In this episode of Nightly Scroll, I cover key revelations from Cassie Ventura’s testimony against her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs. The trial exposes how deeply demonic the entertainment industry really is. Then, MSNBC’s race-baiting is front and center in their coverage of President Trump’s acceptance of South African refugees. In Scrolling Time, I find a liberal crying over Elmo (no joke.)

If you don't want to be there, I want to get into something a little serious off the top of the show. So R and B artist Cassie Ventura testified earlier today against her ex boyfriend Sean Diddy combs D detailing 4 day freak offs and other alleged abuses at the hand of the music mogul. Then MSNBC hosts and guests put their race baiting hats on, all while covering President Trump's acceptance of South African refugees. They cannot help themselves. The Episcopal Church even ended their contract with the US government. They are no longer going to work to resettle refugees because, well, the US government decided to resettle fake 59 white ones. So I can't make sense of that. But we're going to get into all of it. President Trump introduced the Saudis to YMCA and they returned the favor with McDonald's. Maybe can we get an eagle screech? I love to hear it. All that and so much more on Nightly Scroll. So the Diddy trial heads into its second week. This week the trial officially started on May 5, but testimonies began yesterday. US District Judge Aaron Subramunium Armaniam told jurors that this trial could last around eight weeks. So we're in for the long haul here. And I want to keep updates on this because I think that this goes beyond Diddy, and it goes into the world of Epstein and a lot of elites who are using children for their pleasure and other Holly weird lunacy. So I want to stay close on this. But if you all remember, Sean Diddy Combs was arrested last September. He faces racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. If he is found guilty of all of these charges, he could be sentenced to life in prison. The racketeering conspiracy charge includes accusations of kidnapping, drugging, coercing women into sexual activities, sometimes using firearms or threats of violence. Now, you will also remember, I'm sure, a lot of people saw that CNN exclusive video where they obtained the footage from a hotel, the security footage of Diddy brutally beating Cassie Ventura, his girlfriend at the time. Then in a raid on his Los Angeles mansion, police found supplies that they said were intended for these orgies that Diddy called freak offs. And they found, you know, illicit drugs. Also more than a thousand bottles of baby oil. If you remember, Diddy tried to kind of blame it on Costco. And then Costco was like, no, like, we want nothing to do with this. So the whole baby oil of it all wild story and, and certainly very, very sad. If all of this is true, what people have been through is. Is devastating. So we're going to get into that in a little bit. But Mr. Combs has pleaded not guilty. He denied all of these allegations against him. And it all started in late 2023 when he was sued by Cassie Ventura. So Cassie, she was an R B singer. She was a big star in the 90s, early 2000s, and she was made a star because of Diddy and her proximity to Diddy. They started dating when she was around 20, 21 years old. And she sued Diddy in late 2023 for violent abuse and rape. As we saw on that CNN exclusive video that was released probably a year ago now, maybe over a year ago. We've seen that. That is, that is true. Diddy came out and said, that is me in the video. I apologize for my behavior. Sorry doesn't cut it. I mean, he was absolutely just beating this woman. It's. It's disgusting to see. I'm not going to play it, obviously, because it's. It's horrible. But dozens of other people aside from Cassie have filed lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault. And these accusations Date back to the early 90s. And he again denies all of these claims. But we know that, you know, if people are accusing him of abuse, we've seen that he's capable of that in that video that he admitted to. So nearly all of the potential jurors had already gone into this trial reading news reports about the allegations of the case. Many of them have, have already seen that CNN video where Diddy is kicking Cassie in that hotel hallway. They played that video in court yesterday. And today Cassie Ventura took the stand. So Cassie recalled horrible memories of when Diddy allegedly forced her to have intercourse with male escorts. He would film it and then use the footage as blackmail or to control her. She said a lot of these freak off parties would last up to four days. At some times she would be left dehydrated. Not only her, but everyone involved would be left dehydrated from the drugs. She said it would take days to recover. I don't even want to think about what took place there. But the defense attorneys for Diddy are arguing that because Cassie stayed with Diddy for, I think they dated for 11 years, they're arguing that what Cassie is alleging is, couldn't have been that bad because she stayed with him. But Cassie is also detailed on the stand today just how controlling Diddy was over her entire life. He would buy apartments and have her stay in apartments very close to his. He was in close proximity to her. He, because he owned the apartments or was paying for them, he had keys to them. He would know where she was most of the time. She detailed that he would essentially show up to the apartments unannounced because he had a key. So this was obviously to keep tabs on her. She, she said that she felt very controlled by him. The judge also ruled that Cassie's husband, Alex Fine, he could be in court for some of Cassie's testimony, but he would need to leave whenever she depicted the acts of rape. And oddly enough, so Alex Fine, her husband, he's. He's expected to testify later in the trial called by the defense team in order to dispute his own wife's testimony. Interesting that the defense team is using her husband against her. But prosecutors argued that Alex Fine, her husband, is necessary for emotional support. Cassie is pregnant with their third child. So the prosecutors are arguing that her husband should be in the courtroom when she testifies. I cannot imagine how difficult this is for Cassie, not only to relive everything that she has allegedly been through, she is alleging that she has been through traumatic experiences. We know that she has been Beaten by him. But she's alleging that she was raped and sexually abused and controlled. This must be very difficult to relive in general. But she's pregnant with their third child, with her third child. And reports say that she has given very tearful testimony. I think this case is very important to follow because it unfortunately gives us a look at what goes on in the entertainment industry. I think we all got a taste of it with the Harvey Weinstein of it all and how people use power for control and money for control and sex for control. And I think the, the music industry and the movie industry, it's all intertwined. I think the powerful elite are for the most part demonic in this country and probably abroad, but certainly in the Hollywood industry. I think people get swept up in it for whatever reason. And I truly believe that it is demonic. It's difficult to grasp how else people can become so evil. How can you coerce people into thinking you're so powerful, that you're above the law and you're so controlling that you can humiliate people and exploit, exploit them for your own pleasure without demonic influence? I, I believe the entertainment industry is for the most part a godless place. I know there are some celebrities that speak out about their faith and I hope they stay true to it because they're going to need it. There are far too many interest into instances now that prove it is not a safe place for women and children. Whether it's, you know, Diddy, like we talked about earlier, Harvey Weinstein, Dan Schneider at Nickelodeon, these are very powerful people who think that their kingdoms will not be toppled and they continue to abuse children and young women because no one will tell them