This week, I'm going to share with you the massive agents 2025 success blueprint. I'm going to show you how to make 2025 your best year ever in real estate. And the one thing that could prevent that. Let's get into it right now, the Massive Agent podcast with lead generation tips and strategies to get you more leads and sell more homes. I love to buy houses. I like to sell houses. It takes brass balls to sell real estate. Wait a minute. The leads are weak. You're weak. I've had. Oh, have I got your attention? Now? Here's your host, Dustin Brome. What is up, everybody? Welcome to episode 364 of the Massive Agent Podcast. I am your host, Dustin Brome, here in Salt Lake City. Welcome to the greatest damn real estate podcast on planet Earth. That is a scientific fact. Don't even bother fact checking. It's just objectively true. We got a lot to get into today. I'm going to share with you the massive Agent 2025 success blueprint. Now, really, there's one thing that can screw up your entire year. One, one thing. There's a lot of things, but this, this one thing trickles through every aspect of not just your business, but your life. So I'm going to share with you how to avoid this one thing so that you can literally make 2025 your best year ever in real estate. I don't care how long you've been in the industry, with what's hack, what's. With what's potentially happening economically with, with the boom we're seeing, with the enthusiasm and the optimism that we're seeing economically and throughout the business world and, and consumer sentiment. Consumer sentiment is going through the roof since the election, like it or not. That that's what's happening. That's what a bunch of polls and stats are showing. And so 2025 should be a killer year for those that know how to kill it. Right? You, if you're not doing the right things, it could just be another year, right? Maybe you sell another house, maybe not. Maybe you have a worse year. Maybe you do. Maybe everything just falls completely off the rails for you. If you're not doing the right shit, of course you have to do the right things. We're going to talk about what some of those things are. So to have to have the best year ever in 2025, here's what you need to avoid. Right? I see agents all the time. Your, your ambition or your goals do not match your actions. For example, you say you want more Leads. But you're not prospecting consistently right now. I should have told you this before I even started. I'm going to be jumping up and down on some toes today. Some of you, some of you. I'm speaking directly to you. And if you feel like I'm the, like I'm talking directly to you, I am. And also congratulations. If you're self aware enough to know that what I'm about to go over are weaknesses of yours. But in that self awareness, in recognizing that you're screwing up, there's also the power to change it. There's. In recognizing you're able to now know that a problem exists and fix it. So that's good. I'm gonna, I'm gonna shine a light on a lot of these bad habits and look, and I have struggled with these at times. I still struggle with some of them at times. And this is just human shit, right? But we're adults and we're going to get into it. Because if you're, you can't just sit there and expect that 2025 is just like business is just going to fall into your lap and rain from the sky just because it's 2025, just because the calendar flips over that all of a sudden you deserve more business. You have to freaking work for it, doing the right things. But when you do that, you're going to have to work hard regardless. Even no matter what, you're going to have to work for this shit. Anything that's worth having, you have to work for. But for those of you that do that, take this seriously and have a gut check, you have a little talk with yourself. If you have a little conversation with the man in the mirror, you could have absolutely your best year ever. I'm sure as hell planning too. I know many of you are. Let's see. So if you say you want leads, but you're not prospecting consistently, you want more listings, but when was the last time you practiced what you're going to say in a listing meeting, in a listing presentation? When was the last time you, you thought through that process? When was the last time you put any practice into it at all? Or did you just show up and wing it? And you, because you have your iPad and you flip through some and you show them, you know, if you, if you're getting appointments for listings but you're not converting them, maybe you should focus on that, on converting more of those listings. Of course you want more at bats, you want more opportunities for listings, of course, but you need to, if you want more listings. So that's part of your plan to get more listings. You need to get a hell of a lot better at getting the listing, at actually getting the seller to pick you. And there's so much great training around that. But you have to implement it. You have to practice. Don't just show up and think that that's good enough. It's not because those that are taking all the listings from you, or really they're not taking it from you because you never would have had it in the first place. If we're being honest. Those who are getting the listings that you want to be getting, they are practicing. So you should be too. You say you want to attract agents to your brokerage, that you're going to have a revenue share business going, yet you're, you're not attending trainings about agent attraction, you're not attending events, you're not plugging into the ecosystem at your brokerage, you're not participating in your brokerage. How are you supposed to attract to something that you're not utilizing? If you want to attract to your brokerage and get agents, quote, unquote, under you, which, by the way, if that's your mentality, if you see it as getting agents under you, you're already fucking up. That's not what it's about. You're looking for partners. You're looking for people that you can help get into business with, pour into their business and help them grow and scale through teamwork. Like real estate is a team sport. And if you don't think so, and if it hasn't been that way for you, you are around the wrong people, you're with the wrong company, you're with the wrong people. Real estate is a team sport. And I'm not talking about being on a team. That's not what I'm talking about. So if you want to attract agents, show up to those agent attraction trainings that exist every single week and then plug into the brokerage so that you can