Although their cars, purses, and keys were left behind with few signs of a struggle aside from a shattered porch light, no concrete trace of the women was ever discovered. Decades later, the case remains one of the Midwest's most baffling unsolved mysteries, leaving investigators with endless theories but zero definitive answers.
