So we've all had the experiences. We sit down at our laptop and we're like, oh, I'm just not getting into this. I can't really be bothered. What happens there is the cortisol and stress hormones rise. That's where we can start to have that negative self talk. Or we can look for escapism. Right. When we're looking for dopamine, we can look for dopamine through novelty. But the novelty can come from clicking on social, social media or the website, putting out fires, distracting ourselves. But when we understand we're actually developing or stepping into a new version of us, like a hat that we put on a roll, that we palm a different neural network. Right. Welcome to the Neural Performance Podcast with your host, Andy Murphy. Join us as we delve into the advanced high performance tactics he uses with his elite clientele across the globe. Let's unlock a whole new world of business potential together. What's going on, Euro performers? And welcome to episode447. Hope you're amazing as always. Life is treating you, treating you good, treating you good. Today's episode's. It's a good one. It's a good. Everybody said good three times already, but it is a good one. And the reason it's. It's a good one is one. It's part of these lives that I've been putting on that I really hope you've been attending. I really hope that because we go into lots of detail, you get training or coaching, you get access to me one on one afterwards, which is always pretty cool. And I'm also going to be doing a four hour training all around subconscious sales. That's happening not this Wednesday, it's happening at the end of the month. Dates are going to be there and then later on in the year it's going to be really cool because I'm actually going to be doing a live event where, yes, you get to actually come in person in an amazing luxury location. And we're going to settle down and I'm going to tune you up for, well, at least two days. So all of that's coming. It all starts with you jumping on these lives. And speaking of the lives, let's have a chat with what's going on today because it's all about flow. And you've probably heard the term, you might have even done your research. Flow is special. Flow is really, really special. And it's something that I want you to be able to tap into kind of at will. There is a system to it and you can just get better and better at getting into flow. But what's the benefits? Right? The neuroscience behind peak performance and why it makes you 500 more productive when you're in flow? Well, that's in this training, right? I'm going to introduce you to the three step flow trigger system. How to activate flow at will. Always pretty good. And we're going to teach you some NLP techniques for flow that I've developed and we're going to teach you all about the neurochemistry for elite performers and how dopamine neuroepinephrine or supercharged creativity and execution. These are like what the, what I train my private clients in. It's what's inside the eight figure thinker training academy. It's what's going to be in. It's, it's. Yeah, you just, just learn how to do this stuff. Right? I developed all this stuff years ago from working with high level athletes and I was one myself. And then, and then I took it into the business world, right. I took it to entrepreneurs, I took it to people getting on stage. I took it to people under high pressure performance. And that's sales, right? That's sales. That's growth and scaling of a company that's leading a brand, that's being a business owner in general. There's many hats that we've got to put on. There really, really is. And flow is a way that we can accelerate the roi, we can speed time, we can fold time. It's also a really good feeling and we've all had it. You know those moments that you just. The world disappears outside and we just zone in and then words just seem to come, images just seem to come. We just, we just have a better version of ourselves and without distraction. And it's just like everything's downloaded through our brain onto the page or whatever we're doing or we're on a stage or closing deals or whatever it is that, yeah, that's special. It's special. And I, and I help you build those things in. So it becomes really kind of automatic to be able to do these things. This is all to do with states, designing them, installing them and being able to elicit them whenever you choose. Choose. Sound good? Good. So I'm going to shut up. I'm going to shut up because you're going to listen to me for the next hour and we'll get to jump in. It's all about flow and making sure that you're heading over to andymurphy online. Andy Murphy online. Andy Murphy online. And well Sign up for these lives, have a chat with me. Whatever you need, whatever you need. We've got some amazing things happening and I just want to share them with with you. Sound good? Beautiful. Enjoy this. Make sure you got your notepad and pen cuz there's going to be a lot of information coming at you and again they should all be paid. But because I love you, there's lots of things to help you. So enjoy and I will see you next time. Foreign. Welcome everybody. Welcome. Here we are again, week five, February, the very beginning, 2025. I'm excited. I'm excited and I'm glad that you're here watching this because by the end of today I really want you to gain so many more tools and understand understanding so you can really take your game to a whole new level. That's what being an eight figure thinker is all about. And today, today we are going to talk about flow states. Some of you out there might know this inside out, some of you might know this and all of my tricks and everything else that I teach people in the eight Figure Thinker members club. I teach in the eight Figure Thinker training academy and I teach well privately, right? These are all things working with executives and business owners like you of how we really fine tune your performance like I would and have many world champion athletes. But we do that in business. That's the cool thing, right? So today we're unlocking leadership flow states for maximum impact. And