What is the purpose I have in mind when creating a Training Plan for an athlete?

When we try and fail we will feel some negative emotions and have negative thoughts. One of the keys to success is reducing the sting that trying and failing produces in us.

We all have the right to be successful. It needs to be protected. Who are we protecting this right from? The answer probably won't surprise you.

You are going to experience bad thoughts. It is your choice as to whether you chase them or not.

Take action regardless of how you're feeling.

We are all spanking to ourselves each moment of each day. The correlation between the quality of our inner dialogue and the quality of our day is 100%.

Waiting for some kind of external validation of your success is a dangerous thing to do.
