Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia Collusion Hoax part two. This is all according to a new bombshell report in the Wall Street Journal that the Biden DOJ was spying on Elon Musk even before Elon Musk was involved in the Trump administration at all. This was just during the campaign. This is when Biden was still in office. This is when Harris was the candidate. That was the candidate that they were putting up anyway. Totally crazy. We're going to get into all that then. All the ladies on the View, they think that President Trump is launching a civil war all because he wants dangerous, violent criminals to be deported. Make it make sense. Then a third Chinese national has been caught smuggling a potential bioweapon into the country. All three of these have ties to the University of Michigan. So inside all the ways, one of our biggest adversaries is infiltrating our nation. And how some Democrats, by the way, are paving the way for them. Simone Biles apologized for her shallow jabs at Riley Gaines. Is she only sorry because she got caught? We're going to go into her apology that was probably written, most likely written by a crisis PR team and how Riley Gaines responded. All of this breaking right now. And all of this on this episode of Nightly Scroll. Okay, so was Biden speaking. Spying on Musk. Let's get into this. So according to Homeland Security and the Justice Department under the Biden administration, apparently they were keeping tabs on any foreign nationals that Elon Musk was around. So anytime Elon Musk had a foreign national at one of his houses or some of his properties, the Biden administration was. They were looking into it. Interesting. They apparently had concerns about the influence that some of these foreign nationals would have on Elon Musk and what that would mean for the political landscape. So insiders told the Wall Street Journal. This is all in the Wall Street Journal, this bombshell. Insiders told the Wall Street Journal that investigations into Musk were looking into whether or not he could be swayed by. By foreign powers, quote, and I quote, in Eastern Europe and elsewhere. But it never progressed to bring any charges against him, obviously, as we know. So I love how they. They say Eastern European countries. So obviously they're talking about Russia. Let's just call this what it is. This is an attempt at a Russia collusion, hoax 2.0, because this is how the Biden administration and the Democrats, this is how they do. This is how they do. Because if they can't get Trump, we'll have to catch the other people in his inner circle slipping. But they couldn't get Trump. All the Russian collusion stuff turned out that it was a total hoax, as we know. They said that he was, you know, he had a PP tape in, you know, in Russia, he's the golden showers. All this stuff, none of this could be proven. You know, the Clinton campaign, they had to hire Christopher Steele, foreign, A foreign, not an adversary, but a foreign. You know, he was like the British version of the CIA. They had to hire him to create a fake dossier to convince intel officials that they could go spy on the Trump campaign. Because, well, this guy that we paid and told him to say this, he says that Trump is colluding with Russia. So then, you know, as we all know, we all know the story. The FBI, the doj, I mean, they all went crazy. Trump, Trump, Russia, Russia, Russia, trying to prove that he was colluding with Russia. Of course, none of this could be proven. Special investigations, all this, nothing. They came up with nothing, and it didn't work. And now this seems like based on this report, that the Biden DOJ was concerned about Russian influence in Trump's inner circle again. So they couldn't get him the first time, even when they made it up. Now they went looking for Russia collusion again. I mean, investigations under the Biden DOJ predate Musk's move into the Trump administration. He wasn't even pumping all this money into his campaign yet. He wasn't hired as a special government employee yet. He wasn't doing the doge. This is, before all of that, just Elon Musk being friendly with Trump, being in his circle, inner circle. This was enough for the Biden administration and, and his doj, his Department of Justice and the FBI to have these alarm bells going off. They could just go and just investigate who Musk was hanging out with and where. So if he had people over his house, I guess Biden's administration was just all over it. They were concerned about conflicts of interest between Elon Musk's multiple businesses, SpaceX, Tesla, and his proximity to President Trump. They were also threatened by how much money, I'm assuming they're threatened by how much money Elon Musk has and how much he would potentially pump into Trump's campaign, which we knew, which we know now has ended up being $250 million. But this whole Russia collusion stuff, this worked for Democrats in the past. This is how they won 2020. This is what they did. They got Twitter 1.0 to spread lies. That Hunter Biden laptop, all that was Russian disinformation. When the Hunter Biden laptop story came out, they used all their friends and big tech in the media to silence the New York Post. They blocked the New York Post out of their account for two weeks for spreading what they called Russian disinformation. Let me just tell you, I've seen the laptop with my own eyes. It is not Russian disinformation. It is the truth. It is the dirty, really disturbing truth, but it is the truth. You can't call it Russian disinformation. It had nothing to do with Russia. It had everything to do with Hunter Biden being in the throes of a drug addiction. He has videos of. They are doing disgusting things with prostitutes, smoking crack. You know, all the pictures that we've seen, you know, him smoking in the bathtub and all this. But I've seen longer videos, and let me just say, I don't think that people need to see this. It was pretty disgusting and disturbing, pretty gross. So that was the Hunter Biden laptop story. They used that to their advantage, right? They were able to get the. Get Twitter and their friends in big tech to just suppress this story. They got all their friends in the media to push the lie that it was Russian disinformation when it was not. It was not at all it's crazy. Crazy what the Biden administration could do. All the strings that they pulled, everything that they, that they got, they got all these people in the, in the mainstream media to just do their bidding for them, to just lie on their behalf. And a lot of the American people were fooled because a lot of the American people at that time, this was before or during COVID people sort of had trust in the media. And there's, there have been polls that came out that said essentially if the American electorate knew about the Hunter Biden laptop story, they wouldn't have voted for, for Biden, they would have voted for Trump or they wouldn't have voted at all, and it would have changed the outcome of the election. Wild. So this has worked for them in the past. They were able to get 50 intelligence officers to lie about the Hunter Biden laptop story, saying that it was Russian disinformation. That's also a lie. So, I mean, why not try it again, right? It's crazy. I mean, I wonder what stopped them from doing this again. You know, they, they were investigating Elon Musk and his potential ties to, his potential ties to, to Russia or Eastern European countries, whatever. But why didn't they just make something up? They, they done it in the past. They have everyone in the media who would push any lie that the Biden administration wanted, they could just drum up multiple intelligence officers to say that Elon Musk was a Russian asset or whatever lie they wanted to push.