this is the science of peak performance and effortless execution. I'm excited. You should be excited. And what else you should have is a notepad and pen. There's going to be so many statistics in there, so many cool things that you are really, really going to want to pay attention. You are, you are. If you don't know me, it's okay. We'll cover that. And for those of you who have watched and been with me live or watch the replay with these weeks, you're going to see some similar slides at the start and at the end. Yes, I. Not everyone knows me. So I have to make sure that everyone is in the right place. Sound good? Beautiful. Should we jump in? Thought you might say that. Thought you might say that. So let's do this. Let's share the screen and then away we go. Okay. Screen options. Yes, yes, yes. Zoom changes things every time but we'll get there. Okay, there we go. Zoom. So today, welcome again to the A Figurethinker Neuro Performance Micro Certifications and Masterclass. So let's jump in today because like I said, this is all about unlocking leadership flow states. Flow states are truly amazing, and we've all experienced them. I mean, I'm sure you have too. You know, a flow state could be when you're just zoned in on something, it could be a working moment. It could be even handling something very pressurized. But some of us are better than others. And for those who are not good at this or want to get better at this, it is a strategic protocol that you can follow. Now, I've taught this all over the world for 22 years in some way or another. And before that in martial arts, I was doing it very much myself, and I took that understanding of flow states and martial arts and I introduced it into the business world. So this is where we're at. So let's look at what we're doing today. Agenda for week five. That should say week five. Okay. Okay. So what is flow states and why? It's the ultimate leadership advantage. It really is. Because if you can take something that's going to take someone else two days and you can do it in one day, think about the advantage of that. Right. And we'll go more into detail neuroscience of peak performance. And we're actually going to go into Steven Kotler's flow triggers. I don't show lots of people's work, but Steven Kotler, Andrew Huberman, even Mr. Tony Robbins or people like that, they are so in depth in their understanding of. Of peak performance in so many different ways. I just want to make sure that you get. Yeah. Not just my stuff. Right. Because these guys are awesome. So how to trigger flow on demand and sustain it. I'm also gonna there. I'm also going to share my protocols because we're going to talk about brainwave and. And designing peak states. This is the most important thing, to be honest, because all of the stuff that everyone else teach, the neuroscientists out there, they're missing how to design, delete, and install neurological performance states. Right. And if you don't do that, then it's very hard to step into flow because what you stepping into flow about? Right. I'll get more into that. So we're also going to go into the biggest disruptors of flow and how to eliminate them. And this is crucial. It's crucial. If you're running a business, you want to run a business, or you're running an empire. This is. What is the difference that makes the difference? Okay. We're going to obviously every single week, what do I do? I give you action steps. Right. So you can integrate this flow. I don't just want to be these lessons each week. I want them to be trainings like mini boot camps that you can go and apply instantly in your life business and get a direct roi. Sound good? Awesome. Okay, beautiful. Let's jump in. So who's this for? To make sure you're in the right place. Visionary CEOs, founders and consultants, could be real estate, could be anything that you're doing. But you are a visionary, right? Right. And you've outgrown your current path. You're at that threshold. Right? You're at that threshold. You know there's more, you know there's blue oceans. You know that your skill set is just being so underutilized and probably you want to make a lot more money, maybe double, triple what you're earning. Right. And feel validated. Well, you're in the right place because what we DO is unlock 500,000 plus in untapped high value opportunity, reposition yourself as a top authority and expand into strategic influence and personal freedom. And this is what I've done for 22 years, all over the world with the highest level people and yeah, let's jump in. Let's jump in. So if that sounds good, let's connect and design the strategy you need to accelerate into blue oceans and infinite income. Sound good? Beautiful. If it does sound good, make sure that you're giving me a yes, that sounds good. In the, in the chat for everyone. Okay, let's play, let's play. So who's invested in world class performance coaching? Because you might be new to this, it might, you might be in corporate, you might be whatever it is, but I just want you to look at some of those companies to understand it's not by accident that these people get to where they are and then they're not just getting to where they are. It's called force multiplying. That's what I do. So you've got three different types of stages, right? You've got therapy, it's all good therapy. Normal coaches, what they do is they make you aware of behaviors and patterns. It's important. Step two is then we got to heal those things, right? I do both of those, but really what I do is step three and that's where we take you and explode you into blue oceans. Right? And when we look at Steve Jobs, we've got, look at Cheryl Sandsberg, right? We've got Jeff Bezos, Larry Page from Google. All of these people are looking for the edge, right? And if that's what you're looking for, then you've come to the right place. And if you're transitioning or transferring yourself into a whole new world and you just need to make faster decisions, you need that sounding board, right? We need to train your neurology and your nervous system to be able to handle the weight of this next