Mark Levin
It's all quiet in the underground bunker, doors closed, locks bolted. But the Great One isn't just resting on his laurels. He's making sure your weekend is even better by giving you his best. This is the best of Mark Levin.
Hakeem Jeffries wants to destroy our country. And I'm not overstating it. Hakim Jeffries wants to destroy our legal system, our judicial system, our electoral system. Remember, Hakeem Jeffries always was a radical nut. He's tried to sort of change his propaganda, change his ways, but he's back out of the closet. And his father, father, his uncle, was always a whack job too. You may recall him, but maybe not. And he's making it clear he is part of this Marxist Islamist left now. And he was on Ms. Now Saturday. So most of you didn't listen to that for sure. Listen to him.
Now.
This is just 2 days ago. Cut 20 go at the same period of time.
Hakeem Jeffries
We do have these structural problems that need to be addressed. We've got to, for instance, make sure we pass the John Robert Lewis Voting Rights Advancement act so we can end the era of voter suppression in the United States.
Mark Levin
So voter suppression.
So what he means by that is we need to return to segregated race based congressional districts. And that's all about Democrat Party power. Okay, it used to be for white
protection, now it's for black protection.
But it's all for Democrat Party protection. That's what's going on. Go ahead.
For all.
Hakeem Jeffries
We have to end Citizens United dramatically.
Mark Levin
Refer Citizens United States. Citizens United is a free speech decision by the U.S. supreme Court. So now he's attacking the court.
That's two.
Go ahead.
Hakeem Jeffries
Campaign finance laws to stop the ability of these deep pocketed special interests to intervene.
Mark Levin
It's grotesque that Democrats rely on deep pocketed special interests. They rely on Democrat billionaires, including overseas, to pour a zillion dollars into their campaigns. They, they tend to raise more than Republicans for these Senate and congressional campaigns. And here they are.
We gotta end this like there's some
kind of a righteous effort to keep
dark money billionaires out when they are
all about dark money billionaires. Go ahead.
Hakeem Jeffries
And we are going to have to explore massive judicial reform state by state and at the federal level.
Mark Levin
Wow.
State by state.
At the federal level. He's making it clear. Listen to me carefully. He's making it clear that they want to control and oath the judiciary own it at the federal and state levels. Go ahead.
Hakeem Jeffries
Things should be on the table as far as I'm concerned.
Mark Levin
Everything's on the table, including the Constitution. As far as he's concerned, the so called would be speaker of the House. He's a very, very dangerous man. Very dangerous man. It's all about power. And let me follow that up with this, a New York Times piece that was out Saturday. And I'm not going to read the whole thing to you, but the title is A Private Call Reveals Democrats Desperation over tossing of Map. Now, it's a very biased article, but still, we'll get to the nub of the matter here about paragraph 5 or 6. One key to the plan. Well, let me start it here. Any plans to enact a new congressional map for this year's midterm elections? Would he require action in the next few days? They're talking about Virginia. Virginia.
In a court filing last month, Steve
Koski, the commissioner of the Virginia Department of Elections, said any changes to the maps after Tuesday, May 12, that's tomorrow
will significantly increase the risk of his
agency being unable to properly prepare for the state schedule. August 4th primary election. Now, there was a phone call between Jeffries, certain Democrat members of the House, Democrat members of the Virginia assembly and
state Senate plotting on ways to reverse what the state Supreme Court did. What are they going to do about
the state Supreme Court?
They had the Democrat majority leader of the Senate. He declined to comment to the New York Times. One key to the plan.
I want you to listen to this. How desperate and how diabolical they are
would be having Democrats in Richmond, Virginia, the Capitol lower the mandatory retirement age
for state Supreme Court justices, an idea that began circulating among state lawmakers and
members of Congress after a column proposing
a version of the idea was published
on Friday night in the Down Ballot,
a progressive newsletter, AKA a commie newsletter.
The first step in the process.
Well, it goes on. And here's the bottom line. They want to lower the forced retirement age on the Supreme Court justice is mandatory from 75 to 54 years old, Mr. Producer. That's the age of the youngest current justice. They want to blow out all seven of the state Supreme Court justices. Virginia judges are appointed by the General assembly where the Democrats hold a majority of both houses. Significant majority. Blow out the seven, including the Democrats are on there and appoint seven new Democrat justices to the state Supreme Court
to ensure to ensure that they never lose,
that they never lose.
Now think about this. This is where Hakeem Jeffrey's head is. Think about what they want to do.
Now.
If this isn't Stalinist, then I don't know what the hell is. This is Crazy. And you know how many Democrats have spoken out nationally against us? I haven't heard one. I haven't heard one say, no, you can't do that. I haven't heard Barack Milhouse, Benito Obama, Eric Eric Holder hasn't said it. None of them, because they agree with it. Power at all costs. Power at all costs. This is what Hakeem Jeffries means. If he becomes speaker of the House, they're going to put all kinds of pressure on Democrats throughout the country in the states, to force the courts to go along and the federal courts, not just the Supreme Court, to rule as they demand that the courts rule. We have never, ever had an attack on the judicial system, that which Hakeem Jeffries is now celebrating and promoting. Never. Not even by fdr. We have never seen anything like this before. They already control most of the lower courts. They control many of the circuit courts. They want absolute control of the lower courts, the appellate, the circuit courts, and of course, the Supreme Court. And they're trying to intimidate the court right now in the birthright citizenship decision. That's why he's so loud and open about this, because he's letting them know. He's letting them know. You keep issuing decisions that you believe are constitutional and that don't go our
way,
you're putting more fuel on the fire. I would just warn the Supreme Court justices don't buckle to this, because if you do, it's still not going to work. Now, this is our Constitution. It is your state. This man is from New York City. He thinks he should control all the outcomes. There's a reason why the minority leader in the Senate's from New York City. Effectively, the would be speakers from New York City. Mondamis from New York City. It's a great place, except for half the people there. Radical left wingers.
And they want to control the country. They can't do it fair and square. This is a big damn deal.
We're not fighting over a tax issue. We're not fighting over some environmental regulation. We're talking about the fundamentals here. How they want to change the entire construct of our country. The entire construct of our country. This is a big deal.
