I’ve always needed to do something with my hands to regulate, root, and remember the truth of the Earth that I am. Smoking cigarettes and weed, giving handjobs, biting the skin around my nails, cutting and styling hair, gardening — and of course, my main savior as a squirrelly neurodivergent: writing.

Aquarius attunes us to the lone wolf and the one who gathers the group and leads in service to collective liberation. We did that today in our Strike for Palestine (it was the most heartfelt gathering I’ve been to so far this year online.)

Aquarius opens us to cosmology and the collective consciousness—and yes, also, the nervous system aka our body t6hat is in charge of how we perceive ourselves and the world. She teaches us how to weave lifelong friendships across the internet, and how easily we can also spread lies, spew hate, and forget our shared humanity.
