Lindsay Clancy is a former Massachusetts nurse who was charged with first-degree murder following the January 2023 strangulation deaths of her three young children—Cora, Dawson, and Callan—at their Duxbury home, after which she attempted suicide. Because Clancy admits to the killings, her trial centers on legal responsibility: her defense argues she was in the grips of severe postpartum psychosis and over-medication, while prosecutors argue she acted intentionally and understood her actions.
