In this solo episode, Alison shares how she’s been working remotely whilst travelling through France — and why this season of life has given her a completely fresh perspective on business and balance. After 11 years in her home office, Alison reflects on the shift from structure and hustle to creating a life that allows flexibility, travel, and space to enjoy the moments in between. From catching up with Sophie Scott to a spontaneous Sunday afternoon in San Sebastián, discovering beach ballet and yoga massage, Alison explores how new experiences open up creativity, spark fresh ideas, and give clarity on what truly matters. She also dives into the power of routines — exercise, food, work, and sleep — and how having these in place actually creates more freedom, not less. Alison unpacks what it means to work smarter (not harder), let go of the pressure to do it all, and build a business that supports your lifestyle instead of running it. This episode is an inspiring reminder for high-performing women that creating sustainable success isn’t about doing more — it’s about aligning your energy and time with what’s most important, and giving yourself permission to thrive.www.relauncher.com.auwww.instagram.com/relauncher_alison

Lucy Banks, a Perth-based mother of 3, has made a remarkable transition from corporate banking to becoming a millionaire on OnlyFans. Now the CEO of Million Billion Media, Australia's first adult-industry-friendly PR and Talent Management agency, Lucy has built a wealth story based on strategic content creation, financial acumen, and entrepreneurship.Lucy previously worked in corporate banking, balancing a demanding job with raising 2 children. Despite her professional success, she found herself struggling financially and emotionally following a divorce, which heightened the pressure of single parenthood. She often speaks about how these challenges fuelled her desire to explore alternative career paths that could offer financial independence and time flexibility.Facing financial difficulties, Lucy explored OnlyFans after learning about the platform from a friend. She approached the platform strategically, focusing on authenticity and personal storytelling through the "girlfriend experience" model. This involved daily engagement with her audience, which rapidly expanded her follower base and boosted her income significantly. Lucy was earning up to $3,000 daily and reached the million-dollar milestone within 4 years. Lucy credits her success to consistency, audience rapport, and smart reinvestment strategies.Whilst her success brought financial freedom, it also came with significant personal challenges. Coming from a conservative community, Lucy’s career shift was met with criticism and even estrangement from some family members, with reports indicating friends and family ceased contact for 18 months. She has openly discussed the emotional toll this took on her, emphasising how staying true to her goals helped her persevere. Lucy actively uses her platform to challenge stigmas around the adult industry and redefine perceptions of financial empowerment.Building on her success, Lucy launched Million Billion Media, a PR and talent management agency dedicated to supporting adult content creators. Drawing from her personal experience, she aims to empower creators by offering media representation, personal branding strategies, and career mentorship. The agency has helped multiple clients secure mainstream media coverage and brand partnerships. www.relauncher.com.auwww.instagram.com/relauncher_alison
