Haley Karenia (0:00)
Hello, everyone. Welcome to another edition of Nightly Scroll. Happy Thursday evening, everyone. I'm Haley Karenia. I feel like today's Thursday, but I felt like it was Friday all day. And then what day was it when I came in? I think it was Tuesday and I thought it was Thursday. I've been so, yeah, I've been so discombobulated. But it is Thursday evening and I'm very happy that my homies are in the chat, ready to go. And I just have to remind you obviously, to go to the Bongino Report channel. Obviously, my homies that are scrolling in the chat are already there. They already know it's good. But if you go to the Bongino Report Channel, rumble.com Haley. That is where you can watch this show live and chat with everyone, which is, I think, the best way to watch the show. Of course, you can always tune in on Rumble later on if you miss the live show. I get it. People are busy. You got stuff going on. If you want to listen, you can listen on your favorite podcast platforms, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, wherever you get your shows. You. You can search Nightly scroll with Haley, and I will be there. Leave a review. Leave five stars. Say something nice. Ring the bell so that you never miss a show. All right, there may be a red wave rising in California. I'm getting ahead of myself. I don't really mean that California is going to turn red, but we've seen dozens of Democrats at least today, siding with Republicans on a resolution. Are pigs flying? Is the sky falling down? We're going to get into it. Plus, Senator Bernie Sanders, he is a big fat hypocrite and I am calling him and AOC out for their gas guzzling tendencies. Hey, I'm all for gas guzzling, by the way, but don't be a climate alarmist at the same time. That's what makes you a hypocrite. Biden's back in the media today again. Except he brought his handler, Jill Biden, to help him through his interview on the View. It was bad. He stumbled and bumbled as he does. We're going to play all the clips. It's going to be fun. I'm also blind reacting to videos sent in by the homies and answering your questions. I tweeted about it. I put it on my Instagram story. But if you are watching live in the chat, you can drop them in the chat and Andy and Mikey will get them to me at the end of the show. So, without further ado, Nightly scroll begin. I always do a little Dancy dance. I know you can't see when the intro plays because it covers me, but I do my same little scrolling time dance. I do love the music on the show. I must say. The first headline that I saw that I want to cover with you is the Democrats. 35 Democrats vote with the GOP to block Biden rule allowing Newsom's gas car ban. Huh. So this is a Republican resolution. They aimed at repealing this Biden era EPA move that would have banned gas vehicles in the next 10 years. So Democrats in California, their entire plan under Biden and Biden's EPA was okay by 2035, no more gas vehicles in California. Could you imagine that? I mean, seriously? Well, even 35 Democrats joined Republicans in repealing this. It was 246 to 164. That was the vote. That's how it all came in the tally this morning. It's, it's good, it's a breath of fresh air to see some Democrats with some sense they don't want to see gas guzzling cars, gas powered cars go away. I mean, could you imagine forcing EVs down everyone's throat? This is a free country. You should be able to drive a gas powered vehicle. You shouldn't have to be forced into buying electric ones. I don't like electric cars. I don't like that you have to charge them. It's expensive. Then you have to get the charging port for your house or you have to go to like a supermarket or something and you're plugging in your car. I mean this is, I don't know, I don't know about EVs. Guys, does anyone in the chat, do you guys have electric vehicles? I know some people have Teslas. I'm not, I'm not trying to like yuck anyone's yums here, but for me, I don't like the EVs. I'm more of a gas powered girl myself. What is everyone saying? I don't know. We'll see the cat. The chat's going to catch up here. But the demand for gas powered vehicles in my opinion would go up so much people drive their gas powered vehicles into the ground so that they didn't have to buy EVs. Then the car companies would be forced to prioritize electric vehicles. I think there would be a full on panic. Truly, as you all know, I mean, I'm not, I'm not claiming to be a, an authority on, on all things cars because as you know, I took a 10 year hiatus off of driving 9 years, but almost a decade of not driving cars. I sold my car when I moved into New York City, lived there for seven years, moved to Nashville. Everyone thought I was a crazy person, didn't have a car. I lived there for two and a half years, finally moved to Florida. I'm like, okay, there's. There's no way that I can live without a car. I have to get one. I forgot who I was talking to. Oh. I was at the gym earlier, and I think this was yesterday or two days ago, but I was saying I'm kind of afraid this is. I'm. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I'll admit it because you're all. You're all my homies. So I haven't been to a car wash since probably 2015. And not that I don't remember how to do it like I do, but I feel like all car washes are different. Like, some you drive in and you stay in your car, some you pass it off, you pay inside. And it's been a long time since I've been. And I just don't want to go for my first time in 10 years alone. So I was telling people the gym. I'm like, someone needs to come with me the when I need to wash my car. And I was saved by the bell this week because my car was getting to the point where I'm like, okay, Haley, you need to go get it washed. And it rained, and I was like, perfect. Now I don't have to get my car washed. Um, but I will have to go and. And face my social anxiety at some point and just figure it out. Or what would be the worst that happened? I make a fool out of myself, I do something wrong. I could just go to a different car wash. I mean, it's really not that big of a deal, but yeah. Anyway, the first time that I had driven in over 10 years was at Dan's birthday party. So I came to Florida for it, flew down, had to get a rental car for it. It was actually my first time renting a car. Hadn't done it yet. And they said, yeah, there are no more gas cars on the lot. It's gonna have to be an ev. And I said, no, no. Could you imagine me not driving in 10 years? And then you put me in an electric vehicle? I'm like, I don't even know how those work. So I said, absolutely not. I will not drive off this lot in anything but a gas powered car. And he said, okay, fine. And then he gave me a Ford Mustang. And I said, thank you, thank you. I'm not driving an electric vehicle. I'm sorry. So I'm just being honest again, I'm not a car enthusiast, don't know