Thank you. Welcome to Nightly Scroll. I'm Haley Karenia. I just saw someone in the chat, Aaron Jarrett I think the name was, say that it was his first time watching the show live and I just wanted to say welcome to the party. You're scrolling with the homies for the first time. It's the best way to watch the show. But if you are not watching live, that is okay. You can watch on rumble rumble.com Haley is when you can watch the show live, of course at 6pm Eastern time. But whenever you want. If you want to see the visual, if you want to watch or listen, I, I should say rather on the road, on your way to work, at work, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, wherever you listen to your podcast, you can search for Nightly scroll with Haley and I will be there too. I've got a big show on deck tonight. Last week I told you about Jimmy Kimmel making fun of DHS secretary Christine Ohm for having her bag stolen by a white guy. She couldn't push a narrative. She couldn't push the narrative because he was a white guy. Well, those comments have aged like milk. So I'm going to if you didn't watch the show, I'm going to replay that video and we're going to go through it. Plus Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, she wants Trump to take a public IQ test. They want to go head to head, literally brain to brain. Who do we have our money on? She also gave a very tearful goodbye to one of her friends on msnbc, Katie Fang, because her show is getting axed. Why? Because the media is failing and fighting the Trump administration every chance they get, which is in turn not giving what the people what they want. Plus wellness check on Bill Belichick. I know I don't cover sports that often, but once a manly man, now a potentially a spineless one, he's getting absolutely whipped by his 24 year old girlfriend. It is very sad to see. So all that and so much more coming up on Nightly Scroll. I was just gonna say we could just go into the show. It's okay. We don't need to, we don't need to even break for the 5 second intro. We can just go right into it because I'm ready to go. So this is the video of Jimmy Kimmel that I played last week where he's making fun of Christine Ohm for having her bag stolen and out to dinner with her family on Easter Sunday. Watch this.
Jimmy Kimmel
We have Kristi Noem, our Secretary of Homeland Security who had her purse stolen last Night, she was out having Easter dinner with her family. Thief took her purse, got away with her driver's license, her apartment keys, her passport, and $3,000 cash. Who carries $3,000? What is she t pain? A thief wearing a mask, a medical mask. Snatched the purse from underneath her seat. Unfortunately for Secretary Noem, the security footage shows the suspect is a white male. So that's a missed opportunity right there. And what could be more embarrassing than our head of Homeland Security getting robbed? It's unbelievable. And the funniest part is none of this would have ever happened if she hadn't shot her guard dog. Okay, you know, I didn't shoot the dog. She did.
Haley Karenia
Okay, well, I wasn't laughing because Jimmy Kimmel is no longer funny. But his comments there about, well, it's embarrassing because this guy's. He was a white guy in a mask. She can't even use this to push a narrative. Well, yes, she can. So the Secret Service special agent that was in charge in the Washington field office, his name is Matt McCool. He said that there's going to be an investigation into this, of course. And it revealed that the man who stole her purse was. He had criminal activity on his record, including potential device and credit card fraud. He was in the country illegally. Now, here's the CBS News headline, which I'm sure they hated to report on. I'm sure it just killed them to have to admit that it was not a white guy wearing a mask. It was two illegal immigrants. So there you go. The Secret Service also confirmed a second suspect. He was arrested at a Walgreens, and the Secret Service said that he's being held on an immigration detainer. He's been also linked to a pattern of robberies and thefts in Washington, D.C. imagine that. These are the just two upstanding non citizens. Just two upstanding non citizens. Of course. Will the Democrats stand up for these guys, too? Will they go visit them in jail? Paint them as these, like, Do Gooder asylum seekers that are being ripped away from their families? I mean, this is totally BS Seriously. I just wanted to point out when I saw this headline this morning, wow, Jimmy Kimmel could not have been more wrong. Turns out that illegal aliens who love breaking the law, they're back at it again. So here's what borders are. Tom Homan had to say about the whole thing. Watch this. Thanks, Caroline. My question is for Tom. Tom Reagan, Reese with the Daily Caller. Over the weekend, ICE arrested two illegal immigrants for allegedly stealing Secretary Noem's purse over the weekend. What can you tell us about these individuals immigration history as well as their criminal history?
