I went through the little coaching thing myself, coaching my son. So it's fun, bro, because at the end of the day, all you want to do is support. You want to be that support system for him and help them navigate, you know, this process. Because we've been there before. We know what it's like. We know the blueprint.

What did y' all look for offensively or some stuff like that? You know, you got. You got a Lot of ego driven people that are in those spaces. Oh yeah, it's tough. You know, I done been in that space move. Your infrastructure gotta be right. You gotta have people who you can really trust. Especially when you talk about starting a program, it's a lot harder than what people, you know, anticipate or think. You know, just because we former athletes, people think that we could just magically turn this, press this button and make it happen. But it's a process you got to go through, bro. You got to take your lumps and bruises just like everybody else did, you know what I mean?

I think he has another way he's going to put his stamp on the game. I mean, he already a first ballot legend, arguably the best player to ever play. Check this out. It's one. It's one assistant coach has, has some doubts about how LeBron and Joel Embiid will fit together on the Sixers. He said it's scary. It can be unstoppable or it can be hard to watch. Because you gonna come in and you gonna have your two guard like Zach Levine, who's been in the league for quite some time now. You gotta try to figure out how you can get yours off and how you get these other guys involved as well. It's similar to the quarterback in football. You know what I mean? Like, you gotta know how to distribute. You gotta know. You gotta go through your reads. You gotta be able to pick stuff up a lot faster than a guy who's not a point guard or a quarterback.
