Most people have been told to brush, floss, and show up for cleanings. What most people have never been told is that the bacteria living in your mouth can travel directly into your bloodstream and contribute to heart attack, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer. That missing information is medical gaslighting in one of its most systemic forms.
