They don't monitor it. The General Accounting Office, ever since I was a kid will put out reports talking about how anywhere from 150 billion to a quarter of a trillion dollars is lost in waste, fraud and abuse. The 250 billion number more recent and nobody cares. And then Doge comes along, Elon Musk trying to cut waste, fraud and abuse and he's attacked. How dare you. The President has in fact cut the size of the federal bureaucracy by about 400,000. That's a big deal. That's a very big deal. And we had very good job numbers today, particularly in the private sector. Double what the so called experts were expecting.

It or nearly was really the icing on the cake. A massive multi trillion dollar budget on top, on top of extra trillion spent on Covid that just blew the roof off the debt. The interest on the debt now is much larger than our defense budget.

Our defense budget is about half the size it was under Reagan as a percentage of the gdp.

President's doing everything he can to fix that. He's talked about the need for another half a trillion dollars and he's 100% right. The problem is so much of our money has been squandered, redistributed, spent on everything our government is not supposed to be spending it on. Not in a free economy. There's nothing there. And that's what happens. That's what happens when you have a massive depression, papers printed. So you have a depression. With inflation, stagflation, you got plenty of paper money. You got nothing to buy. This, by the way, is the situation in Iran right now while we negotiate.

The findings of the Congressional Budget Office in its annual long term forecast for the federal budget released today, compared with its annual long term forecast for the budget released on Wednesday, compared with its projections before Mr. Trump took office. The federal government is now expected to run a $23.1 trillion shortfall over the next nine years. Just nine years.

In nine years, they're telling us we will be at 51 trillion.

They never do. Marxist policies and socialist economic policies are destructive. And that's why they keep pushing them.

Of your Money away and empower the central government. And when our financial system collapses, this can't continue. You won't recognize your country. Look at what happened with COVID over a few, what, 12 months? Look at the civil liberties lost. Look at, look at the dates of the states. This time it will be the states and the federal government. There's going to be panic. There won't be a supply chain. Basic necessities won't exist.

Because our vaulted ruling class elitist took all the money out of it to spend it on general programs and then put IOUs, paper, IOUs back into the trust fund. And anytime I mention this, I come under attack.

This is a fact. This is a fact. And what happens? The government seizes property, it seizes your money, it seizes bank accounts. We have an aging population continuing money.

To draw from Social Security and Medicare, fewer and fewer younger people to pay into it.

Million fewer people in 2035 than we have now. Excuse me. Than expected, I should say. Of course, that means, I guess, they're going to ship more illegal aliens into the country. New York Times isn't the only publication to talk about this. The Congressional Budget Office put out this information today. That Congressional Budget Office is often quite liberal. In this case, not so much. The Democrats in the news media are the ones spinning at Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump. But the fact of the matter is Obama spending, Obamacare, Biden spending, massive, massive debt. It's Completely out of control. You don't feel it today.

And we have a lot of Republicans who do not have the courage to stand up to this. I would encourage you to check out convention of states now more than ever. Just Google convention of states. I mean, if we have any hope and it may still be too late financially. That's it. That's it on most media. You haven't heard about this today? Most media isn't even talking about this, are they Mr. Producer? Not one bit. The shiny objects and all the rest of it, not one bit. But it is real. I'm telling you, this is real. And just because it hasn't happened during your lifetime, that's irrelevant. We have a massive country, a massive economy. It takes time to destroy it. But the trajectory is clear. But that's the plan to break the system even further. Break it down. Break it so you have nothing but chaos and anarchy. Break it down. Number two, no masks. Prohibit ICE and immigration enforcement agents from wearing masks and other face coverings so people can take pictures of your face, identify you, identify your spouse, identify your children, harass you.

Require id. Require DHS officers conducting immigration enforcement to display their agency. So no undercover agents. Their unique ID number and last name so you can be identified and again, tracked down. No mask. Have your name on your uniform. Have your number on your uniform. Be required to say your name and your number in order to destroy ice. Number four, protect sensitive locations. These are what the Democrats are demanding of the Republicans and the president. Prohibit funds from being used to conduct enforcement near sensitive locations. Well, what's a sensitive location? Medical facilities, schools, childcare facilities, churches, polling.

Places, courts, and so forth.

So if you know there's a community where illegal aliens gather, you're not allowed to go their job, so you can't go to their job site. That's another one on the list. Their spoken language and accent. Well, that could be a giveaway. Or their race or ethnicity. So no ethnicity? No race. Even if you know that the vast majority of illegal aliens are of a particular race or ethnicity or coming from a particular part of the world, a particular country, you're not allowed to take that into consideration. So, Mr. Producer, how are you supposed.

You don't place in the law a reasonable use of force policy. Expand training and require certification of officers. We already do. In the case of an incident, the officer must be removed from the field until an investigation is concluded.

Number seven, ensure state and local coordination and oversight. What's that mean? State and local coordination of federal law enforcement. That's not even federalism, that's reverse federalism. Preserve the ability of state and local jurisdictions to listen to, investigate and prosecute potential crimes and use of excessive force incidents. They mean by federal agents. Can you imagine what Democrat attorneys general, Democrat DA's like Bragg and the rest of the losers, Democrat governors would do? So you're taking sanctuary cities and states which are utterly unconstitutional, that are basically segregated. Separationists. That's what they are. And you're giving them power over the federal government. This is the old confederacy.