stage. Then you're in the right place. The ability to out think your competition, especially in 2025, that is the difference that makes the difference. Everybody's kind of got the same marketing, the same branding. Everyone's kind of similar, right? Well, the difference is the speed of your decisions, the ability to handle pressure when the business is growing and growing or you're expanding. Right? That's the difference between an amateur athlete and a professional athlete. And a professional athlete to a world champion. What I like to build and who I build is world champions in business. Okay, sound good? Beautiful. Let's jump on. So I love this quote by Peter Thiel. I love this quote. Achieve your ten year plan in six months. We fold time and we do that. One of the ways is definitely below states. Okay, so the rules of wealth have changed. My question, have you? This younger generation does not care. It does not care. Your, your, your, what you've done before, it doesn't carry your title. It doesn't care. It just doesn't care. This younger generation understands the world is evolving faster than ever. Titles no longer guarantee security and companies, they just don't offer stability anymore. Success isn't about what you've done, it's about who you're becoming. And that's what we speed up again. No one saw the impact of AI in business and we don't know what's next, right? Especially when we talk about quantum computing. But the people that do understand what's next, the visionaries, those are the ones that are always going to stay ahead of the game, stay sharp. And that's who I work with. So pain is staying stuck. Pressure with the economy. The familiar can box us in. Like Einstein said, they boxes in by the boundary conditions of our thinking. And we also can cap ourselves where literally the world doesn't see your value because you aren't positioned yourself the right way, you might be moving into fractional right, or whatever it is. You get the idea. It could be the teams, could be whatever it is. This is so important. So if this resonates with you, you're not alone. Leaders across industries are struggling to break through in a world that rewards bold evolution. And I'm here to help you and make you and Train you in that evolution. Ray Dalio. Love this quote. And if you've got followed these, these lives, you'll recognize some of these slides, but they're so important. I attribute as much of my success about what I've learned about the brain as I do to my understanding of economics and investing. And Ray Dalio, obviously one of the greatest investors that's ever lived. Okay, so who am I? Very quickly, very quickly we'll get into all the juice. But very quickly. I've spent over two decades helping elite leaders rewire their brains for clarity, resilience and blue ocean thinking. Right. Attract world class opportunities, build elite networks and transfer pressure into power, unlocking their full potential. This isn't life coaching. This is truly working with, well genius, right? So design genius. To see the patterns of business, finance and the future. That's what I love to work with. And hopefully you get a glimpse, and I mean a glimpse of this today. You can also go to listen to over 400 episodes of Neuro performance podcast to get an idea. But hey, you're here. So what makes my neuro conditioning and strategy approach unique? Well, we build in the neuroscience, like I said, we're building this hyper psychology, all different types of psychology from neuro linguistic programming, which I'm a world class expert, to behavioral psychology, to body language, to so many other things. Plus with 22 years of doing this and thousands and thousands and thousands of clients, I really unlock. Help you unlock, I should say because rather than this is what you're supposed to do like normal coaches or normal business coaches. No, I help you expand you so you unlock the ability to see a very different vision. That's what happens. Right? So influence income and impact. No matter what your circumstances are right now, wherever you are, I promise you I'll take you to a whole new level. Sound good? Good. Exact same protocols. I train billionaires, $300 million CEOs, world champions, royalty, celebrities and eight figure thought leaders. That's what we're doing. So why now? World is moving fast. You must invest in yourself and your future to stay ahead of the competition. So important. Let's jump into the juice. The problem? Why most leaders struggle to find flow. Right? Or the consequences of them not being in flow. You feel stuck in a reactive mode, constantly putting out fires. Not sure if you can relate to these in your job, but I'm sure you can. Right? The best ideas happen randomly when you're lucky. Not lucky enough to get into flow. Right? I'll say that again. Right? Your best ideas happen randomly when you're lucky enough to get into flow. But remember, flow is predictable. If you understand it, the peak states are predictable. Right. Who you are showing up every day at your absolute best on your best day. If we could condition your nervous system, rewire and retrain your brain for that level of thinking like an athlete going from training camp to game day where they win the gold. Right. That doesn't happen by accident. Okay. So you might also be struggling to maintain focus for long periods of time without burning out. And that is taxing your nervous system. And we'll talk about the prefrontal cortex in, in a little bit, but you're making high stakes decisions, but second guessing them. This could be mergers, acquisitions, this could be sales calls. This could be whatever it is running teams. This is crucial. Okay. So you know there's a high level of performance, but you're not sure how to access it consistently. And that's what I want to give you. Consistently. Okay. And it is all about rewiring. Should we jump in even further? Good. What if you could instead drop into flow states, consistency consistently, without waiting for that inspiration? I've worked with people who kind of struggle with this, right? They're brilliant people, but