Biden and Harris are here to clean up on aisle 2024. That should put Democrat voters minds at ease. It definitely makes me happy. Plus, the Trump administration's ongoing legal battle over the deportation of gang members hits a fever pitch today. I will bring you the latest. And plus, I told you DEI Snow White was going to flop and it did. All that and more on Nightly Scroll. All right, President Biden, former President Biden, he wants back in. Okay, The Democrats kicked him out and now he wants back in. But in what capacity? Right? With a Democrat Party struggling to find a new direction, former President Joe Biden and former First Lady Jill Biden have offered to jump in and help with fundraising and rebuilding. I feel like Democrats maybe want to pump the brakes on the Joe Biden thing, but he just. Biden just met with DNC Chairman Ken Martin recently offered to, like I just said, help fundraise and campaign, help regain some momentum after being absolutely decimated after Trump's landslide win. But I do want to remind Democrats, there were a lot of Democrat candidates in the midterm elections in 2022 who shied away from campaigning with Biden when he was running for president. This was before he dropped out because of how bad the optics of being tied to Biden were. Here are just some examples. In swing state Ohio, hotly contested, this was back in 2022, Democrat Congressman Tim Ryan and gubernatorial candidate Nan Whaley, both Democrats, they skipped appearances with Joe Biden. He was doing rallies in their state, of course, and they didn't show up. You don't see that with Trump. People on the right want to be tied to Trump. If Trump is doing a rally. Congressman, candidates, whoever it is, they want to go and open up for the president, of course, because it's be, it's, you know, it would behoove them to be tied to a winner but when you're Joe Biden, people start distancing themselves. Another example also in Ohio, this was in 2022 as well. Congresswoman Marcy Captor. She also did not appear alongside Biden and said she doesn't work for Joe Biden, she works for you. She wanted to make that very clear. So I just want the Democrats to know, taking help from Biden or Harris, probably not the best, but Harris is not going away, y'all. She's not going away just yet. The failed presidential candidate in 2024. There is a new poll out by morning consult and they found that Kamala Harris is the double digit favorite to win in 2028, the DNC nomination. This is insane, people. This is the definition of insanity. When you do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. I don't know why they would run Kamala Harris again. She ran for President in 2020 and it was an abject failure. She was polling as close to the negatives as you possibly can. She jumped out of the race and bailed out before even one vote was cast in the primaries. That's how bad she was. And this is again among Democrats. It was strange how Biden chose her as his vice presidential candidate. Obviously we know this was an optics thing. She was a woman, she was younger, she was not white. I don't even know what she was. It's, you know, she's got quite the background. But yeah, it's, it's odd that the Democrats are, I don't know, they're senior, seemingly propping her up maybe again. So she hit what this was 36% of this vote in this morning consult poll. And the next up was Pete Buttigieg with 10%. So she was the lead winner according to this poll, which is, I mean, I'm shocked. Are you shocked? Again, the definition of insanity is just strange. So then here's another poll. There are some, let's say, rumors that Kamala Harris, maybe not 2028, but maybe a gubernatorial candidate in, in California, which would make sense. There's a gubernatorial race in 2026. And Gavin Newsom, he seems to have his sights set on the White House, but a poll conducted earlier this Month found that 48% of California voters would consider voting for a Republican governor. Now, I don't know if this is a reaction, like a knee jerk reaction to the rumors that Kamala Harris would maybe consider running for the governorship in California, but if so, that would be pretty funny. And this differs from the CNN poll that I referenced last week. That put New York City Congresswoman AOC just a notch ahead of Harris. So it's interesting. Harris still kind of in the lead, according to some, and AOC and these younger swamp, you know, squad members seem to be also heading in the lead. So Alexandra Ocasio Cortez and Bernie Sanders hosted a couple of rallies in Colorado together last week. This is part of their get this Fighting Oligarchy tour. What is the purpose for this tour? I'm not sure. I think it's really rich coming from the left. While President Trump continues to fight for smaller government, more power in the hands of the people and the states rather than the federal government. Is he an oligarch? I don't know. Like, what oligarchy are we fighting? Because if President Trump is an oligarch, he's doing a really bad job. We also saw this with the overturning of Roe versus Wade, Obviously, the recent moves to dismantle the Department of Education, sending these big ticket items back down to the state rather than have it be federal law is not oligarchy. So, again, they call him Hitler. He's really bad at that. They call him an oligarch. He's really bad at that. You know, this is someone who's a champion of smaller government. Meanwhile, the left champions all the big stuff. The big media, big food, big pharma, big tech. They like when these small elite groups are in charge of these massive industries in our country because it benefits them. Very strange. So Bernie Sanders and aoc, they're teaming up together to, you know, fight the oligarchy or whatever they're doing. And, you know, Bernie Sanders was on ABC this Week with Jonathan Karl. And Jonathan Karl asked Senator Sanders about teaming up with AOC and just asked him about maybe her political future. You know, why else do these rallies with her? Is he propping her up for something new, something different? So he asked Senator Sanders about maybe the prospect of AOC running for Senate, and he got really triggered. Watch this. Would you like to see her joining the Senate?