much, but that's why I'm sticking with what I know and what I know. Gas powered cars and who knows? I mean, the conspiracy theorists in me, I hate to think of the times where gas cars are banned, right? And everyone's forced to get an electric vehicle. If these climate alarmists get their way and the green new dealers of the world get their way, then we're all in electric cars. And then what happens when the power grid goes out? No one can charge their cars. Everyone's stranded. I mean, this is like a government, a government's wet dream to have us all stuck. This is like Covid 2.0. It would have been worse. I don't know. My brain's going to places that it shouldn't go, but hopefully that would never come to that. And certainly if Democrats in California can come to the center or right on this issue and agree with Republicans that we shouldn't ban gas cars, hopefully it will not come to that. I'm hoping. Here's to hoping. Now, speaking of Democrats coming over to the good side, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva, he joins the Grand Old Party. I will preface this by saying he posted this video on X earlier today. It's not the best quality. It's kind of hard to hear, but this is his announcement that he's joining the Republican Party. Watch as of today. If you have cameras, get them rolling. Share this on social media. As of today, I'm leaving the party of paid protests, purple hair and pronouns. I'm doing the party of faith, family and freedom. Wow. And the party of common sense. So if you didn't hear it there, he said something like, I'm leaving the party of paid protests, purple hair and pronouns. And I'm joining the party of faith, family and freedom. Amen. The Republican Party is also the party of common sense and normalcy. The left has become so radically, you know, so radical when it comes to social issues and social movements like defund the police movements to defy federal law. That is the antithesis of law and order. It's no wonder that a sheriff, a common sense sheriff, wants to join a party that actually encourages him to serve and do his job. I mean, imagine that instead of being a part of a party that cheers all cops are bad and death to the police. I mean, just this week on this show, I played Videos of students at Washington State University who were yelling at police. Who knows what they were there for? I think they were. You never know what these protests are really there for. But I think the Washington State University, they were protesting because the school was. They had ties to Boeing, so they were upset about Boeing. So. But then there are all the protesters, all these paid agitators. They're all over there and they're just yelling at the police, saying, death to the police. A police officer who dies. That's good for the resistance. I mean, really disgusting rhetoric. So it. It is no surprise to me that this cop, this sheriff, would want to join the party that actually embraces him and not the party of hypocrisy. And the left is the party of hypocrisy. I want to start with Senator Bernie Sanders. He is a joke. He did an interview with Bret Baier on Fox News, and here he is defending his use of a private jet. Five rallies in a week. The only way you can get around to talk to 30,000 people. Think I'm going to be sitting on a waiting line at United. Waiting. You know what? 30,000 people are waiting. That's the only way you can get around. No apologies for that. That's what campaign travel is about. We've done it in the past. We're going to do it in the future. Okay, there he is. No apologies. No apologies for flying around with AOC in a private jet to campaign. Campaign for what, by the way? But prominent Democrats were coming to Bernie Sanders support. Andrew Yang posted this on X. Bernie Sanders is 83 and had to be in multiple states in the same day. In that situation, you fly private. Um, he's 83 and he had to be in this. In multiple states in the same day. No, he didn't. This tour, this fight, the oligarchy tour that he's on with AOC is not mandatory. And certainly they could have just planned the tour differently. He didn't have to be in multiple states in the same day. You could cut back on air travel and. And do multiple tours in the same little section. They can drive. Yeah, there. There's. There's other options. Certainly Bernie Sanders said that there's no other option. There are other options. They. He just didn't want to take them. I also want to say to Andrew Yang's tweet that Bernie Sanders is 83. So in that situation, you fly private. Not all old people fly private, by the way. And AOC is 35. So what's her excuse? I guess they were just trying to get more bang for their buck. Because if Bernie Sanders is 83 and he has to fly private to go yell at people, then, you know, it would make sense to have AOC tag along. @ least they're, they're getting their money's worth for the private jet. And it's estimated that these flights you are going to actually don't throw up the headline yet. I want everyone in the chat to guess how much these private flights cost. Every time that Bernie Sanders and aoc, all these climate alarmists, every time they get on this flight, how much money are they spending? $15,000. This is because Speak reads the nudes. Yeah, you read the news, you cheated. I know. Someone said 87,000, 20,000. Seven buckets of money. 30,000. 200,000. 50,000. 10,000. It is $15,000 per hour. $15,000 per hour. How many hours are they flying? You know, where are these campaign stops? If he's in one, if he's got to use a flight he can't even drive, then it's got to be multiple hours for the flights. So yeah, I don't even really want to think about adding all of those numbers up. But AOC is the woman who authored the Green New Deal. The Green New Deal and all the climate stuff, it just goes out the window for convenience sake, of course. And the issue, by the way, isn't that they flew private. I actually don't care if you fly private, but don't be a climate alarmist, don't be a hypocrite, don't tell other people to save the planet, because you know you won't. Bernie Sanders and aoc, they're not doing anything to save the planet, but they'll yell at you so that you go do it. It's no surprise that people are waking up to the Democrat party's lies. Why don't Democrat voters who are also concerned with climate change and eating the rich, why don't they call Bernie Sanders out? He's run for the Senate in Vermont as an independent since the late 70s, but he's obviously, he ran for president as a Democrat and he's a self proclaimed Democratic socialist. He claims he wants to tax the rich. He's rich. He claims to care about the environment. He's flying private. Not once or twice. He's flying private all across the country for the Fight the Oligarchy tour. And he told Brett Baier, this is what we do when we campaign, you fly private. Okay, so he's saying that he's