STRAIGHT DOPE: Marc helps those of you who still have hard-to-please people on your Christmas list by offering his suggestion for the gift everyone wants. Then ML tells listeners how they can give it to the show!

“It’s a Wonderful Life” is the “Shawshank Redemption” of holiday movies – ALWAYS ON. Marc asks ML for his take on the Jimmy Stewart classic, and instead ML makes it all about him, plugging a parody version he once did for Fox 2. Get the bell ready!

Guess where ML says Shawn and his wife went after they dropped their kids off at the movie theater to watch a holiday classic.

ML tries to turn the Christmas movie discussion into a holiday movie discussion by nominating a Jame Lee Curtis film as the best holiday movie ever. Marc and Shawn stop him in his tracks, but not before Marc mentions a Halloween movie masquerading as a Christmas movie.

Is Christmas Day an appropriate time to go to the movies? ML, Marc and Shawn reminisce and reason why it’s ok to sneak off to a dark theater on Jesus’ birthday.

The gang doesn’t agree on much, but they all love “Elf.” They fail to reach a consensus on Vince Vaughn.