no. And I hope and pray that victims find strength and I hope that the truth comes out because again, I don't believe in this believe all women stuff or I don't believe that people should just come right out and, you know, blame men for things that that didn't happen. So again, I'm praying that the victims, they find strength, but also that the truth prevails. I do believe that based on what we've seen that Diddy is implicated in something very demonic and dark. I don't think that you have a thousand bottles of baby oil at your house for no reason. I don't think that you're stockpiling for the apocalypse. I don't think that it is just some, you know, no big deal kind of a thing. I think that there is enough evidence here that shows that something was going on and what was going on Was really dark. And we talked about it before this show even started when we come in here and we. We run through all the topics that we're going to see in the show, and we check all the videos and the headlines and what have you. And we were going through these images, and Andy asked me, what do you think is going to happen with this trial? And I don't know what's going to happen with this trial. All I can do. I can't predict the news. All I can do is tell you what has happened so far, and I can give you my opinion on what I think is going to happen. I think Diddy will be charged, but again, we have to wait until this all plays out. I don't want to get ahead of the justice system. I don't want to get ahead of the jurors and their decision making, but whether he is charged or not, whether he spends the rest of his life in jail or not, I think this is very indicative of. I think there are just a lot of similarities between Diddy and Epstein. I think if Diddy takes the fall and he is charged with these disgusting crimes, the racketeering charges, the sexual abuse charges, and all of this, the prostitution charges, I think it begs the question, who else was at those parties? Because Diddy's not throwing these parties for himself. Of course, we know that there are other celebrities who are implicated. It just begs the question, how deep does the Diddy stuff run? Who's involved? Who is implicated? Who is buying the prostitutes? If there are prostitutes, who is buying the sex with underage girls in the Epstein case, it just begs the question, I know that Diddy was not the only person there. I know that Diddy is not the only person who allegedly committed these crimes. Certainly he used these parties as a means to control other people in his life and blackmail other people in the industry. But the industry is big, and it's. It's bigger than Diddy. So who else is implicated? And I think we're gonna hopefully find that out. And again, I. I don't know, because is there a connection between the Diddy parties and Epstein? I don't know. It seems like any time we ask for updates on the Epstein case, we want to know answers. We are just hit with this roadblock. And because I don't know if there are politicians who are. Or donors that have been implicated in Diddy, I. It seems unlikely that. I mean, if there are no politicians involved, why not expose these people? But again, these are very powerful elites, and it just seems like powerful elites get away with murder and then they get away with prostitution and they get away with sex abuse and they get away with, you know, insert disgusting crime here. So to Andy's question earlier, what do I think is going to happen? I hope it exposes the worst of the worst in society and I hope justice is served for victims. But I say that with, I mean, I, I, I hope that this is what happens. But again, I, I'm not confident, I say that with little confidence, but I hope that the truth comes out. That's all I can really say as of now. But I will be covering this case closely because hits close to home for me. I, I think that these cases are important and certainly if this is at all related to Epstein or if clients are similar, it'll be interesting to see how much information does come out because as we've seen with Epstein, it seems like people are very tight lipped. Depending on what elites are involved. I don't know what we're going to find out. So to be continued. I want to get now to the race bait, courtesy of msnbc. So, as we know, President Trump, he has welcomed a flight carrying 56 white South Africans. They have been granted refugee status by the Trump administration. They arrived in the United States yesterday. President Trump announced the resettlement of the South African refugees to states like Minnesota, Idaho, Alabama. And both President Trump and Elon Musk have alleged that these white farmers in South Africa are being discriminated against under land reform policies because of their race. The South African government says that these land reform policies are necessary to remedy the legacy of apartheid in the country. This just reminds me of the reparations BS that we hear mostly in California, how the California government, they want the white people to pay on behalf of what happened years and years and years ago, whether their ancestors were involved in slavery or not. We're just supposed to pay up on behalf of black people and what their ancestors endured. It's totally absurd. But this is essentially what's happening in South Africa. The government passed an expropriation law that basically empowers them to take land away from white farmers and redistribute it with no obligation for them to compensate for the stolen land, all in the name of racial equity. They're going to redistribute the land, take it away from white people and give it to black people. Huh. So anyway, Trump signed an executive order earlier this month freezing financial aid to South Africa because of this. But here is what President Trump said on the issue yesterday. Watch this.
Donald Trump
Killed and we don't want to see people be killed. Now South Africa leadership is coming to see me. I understand. Sometime next week. And, you know, we're supposed to have a. I guess a G20 meeting there or something, but we're having a G20 meeting. I don't know how we can go unless that situation's taken care of. But it's a genocide that's taking place that you people don't want to write about. But it's a terrible thing that's taking place. And farmers are being killed. They happen to be white, but whether they're white or black makes no difference to me. But white farmers are being brutally killed and their land is being confiscated in South Africa. And the newspapers and the media, television media doesn't even talk about it. If it were the other way around, they talk about it. That would be the only story they talk about. And I don't care who they are. I don't care about their race, their color. I don't care about their height, their weight. I don't care about anything. I just know that what's happening is terrible. I have people that live in South Africa. They say it's a terrible situation taking place. So we've essentially extended citizenship to those people to escape from that violence and come here. Yeah.
Haley Karenia
All right. So you heard him. He doesn't care what color they are. He doesn't care how tall they are or how much they weigh. Doesn't matter who these people are, but they're facing discrimination based on the color of their skin. The left would normally be all for this kind of thing, but because it's Trump, they have to get, you know, they have to get all upset about it. And msnbc, they sure did. They got all upset about it and all they could do was talk about color. Watch this.

This was what the Trump executive order on realigning the United States refugee admissions program said on January 20. This is one of the first things that the president signed when he got into office. The United States lacks the ability to absorb large numbers of migrants and in particular, refugees into its communities in a manner that does not compromise the availability of resources for Americans, that protects their safety and security, and that ensures the appropriate assimilation of refugees. So what's the difference between the refugees that they're talking about here and those refugees?
Haley Karenia
I could guess. I mean, I think everyone white. They're white. Thank you.
