Jimmy Kimmel's late night show will return tomorrow night. The program was pulled last Wednesday ahead of Kimmel's plan to triple down on his criticism of conservatives after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. But now Disney says after some thoughtful conversations with the left wing host, they're letting him back on the air. The company said they suspended the show to, quote, avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country. The decision was made because they, quote, felt some of the comments were ill timed and thus insensitive. It's not clear, however, if all ABC affiliates will actually be showing it. The largest of those, Sinclair Broadcasting, has said in the past that it would not go back to running Kimmel's show until the late night host fully apologized.

The United States is reportedly considering sanctions for the International Criminal Court and a decision could fall as soon as this week. The step is being considered in response to the court's investigations into claims of war crimes against the US And Israel, neither of which is a member of the icc. The Trump administration has already placed sanctions against certain ICC judges, but the latest round under consideration would hit the entire court a severe escalation and economic blow to the institution.

President Trump is expected to sign a deal with TikTok this week. Under the deal, the app would be jointly owned with Chinese ByteDance retaining a 20% stake. The app operations will be based in the US and housed on Oracle servers, with the US company providing data security. Existing owners and new backers like Oracle will control 80%. The new seven person board structure will also limit Chinese control, giving ByteDance one seat. President Trump gave Fox News a sneak peek into who will be involved.
Donald Trump
They're very well known people and Larry Ellison's one of them. He's involved. He's a great guy. Michael Dell is involved. I hate to tell you this, but a man named Lachlan is involved. That's a very unusual name. Lachlan Murdoch and Rupert is probably going to be in the group. A couple of others, really great people, very prominent people. And they're also American patriots. You know, they love this country. So I think they're going to do a really good job.

Most importantly, the new structure will prevent China from accessing American user data and it will forfeit control of the algorithm. The US Government will also receive a multi billion dollar payout for brokering the deal.

More Dominican authorities on Sunday said it was the first joint Dominican American operation against narco terrorism in the Caribbean Sea. The United States has carried out at least three strikes against suspected drug smugglers in the Caribbean this month. In this case, Dominican authorities reported Sunday that they recovered cocaine from the wreckage of the vessel, which was suspected of carrying around £2,200 of the drug. It was not immediately clear if the Dominican Republic Sunday announcement was connected to a Friday statement from President Trump on a US strike that destroyed a drug speedboat and killed three smugglers.

California governor Gavin Newsom has signed a bill into law making it a crime for law enforcement to hide their faces while on the job. Daily Wire immigration reporter Jenny Terror has the details.
Andrew Colvett
The new law bans masks and disguises for local state and federal officers while conducting official business, unless they're undercover or in a situation that requires tactical gear. Newsom used the signing to take aim at federal immigration raids in Los Angeles, where ICE officers were recently spotted masked. Here's the governor taunting ICE agents.

ICE unmasked what are you afraid of? If you're going to go out and you're going to do enforcement, provide an id, tell us which agency you represent. Provide us basic information that all local law enforcement is required to provide.
Andrew Colvett
DHS officials call the move reckless warning. Assaults on ICE agents have surged 1,000%, and masks are often the only thing protecting officers, identities and families. California joins a growing list of states weighing similar restrictions, and a new King.
