Like what we did. And I'm not saying the guys are not tough or that it's a different game now. We understand that, but. And maybe, maybe it's because everything get covered. The NFL is covered so much different than it was when I played and when you played. OO and even when the beginning, when I first got into the league. But I don't remember guys getting injured like they get now. I don't remember it and I'm not saying that it didn't. So I. So, Chad, don't, don't, don't be. Don't beat me up too bad. I just don't remember. Did God have acl? Yes. Did I have Achilles? But not, not these non contact injuries. Not the injuries that we have that we see now.

I always say, I know I play around with nutrition, but forget nutrition, you know, for this point. But I think people or players, regardless of what sports you. What sports you play, you have to learn to build a callus in the body. You have to the body has to get used to, you know, ramping up to a certain. To a certain amount, to a certain degree that you do on Sundays. Which is why when I did practice, I always practiced full speed as if it was a game.

You know, there was no relaxing. There was no, you know. You know, taking a play off. What? Hell, the funny part, I used to get cursed out and walk through because. Because I. Sometimes I would do walkthrough full speed. I mean, I wasn't doing it to be funny. I was doing it just so to continue to make sure my body stays acclimated and always at a high rate of speed at all times. And I. For. For some reason, I think it's those small things that I did that. That one of the reasons why I didn't. I didn't get hurt. And obviously, I played the same sport uncle did, Joe. A barbaric sport. I played very reckless, Joe. You know, cross the middle, you know, diving and hitting people. Even though I lost. Every time I tried to hit somebody, I lost every single one, Joe. But I still never got hurt. And I'm out there talking. Everybody trying to knock my head off. Everybody trying to kill me, Joe. But I still never got hurt.