Hakeem Jeffries is at war with the Constitution. That belongs to you and me. It doesn't belong to one man. I don't care how powerful he may or may not become one member of the House of Representatives. I've told you again and again. I wrote a whole book on it. The Democrat Party hates America. They actually hate the Constitution, despite Their webbing around and they hate the checks on their power. They want to be able to stop Donald Trump and the Republicans where they stand, but they don't want anything to get in the way of what they plan to do. And should they get away with this, you will not recognize this country. And the deterioration of this country will be sped up. There's no question about it. And you saw what they did. The lawlessness when it came to the immigration laws and securing the. Yes. With hammer and tong, just unbelievable. And they act like they're victims of something so colorblind society where the voting acts, right. Voting acts law of 1965 says you cannot pick districts based on race, which was the intent of it. That's what it says. That has infuriated because they've been playing this game for decades where a state Supreme Court rules that the Democrats ran through a change to the Constitution, whether it was a vote or not, they didn't follow the procedure.
He's furious about it.
He's trying to figure out how to
get rid of the state Supreme Court
justices
when California was running amok, Illinois running amok, New England running amok, New
York running amok, Maryland running amok. And you can go on and on and on.
That's perfectly fine by this man. But now everything's on the table. Everything's on the table. He threatened DeSantis and the legislature there. He's threatening the justices on the Supreme Court in Virginia, he's threatening the justices of the United States Supreme Court.
This is a madman, an absolute madman.
And it is amazing to me how little pushback he's getting in the media. And it's even more amazing to me a little discussion there is among conservatives about this elected, appointed or in radio, in TV and in the podcast world, where is everybody? They go right down the line. I've been telling you over and over again what they're attacking here on tv, on the podcast, that they're taking a look at every obstacle to one party rule. The voting system, the electoral college system, the immigration system, the electoral college system. You know, I heard it said the
president wants to add Venezuela as a state. I oppose that.
That will just give,
just give, you know, more push by the Democrats to
counter that with D.C. and Puerto Rico. Well, they're going to do it anyway, Mark. We got to fight them at every turn. This is what bothers me most. Instead, we're talking about constantly the left, the Islamists, the Jew haters, the Christian haters. The distraction is beyond belief. I mean, we got to Deal with it because it's dangerous. But we don't have a forward looking
agenda and we're not organizing to deal
with a Hakeem Jeffries, God forbid if
he becomes speaker of the House. But look at the power hungry nature of these people.
He reached all the way into the
state of Virginia, all the way into the state legislature.
They're urging the removal of every justice on the Supreme Court in Virginia. Four Republicans, three Democrats, all of them with a phony law that caps the tenure at 54 years old. 54 years old is the average age I would think of a judge. Why? Because you need some experience, not just law school experience, to be sitting on the bench, whether it's a state bench or a federal bench. So who the hell does Hakeem Jeffries think he is? He won't care. The media with a beat media barely saying anything right now. The guy has laid out some of his designs, not all of them. And they keep accusing Trump the dictator, Trump this, Trump that, when they've got one in the House of Representatives out of New York City. Hakeem Jeffries, he's made it clear he wants to be a dictator. He's made it clear what he wants to do. Honestly, we've never seen anything like it. Ever.
Ever.
It's outrageous. And then we have the other Democrats who can move furthest to the left the fastest. We've got Cory Booker. After the break, I'll let you listen to him. This guy's lost his head altogether. They used to promote him as a moderate. A practical guy can do.
Guys, the mayor of Newark.
But he's out there, man. You know he ran for the Democrat nomination before he got zippo support. Zippo, Mark. The VIN is Operation Epic Fury Intensifies.
The world Braces for what's to come next. And people of faith pray for freedom and for God's people in the Holy Land to be protected. And in the Holy Land.
Red alert sirens fill the air. Sirens that give you only 15 seconds
to reach the nearest bomb shelter. The situation is serious. The threat is real.
And in times like this, freedom and faith aren't just abstract ideas. They are what we depend upon. And the International fellowship of Christians and
Jews is on the ground preparing large
scale distributions of life saving food, first aid, emergency essentials for security personnel, while helping ensure hospitals and emergency rooms and
shelters are stocked with critical medical supplies.
This aid is focused on Israel's most vulnerable.
The sick, the elderly, children, families in great need.
But the International fellowship of Christians and Jews need your most generous gift today to make this work possible. So please rush your gift, which is tax deductible, by calling right away. 888-585 IFCJ. That's 888-585 IFCJ or online at levin for the fellowship.org that's L E V I N for the fellowship.org.
Making your weekend even better. This is the best of Mark Levin.
All over the country, Jews, synagogues, Jewish neighborhoods are under attack, violent attack.
They're being hounded, they're being pushed around, they're having light shined into their eyes and so forth and so on. These are multiple crystal knocks that are going on right now. You want to know what it was like in Germany in the 1930s? You're starting to see it. Germany was the most advanced country in Europe. Architecture, art, literature, music.
And look what happened.
We're the most advanced country on the face of the earth. Look what's happening. And in many cases I blame our ruling class for what has taken about 15 years to take place. Very much intensified under the Biden years. All predictable with open borders now predictable with the war on ice and the border patrol to try and destroy them. So we can't remove these people and they need to be removed. Every step, legal step possible, law enforcement step possible must be taken to remove these imams, to remove these phony scholars, to shut down their groups like care. They clean out our colleges and universities, including defunding them, starving them with the taxpayer dollars that they they need for their sustenance. The time is now. And if not now, when? And if it goes on much longer, it's irreversible. It's time for Democrats to start speaking out against what going on in their party immediately. Not just Fetterman, not just a handful who are Jewish. Republicans are speaking out. I see it online all the time. I hear them all the time. There's a justice on the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. His name is David Wecht. He's a well known liberal Democrat justice who helped lead the way to trying to stop two very, very important cases that were going to the US Supreme Court. And they did go to the US Supreme Court. Sam Alito had appeared, wanted to take them, but they couldn't get four votes that take them in the 2000 election. And that justice who was elected as a Democrat just resigned from the Democrat party. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Weck leaves the Democrat party over acquiescence to Jew hatred. The justice from Allegheny County, Pittsburgh area said he was no longer registered with any political party. Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Wecht leaves the Democrat Party. He announced it yesterday. He, 63, had been a member of the court's liberal 5:2 majority and was retained for a second 10 year term in November in an election that Democratic donors and the Democratic Party spent millions on. He said he's no longer registered with any party. He's a lib, so he'll never be a Republican, but he can't handle his own party anymore. The justice from Allegheny county said in a statement that his former party had changed since he was the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's vice chair 25 years ago. When a gunman in 2018 targeted Jewish worshipers at Pittsburgh's Tree of Life Synagogue where he was married. The assailant was motivated by right wing ideology, he says. Not really.