Do you think the tables had turned, though, a little bit to where mainstream was starting to just flat out just not believe what they were saying? Like the gag was up a little. You know, they've already wasted, played that card on Trump and people know it. People, Dan wrote a book about it. A lot of people wrote a book about it.

No, I know, but like, the people in the media are totally shameless. They're totally shameless. But I don't know. What do you think?

Well, I just think that maybe that they, they played their card. I mean, I think we've, we've seen this before, doing that to the richest man in the world after you've done it to the most powerful man in the world. Maybe people would have been like, you know, fool me once. I'm not, I'm not going to believe this. I'm not going to believe this again. I mean, the, the trust in Trump escalated while the distrust in the media fell rapidly from, you know, 2018 to 2024. So it's like to try to do this to Musk and actually have the American people buy it. I just think the card was played and we're the wiser, you know, I mean, I'm hoping that's the case.

That's kind of what I was thinking, too. But at the same time, I feel like the Democrats are totally shameless. They would do absolutely anything to take down Trump. They've done everything except kill the man. So what's to say that, you know, what's another Russia collusion hoax? That's my. That's my take on it. I just don't trust Democrats as far as I can throw them to not drum up something else, because they've done it multiple times before. It worked for them in 2020, and I just. I don't have anything.

I mean, that's a good. That's a good. That's a good idea. I'm just saying. I think the American people are just. Are just wiser to them now. I mean, don't put it past them doing stupid stuff. I mean, we're watching LA burn while their leaders are just, like, smiling in fields of Daisy.

That's what I mean. They're evil.

They're evil people. They do the opposite of what the American people need and want. And it just doesn't surprise me that they would look into Elon Musk. They were. Elon Musk was a threat to them and to their establishment and to their power. And Democrats would do just about anything to hold on to that power. And, you know, they. They threw Biden under the bus so fast because they thought that Biden wasn't gonna be able to win the election against Trump after that first debate, so they threw him under the bus and put Kamala Harris in there. I mean, they're shameless people. Totally shameless. Can you guys make the chat bigger? I can't read anything today and I have good eyesight, but that is teensy. It just looks different. So I want to talk now about this, the red Tesla, because as we know, we talked about this yesterday. Andy. Andy thinks that President Trump is not going to get rid of the red Tesla, but according to Jonathan Karl at abc, he posted this on X. So let's see what he posted earlier this morning. He was saying that outside of the White House, it says, meanwhile. Scroll up. Meanwhile, the red Tesla that POTUS bought from Elon Musk is no longer at the White House. And then you could scroll down there and you could see there's this empty spot. I don't know if that's where President Trump used to keep his Tesla. I've only seen it parked in front of the White House. Maybe this is just like a different angle. I don't.