because of the burden or the pressure of the business or family life or health, their brain gets full of cortisol, the stress hormone and the brain gets overloaded. The frontal cortex gets overloaded. So the speed of our decisions or the accuracy of his decisions, well, it just slows everything down. And why I put that Second one is work 5x faster with effortless decision making. And once we remove what's blocking, then we design, install what we need to retrain you, rewire you. You get the idea, right? So train your brain and nervous system to operate at peak performance like elite athletes and leaders. That's the secret sauce. And the challenge is everybody, because they've got a brain, thinks they know how to use it at a world class level. I'm telling you, you don't. Right? You don't. Not many people do. But we constantly are fine tuning and tweaking your, your thinking. And this is what creates exponential growth. Okay, so what is foe? And I'm sure you've heard of it, if you're on here, you're probably already a high performer and that's, that's who I love to work with. And so again I go back to Stephen, Stephen Kotler. Stephen Kotler is fantastic and done probably the most in depth scientific studies around this that that's available to the general public. So like I said before, Flow is a neurochemical state where you perform at your highest capacity with zero resistance. I'll go through this more in a moment, but I want you to think of an extreme athlete, right? Or a professional fighter, which I like, right? Or even a chess champion. It's that ability to zone in the world disappears. And if we can hold that, right, if we can hold that for long periods of time, that's where we get, yeah, we get, we get magic. We get truly get magic, right? And if someone was to come to say to you, right, these are the stats and they didn't tell you that they're from McKinsey or DARPA, right, or Harvard or Columbia University, you'd be looking at these stats if someone was trying to sell you on this concept and you'd be like, that doesn't exist. That's nonsense. But when McKinsey, for example, say that science back flow benefits increase productivity by 500%, you kind of have to listen. When DARPA, right, do a military study and the learning speeds are increased by 490%, or creativity spikes by 3x, or decision making clarity by 230%, you have to listen. You have to listen to me today, right? So elite performers don't push harder to succeed. They create neurochemical conditions to flow. So imagine if you had your whole organization optimized, what I call personal business optimization, right? What would happen if you had the CEO, the founder, the CEO, the C suite, the team, the tech team, individual departments, right down to the people picking up the phone doing outbound for you. Imagine if you all had the ability to step into flow, to laser a focus, to understand your tonality, your pace, your pitch, your timbre of your voice, and how to interrupt and reset that for persuasion and influence and all the rest of it. By the way, persuasion and influence we're going to touch on in week six, so make sure you come in next week. But do you understand that? Do you understand this? It's so important for you to understand that there's another way of high performance, right? So what happens in the brain during flow, it goes in stages and you can imagine it like this. I call this the locus of focus. And I've got different systems around this. But if we just use this as well. Just an example, right? So we've all had the experiences. We sit down at our laptop and we're like, I'm just not getting into this. I can't really be bothered. What happens there is the cortisol and stress hormones rise. That's where we can start to have that negative self talk. Or we can look for escapism, right? When we're looking for dopamine, we can look for dopamine through novelty. But the novelty can come from clicking on social media or the website, putting out fires, distracting ourselves. But when we understand we're actually developing or stepping into a new version of us, like a hat that we put on a roll, that we palm a different neural network, right? Which ultimately has to be pre designed and installed, right? Most people don't do that part. But when we can and we understand what a clear objective, when we understand what we are doing in an X amount of time frame, then what this does is it allows us to push, right? And I don't mean let's do this, no pushing through that boundary or that threshold that you're putting around what's possible. Because we've all sat there at the computer and gone, oh. But then we start to settle in. I'm going to talk about brain waves in a little bit because this is the hack that one of the hacks that I teach anyway. And then we start to zone into this middle part, right? And then we zone in and we're in flow. So that struggle phase is one. Number two is the release phase. The relaxation allows the dopamine and neuroepinephrine to activate, right? And that's important. Dopamine being the motivation, chemical, neuroepinephrine being the adrenaline, right? So when we understand this, we have to use certain tactics through putting our nervous system in parasympathetic, for example, understanding how to use our prefrontal cortex for decision making. Understand that we need to have pre designed flow states and peak states that we elicit through certain anchoring, external and internal anchoring. Then what this does is the noise, right? You, you, you recognize in this, right? Maybe you're going to use this tomorrow or today when you're sitting down at your laptop or in a meeting or whatever you're about to do or starting a new project. So then the prefrontal cortex, the bit of a front of our brain starts to quiet down and then we're in. That's when we're in, right? And that's if we can hold that flow, that's where magic happens. And we can't hold this flow consistently for days and days or hours and hours and hours, but we can enter it and exit, enter and exit and enter it again in bursts, right? It's like jet fuel. That's what we want. So the