Bernie Sanders
Right now? We have, as I said, just a whole lot of people in the Congress. Okay, Jonathan, thanks.
Haley Karenia
Wait, I got one more. I got one more. This is important.
Bernie Sanders
Well, I asked you, okay, you know, you want to do nonsense, do nonsense. No, I don't want to talk about inside the Beltway stuff. I got 32,000 people.
Haley Karenia
I was just asking you about AOC.
Bernie Sanders
Because she was, you know, fine, but I don't want to talk about this. What was the last question?
Haley Karenia
I'm in shock. What do you mean, you don't want to talk about the Beltway. You're a senator, you represent citizens in Vermont, in the beltway, in D.C. you were just campaigning or whatever you were doing, hosting a rally with aoc. Why would it be out of the realm of possibility that Jonathan Karl would ask you a question about that? It seems like Bernie Sanders would be a really good person to ask about her political future. He seems pretty in lockstep with her. And with all the hubbub in, you know, among the Democrats, there's all this infighting. New York Senator Chuck Schumer, he's up for reelection in 2028 and he's been criticized because of this, this government spending bill. Democrats are mad that he didn't let the government shut down to, you know, own Trump. So people, more radical people in the Democrat Party, maybe they would welcome Ocasio Cortez instead of Chuck Schumer. So I don't know, we'll see if Chuck Schumer decides to run again. And you know what question Jonathan Karl didn't ask Bernie Sanders? Do you condemn the incitement of violence that occurred at this fight oligarchy rally in Colorado? Listen to what one of these protesters or rally goers had to say his campaigns and bankroll those of his allies. They scratch theirs and all of us are left behind. Bring back the guillotine. Someone in AOC is talking about oligarchs, of course. So who she's talking about, you know, the richest people surrounding the Donald Trump. So she's talking about Elon Musk here and someone in the crowd says, bring back the guillotine. Is that incitement to violence? Did she come out and have a statement saying, I don't condone that? Did Bernie Sanders come out and say, I don't condone that? No. And AOC's buddy, former or fellow, I should say squad member Jasmine Crockett, has also called for the takedown of Elon Musk and Tesla. She is out there promoting this, these take down Tesla rallies, saying that we do need to take down Elon Musk. So in response, Congressman Andy Biggs of Arizona has written a letter to the FBI and calling on FBI Director Kash Patel to investigate the squad for cheering on this type of behavior that has lended itself to the acts of terror we have been seeing at Tesla charging stations and dealerships across the country. I think it should be investigated. It's interesting when, you know, the left, they talk about, you know, the right and our, you know, we incite violence and all this stuff. I Don't. I don't really know what they're talking about, but I think they're projecting. I think they might be projecting because they're the ones, especially during 2020, during the summer of Love, they were, this was like a rallying cry for them. They said, go out there, Maxine Waters, you know, get in their faces. This is when conservatives were attacked, just going to restaurants. People were chasing them out of restaurants. Yeah. So when they say that, they don't call for violence, and that's something that we do. I think it's a projection because they're on camera. They just allow people to say, bring back the guillotine. They let it go unchecked. They don't condemn it. Meanwhile, Donald Trump has condemned incitement to violence many times when it, whether it was Charlottesville, whether it was January 6th. Trump, I mean, especially because the media was obsessed with it. They asked him to condemn it so many times, and he did so many times. So interesting enough. But I do want to get into Rosie O'Donnell in just a moment. Rosie O'Donnell, she left the country because she was so triggered by Trump, but she can't stop talking about him. But first, I want to take a break.

Back to Rosie O'Donnell. You know, we talked about just the left inciting violence. And it's also curious how much they question election results. Would Rosie O'Donnell maybe be an election denier? Listen to this. You know, a lot of people did vote for him. Yes. Do you accept their right to do that and their opinion of him?
Rosie O'Donnell
Well, I respect their right to do that. I question why the first time in American history a president has won every swing state and is also Best friends. And his largest donor was a man who owns and runs the Internet. So I would hope that that would be investigated and that we would see whether or not it was an anomaly or something else that happened on election night in America when Kamala Harris was filling up stadiums with people who supported her. And Donald Trump was not able to do that. Huh. So it's curious to me, and as an American and a believer in democracy, I would hope that we would be able to look at all of the reasons why this happened.