been doing this for years and he's not going to stop. He also mentioned that in that interview that he wouldn't dare stand in line at United with all the sorry people like you and me. That's what he thinks of us lowlifes. Bernie Sanders is better than you. His time is more valuable than yours. He wouldn't be caught dead standing in a line. He's got people to yell at. Is this the mentality of a public servant who wants to spread the wealth? I don't think so. I've also seen videos online. You know, people like to expose when they see celebrities at the airport. And recently I tried finding the video on TikTok, but I think the person who took the video deleted it because they saw Barbara Corcoran, who's on the show Shark Tank. She's a bajillionaire, and obviously she's very smart with her money. And Barbara Corcoran was seen flying economy at the airport just like everyone else sitting in the seats, in the economy seats, the. Not even first class or business class, just regular old seats. And someone posted this video on the Internet on TikTok, saying, Look at Barbara Corker and she's flying economy. And Barbara actually commented and said, yes, flying first class or business class is a waste of money. This is why rich people get rich, because they. They save their money on things that don't make sense. And she said, yeah, first class and business class, total waste of money. I'll. I'll fly economy all day long. That's the mentality that Bernie Sanders should have, especially if he's, you know, he's wasting all this money whipping around the country to talk down to the American people, all while he's feeding them lies. It's totally pathetic in my opinion. And I don't. I don't really know how Democrats don't see through it all, but you know their slogan, Vote blue no matter who. So I guess they don't care. All right. I played this video on the show yesterday. If you didn't watch yesterday's show, it's okay. I'm going to replay it. Biden came out of hiding. He came out of retirement to do a sit down with BBC, which I think is interesting. I get. I don't really know why Biden's on this media blitz all of a sudden. He was in retirement. Now he's out of retirement. I don't know what this could all be about, but this is what he said in his BBC interview yesterday. Watch. And for a long time, you believed. You said, I'm the man who can stop Donald Trump? And you did once. And in the end, you withdrew from that election campaign at the last minute. It's a question, you know, lots of people ask you, Mr. President, did you leave it too late? Should you have withdrawn earlier, given someone else a bigger chance? I don't, I don't think it would have mattered. We left at a time when we had a good candidate, she was fully funded, and what happened was I had become what we had set out to do, no one thought we could do and become so successful on our agenda. It was hard to say, now, I'm going to stop now. I meant what I said when I started that I think I'm prepared to hand this to the next generation, the transition government. But things move so quickly that it made it difficult to walk away, to get and. All right, we can dump out of this. The point that I wanted to make here is that President Biden was asked, did you drop out too soon? Did you not give Harris enough of a time, enough ramp to get going? And he said no. Wouldn't have made a difference either way. He left her with a fully funded campaign. Whether he was the candidate, whether he dropped out sooner, later, doesn't matter. Wouldn't have made a difference. Interesting, because today he joined the View, and Alyssa Farah Griffin asked him a similar question. I mean, do you think he would have beaten Donald Trump? And he had a different answer. So watch this. You had previously said that you thought that you would have won. Since then, Donald Trump won all the battleground states and made inroads with almost every major demographic from working class voters to Hispanic men to black men. Knowing what you know now, do you think you would have beat him? Yeah. He still got 7 million fewer votes. Yes. Okay. A lot of people didn't show up, number one. Number one. Number two, the. They're very close in those, those toss up states. Okay. It was, it wasn't a slam dunk. And so look, I, you know, every time I've been on the show, which you've been for, I've been fortunate to be on more than once. Thanks for having me. Is that we talk. You guys don't focus on as much. And I think it's good on polling numbers. But let me put it this way. He's had the worst hundred days any president's ever had. Yeah, that's a. All right. So he talks about, well, yeah, I would have, you know, kicked Trump's behind. And certainly that is not the truth. Then he's saying, you know, not that many people Came out in support of Trump. Well, more than Kamala Harris. So I don't know what point he's trying to make there. Very strange. He's talking about voting numbers and polling and. Yeah, no, I would have, you know, wiped the floor with him and certainly we know. And then he's talking about the swing states. Well, it really wasn't that big of a deal. It was a mandate. The American people overwhelmingly chose President Trump over Kamala Harris. But according to Joe Biden, he could have won. Interesting. I wonder what his puppeteers at the DNC are thinking when he says that. Maybe someone, maybe his puppeteers, maybe his handlers, maybe someone would have said, hey, you know, when you said in that BBC interview that, you know, it didn't matter whether you were the candidate or Harris was the candidate, you were going to lose anyway, like, let's not go with that messaging. So then he flip flops on the, on the View. But have no fear, if you were watching that video and you thought, hey, I think Joe Biden seems a little lost, I would agree with you. And I think that's why he brought his wife along to save the day. Watch this. Yeah. Mr. President, since you left office, there have been a number of books that have come out, deeply sourced from Democratic sources that claim in your final year there was a dramatic decline in your cognitive abilities in the final year of your presidency. What is your response to these allegations or are these sources wrong? They are wrong. There's nothing to sustain that. We're also in a situation where we found ourselves unable to deal with a lot of just basic issues, which I won't go into in interest of time. And so we went to work and we got it done. And you know, one of the things that. Well, I'm. Well. And Alyssa, you know, one of the things I think is that saves the day. The people who wrote those books were not in the White House with us and they didn't see how hard Joe worked every single day. I mean, he'd get up, he put in a full day, and then at night he would. I'd be in bed, you know, reading my book. And he was still on the phone, reading his briefings, working