I don't know exactly where that is. We had a little disagreement on this yesterday. I think that Tesla stay in where it's going to. I think it's staying at the White House. I don't know. They're getting rid of that. I hope they don't. I hope.

I mean, what would they. What would they do? Someone just asked me what kind of a car I drive. Not a red Tesla, I could tell you that. But I'll take it. If President Trump is going to give it up, I'll take it.

Well, you know, Margo is one of Trump's assistants. Caroline, the White House press secretary. Apparently they just, he lets them all. They just. He lets them all drive him around. Cause he's.

The President can't just take a car out. You know, now he's got Secret Service. You know, he's got to be in the bulletproof this that he's got to be around Secret Service. He's got to be safe. He can't just like whip around in a Tesla. So it's interesting that he bought one, I guess to he. He bought it as a show of support for Elon Musk. How the turntables, how quickly the romance is gone. But yeah, I just wanted to give an update there. That was really just to stick it to Andy yesterday because he said that the Tesla was sticking around and it's.

There's also more Information about the Biden administration being totally sketchy, and that is that the Biden administration is partly responsible for all these protests breaking out all over la. So apparently the Department of Homeland Security under the Biden Harris administration over awarded a $450,000 grant to an organization called the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, also known as Chirla. And the grant was given to them and it's a nonprofit that is publicly opposing ICE operations. So the Biden Harris administration gave almost half a million dollars away to this organization that is currently staging the protests in against ICE that we're seeing now. So again, thank you. Back in 2016, everyone used to say, thanks Obama. That was like the. That was the meme. Anything could have happened. You could have tripped walking into work and you'd say, thanks Obama. So now, thanks Biden. You can still say thanks Obama, but thanks Biden for funding all of this chaos across Los Angeles. And I will say, do you guys know who Perez Hilton is? Press Hilton is like the pop culture authority and he's based in L A and he was saying, he was posting all these tweets on his Instagram of people saying, you know, everyone in the media is saying that L A is on fire, the entire city's on fire, the city's burning down. But L A so big, like, these people don't understand that L A so big. This is happening in just small pockets of the city. I'm walking around LA today and today is, everything's fine, everything's dandy. I'm not seeing any of these protests. The protests are just happening here. That doesn't excuse the protests. Just because the entire city isn't burning to the ground doesn't mean that the small pockets of protests where people are throwing rocks at police officers heads is okay. This is why I don't understand this, this narrative where it's like, well, everyone in the media saying that the protests are worse than they are. No, I've seen videos. The protests are bad. They are really bad. And yeah, maybe it's not taking over the entire city. LA is really big, but it's still bad. When I was living in New York City, the BLM protests didn't take over the entire city, but there were pockets that were really bad. So, same thing. You could still call out the nonsense. It's still wrong. Throwing rocks at police officers is still wrong. It doesn't matter if it's happening here or here. So that was the dumbest thing I've seen on the Internet today. Although I will tease that in scrolling Time. I have crazy stuff to share with you. But anyway, that was the dumbest thing I've seen today. The grossest thing I've seen today is going to be in scrolling time. That's a little tease for everyone. Don't eat dinner yet. But I want to go through some of the upstanding citizens, I should say non citizens that DHS has caught in the LA area since they have, you know, they've taken over. According to the left, ICE is all over the place. They're just, they're the Gestapo. They're all these things. This is what. And we're going to get into that too, because the ladies of the View are talking about fascism and all this stuff. So just a teaser there, but here are some of the upstanding non citizens that DHS has caught just in the past few days in LA. So here's one guy, he has a conviction for second degree murder. He was sentenced to 15 years to life. And I guess he was just out on the street. We can scroll down. There's one, this other guy, he has a criminal history including burglary and, and sexual penetration with a foreign object with force and assault with intent to commit rape. Awesome. Awesome. And then there are people in LA who are fighting for these people to not be deported and not be arrested. Okay, this is Just make it make sense. Here's another guy, he was. He has a criminal history including discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling and vehicle, willful cruelty to a child, battery on a spouse or a cohabitant. Some of these things are patterns. We're seeing patterns with Kilmar Abrego Garcia, with him beating his wife. Here's another one. Assaulting children, rape, murder. We're seeing patterns here. It's not a good pattern. The only good pattern is that DHS and ICE are nabbing these guys and getting rid of them, taking them off the streets. Maybe they can get the protesters next. And when I say protesters, I mean violent agitators and rioters. So here's, here's more. They're, they're, they're, they're getting, getting caught for possession of drugs, cocaine. This one, a lot of them, dui. They're again, upstanding non citizens. I joke. Just totally disgusting. But the ladies of the View, they're totally just gobsmacked that 66% of the American electorate support deportation. So here's them talking about this. Watch.