He was a Trump hater.
A Trump hater. But in the years since, that same hatred has grown on the left, he says. Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation and attacks at synagogues, other hateful, anti Jewish invective inactions are minimized, ignored. Even coddled acquiescence to Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, even many elected officials in the Democrat Party. I can no longer abide this, he says. Well, Schumer can abide it. He's Jewish. He's all right with it. The Nazi tattoo's reference appears to be about Graham Platner. Yeah, really very smart. Philadelphia Inquirer Rex Chamber did not make him available on Monday and only said the change followed many recent events across the nation. Eugene Despoiler, the chair of the Democrat Party in Pennsylvania, did not immediately respond. Senator John Fetterman, a Democrat whose future party affiliation has been a topic of media reports in recent days, said in a post on X. The Democratic Party must control its own rising anti Semitism problem, he said, as I've affirmed, I'm not changing my party, but I fully understand David's personal choice
and it goes on. Ladies and gentlemen, I want to be clear about something. You've been with me for a long time, some of you more recently, but many of you for a long time.
When I saw this starting to percolate
in the Republican Party,
I said to
my wife, and she will attest to this, Julie,
I've got to go down
into the sewer and deal with this
because we cannot allow the Republican Party
to be devoured by the same bigotry and hatred that is devouring the Democrat Party.
I told her I have to do it on radio and I pray to God that our radio owners and radio managers all over the country will stand by me. And every single one of them has. Every single one. I told my wife from time to time, I'm going to have to use my cable presence and platform to do the same. And as a result of that, I've been under intense attack day in and day out. And I don't care.
You have one life to live. You either live it the right way or you don't. The right way or you do not.
And we have done a pretty good job of pushing this element out of our party and out of our movement. We have people who have never been MAGA saying that I've never been maga, which is a lie. But I know what I have been. I've been involved in the conservative movement since I was 13 years old. That's 55 years. I have fought for it. I've debated for it, I've argued for it, I've campaigned for it. I've written about it repeatedly. We've been involved in important presidential elections, you and I, conservatives challenging the Republican establishment and so forth. I do not need lectures from a Tucker Carlson or a Megyn Kelly or a Piers Morgan or these people, these newbies that have done nothing for liberty and conservatism and constitutionalism. 0. When you are anti establishment, that doesn't mean you're anti American. You're anti establishment, doesn't mean you're anti United States military. When you're anti establishment, that doesn't mean you're anti Judeo Christian values and beliefs and principles. When you are anti establishment, it doesn't mean you are anti Constitution or Declaration of Independence or American history and the founders. On the contrary, when you are anti establishment, it is because you reject the perversion of what we have been handed, what we have inherited from past generations. And so it is that you And I, together, Mr. And Mrs. America for half a century, have led this movement. This movement. They brought us Ronald Reagan. For eight years, we've led this movement that brought us the Tea Party and Convention of states and ultimately Donald Trump. And we will continue to fight in this movement in the 2028 presidential primary, too. We're not going to be pushed out. We're not going to be pushed aside. We're not going to be demeaned. We're not going to take second place to anybody or anything. I don't give a damn if they're podcasters or broadcasters. It doesn't matter to me and it doesn't matter to you. We have a hell of a fight on our hands from the Marxist Islamists in the Democrat Party and this woke right neo fascists. They're all very dangerous, very dangerous. They reject Americanism. And you can see what it turns into. Populism. Look at your Constitution. Is that populism? It's Republicanism. Populism. Look at the Bill of Rights. It's nothing to do with populism. It has to do with your unalienable rights as a single human being. Read your declaration. Is that about populism? It's about the consent of the government, not populism. We don't have plebiscites every time something's going on. What kind of a hell would we be living in then? We have rights given to us by God. And morons who don't understand it are a problem on the left and the fascistic right, on the Marxist left and the fascistic right. And of course the Islamist movement that has leached into our country and now is sprinting into our country because it's motivated. It sees that it's conquered London, it's conquered Paris, it's conquered capitals throughout the world. And now it seeks to conquer New York City and beyond. Do we have a ruling class that's capable of fighting this? Do we have a ruling class that's capable of standing up for our country? Do they have the will? Do they have the way?
Do we?
Not in New York City. Not in New York City. When the mayor is a Marxist Islamist. When the mayor hates our country, when the mayor hates our economic system, when the mayor hates working men and women. And talks out of both sides of his rather big mouth. This country was founded on Judeo Christian principles. It doesn't mean you have to be Jewish or Christian, but those are the principles upon which it was founded, which is why it embraces the Enlightenment, which is why diversity is supposed to be perfectly fine. This is where liberty comes from. Free will comes from equality. Not of results, not of the Marxist bastardization of the word equality. Every human being has a value. What took place in New York City
last night in Brooklyn, with a significant
Jewish population in Crown Heights, and it's happening many nights now, many days now, must be stopped. People must be arrested and brought to justice. And if they are here on visas, if they are here illegally, they must be removed, no matter what any federal judge has to say about it. Due process, they say. And they want you to believe due process like it's a criminal case. Due process? These aren't criminal cases. They're immigration cases. Due process has nothing to do with the kind of due process that exists in criminal cases. If you don't have a right to be here, you have a process, not a due process as you have under the Bill of Rights. It's time to remove these people. And if some of them have been naturalized, it's time to denaturalize them. I don't care if we have to hire a thousand more prosecutors or 100,000 more prosecutors. We gotta do what we gotta do and remove the enemy within. Mark the vin. With Donald Trump back in office, one of his biggest adversaries, top Democrat Dick Durbin of Chicago, is leading the charge to derail President Trump's agenda at every turn. And now Durbin has a new scheme, a government takeover of your credit card. Right now, Americans have thousands of credit card options, all with equal strong security. But Senator Durbin's plan could result in less security. That means more risk for your credit, your identity, and your financial future. Durbin's bill isn't about helping consumers. It's a giveaway to corporate megastores. We which could shift costs onto you while putting your rewards and fraud protections in jeopardy. We've seen Durbin's fail policies before. His last big banking regulation backfired, leading to higher costs and fewer benefits for American families. Tell Republican senators, stop Durbin's government takeover of your credit card before it's too late. Learn more@guardyourcard.com that's guardyourcard.com paid for by

You're listening to the best of Mark Levin.