with staff. I mean, it was non stop. The White House being president is not like a job. It's a lifestyle. It's a life that you live. You live it 24 hours a day. That phone can ring at 11 o' clock at night or two in the morning. It's constant. You never leave it. And Joe worked really hard. I think he was a great president. And if you look at things, blindly staring. If you look at things today, give me Joe Biden anytime. He's still processing. That's worth the invitation to come to the show. No, Jill's invitation to come to the show was to keep the train on the tracks. Which Alyssa again asks the question to Joe Biden. Hey, people were talking about how your mental acuity wasn't really there. Then he starts trailing off, not really making too much sense, totally proving her point that he's no better now than he was before. He's not getting any better. He was not the right guy for the job. He wasn't the right guy for the job four years ago. Here's even more proof that Joe Biden is not right in the head. Watch this. The projects, the benefits. How do you lead the world without. How do you lead the world without having the best healthcare in the world? How do you lead the world without having the best education system? How do you lead the world when you don't have that done? Did anyone. Did anyone in the chat know what he said there? I don't know if Joe Biden came in to save the day on that one, but I heard, you know, you can't lead the world if you don't have the best health care. You don't. You can't leave the world. Lead the world if you have the best education. But certainly stumbling on his words in ways that doesn't instill any confidence in me. I wouldn't have wanted him to be the President of the United States. I think it was the right decision for the Democrats to oust Joe Biden. As messed up as it was, we didn't have, really. The Democrats didn't have a. A real chance to choose their candidate. They were just. They had Kamala Cackling Harris thrust upon them, unfortunately. But, yeah, Joe Biden is not that dude. And all I want to see for Joe Biden, I don't know why he's coming out of retirement. I want him to go. Lean into retirement, Joe. Lean in. Go. Go to the beach in Delaware. Sit there, relax, have a drink, have your oatmeal, tuck yourself into bed early. That's all I want for the former president. Thank you for doing what you did. I'm being facetious, everyone. But seriously, take this time now where you're actually allowed to go to the beach and do nothing and go, go do that. Go do that. How old is Joe Biden? 80 something? 82, 83. We're looking it up quickly. I forget off the top of my head, too old. 82. Okay, so Joe Biden's 82. Do as the 82 year olds do. Joe Biden, go be at home with your family. Ride off into the sunset. I don't need to see him on the View. It's honestly, it's really sad to see him struggle through the interviews. Then he needs to have Dr. Jill Biden come to the rescue and pick up, finish his sentences. I don't want to see that anymore. I really don't. It's really, really sad actually. Blackout coffee. Well, he's a young whippersnapper compared to 82 year old President Biden. Certainly President Trump does not act his age. He is. He's the Energizer Bunny and something that President Trump said he was going to do when he came into office was drain the swamp. And what he has been doing, especially when it comes to HHS, led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Then he's got Dr. Marty McCary heading up the FDA. He is draining the medical swamp with which I love to see. And FDA Commissioner Marty McCary, they have now announced that there's a new vaccine official. So the FDA has picked a critic of COVID boosters to be the new top vaccines official. So they announced just earlier this week, on Tuesday that they have picked a new director for the center of Biologics Evaluation and research. He is Dr. Vinay Prasad. He has been a vocal critic of the agency's moves to greenlight COVID 19 vaccine boosters. And this is in line with what FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty McCary has been saying. Just a few weeks ago, I covered on the show that Dr. Marty McCary came out and said, hey, I'm really not ready to recommend COVID 19 vaccine boosters for people coming this, this flu season, this fall, this winter. He said, I'm not sure that we're going to even recommend them to people. Wow. This is what science is supposed to be, laying out the facts in front of you and then changing course when you realize that you might be prescribing people the wrong thing. So if we have a vocal vaccine Booster Critic in Dr. Vinay Prasad, I think we're in a better place because that means that they're not just going off of Big Pharma doctrine. They're actually looking at the facts and statistics and the truth. So Dr. Prasad, he is replacing Dr. Peter Marks. He was the former director of the center of Biologics Evaluation and research at the FB FDA. And Dr. Peter Marx played a key role in launching Operation Warp Speed. And now I understand that Operation Warp Speed is inherently tied to Trump because it happened during Trump's first term. But I don't blame the Trump administration and, and officials in the Trump administration for wanting to come up with a solution. A lot of Americans were dying from COVID or with COVID If you know, you know. But I don't blame them for wanting to figure out a solution. Quick. What my issue is, is the Biden administration came in and they essentially told Americans against their will that you have to be subjected to this shot, even if you don't want to. That was not Operation Warp Speed. That was not under the Trump administration. That was at the behest of the Biden administration. Nobody was forced to get the vaccine until Biden came into office and threatened everyone. If you Remember that speech where he said, you know, you're. If you don't get vaccinated, the unvaccinated are going to. They're going to have a severe winter of illness and death. Then state governments complied with the president's recommendation and required employees to get it in order to go to their jobs and make a living. I've. I've told this story before, but I was living in New York City at the time. Right when the vaccine came out, I was still working at Fox News. I then left Fox News. I went to go work at Newsmax. By the grace of God, truly, I believe that God had his hand on me throughout all of COVID because there was a reason why I was not at Fox. And I left to go to Newsmax and Newsmax. At the time, the CEO of Newsmax said, listen, the state of New York is requiring that all employees are vaccinated. However, he was not going to put up with that. And the state of New York was threatening a $14,000 fine per unvaccinated employee. So let's say you're a small business in New York. You can't sustain a $14,000 fine per employee. Let's say you're a small