Because everybody want to dream, but they don't want to put their heart. They don't want to put that grind in.

If you want the game to come easy. I don't care what sport you playing. Hey, man, your. Your workout regimen, it's got to be harder than damn games.

Bible tell us you can't enter the kingdom of heaven unless you die. Everybody wants to go to heaven. Don't nobody want to die. Everybody want to be successful. Everybody want to be wealthy. Ain't nobody trying to do no damn work. That's why the lottery. What does the lottery require? Go in there, drop $2, drop $3, drop $5 down. Boom. That's it. What if I told you if you work really, really hard, what if I told you you work really, really hard? You could be have 200 million, you could have 300 million. Man, I ain't really trying to work. Do you know how many times people have told me, I ain't trying to work that hard? I ain't trying to eat like that, okay? I mean, you. You see, when I was talking to one of my teammates, TD said, man, I was looking around. I see it, okay? That's what greatness look like. Then I found out what to do. I ain't really trying to be that great. It ain't that complicated. They right. I had my stuff stacked. I had my little chicken breasts, I had rice, I had green beans, I had broccoli. That's all I had. And I had water. That's it. Don't come over my house thinking you gonna eat. You gonna eat tater chips and cookies and oatmeal, oatmeal pies. And you're not. You're not. You're getting water. You man, this food bland, okay? It works for me, man. I think I picture myself, man, this. This steak, this ribeye, man, these Rios. That's why I pictured in my mind I wasn't going back to Glenville. That was not an option for me. Zion, boy, you got so much ability. You got so much God given ability. But I love what. You know what I love? I love when athletes that have won, that have accomplished or been great, transcendent, historically great. Joe Dumars is a hall of famer. Joe Dumars is a finals mvp. Knows what it takes to get there. I think he went to Magnese State. I think that's where Joe went.

I'll throw one more guy in there. Kareem Abdul Jabbar. He got traded from Milwaukee to la, right? So two teams his whole career, mj. Two teams basically, you know, in the whole career. So when you're judging LeBron, you're looking at a guy of the greatest players of all time. And they, and what they did at those organizations, they basically never left.

Come on, man. Hey, listen, I don't know why they go at Bron so much. Maybe it's because he did lead the Lakers. Considering the fact that he could have went back there, he could have went back to la, Uncle Ocho, but come on, man. I don't know why he gets the scrutiny that he gets, you know, it's okay, man. Well, because right now they got a podcast and you beat him up right now, you gonna get clicks and likes, you gonna get mentioned. Now, he said the fact of the matter is, in multiple teams, multiple teams mean more than one. Back then, guys, it's kind of like in the NFL. Guys couldn't move like they can now. Ocho, guys didn't. Couldn't move like they moved in basketball. So I guess Shaq couldn't be considered a great player. KD can't be considered a great player. LeBron, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, Moses Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Lew. Come on, what are we doing, man? What are we doing? I don't care if he went to 20 teams. How good was he on those teams? Every team he played for, they won a championship. Every team that he played for, he was an all NBA selection. How many guys can say, you know what? I've been on four different teams and I've been an all NBA selection on all of them.

No, every team that I've played for, I've gone to an NBA Finals. Three of those four teams that I've been on, I've won an NBA Finals. I've won a Finals mvp. Yeah, it would be great. You all. People always talk about players not being loyal, but hold on. And you said something very interesting. And I love B. Scott and B. Scott know this because I used to work. We used to work out in the same gym when I was in la. And I see it. And we always mess up. We end up talking for an hour and mess up our workout because we talking basketball, we talking football. But the fact of the matter is Milwaukee traded Kareem. Where was the loyalty? Where was the loyalty? The Lakers trading Shack. Where was the loyalty? Orlando trading Shack. Where was the loyalty? We expect loyalty from the players, but we don't demand loyalty from the organization. The organization says I'm going to do. We're doing what's in the best interest of the organization. You don't think they're chasing rings?