Haley Karenia
I thought it was hilarious when she said, Elon Musk owns the Internet. He owns the whole Internet. That's news to me. And how did Trump win every swing state? That's. It's not only possible. It was a mandate. It was a mandate because the Democrats put up a candidate that was extremely unpopular and play stupid games, win stupid prizes. That's what happens when you put up a really unpopular candidate, like I said, polled close to the negatives, was put in there as the vice presidential candidate by Biden. And it, it didn't pan out. It didn't pan out. And Rosie O'Donnell is not alone in questioning the results of the election or denying the results of the election. Hillary Clinton, you'll remember, did this for years. I mean, she really couldn't shut up about it. She won the popular vote in 2016, but she lost the election. She lost the Electoral College vote, which matters, by the way, because we can't just have our candidates campaigning in New York and California and all the biggest states or all the blue cities and then ignore everyone else. So. And she was so caught up in losing the Electoral College, but winning the popular vote, she, she couldn't get it through her head. Read a book. So anyway, it's just, you know, when the left calls people on the right violent and election deniers again, just know that they are projecting. I do have some good news on the COVID 19 front. I know that's shocking, right? So there's this story out of North Carolina. There was a 14 year old named Tanner Smith and he went to school and there were a bunch of kids that were coming down with COVID 19. He went to this clinic on his school's campus, in a high school campus. And, you know, he just wanted to get a COVID test to see if he had it. And unbeknownst to him, the COVID 19 vaccine would be pushed on him by people at the clinic. And he pushed back. He said, I don't want the vaccine. I need to call my mom and make sure, it's okay. And they gave it to him anyway. Yeah, it's quite the shocking story. So there's an update to this story. North Carolina family can sue over COVID 19 vaccine administrative been administered without consent. So the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled that he is indeed allowed to sue alongside his mom. Thank goodness we're not allowed to let this go on. Where clinics are vaccinating 14 year old minors without the permission of their parents, their legal guardians. Since when do schools and school nurses get to make these decisions? Not, I mean, I don't have children, but I would be so mad if my kid came home vaccinated with something because some school nurse or some clinician on the school's campus decided that it was okay. So a small win. Unfortunately, he did get the shot, but a small win that now they can sue the company that administered that shot without his mom's permission. Here's another update on the big pharma front. Another positive news. Another positive story on the big pharma front. Big pharma ads are likely to go away thanks to RFK Jr. He is pushing this. This is an Ad Week headline. Start preparing now for a potential ban on pharma TV ads. So it's the United States and New Zealand. Those are the only countries where advertisers can buy TV ads and essentially sell their product to the people. I think that this is totally backwards. I don't want American citizens to be sitting in front of the TV and see an ad for a drug and then go call their doctor and say, oh, can I be on this? No, that's not the way that this goes. Are you sick with something? Do you need something? You go to the doctor and then you can make a decision. But I think it's weird that it's being pushed on people, sold on people, you know, and I'm not saying that it's not helpful in a, in a way, oh, maybe you haven't tried something, you can go ask your doctor. But you know, especially because Trump was integral in the right to try, act right. You could try things that weren't necessarily FDA approved. But these were last ditch effort efforts for people who are very, very sick. But I don't think drugs should be advertised like, you know, other companies, like other products. It shouldn't be like that. It should be, you're sick and you go get the help that you need, not the other way around like, oh, hey, I saw this ad. Can you shoot me up with this or can you prescribe me with this? I don't I don't think that that's the way that we should go about it. So thanks to RFK Jr. I would love to see that happen. So moving in the right direction there. Plus, I have lots of updates on the border front as the Trump administration's legal battle heats up over the deportation of trend Aragua gang members. Now the court of appeals for the D.C. circuit Court, they met today. They heard oral arguments in the high profile deportation suit involving these Venezuelan nationals. It's, it's curious that this is even a fight, this is even a legal fight, but it is. And it's, it's all over this Alien Enemies act and the Trump administration's use of it. And it's, it's kind of interesting because the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are in a little bit of a tug of war, if you will. And Senator Rand Paul, he made a pretty good point about this. He's always, in my opinion, on the right side of history, especially when it came to Covid the TikTok ban. I'm a big fan of Rand Paul. Here he is explaining how this is going to get caught up in the courts. Watch. Does any of this concern you? Along with claims from their family members that many of these people weren't gang members.
Rand Paul
You know, there are some big legal questions here. On the one hand, the Bill of Rights applies to everyone, to persons. The Bill of Rights doesn't specifically designate citizens. It's really anyone in the United States the Bill of Rights applies to. On the other hand, the Alien and Enemies act simply says you really don't get much process. The president can simply declare that you are somehow a problem for foreign policy and opposed to our foreign policy and you can be deported. So really, ultimately this goes to the court and then the court's going to have to decide are they going to declare unconstitutional law that's been around for a couple hundred years or are they going to defer to Congress? My guess is they'll uphold the Alien and Enemies Act. It's not necessarily my position, but I think the court will uphold it. So it's at least debatable on both sides who's right or who's wrong here. And I think it's not correct for Democrats to simply say, oh, it's constitutional chaos. There's no leg to stand on. There actually is legal authority. On the one hand, that's been around for over 200 years on the question of whether or not a district judge can make a ruling for the whole country. That's also a very Big question. And I suspect, as this works its way up to the Supreme Court, when you get to the Supreme Court, I do believe the Supreme Court is going to limit district judges from having nationwide rulings.
