Episodes will be roughly 30 minutes in length and will showcase local community leaders discussing topics that McKinney citizens want to know more about.

She later served as president of the Rowlett Chamber and vice president of the Lewisville Chamber. Hermes launched her professional career as a journalist with the Star Group of newspapers in Burleson. She was managing editor of Inside Collin County Business, before moving into chamber management. Hermes graduated from the Institute of Organizational Management through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and from Leadership McKinney class of 2009.