business. Let's say you have two employees. That's a lot of money. So think about that, which is horrible on small businesses. Then you think of these larger corporations who probably have more people who don't want to be vaccinated, who think about conservative media networks in New York City who happen to operate out of New York City. You've got Fox, you've got Newsmax. I mean, think of the majority of those employees probably didn't want to get vaccinated. I was lucky that I didn't have to, because he said, $14,000 per unvaccinated employee, worth it to me. If you don't want to get it, don't get it. So I didn't get it. I have friends of mine who called me. They were crying. They called me crying, saying, I don't want to get this vaccine. I have to because of work. I said, I understand. I don't blame people who got it. It's very scary to know that your job, your livelihood is going to be on the line. That's very, very scary. That's very scary. It really is. I don't blame people who ended up getting it. I really don't. So I love that. Now we're in a place where five years later, four years after the vaccine, we can at least have people in charge in the Trump administration that we know aren't going to even recommend something that they know isn't right for the American people. But they're not just stopping at the vaccines. They are getting rid of food dye. And now major food companies like Tyson Foods and Jimmy Dean, they are doing away with synthetic dyes real quick by the end of this month. So Tyson Foods, this is, this was all released during a one of a company calls at Tyson and they said, you know, Tyson Foods offers through our school nutrition programs some chicken nuggets and things like that that include petroleum based synthetic dyes as ingredients. They're not going to be doing that anymore. So chicken nuggets, they, they do not have any of these dyes anymore. They have been proactively reformulating the few products that do have those synthetic dyes. So by the end of the month, they are going to eliminate all petroleum based synthetic dyes in production. Does that even just sound scary? Petroleum based synthetic dyes, the fact that we've been ingesting this for decades is really concerning. It's really concerning petroleum based synthetic dyes. Again, I was at the gym earlier today, we were talking about this and apparently there are packets of ranch dressing and it'll literally say on their bioengineering chemical as an ingredient. And apparently this is Congress's way of saying gmo. It's kind of like just a genetically modified thing. But again, just hearing petroleum based synthetic dyes, I don't want to ingest that. I don't want to ingest bioengineered chemicals. It's, it's all not good. You wonder why men are turning into women and women are turning into men and women are guys. Adam, Adam's apples are going away. I mean, things are not good. We've got very, very depressed youth. I think a lot of it has to do with our food. We've been ingesting this crap for far too long. We're all sick. We have all these metabolic disorders. It's terrible. So not only is it Jimmy Dean and Tyson, but PepsiCo, they released a statement very recently, this was just late last week, saying that they will also be getting rid of artificial colors in their foods like Lays and Tostitos chips by the end of this year. So Jimmy Dean and Tyson, it's going to be end of May and then end of this year for PepsiCo Lays, Tostitos, things like that. So definitely moving in the right direction. Now President Trump announced that Dr. Casey Means is going to be the now Surgeon General or he's appointing her as Surgeon General, she does have to go through a Senate confirmation process, but this is what he posted on Truth Social. I am pleased to announce that Dr. Casey Means will be nominated as our next Surgeon General of the United States of America. Casey has impeccable MAHA credentials and will work closely with our wonderful Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. To ensure a successful implementation of our agenda in order to reverse the chronic disease epidemic and ensure great health in the future for all Americans. Her academic achievements together with her life's work are absolutely outstanding. So he went on to say, Dr. Casey Means has the potential to be one of the first, finest, sorry, Surgeon Generals in the United States history. Congratulations to Casey. Secretary Kennedy looks forward to working with you. And keyword. Dr. Jeanette Neshawat is going to have another capacity at HHS. Thank you for your attention to this matter. So Dr. Jeanette NeshawAt was supposed to be, she was supposed to have her Senate confirmation hearing today. Dr. Jeanette Neshawat was supposed to be confirmed as the Surgeon General, but that all changed last night when Trump put that out on Truth Social. Interesting. So he withdrew the nomination of Jeanette Neshawat to be the Surgeon General. It's all, I don't really know why. We don't know why yet. But Laura Loomer had been criticizing her on social media the night before. Then he makes this decision. I'm not saying that Laura Loomer was the reason why he made this decision, but it begs the question, why was Dr. Jeanette released? And here's a video of her back in 2021 on Fox News talking about the COVID 19 vaccine. Watch now have clear cut compelling data. A trial of 10,000 participants. This was just posted on the CDC website that showed those who had a third dose of booster shot had significantly more improvement, more protection, more antibodies than those who did not have that third dose. So we definitely know, especially going into the winter holidays, having that extra protection can help minimize infection, can help minimize spread spread. So if you are especially over the age of 50, the CDC now recommends you should definitely get a booster. But over the age of 18, you can definitely get one as well, especially if you have asthma, diabetes, obesity. Recommending boosters for people over the age of 18 based on this information that is available on even Dr. Neshawat's own X page. I think this probably wouldn't have flown with the Maha community pushing vaccines, things like that. So Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, she was outspoken about COVID 19 vaccines. She actually sued the FDA for misinformation so she posted this on X saying the new Surgeon General. So, okay, sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself here. People have an issue with Dr. Jeanette Neshawat because of the COVID 19 vaccine. Now people are also in right wing circles Upset with Dr. Casey means as the pick as well. So Dr. Talley, Mary Talley Bowden, like I said, very outspoken against these COVID 19 vaccine mandates. And she said the new Surgeon general, speaking about Dr. Casey Means, has never called for the COVID shots to be pulled off the market. That's why