MSNBC Guest
Well, in my view, what makes it different is that they are white South Africans. The president, in my view, has not hidden his racism behind a bushel. In fact, you know, in his policies, whether it's removing government workers or in this case, admitting white South Africans, while denying refugee status, asylum seekers from other countries, principally Central and South American and black nations, to come into this country. And so I think that, you know, this policy, while it's not surprising in this action, really speaks of the underlying message in this administration that disrespects and shows disdain for people of color.
President Trump is saying to white Africanas from South Africa, I'll give you refugee status. So we're bringing in white Africanas who we don't know if they're criminal. We don't know what they went through in the legal process in South Africa. But people right here in Newark, we're going to assume they're all criminal. We're going to bring them out. And if the mayor wants to say, wait a minute, let's have due process, lock him up, he's trespassing. It is as blatantly a double standard as one can get.
Haley Karenia
A double standard. The other girl claimed that, you know, this is all because the, the refugees are white, and that's why Trump cares about them. The woman in the middle saying, I mean, it's crazy that President Trump has disdain and disrespect for people of color. The difference here is that the left notices right away. So skin color, that's what they obsess over. But the difference actually is that these refugees are being targeted in their own country because of skin color. But the left doesn't believe in what they call reverse racism. They don't believe that white people can be Discriminated against. And most of the pundits on MSNBC have rallied for reparation payments to be made to the black community by the white community that had nothing to do with the horrors of slavery. So they choose to see President Trump helping people who have been targeted because of their race as racist. It's totally backwards and it doesn't make any sense. Not to mention that a lot of the asylum seekers that are coming into this country from South America are doing so in violation of our system. They're border jumpers. They're evading the law and the system. They're not being discriminated against because of their color, although people on MSNBC would claim that they're being discriminated against because of their color. But they're really just breaking the law and then facing the consequences of their own actions. Imagine that. But many of them, as we know, have either paid cartel members to smuggle them over the border or they have gang ties themselves. Not all, but a concerning amount. It's funny how Al Sharpton all of a sudden is questioning the validity of the Africaners asylum claims due to their unknown criminal background. But then he'll fight for Maryland dad Kilmar Abrego Garcia to be able to live amongst citizens in Maryland when we know he has ties to Ms. 13. He beat his wife. He was caught driving with a suspended license and potentially smuggling human beings. I mean, seriously, do they not hear the hypocrisy coming out of their mouths now? The Episcopal Church says that they will no longer help with refugee resettlement. This is a headline from the Daily Wire. Episcopal Church refuses to resettle white South African refugees, citing racial justice commitment. So Reverend Sean W. Rowe, he's the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, said, in light of our church's steadfast commitment to racial justice and reconciliation and our historic ties with the Anglican Church of South Africa, we are not able to take this step. Accordingly, we have determined that by the end of the federal fiscal year, we will conclude our refugee resettlement grant agreements with the US Federal government. So let me get this straight. The Episcopal Church, after working with the United States government for decades to resettle over 100,000 refugees, is done. They're throwing in the towel because the Trump administration decided to resettle 59 white refugees instead of another color. So the Episcopal Church's stance that instead of helping everyone, regardless of skin color, they're gonna stop because they don't like the color of the refugees and being helped, or they think that they're being helped out of Order that people of color should be helped first. And other people, white people who are facing racial discrimination, that doesn't matter as much. So I don't know where like white people are just low man on the totem pole in the Episcopal Church. Crazy. It is a strange hill to die on for people who claim to be Christians. For a faction of the church that is dedicated to resettling refugees, they're just all of a sudden they're going to throw in the towel because it's white people. Totally crazy. Now I want to get into this. So the, the State Department, they have posted now a level four warning to not travel to Venezuela. As we know Venezuela, they are being run by a socialist dictator, Nicolas Maduro. Back in early 2019, Nicolas Maduro cut ties with the United States. So the US can't provide any services or emergency assistance to US Citizens in Venezuela. If you're traveling to Venezuela, you're a United States citizen, and something happens to you, as of 2019, the US government cannot help you. They can't come get you, they can't come save you. If you're wrongfully detained, you're sol. So the Maduro regime, they responded to this travel advisory. Well, let's, let's put up the travel advisory first. They put up this do not travel warning. So this is from the State Department's X account. It said the travel advisory for Venezuela has been reissued to emphasize the extreme danger to US Citizens living in or traveling to Venezuela. Do not travel or remain in Venezuela due to the high risk of wrongful detention, torture in detention, terrorism, kidnapping, arbitrary enforcement of local laws, crime, civil unrest, and poor health infrastructure. All US Citizens and lawful permanent residents in Venezuela are strongly advised to depart immediately. So the Maduro regime, they don't like that very much. They responded to this travel advisory. This is an official statement from the Foreign Ministry saying that this was a warning. The warning was a hostile act loaded with cynicism, racism and political propaganda which seeks to feed the permanent campaign of aggression against our country. Now, I don't think the United States government is too concerned with being labeled as racist by an evil dictator. What the United States government is more concerned about is the lives of US Citizens who might be caught up in that high risk of wrongful detention, torture, kidnapping and other crimes. So I'd rather someone wrongfully label me as a racist than be killed in Venezuela. That is not a risk I'm willing to take, especially because our government's hands are totally tied in if citizens do get arrested there or worse. So I don't I don't even know why anyone would want to go there on vacation anyway. Because it's a social socialist. You know, I don't want to say the word, but President Trump has called these countries, you know, what whole countries. To each their own. Now, good news coming out of the Pentagon and other good news. But I, I, I'm, I'm, I'm moving into the good news part portion of the show. Well, some of it. So the Pentagon is now halting gender affirming health care for transgender troops. So President Trump, this is all part of President Trump's plan to kick them out of the US Military. This was a memo that was put out by the Pentagon and Reuters saw this memo. So this is all according to Reuters. The instructions from the Defense Department said that no new hormone treatment would be started and no more surgical procedures for transgender, transgender troops. None of that is taking place anymore in the United States military. Now, the Daily show did a spoof. They invited transgender members of the military and did an interview with them. And, and as part of this spoof, they interviewed Joe Ellis, a transgender Blackhawk pilot in the Army National Guard. Here's what he had to say. All the trans people that are serving.
MSNBC Host
Go above and beyond the standards and they do their job every day.
