My name is Thorfan Singhonsai Russell and for my Anthropology Assignment, I decided to interview my mother Ranee Russell. We were both born in Thailand the only difference is she grew up there until she was 23. For one of the main concepts, I wanted to touch base about how her life and experience has changed with language. Through this interview we bonded over our experiences in Thailand and America and I learned a little more about my mom.

Meg and Thor talk about how skiing has been one of the bigger literacy as they were growing up. While having their dads be a big part of it and their story of what literacy is. Finishing off with how important literacy has become now as they are in college trying to find their majors.

Literacy is very important.