Haley Karenia
Interesting. I just, I thought that that was interesting. I wanted to play that for you. I like how he broke that down. It's interesting how the Bill of Rights says one thing, the Constitution says another. You know, the Bill of Rights doesn't say necessarily that you have to be a citizen. It just applies to people in the United States. So it begs the question, do these gang members have a right to a trial? Do they have a right to due process? It's. I don't know. And then at the same time, does Trump have the right to enact the Alien Enemies Act? It seems like yes. So if these things are in contradiction with each other, this does have to go to the courts. However, borders are. Tom Homan told ABC yesterday that he will abide by the laws. So I think that this is just going to go to the courts. We'll see what happens. In terms of the Alien Enemies act, however, they don't need the Alien Enemies act to move forward. They're still going to round up what Tom Homan calls the worst of the worst and deport them. They can use the Title 8 authority to remove illegal aliens from the United States. They don't need to use the Alien Enemies act. So they're not going to. Makes sense. Right? So President Trump and Secretary Noem, now, this is, this is all moving forward. This is all going to be by the book. But Kristi Noem, DHS Secretary, still is sending a very strong and clear message to illegal aliens who are considering entering America illegally. She said, don't even think about it. If you come to our country and break our laws, we will hunt you down and lock you up. So that is according to the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs. I love to hear that. Just because there's this little hiccup in the courts doesn't mean that Tom Homan is not going full steam ahead. It does not mean that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is not going full steam ahead. They're still going to make America safe again. And DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is set to make a few stops in Central America. She's going to visit that prison in El Salvador where these Venezuelan gang members were sent. She is going to send this clear message, do not come back here if you're not going to do it the right way. This is a far cry from Biden's Border czar, Vice president Kamala Harris. It's a far cry. Remember they sent her to Guatemala. They sent her to the border once. This is after like kicking and screaming. People were asking, you know, you're the border czar and you haven't been there. She finally went and you know, they were looking for the root cause of the migration. What a waste of time. Anyone with two synapses firing in in between their ears could tell you why people were migrating. They allowed was a free for all. It was open season. They said come right in. So if you say come right in to illegal immigrants, we'll give you free phones and we'll fly you wherever you want to go. That will. There's the root cause. Idiots, it's you. But of course, she spent her entire time as vice president trying to figure it out. And unfortunately due to these open border policies, we saw issues like this. Here's a story. In Georgia, thankfully this illegal immigrant has been caught. But the illegal immigrant released by the Biden administration was charged with killing a Georgia grandmother in random attack. I'm not going to use his name, I'm not going to use his photo. I don't believe in giving these people the clout that they so deserve. But this was a 21 year old Honduran national who strangled a 50 something year old grandmother to death in a random attack, Georgia. Her body was found on March 13th. And I apologize for the graphic nature of these details, but the suspect allegedly put the grandmother in a chokehold and kneeled on her neck with his entire body weight until she died. And this grandmother had called her brother in, you know, leading up to this attack, saying she was nervous that someone had been following her and stalking her in recent days. So this was this man, I guess, waiting for the right moment to attack. I have no idea why. Don't know if there's a motive aside from this is just a lawless thug. He crossed the border, by the way, illegally four years ago. Does anyone want to do that math? Anyone in the chat want to figure out who was president four years ago? Yeah, and the CBP center for Border Protection, they arrested him under Biden. They ordered for him to be removed, but for some reason he wasn't. So hopefully these types of incidents will be few and far between. I'm, I'm glad he was caught, but not before killing an innocent woman, thankfully. Late last week, Florida government, Florida governor, sorry, Ron DeSantis announced that local law enforcement has teamed up with ICE to arrest another member of that trend Aragua gang and he said that under the Alien Enemies act, according to HS1, they were able to trap this guy, to arrest this guy. He is a wanted human trafficker and smuggler. So it's amazing. I'm glad that these people are getting their day in court. I'm glad that these people are behind bars. They are arrested. It's sick to think of all of the people who have lost their lives due to illegal immigrants in this country. We let in so many of them during the last administration. It's sick. It's really heartbreaking. You know, it. The woman who, who died in Georgia, she was in her 50s. She had five children. It's just so heartbreaking. Like, this could be anyone's family. It could happen to anyone. This. It happened to Lake and Riley, the University of Georgia nursing student who was just on a run at 9am brutally