Andy
But it's interesting to hear that we are too strong for sports, but too weak for the military.
Haley Karenia
Too strong to compete against women. Too weak to serve in the military. Wrong. You are too strong to compete against women because you are a man. And men are inherently physically stronger than women in every way. The reason why the Department of Defense is concerned about transgender people serving in the military is not due to their physical strength. That is encouraged. What shouldn't be encouraged nor affirmed are severe dysmorphic ideologies. Especially when we don't know what these biological sex denying drugs will do to your brain long term. We don't, we don't really know that. But they will impact your mental health, which needs to be treated, not affirmed, and made worse. So what I don't understand, and I've said this multiple times on the show, serving in the military is a privilege. It is not a right. Just because you want to serve in the military doesn't mean you get to. There are a lot of things that might prevent someone from, from being able to serve in the military. You might have diabetes, you might have other health issues. People who have severe anxiety and depression are not allowed to serve in the military. So why would you be allowed to serve in the military if you have severe Gender dysmorphia. Why would that be allowed? The standards for physical and mental health need to be the same across the board. And what the DoD is doing under President Trump is making everything across the board equal. They should like that dei, but this is an equity. This is actual equality. DEI is also out at the military academies. So Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth sent out a memo to West Point, the U.S. naval Academy and the Air Force Academy saying that all admissions are going to be based on merit. Now, it's got to be merit based, which it should have been that way all along. So we're really just returning to normalcy here. But the department. This is what he said in the, in the memo. The department owes it to our nation, our service members, and our young Americans applying to the MSAs to ensure admissions to these prestigious institutions are based exclusively on merit. He also said that the most qualified candidates would be admitted. What a concept. Doesn't matter what color you are, doesn't matter what sex you are. You just need to be physically ready and mentally fit. This is who I want serving our military. I want the best of the best. I don't want you because you're the best of your minority group or you needed help because of your socioeconomic status level or stance or your upbringing or, you know, you grew up in a middle class family or whatever. Whatever the excuse is, it doesn't matter. I like that we're taking excuses out of the military. I don't want people making excuses. I just want the best people for the job. And some more good news is that DEI is also out or coming out of the medical world. So here's another headline out of the Daily Wire this morning or yesterday, Major medical organization changes their tune on DEI after President Trump's executive order. President Trump is getting a lot done with these executive orders. It's great. So the Board of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education said that they are pausing certain diversity requirements because they need to now comply with federal law. So President Trump called out the accreditation organization and put out an executive order asking the Department of Education to crack down on DEI in these accreditation bodies and mandating that these universities get rid of these DEI programs. And by demanding the removal of dei, it ensures that now we will not be giving medical accreditation to people based on the color of their skin or their socioeconomic status instead of their merit or their understanding of the field they are about to enter. I just want to take a second to ask the chat. Do you care what color skin your doctor has or do you want the best doctor. Do you want the top of your class? Because I don't care what color your skin is. I just want to make sure that you got there because of your merit and not because of the color of your skin. Because that shouldn't matter. I just want the best of the best. I don't believe for one second that anyone would feel comfortable with a doctor treating them or performing surgery on them if they didn't meet the requirements necessary for the job or they were given a little extra help. Here's what everyone said. Nope. Best doctor. Best doctor. Top of the class. Nope. Give me the best. Nope. I want the best. Seems like everyone in the chat wants the best doctor possible. I agree. The medical field is one where cutting corners may literally be a life or death decision. So I don't want to take any chances with my life or my loved ones lives. I know I am not alone in this. I know my homies in the chat agree. Everyone wants to be treated by the best of the best and nothing less. Now, I told you that I was in the good news section of the show, but unfortunately, I have a crazy poll, crazy, crazy poll numbers to get to. So this is an AP NORC poll. They did a poll on transgender ideology, and they found that the majority of Americans actually approve more of President Trump's transgender ideology than they approve of him as president. So when people say it's crazy that culture war issues delivered the presidency to Donald J. Trump, it is real. I mean, I actually, not that I was disbelieving of it, but I usually think that people go to the polls because of, you know, their wallet, because of prices at the grocery store, because of prices at the pump, because of things that impact their lives every day. And I know that not every American family is impacted by transgender athletes competing in women's sports, but certainly it was an issue that really got people fired up because I think it's more representative of President Trump returning to normalcy. This golden age of we're doing away with woke, we're doing away with dei. Women have to be protected. It's just, it's lunacy. And I think people were sick of it. They were tired of it, they were tired of President Biden. And, you know, we had a transgender HHS deputy, whatever. We had a gay press secretary. We had a gay nuclear energy person who was stealing women's luggage. I mean, we saw first hand that hiring people based on the identity politics checkbox didn't really pan out the way that the American people wanted. We just didn't really didn't really matter that these people that President Biden put in these positions didn't matter who they slept with. Like, people actually don't care about that. But people do care about making sure that women are not put in harm's way. I mean, is this who you want as your nuclear energy. Your nuclear energy expert? Yeah, it's like, yeah. Anyway, I want to get into these. These polling numbers because I was shocked. So 68% of the respondents said that whether a man or a woman, that is determined at birth, it is a biological characteristic. Determined at birth. 