Tom Homan
I don't have a criminal history, but I know the one that stole the purse is supposedly in the country legally. But pick the wrong person to steal first from. I mean, Secretary Noem is a strong, strong secretary. I know, I've been talking about the, the men and women, the Border Patrol and ice. But under her strong leadership, she's a game changer.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, you messed with the wrong administration. That is the message coming from border czar Tom Homan. Not that you just messed with the wrong gal. You messed with the wrong administration. And here's my question to these illegal immigrants. You're in this country illegally. Why not fly under the radar? You already committed a crime. Why commit to this life of crime? I don't understand. You want to be in the country so bad. Why are you putting yourselves at risk of getting caught? Why go commit more crimes? It's because they can't frickin help themselves. They're career criminals with absolutely no respect for the laws in this country. Then Democrats are like shocked that they're bad people. It's like, well, yeah, f around, fo f around. Find out exactly. You know Democrats, they're shocked that these people are, they're coming across the country and they commit crimes and it's like, well, they jumped the border, they broke the law in the first place because they don't care about our laws. Then they come over here and they continue to break more laws. They rape and kill women, they traffic drugs and humans. And yet Democrats will still fight for them because it's anti Trump. Seriously. Here's a headline that I saw today out of Wisconsin. Wisconsin state employees are now being instructed to refuse cooperation with ice. This is all because of a leaked memo. It was leaked to conservative radio host Dan O'Donnell. And yeah, Wisconsin is essentially telling their state employees do not work with ice. Here is what the leaked memo detailed. Here are the procedures for the government workers to follow in if ICE ends up appearing at any of their facilities. So it says, refuse to answer any questions from ICE agents, even regarding individuals known to be sought by federal authorities. Here's the second bullet. Deny agents access to paper records and electronic files, even if the agents present a warrant. Here's the third one. Present agents, I'm sorry, Prevent agents from entering any non public areas of state buildings unless they produce a judicial warrant. So those two kind of contradict each other. Now the fourth one. Instruct agents to sit in public waiting areas and delay any interactions until a State attorney can be, can be contacted. Here's the Last 1. Order ICE agents to leave and return at a later time if legal counsel is not immediately available. It's not just the media that's the enemy, the people, it's these judges, it's the sanctuary states, it's the sanctuary cities that are now refusing to work with the administration. They're refusing to enforce the law. Which to me, if you are refusing to enforce the law and you work as a law enforcement agent in this country, you should be removed from your job because you're not doing a very good job. If you are defying the Trump administration, you're defying federal authority. If ICE comes to you and says, hey, I know that you're harboring illegal immigrants in this area and you need to call your lawyer first, hey, we're not going to let you in here. Hey, we're not going to let you do your job. We're going to obstruct you, get these people out. And President Trump is essentially starting to do that right now. He signed an executive order about sanctuary cities, making sure that now it is going to direct federal feds to list so called sanctuary cities. So essentially the EO would direct federal and state officials to publish a list of all these sanctuary cities and districts where local authorities don't enforce federal immigration regulations. I mean, seriously. And we know that President Trump has threatened to pull federal funding from states and cities that defy his orders. But unfortunately, we saw a judge block this, a judge blocked this effort. But have no fear, the Trump administration, they are going full steam ahead with the administration, they are going full steam ahead on the immigration issue. They are not backing down one bit. Today, President Trump signed two more executive orders. But to celebrate, they put all these signs of all the illegal immigrants that they've caught thus far in the last, what, two and a half months. So here are all the signs of all the migrants, all the illegals, and it says, murder, murder, homicide. Like, you can see that in this big red text underneath that has their mugshot on it. Arrested, arrested, arrested. All these signs lining the White House lawn. And it's amazing. It just says murder, murder, homicide, rape. Yeah, show the media that has to walk down this road. Show the American people. Show everyone, everyone that has to walk into here. Politicians. I mean, look at this murder. It's crazy to see the, the volume of people that this administration has already gotten. I mean, a lot of this sexual offense with a child. I mean, these are horrific, horrific monsters. So thankfully, the Trump administration, they're not backing down. And they posted this on X. They wrote, we will hunt you down, you will face justice, you will be deported, and you will never set foot on American soil again. Oh, and your mugshot might just end up on a yard sign at the White House. So I absolutely love it. Someone else in the chat wrote, fafo, everyone find out. They blurred out some of the images. I don't think they did. I mean, not in the ones that we had. They were. Their faces were right up there. So, yeah, I mean, we get to see the physical photos of all the people that have been wreaking havoc on the American people thanks to open border policies under President Biden. Thank you so much. Sarcasm. Everyone but President Trump, he is making moves in a lot of different ways as well. He posted this on X or on. I'm sorry, on Truth Social about Columbus Day, he wrote, I'm bringing Columbus Day back from the ashes. Democrats did everything possible to destroy his reputation, Christopher Columbus's reputation, and all of the Italians that love him so much, they tore down his statues, put up nothing but woke, or even worse, nothing at all. Well, you'll be happy to know Christopher is going to be making a major comeback. I am hereby reinstating Columbus Day under the same rules, dates, locations, as it has for all the many decades before. So, you know, I'm reading into this because I. I mean, I'm old enough to remember 2020, of course, and all the protests and Black Lives Matter and everything. And everyone was mad at Christopher Columbus because he's racist, I guess, like back in the 1400s, whatever. So I saw this headline, Axios put it out. They said Trump's saying he's bringing back Columbus Day, but it never went anywhere. So I click on it. I'm like. Because they try to fact check Trump at every turn. And then I clicked into the article, and here was the first paragraph. It said, a president cannot unilaterally erase or declare federal holidays. Congress is required for such a move. And Columbus Day is still a federal holiday, though Indigenous Peoples Day has replaced it in over 200 cities and multiple states as of last year. They went on to expose these states. Maine, Vermont, New Mexico, Washington, D.C. los Angeles, Seattle. These are among those celebrating Indigenous Peoples Day on the same date as Columbus Day. So at least 33 Christopher Columbus statues, they were taken down or they were in the process of being removed. That was during the Black Lives matter protest during 2020. So. So Trump says, I'm going to bring back Christopher Columbus Day. I'm going to bring back we're going to celebrate Columbus Day again. We're going to make it great again. Then the media has to say, well, no, he's wrong. It never went anywhere. And then they are also forced to report, oh, well, actually, it did go away in 200 states, in 200 cities. It's like, give me a break. 200 cities across this nation redid Columbus Day. And they in. They instated Indigenous Peoples Day instead. And so it's like, okay, so Trump was right again. This is a misleading headline. It's misleading. They. They try to get him in, like, this gotcha moment, and then they have to report on themselves and basically admit that their headline is clickbait, and they didn't actually mean that at all. And Trump was actually right all along. It's just total crock. Anyway. All right, I think, guys, we've got to get into the Jasmine Crockett of it all. So I'm going to Skip to number 10. I hope that's okay. I had a few stories, but let's just get to the fun stuff. Let's get to the meat of it all. Jasmine Crockett and the liberal media meltdowns. When I was putting the show together today, like, all the headlines, I'm like, the media is just getting it wrong. They keep getting it wrong. So anyway, Jasmine Crockett. And just. Just tie it in with the beginning of the show. Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett from Texas. She joined Jimmy Kimmel. So back to the beginning of the show. Jimmy Kimmel. Jasmine Crockett joined him. And here she was challenging Trump to an intelligent test. Watch this.
