How do we, as travel advisors, measure our success? What does success look like? And how should it be measured?⁠

How should travel advisors set goals? What should we measure? How far reaching should those goals extend? When setting goals, what should we be focusing on? ⁠

We all know that while there may not be any barriers to entry into the travel industry as an advisor, it does on the other hand require a tremendous amount of grit and patience in those first few years. And while sales and revenue and commissions are so often talked about, I believe that we sometimes get distracted by these metrics because we aren’t always in complete control of these metrics and I also believe that when measuring the success of a travel advisor, it is about so much more than these numbers.