68%, in my opinion, is low. You're telling me. And I know that this is just the pool of people that they polled. I get that maybe it's not representative of the entirety of the country, but the fact that less than. Less than a hundred. I mean, seriously, this should be a hundred. We need to get our numbers up. But 68% of people believe that whether you are a man or a woman is determined at birth. It's actually determined before birth. It's determined at conception, but we won't get into that. Now. 31 believe that someone can identify as a man or a woman despite being biologically different at birth. Totally insane. But Republicans said that it was. 89% of Republicans said that gender is fixed at birth. So there's no surprise that this is an overwhelming majority. But why is it not 100%? I need these 11% of Republican respondents to come forward. Why do you not believe that gender is fixed at birth? Biological sex is fixed at birth. What? Like, show yourselves. Who are these. Who are these Republicans who don't believe this? Who are these Republicans who think that you can switch your sex? Totally crazy. So 50, 54% of Democrats still accept gender identity over biology. 54. So more than half of Democrats say that whatever you feel, whatever you feel you are is better than what you actually are. It's crazy. Then a majority, 66% of Americans oppose government funding of gender affirming care. So when you think about the transgender military ban, a lot of this is what this actually entails. I mean, I think people just don't want American taxpayers paying for trans, transgender surgeries and. And certainly not drugs that we don't know what actually does to the brain chemistry of the people taking them serving the military. It's crazy. But just 66%. It's like, why are these numbers so low, in my opinion? I mean, obviously you know that I am, like, a radical when it comes to the trans issue. So I believe that 100% of people should be against this. But it's wild. 55% of people not on board with allowing transgender students to use bathrooms that match their gender identity. So more than half of the respondents, they're not into. Use whatever bathroom you want. So that's, I guess, comforting. I mean, 55%, it's like, yeah, it's more than half, but not by much. Then 43% say that public school teachers should have to report to parents if their children are identifying as a transgender or non binary at school. Less than half of people. That's insane. It's totally insane. And I was really disappointed with the 11% of Republican respondents who don't believe that sex is defined at birth. I mean, come on, really? And you call yourself a Republican? That's crazy. All right, I want to get into President Trump's trip to Saudi Arabia. Earlier today, he signed this strategic economic partnership between the two countries. He was alongside Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. And this partnership, there's. They did a lot of deals. He's the art of the deal president. And this agreement is up to $600 billion. And President Trump says that this could help create up to 2 million jobs, which would be very, very cool. So the Saudis have agreed to a $20 billion investment in AI, data centers and energy infrastructure in the United States. Then there's another 80 billion investment in technology companies like Google, Oracle, Salesforce, Uber in both countries, and then $142 billion in a defense package. So we've got another ally in the Middle East. We're going to be providing them with military weapons and, and training them on our weaponry. So I believe that this is moving in the right direction. However, this headline really did crack me up because as we know, President Trump, he ends a lot of his speeches with the YMCA dance. He did not do the dance, but this Mediate headline just kind of made me chuckle. Here. Trump concludes speech in anti gay Saudi Arabia by blaring gay bathhouse anthem. YMCA being gay is illegal and punishable by death in Saudi Arabia. Although I don't think people hear the YMCA and just think gay. I mean, it has that history, but I just don't think that people are thinking that far into it. But here's a video of him concluding his speech. Watch this. So he ends the speech here at the conference or the investment forum. YMCA starts blaring. I mean, President Trump, he doesn't shy away from exactly who he is. Look at it. And he always does a firm handshake. I know he's Got a firm handshake. Sometimes he, like, pulls people, too. He grabs hold, pulls them. All right, so he didn't do the Trump dance. He didn't do one of these. He didn't do. Sometimes he goes like this. Sometimes he. He hits the golf swing. But this was a more serious event. So no Trump dance moves. I feel like that's more of, like a Trump rally kind of a vibe where he pulls out the moves. But apparently when Trump landed, some journalists caught wind that there was a McDonald's mobile truck that was available. Is this a. Like an olive branch, if you will? Is this, you know, a show of respect for President Donald J. Trump? They know that he loves his McDonald's. He's coming to the country. It's like, here. Here's American culture. So I want to ask the chat, what are some pieces of American culture do you think would shock the Saudis? I'm not talking about McDonald's. I'm not talking about Trump's dance moves to a gay bathhouse anthem. What are some things in American culture that would really shock the system, if you will? Women reading, women driving. I don't know. That would be pretty crazy. The feminist movement in this country would probably. It would probably ruffle some feathers, if you will. Trans ideology. Someone has said in the chat, potluck dinners. Potluck dinners. I see a lot of videos online, by the way, of just animals. People let their cats, their dogs all in their kitchen on their. Their. Their counters and stuff. Like, potlucks are really dangerous because you just don't know what people are doing in their own homes. Potlucks. Yeah. Festival fat people. We do have very large people in this country. Shocking. Pork. Yes. Hot fries. What are hot fries? Do you guys know what hot fries are? Can you Google it for me? I don't know what that is. Am I going to Google something? And hot fries. Oh, like flaming hot Cheetos kind of thing. Is that what you're talking about? I don't know. Someone else said the way that women dress. Yeah. Hot fries. Cheetos. Yeah. Philly cheese. Philly cheese sandwich. Yeah. I actually have never had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich in my life. Never have I ever. Mikey's out on them. He says they're not that good. Andy looks dejected that I even said that out loud. Maybe I have had one. No, I don't think I have dinner tomorrow.
Andy
I'm gonna bring you. I'm gonna bring you a Philly cheesesteak.