murdered. These are the faces of Biden's open border. Like, we have to report on it. As sad as it is, we have to report on it and we have to remember their names. We have to remember what happened to them and their stories because there are consequences for these open border policies. And thankfully, hopefully, with everything that's happening with the Trump administration, you know, despite the legal hiccups, they are still moving full steam ahead to get these bad guys. So I'm happy on that front. Here's an update from Friday's show. On Friday, I told you that Disney's DEI Snow White was heading to theaters. And I told you it was going to be a debacle. I told you it was going to be a complete failure. And it was. Critics were not impressed with the live action version of Snow White. The reviews were horrible. They said that they were. The show was boring. They said, you know, it just got a 43% on rotten tomatoes. That's pretty dang horrible. And it opened with $43 million in ticket sales. That is this massive box office opening weekend, just $43 million. And globally, it didn't even crack. 90 million. Really bad. And guess what, the budget was well over 250 million. That's shocking. That's shockingly bad. I would consider that a waste of money. I really would. And I'm still pissed off about how the fact that they. Peter Dinklage, who you've seen him in Game of Thrones and Elf and other things, he told these actors, you know, it's. He told Disney rather, you know, don't hire actors with dwarfism to play the elves. That's kind of like messed up. Even though he's cashed in checks. These, like, sci fi fantasy films. It's okay for him to do it, but he said, you know, it's not good for, you know, the brand. So he spoke up for all actors with dwarfism, I guess, and Disney listened to him and they just replaced them with AI. That pisses me off. And a lot of the actors are pissed off, too. Anyway, I think it deserved to flop, and it did. So there we go. I don't know if anyone in the chat is planning on seeing the movie. I would be interested to see how good or bad it is. Sometimes I like to just go to the movies. And not that I want to, like, support the film, but I would be interested to see it. I don't know. There was a huge controversy when Wicked was in theaters. A lot of people were saying that conservatives shouldn't go see Wicked because the movie is not fun for them. Because in order to understand the. The whole point of the movie, you have to, like, see people for who they really are. And apparently conservatives are, like, unable to do that. I saw the movie and I actually really loved it. It was really good. So, I don't know, maybe I'll go see Snow White and I'll report back to all of you. Maybe it's not so bad. Or maybe the critics are right. I don't know. Anyway, it's about that time. It's scrolling time. I love it. All right, I was scrolling today and I saw a video of Greta Thunberg. Do you remember her? Climate activist. She started when she was just a teenager. She's. Do you remember the. How dare you. She was speaking at some, like, climate conference. She's yelling at all these, like, old farts in the audience. She's, you know, however old. At the time, I think she was, like, 14. Well, now she's 22. And I'm not saying that she's given up the climate shtick, but now she's protesting for Palestine. So take a listen to this. So I guess she's just like a professional complainer, a professional protester at this point. I don't know. I totally forgot about her. And as of two years ago, she reported that she wasn't making any money off of her activism. But here she is in this video. There's all these cameras around her. It seems like she's got to be vlogging it for something. And I checked this morning. She has 14 million Instagram followers. So I think she's probably monetizing that content. Would you not think so? I mean, what. What else would Be the purpose. At 22 years old, I mean, it doesn't seem like she's gotten a real job. It just seems like, like I said, she's just like a professional complainer. Yeah. Someone just said in the chat, paid protester. She had to read the chant off of her iPhone. Professional idiot. Get a real job, Greta. She's 22. That was fast. Yeah. Yeah. And she's totally being bankrolled by her parents. Someone just asked. This is random, but have you asked Kai Trump to play golf? I have not, but I would love to play golf with Kai Trump. Here is the next video that I found. It's not really a video. I'll just put up a photo for you. But there's this woman who was complaining on the air. Airplane. This was a Southwest airline or flight and she said seat belts on planes should. Should accommodate all sizes. But I wanted to show my plus size friends that we do not need to be embarrassed to ask for an extender. She's talking about a seat belt extender. And I can't really read the caption from here, but I think it says, Southwest Airlines make your seat belts longer. Something, something, something. It's too small. I can't read it anyway. Oh, she said so it's not necessary to get a seat belt extender. Okay, so my thoughts on this maybe controversial. I think it's insane for fat people to demand that airplanes be bigger and seat belts be longer. If planes have fit people, average sized people for however long, you're the problem if you don't fit. So if you don't fit in an air. An airplane seat, you're. It's not your place to then ask Southwest Airlines to make their seats bigger or their belts longer. It is your job to put the fork down. And I know people are going to say, well, you know, I'm fat because of this medical reason or what have