she was picked. I know the other front runner as well who was not picked because of this issue. Kennedy is powerless. I have no way to independently confirm that that Kennedy is powerless. Doesn't seem that way. I think they probably thought, okay, people on right wing Twitter or X if you will, are calling out Dr. Neshawat for being pro vaccine. That's not gonna fly. Let's switch it out with someone who's more maha coded. So Dr. Casey means certainly more MAHA coded. But again, like I said, people on the right are still upset with this pick. Laura Loomer posted this talking about President Trump has nominated Dr. Casey Means to be the the next U.S. surgeon General. Surgeon General is a very interesting term. The Surgeon General is the nation's top doctor responsible for providing medical advice and leadership on public health issues. It is worth noting that Casey Means doesn't have a surgical residency and isn't a surgeon. I do want to let you know that only two of the surgeons generals have been trained surgeons. It's kind of just like what they call it. But the role has been filled by both physicians, non physicians, and really what they do is just make sure that they're dedicated towards advancing the public health of the country. They put out the Surgeon General's warnings about, you know, don't drink when you're pregnant, things like that. Certainly by those standards, Dr. Casey Beans is qualified. I did check though, on Dr. Casey Means Twitter. She has not posted anything about COVID 19 or the vaccine. I searched Covid in her tweets. Nothing. I searched vaccine in her posts. Nothing. So either she deleted the posts or never commented on it, which I find hard to believe, but maybe that's true. However, she is very focused on functional medicine and alternative medicine. This is the way forward. In my opinion, being a functional medicine doctor is more representative of the Maha movement than any surgeon is. She actually dropped out of her residency to become a surgeon because she woke up and realized that she just saw the light. The American medical Association is woke. These, these residencies are woke. She, the industry is broken and it's making people sick and it's keeping people sick. And Dr. Casey Means is more focused on how our nutrition impacts metabolic health. So going back to my point earlier about HHS and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. And the Maha movement, getting all of these synthetic dyes out of our food and all these other things that make us sick, this makes sense to me. The pick makes sense to me. I want a Surgeon General who won't be afraid to go against the grain. Call out Big Pharma and Big Food because our food is making us sick. Doctors will just provide you medicine and they will put band aids on problems instead of actually discovering the reason for your sickness. Big Pharma doctors are not interested in healing. They are invested in making money. So I truly believe that Dr. Casey means is the path forward. She is the right choice for Maha and I look forward to her Senate confirmation. I do. All right, I want to get to scrolling time, but I've got one more video for you. So Rachel Maddow, MSNBC host, she was on the Stephen Colbert Show. They were chit chatting about voting and they floated a conspiracy theory. So watch this. This is not the behavior of people. Cuz the Republicans haven't stood up en masse to resist what Donald Trump has done. A few people here or there. This is not the behavior of people who seem like they believe they have to answer to voters in 18 months. Yeah, that worries me. Not that they're not worried, but that they don't think that they should be worried because maybe they don't have to worry about an election at all. Yeah. And yes, that is the thing to worry about. And I mean I feel like for as heartened as I am about the American people literally protesting every single day against what Trump and the Republicans are doing. And so much more resistance than anybody told us to expect. I think it's also true that the people who warned us about how bad this was gonna be, the people who were really hysterical, like really the doomsayers, they were all right about how bad this is. And what we're experiencing is not just somebody who's fighting against the Democratic Party, he's fighting against the democratic process. He doesn't think there should be elections. And they are consolidating power. They're disempowering Congress, ignoring Congress when they're defunding agencies or closing agencies. That's Congress's job. That's not the President's job. When they're defying court orders. That's them saying that the courts don't have authority over the President. That's consolidating all power in one man. That's authoritarianism. And that's what you do when you don't ever want to have an election because you want to stay in power for life. First, I just want to say, I was going to say, have you ever seen Rachel Maddow and Stephen Colbert in the same room? But I can't make that joke because there were the two of them in the same room, but they did look very similar. Strikingly similar. Am I alone in that? I mean, they've got the same, like, salt and pepper hair. They've got the same haircut because Rachel Maddows got her. Her lesbian haircut. They've got the same glasses on. I mean, really spitting image of each other. And Rachel Maddow. So Mikey just pulled this up. Rachel Maddow salary at MSNBC is reportedly $25 million per year. That was after a $5 million pay cut. Oh, right. Because, well, she used to have a show every night. Then Jen Psaki took over and then Rachel Maddow was just hosting on Monday nights. So one night a week, she's making $25 million a year. Wow. And to spread lies, by the way, let's just get back to the point of the video there. So she's saying that Donald Trump wants to be in office forever. He doesn't want to have another, another election. If you think that, you are not paying attention to anything that he says, but they don't listen to anything that he says. They think they come up with it in their heads. It's like their imagination. They think, think that they know what Donald Trump is all about. And he's evil and he's Orange man bad and he's Hitler and he, he wants to run for president and he, he wants to stay in power forever. These are figments of their imagination. This is not real. Donald Trump has been on record recently, this week, saying, I'm not going to run, I am not going to be president, my term ends and I'm going to pass the torch to someone else. He said, I hopefully another Republican. So Rachel Maddow and Stephen Colbert pushing lies and conspiracies. It's disgusting. It's really disgusting. And she makes way too much money to be doing that. Seriously. Speaking of making money, this first video in scrolling time, we'll get into it. Scrolling time starts foreign. It's hard to dance in my