It is not. You know how the disagreement was in the beginning. We were told it was going to be violent criminals. And I think everyone at this table would agree, haul out violent criminals, fine. But a very important distinction was 60% of the American public, 2/3 of independents, 90% of Republicans, and just a little under half of Democrats think the crime is in being undocumented.

Even if it's a civil offense.

So what I'm saying is a massive amount of this country actually agrees with not how he's doing it, but with what he's doing. So there's misinformation on that. So I think the strategy here is he's leaning into a scene right now, creating a bigger thing. Cause it is the one thing that he remains supportive.

Well, let's fix that right now, because it is not illegal to be undocumented. It is not a crime to be undocumented.

It's what they're saying that they're saying it's not.

We need to put that information out there. But it is a civil infraction.

Yeah. And I don't think it's actually broadly a misunderstanding. I think that 60% of Americans believe it's a civil offense and that if you come here and you're undocumented, that you do, you should be deported. I love this. I love that Alyssa Farah Griffin had to get in there and say, no, no. I think people understand that it's a civil offense. They still want them gone. And that's the truth. Of course, the Trump administration came in here and they said, yes, we are going to start with violent criminals first. We're all cool with that. Yes. Get the rapists and the child predators and people who are peddling drugs and trafficking humans and beating their wives. Yeah, get them out first. I'm. I'm all on board. Let's get those people out first. People who. It's just a civil offense and, you know, they didn't do the paperwork or whatever. Still a crime. They still need to be processed. They didn't go through the process to become a citizen. So they're going to have to be. They're going to have to go through the process of deportation. That's how that works. And the American electorate is totally on board with that. Now here they are, they continue this asinine conversation, and they say that President Trump is pushing us towards a civil war. And then they start throwing around words like fascism, of course. Watch this.

I think what really matters, from sort of a long view here, is the fact that he is militarizing and deploying the Guard for the purpose of policing Americans protest activity, right? Our freedom of speech, our freedom of assembly. And there's a very big stark demarcation between military troops and. And law enforcement, public law enforcement, civilian law enforcement, and you are an army turned inside to police its citizens can cause chaos. Fascism and fascism. And so I think that's the way Civil war and civil war. I think that's the way we need to look at it because, huh.