Jimmy Kimmel
He also called you low iq. I'm sure you're aware of that. Would you be willing to take an IQ test publicly, head to head, against the President of the United States?
Haley Karenia
Absolutely. Okay. Absolutely. Who do we have our money on? Anyone in the chat, who do we think that. Who would win in an intelligence test? President Trump. Jasmine Crockett. President Trump. Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. Do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do. Everyone in the chat is saying, daddy, Trump, djt. Exactly. And in this same interview, by the way, she said, the Democrats shouldn't be fighting about policy. They shouldn't even be talking about policy. They should be focusing on vibes instead, which is precisely the reason they lost in 2024. So I will say, keep it up. You know how they say, keep up the good work? Keep up the not so good work, Democrats. I mean, seriously, that is. This is exactly why Kamala Harris lost. She had no policy, only focused on vibes. American people actually don't go to the polls thinking about the vibes. They think about policy and whether or not their wallets hurting and whether or not they could afford gas and groceries and whether or not they want a president in the Oval Office that is asleep or not. So yeah, Jasmine also totally different interview, but she helped say goodbye to Katie Fang on msnbc. Apparently she's been hosting a show for three years. It's about to get canceled. And, and this is a very tearful goodbye. Watch this.
Katie Fang
That was your first time on the Katie Fang Show. This is the second to the last episode of the show. Congresswoman, I wanted to thank you for always getting up and early and delivering it. But I also want to say thank you for your continuing support for democracy. It's definitely something that you have made your brand and it's the integrity that you're bringing and I'm grateful for you always. We'll miss you. Oh, you can't have me crying at the beginning of the show. Jasmine. Congressman Jasmine Crockett. You're not. You haven't seen the last of me. Thank you for being here and getting us started today. I always appreciate you.

Crying and rendered speechless, Jasmine Crockett cringe over her friend Katie Fang. Can I just ask. When I saw this clip, I thought, wait, the Democrats really are. They are in bed with the media. They are such good friends. I mean, why would anyone in public office care if someone's show is getting canceled or not? You're supposed to go on the show and not, like, muck it up and be friends. You're supposed to. You know, the media is supposed to hold truth to power, and they're supposed to hold people in power accountable. And now Jasmine Crockett is so upset that her best friend in the media, her. Her friend Katie Fang is. She's lost her job. So they're gonna cry over it. Like, this was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. Someone in the chat said cringe, for sure. I just. Can we, like, pull ourselves together and not cry for an hour or however long the show is? I mean, I don't know. She was like, you've really. You've done yourself. You've done yourself in by, you know, fighting for democracy. And it just brought her to tears. Any guesses as to why Katie Fang's show is on the chopping block? Because if Jasmine Crockett is one of the main characters that might have something to do with it. All they were doing in that segment was talking down on Trump. It's like the mainstream media, all they know how to do is hate on Trump. I saw this headline earlier today on Fox. It said that 92% of ABC, NBC, and CBS, their coverage of the 100 days in office was negative. 92% of their coverage of Trump's first 100 days was negative. That is not fair and balanced. To me, that does not seem if. If 92% of the mainstream media is all in one direction, do you think they're thinking for themselves or are they a liberal echo chamber? I'm going to go with echo chamber. They are all in lockstep. And of course, they're crying over their friends in the. You know, the media and the Democrats, they're all so in love with each other. I mean, this makes sense. But 92%. It just goes to show how absolutely, disgustingly biased they are. Journalism is. Is dead. It's over there. There's no more. It's Just opinion on both sides. And the majority of the mainstream media hates Trump. And it shows. I mean, 92% of their coverage is negative. And guess what, everyone, the ratings are down. You guessed it. So when you, you know, poop all over Trump and then the American people who chose him to be in office, they're going to turn you off and they're going to turn you out, tune you out, because you're not giving the American people what they want. This isn't the coverage, the fair coverage that they've asked for. So apparently CBS Mornings, their ratings are down in a big way. And they got a little bit, they got a little bit of a spike, a rating spike. When Gayle King went to space, I think, you know, there was a lot of hubbub about this trip to space. You know, she became an astronaut. These are, if you're listening on Spotify or Apple, podcasts, these are finger quotes. Astronaut. You know, this whole trip was pegged as pro women. And, you know, she gets off the capsule and she's kissing the ground. And it was kind of a joke. And then it turned into a total PR nightmare. Didn't land well, no pun intended. But, you know, this makes sense to me. They got a little bit of a spike when she went to, when she went to space. And then she's back on the ground and everyone realizes that this is totally out of touch and insane, that maybe she may or may not have paid the $28 million for the seat on the Blue Origin flight. And, you know, whether she paid it or not, it doesn't look good. Because I think if you have the money to pay $28 million, it's like, really, that's what you're spending your money on? Like, a lot of people on the Internet, their response was like, in this economy, like, this is what you're going to spend your money on. And then if she got the free flight and Blue Origin is just like having her go up there, I mean, again, it just like, doesn't look good. This isn't what people want to see, especially out of the media. And then, like, Katy Perry used it to launch her, her tour that's going horribly. The response was really, really bad. So it makes sense that people are kind of tuning out cbs. It's tone deaf. Not only that, with the whole space debacle, a totally unprofessional response from Scott Pelley on 60 Minutes, who made this statement after the resignation of the show's executive producer, Bill Owens. Watch this.
