Do you have a system to follow up with your direct to vendor property leads? Do you know how to structure the meetings? Do you know how to observe the body language of a vendor? Brynley Little does.... Not only does he know how to do all of these things, he speaks about them on this podcast.... Brynley grew up in a family of developers, coming into the business and bringing that youthful exuberance which he goes through in the podcast and explains how he came to the position in the business he know has and what experiences he had through his working life that he is able to utilise on the property business.... This episode was a cracker and just goes to show the level of sophistication applied to a property business, a key learning for me was that they do the right things right and you can also learn to do this.... Property finance - do you what you can and can’t do? It’s something that I see asked on forums and facebook all the time, it always seems to be a topic that people do not fully understand, so I though I would get Michael Primrose (Property Finance Guy) on the show to go through the various different things that people get muddled up with in property and what you need to look for when working with a broker. This is a great episode with a very experienced property professional which will enable you to have a better understanding of property finance. The Property Finance Guy Website

When planning out your developments to hit the market have you ever got into detail on what actually makes them sell? I mean really got into detail? In this episode I speak with Ben Sykes (The New Homes Agent) to find out what people actually want in their new build properties and what you can do to make the properties sell quicker. We also cover topics like: How to work better with agents How to make an agents life easier when they are selling your developments This was a really good episode to record, not just because Ben is a friend but because the knowledge he dropped in this episode will be able to help any developer in any area to get their developments noticed by potential buyers - which is want we want right? Lloyd Giraldi is the guest on the show today, this episode is a great one for the developers out there that love build to rent. In this episode I speak with Lloyd about his past, what led him to get into property and how he found his business partner (which was interesting!). We then get into his favourite deal, as always we get deep into the deal so you guys get the nitty gritty, the how it was found, how it was funded the lot..... Have you ever wanted so many deals you had to create an app to sell them? That’s what this weeks episode is all about, Arsh Ellahi. Arsh is a monster when it comes to deals, he just keeps churning them out. He stared out by spotting something in his fathers portfolio and a way of maximising the returns and then went from there to create a super strong business to where he is today. This episode has so many nuggets in for people to find deals that we couldn’t link it to just one deal…. Deals@propertyinvestorapp.co.uk https://propertyinvestorapp.co.uk www.Arshellahi.com

In this weeks episode of the Venture Property Podcast I speak with Jane Scroggs about her career, what motivates her, what she does to chill out and how this incredible idea came to life. As soon as I saw this Podville concept I knew I had to reach out the Jane to get her on the show, this idea is brilliant - 14 shipping containers in Bristol to create an office space and an incredible vibe - if this was in Lincoln I would move in today. To find out how Jane Scroggs, brought this from idea all the way through to built out and ready for tenants listen to this episode. Check out Podville here.

In this episode of the Venture Property Podcast, I have a guy who is all about people, building good teams and also rewarding those teams. Grant Leggett is a guy who I shared a planning panel with and was blown away by how good he was. In this episode I ask Grant where he learns his stuff from, where he takes his inspiration from and how he has built the impressive team which he has, we also talk about how he relaxes, which might really interest you all - it was an answer I wasn’t expecting. The key takeaway I got from this podcast was…. PEOPLE! It’s all about the people, property is a people business and Grant has this to his core! If you want to get in touch with Grant or know more about him you can do so here.

In this episode of the Venture Property Podcast I have a guest who many people have told me I should have on the show, a guy with huge exprience in property, who talks very straight, pulls no punches and is somebody I very much enjoyed interviewing. Let me introduce John Howard. For those of you who don't know who John Howard is, after this podcast you will learn from John's experience of over 40 years!! Buying and selling over 3,500 properties and is still going, who is described as a Volvo car, who is still going strong... One of the key take aways that I got from this was being mentally consistent is key, why the 3rd deal is the most dangerous... this was a truly insightful interview with one of properties best and most knowledgeable people. Let me know what you took away from the podcast? If you want to get in touch with John Howard you can find him here. Dont forget if you like the show then leave a review!

In this episode of the Venture Property Podcast I have a guest who has a very unique way of financing rent to rent deals and also the furniture for your deals whether that is rent to rent or serviced accommodation. Andrew Southwood has been emailing me for a while about getting on the show and we were finally able to get him on to chat about his experiences in the property and business world, which we hope produced a great show for you guys. In the episode Andrew spoke about documentation to do with HMRC for the tax deduction, I have included a link to that article here. D&D Leasing Leave a review for the show

In this episode of the Venture Property Podcast I have a very interesting guest, did you know was a former dentist? Who in typical entrepreneural fashion found that there was nothing in the property management space that was mobile and also in one place, so you guessed it - he created it. Arthur was created and since then has flourished into a very strong piece of kit, where everything is in one place so much so in fact that one member was able to sort an issue as he got on the ski lift and it was dealt with before he got off…. That’s impressive. In this interview we talk all thing PropTech, property investing, what the future holds for both, lessons learnt and also we geek out a little about what the software can do. Marc Trup from Arthur was a great guest with a depth of property investment knowledge, I hope you liked the interview. Arthur Online