recovery phase of this is Important. Right. The brain resets to sustain high performance over time. But it's like everything. We condition things. My, my protocol is called neuro conditioning or cognitive conditioning. This is, you know, this is just a tiny glimpse of all that stuff. But again, key insight. Flow is not an accident. It's predictable, trainable, and repeatable. Why am I repeating predictable, trainable and repeatable? Because it's important. It's important. Right. So to activate flow on demand, you need triggers, specific conditions that push your brain into high performance mode. So again, I'll go back to extreme athletes. The risk and challenge. Stretch your skill set slightly beyond comfort. So the other thing that I haven't mentioned in here, but we talk about flow, the brain is getting flooded with neurochemicals. That kind of feels good. Kind of feels good. Well, it doesn't kind of feel good. It feels really good. And that becomes addictive. So what happens with extreme athletes? And it's the same with entrepreneurs. We just got to make sure that we're not doing a sabotage risk. Right. Because we want the dopamine or the adrenaline or we're making strategic decisions heading towards the growth of your business. There's a big difference. Right. So we want to be on that edge. Right. We want to be on that edge. And as an entrepreneur or you're growing a business or you're leading a business. Yeah, you get the idea. So deep focus. Eliminate distractions for twins for at least 20 minutes. Yes. So that means just getting rid of the noise. That means headphones in. Potentially, we're dropping into flow. The noise will disappear. Right. Immediate feedback. Create a system where your actions give fast, visible results. Well, this is also about chunking. And if you've gone through session 1, 2, 3, and 4, you'll know lots about that. Right. This is controlling dopamine. But we want to make sure for number three that we are tackling things that aren't going to burn our dopamine out, but they're also going to be tangible enough to create something which I call dopamine loops. When we start building dopamine loops in you, your team, your organization, the next task you're doing, then this is where we, yeah, we just, we speed everything up so dramatically. But you liking this so far? Good, Happy. Good. Give me, give me some yeses in the, in the chat. But this is, this is, this is the most important thing because I say this each week and I'll say this forever, but when people hit back, like, I can't, I don't know what to do in My business, I am stuck. They tend to bring in something external, like a new strategy, new marketing strategy, a new funnel, new ads, new sales. And it might work, but what always works is the internal work, right? Marketing strategies, buyer sophistication changes, buyers needs change over time. But what is always there is your unconscious mind, your brain, your nervous system, your ability to perform and outthink what your competition. Right? So if the market's tight, then you have to think laterally, you have to think expansively. And this is a trained skill. Does that make sense? Happy, Good. So clear goal already mentioned. That high consequence decision. Your brain releases more dopamine and your epinephrine when stakes are higher. So this is why I love sports and athletes, but this is why I love business. Because if everything's on the line and we're growing, expanding, we're going for it. We're making decisions, we're hustling. This is where what becomes addictive. Addiction's okay as long as we're aware of it. We're probably quite obsessive and addictive. You were watching this and I just want you to understand there that it, you've also got to balance it. Balance is probably not the right word in context to a high performing entrepreneur, but we have to, we have to have extremes this way and we probably have to have more extremes this way, which is the reset, the conditioning, the rest. And you get the idea, right? So high performance CEOs and athletes design their schedules to maximize these triggers, like what I was talking about before with chunking schedules and where your meetings are. And you might find you're more creative in the mornings at nighttime, afternoons. When are you planning your meetings? Your, your. You get the idea. So avoiding the three biggest flow disruptors like this. Let's get into it. So cognitive overload. Too many open tests kill deep focus. Yes, they do. And that doesn't mean your tabs on your browser. It can, because that can create distraction. But that's really for poor dopamine regulation. This means you have literally taken on too many things. And this is where we look at delegation, your actual role inside of your organization if we need to do that. If you're like you're solo entrepreneur with or solopreneur with a few different people helping you, then that's okay too. But we've got to manage those tasks, right? Because otherwise again, prefrontal cortex or the cortex neocortex becomes overloaded and we just, we just can't perform. Recognize that. Yeah, it happens, man, it happens. So poor dopamine regulation means like I've spoke about, did a whole training around this. But social media and notification destroy flow cycles. I know people love their watches, right? The I watches, the Apple watches. But that's just a dopamine. You got to be so careful with that. That's just dopamine. Destroying it just sucks it. Right? Same with social media. Social media like you know, I'm sure has just been built on one thing, dopamine. That's why you got likes. It's, it's. They've spent billions of dollars making sure that they hack the human psychology. Right? And it's messed up. So if you're going on your phone first thing or you're checking emails first thing, you're literally burning through through a finite amount of dopamine before we have to reset it and it causes complications. Okay. So overworking without recovery flow requires contrast intake, intense work followed by deliberate rest. Like I was talking before, right. And there is Ultrian brain rhythms, brain