What the hell? I can't believe that these women sit around this table and they make money. They make an absurd amount of money, I'm sure, to just spew nonsense. Total, utter nonsense. Of course, Sunny Hassan has to throw out the word fascism, because that's what the left does. This is not fascism. Then Whoopi Goldberg ups the ante, takes it to the next level, and says that President Trump is pushing us towards a civil war. And then Sunny Hassan was saying that the reason why President Trump was deploying the National Guard and Marines was because he wanted to tamp down on free speech. No, what we witnessed and what we are still witnessing is not free speech. What we are witnessing is not protected under the First Amendment. What we are witnessing is disgusting. They're riots. We're seeing people have their cars lit on fire. We're seeing people, police officers, ICE agents, law enforcement officers. They're having projectiles thrown at their cars and at their. Their bodies. It's assault. It's assault on a. On a law enforcement officer. This isn't protected under the First Amendment. So what they're saying is insane. But of course, the left, they bring up fascism. They bring up the fact that ICE agents, they're like the Gestapo in Nazi Germany. They just give idiots, leftist idiots a reason to get involved. They feel like they hear these narratives like, Trump is Hitler. Trump is bad. If I'm on the other side, I'm on the right side of history. I see the dumbest tweets about Anne Frank saying that conservatives wouldn't have been on her side if we were living in Nazi Germany, which of course, we're not. But despite the left's many attempts to repeat this language over and over again, it doesn't make sense what they are saying. It doesn't make what they're saying true. First of all, comparing Anne Frank to illegal aliens is insane. It's also insulting. She wasn't breaking any laws. She was living there legally, but attacked for who she was and what she believed, her religion, her race. That is not happening here. Anytime someone compares anything modern day to the Holocaust, I cringe. They've completely lost the plot, especially in America. Modern day America, I. They have lost the plot. Comparing ICE to Gestapo. Like they're picking people off the street based off of their race or their religion. That is not true. This is immigration status and immigration status only. Whoopi took it the next step, saying that Trump is stoking the flames so much, she says civil war. Is it really a civil war when people are waving Mexican flags? The reason President Trump invoked the Alien Enemies act is not because these violent criminals are from the United States. They forced their way into our country illegally and now they're being promptly removed. The fact that we have American citizens hurling rocks at law enforcement agents on behalf of criminals is insane. But the left's entire basis of hating Trump's administration policies is race. They're the ones that make it about race. They make a crime that has everything to do with immigration status into a racial issue. The left spins it into this narrative that Trump wants brown people out of this country. He's some white supremacist. Meanwhile, there are terrorists entering our country from Russia and China, which I'll get into later in the show as well. Spoiler alert. It's not about skin color. I saw this tweet that Matt Walsh put out earlier, and I want to bring this up because I thought he made a really really great point. He said, everything you need to know about the immigration debate can be found in this one fact. Immigration enforcement is only ever considered controversial when predominantly white countries do it. Non white, non Western countries frequently have very strict immigration policies ruthlessly enforced, and nobody objects. Only the United States and Western Europe are expected to have open borders. Every other country on earth will close their borders and punish intruders, and nobody will say a word about it 100%. What if the shoe was on the other foot and we went into Mexico? What would happen? What would happen if we were burning the Mexican flag on Mexican soil and we were demanding entry into their country, all while waving American flags? That doesn't make sense. Because it doesn't. What's happening now doesn't make sense. So he's right. Matt Walsh is white. White countries are expected to allow other nations and other cultures to just come over and just take over because they're white. So they're just supposed to lay down and take it. But anyone with a brain knows that our immigration policies are not based on race. And here's an example to break the brains of liberals, because here's a man, an Australian man, a white man, who was caught by dhs. ICE Denver agents arrested an Australian alien, David Key Crease, because he has multiple computer fraud convictions. He also faces charges for money laundering and ID fraud. Okay, so it's not just border jumping that's going to get you arrested and deported by DHS and by ice. So their narrative that, oh, President Trump just wants a white Christian nation and he just wants all people of color out of here, that doesn't fly because it's not the truth. But I don't think anyone will be setting cars on fire or looting on behalf of this ginger Australian who's being charged with identity fraud and computer fraud. Everyone knows that the best way to fight white supremacy is to steal sneakers made by children in Chinese sweatshops. So this is why we're seeing looting like this. We're seeing looting like people breaking open Apple stores, breaking open, smashing the windows of Apple stores, Adidas stores. For what? I mean, we. We're seeing all these people run around. They've broken into an Apple store, they're smashing