Tom Homan
Bill resigned Tuesday. It was hard on him and hard on us. But he did it for us and you. Stories we pursued for 57 years are often controversial lately. The Israel Gaza war and the Trump administration. Bill made sure they were accurate and fair. He was tough that way. But our parent company, Paramount, is trying to complete a merger. The Trump administration must approve it. Paramount began to supervise our content in new ways. None of our stories has been blocked. But Bill felt he lost the independence that honest journalism requires. No one here is happy about it. But in resigning, Bill proved one thing. He was the right person to lead 60 minutes.
Haley Karenia
Another SOB story. Totally unprofessional, in my opinion. I don't care what's going on behind the scenes. I don't think that it's professional to speak to camera and, you know, bash the decisions that are being made higher up than you. I just think I'm, like, I'm cringing watching that. Not only that, you know, when I said, ding, ding, ding, when he says, you know, there's this merger going on and Trump has to approve it, and, you know, that's why, like, our coverage, it's different now, but they haven't blocked any of our stories. Okay, so what's the problem? What's the problem? Because clearly, they're letting you push the BS that you want to push. So what's changed? Is he insinuating that in order. In order to get a merger done, 60 Minutes had to appease Trump because. Show me when they started to do that. Show me the evidence of 60 Minutes being pro Trump. I'll wait. I mean, as we know, the media absolutely hates Trump. They will do anything to paint him in a negative light. And of course, at Pope Francis's funeral, they were back at it again. They were saying that he was not dressed in the correct garb. He was supposed to be wearing black. That's what the Vatican had wanted. The Vatican asked Pope Francis funeral attendees to wear all black. Trump wore a blue suit. So here's the photo of Trump wearing the blue suit. The media runs with this. And they, they're calling him, you know, disrespectful, and they're, they're saying all these things. He was not the only person to wear a blue suit. So let's, let's show this. Not only. So in this photo, you can't see. You can't see Biden, and you can't see Prince William, but they were wearing blue suits. You see a guy on the left wearing a gray suit. You see two guys in the back row wearing a gray suit. You see A girl wearing a blue sweater. I mean, this is just. I mean, these suits are blue, are they not? Or they're. The guy right behind Trump's wearing a blue suit. So, okay, like, what are we mad about then in this video? So the Daily Mail posted a video of President Biden at the funeral, and he needed help. He had to firmly grasp a bishop next to him to get down the stairs here. Firmly grasp. I mean, he really, really grabbed him. Whoa, there he is. The claw. And then here are some of the comments on that video. I know we're not necessarily in the scrolling time portion of the show yet, but I just had to go through the comments because I thought it was hilarious. Uh, someone wrote, dignity and integrity. Someone said, it's common courtesy. The priest is being friendly. I don't see President Biden struggling. He actually looks great. Okay. Someone else said, oh, what a kind man. May God bless you, Joe Biden. We could have had something like this, but instead, we have a guy who showed zero emotion at a funeral. Huh. Again, like, the TDS is really seeping in deep here. Someone said at least Biden could stay awake during the ceremony, which during President Biden's term. He fell asleep at the U.N. he fell asleep. I mean, you name it, Biden was falling asleep. We called him Shifty Sleepy Joe. So what are we talking about? He was sleeping all the time. He would have, like, two things on his schedule, and then he would go to bed, and then he was on vacation. So what do we. What are we saying here? I mean, it's just insane. Then someone said, you know, notice how it was kindly offered to him because they respect him. Again, it's just. Yep, here's. Here's proof of Sleepy Joe Biden doing what he does best. Taking a little. Taking a little nappy. Taking a little nap. Someone in the chat just asked, is Trump supposed to cry? I mean, seriously, you. You could, but for the most part, everyone is just sitting in their seats paying respects to the Pope. What was Trump supposed to do? Was Trump doing anything different than anyone else in the seats? I don't think so. And he wore blue. As did Prince William, as did Biden, as did other people in the audience. They were not all wearing black. Was that against the Vatican's wishes? Maybe, but it wasn't the only one. So the media is just targeting one guy? Anyway, I want to move on to some culture war issues, if that's okay. And Senator or no, he's a congressman, right? Congressman Adam Schiff. He's a congressman from California. He went on Bill Maher's show and they were talking about this trans issue in women's sports. And he was saying, yeah, he's a representative. Oh, no, he's a center senator. Okay, sorry, guys. California senator. I get. I get all these people confused. Senator Adam Schiff. Shifty Schiff. Yeah. He went on Bill Maher's show and they were talking about the issue of trans. And they were talking about how this is really a Republican issue. Republicans are the ones making the LGBT trans youth thing an issue. And I've talked about this before. The left loves to gaslight and say that, no, it's not really happening. And if it is happening, it doesn't matter. I don't really know who he's trying to fool, because everyone knows that it's happening. The left obviously knows that it's happening because they champion it when it happens. They tell you that it's not a big deal. So therefore it's happening. And the right is telling you that it's happening. So everyone knows. Here's the issue, though. When. When it comes to policy, the right doesn't listen to the most far right, crazy people in the party. The left does, though. The left actually takes orders from the loudest freaks of nature on the left and they take their delusions into account when pushing legislation because the majority of American people don't want men and women's sports. They don't want men in women's locker rooms. Like, this is crazy. Even the majority of Democrats, like they, the left, now the most radical left, they don't speak for the majority of normal Democrats and independents and Republicans. I mean, polls show that the majority of people don't want this. So it is pretty telling when you see a leader in the Democrat Party pushing for this stuff. They're really listening to the craziest, most radical factions in their party. They're not even listening to what the people want. But