actually speak passionately. And agent attraction is so easy if you truly feel like you have a gift. I told one of my agents this the other day that if you have a hundred dollar bill in your hand and your goal is to go give it to somebody, you're not worried about the words you say when you go up to them and give it to them, right? Like if you, if you have a gift to give somebody, it's easy. If you feel that your brokerage or that your team or your company is a gift, that it's Going to help agents to level up in a bunch of different ways. Then it becomes easy. So you have to do the work to believe that your opportunity is the gift that agents are looking for. And if it's not, maybe you need a new company, or maybe you just need to learn more about your company so that you can feel that it is a gift. You say that you want to build a business. Agents say this all the time. You, you say that you want to build a business, that you want to have leverage, that you want to make more and work less. Of course, we all do. But then you refuse to document your workload and your processes and your systems because it's not sexy. It's tedious and mundane. And it sure is. It sure is. But how are you supposed to hand over a bunch of work to someone to do when you haven't defined what that work is? This is what we do in the, in our 12 week massive agent business accelerator. I almost call that something else. The 12 week massive agent business Accelerator. That's what we do, is we help you to break down each one of these steps so that you can define, here's what you're spending all your time doing, here's what those things are, here's who you can pass it off to, here's how they're going to do those things, here's the logins they need in the process. We, we have the blueprint for that. But if you're unwilling to do that, and I'm blown away at how many agents just won't do it yet, they say, they say that they want to build a business, they'll even invest in our accelerator program. And then they don't do it. It is what it is. It's frustrating, but agents dream of building a team, building a company, but then you, you'll, you don't create systems, you don't create standard operating procedures for others to follow. And if you don't have clear systems, then you're stuck micromanaging your team. And your team never gets off the ground. Your business never gets off the ground because you're just in micromanaging mode all the time. So without clear systems, you're just a micromanager. You say you want to be a local expert, but you're not creating any local content on a consistent basis. You say you want to launch that YouTube channel finally, but you're, you're not spending any time learning how to do it. You're not spending any time learning how to do it. Well, you're not time blocking Any time to record videos. This is a problem. You say you want to work less, yet you refuse to delegate anything because you think no one can do it as good as me. If you have that mentality, you're not alone. You're not alone. But you have to get past that. If you want to own a business and have any kind of leverage whatso whatsoever, if you want to have any kind of freedom whatsoever and work less, you sure as hell you need to delegate. There's no other way to do it. You say you want to be a better husband, a better wife, a better father, better mother. But then on your calendar you have no family time or date nights scheduled off or blocked off. You just try to put those into whatever spots are available after you're done working. You need to. If your family is the most important thing to you, put that on your calendar now and build your business around it. That is the hack. It is a simple concept. And look, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You just may not have realized what you were doing were settling for family time when you could fit it in. No, no, no. You need to set your family time. Put it on the calendar. You want to be done on Thursdays by 5:30pm, then 5:30pm you're done. If you don't want to work the weekends, block that off on the calendar. It's family time. It's unavailable for anything business related. You're the one that sets your schedule. Nobody else does. I don't set your schedule for you. So if you want to be a better father, you want to be a better, better mother, put that stuff on the calendar and commit to it. And don't let anyone schedule shit during those times. For example, this is something I'm very proud of. And I'm not. I'm not bragging, but I'm. I'm proud of this. Every morning I drop my kids off at school. I do not so on my calendar. So I drop the kids off at school, then I go to the gym with my wife. My day does not start until after that gym time. I'm unavailable for meetings, I'm unavailable to do anything. My calendar is unavailable until after I'm done with those things. So I work when I'm available to work, right? That is everything. Because dropping my kids off at school is one of my favorite things on the planet to do. And I'm very proud that I do it every single day when I'm in town. If I'm out of town, I hate that my wife gets the Opportunity to do it, it luckier. But man, that's just been such a big deal for me. Something. Something I'm very proud of. If you, you say you want financial freedom, but you're not, you're not hiring help. You're. You're sticking with the same brokerage that will or. Or team that just will never get you to financial freedom. It's not possible. I see this all the time. You say you want financial freedom, but you're everything you do, or the only thing you do is just. You try to sell houses. You have no other income streams. You're completely 100% reliant on commission income. You can make a great living that way for sure. But if freedom is your goal, then you need other streams of income. You need other people doing work on your behalf. You need other people selling homes on your behalf if you're going to have any kind of freedom. Otherwise, you're the one that has to do the work. You're the one that has to write the offers. You're the one that has to open the doors and show the houses and do all the meetings and take all the calls. There's. There's no other way around it. So if you want financial freedom, maybe you need a new brokerage, maybe you need a new team, maybe you need new business partners. I think it's insane how many agents don't invest. And I mean put aside real estate investment or investing in stocks or into businesses or any of that. I just mean like reinvesting into yourself. You say that you want to do big