seat. I'm very limited. There's only so many moves that I can do. Did you like that segue, guys? Speaking of money, speaking of salaries, this first video is a woman. I don't know if she's married or not. People in the comments say that she can't be married to have this point of view. But she thinks that stay at home moms should get a very hefty salary from their husbands. Listen to this. If you are a stay at home mom, you should be receiving a salary from your husband. If you are a stay at home mom, otherwise known as a non compensated working mom, and you are married to a man, compensated, your husband, the compensated partner should be paying for the uncompensated labor. And yeah, there's gonna be a lot of pissed off men in the comments, but try to replace, you try to replace a stay at home mom, you're gonna be paying for a chauffeur, a chef, a nanny, a project manager for the house. In fact, recent data has shown that stay at home moms, non compensated working parents, if you had to pay them a salary, it would be at least $175,000 a year. So if you are a non compensated working mom, if you are a stay at home mom, you deserve a salary from your husband. I said it. Not only does she say you deserve a salary from your husband, but it's your work is worth $170,000. Most American households aren't bringing that in. So that would be a tall order to ask of your husband. Now again, I get hate for commenting on all things parenting and marriage and stuff. I'm not married, I don't have kids. But I would say that when you are in a partnership and your husband is the breadwinner and you're a stay at home mom, you are compensated in ways and you shouldn't even think about it in, in compensation. It's such like a corporate, weird business partnership way to think about marriage. But you know, because when you get married, it's your money, it's your money together, it's pooled together. It's not like, oh, my husband makes this, I'm not making any money. I deserve X, Y and Z. But let's say your husband is the, the breadwinner, the sole breadwinner. You are getting housing, you don't have to pay rent to your husband, you probably get a car, you get health insurance because of his job. Your kids are taken care of, they get shoes and, and clothes and food, food and shelter. And they've got all these activities. I mean, you are being Compensated. It's not in the form of a salary. So I think that's ridiculous. People in the comments were saying, you know, why am I single? Joking. Saying that this girl is obviously single. Someone is saying, you are being compensated. Okay, this is the point that I was making. You get free rent, health care, etc. Absolutely. Someone said, tell me you are not married without telling me. And someone else said, give her the salary, men. Then charge her rent, utilities, and food. Make it fair and equitable if she wants it. This is where feminism backfires, ladies and gentlemen. Men do not pay up in the way that this woman is saying, this is not how marriage should work. Totally crazy. Now I found a liberal crying. She's crying every night. This is. She said it's her nightly crash out over Republicans. Listen to this. I do not feel bad for the stupid people here in America because you know what? I lack empathy for them because they lack empathy for me. They like empathy for my friends. They like empathy for all the people that are being affected by the current administration. And why do they always say anytime you try to say something to them like, oh, isn't it crazy that this and this and this is happening like that just blows my f. Cking mind. And their answer is always like, wow, how do you know that? Cause I f. Cking read. What do you mean? The fact that there's so many f. Cking stupid people and it's only gonna get worse with the defunding. Okay, it's only gonna get worse. She said this is her nightly crash out over stupid Trump voters. Could you imagine crying over Trump voters every night? Keep crashing out. Keep crying. Cry more. Lib Cope. He's your daddy. He's your president. Sorry. I'm sorry to tell you I don't spend any of my time and I'm not wasting any tears crying over liberals. When Joe Biden was president, I didn't cry over it. This is the mentality of the right. It's. People on the left are just. They're allergic to accountability. People on the right, I feel like, are more pragmatic. They're just more realistic. I'm not going to spend any of my time crying over Joe Biden and the things he was doing. We just got to get to work, get him out of office. But I don't take people seriously who are crying on the Internet. She's crying. Sets up her camera. Oh, this will be good. Oh, this will be good for TikTok. Hold on, let me make sure a tear is coming down. Go. Lights, camera, action. I don't take these people seriously. It's ridiculous. All right, this next video, you know the song Losing my religion by R.E.M. now, someone on TikTok pointed out that if you listen, if you close your eyes and you think of President Trump and all of the President Trump mannerisms, it'll sound just like him. Listen. Oh, life is bigger. It's bigger than you. You are not me. What do you guys think? Did that sound like President Trump? Because I feel like if you close your eyes and you picture him, it does sound like President Trump. I liked it. All right, now we're getting into the blind reaction section of the show. So I have not seen these, but my producers have seen them, and they're going to hit me with them right now. So give me the first one. What is. Oh, let it go, Tonks. Let's go. The other dog's coming. Oh. Oh, well, good thing that the guy got the dog away from the kangaroo. Okay, sorry. If you're listening, I couldn't even explain over the video because my jaw was dropped. So sorry. But if you are watching, you understand my shock. This guy is running towards. First of all, when the video started, I said, what am I looking at? Like, what is this creature? The kangaroo had the dog and basically a headlock. But kangaroos are scary. They are real scary. They. They've got. They're beefed up and they'll. They'll punch at you. So that guy threw a punch at the kangaroo to get his dog away. That is scary. See, animals in Australia scare me. I have family in Australia, and I have yet to visit them because I don't like flying and I don't. I don't want to get on a flight for that long, but I should get on a flight and visit them. They always come here. But I'm a little afraid of all the Australian wildlife that is there. I'm afraid of the. The big spiders and. And the snakes and all the other stuff. I feel like everything is in Australia is deadly. Yeah, well, yeah, I guess we got, like, gators and snakes and stuff here, too, but I don't know. I feel like you see videos in Australia and it's like spiders this big. I don't want to deal with it. I don't. All right, hit me in the next one. What is