I did want to just call out an example of this happening because of course, every time we have someone on the left say that this isn't happening, I like to just tell you, yes, it is. Yes, it is. So here's a trans teen on Long Island. This is a. A public school in Shirley, and the trans teen is on the girls track team, of course, very rarely the other way around. And it's divided this Long island town, and it could cost the district $13 million in funding. So the craziest thing about this story is that the trans athlete is obviously a man, 14 year old. So boy. And he is six foot. He's six feet tall and he's running against high school girls. Tell me how this makes any sense at all. How can Democrats like actually put their head down on the pillow at night and say, yeah, he doesn't have an advantage. I mean, mo most women. What's the average height for women? Like 5 4. And then certainly in high school, maybe they're fully grown, maybe not. I mean, maybe it's 5:3. We're looking it up right now, so please hold. I'll get back to you on that. But I just think there's no. Yeah, five foot three and a half inches. Okay, so that's the average woman. And that's a fully grown woman, by the way. 14 years old, maybe not fully grown. I certainly wasn't at that age. I think I, I'm like almost 5 8. And I grew to 58 probably when I was like 16, halfway through high school. So maybe these girls are not even fully grown yet. But this is a six foot boy competing against women who are much shorter. Obviously when, when you think of running, it's like your, your leg length and your height. I mean this makes a huge difference. Maybe they're running, maybe they're doing hurdles. I mean your body size having like that much of an advantage, it's, it's undeniable. You can't, you can't deny the advantage. So yeah, I mean, if the school loses funding, that this is what happens. You push lunacy, you lose your funding. This is what the president, this is what President Trump has said. His administration has been clear on this. Almost any issue, whether it's trans athletes in women's sports, whether it's dei, whether you're a sanctuary state or city that is refusing to comply. Lose funding, do whatever you want to do but lose funding. So honestly, I don't like to see schools lose funding. I wish they would just stop the lunacy. I don't want this school to lose $13 million in funding. I want schools to be funded. I want our kids to actually get education. Who knows if they're getting a good education? Probably not. But I don't want to see schools lose funding. What I want to see is people to stand up to the lunacy and say, you're a man. This is the, this is the craziest part of the story. By the way, this trans athlete is not even really transitioning. He is just what they call socially transitioning. What does that mean? It means that this is a dude that has no, no plans to even attempt to try to become A woman, because we know that they can't. But he is not on hormones. He is not going through anything. He is just a boy who wants to be called a girl and treated like a girl. That needs to be called out. That needs to be stopped. That is insane. This is what, when, when people on the right get angry about this, it's because it's delusion. It is a sick delusion and it ha. It has to stop. Not that I have any more respect for people who try to be women and they go even further. I mean, this is a 14 year old boy. I don't want him to chop his, you know what off. I don't want him to go on drugs that are going to mess him up for life. I don't want that. But we can't treat men like women because they feel like it's. It's just insane. But we're coming up on the month of May, and as we know, that means we're one month away from Pride Month, which is June. And according to a new story, Pride is apparently losing a lot of corporate funding. So corporate sponsors apparently backing away from these LGBTQ+PRIDE organizations. So PRIDE Month and, and all this stuff, these parades and whatnot, apparently it's getting hard for them to get sponsorships. Usually they call on these corporate companies and they'll shell out, you know, six figures or whatever. And now these Pride parades and Pride organizations are realizing we're going to have to get our funding from somewhere else because the corporations are not, they're not buying into this crap. And you know why that is? Because when all of the companies, it's June 1st and then everything's rainbow, their logos rainbow, and they put out these, you know, infographics on all the things that they're doing for the gay community and the trans community and what have you, the American people, they see that and they speak with their wallets. It's like, if you're going to be pushing this on me, I don't want to buy your product. I don't want to watch your content. I don't want to be a part of this. And this is like the reckoning. This is the reckoning. The, the President Trump being in office and putting a stop to all this lunacy, people are realizing, go woke, go broke. First and foremost. We saw this with Bud Light, we've seen this with so many companies. They decide to go full steam ahead with the gay stuff and the trans stuff and the non binary and, you know, Victoria's Secret, they've got, you know, they used to have a great Runway show, and now it's all like fat chicks doing, like, interpretive dance. And then they were like, oops. Like, people actually didn't want to watch that. Like, no kidding. So the corporate media is realizing, and these corporations are realizing, oh, so when we push this lunacy, it actually doesn't work. So we're course correcting. Which brings me back to before when I talked about the Democrats and the policy that they're pushing. Like when Senator Adam Schiff is saying, well, you know, this trans stuff isn't really happening, we know it's happening. You're lying to us. And the Democrats, when they listen to the crazies in their party and they push that, they're pushing everyone else to the right. And this next story goes into that too. So Vogue business did a story about how aesthetics are changing because the Trump administration is in office, and now esthetics are moving in a more conservative way. So this says how the conservative era will change beauty. And it says here, from Mar a Lago face to trad wives and boom boom, Conservative beauty and fashion trends have flourished in Trump's America. But experts say a shift is coming. We break it down so it says the rise of the right wing will impact esthetics that play out across culture at large. And these, these images, by the way, are AI, but this is an AI image. I don't know if this is supposed to be Mar a Lago face or if this is what we're moving away from, but they're saying that lifted eyebrows and lip filler and cheek filler