cycles which I've spoke about in the past. Not going to go into that. Go back and watch these things. So when we start to understand this, we can't just push and push and push. Years ago I didn't understand any of this and it became a real problem because I just knew from a martial arts background all my life was to just push. You can do that when you're younger, but as you're older and you've been through some things, right. If you. It. It's not. You just can't sustain it. And this is about longevity. It's not about now. Right. There's a big difference in to true business success. So elite leaders structure their work life balance and sustain flow. Not to burn out previous session. It's going to call episode podcast wise but session you. It's the whole, the whole thing is talking about that. Right. Talking about burnout. So go and take a look. I use this slide often because I wrote a whole ebook around this. Yeah. It's not live to the public at the minute. Total. Maybe you can still find it somewhere or message me and I'll. I'll see if I can give you a copy. But Total Control Handbook, right was talked about all of this and literally the definition of the word grind which is the norm in, in in business and entrepreneurism. It's. It's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous is to reduce something into small particles of powder by crushing. Why would you think or what would you think is the. Do you think that's gonna work out? If you're destroying pulverizing no, it's not. And this is why so many people burn out. And this is terrible. What's being taught through, through digital marketing. Basically it's push, push, push, push, push, push, push. Works for some people until it doesn't work for me in the past. Until it doesn't. Then there's biological consequences to burning out. They don't talk about that because people follow people who. Yeah, they shouldn't basically. So my predictable flow protocol now is it the full protocol? No, but I just want to give you a little glimpse, right, a little glimpse into some of the things that you need to understand about flow. It's not really spoke about, but from experience with myself and thousands and thousands of high performers, there are little tweaks that you need. And I have whole systems and protocols around this specifically. Right. It's kind of my whole thing when someone works with me or a team or organization or founder, executive C suites, whatever it is. So what you've got to understand is that we all have different brainwaves. Sure. You do know they're all designed for different things, right? So when we, when we are not in control of our brainwaves, when we're not in control of our identity or our peak states that I'll talk about, then the challenge becomes is that we don't know what to do when we're under pressure or we've got to perform. Makes sense. So look at Alpha for example. Alpha's fantastic for when we want to focus or we want to learn. Right. Flow states is different. Flow states is another level to this. Beta is what we walk in around. This is probably what you're in right now unless you've tranced out and then you might be in theta. Right. But Beta is what our brain is in normal normality. We have high beta, we have low beta, but we have normal Beta. Base is great. Base is also connected to different nervous systems and, and so is theta. Gamma is where we're entering, start to enter flow states. Okay. So, so combination of those anyway. But when we start to understand this then, then if we're having anxiety or we're stressed out or we need to step onto a stage or a meeting or a sales call, we can start to control our brain waves connected to our peak states. Again, I'm not going to go much into this today. I could talk for hours and hours and hours about, about peak states. The eight figure thinker training academy or training system. It's 40 plus hours of the most in depth content that you can imagine, right. From even Unlocking ideas all the way up through behavioral psychology, retraining, negotiating, subliminal communication, all the way through a whole eight level journey of 40 plus hours where we're dropping you into brain waves, we're training you. It, it's the most amazing course that's out there. It's. Yeah, it's still the most solid course out there. So the challenge with identity is that most people come from identity and when they think of the word identity, it's, it's ego. But everything I'm about is the opposite of ego. Right? Ego is a self protective mechanism, right? Connected to fight or flight response. Fight or flight response is a good thing, by the way. It's a good thing. It's not a good thing if it's not serving you or you're running on that, that neurochemical cocktail or that emotional driver. Okay, it's not a good thing. But everyone in with identity doesn't start with designing and building who they are or expanding or unlocking who they are. We all have glimpses of those amazing days, right? But the truth is creating a business from a fight or flight response, or creating decisions or running a team or trying to get your health going or your family together by running from this place, you're not going to create the outcomes that you want. We have to change that. And so without asking questions to direct or focus, we can become victims of a never ending loop of being automatically driven by our emotions. Right? My whole system builds off emotions. Emotions are your jet fuel or your longevity fuel. They are massively important. Most people think, oh, shouldn't be driven by, led by your emotions. No, you should, you absolutely should be led by your emotions. You just have to control what the emotion is. Right? Sad or happy, anxiety or confident. Right. There's a very different emotional driver. Our emotions can be stored in the limbic system part of our brain which then loops to ensure we continue these old patterns simply to protect us and keep us safe. Now this is a problem, right? This is a problem if we're running the wrong emotional driver, if we're running the wrong behavioral patterns, if our focus is wrong. Talk more about