Welcome everyone. Let's take a few moments to ground ourselves before we begin this om. Practice meditation. Go ahead and find a comfortable position in your chair. You can sit upright with your spine tall and your feet flat on the floor, or whatever feels most supportive for you right now. When you're ready, I invite you to gently close your eyes or soften your gaze by looking down towards the floor. Let's begin by taking a slow deep breath in through the nose, filling the belly, and a long full breath out through the mouth. Arriving here in this room together, bring your awareness to the feeling of your body in the chair. Notice the points of contact, your feet on the floor, your back against the chair. Feel the solid ground beneath you, supporting you completely. With your next exhale in, imagine any tension from your morning melting away. Let your shoulders lift up and then slowly drop down from your ears. Soften the space between your eyebrows and allow your jaw to unclench. Just for these next few moments, give yourself permission to simply be. Nothing to do, nothing to solve. Now we set our intention for this time together as we prepare to share ideas and collaborate. Allow yourself to cultivate a sense of openness. Imagine your mind as a wide open sky. Thoughts and ideas may pass through like clouds and we can simply observe them without needing to grasp onto them or judge them. Let's make space for new perspectives, for creativity and for the collective wisdom in this room. Set an intention to listen deeply, not just to the words being spoken, but to the meaning and feeling behind them. Instead of forming your response while others are speaking, practice simply receiving. Let go of the urge to immediately agree, disagree or fix. Instead, invite a gentle curiosity. Ask yourself, what can I learn from this? What new perspective is being offered here? This is how we create a space for real innovation and alignment. Let this feeling of calm, open curiosity fill the space around us. We are a team here to support one another and build something meaningful together. Take one more deep, unifying breath in. Hold it for a moment and as you exhale, release any remaining distractions. Urgency and tension in your body slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room. You might wiggle your fingers and your toes. Notice the sounds around you without labeling them. And when you feel ready at your own pace, gently open your eyes, bringing this sense of presence, focus and curiosity with you into this meeting. Sa.