Here's another one. Make clear that all buildings where people are detained must abide by the same basic detention standards and requirements, that they.

Have access to personal attorneys to prevent citizen arrests or detention.

The whole point of collecting illegal immigrants is to detain them in order to remove them. So you can see at every step of this process, the Democrats are sabotaging it, starting at the beginning with open borders and illegal immigration.

Body cameras for accountability, not tracking. So they want agents that body cameras to Track them, Not the illegal aliens. How do you like that, Mr. Producer? Is this sick? Is this sick, America? And no paramilitary police. And by that they mean, you know, you have these SWAT teams in these various vehicles. Now, you can use those against you and me, Mr. And Mrs. America, U.S. citizen. Don't you dare use that when you're.

To obtain a green card, providing false documents, lying to government officials, false claims to citizenship, falsely representing yourself as a citizen to gain benefits or vote. You're out of here. Criminal convictions, aggregated felonies, crimes of moral turpitude, domestic violence, firearms, drugs, money laundering, human trafficking, failure to register as a sex offender, security and public order risks. National security threats, espionage, sabotage, treason, terrorist activities. I can go on and on. There's a long list. Scores and scores of legal reasons to deport people. Apart from them having to be mass.

Well, the Democrats have voted against funding FEMA, TSA, the Secret Service and other elements of DHS. ICE continues to get funded through 2027, as it should, but they are in a big propaganda effort, agitprop, in which they want people to believe and they'll get the help of their media that the Republicans are creating these inconveniences for people who seek to fly, for people who need federal help when there's natural disasters.

When it is they, and I read to you, I believe it was last night, the list of demands that the Democrats have made. And the demands would result in ICE being absolutely unable to identify, apprehend detain and deport virtually anybody. Virtually anybody. It would increase protections. I didn't say liberties and rights. Protections for illegal aliens. Making it more difficult to identify them, to apprehend them, to detain them and deport them. This is the same Democrat Party that brought many of these people into the country illegally. Same Democrat Party that has created segregated cities and states, they called them sanctuary cities and states where they have declared utter lawlessness and they treat illegal aliens like first class citizens. This is why they oppose the SAVE Act. One Democrat in the House voted for the SAVE Act. That is the act that requires identification if you're going to vote. That was Henry Cellular of Texas, but he was neutralized. His vote was by Massie of Kentucky. A nut job. I wouldn't even call him a libertarian at this point. He's just a nut job. I passed the House last evening, as you know, 215 to 214. It will be brought up at some point in the Senate. They have certain rules and it needs to. I suspect the Democrats might filibuster it because keep in mind what I've been saying. This is the greatest power grab in American political history. Letting in 20, 25 million illegal aliens, trying to prevent them from being deported. Backdoor amnesty, if not front door amnesty. Hakeem Jeffrey said yesterday that other than the most violent, there should be a pathway to citizenship. That was always the plan. Then they have children, birthright citizenship and then they have chain migration and then it's over. It's over. The Democrats, one party rule. They can't lose. In the meantime, they're creating more congressional seats for themselves. In the meantime they're creating more electoral college votes for themselves. Remember, they count people, which they shouldn't, but that's what they do, rather than citizens. And then you have an individual states, individual governors like Spanberger, a liar, a fraud and a phony who claimed to be a moderate. She was never a moderate. They're destroying the voting system in Virginia and they're destroying representative government. She just signed a bill that would give the Democrats nine seats and the Republicans one one. Now keep in mind, Virginia is not that Democrat, even though it's become Democrat, to have a 9 to 1 number. Actually, I think it's 11 to. Excuse me, 10 to 1. 10 to 1. So 7% of the seats, one would go to the Republicans, 47% of whom voted for Donald Trump. And we just had a Republican governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general. So they are totalitarians. They act like totalitarians. That is what they do. And they want to do nationally what they've done in California and New York and Illinois and now in Virginia and other states, change the citizenry so they don't have to persuade the American citizen today to vote for their radical, radical agenda. This is happening right in front of your eyes. Right in front of your eyes. And so there will be inconveniences. The House is taking off for about a week or so. So when the Democrats voted not to fund these other elements of the Department of Homeland Security, they voted to shut it down for a week to 10. I feel sorry for these TSA folks. I really do. They get caught up in this every single time. Every single time.

And I started returning, Senator, to reading about how the Boston Massacre. How did those Bostonians feel when a faraway government in England had imperial troops marching all over that city?

The federal constitution was adopted by the states and any state that came into the. Into the Nation newly. Territory that came into the nation newly had to embrace the Constitution of the United States. That's what the Constitution compels. I have no idea what this moron is talking about. He's trying to make a case that this is the Boston Tea Party. The Boston Tea Party was about a lack of representation. We're talking about massive fraud and illegal conduct by illegal aliens. Massive fraud and illegal conduct by illegal. By illegal aliens. The Boston Tea Party. Those are our tax dollars, yours and mine, that are being squandered. And by the way, we know at least one of those activists had a semiautomatic pistol with extra clips. So now you're an ICE officer. You're doing enforcement action. You've got a team behind you trying to protect you. You've got all these trained activists behind you. Is it any wonder they're at hair trigger alert?