things, but you don't invest in yourself. You're not hiring coaches, you're not attending masterminds, you're not attending events, you're not taking courses. You say you want to do big things and you have big goals, yet you're not exercising, you're not eating healthy, you don't. You're not reading. How are you supposed to. Let's say, one of my goals. I put this on social media the other day. One of my goals for this year is to earn a million dollars in income this year in revenue. Okay? My goal is not to net a million this year. My goal is a million in revenue this year. Net will be after that. I, I am not today the person that I need to be to earn that million dollars in a year. However, I am committed to doing the work to become the person who is capable of earning a million dollars in a year. I have to grow to be better. So if you say you have all these big goals and Big plans and you're going to Crush it in 2025. I want you to. But what are you doing? Are you actually committed to doing the things that are going to build you into the person capable of hitting those goals? Because if you're not, if you're just planning on hitting the goal, but you're just going to be the same person you are today, you are not today the person capable of hitting that big goal. Yet you have to upgrade yourself in order to get there. Now look that one thing that can prevent you from all the goals is by not taking actions required to hit the goals. As simple as that. So be honest with yourself. I'm sure I, every one of you, I probably stepped in your toes a little bit with, with all of that. So what do you need to do new that you have not done before to get you to a new place? What, what are those things? Maybe it's one thing, maybe it's three things. Maybe for you, all you need to do is finally to commit to your health and exercise and eat well and track your food and maybe cold plunge or sauna or red light or get regular massages or whatever you need. Maybe it's a combination of all those. It could be as simple as just moving, like taking a break during the day, going for a walk for 30 minutes while listening to a podcast, or making your phone calls while walking. And that extra activity will help your ass get in shape, will get you. And as you're getting in shape, you're getting more energy and you're building confidence. A lot of us just look at like the business tactics and we're forgetting that us as people, like we are the ones fueling any results or lack thereof. Make sure that your relationships are right with your spouse, with your significant other. If it's not, I guarantee that is hurting you in business. So make sure that your goals match your actions, or rather your actions match your goals that what you're doing if you want to, if you want to do X, make sure that you're doing the things required to get X. It's a simple concept, but yet so many of us struggle with it on a regular basis. And that's why I'm smacking you across the face with it today, because this is what you need to know going into 2025, I 150,000% agree that your goals, that you have those big goals and 2025 is going to be so big, I believe that is possible for you if you take the actions required to get those things, get around people that are going to help you be, excuse me, get around the people that are going to help you become the type of person who's capable of achieving those goals. This is a team sport. Business is a team sport. Real estate is a team sport. Life is a team sport. And far too many of you are going at it alone. When you have people in your life that absolutely can, would and want to show up and help you, but you're not giving them a chance. One of my biggest frustrations. I'm going to be transparent. Since I, since I joined Real this year, I've been blessed to now be partnered with over 600 agents. About 600 agents as of, as of today. And what's. And I, and I've been partnered with over a thousand total between my two companies over the last six or seven years. And something that's frust. It frustrates me so much is when I see agents leave because they were struggling with something. They're not getting the traction they need. They're not getting the support they need. Something's just not working for them. And I had no freaking idea. Now, look, I can't help but internalize a little bit, like, well, maybe I should have. I wish I would have called them more often. But look, we're adults. If you need help, you better raise your hand and ask for it. This is not grade school. If you have great people around you and you're not utilizing them, if you're not asking them for help and for guidance, what are you doing? Like, you're, you're choosing to play with one hand tied behind your back. It doesn't have to be that hard. You have. If you have all these great people around you or you're with a company like mine where all you have to do, if you're, if you're frustrated with something or you're stuck or something's not working and you're trying to figure something out, you. You just literally raise your hand and say, hey, I need this. I need help with X. I need help with why I'm struggling with this. What's the solution for this problem? I'm, I'm having an issue here. How can I solve it? What are the solutions? And just by asking, people want to help you. So ask for more help this year. Ask for more help. And part of it is you need to put yourself in position to get help. Maybe join a mastermind, join a course, join a, join a program or a community or our business accelerator or go to more events. Maybe a combination of all of it. But simply asking for help for people that you know already have the solution. They've already struggled with the thing that you're struggling with and have gotten past it. Why aren't you asking them for help and guidance? You do that, you can have a massive, massively successful year. And I want nothing more for you than that. Go crush it. Go have one hell of a 2025. It starts today. It starts. If you feel like 2025 starts in a few weeks, I'm not going to tell you you've already lost. I'm not going to be one of these people. Like, well, you've already lost. You're already screwed for the year. No, you're not. Stop it. But you're behind because you should feel like it's already. Like it's begun. Like, let's freaking go. Let's get going. Don't wait until later to do. To do the stuff that you know you need to do. Ask for help when you need it. Invest in yourself and make sure that your actions match your goals. Thank you so much for listening. I'll see you guys next week. Take care.