windows, they're grabbing all of the phones in sight. They're. They're putting them in their pockets. They're running out the store with their arms full of Apple products or, or Adidas shoes, sneakers, clothing, whatever. What does this have to do with deportations? Absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing. These people are total degenerates. Setting off fireworks in the store. I mean, these people, they're just. It's not about the cause. It never is. They'll put their own communities at risk. They'll injure each other. They'll burn down each other's businesses, they'll light each other's cars on fire just because, you know, it's a Sunday night. And why not? Everyone's out there. I mean, liberals, they. They pick a cause, any cause, whether it's take down Tesla, abortion, immigration, whatever. And agitators like these, they turn a protest into a riot. Some of them are probably paid like. Like the people who throw rocks into Adidas and go steal shoes. I don't know if they're being paid. I think they just do it for the love of the game. I think these people that we're watching, I mean, this is just. These are the usual suspects. They're criminals who are just waiting for a reason to go out and do what they do best. There's a bunch of distractions, right? Cops are. Are all. Are all over the place, but there's almost too many people for them to catch them all. So they feel like a little invincible. Like, I can go out and loot this store. I can go Luda, Gucci and grab a bag, because cops are distracted with all the other things. They're getting rocks thrown at their head so I can go grab a pair of shoes over here so they can go steal a TV or an Xbox or a watch. They feel like they can't get us all. Maybe I won't get caught. They're not showing the government any anything other than reasons to arrest you. And I hope that they all are. I hope that their faces are caught on security footage. I hope that they're identified, and I hope that they are all jailed. And here's why. Closing our borders like most countries do is a lifesaver. Because, no, it's not just border jumpers from Mexico who want to come here and do harm. It's bioterrorists from other countries that hate us. I told you last week about this Chinese couple. Two of them. They attempted to smuggle a biological pathogen into the country. The boyfriend works at a lab in China, of course, studying the same pathogen. His girlfriend was right here in the US Of A. Researching a fungus at the University of Michigan. The fungus can do extreme damage to crops and livestock and can poison our food supply. Awesome. Thankfully, both of them were nabbed by authorities, although authorities do think that they've been carrying out similar schemes in the past. So while they were Caught. Who knows what damage they've done in the past. And now it has happened again. US Authorities, they have arrested another Chinese researcher accused of smuggling biological material. Also arrested at the Detroit International Airport. This scientist was a woman. She was attempting to smuggle roundworms or material related to roundworms into the country. And essentially since September, according to authorities, she. This, this one has already sent four shipments from China containing this biological material to staff members at a lab at the University of Michigan. So we need to shut this down, obviously. But can you imagine that a Chinese national sending shipments from China, creating things that can ruin our food source, our food supply, poison our livestock, poison us if we eat it. She's sending this stuff to the University of Michigan where she's, I don't know, doing what with it? Playing around with it. What if it got out? This is clearly their mission, right? So something tells me that this isn't going to stop at these three Chinese nationals. Something tells me that this is much bigger. And the fact that all three of these had a connection to the University of Michigan. I don't know what the hell they're researching there, but they need to shut down every single lab at the University of Michigan until every single student and their apartment and their house is, is investigated. We can't take our national security lightly. And I know Fauci and our government was funding all types of dangerous gain of function research in Wuhan, but now there's a new sheriff in town. Biden did not win. Kamala Harris did not win. Trump is now in office. The Chinese should not get to come here and play around with bioweapons on our soil. They're playing with invasive speed species that could decimate our food supply. This is terrorism. Not to mention the Chinese have already bought farmland in this country and they're also buying land around our military bases. I'm sure with a wink and a nod from previous administrations and also from Democrats. I want to throw up this map just so you can see how insidious this is. Chinese owned farmland in America. It's all over and it's right near. If we could throw that up again. They're right near military bases. And it says, what camp? What military base? This farmland is right next to. There's Chinese farmland next to Fort Liberty in North Carolina. All over. Hello. This is really scary. And while Democrats are allowing this to happen, state and federal government, state and federal lawmakers have tried introducing multiple bills to stop this from happening. You would think this would be bipartisan. You would think that even Democrats would not want Chinese nationals being this close to our, our military bases. But. But no, this was happening in Arizona. And Arizona's leftist governor vetoed a bill that would ban China from owning farmland in Arizona. Yep. Obviously this bill was put forth by the Republican party in Arizona. They didn't want the Chinese