You know, ladies and gentlemen, I have
to admit, I don't get it completely. I mean, we were doing just fine in the first couple of days. And then the first few weeks with Iran, we had that regime on its back then the brilliant economic boycott, cutting off the Strait of Hormuz. And then I just figured we'd go in for the kill and take out that regime, including arming the Iranian people the way Reagan armed freedom fighters and resistors throughout the world, including in our own hemisphere, in Africa, and of course, in Afghanistan. That has not happened. And I was told by a friend today, well, this is good in a sense, because we can rearm and build up our, you know, military and so forth and so on, but so can the enemy. And so can the enemy. And about half the country apparently is over there in China. Now, have you noticed, Mr. Producer, half of our country, I am broadcasting from the good old United States of America. And China's a huge problem. And there's some stories that are breaking that I want to fill you in on in just a moment. We will definitely get to that.
Then we get to the issue of our economy.
What are we going to do about our economy, America? Well, what do you want to do about what? About our economy? Gasoline prices are up. They will come down when this military operation is over, which is another reason to get rid of this regime and do it now. But the alternative is the Democrats, and of course, they're a disaster, aren't they? And they have, in fact, demonstrated what not to do, wherever they are. Look at this. Mondamis destroying the city of New York. We knew he would. Look at all these blue states. People can't get the hell out of there fast enough if they're able to. People are moving with their feet. Blue states are depopulating. Red states are being populated. And I'm not talking about illegal aliens either. Now, I explained the other week, the
other day yesterday, that Mandami is trying
to force the Jewish community out of New York City.
And when he's done with the Jewish community, he'll try and force the Christian
community out of New York City. And he's trying to force capitalists, quote, unquote, out of New York City. And his goal is to make New York City a Marxist Islamist city. He does not care how poor it is. He doesn't care how indebted is. That's not how his mind works. That's not how the mind of Islamists work. He is conquering New York City. He is devouring New York City. He is Islamicizing New York City. That's exactly what he's doing.
And he's made pretty good progress in
the last three or four months. And he has a lot of support
from the imams, a lot of support
from the Islamist, the river to the
sea crowd, a lot of support. I honestly don't understand this commissioner of
the police who's Jewish, comes from a wealthy Jewish family. She's in charge of the nypd. I don't hear her speaking out. I don't see her doing a hell of a lot. I really don't. Her name is Tish. Really? Really. The whole damn thing is appalling. Appalling. You have people who are in their homes or they're going to synagogue and they're afraid for their lives. That's how it works.
And I have to say, at the federal level, DHS and ICE need to get. Get to work. There's a lot of video. These people, they need to be hunted down and they need to be detained and they need to be deported.
Whether Mondami likes it or not.
This is federal law under the federal Constitution, under the supremacy clause. And he's acting like a Democrat Confederate
from the 1950s, 1850s and 1860s. And this is very serious what's going on in New York. And it's not just New York, other places too.
We should do everything we can to defeat that regime in Iran. And I don't just mean defeat its
military and economically punish them because they
personally are not going to be punished in the regime. I mean, take it out, take it out. Arm the people. It's okay.
I pulled out my book on power, which I actually wrote and completed about a year ago today. And in there, like I've talked to you folks for several years now, I point out that Marxism is incompatible with Americanism. And yes, we started the point here that Islam is incompatible with, with Americanism too, because they are. No, I'm not going to dust off the old records.
We can.
There's plenty of them. But my markers have been set and they were set a long time ago. And they're incompatible because Marxism is not about live and let live. Marxism is about destroy and then you get to live Islam no different. It's not about live, let live, it's you die if you don't comply. Our entire system, the founding of this nation, was based on a totally opposite belief system and value system. Judeo, Christian and Enlightenment.
Very rare.
Very rare.
People like to talk about the Christian Crusades.
Well, there was a Christian Crusade and it was brutal.
But why was there a Christian crusade under the Pope at the time? Because for 400 years prior to that, the Muslim world brutalized the Christian world,
not to mention the Jewish world, took
over the Holy Land, took over much of the Middle east, moved into Europe for 400 years.
People do not know this.
And so the Pope raised an army, a Christian army, a crusade. It was brutal, too, to push back
and to push the Muslims out of territories and countries that they, that they had conquered and brutalized the people there. Just as you see what Hamas did on October 7 and just as you see what the Islamo Nazi regime in Tehran has been doing to the people there. And I might add, that Islamo Nazi
regime is bringing in militia from Afghanistan, the Taliban from Iraq and from other parts of the world, they're bringing in Hezbollah. In other words, the people of Iran, it's their country. They're being brutalized by foreigners now.
By foreigners now.
Mark, the Vin,
The Great One makes your weekend even better. This is the best of Mark Levin.
I want to thank Mayor Mandami for his very, very forceful statement today condemning Islamo Nazis who were brutalizing, harassing, victimizing Jews in their Jewish community and at their synagogue. It was a fantastic statement he released. Don't you think, Mr. Reducer?
It was even better the way he
said it with his emotion that it
would not be tolerated in his city. And his right hand police chief, Commissioner Tish, she's Jewish.
She was fantastic today.
Absolutely unbelievable.
Except they didn't say anything. Neither of them. Neither of them. I've never seen anything like it. Not in our country anyway. Other countries. Yes. Not in our country. And if you go on the Internet today, you'll see some of the videos of what took about, took place on October 7th. It's just unbearable. You're also going to see what's going on in Nigeria, how Christian women, pregnant Christian women are being tortured before they're murdering them. The same fundamentalist religion, the same Islamists, whether in the Middle east, whether in Africa. And they're now here in a neighborhood near you, if not in your neighborhood. I'm not talking about peaceful people. I'm talking about Islamists. And they're here. And they're here in large numbers and they're getting to be here in even bigger numbers. I noticed that the Democrats, all but a handful, are not even talking about this.
They don't take to the floor of
the Senate and condemn this. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, where are they? Where are the Jewish Democrats in Congress?
A handful of them. Gosheimer Moskowitz,
not many others. Where are they? Nowhere. That is the rest of them. Nowhere. And
the media,
Some of the media has been excellent. Most of it is not. Most of it is not. This is a cancer that is metastasizing.