you, Fine. But I'm talking about the majority of people. You're fat because you eat too much. Is that like an inconvenient truth for people? So, you know, putting this video on the Internet saying for my plus size friends, you know, I just don't want you to feel bad about asking for a seatbelt extender. I think you maybe should feel bad. I think it should be maybe a wake up call. Maybe you should feel a little bit of shame asking for a seatbelt extender. And maybe you should take whatever means necessary to live a healthier lifestyle. Then you can fit in the seats that work for everyone else. For some reason I talked about this, there was another story too recently. There was this Chicago or. No, was it Chicago or Detroit? I think it was in Detroit. There was a Detroit born rapper, her name is Dank Demoss. She's like almost £500. And this Uber driver, she ordered an Uber and the Uber driver was like, no, sorry. And she's filming this whole thing by the way. And the Uber driver is like, no, sorry, the car's too small. He said, my car is too small to fit her in it. And I, I made a video about this and I said, no, no, no, the car's not too small. She is too big. If you're 500 pounds, you are too big to fit in the car. The car is not too small. Cars are like standard size that work for everyone. And my advice to this Uber driver is if this person is filming you, just drive away. I mean, I'm on the driver's side. I think she was way too big to get in the car. Are you guys going to pull up a photo of Dank Damas here? You guys have to see this woman, she's absurdly large, like really, really unhealthy. And the Uber driver just, he kept talking to her while she was filming. And my advice was just like shut up, don't talk to her, especially while she's filming. Like just drive away, guys. Like, this is not, this is not right. So anyway, she then sued Lyft because it was Lyft, not Uber. Sorry, it was a Lyft driver and she, she sued Lyft. It didn't go anywhere. The lawsuit just was dropped. But like my advice to the driver is just, just drive away. I mean, how many times have you gotten in an Uber and they say like, oh I can't find you or whatever and the driver cancels. Like if you see someone who's 500 pounds at the, you know, side of the road, it's like I would just go full steam ahead. Didn't see a blinders on, be like, oops, cancel ride. That's, that would be my not legal advice but just my personal advice. So anyway, that's my, my rant on fat people demanding that standard size things be bigger for them. I, I just don't think so. Here's another person on the Internet. This is actually, I thought, a really concise and great comparison. When we're talking about this gender dysphoria, how we, you know, people on the left will say that trans people, in order to affirm them, you know, they, they need this life saving gender affirming. Care when that's really not the truth. So let's. Let's throw this photo up so people can see it. But this woman said, if someone with anorexia believes they're overweight despite being dangerously thin, do we affirm their delusion and encourage them to starve themselves? No. We treat the mental condition, not reinforce the false belief. So why is gender dysphoria any different? If a man feels like a woman, the solution isn't pumping him with hormones and surgically altering his body. It's addressing the underlying distress that makes him reject his biological reality. Affirming dysphoria doesn't heal it. It just trades one struggle for another at the cost of irreversible damage. I thought that that was a really, really concise way to put this, and it was a really good comparison, because anorexia, bulimia, these other forms of body dysmorphia, they're not affirmed. People never see anorexic people and say, like, you go, girl. Of course not. You would want to step in and help this person who's having this dysphoria or this dysmorphia, and you would want to get them the help that they so need so that they can be healthy again. But putting the shoe on the other foot, when it's trans people, it's strange how no one is jumping to help these people. I mean, people on the left think that they're helping, but, I mean, chopping off body parts that they're rendered useless is really not the way. Especially when it's younger children are now being injected with these hormones. And, you know, they're. It's crazy. They're. They're taking drugs and having these surgeries younger and younger. These surgeries are irreversible. Like this woman said, how does that affirm someone? How does someone who's younger than the age of consent even know what they're signing up to do? They're not. So I thought, wow. I was scrolling on the Internet and I saw some. Some truth and some sanity. So I figured I would share it with you. Here's another video that I saw. Someone wondering if she was going to get canceled for making this video about Hillary Clinton. Watch.
Unknown TikTok User
Do you guys think I'd be canceled if I made a TikTok about how, in my head, Hillary Clinton is gay and she married Bill Clinton? Being like, I know you're a Casanova. I know you want to be hooking up with all these people, and I'm okay with that. I also want to Be hooking up.
Haley Karenia
With all these people.

But I want political power. You want political power. So they had this little agreement and then the Monica Lewinsky thing blew everything up. But she didn't catch him. The American people caught him. I think I probably would be canceled for that because it's bad to assume people's sexuality, especially. But I'm actually not assuming it. I'm just saying, wouldn't that be interesting?