government to have a large stake in Arizonan property, which makes sense. So the bill defined this substantial interest as a stake of 30% or higher. So the Chinese can still have a 30% stake in land in Arizona. But that Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs, she, she didn't sign on to that bill. She vetoed the bill. It's insane. This was Senate Bill 1109 and they were debating back and forth the Republicans and the Democrats in Arizona on this bill. And the Republicans were saying that we're trying to protect US military bases from spying, from espionage. And they're claiming. The Republicans in Arizona are claiming this is already going on. We're trying to stop it. Democrats, I kid you not. Their concerns with the bill was that it was an unconstitutional bill that would lead to discrimination in land sales. I, I think we can put the woke stuff besides and discriminate against foreign adversaries who hate our guts from owning land by our military bases. Just me. So here was Katie Hobbs explanation as to why she didn't sign onto the bill. She said, quote, however, this legislation is ineffective at counter espionage and does not directly protect our military assets. Additionally, it lacks clear implementation criteria and, and opens the door to arbitrary enforcement. It makes you think what side these people are on. They push America last policies that do more to secure the interests of our most dangerous adversaries instead of keeping the homeland safe. It is treasonous. Totally treasonous. I covered this yesterday and I'm not going to get into all of it because if you watched my show yesterday, then you already know what's going on. I'm sure you already know what's going on. You all are very smart. But Simone Biles, she was getting into this Twitter spat with Riley Gaines, who of course is a staunch advocate for women and women's sports and protecting women's sports specifically from biological men who identify as women, and then they get access to all the teams, and they get access to the trophies and the scholarships in the locker rooms. And it puts women at risk for a lot of different reasons. And Simone Biles, they're going back and forth about, you know, Simone Biles was saying that Riley Gaines should pick on someone her own size, which is a man, ironically. So Simone Biles, who's 4 8, very muscular, and has been bullied for her body type her entire life and has been open about that, decided to bully Riley Gaines, which of course is okay because Riley. Riley Gaines is conservative and she fights against the trans community. So, of course it's okay to body shame certain people, according to the left. So Simone Biles makes this disgusting jab at Riley Gaines body, which is beautiful, and she's muscular and athletic and everything that an athlete is. I mean, this is. Simone Biles should know this, that if you're an athlete, you're muscular. And that's not a bad thing. That is a good thing. But of course, it escalated. Riley Gaines does not back down from a fight. They're going back and forth. So Simone Biles, after a day or two, has now apologized. So let's pull up her apology. I wanted to follow up from my last tweets. I've always believed that competitive equity and inclusivity are both essential in sport. The current system doesn't adequately balance these important principles, which often leads to frustration and heated exchanges. And it didn't help for me to get personal with Riley, which I apologize for. These are sensitive, complicated issues that I truly don't have the answers or solutions to. But I believe it starts with empathy and respect. I was not advocating for policies that compromise fairness in women's sports. My objection is to be singling out children for public scrutiny in ways that feel personal and harmful. Individual athletes, especially kids, should never be the focus of criticism of a flawed system they have no control over. I believe sports organizations have a responsibility to come up with rules supporting inclusion while maintaining fair competition. We all want a future for sport that is fair, inclusive, and respectful. Xoxo, Simone with a heart. We could leave this up here because it's a. It's a long message. I'll. I'll give you some time to read it. And a lot of people on the Internet are saying that this is totally phony. First of all, it took her a few days and after calling Riley Gaines a man, to come out and. And apologize. And I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that Simone Biles has been getting a lot of hate online for not standing up for women. She's an advocate for. She used to be an inspiration to women and now she's tearing down an advocate for women. It just doesn't make sense. So people who are fans of Simone Biles and also Riley Gaines are coming out and saying, you know, do better. Simone. If you claim to stand for women and you claim to protect women in sports and you claim to want everyone to have, you know, equality and equity, well, then men can't compete against women because that's not equal and that's not equitable. It's just not. So based on her own liberal logic, logic, she should not be supporting trans women in women's sports. That is not equitable and it's not safe for women. So Riley Gaines, she responded to Simone Biles apology. So if we could pull up, if you want to screen cap Riley Gaines, just give me a moment here. We're going to get it up for all of you. But a lot of people on the Internet are saying, you know, it took Simone Biles a few days to, to apologize. And back to my point, I think a lot of people were giving her, you know, some flack for the stance that she took because she kind of, it was a low blow and she didn't go about it the right way. So she decides that, well, okay, people don't like what I'm