Quickly,
I've told you before, and I'll repeat it yet again, that Mandami's plan is to push as many Jews and
the Jewish community out of his city,
out of New York,
And to turn
it into a Islamist capital. That is what he is doing. That is what he is fundamentally doing. He is pushing out business people,
he
is pushing out Jews,
he is encouraging Islamists and others. It is going to become unbearable for middle class people in that city.
Unbearable.
See his property taxes, you see his property tax proposal, Mr. Medusa, you live around there.
People.
The middle class thought they'd be untouched. Well, apparently not. Apparently you're going to get hammered. See his phony budget. See his phony budget. He's even going to get money from Albany, from Hochul, that $8 billion, pension
payments are not going to be made
because he wants to redistribute wealth, you understand, to the people who didn't earn it. That's what he wants to do. They call that equality and justice. Is that what you call it, America? And he is being celebrated by the Senate Stalinist. That is Bernie Sanders being celebrated
for
the wonderful things he is doing for
the city of New York.
And where these Islamists hold power. It is no better anywhere else. No better anywhere else.
Doesn't matter. No intention of assimilating in any way. None. Oh, I'll get on to China. Just a matter of time. We'll get onto Iran. We'll get on to all of it. But I'm on the home front right now. We have people in this country who have contributed nothing.
We have people in this country who have not built a damn thing here. They have come here to abuse our system, our constitutional protections. They trash our country.
By the way, they're almost all Democrats now. Almost all Democrats. And the Democrats are still attacking our military, our war effort, while they turn a cold eye away from what's happening to the country.
Because these are their voters.
They need these people.
These are their voters. They don't care. It's what they want.
Now, apropos to all this is Kamala Harris on a zoom call yesterday. She is horrific in every respect. Horrific. And this is now the mantra of the Democrat Party.
You heard Hakeem Jeffries, you've heard Chris Murphy. Now you're going to hear Kamala Harris. They believe this country's up for grabs. And I don't mean electorally. They believe this country, the Constitution, is up for grabs if they win both. Both chambers and the presidency. That they have the right to destroy our republic, the construct of our Constitution,
which is what protects us from tyranny.
They don't talk about convention of States. They don't talk about, you know, the. The other way of mending the Constitution. They have no intention of mending anything. They're just going to bulldoze right through it.
And I'm not kidding. And I'm going to keep ringing the bell on this. Here she is.
Cut 19.
Go.
Kamala Harris
Look, this is a moment where there are no bad ideas. No bad idea brainstorm is what I'd like to call it. And in that no bad ideas brainstorm, we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the Electoral College. We talk about the idea of Supreme
Mark Levin
Court reform, which just like the Communists,
you notice when they're destroying something, they call it Reform. They never disappoint. They want to reform the Supreme Court by destroying it. They want to reform the Electoral College by destroying it. This is the most radicalized Democrat Party in American history. The most destructive. Clearly it's a Marxist offspring. I wrote the book American Marxism, followed by the book the Democrat Party Hates America. Those two books say it all. Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
The Supreme Court. We invite a conversation about multi members districts.
Mark Levin
We talk about multi members district. What is that? A multi members district. That's just the latest crackpot idea that they've come up with. A multi members district. Is that in the Constitution? A multi members district? I don't think so. Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
That if we win the Senate, which we should, and we will, then the Senate Judiciary Committee should have rules that they put in place. So when these people come before as nominees to the Supreme Court and lie that they are held to account.
Mark Levin
What's with her Southern accent, Mr. Producer? What's with all that stuff? It's very weird. Is she trying to imitate somebody? The hell is that? Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
Consequence. Not just that somebody goes on cable news and says they lied, but that there are rules in place to actually penalize people for lying to a Senate Judiciary Committee.
Mark Levin
Oh, let me see if I understand. Boy, she's stupid. So I guess that means Jackson should be removed since she couldn't even define what a woman is. Right. Who's going to determine if they lied or not? And how's the Senate Judiciary Committee going to have rules to punish United States Supreme Court Justices? And who punishes people like her when they lie? Politicians. And who punishes members of the Senate Judiciary Committee when they lie? Sick. Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
That we agree that it is right to have ethics rules for Supreme Court justices.
Mark Levin
Well, let me say that's a separate branch of government. They make that determination, not you. And this is funny. I just read a piece where $550,000 in our taxpayer dollars were spent on these sexual harassment settlements on Capitol Hill. Did you read that, Mr. Producer? That's our money. And she has the nerve to talk about ethics. Any of these politicians talk about ethics? Man, that's pretty weird, don't you think, folks?
Kamala Harris
Go ahead and let's put those in place. Let's talk about statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. see?
Mark Levin
See? State hood for Puerto Rico and D.C. d.C. Is a city. It was created by the Constitution. Cities don't get senators. But they don't care.
Puerto Rico is a territory.
They don't get senators either. But they want to give them senators only because that's For Democrats. That's why I don't agree when the President says Venezuela, Venezuela, probably elect two more Democrats there too. I'm just saying. But all that said, then you give a headwind to them to put four Democrats in the Senate. Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
Things I think that we've got to do, we've got to neutralize these red states from.
Mark Levin
We don't got to do anything. We have to do it. Are you familiar with the English language? We don't got to.
And we got to get these red states.
Don't you know?
Oh, yeah, got to get these red states. Got to punish these red states. They're cheating. You know, they're cheating. Here we, we had a great, a great referendum in Virginia. Six to five to ten to one Democrat. We violated their constitution twice. We violated a statute once. And there they are. The court, the Supreme Court ruled against us. We got to destroy that court. That's right. We got to lower the retirement age to 54. Get rid all of them so the Democrats can replace them all. Then we can have another vote. We'll win that one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We know how to get this done. Change the courts, change the voting system, change reform. Yeah, we're for change in reform. And then affordability. Oh, how's that affordability gone? New York City. How's that going up there? I'm just curious. Affordability. Free stuff is very expensive, isn't it? Oh yeah, free stuff. They're going to make sure you get free eggs and bread. I think it was a great meal if you're a prisoner. But not till 2027 or 2028, you know, when they raise your property taxes. That's right.
That's right. Go ahead.
Kamala Harris
Including blue states expanding their maps. And all of this I think is,
Mark Levin
is blue states expanding their maps. What the hell does that even mean?