that in a second. Right, so prefrontal limbic brainstem. Brainstem is where we're going to run. What? Yeah, it's your fight flight freeze response. Right. And there is a fourth. I said this last week, but no one, no one said anything. There is a fourth. Can you. I'll give you a prize if you can tell me what the fourth is. Right. So the limbic system is Your emotional state. And so we've got to understand this is also. We can use these in sales, we use this in marketing, we use this in persuasion and influence for ourselves, for other people. But right now what we're talking about is emotional control connected to our identity. Deeper topic, another time. So we have to learn to interrupt these patterns and by engaging our frontal cortex, which means that we're making decisions and self talk, right? We can ask these questions. Old, new, new you or old you. 8 Figure you, big difference, right? So you're about to do something, you're about to step onto a stage, step into a sales call, lead a meeting, start a new project, right? So this is where we start to control our versions of us, our neurological states, our peak states, right? So what is the thought connected to? So if you're sitting here about to go onto a sales call, for example, and your mind is thinking about what just happened on the last sales call, what just happened two minutes ago, or what's going to happen after this, then what is that thought connected to? Is it connected to something that's happened before that wasn't successful? Is it connected to you closing a deal? Big difference. Is it the past, is it the future? What is the motion that is connected to? Remember, everything I teach is about that emotional drive. Everything. Part of the protocol that I teach is about the emotional driver. So what is the behavior, identity outcome that this version of you is going to create? Might seem obvious questions, but when you're under pressure, when you're under the, you have to get this done. And we're talking about flow, right? These questions are simple. They're supposed to be simple. Simplicity, right. Of complex things. Then we're able to use them, right? And again, I've got whole massive protocols around all of this. So really the question I want you to ask yourself is what does the eight figure thinker version of me do instead after today, connecting with me, doing action, right? Whatever it is you're about to do, ask yourself, what is the eight figure thing, conversion of me do in this situation? What would their beliefs be? What would their attitudes be? What would their language be? You get the idea? Let's take a little deeper look on this topic. So the old outdated identity is going to have outdated beliefs about what is possible. The focus is going to be on what probably is going to go wrong. Or it's going to be a very limited. Right. Focus. You probably often, often your emotional driver is actually from trauma. Yeah, from trauma. It's also why billionaires often become billionaires or Rock stars become rock stars. Doesn't mean they don't create an external, external result. But the challenge is the consequences to them inside. And their life becomes so self destructive that they're never actually happy, never fulfilled. That's why we introduced, they introduce addictive behaviors that are self sabotage. Things I fix, Right. Well, when we've updated you, we've designed, we've installed the 8 figure thinker version of you, the vision of what's possible is enormous. It's enormous, right? The level of confidence, belief, attitudes, language, motivation is just on a whole different level of possibility from there. That's where we reverse engineer your business or your, what you're trying to achieve in that moment. It's also where we expand into blue oceans from. Right. It's also where we deepen the muscle, the brain muscle, so that becomes the dominant you. From here you get triggered. No, you're going back to this set point. Right. Makes sense. I hope so. Again, I'm trying to give you like a quarter of a chapter in a huge massive encyclopedia. I hope you understand that. You know, so outdated business is like I was talking about before. Hustle, hustle, hustle, hustle. Let's go. Let's grind. Grind, dude. Doesn't work. Doesn't work. Works temporarily, right? No one's saying about not working hard, you got to work hard, right? But this is about strategy. I'm guessing you've got some level of success that if you're watching this and Right. I'm guessing that if you're interested in these things, it's not normal personal development stuff that I'm talking about. Does that make sense? It's not for the average entrepreneur, it's not for the average person. They are learning skills, right? But once you've got a high level skill set, the only difference that makes the difference is the way your brain is wired and how you're able to control your mind, your emotions and your behavior. Does that make sense? Does that make sense? I hope so. Give me a yes if that makes sense. Okay, so the new business model is equal mastery. It's the equation. Internal and external have to both be mastered. When you can do that and become aware of doing that, you become a hyper performer. You become an eight figure thinker, right? And an eight figure thinker could mean that you're running an eight figure a year, could be an eight figure a month, could be eight figure a minute, could be eight figure a second, right. It depends on what level game you want to play. 8 figure thinker is also like a Samurai. Right. Samurai wasn't just an assassin and a samurai was somebody who was in the art of the obsession of the art of perfection flow states. They were also calligraphers, artists, poets. Right. Philosophers, meditators. That's kind of what an eight figure thinker is without the sword and killing people. You know what I mean? It's that level of artistry, that level of mastery. Makes sense. Good. So 8 figure thinker allows you to expand in and unlock who you truly, truly are. Has this been good today? This been helpful? I hope so. I really hope so. I really hope so. So my question is always at the