saying. People don't like my stance, so I'll apologize for that. And I think a lot of people are saying that this is a, a PR apology, like she might have hired an agent or a crisis PR team that she probably already has anyway. People have agents and whatnot and they probably whipped up this statement. People said that it, it didn't seem like it was written from her. I don't know anything about Simone Biles. I don't know what her writing style is like. She certainly, I'm sure she's smart enough to have written this statement. But yeah, I think she probably had counsel from people who are experts in this crisis PR type situation. So she had to apologize for body shaming another woman because that's not what she stands for. And interesting. So this is what Riley Gaines had to say in response to Simone Biles apology. I accept Simone's apology for the personal attacks, including the ones where she body shamed me. I know she knows what this feels like. She's still the greatest female gymnast of all time. A couple of things. Sports are inclusive by nature. Anyone can and everyone should play sports competition on the Other hand, and by definition is exclusive. So the idea of competitive equity is nonsensical. Totally agree with this. Totally agree with this. Awesome. She goes on. Secondly, the boys are publicly humiliating the girls. To suggest that women and girls must be silent or ignore a boy who is publicly hurting or humiliating them is wrong. You can't have any empathy and compassion for the girls if you're ignoring when young men are harming or abusing them. I am not ashamed to be a voice for the voiceless. Lastly, I agree with you that the blame is on the lawmakers and leaders at the top. Precisely why I'm suing the NCAA and support candidates who vow to stand with women. That's why I joined real Donald Trump at the signing of his executive order. I didn't see you there. Or championing this effort with your platform. Women's sports can't be used in an. As an excuse for girls to center the feelings and validation of men and boys. I welcome you to the fight to support fair sports and a future for female athletes. Little girls deserve the same shot to achieve that you had. Beautifully said, beautifully written. I'm sure she didn't have to hire, you know, a crisis PR person to put that together. Riley's very well spoken, but I love. Can we pull up her statement once again? I want to go back to that second, that second paragraph there. If you could go up. Sports are inclusive by nature. Anyone? Everyone should be able to play sports. I totally agree with this. Trans people should play sports. You should. Everyone should play sports. I think it's. I couldn't imagine my childhood if I didn't play sports. Being on teams, being a part of that, that camaraderie after school sports. I think that, you know, I feel for trans children. I think their parents are abusing them and. But again, they're children and they deserve a childhood. And I think sports have everything to do with having a wonderful childhood and that and that camaraderie. And to Riley's point, competition is different. And I agree with that. People say all the time, and I talked about this yesterday that, oh, you know, and Simone in their back and forth was saying, well, maybe there should. Maybe you. She's talking about to Riley Gaines. Maybe Riley Gaines should advocate for a trans division in sports. That's insane. It's stupid because it doesn't make sense. Even trans people are biologically male or female just because they pump themselves with whatever hormones or they chop off a body. Body part or they put another one on or other ones on, whatever they're Doing doesn't make them not biologically male or biologically female. They are what they were born as. And any performance enhancing drug is not allowed in sports. So why would women be able to take testosterone and then go compete against men? They can't do that. They shouldn't be able to do that. And men have a biological advantage over women. We know this. And even if they take these hormone replacement therapies or this gender affirming care as they say, they still have the upper hand. I've interviewed trans athletes, d transitioners who say, I took the drugs, I felt the same, I took the drugs, my athletic abilities were the same. So Simone and whatever she was pushing to Riley's point, was totally nonsensical. There is no future in women's sports where there's, or sports in general where there's a transition division. There's not enough trans athletes in every sport to have a division. And I will, I can say this until the cows come home. It comes down to biology every single time. It goes back to biology. Men are stronger than women. So even if they swap genders, the biological men who are identifying as women are still going to pummel the women who are identifying as men. Sorry, I'm getting confused. But yeah. So everything that Riley Gaines is saying is true. She is calling out Simone on this horrible take. And I, you know, I will give Simone credit. I'm glad that she apologized. It was really rude the way she went about it. It was kind of out of left field too. Totally not expected. And I, you know, some people have sent me things about Simone being kind of compromised. Maybe she was taking money from people. I couldn't independ confirm any of that. So I didn't want to talk about it or, or go into that because I don't know if that's necessarily true, but it could be. Like, what would prompt Simone Biles to get into this conversation all of a sudden when she stayed out of it for so long? I don't know. But anyway, let's get into scrolling time. Okay. People are talking about this. These are going viral. So this first one, this girl was selling A couch on Facebook, Marketplace, or to a friend or something.