Bring in illegal aliens. Get more Democrat congressional districts. Change the Supreme Court. Make it a Democrat polling bureau. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Direct election of a president's not the electoral college. That way 11 blue states will decide everything we can get this done. Let's have bad brainstorming here. Mark Levin.
We're giving you nothing but the best, the best of Mark Levin.
There's a prosecutor so called commonwealth attorney in Fairfax, Virginia. By far the biggest, most populated county, I should say, in Virginia. It's the tail of wags the dogs around here. And he's a Soros prosecutor. In other words, he's a disaster. And several people have lost their lives in Fairfax county from illegal aliens who should have been detained and Deported. But his office doesn't believe in that. The governor doesn't believe in it, even though the Governor Scamberger had said she did, but she doesn't. His name is Steve Descano.
D E S C A, N O.
He was in a hearing in the House today and he's being questioned by Representative Van Drew. Is a very good representative from South Jersey, Vineland, New Jersey, and so forth. And every summer when we would drive virtually every weekend from the Philadelphia area to Atlantic City, we would drive through. We could go Route 40 west and drive through his district. Still there, beautiful little towns, farmland. And I will never forget there was a ice cream place called Richlands, since been knocked down. Where we and the kids would go there, we get a hot dog, they would get some ice cream. And also they have and still have vegetable and fruit stands. Most of it's grown right there in South Jersey. Everybody loves Jersey tomatoes. They love them the best in the world, really. They've great peaches and all the rest of it. And they even have a cow town, they called it, with a big cowboy holding, you know, the rope, big statue. And they have every weekend there they had some events and all just very, very cool. Anyway, that's Van Drew's district and now he's questioning this phony prosecutor, so called Commonwealth's Attorney.
A. Soros.
A soros clown.
Cut.
10. Go.
Representative Van Drew
Are American communities safer when illegal immigrants who commit crimes are deported or when they remain in those communities, are they safe for when they're deported? Communities? Yes or no? Just yes or no.
Steve Descano
Well, sir, that's not yes or no?
Representative Van Drew
Yes.
Steve Descano
No, no, sir.
Representative Van Drew
I'm asking the question and I'm trying to answer them.
Steve Descano
No, you ask me a question that's outside of my purview down there.
Representative Van Drew
Ask you questions. You're a human being. You're sitting next to a woman who lost her daughter. Can you tell me if illegal criminals are to be moved from the country if we're safer?
Steve Descano
And to suggest that I don't care about what happens in my community.
Representative Van Drew
This is my I go to work every day community. You are going to answer my questions. You don't show any discipline. When I'm asked questions, I answer them. So you're not willing to answer that question. Okay, yeah.
Mark Levin
How hard is it to say yeah, Illegal immigrants who commit crimes, if they're
not deported, they are a threat in our own country, are they not? As a matter of fact, America.
Cut 11, go.
Steve Descano
Well, Mr. Descano, your policy tells prosecutors
Mark Levin
to give lighter treatment to defendants based on their Immigration status.
Steve Descano
Isn't that just discrimination with a sympathetic face?
Mark Levin
And why are you protecting criminal illegal
Steve Descano
aliens more than the people of Fairfax County?
Mark Levin
It's. Representative.
Steve Descano
Well, first of all, sir, I think there's two things wrong with it in the question that you asked me. We're not protecting undocumented individuals. As a matter of fact, we prosecute people who commit crimes in Fairfax county regardless of their status.
Representative Jim Jordan
And we.
Steve Descano
And, you know, so the idea that we don't is simply wrong. Our policies simply maintain that our role is to prosecute Virginia crime. That's what we do. ICE's role is to do federal civil immigration enforcement. Mr. Niaras, you disagree with that fundamentally.
Committee Member
He has a written policy to that effect. He is. He is conflating two different issues. He is simply saying, why prosecute all crimes? At the same time, he has a written policy. Policy saying that illegal immigrants are going to be treated and given preferential treatment differently from American citizens. On one hand, he sits in front of this committee and says, we don't follow sanctuary policies. At the same time, he openly admits he conducts himself in a manner in which he does not cooperate. Federal immigration authorities. That's the very definition of sanctuary policies. No, I fundamentally disagree with his assessment. There are 95 counties in Virginia, Congressman. Only one county with one prosecutor has a written policy saying we're going to treat illegal immigrants differently than American citizens. It is Mr. Toscano to my left, period. Full stop.
Mark Levin
There you go. We're not done with Mr. Moscano. Let's see here.
Let me.
He's now being questioned by the great chairman of the committee, the House Judiciary committee, Representative Jordan. Cut 12. Go.
Representative Jim Jordan
I want you to answer the first question I said which was about to change your website.
Steve Descano
Well, sir, because the website is not my policy. My policy.
Representative Jim Jordan
This is your campaign website, where you said, our office will take immigration consequences into account when making charging and plea decisions. Immigration consequences were certainly part of the game here. Part of the issue here with Mr. Morales Ortiz.
Steve Descano
No, they weren't.
Representative Jim Jordan
You decided.
Steve Descano
Absolutely were not.
Representative Jim Jordan
You are.
Steve Descano
You are assuming something that is not. That is, in fact, untrue because you are misrepresenting my policies. My policies do not say that we do not prosecute.
Representative Jim Jordan
Well, if you're proud of your policies, why did you change your website?
Steve Descano
Because that's not my policy. As I told you, sir, that was a campaign statement that I made before
Representative Jim Jordan
I was coming up for six years. A week after we send you a letter saying we want you to come testify, shazam, you change it Because I could ask is that coincidental?
Steve Descano
Because I could not believe that somebody. That people were so obtuse that they could not realize what the difference between a campaign statement and an actual office policy.
Representative Jim Jordan
So when you make campaign statements that's not. Those aren't true. You're not being honest with your voters.
Steve Descano
That's not what I'm saying at all, sir.
Representative Jim Jordan
Sounded like it. Sure sounded like it.
Steve Descano
It's absolutely not. What I'm saying is that when you.
Representative Jim Jordan
You still haven't told me why you took it You. You still haven't told me why you took it down.
Steve Descano
Because I was hoping to come here to talk about my office policies not be distracted by a campaign statement that was distracted a year before I was actually Commonwealth Attorney General and had any cases that were mine.
Representative Jim Jordan
This is almost laughable. This is your policy. You said it right here. You told the voters if you elect me, I will take into account immigration consequences when making, charging and pleading.