and, you know, chin filler, and, you know, this girl's wearing a fur something. She's got, you know, gold hoop earrings, like, very done up. Makeup is beat to the gods now. This is the alternative. This is what Vogue is saying that we're moving towards. They are moving towards a more natural hair color, low maintenance makeup, subtle facial enhancements. No more of this, like, massive lip filler blindness. And people are now moving to more conservative clothing. This is what they're saying. So is this supposed to be a bad thing? Vogue business, I'm. I'm confused. Is moving away from lip injections and other cosmetic surgeries. Is this supposed to be a bad thing? Huh? I mean, certainly this doesn't even impact Vogue in a way where, I mean, they could just. I feel like Vogue models, like, they don't even have all the lip filler and stuff. Like, they, they don't, they don't do that. So I don't know like, this doesn't even really impact. But I think a lot of this has to do with the Maha movement and this low tox lifestyle. People are cutting out toxic stuff, toxic makeup. The makeup that I put on my face is toxic. I've been trying to move towards this, like, low tox lifestyle, but it's hard. I mean, everything in your life is toxic. Sunscreen is toxic, your makeup's toxic. The, you know, the. My meal prep containers are toxic. It's hard. Like, you have to fix so many things. It's. You have to, like, chip away at it over time. But, yeah, I mean, I don't. I don't do lip filler. I don't want. I don't want that in my face. You see now that it's coming out that you. You put lip filler in and then it never goes away. Instead it just migrates out of your lips. And then people are like, oh, my. My lip filler's gone. So then they put more in and then that migrates and then they put more in and it's just like, they just start getting, like, crazy looking totally crazy. I've gone to, like, get facials and stuff, and they're like, oh, look, you should consider because, you know, I'm 30 and they're like, oh, you have, you know, bags under your eyes. We could put filler under your eyes. I said, no, no, I am not doing that. I am not doing that because I don't know where the hell it's going to go in six months, a year, five years, 10 years. Like, I am not doing that. I'm not doing that. And I. Not only do I think this, this move towards. Towards a more natural lifestyle. Yeah, this is what they. This is what Vogue, I guess, wants us to look like. Or this is what women look like under Biden, like Joan Rivers, I don't know. So, like, this is just strange to me. But I will say, I mean, this moving towards, like, a more natural hairstyle. People are calling this recession core, that this is like a recession indicator. Because women, the first thing that goes is getting your hair done. It's like, you know, it's very, very expensive. I used to be blonde. Can't afford to do this anymore. It's just like, too much. I used to have hair extensions too much to keep up with. So now I'm going to my natural color. And I guess I'm participating in recession core. I don't know. But these new hairstyles, more natural hairstyles, thrifting clothes is in less Makeup, less filler, all essential oils instead of perfumes. I think the Maha movement is having such an impact on the beauty industry. They're quaking. They're quaking. And I think a return to natural beauty is a good thing. I mean, why would that be a bad thing? So Vogue business, deal with it. You're just going to have to cover more natural beauty. I mean, seriously, I don't feel too bad. Anyway, I'm going to move to sports now, if that's okay with anyone. I haven't. Andy's excited for me to talk about sports. I talked about sports at my previous job. Not too much, but a little bit. And we're back. I couldn't help myself, but Saquon Barkley was at, uh. He played golf with President Trump, and Saquon Barkley was getting a lot of hate for doing that. And he says, f you guys, basically. So this is what he put on X. He said, lol. Some people are really upset because I played golf and flew to the White House with the president. Maybe I just respect the office. Not a hard concept to understand. Just golf with Obama, too, not too long ago and look forward to finishing my round with Trump. Now you get out of my mentions with all this politics and have an amazing day. So someone in the chat just said, you look great with no makeup. I'm wearing makeup. I just. For the. For the record, I'm wearing a lot of makeup right now. Anyway, yeah, what Sagan says, 100%. This is the office of the president. Respect it. I don't care. I don't care if President Biden's in there. I don't care if it's Obama. I don't care if it's Bill Clinton. If one of them invited me to the White House, you bet I'm going. That's our president. That's the president of the United States. And I respect the office of the presidency. Therefore, if Barack Obama called me up to go play golf with him, I'm going. Of course I'm going. Why would I not? Just because we disagree on almost everything. Like, who cares? I'm normal, so I can hang out with people that I disagree with. I don't have to live in the echo chamber. I do this for a living. But I have a lot of friends who are liberals and we get along just fine. You don't have to talk about politics all day long. It's not my entire personality. So I totally get what Saquon saying. He's getting all this hate and all this backlash for spending A day with Trump and he's like, I did this with Obama. Who cares? Seriously? And now I want to get into the Bill Belichick of it all. Because once a great football coach, NFL coach, you know, winning Super Bowls, and now things look a little different for Bill Belichick. Now, of course, he's coaching the UNC Tar Heels and he's got a new girlfriend. Not really new. They've been dating for what, three years now? And she's 24 years old. So if they were dating for three years, do the math. She was 21 years old. And he's how old? He's at 78. 71. Give me a second. Let me just get the facts straight here. But there's a 48 year age gap between these two. Yeah, he's 73 years old. Okay, so 73 and 24. This is not normal, by the way. I just have to call it out. I don't care if it's Bill Belichick. I don't care if it's Leonardo DiCaprio. I don't care if the age gap is the other way around. Emmanuel McCrone and his wife. Weird. It's weird no matter how you slice it. If you. There's a 40 year age gap, 48 years of. What are you talking about? What do you discuss with each other? I don't understand. But Bill Belichick has completely handed it his man card. He went from winning Super Bowls to just giving it all up because his 24 year old girlfriend is running the show. She even like piped up during this interview with cbs, CBS Mornings. Watch this. Make sure that that's the.