Haley Karenia
Okay. And I've never been to Phil. I'VE been to Philly, but I've never had one there and I feel like that was a sin. So anyway, rainbow colored hair. Yeah, we'll leave it on that one. I think they'd be really shocked by maybe some people in the military, maybe that the Daily show spread of transgender military members. That would probably shock them very much. I do have just a wild update in the story of the the teenager who murdered fellow teenager Austin Metcalfe at that the track meet. This was maybe last month at this point now I feel like we've been covering this story for so long. The updates here are just wild. But the teen on the left there who murdered Austin Metcalfe, he is going to be allowed to graduate. The school has allowed him to graduate and they're doing an early graduation for him. So originally Frisco ISD expelled the teen. Obviously the killing spree that, I mean it's just spread like wildfire on social media after it was just outrage over the. The GoFundMe or the GiveSend go that was raised for the killer. Yeah, he's. He's allowed now to graduate from Centennial High School despite first degree murder charge. Now when this all was happening in the media, the family of the killer claimed that they were victims of racist death threats. They complained that their son would not be able to complete his high school education. I would have other concerns if I was his parents. Like why did we raise a murderer? Why did we raise our son to be so hateful? Why did we raise our son to bring weapons to track meets? But hours after that press conference took place, the family said that they complained about these racist threats. The school district then let them know that he would be able to graduate. He won't be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. He won't be able to walk the stage with the rest of his classmates, but he will be able to graduate from school. Apparently the killer, alleged killer, had a 3.7 GPA at the time and his grades were high enough that if he never went back to school throughout the rest of the year, never completed any more schoolwork, he would be able to graduate. Someone said in the chat that is total injustice. It's bs. Yeah, I'm trying to read through the chat here. BLM caused race wars. Yeah, I mean it's just, it's wild. And someone said, you know, who can't finish finish his education? The victim. Which I think is a great point that especially, I mean the parents first question was like, oh well, we're getting these racist death threats. Our Son's not gonna be able to finish school. Like you're not more concerned that your son killed someone over a dispute over where people were sitting? Like, you raised that. That would be my first concern. And there's a family who has one empty seat at the dinner table and yeah, their son is not going to be able to graduate. It's wild. It's totally wild. Now, I promised that I would never talk about Snow White again. But I do have an update because Disney, like re put out the movie and it's failed again, which is insane. So the movie originally came out for the first time in March and it didn't do very well, as we know. And they figured Disney figured that with the summer blocks blockbuster season coming back, they could maybe give this film some new life. But it crashed and burned totally. So they re unleashed this video. There were a thousand movie theaters across the country that re released Snow White and it only brought in $252 per screening. This was a movie review in the Telegraph, and they said that they looked up ticket prices and whether or not they could get a ticket. They had showings that were selling one ticket, some were selling zero. Like Disney was paying to have this film re shown in theaters and no one was showing up at all. So this remake has cost Disney 115 million million. I also want to say that I think people may be growing tired of remakes in general. I think we can all agree that no remake is better than the original. And I, I understand that this is different because it's a live action, but, like, why can't kids just watch the original cartoon? I don't know. I mean, not that I'm against the live action, but it just seems like, you know, 10 years go by, 15 years go by, 20 years go by after a classic movie comes out. And then instead of creating a new classic, they just have to redo it. There is no prequel, sequel, remix, remake. Nothing that is better than the original. I mean, show me, show me a movie that has done better. The remake has done better than the original. So Disney might be claiming that this, it was just poor timing. They released it in March. They figured the summer blockbuster blockbuster season would have been better. It was not poor timing. I think people are sick of sequels. And it was also poor casting. The American public, unfortunately cannot remove politics from every single aspect of their lives. And when you have actors and actresses, they're preaching their political beliefs constantly. This is no longer a family friendly outing where you can enjoy a Disney classic. You can no longer transport yourselves into this fantasy world for a few hours because Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot have told you in all their red carpet interviews what to expect with this movie. And it's not romance, it's not princesses, it's not damsels in distress saved by their one true love, the prince. No, now there's political undertones of botched feminism. And you know this, this actress is pro Palestine and this actress is pro Israel. No one cares. But now they're making it all about their political leanings. No one wants that. People want to go to the movies and escape this. So it's going to be very difficult, especially if you stink at acting. Like I've heard that this movie does have some piss poor acting in it. It's going to be very hard to get the audience to forget about your political activism when you play a character. So now Pro Palestine is baked into Snow White. And you know what? It's just they've forgotten what their job is. Their job is to leave their political interpretations of the script at home and just play the damn role that they were hired to do. But these days, Hollywood takes every chance they can get to push a narrative. And viewers don't want a narrative. They don't want anything pushed on them. But they want to escape reality and immerse themselves in a world that does not exist. So if the stars of this movie kept their mouth shut about their political leanings, I guarantee you the movie would have done better. And parents probably see all of the headlines and all of the political conversation. They probably think, eh, I'm good. My family will sit this one out. We're not going to give our money to this one. Maybe the conversation is going to go over my kid's head. Like the entire conversation around Snow White has become political. I'm not a parent, but I'd be like, maybe this isn't for my kid. I don't know. So no matter how many times Disney re releases this or repackages it, the damage has already been done. People will probably be more inclined to watch this when it gets released on streaming services. They can watch it at home in the comfort of their own couch. They're in their sweatshirt without spending 18 bucks per ticket or whatever tickets go for nowadays. Probably insane. Probably more than that. And then however much they spend on snacks, the movies are dead. But you know what isn't dead? TikTok. So let's get into scrolling time. Someone said Marvel is dead too. I don't watch Marvel movies. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not into the. I'm not into the Marvel universe. I'm not into superheroes. I'm just not into it. It just doesn't do it for me. You guys agree too? I'm shocked. I feel like all guys love that.
Andy
No, but I. I hate to hear you say the movies are dead. Like, there's, like, it's awesome to get a big popcorn.
Haley Karenia
When was the last time you went to the movies?
Andy
I can't tell you.
Haley Karenia
That's what I'm saying. Like, am I wrong? Am I racist? Matt Walsh. I went to see that. It was really, really good. I went to the premiere in Nashville. It was awesome. Was that the last movie I saw? No, I saw Twisters. That was.
Andy
I saw Twisters. That was probably the last movie that I saw was Twisters.
Haley Karenia
After. I certainly haven't been to the movies here yet.
Andy
And I'll go see FX1 because that looks really cool with Brad Pitt in it.
Haley Karenia
I don't even know what that is.
Andy
Oh, it's the racing car.
Haley Karenia
Let me know in the chat what the last movie you went and saw is. I'm not even getting into that. I do. Sorry. I. I do love the movies because I don't go that often, but the movies is the only time I drink soda. It's the only time I allow myself to have soda. I do not drink it any other time. But there's something about going to the movies slathering on popcorn. I make it my dinner. I go to the movies. I'm like, my dinner is an extra large popcorn. It's probably 3,000 calories. And I love soda. I do like a Coke Zero or Dr. Pepper. But, yeah, someone saw Titanic. Reagan. I saw Reagan too. That was really good. The Chosen Deadpool. The Exorcist, American Sniper. That was a long time ago. Wolverine. Sound of Freedom. Yep, I saw that, too. Harry Potter series. That was a long time ago, you guys. Some of you haven't been to the movies in a long time. This just proves my point. Movies are dead. The movies are dead now. Okay, the first TikTok that I have for you tonight. Now, I told you about this whole Internet debate about who would win in a fight. 100 men or one gorilla. And we came to the conclusion that, what, 100 men would win? What did we say? 100 men would win? 100 men. Because you just have to send out a few as bait, and then the rest can just. We. We did the math. The. The weight of one gorilla is what, like £400? And the weight of a hundred men Certainly way more than that. So, yeah, we. We already came to the conclusion that the men would beat the gorilla. But now people on the Internet are extending the conversation. We're extending the debate to new horizons. Who would win between a hundred United States men, American men versus Brits. And I. I've seen this movie before. I like the ending. Watch this.