Steve Descano
This is my policy, not what you have in your hand.
Representative Jim Jordan
Okay, so what you said to the voters is not. Not real. Doesn't count.
Steve Descano
No, sir. What I'm saying is that as an
Representative Jim Jordan
office holder I find it interesting.
Steve Descano
Is run by my policy.
Representative Jim Jordan
Your sheriff said you wouldn't prosecute. This guy gets released, kills someone the next day we start asking about it. You change your website and take down the statements that. That say you're going to take into account immigration consequences when you decide you are going to.
Steve Descano
It has been public the entire time I've been in office, sir.
Mark Levin
Boy, what a jerk. What a fraud. This prosecutor in Fairfax County, Virginia is one more Brad Knott, Republican, North Carolina dealing with this Discounto guy. The cut 13 go.
Representative Jim Jordan
You then reduced the abduction charge to an offense that was a lower degree and capped the sentence at 10 years. When you entered into a plea agreement, you tried to bind the court. Bind the court so they could not sentence this person to any term over two years. Is that not correct?
Steve Descano
Sir, I'm so glad you brought this to.
Representative Jim Jordan
Is that not correct?
Steve Descano
Well, because I would like to explain.
Representative Jim Jordan
It is correct and the court rejected it.
Steve Descano
Sir, I know the. This was a.
Representative Jim Jordan
This was.
Mark Levin
I'm talking.
Representative Jim Jordan
It was a judge that was appointed by Senator Warner. This is not a right wing judge. This is a liberal judge. And you know why he rejected it, sir? He saw what you should have seen. Talk about cited overwhelming evidence.
Steve Descano
Can we talk about the evidence this person was. I know it and you don't.
Representative Jim Jordan
Quit talking. And I would love a threat. He yanked a four year old girl out of her bed with the intent to harm her. And you wanted to give her a cap of two years, sir, this is. Then when the plea agreement was rejected, what did you do?
Steve Descano
Sir, this is.
Representative Jim Jordan
What did you do?
Steve Descano
This is a great example of a case.
Representative Jim Jordan
You know, I prosecuted.
Mark Levin
I prosecuted.
Representative Jim Jordan
And then.
Steve Descano
You understand.
Representative Jim Jordan
And when you're evading like that, you know what? That's a sign of guilt. What did you do? You dismissed the case, Sir.
Steve Descano
Can I, Mr. About this when you just want to know about it so much.
Representative Jim Jordan
Quiet. When you dismiss a case, what. What happens to that defendant?
Committee Member
He walks free.
Mark Levin
Walks free.
Representative Jim Jordan
A disgusting perverted individual preying on children that you dismissed the case as the father of two young girls, one of them's five.
Mark Levin
That is.
Steve Descano
Talk to me about people in my.
Representative Jim Jordan
Clearly don't.
Steve Descano
Absolutely.
Representative Jim Jordan
You dismiss the case and it shall. Shameful.
Mark Levin
Sir.
Representative Jim Jordan
You're a coward. You are a coward.
Steve Descano
You won't even let me talk to you about the case.
Representative Jim Jordan
Indefensible, sir. I yield back.
Mark Levin
And I was wrong. One more great Congressman. They're doing fantastic job with this Soros so called prosecutor. Representative Brandon Gill dealing with Descano, the commonwealth's attorney in Fairfax, Virginia, where people are dying because illegal aliens, criminals are not being removed and they're not cooperating with the feds. And this is the kind of hearing that matters, especially when somebody like me and Mr. Produce are on top of this and we're playing it for you. Cut 14, go.
Representative Brandon Gill
I want to better understand how you weigh an illegal alien's immigration status whenever you're making charging decisions. Do you, do you know who under Jose Cortez Mendez is? Are you familiar with that case?
Steve Descano
Yes, sir.
Representative Brandon Gill
Okay. This is a Guatemalan illegal alien who was arrested in March of 2024. He was initially charged with, quote, carnal knowledge of a 13 to 14 year old. Just for, for those of us who aren't lawyers, can you describe just very briefly what, what does carnal knowledge of a 13 to 14 year old mean in this context?
Steve Descano
Well, sir, generally the. A charge like that would typically refer to underage sex.
Representative Brandon Gill
Okay, so he raped an underage person. Illegal alien who raped an underage American. Your office reduced those charges to a misdemeanor charge of consensual sex with a child 15 years and older. You offered him a 90 day suspended jail sentence, is that correct, sir, Based
Steve Descano
on the evidence that we had in the case.
Representative Brandon Gill
So it is correct.
Mark Levin
So it is correct. The Democrats in Fairfax county, and there are a lot of them, you sway the elections all over the state of Virginia. You proud of.
Steve Descano
This
Mark Levin
man's been exposed a thousand ways thanks to the Republicans that control the House Judiciary Committee. And if the Democrats take over, it'll never see the light of day. You proud of this? Democrats in Fairfax county who voted for this guy? I'm sorry. Just asking you. This the kind of county you want? Because that's what you've got. This is what you have now. Discounto discuss it.
Cumulus Podcast Network | Aired: May 16, 2026
This "Best Of" episode of the Mark Levin Podcast provides an intense, wide-ranging critique of recent political and social developments through the lens of conservative commentator and constitutional scholar, Mark Levin. The episode focuses primarily on what Levin contends is the radical transformation of American political institutions by left-wing actors, including Hakeem Jeffries, Kamala Harris, and progressive local officials. Levin frames these efforts as a coordinated assault on constitutional norms, judicial independence, election integrity, and American cultural values, while also devoting significant attention to rising antisemitism, immigration issues, and progressive criminal justice policies.
Levin’s tone is fiery and combative, as he lambasts Democratic leaders and accuses them of seeking one-party rule at the expense of traditional American liberties.
Levin spends substantial time dissecting a recent interview with Hakeem Jeffries, arguing that Jeffries and fellow Democrats are seeking to "destroy our legal system, our judicial system, our electoral system" ([00:19]). According to Levin, Jeffries’ advocacy for voting rights reforms and campaign finance restrictions is a pretext for consolidating Democrat power.
Voting Rights & Race-Based Districts:
Levin asserts that efforts to expand the Voting Rights Act aim to "return to segregated race based congressional districts," serving only Democratic Party interests ([01:23]).