Haley Karenia
Now, I don't know if Hillary Clinton is a lesbian or not. However, there are. This is what people are calling it now on Tik Tok and on the Internet, they're calling it lavender marriages. So a lavender marriage is essentially having a beard. Like you're in a relationship or you're in a marriage with a gay person, or you're both gay and you're just like, we're going to be married. And, you know, you use the marriage for whatever, a tax break or in this situation with, you know, the Clintons, of course, this is high profile power, political power. This is not unheard of, by the way. And, you know, regardless of their sexuality, I mean, maybe they're both straight. But I did find it odd that Hillary Clinton just like, I mean, I guess you're supposed to stand by your husband, but that's a. A breach of the marriage contract. In my personal opinion. I wouldn't be okay with it. But she was okay with it because she was running for president. She was running for secretary of state. She was running for all these things, right? Not running for secretary of state. You know what I mean? But she's, you know, after this political power. So it would make sense that she would want to stay connected to Bill Clinton. I just thought it was funny that she was like, am I going to get canceled for making this video? Continues to make the video. Obviously she didn't care about getting canceled, which I appreciate because I hate cancel culture. But, yeah, it does not surprise me that people in politics, or in Hollywood for that matter, I mean, a lot of these relationships are fake. They don't really care about the sanctity of marriage, what it really means. They just stay together for political reasons or other kind of power. And it's kind of sick. I don't know. All right, we're done with politics for the day. I have three videos for you. I have gotten some comments. No more cute videos. No more cute videos. I don't know what is with these people. They don't like cute videos. If you don't like cute videos, I'm so glad that you stayed this Long, and I appreciate you very much. But if you don't like cute videos, you do not need to watch the rest of the show. However, if you do like cute videos, I have a cat video, I have a dog video, and then I have a cat and dog video. So this should make everyone happy. First one, a cat on a roller coaster. Kind of ladle. Look at. Look in front of you ladle. He's very calm on this roller coaster. This is a cat sitting on the TV console with a roller coaster video playing behind him. So it looks like the cat is riding the roller coaster. Oh, so calm. Just going down the roller coaster. He's flipping upside down. He's just hasn't got a care in the world. Twisting, turning. Wow. I strive to be that calm. Like, what, is he on antidepressants or like anti anxiety medication? Just super calm. I love it. That's maybe the. Maybe he's on the drugs that I gave my cat Birdie when I had to take her on the flight to move here. Anyway, that's the cat video. Hit him with the dog video. This might just be the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. It looks like a Jack Russell terrier in Charlotte airport. He is basically playing keep it up with a balloon. He keeps jumping to hit the balloon with his snout. There's a massive crowd of people surrounding this dog in a circle. Just watching him play it is the cutest thing. I would maybe miss my flight if I. I have. I've had multiple layovers at Charlotte. If I saw this, I would miss my flight genuinely. Look how cute. I love him. I've never seen a dog do something like this. Like, how does he know? Does he do this at home? Did he just see a balloon and do it? I don't know. Anyway, I just love that someone said that dog should get paid entertainment value. I could watch this dog for hours. My grandkids call it Uppy uppy. Oh. Oh, my God. I want him. So cute. Damn, that dog is good. Someone said this is important. No, it's not important. It's just fun. Silverlock rocks. Yes, it does. All right, now I have one final video for you. Dog and a cat. Watch. It's amazing. How does the dog. How did the owner train his dog and cat to play the piano with him? Very exciting. I love to see that. And if you don't like cute videos or you're wondering why I'm playing certain things like this, I just think we all need a palette cleanser. Okay. I talk about politics. I hit you with the hard news but then who doesn't love cats and dogs playing the piano together? People talk about cats and dogs fighting. Reigning cats and dogs. People don't talk about playing piano. Cats and dogs. So I saw it and I wanted to bring it to you as well. That is all the time I have for you tonight. Thank you so much for joining us. 30,000 of you in the chat watching live. I so so appreciate you being here. I, I'm glad that you stayed till the end because of these cats and dogs. Nightly Scroll with Hayley: Episode 11 Summary
Release Date: March 24, 2025
In Episode 11 of "Nightly Scroll with Hayley," host Hayley Caronia delivers a comprehensive analysis of the current political climate, focusing on the struggles within the Democratic Party, ongoing immigration challenges, cultural controversies, and other noteworthy events shaping the conservative landscape. The episode seamlessly blends sharp political commentary with lighter segments featuring adorable animal videos, providing a well-rounded listening experience.
Hayley opens the episode by highlighting the precarious state of the Democratic Party. She discusses former President Joe Biden and former First Lady Jill Biden stepping back into the political arena to aid in fundraising and rebuilding efforts for the upcoming 2024 elections.
Avoidance of Biden by Democratic Candidates: Hayley cites examples from the 2022 midterm elections where Democratic candidates like Congressman Tim Ryan, Gubernatorial Candidate Nan Whaley, and Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur deliberately avoided appearing with Biden during rallies. This distancing underscores the party's unease with Biden's current influence.
“When you're Joe Biden, people start distancing themselves.”
[03:45]
Kamala Harris Polling Ahead: A Morning Consult poll reveals Kamala Harris as the double-digit favorite for the 2028 DNC nomination, positioning her ahead of figures like Pete Buttigieg. Hayley criticizes this trend, labeling it as "the definition of insanity" due to Harris's perceived failure in the 2020 presidential race.
“This is the definition of insanity… She just wants back in.”
[06:20]
Hayley delves into the recent collaboration between Senator Bernie Sanders and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) in their "Fighting Oligarchy" tour across Colorado.