Internet Commentator
100 Brits versus 100Americans shouldn't even be a discussion. There are Americans that I have met who are literally begging for someone to break into their home so that they could shoot them. They are up at night thinking of dream scenarios, just giggling to themselves, imagining someone breaking in through a window and them unloading a clip into their chest. They dream about. They love. They dream about it. You coming on American soil and breaking into their home would actually make their dreams come true. They would love it.
Haley Karenia
They would be like, oh, my God.
Internet Commentator
Like a little kid on Christmas.
Haley Karenia
They'd be like, where's my clock?
Internet Commentator
Oh, my God, they would love it. They would be so excited to murder you. Are you not aware of how trigger happy the country is? People love to shoot things. And in this case scenario, it would be 100 Brits. Like, have you not heard the saying, I wish a mother would. That's not a joke. They genuinely are begging for it. They are begging for a mother to do something so that they could.
Haley Karenia
He's right. And I know that some of you in the chat are those people who go to bed at night hoping that someone would. Hoping that someone would just come through your door because you're ready. You're ready at all times. So again, who do I think would win in a fight? A hundred United States American men or a hundred Brits? Absolutely. The United States would win. I would put my money on it. I've seen it before. We've done it before. We can do it again. All right, this next one. The amount of liberals crying on this app and on the Internet in general is really. It's psychotic. We've reached psychotic levels. And this liberal woman was crying over Elmo. I'm not joking. Watch this.
Liberal Woman
Donald Trump literally just banned Sesame street and, like, the entirety of pbs. And if you're wondering why I'm sobbing, it's literally. And, like, it's not as surface level as you think. Like, oh, it's just not gonna be on. It's almost not gonna be on TV anymore. Like, so what? It's not that. PBS was literally created for families who didn't really have, like, access or resources to, like, early childhood education. PBS was literally made for those families, PBS and Sesame street literally teach you nothing other than the fact of how to, like, process your emotions, how to make decisions for yourself, how to be a kind person. It teaches you all about inclusivity and diverse, like, people and cultures. And like, him. Banning this honestly just proves that he hates children and he hates anything positive, and he hates anything that doesn't benefit him. He is terrified. He is so terrified of educated people who actually have compassion. Really surreal moment. I'm literally crashing out right now. I don't. I don't know why I think I'm crying not over Elmo, but I'm crying over the fact that we have such a idiot as a president that he's so focused on banning Elmo instead of guns. Like, I'm so frustrated. Oh, my God. PBS teaches kids about, like, community and, like, just, like, unity. I was like, oh, like, oh, she's still going, guys.
Haley Karenia
She's still going.
Liberal Woman
Donald Trump is. I just think it's absolute insanity. Like, oh, let me ban the thing that kids love. Let me ban the thing that makes kids smart, and let me ban the things that teaches kids about inclusivity, But I won't ban the leading cause of death of children in the U.S. oh, my God. I feel disgusted to my core. Justice for Elmo.
Haley Karenia
Literally.
Liberal Woman
Justice for Elmo. I'm so annoyed. I'm so, so annoyed.
Haley Karenia
I wanted to play that video in its entirety just to show you how much of a crash out that was. How long was that video? What, like, over a minute of her. Two minutes crying about Elmo. First of all, there's a lot wrong with what she was saying. Mikey pulled up the stats. She said, you know, Trump will ban Elmo. But first of all, it's not a ban. But we'll get into that in a second. Trump will ban pbs, he'll ban Elmo, but he won't ban the leading cause of death for children. And guns are not the leading cause of death for children. So we'll pull this up for you here. The leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 4, 5 to 6, 5 to 9, 10 to 14. It is not gun violence. No. It is accidents, congenital malformations and assault, cancer, not gun violence. So she was wrong there. She was also wrong about Trump banning pbs. He's not banning pbs. He's defunding it. And PBS gets a lot of. It's. You know, what do they say? Like, PBS is sponsored by viewers like you. Like, whatever their slogan is. Like, you can still donate to pbs. You can keep PBS running. I think they made like $500 million or something. I was. I was Googling this. How much money does PBS make? We'll see. Yeah, PBS received $535 million in the 2025 fiscal year, and it receives funding from a variety of sources. So I think they're going to be okay, and I think Elmo's going to be okay. Elmo's not going anywhere. We're all going to be okay. You don't have to cry. You can wipe your tears and stop recording. Seriously. All right. The last video that I have for you is a very cute one. I wanted to end on a good note. Again, this is a dog that doesn't want its owner to go to work, so he fakes injuries. Watch this.
Liberal Woman
Good boy, Binky.
Haley Karenia
Oh, are you okay, Binky? His paws hurt.
Advertiser
What's wrong, buddy?
Haley Karenia
Look at me. His one paws. Here goes one eye. You want to go outside? You want to go outside and play? Oh, he's all better. Oh, now you're fine.
MSNBC Guest
Oh, now you're hurt again.
Liberal Woman
Oh, no.
Haley Karenia
You see that? He's like, don't go to work. My eye is. It's closing a little bit. I'm hurt. You can't go. And he's like. He's got his arm and his eye. It's like, no, don't go to work. I need your help. I think anyone. Any pet owners can relate to, so. I thought that was cute. All right. Thank you for scrolling with me in the chat. I love all of you, all of my homies. Nightly Scroll with Hayley – Episode 47: "Diddy Trial Exposes Demonic Entertainment Industry"
Release Date: May 13, 2025
In this episode of Nightly Scroll, host Hayley Caronia delves into the high-profile trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs, examining its broader implications for the entertainment industry. Hayley blends sharp conservative commentary with insightful analysis, setting the stage for a deep dive into the allegations against one of hip-hop's most influential figures.
Overview of the Trial
The trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs officially began its second week, with U.S. District Judge Aaron Subramunium Armaniam estimating an eight-week duration. Combs faces severe charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution, with potential life imprisonment if convicted on all counts.
Allegations and Evidence
The case against Combs gained traction following Cassie Ventura, a former girlfriend and R&B artist, suing him in late 2023 for violent abuse and rape. A pivotal moment in the trial was the unveiling of a CNN-exclusive video showing Combs brutally assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway (02:45). Additionally, a police raid on his Los Angeles mansion uncovered supplies linked to "freak off" parties—lavish orgies allegedly orchestrated by Combs—which included illicit drugs and over a thousand bottles of baby oil. When questioned, Combs attempted to deflect responsibility, attributing the baby oil to Costco, a claim swiftly denied by the retailer.