that? Cosmic brownie. And, okay, so this girl put some cake or something in the fridge, set up a hidden camera. There's people checking on it. Is she trying to see who's gonna steal her cake? Oh, oh, oh. A baby Stole the cake. Sure. Oh, he's using him as a. As like a human shield. A baby shield. Wow. How can I explain that for our listeners here? You can't. You just have. Using the baby. Using the baby as bait. Yeah. I would just recommend you watch the show. Sorry for that one. Rumble.com. haley shameless plug. All right, let's see the last one. Oh, boy. Bro. My sister's cat realized he can drive his wheel. Okay, so this is like a very large hamster wheel that the cat is driving. And look out. Good job. Look out, everyone. I mean, he's. Did you see him? He, like, stuck his head out of the. He was. He was. He knew that he. He had a door frame that he had to get by. Very smart. I wouldn't want to get. I'm not very big on cat owner decor. I know people, they like to get these, like, massive cat trees and they put them in their living room. This is my house, and my cat gets to live in my house. It's not my cat's house. So my decor is adult human decor. And I'm not going to be having a hamster wheel this big in my house. It's just not. It's just not my aesthetic. I'm going to. I'm just going to. I'm going to be real. I'm sorry. Sorry, Birdie, but she doesn't know what she's missing, so it's okay. All right. I put out on my Instagram story and on Twitter that I will answer some of your questions. I know we're at a. We're over an hour here, but we'll just. We'll do a few. Let's see. Someone asked me. Well, now I can't even find my own dang tweet. I don't tweet that much. Okay, here we go. Someone asked me, if you could get rid of one federal law, what would it be? And I really was stumped. But then we were talking about it in here before the show, and Andy mentioned getting rid of the 21 years old to drink that legal limit. Because if you can serve our country for freedom. Eagle screech. You should be able to have a beer. And I totally agree with that. And I think European cultures that put an emphasis on. Well, they. What they do is they don't put an emphasis on drinking. It's very normalized from a young age. Kids will have a glass of wine at dinner, then they go and they grow up, and they don't have this obsession. See here, it's like this suppressed thing. Like you've got teenagers who sneak around and they try to drink and what have you. And then they go to college and they black out and get their stomach pumped because they've never had alcohol before. I think if you make it younger or at least normalized younger, and then they can drink with parental supervision, they won't have this urge to lash out, if you will. So that would be the federal law that I would get rid of. There's probably more federal laws that a lot of federal laws that I'd like to get rid of. But off the top of my head, that's a good one. Someone asked me what my go to golf ball is. I don't care. I will actually, I will play with anything. I like using stolen golf balls. Other golf balls that have been lost by others love picking those up. It's like, it's like finding a five dollar bill in your pocket and not knowing. It's so great. Um, someone asked though, like Pro V1, top flight, they're all good. I got my hole in one with a precept 11 and then my bag, my golf bag got stolen. So my golf ball that I got a hole in one with is no longer Someone got that. Very sentimental, but oh well. Another golf question someone asked, have you ever tried disc golf? And I have not. I'm really not good at throwing a first B. I'm not going to lie. Not my strong suit. But my alma mater, Fairfield University has one of the best disc golf courses in the country. So there you go. And I was there for four years and I never tried. Uh, someone asked how long is your average drive off the T? And I went to a simulator with some friends a few weekends ago and I would say my average drive was 2. 35. So pretty good. I'm working out in the gym, guys. This is so that I can drive. This is my long drive. I'm prepping. What else do we have here? Someone asked who's the better tennis player, you or Evita? Evita and I played. We both haven't played in a while. We were rusty. I'll say that both of us could probably improve and maybe we should do that together. I will say that I'm going to go over to my Instagram now. I answered a few questions from X. Someone said, do you miss the New York of your childhood? Yes, of course I do. I had a great childhood. Loved growing up in New York. I didn't grow up in a real woke area. I wasn't involved in any of that. So yeah, it was wonderful. Favorite part of being a Florida Floridian. Now, I like to get my tan on. Maybe you can't see it because the lights are very bright in here, but I love getting a tan. Always sunscreen, but I do enjoy that. Someone said, oh, who's the worst politician in Congress, in your opinion, and why? You're gonna make me choose how? I was just gonna say Jasmine Crockett is a good, solid answer. But, I mean, how can I pick? It's crazy. Someone said, do you do CrossFit or MMA workouts as well? I do not. I just. I lift weights. I work with a personal trainer now. I go to take boot camp classes, but I lift weights. I really don't do a lot of cardio. Um, if I do any cardio, it's like the StairMaster or walking after my workout. But. Someone asked, how did you get into podcasting? I was producing live cable news television for a long time. I had always wanted to start my own podcast. I told Dan about it. I said, I really want to start my podcast. And. And I've told this story on the show before. But he said, don't ask for forgiveness. Sorry. Don't ask for permission. Ask for forgiveness. And I didn't listen to him. I was so afraid that if I started a podcast, it would be in contradiction with my contract at Fox or at Newsmax. And I didn't want to risk not being in good standing at my employer, so I didn't do it. And then I moved into the podcast world. I was overseeing about six podcasts, and I was producing for other people. And I'm like, this would be a lot easier if I could just. Instead of producing for other people, if I could just do my own show. That would be so fun. And here I am. So that's how I got into it. And favorite President Trump moment from this year. Gotta be all the dance moves. I love the dance moves. He keeps hitting. He adds in the little golf swing. Sometimes he does this little, like, jerky movement. I love it all. So that is my favorite. And thank you all for joining Nightly scroll tonight. I've had so much fun scrolling with the homies. And thank you all for your participation in the chat. I think it adds. It's just such a fun addition to the show. Make sure that you're following me at Haley Karenia on all social platforms. I'm on X. I'm on Truth social. I'm on TikTok. I'm on Instagram.