end, who are you really? If you were unlimited today, what would you do next? What decisions would you make? What would your future you in 5, 10, 15 years, 2 years, 6 months, 1 month. Looking back on now, what would they really thank you for? What would they thank you for? Exactly. So Patrick, a founder of a scaling his SaaS startup. I might have mentioned Patrick before. I don't know why it says Alex. There's a couple little things in there I needed to adjust. As I say, there's a lot of work goes into these each week. A lot of work. Right. So problem, struggle with inconsistency and productivity overwhelmed and creativity was unpredictable. Some days sharp, other days drained. Recognize that? Yeah, recognize that. So the solution. Well what we did is we use neuro conditioning techniques to create flow and anchor before deep work. What I was talking about before with the entering flow states. Right. But we've got to have that pre designed version again. This is so much deeper than what we can talk about talk about today. But again you probably get, if you jump to the podcast you might get a little idea. Yeah. Join the eight figure Thinker members club or at least, at least get yourself a. Yeah, the. The eight figure Thinker training system. At least get yourself that. So what we did then was flow timing strategy. Very important. I think it was session two two that we spoke about that apply dopamine priming to build a feedback loop of small wins. Spoke about that briefly before. Right. So results increase focus and decision making. Scaled his business reduce stress and second guessing. Beautiful. He was a great client. He was a great client. Sometimes people come to see me for like two days, sometimes they come for me for two years. It's either way. Right. We get the result for people. So my question again. What high leveraged activity would you focus on that would create the biggest money move and what I call a money move is the biggest highly leveraged activity or decision or behavior that's going to ripple through your business. That's the biggest money move. That's what I want for you. That's what I want for you. Because the truth, none of this is about money for me. None of this should be about money for you in business. This should be about your growth inside of who you are. Because the business becomes a direct reflection of you. That's what business is about really. The money is a byproduct. So week five action plan. You ready? Taking a screenshot of this, writing this down. So number one, stack your neurochemicals. Right. Number two, activate a flow trigger. Number three, track and eliminate flow disruptors. Four, probably the most important way you can start to enter flow the reset. Right. And use music and movement to reset between work blocks. Very important. Again, whole conversations and steps behind that. But that's your take away your action plan for my workflow strategy. Good, good. So let's jump into the next one again, another quote. Forgot I wrote that one. But let's remember it. Elite performance doesn't just happen by chance. It doesn't. It might happen once or twice or whatever it is but what we're looking for is high level consistency, right? That's how we're going to scale any business. It happens by neuro design, neuro performance, neuro conditioning. Working with me, that's what happens. Right? So let's jump to week six. Week six is really cool. And I'm only going to touch on persuasion very, very lightly next week. Again it's massive sections in the, in the eight figure thinker training academy. But signs of influence, how to ethically persuade and lead at the highest level. It's very important. It's very important. You're being led by something, right? So you, your awareness over what strategies and tactics are potentially being used against you or on you. Even that it's crucial teaser. The most successful leaders don't just work hard, they influence effortlessly. Influence isn't manipulation, it's neuroscience applied to leadership, sales and decision making. It's true. Steve Jobs, you've probably read his autobiography, right? Well Steve Jobs, no one wanted to be go on a walk with Steve Jobs because he used to be in negotiation. He'd go let's go for a walk and everyone will go man, he was a master at persuasion and influence. He was a master. They knew if they went on that walk they would just, they were going to do it, right? Steve was that magnetic and that persuasive obviously. Right. I've got a Mac here. He's passed away a long time ago. So how to reprogram your communication for influence using neuro conditioning, the number one persuasion mistake most executives make. And how to fix fix it. How elite negotiators and CEOs shape decisions before the conversation even starts. If that sounds good, then make sure you're signing up for week six. Week six. These are going fast. That's unbelievable. Week six. I might keep these going all year. We'll see the new sales teams on the new outbounds, on the new academies being launched. We'll see. So I just hope you're enjoying these and if you are, let's keep the conversation going. WhatsApp group is in the chat. Or you can, yeah, just message me at andyndymurphy online. And remember, the WhatsApp group isn't a group like a Facebook group. It's where you can ask me questions. It's also where you can ask my team questions and keep the conversation going. You can do this or you can do this, right? Well, make sure this, if this is you, make sure that you are. If you're ready for the next level, let's go and let's chat. Let's connect. You can also listen to over 400 hours basically of me on the Neuro Performance podcast. Done nearly 4 million downloads and it's epic. Amazing. Guest just put one out today. She was actually, what was? Anya. She was like one of the pioneers behind Facebook, ebay and so many others. Shoot that. That's a really cool interview. Should check that one out. So, everyone, that's it for today. Shall we jump into the Q and A? Should we jump into this? Hope you enjoyed it. Make sure that you're messaging me and yeah, I'll see you next week.
