This is actually the second episode in a two part series that I'm doing about AI and ChatGPT and beyond. So you do not need to necessarily have listened to the previous episode. But if you're kind of curious as to how I'm using AI personally to be more productive, to ultimately be able to get more things done quicker than do, head back to the most recent episode to listen to that as well too. So the truth is is right now we are in the renaissance, if you will, of AI. And you know, the very we don't even know all the different ways that a year or two years from now, or five years from now that we will be using it and how much it's going to change how we work and how we do things. The biggest technology thing that's probably ever impacted us as a society, okay, and the most close thing that people can even compare it to is when the Internet, which, you know, 80s child, 80s, 90s child. I remember life before there was an Internet and it is now completely immersive. Like we couldn't even think about, you know, not having WI fi, not having the world Wide web as we know it today, from Google to you know, our apps, our entire homes, our work is all connected now to WI fi, the Internet. And it's hard to remember life pre the Internet and it was hard to know the scope of how much the Internet would change how we do things. And AI is going to have even a more, a larger impact than that. But what a lot of experts are saying is that the impact is going to happen so much faster then the Internet's impact happened. It was still fast compared to anything else historically as far as technological advancements go. But AI is going to be Even faster than that. And so today we're talking about custom developed really ways of using chat GPT. So chat GBT is just a certain type of AI. There's lots of different, you know, applications for, for AI beyond just GBTs. But I want to talk today specifically about how I am incorporating AI in to my business and what I kind of see the future for especially like training and education and coaching is going to be for. Hi Rosie. For those of you listening, Rosie just jumped up on the sofa with me to hang out while we we chit chat. So how I'm going to be using it to really truly help my clients be able to implement and execute what they're doing with us even faster. And so even when I look at marketing like our, like how I over the last, especially the last five years I was looking at my marketing methodology that I've used with clients in this industry for years and the foundation of like you know, becoming an expert and like you all really positioning yourselves as experts and authorities at what it is that you do. Which is at the heart of what we do is like we want to help our clients become the go to for what it is that they do in their local market so that you can have patients and clients that are willing to spend big money with you drive far and wide to come to get the incredible outstanding outcomes and results that you are able to provide for them. And so I that is like the heart of everything. Right? Right. And then the three main key things we we help our, how our we help our clients do that is one coming up with really an irresistible well positioned offering. In our case we really like to double down on having a signature menu of signature packages, a signature membership and just unique to you, things that not only help position you differently but obviously help you get outstanding outcomes for a certain type of patient or client that's looking to solve a high value problem or get a high value results or solution. Right. And then we have our sales system, our consult process and then we have our marketing. Okay, so I'm going to start with the marketing and just a little bit of background on how challenging over the years it has been for us to be able to actually get our clients to implement the marketing that I would suggest that they do. So many of you, not actually there's a lot of you that are new to me but I used to have a social media membership called the Skin socialite. I had 350 to 375 med spas and aesthetic clinics go through that membership at some point and that membership, we were shooting inside of esthetic practices and clinics every single month and creating like aesthetic focused stock imagery. We were creating captions, caption templates and then, you know, a canva graphic library. And then we had a whole strategy that we taught that was based on authority funnels. It's literally the methodology and the authority method. I have been teaching some facsimile of that methodology for years because it is the type of marketing methodology that helps my clients and it's the same methodology I use. Right. I like to, I position myself as a unique expert and authority for what it is I do because I have a certain type of client that I like to work with and get outstanding outcomes for. Okay. And so that's obviously what I have always helped coach my clients to do. But even when we were delivering content, we were teaching med spa and esthetic clinic owners to do our marketing strategy. The amount of creative capital, the thinking capital that it takes to actually implement an effective online marketing strategy is a lot, especially for a small business, brick and mortar business type of owner where many of the people I work with were originally practitioners and technicians of sorts before they became a business owner. Right. And so I always limited the scope of what I would actually like, how intermediate advanced I would get with marketing funnels and email sequences and backend automations because I was very aware and like most of my clients even right now and over the last couple of years have some marketing or social media team members, whether it's an agency or a contractor or somebody in house that is actually helping them with marketing. And even with that, it was still very challenging to actually get them to create authority building and expert focused type of content and online marketing funnels, if you will. And so I always, I had this thing I called the base marketing funnel and it's in MSA right now. And it is still the base of like my entire authority method strategy. But the reason why I would only encourage one base marketing marketing funnel and I called it that, was because I was always like, in the back of my mind, I was limiting the scope of what I would encourage clients to do because I had so much evidence that many of my clients, even with a lot of like done for you help on the back end, simply would not, would get lost in the implementation and the execution of that thing. And so I've always limited what I have done. And then one of the episodes on the podcast, and it was in January and I can't, I can't remember the title of it, but I talked about it was A personal episode where I shared how I had transitioned my funnels and sort of the marketing that I was doing back in the summer of 2024. And so I shared like, I dove deep into like how I changed my strategy and sort, sort of changed the type of online marketing funnels that I was doing. And so I mentioned on that episode, hey, if