Jordan Hudson
Jordan was a constant presence during our interview. You have Jordan right over there. Everybody in the world seems to be following this relationship. They've got an opinion about your private life. It's got nothing to do with them, but they're invested in it. How do you deal with that?
Haley Karenia
Never been too worried about what everybody else. Just try to do what I feel like is best for me and what's right.
Jordan Hudson
How did you guys meet?
Haley Karenia
Not talking about this.
Jordan Hudson
No, no. It's a topic neither one of them is comfortable commenting on, though Hudson has recently posted about it on Instagram. You join instaface, as you put it. I love that there's some great pictures of you in Jordan where you're a fisherman and she's a mermaid. It's charming. It's a different side of you. What's the reaction? What's it been like to have these different sort of photos? There's Another one where you're doing. I know you're not into meditation or yoga or Pilates. You're balancing Jordan on your feet. She's doing kind of the.
Haley Karenia
What happened to Bill Belichick? Yeah, so I'm. I'm on some of those social media platforms, but I honestly don't follow him. Okay, so he's doing this against his will because he wasn't on the social media platforms. Then Jordan, I guess, forced him to go on, and now they're doing all these photo shoots. It's just insane. Here are some of the comments. You've got Jordan right over there. And then cut to Jordan behind the table like the Hamburglar. Someone said, I'm calling Adult Protective Services. Someone else said, this is senior senior abuse. Someone else said, Bill's kids need to make sure she ain't messing with their inheritance. Yeah, she wants to be cc'd on all of his emails at unc. Why? For what? Now, I don't know what she does for a living. She, I think, was Miss Maine. She's doing pageants. And why would you need to be cc'd on your boyfriend's emails at work? I don't care what you do unless you work together. This is insane. So here's a video I want to show you of Jordan Hudson at one of the UNC football practices. And here she is. She's wearing a long, blue snakeskin jacket, and she's got her, like, white go, go boots on. And here she's, like, sticking her hands in Bill Belichick's pockets, and she's tootling around the field. Get your go, go boots off the field, girl. She's dressed like she's supposed to be sitting in a box. Go to the box and then go meet your boyfriend when he's done. Go get yourself a glass of Chardonnay. Go take your go, go boots and go to the box where you belong. Get off the field.
Jordan Hudson
She's coaching special teams.
Haley Karenia
It's insane. It's not normal behavior. Someone in the chat said blackmail.
Jordan Hudson
It gets worse than that. Because she's sending emails to his coaching staff.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, no, she's involved, but, I mean, what happened to Bill Belichick that she has infiltrated this much? Someone just said his legacy is ruined. Yeah, people are saying that. Did he find her on OnlyFans? I don't know about that, but now things are kind of. People are questioning because of this interview where she interjected. He asked, where did you guys meet? How did you guys meet? We're not talking about this Right away. But if you remember, when the relationship first went public, they said, you know, it was just this really cute little meet cute on an airplane and she was reading her textbook for fun. And then Bill Belichick was like, you know, they were yucking it up about her school and they, they were talking about that. Okay, well, now people are saying, I thought that this was the story that everyone is going with now. Jordan Hudson said, we're not talking about that. Oh, we're not. I thought it was. I thought it was cute before. So what happened? Is she worried that the truth is going to come out? Because I don't know how. How much money does Bill Belichick make? 70 something million. $70 million? Yeah. I don't think he's flying coach unless she was flying private with him somehow. I don't know. Someone just said, haley, bring out your New York accent and go off on this. Sometimes when I get passionate, it comes out. Yeah. I don't know. I just think he's not of sound mind because the Bill Pelic of years past, I don't think would put up with something like this. He's been in relationships where the woman was not involved in this way. This girl has a hold on him, and I think that she will take him for all that he has. So I think if she can convince him to do a yoga photo shoot on the beach and do a couple's costume for Halloween, I fear the Bill Belichick that we knew and loved, he is gone. The Bill we know is no longer with us. And might I suggest a conservatorship because I think his money might be at risk here of being maybe potentially stolen. Like one of the comments here on TikTok said, you know, I think she's going to take his money. His. His kids have got to, like, get a handle on this inheritance. I agree. All right, now for my favorite time of day. It is scrolling time. All right, I've got a lot of videos for you, but I'm just going to end with two. I want to start with 26, because this guy, Doug Hay, is a Florida man. He is a Florida man who saw a bald eagle hurt and he went to go save him.
Tom Homan
So that's doing a dog paddle, you know.
Haley Karenia
Sure. Once on land, a trapper was able to wrangle the bird and get her the help she needs. As for Doug, he says he'll do it all over again. That would be in my head the rest of my life. You know, I couldn't save this bird, so I had to do it. Wow. Doug Hay, Florida man. He saw a bald eagle. He said he saw two bald eagles. They were kind of fighting and one got hurt. And it was just kind of sitting in there in the middle of the lake. And he dove in to save it and he successfully saved the eagle. They are. The eagle is getting help and is being treated now. But his wife was very mad at him apparently because there's an alligator that is in that lake and it's like a seven foot alligator. And she was like, get out of there. And he said, no, I've got to do this. So, Doug Hay, you were the patriot of the day. And I want to end with another bald eagle video. Yeah, this is, this is the perfect, perfect opportunity for the eagle. Screech. And I've got one more eagle video for you. This is marrying my love of golf and mara. So watch this. This guy, he hits an iron shot right by the hole.
Tom Homan
Yeah, he's over your ball.