“It used to be for white protection, now it's for black protection… but it's all for Democrat Party protection.” — Mark Levin ([01:40])
Supreme Court & Judicial Reform:
Levin translates calls for judicial reform as a direct attack on constitutional checks and balances, warning:
“Everything's on the table, including the Constitution. As far as [Jeffries is] concerned, the so-called would-be speaker of the House. He's a very, very dangerous man.” ([03:05])
Virginia Supreme Court Plot:
Levin references a New York Times report detailing a Democrat proposal to lower the retirement age for Virginia Supreme Court justices to 54 to force out the entire bench, which he decries as "Stalinist" ([05:15], [06:22]).
“They want to blow out all seven of the state Supreme Court justices… appoint seven new Democrat justices… to ensure they never lose.” ([06:02])
Levin draws parallels between Democrat strategies across states—especially manipulation of court appointments and voting systems—as a broader campaign for one-party dominance.
No Dissent:
“And you know how many Democrats have spoken out nationally against this? I haven't heard one… because they agree with it. Power at all costs.” ([07:07])
On Threats to the Constitution:
“We're not fighting over a tax issue... We're talking about the fundamentals here. How they want to change the entire construct of our country.” ([08:51])
Warning to Conservatives:
Levin urges conservatives to recognize the gravity of these developments and organize a forward-looking agenda ([12:29]).
Levin turns to the disturbing trend of attacks on Jewish communities, invoking historical parallels and the silence of both political leaders and Jewish Democrats.
“Multiple Kristallnachts”
Levin likens recent violence and intimidation faced by Jews in American cities to Nazi-era Germany:
“These are multiple crystal knocks that are going on right now. You want to know what it was like in Germany in the 1930s? You're starting to see it.” ([16:32])
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice's Resignation:
Levin commends Justice David Wecht for leaving the Democratic Party over its "acquiescence to Jew hatred" ([19:25]), quoting Wecht's statement:
“Acquiescence to Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, even many elected officials in the Democrat Party. I can no longer abide this.” — Justice David Wecht ([20:32])
The Root Causes:
Levin faults “open borders” and failure to police radical Islamic agitators and blames both the “ruling class” and the Biden administration ([16:56], [22:34]).
Levin spends time differentiating true conservatism from rising populism, both left and right.
Defending Conservative Principles:
Levin dismisses critics from all sides, emphasizing his decades-long commitment to “liberty and conservatism and constitutionalism” ([23:29]).
“When you are anti establishment, it is because you reject the perversion of what we have been handed, what we have inherited from past generations.” ([24:07])
Against Populism:
“Populism...is Republicanism. Look at the Bill of Rights. It's nothing to do with populism. It has to do with your unalienable rights as a single human being.” ([25:24])
The episode features a deep dive into local criminal justice controversies, notably a congressional hearing involving Fairfax, VA prosecutor Steve Descano.
Immigration & Crime:
Levin slams so-called “Soros prosecutors” for failing to cooperate with federal immigration authorities, highlighting cases where criminal illegal aliens were released or given lenient sentences ([55:14]-[66:24]).
Notable Hearing Quotes:
“Are American communities safer when illegal immigrants who commit crimes are deported or when they remain in those communities?” — Rep. Van Drew to Steve Descano ([57:20]) “You dismiss the case and it shall. Shameful. You're a coward. You are a coward.” — Rep. Jim Jordan ([64:35])
Levin interjects his own commentary frequently, labeling Descano a "fraud" and highlighting the disconnect between campaign promises and office policy.
Levin dissects Vice President Kamala Harris’s remarks proposing “no bad ideas” around electoral and judicial reform, contending that such ideas would “destroy” fundamental checks and balances ([47:43]).
Memorable Moment:
“When they're destroying something, they call it Reform. They never disappoint. They want to reform the Supreme Court by destroying it.” ([48:52])
Statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico:
Levin sees this as a blatant power grab:
“Cities don't get senators. But they don't care… Puerto Rico is a territory. They don't get senators either. But they want to give them senators only because that's for Democrats.” ([52:09])
Levin repeatedly attacks the leadership of New York City, referring to Mayor “Mandami” (likely a moniker for a progressive or hypothetical official), accusing him of deliberately fostering an Islamist takeover, eroding economic vitality, and pushing out Jewish and Christian communities ([34:20], [44:07]).
Quote:
"He does not care how poor it is. He doesn't care how indebted is. That's not how his mind works. That's not how the mind of Islamists work. He is conquering New York City." ([34:29])
Media Silence & Democratic Party Complicity:
Levin decries the lack of outcry from mainstream media and Democrat officials, especially Jewish Democrats, over antisemitic violence ([43:10]).
Attacks on Judicial Independence:
“They want to blow out all seven of the state Supreme Court justices… appoint seven new Democrat justices… to ensure they never lose.” — Mark Levin ([06:02])
On Hakeem Jeffries’ Danger:
"Everything's on the table, including the Constitution. As far as he's concerned, the so-called would-be speaker of the House. He's a very, very dangerous man." — Mark Levin ([03:05])
On Alarming Parallels to 1930s Germany:
“These are multiple crystal knocks that are going on right now. You want to know what it was like in Germany in the 1930s? You're starting to see it.” — Mark Levin ([16:32])
Justice Wecht on Antisemitism:
“Acquiescence to Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, even many elected officials in the Democrat Party. I can no longer abide this.” ([20:32])
Populism vs. Conservatism:
“Populism...is Republicanism. Look at the Bill of Rights. It's nothing to do with populism. It has to do with your unalienable rights as a single human being.” — Mark Levin ([25:24])
Kamala Harris on Reform:
“This is a moment where there are no bad ideas. No bad idea brainstorm... we talk about what we need to do and think about doing around the Electoral College. We talk about the idea of Supreme Court reform...” — Kamala Harris ([48:33])
Confronting Fairfax Prosecutor:
“You dismiss the case and it shall. Shameful. You're a coward. You are a coward.” — Rep. Jim Jordan ([64:35])
Mark Levin's "Best Of" episode is a broadside against what he portrays as a radical, power-hungry left seeking to fundamentally alter America's constitutional order. He charges prominent Democrats with plotting to undermine judicial independence, enabling antisemitism, and disregarding the rule of law in immigration and criminal justice. With passionate rhetoric, historical allusions, and sharp commentary on recent news items and interviews, Levin rallies his conservative audience to vigilance and action, warning of irreversible consequences if these trends are not stopped.