you're interested in more of this type of content about marketing funnels and more advanced organic marketing funnels and authority funnels and those things, let me know. And it is the, I say that a lot on the podcast sometimes for different topics like hey, give me feedback on this and, and, or reach out, you know, occasionally and do that kind of things. And I had so many active clients, dream clients that I love working with, reach out to me and let me know, hey, I want to learn more about this. We want to implement more funnels, we want to do more when it comes to marketing, more intermediate, more advanced marketing. And now that I have discovered these customized gbts, I am going, I'm rolling up my sleeves right now we're in the midst of it where you have beta users of it. I'm going to share that all with you of really doubling down on helping you all incorporate more intermediate to advanced funnels that will lead back to your signature offerings. Okay. And so that is possible now because of AI and chat gbt. Yes, but because of these customized like the custom developed gbts that I'm going to be talking about today. So a few months ago, let's see, it's. This is, it's April when I'm recording this, this episode will probably drop in May. Let's see. At the end of 2024, my coach incorporated, she's a messaging and marketing coach for coaches. Okay. And she dropped her, her version of a custom developed GPT and she was kind of building a lot of hype around it. And you know, I work in with her in like the highest level mastermind that she has. And I was like, huh? I already was familiar with custom gbts which many of you may have seen. And what are custom gbts and then what are custom developed by a developer? Gbts, they're different. So let me explain the difference. So a custom GBT, you can actually go into ChatGPT and create a custom G B T that is really just built on Chat G B T and you can basically put some of your methodology, you can upload things to it so that you have certain G B T threads, if you will, that already are built on your certain frameworks. And topics, your brand, your tone of voice and what have you so that you're not always starting from scratch with chat gbt. Okay, so that's what I thought she was doing. And I was like, okay, like I don't know if that's really going to be that revolutionary, if you will. I love her and I was like rooting for her, but I was like, I don't know. And so she launches it and she of course beta launches it to her clients first before she sold it publicly. And so I was using this customized GBT and I'm like, oh my gosh, this is totally different than a custom G B T that I had used for, that I had talked about last week in last week's episode where I'm like, I have, you know, I'm using the team part of Chat GPT where, you know, with my team members and giving them frameworks for being able to respond to folks. And we create custom GBT using the built in custom GBT thing that is a feature within Chat gbt. And so this is different. This is where you actually have a developer clear out the GBT and it's almost like changing the hardware of that GPT, if you will, that specific GPT. Okay. And so you've probably seen for those of you who use Chat GPT, you can go and search and, and find different types of GPTs that are sort of like the App Store, right? So like you've got your Apple iPhone, if you will, and then there's the App Store and there's app developers that build different apps within the Apple platform, right? So ChatGPT, it's kind of like the Apple iPhone and people can build G B ts on the platform. And so what my coach had done is she had changed the hardware of certain gbts to be built on certain parts of her frameworks so that when I go to use it to implement part of her frameworks, it has been the hardware of it has been changed. So it has the brain of Chat gbt, if you will, without a lot of the garbage and junk that is, you know, load like bloated inside of regular chat CBT, which is why sometimes the outputs in ChatGPT aren't that great. And so I started using this and I was like, oh my goodness, this is totally different than regular chat DBT was so impressed. It actually sounds like her. Like she's giving me the advice based on her free frameworks, but it's the AI telling me it, if you will. I'm probably not describing it very well, and so I knew immediately that for the three main things I do with my clients that creating a custom developed GBT would help our clients and potentially help so many more potential clients as actually implement my frameworks. So I hired the same custom developer that my coach was using to actually create custom GBTs of my framework. So there's three different GBTs now. I just wrapped up the pre sell launch of the Authority method and for those of you who jumped in on that, you were super smart because it was priced so great and we are including three months of access to the Authority method. So I'm calling this whole thing Ask Heather AI. Okay. And so this is a custom developed gbts based on my frameworks so that you can implement and execute everything that I teach faster and more effectively than you can do on your own. And then for those of you who don't want to work with me one on one or you know, that's just not in the wheelhouse for you. But even for my folks that are working with me every single week and meet with me every single week in msa, it's not replacing that either if you will. Like, I still want to work with my coach directly and it just makes it so much more immersive that I can have her in my back pocket in the form of these gbts as well too. So I like both of them. And so in behind the Scenes, we of course gave access right away to our MSA clients. And we have one GBT that is built on our signature menu that sells framework and it's like acts like a menu designer in your back pocket. We have one that is built on our our consult and our five figure consults system and sales process. And what's crazy about it is that we are able to upload the hours and the hours and the hours of coaching calls that I have done with team members with CEOs on sales, on what they're doing with our consult process. And so that gets uploaded into that specific gbt. And so we have different workflows where it becomes like a sales trainer. And so now our clients and their team members are able to actually role play with that sales GPT. It acts like a sales trainer. And then finally the third GBT is built on our content and our marketing funnel frameworks. Okay. We have all different types of email sequences as examples. Those email sequences are baked in to the GPT so that it can help you use our email frameworks and actually create the sequences so much faster so that you can create the guides that you know, because we talk about I love having guides and help you actually create that faster for the unique solutions that you have. And so I wanted to share that with you because we will link up in the show notes by the time this episode drops more information on how you can potentially either get on the waitlist or actually sign up for Ask Heather AI.