Haley Karenia
Oh, yo, yo. Here's a bald eagle, yo. Hey, yo, America, baby. America, America, yo. He's wasting. He's. He's standing by. The ball goes in. There's no shot.
Jordan Hudson
No way.
Haley Karenia
Now he's walking away with it. No, no way. He's hopping away with ball. There's no way. That's a good question. That's illegal, brother. Don't mess with it. Ball's gone. Eagle flies away. Imagine he dropped into the trap. You chip your ball. No, It'd be so funny if he. Oh, my God. I mean, that was a good chip. He chipped it right onto the green. He could have made that putt. And imagine the bald eagle just dropped it in the sand. I'd be like, there's got to be rules against that. I don't know all the rules. Okay. I'd have to look that up. What you'd have to do there if you have to take a stroke or whatnot. But I think that's just nature, you know, people are joking. He got an eagle. Yeah, that's an eagle. Someone saying penalty shot. Yeah. All right, well, that is all the time that we have left tonight. And I've got more videos on deck for you tomorrow. So I'll go through all the things that I didn't get to tonight. Thank you so much for stopping by, especially to all my homies. Scrolling in the homies in the chat. Love all of you. It's so much fun doing the show with all of you. Podcast Summary: Nightly Scroll with Hayley – Episode 36: "FAKE News In A Downward Ratings Spiral"
Release Date: April 28, 2025
Host: Hayley Caronia
In Episode 36 of Nightly Scroll with Hayley, titled "FAKE News In A Downward Ratings Spiral," host Hayley Caronia delves into a myriad of pressing political and cultural issues, dissecting media biases, policy debates, and societal shifts from a conservative viewpoint. The episode is rich with analysis, sharp commentary, and poignant critiques of mainstream media narratives.
The episode opens with Hayley addressing last week's discussion on Jimmy Kimmel mockingly commenting on Kristi Noem, the Secretary of Homeland Security, who had her purse stolen. Kimmel's ridicule centered on the thief being a white male, suggesting Noem couldn't leverage this incident to push a racial narrative.
Hayley counters Kimmel's remarks by unveiling the truth: the pursuers were illegal immigrants, undermining Kimmel's initial assumption and highlighting the media's reluctance to acknowledge this fact.
Hayley transitions to discuss a leaked memo from Wisconsin instructing state employees to refuse cooperation with ICE agents. The memo outlines stringent guidelines to obstruct ICE operations, reflecting the state's sanctuary policies.
The conversation shifts to President Trump's efforts to counter sanctuary city policies through executive orders aimed at penalizing non-compliant states and cities.
Despite judicial blocks, Hayley emphasizes the administration's unwavering stance on stringent immigration enforcement, showcasing a clash between federal priorities and local policies.
Hayley critiques Trump's proclamation to revive Columbus Day, which the media quickly dismissed as unfeasible without congressional approval. She argues that the media's narrative is misleading, pointing out that many cities have already shifted to Indigenous Peoples Day without necessitating federal intervention.
She underscores the media's tendency to undermine Trump’s initiatives while highlighting the substantial number of cities that have adopted alternative celebrations.
A significant portion of the episode focuses on Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett from Texas, who publicly challenged President Trump to an IQ test, insinuating a direct confrontation of intellect between her and the President.
Hayley praises Crockett’s boldness and connects it to the broader issue of media bias, especially when Crockett expresses sorrow over Katie Fang's show cancellation—an MSNBC host—linking it to the media's antagonism towards the Trump administration.
Hayley critiques mainstream media outlets for their overwhelmingly negative portrayal of Trump's first 100 days in office, citing a figure where 92% of ABC, NBC, and CBS coverage was unfavorable.
She argues that this biased coverage not only misinforms the public but also contributes to declining ratings for these networks as audiences grow weary of one-sided reporting.
The discussion moves to the contentious issue of transgender athletes competing in women's sports. Hayley criticizes Democratic policies that, in her view, ignore physical disparities, citing a case of a 14-year-old boy competing on a girls' track team.
Hayley addresses the trend of corporations withdrawing sponsorships from Pride Month events, attributing it to widespread public rejection of corporate endorsements of LGBTQ+ initiatives.
She connects this withdrawal to a broader backlash against corporate "woke" policies, arguing that public disapproval forces organizations to reconsider their support strategies.
Exploring cultural shifts, Hayley references a Vogue Business article predicting a move towards more conservative beauty standards under Trump's administration. She interprets this as a reaction against excessive cosmetic enhancements.
Hayley expresses personal support for this trend, advocating for a return to natural beauty standards over artificial enhancements.
In lighter segments, Hayley discusses Saquon Barkley's decision to play golf with President Trump, facing backlash for associating with the President. She supports Barkley's choice, emphasizing respect for the office regardless of political differences.
She also delves into the personal life of NFL coach Bill Belichick, critiquing his relationship with a significantly younger girlfriend and questioning its impact on his legacy.
Concluding the episode, Hayley shares uplifting stories and humorous anecdotes:
Florida Man Saves Bald Eagle:
A heroic act where Doug Hay rescues an injured bald eagle from a lake, despite his wife's concerns about a lurking alligator.
Bald Eagle and Golf Ball Mishap:
A lighthearted video where a bald eagle disrupts a golf game by stealing a ball, blending nature with sports humor.
Hayley wraps up the episode by encouraging listener engagement through reviews and social media interactions, reaffirming her commitment to delivering unfiltered conservative commentary. She emphasizes the importance of staying informed and critical of mainstream media narratives, positioning Nightly Scroll as a reliable source amidst the chaos of modern political discourse.