Sanders' Reluctance to Discuss AOC: During an interview with Jonathan Karl, Sanders exhibits frustration when questioned about AOC's political future, indicating tension within the Democratic ranks.
“I don't want to talk about inside the Beltway stuff.”
[08:54]
Incitement to Violence Concerns: Hayley raises alarms over violent rhetoric at rallies, citing chants like "Bring back the guillotine." She contrasts the left's alleged tolerance of such statements with Donald Trump's repeated condemnations of violence.
“When they say that, they don't call for violence… Meanwhile, Donald Trump has condemned incitement to violence many times.”
[10:30]
Transitioning from mainstream politics, Hayley discusses Rosie O'Donnell's controversial remarks questioning the legitimacy of recent elections.
O'Donnell's Claims: Rosie speculates about potential irregularities in electoral outcomes, particularly focusing on Donald Trump's ability to win swing states and the influence of major donors like Elon Musk.
“I would hope that we would be able to look at all of the reasons why this happened.”
[15:07]
Hayley's Commentary: She criticizes O'Donnell's stance, drawing parallels to Hillary Clinton's long-standing disputes over election results and labeling such narratives as projections by the left.
“When the left calls people on the right violent and election deniers again, just know that they are projecting.”
[16:10]
Hayley reports on a significant development in North Carolina where a 14-year-old student, Tanner Smith, was forcibly administered the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent.
Legal Implications: The North Carolina Supreme Court has ruled that Tanner and his mother can sue the entity responsible for the unauthorized vaccination, marking a small victory against forced medical procedures.
“Since when do schools and school nurses get to make these decisions?”
[18:45]
Addressing healthcare and corporate influence, Hayley discusses RFK Jr.'s efforts to potentially ban pharmaceutical TV advertisements in the United States and New Zealand.
Impact on Consumers: She expresses support for the ban, arguing that pharmaceutical advertising should not influence patients' medical decisions.
“Drugs shouldn't be advertised like other companies, like other products.”
[21:30]
A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to the Trump administration's intensified efforts to deport gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
Legal Battle: The Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit is currently hearing arguments on the constitutionality of using the Alien Enemies Act for deportations, highlighting a conflict between the Bill of Rights and presidential authority.
“The Supreme Court is going to limit district judges from having nationwide rulings.”
[23:51]
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's Stance: Hayley praises Kristi Noem for her firm approach against illegal immigration, contrasting it with Kamala Harris's perceived ineffective policies.
“They're still going to make America safe again.”
[24:30]
Tragic Outcomes: She underscores the human cost of lax border policies by recounting cases like the murder of a Georgia grandmother by an illegally admitted immigrant, emphasizing the urgency of strict enforcement.
Hayley critiques Disney's live-action remake of "Snow White," predicting its failure, which ultimately materializes.
Critical and Commercial Failure: The film receives poor reviews, scores 43% on Rotten Tomatoes, grosses only $43 million domestically against a $250 million budget, and faces backlash for replacing actors with dwarfism through AI.
“Peter Dinklage… told Disney to replace actors with dwarfism with AI. That pisses me off.”
[27:15]
Transitioning to cultural figures, Hayley comments on Greta Thunberg's shift from climate activism to protesting for Palestine, questioning her motivations and financial independence.
“Wouldn't think so… she has 14 million Instagram followers. So I think she's probably monetizing that content.”
[30:10]
Hayley voices her opinions on recent incidents where individuals requested seatbelt extenders on flights and faced discrimination from ride-sharing drivers.
Criticism of Accommodations: She labels demands for seatbelt extenders and exclusions of larger passengers as problematic, attributing them to personal responsibility rather than systemic issues.
“If you don't fit in an airplane seat, you're the problem.”
[34:20]
Hayley presents a comparison between gender dysphoria and eating disorders, arguing against affirming transgender identities through medical interventions, likening it to denying anorexia victims treatment.
“Affirming dysphoria doesn't heal it. It just trades one struggle for another.”
[38:00]
Discussing political figures, Hayley explores rumors about Hillary Clinton's marriage to Bill Clinton, suggesting it might be a strategic alliance for political power rather than a genuine romantic relationship.
“These relationships are fake… They just stay together for political reasons or other kinds of power.”
[40:15]
Concluding the episode on a lighter note, Hayley shares entertaining videos of cats and dogs, providing a break from intense political discourse.
Calm Cat on a Roller Coaster: A cat remains unperturbed while riding a roller coaster, serving as a metaphor for maintaining composure amidst chaos.
Energetic Dog Playing with Balloons: A Jack Russell Terrier captivates onlookers by enthusiastically interacting with a balloon, highlighting the simple joys amidst serious discussions.
Dog and Cat Playing Piano Together: Showcasing harmony, a dog and cat perform piano together, symbolizing the potential for unity and collaboration.
“If you're not following me on rumble.com Haley will bring you to the Bongino Report Channel… See you right back here tomorrow.”
[44:00]