Cassie Ventura’s Testimony
Cassie took the stand, recounting harrowing experiences of being coerced into sexual activities with male escorts, often recorded and used as blackmail. She described the "freak off" parties as physically and emotionally draining, with participants, including herself, left dehydrated from prolonged drug use (15:30). Despite 11 years of relationship, Ventura detailed the controlling behavior Combs exhibited, from monitoring her locations to showing up unannounced at her residences.
Defense Arguments
Combs' defense team counters by highlighting the two-decade-long relationship, suggesting that such duration negates the severity of Ventura's claims. They also intend to call Ventura’s husband, Alex Fine, to dispute her testimony. However, prosecutors argue for Fine’s presence in court to support Ventura emotionally, especially as she is pregnant with their third child (28:10).
Hayley’s Analysis
Hayley draws parallels between Combs' alleged actions and the notorious Epstein case, suggesting a pattern of elite exploitation and abuse within the entertainment industry. She emphasizes the need for transparency and accountability, stating, “I believe based on what we've seen that Diddy is implicated in something very demonic and dark” (34:50). Hayley underscores the systemic issues, questioning the extent of involvement among other celebrities and elites, and insists on vigilant monitoring of the trial’s developments.
President Trump’s Refugee Policy
Hayley shifts focus to President Trump's decision to resettle 59 white South African refugees, highlighting the administration's stance against race-based land reforms in South Africa. Trump stated, “White farmers are being brutally killed and their land is being confiscated in South Africa” (17:27), framing the issue as racial discrimination rather than economic or political policies.
MSNBC’s Race-Baiting Response
MSNBC hosts and guests criticized Trump’s policy, interpreting it as racially motivated. A guest remarked, “President Trump is saying to white Afrikaners from South Africa, I'll give you refugee status” (20:46), suggesting a double standard as other asylum seekers, particularly from Central and South America, face stringent evaluations.
Episcopal Church’s Stance
In reaction to Trump’s refugee policy, the Episcopal Church terminated its refugee resettlement agreements, citing a commitment to racial justice. Rev. Sean W. Rowe stated, “We are not able to take this step” (22:06), prompting Hayley to condemn the church's decision as hypocritical and racially biased.
Hayley’s Perspective
Hayley criticizes the left for perpetuating double standards, arguing that support for white refugees is perceived as racist while advocating for reparations and support for people of color. She states, “The left doesn't believe in what they call reverse racism” (22:30), emphasizing the inconsistency in their racial justice narratives.
Pentagon’s Policy Changes
Addressing recent updates, Hayley discusses the Pentagon's decision to halt gender-affirming healthcare for transgender troops, aligning with President Trump’s agenda to restrict transgender participation in the military. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued a memo prioritizing merit-based admissions to military academies (25:40), effectively removing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Medical Accreditation and DEI
Following Trump’s executive orders, major medical organizations paused certain DEI requirements, ensuring that medical accreditation focuses solely on merit and not on diversity factors (28:15). Hayley applauds these changes, asserting the importance of maintaining high standards in critical fields like medicine and the military.
Polling on Transgender Ideology
Referencing an AP NORC poll, Hayley highlights that 68% of Americans believe gender is biologically determined at birth, with 89% of Republicans supporting this view. She laments that these numbers, though majority, are not as high as expected, expressing disappointment over the 11% of Republicans who disagree (50:10). Additionally, 66% oppose government funding for gender-affirming care, reinforcing her stance against transgender policies in public institutions.
Hayley’s Viewpoint
Hayley advocates for equality based on merit and biological reality, criticizing affirmative actions and DEI for undermining these principles. She argues that serving in the military should be a privilege reserved for the most qualified individuals, free from political and ideological influences.
Economic Partnership Details
President Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia culminated in a strategic economic partnership worth up to $600 billion. Key components include a $20 billion investment in AI, data centers, and energy infrastructure in the U.S., an $80 billion investment in technology companies like Google and Uber, and a $142 billion defense package (40:50). Hayley views this partnership as a positive move, strengthening alliances in the Middle East.
Cultural Observations
During the event, President Trump concluded his speech with the "YMCA" anthem, which Hayley humorously critiqued given its controversial connotations in Saudi Arabia. She noted the presence of a McDonald’s mobile truck as a gesture of American culture, questioning its significance as an olive branch (45:15).
Teen Killer Allowed to Graduate
Hayley presents a disturbing case where a teenager who murdered Austin Metcalfe is permitted to graduate from Centennial High School despite a first-degree murder charge (52:30). The killer, who maintained a 3.7 GPA, faces expulsion but is granted early graduation following his family's claims of facing racist death threats (54:10).
Hayley’s Criticism
Hayley vehemently criticizes the school district's decision, questioning the family's priorities and the system's leniency towards violent offenders. She emphasizes the injustice of allowing a murderer to walk the graduation stage, calling into question the ethical standards of the educational institutions involved.
Re-release Failure
Disney's re-release of the live-action remake of Snow White failed miserably, earning only $252 per screening across a thousand theaters (60:00). Despite an initial March release and plans to capitalize on summer blockbusters, the film suffered from poor timing, casting, and a politicized narrative.
Hayley’s Critique on Politics in Hollywood
Hayley argues that the incorporation of political undertones and actors' personal beliefs detracts from the storytelling, alienating audiences seeking escapism. She contends that Hollywood's push for narratives over quality storytelling has led to the decline of beloved classics' remakes, emphasizing that "no remake is better than the original."
Internet Debates and Viewer Interactions
Hayley engages with various internet debates, including hypothetical fights between groups and the portrayal of violence in American society. She responds to viewer comments with humor and assertiveness, reinforcing her conservative viewpoints on gun violence and national strength.
Cultural Critiques
Through humorous skits and discussions, Hayley critiques contemporary cultural phenomena, from TikTok trends to societal attitudes towards race and gender. She maintains a consistent narrative that underscores her belief in traditional values and skepticism towards progressive movements.
Hayley wraps up the episode by encouraging listeners to join the conversation on Rumble and other platforms, emphasizing community engagement and continued discourse on pressing social and political issues.