Aren't you trying to win said championship of your sport? I would like to think so. Now, maybe everybody's not under that same. Everybody ain't trying to win. Everybody. Just because you're gonna make X amount of dollars whether you win or lose. Okay, I get all that, but I just don't get this. So now the man can't be. It would be great if guys could stay like the old Celtics, you know, Although for the most part, those guys stayed there and Elgin Baylor stayed there and Jerry west stayed there and Gail. But it's not like that anymore, guys. Y' all know that. B. Scott, you know, in today's game, football ain't the same. Guys move. Baseball ain't the same. Baseball always would trade their guys. The fact that he's still doing it today at 42 years old, going into his 24 season, I just don't understand. Obviously, I don't know the ins and outs of basketball and have a great knowledge of it, but the way you two do. But I do understand how great LeBron is. And because he's been great for so long and been consistent at what he does for so long, they gonna find every little way to nitpick at the way he's won, man.

Can I ask you a question, guys? Let's just say for the sake of argument, Kobe had went to the. When Kobe asked for a trade, he goes to Chicago and win a championship. And then all of a sudden, after several years, he goes to another team and wins another championship. As he looked, how's he viewed.

I've never seen anything like this, man. Nobody. If the man got into a scandal, they want LeBron to be into a scandal so bad. That's what it is they want because he. You can't be this perfect. Yo, we got Bron and like, what an opportunity that that is. Like, obviously everybody's gonna say whatever they wanna say and it's gonna be a bunch of media this whole entire season. But like, for me, like, what an opportunity is to learn. Like, one of my favorite things to do is to learn despite what people may Say, I believe despite what people may feel about my favorite thing to do is to learn. I love learning. So like to have the opportunity to learn one from one of the, if not the greatest player of all time. You know, I get an opportunity to like on the court, off the court, learn and gather experiences that can accumulate to my own knowledge base. Ocho, for the longest time you've been telling, you've been telling the chat and Joe and I that he's going to Miami. Are you surprised that the pivot. Because a lot of people said, okay, Miami, it could be Cleveland going home for the final chapter. Dorothy said, in the wither paws, there's no place like home. There's no place like home. A lot of people now say, well, I don't really think. And you hear Draymond say, I don't think Golden State was an option because of Steph and the heated rivalry between the two. But he pivots and he goes to Philly.

What are your thoughts? Not going to Miami. And then are you surprised that he ended up in Philly? And what do we expect expect from them this year?

[Uncle]

Well, well, obviously I'm not surprised at all. Obviously. Me being a Florida native, a Miami native, a supporter of the Miami Heat, I always want was best for that team. LeBron being free, I've kind of guessed right. You know, for the most part, when it came to free agency with certain players, with Giannis coming here, and I thought, I Honestly, I thought LeBron was coming as well. I think one of the things that did hurt us is us not having shooters, not having anyone on the perimeter that can really shoot the ball. I think it's a good decision on LeBron's part, especially at 41, 42 years old, in his 23rd, 24th year in the league, in the NBA in general, this is a chance, an opportunity to go to a team where the supporting cast is extremely stellar, where he doesn't have to do that much. I think this is a team where he doesn't have to carry a load. He has Maxey, he had Jaylen Brown, he has Eskim, he has Embiid. So that is like to me, excuse my reference and analogy and using in football sense with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they needed one piece to get over the hump. Coming off one season with Joe when they had Jameis Winston, it was his 33rd year, 30 touchdowns with a phenomenal defense, but he had 30 interceptions. I think that missing piece to the Philadelphia Sixes, trusting the piece, trusting the process piece that can get them to their end goal and is adding LeBron to that team. And this might be the year they do it and come out the East.

Man, listen. I've been telling y' all this since. Since we first heard the rumors when Ocho like, oh, no, you. And. And. And honestly. And honestly, this. The Sixers team wasn't the team that I thought he was going to. But, hey, man, make it make sense for me. When I hear JB come out and speak the way he speaks, saying that he's looking to learn. He kept saying the word learn, man. It says a lot. You know, JB's character has been somewhat assassinated. Assassinated. Has been assassinated because of analytics saying that he's not a great player, bro. And I think he fuels that. He's gonna fuel from that, and he's gonna use this season, bro, to help the Sixers try and win a title. I think LeBron kind of understood that. Having Maxey having Edgecombe, having JB having mb. Damn, man. I could just come out and orchestrate this thing. Ocho, you know, I ain't gotta do a whole hell of a lot. You know what I mean? So it make a lot of sense to me. Cause we always talk about in the NBA, in order to win. When you look at teams like the Knicks, hell, they beat you in a multitude of ways with a multitude of people. This is what LeBron is looking for. He's looking to go to Philly and, like, look, man, I ain't gotta be historically great every damn night for us to win a game. I got this Maserati over here.
