Colorado is trying to silence free speech again. A state law forces businesses to use customers preferred pronouns even if they're biologically inaccurate. With the help of Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company are challenging the law, but a court recently ruled against them. They appealed the ruling and with ADF's help, they'll keep fighting another attempt by Colorado to skirt the First Amendment. Iran and Israel exchanged fire last night, rattling peace negotiations. Daily Wire foreign affairs reporter Cassia Kiba has the latest.
Cassia Kiba
The fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran appeared to go back into place Monday afternoon after a dramatic overn exchange, a fire that marked Tehran's first direct attack on Israel in months. Iran launched at least 24 ballistic missiles at Israel in retaliation for Israeli strikes and Hezbollah targets in Beirut. The IDF says all of the missiles were intercepted or hit open areas and no casualties were reported. Israel responded with strikes on military and missile production targets inside Iran before President Trump publicly pushed both sides to stop fighting so he could resume peace negotiations. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel has paused attacks on Iran for now, but warned that any future Iranian strike will be met with force.
