In this episode of Nightly Scroll, I share scary scenes of violence and unrest from Los Angeles over the weekend. In an attempt to protest ICE deportations, the liberal city descended into fiery chaos all while local media and politicians downplayed the threat. Then, President Trump trips up the stairs to Air Force 1 and Eric Swalwell jumps to his defense. Plus, body-positive Olympian Simone Biles insults Women’s Sports advocate Riley Gaines’ body for being muscular. Make it make sense!

I will say sometimes I'm putting shows together and it's like pulling teeth, you know, you don't know. Sometimes there's slow news days and today is just not one of those days. There was so much content. Sometimes stories that I want to cover just hit the cutting room floor. You know, there's sometimes there's way too much sometimes, sometimes there's not enough. And I'm like, am I gonna be able to make this an hour? Am I gonna be able to stretch this? Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. There's plenty of stuff tonight. So. Los Angeles was set ablaze this weekend, as we know, by violent agitators, criminals protesting on behalf of other criminals and the media. And local officials downplayed the threat all along. Still going on as we speak. Gavin Newsom's in some Twitter war with J.D. vance. I mean, it's insane. We're going to get to all of it. President Trump tripped up the stairs to Air Force One, triggering memories of President Biden's many missteps, stumbles and falls. Did Eric Swalwell really jump to defend Trump? I will get into it. Greta Thunberg, that climate activist, she got arrested by Israeli forces upon arrival in Gaza. So her work here is done because it's all about the photo op. Photo op. As we know, Olympian Simone Biles is lashing out at Riley Gaines over her advocacy for women. Biological women, that is. Oh, and the body positive gold medalist body shamed Riley while she was at it. So I'm calling out the hypocrisy. I'm going to scroll through all of my favorite memes and tweets from the Elon Musk and President Trump bromance breakup of epic proportions. So stay tuned. For that, it's going to be an epic scrolling time. Nightly scroll starts now. Over the weekend, Los Angeles descended into fiery chaos as violent rioters protested ICE's deportation efforts in the area. I wanted to show you videos. This is, of course, the state that was just burnt to the ground. Just. I don't know. When was it? Two months ago, three months ago? But here are Mexican nationalists in California setting fires. Yep. This is a state where its citizens are still reeling from fires in the Pacific Palisades that decimated entire neighborhoods, by the way. But of course, that doesn't matter. That doesn't matter. They're fighting for. They're. They're fighting for illegal aliens. So it's okay. You can set your state on fire. Of course. This all stemmed from rumors that ICE was deporting day laborers that used to mill around a local Home Depot looking for work. That's where they hang out. They hope to get picked up. Dhs, by the way, denied that anyone was deported from this Home Depot, but the damage had already been done because word of this rumor spread so fast and protests were already underway. And ICE is going to be deporting people, illegal aliens, as we know, regardless. But this rumor about this Home Depot is what really riled people up, I guess. And these protests became violent very quickly. They didn't wait until nighttime to carry out this degenerate violence. Remember during the 2020 Summer of Love, where people really would march and do the peaceful protest stuff during the day, then at night it would get really violent. It would get really. You know, this is where we saw the mostly peaceful, fiery, but mostly peaceful stuff. It was kind of mostly peaceful during the day, and then at night, that's when things kind of took a turn. Not here. They did not wait until nightfall to get violent. They took their anger out on their community, as they always do, and out on law enforcement officers, as they usually do. This all comes, by the way, as attacks on ICE agents are up 400% just this year. And that 400% margin, that was before this weekend. So I can only imagine that that number is skyrocketing right about now. You're watching video of protesters, rioters throwing rocks at ice. Yep. These are law enforcement, police vehicles. And you see this protester wearing headgear, throwing rocks and other projectiles at all the cars driving by. Awesome. I mean, what degenerate human beings? What do these people do for a living? How are. I mean, it's insane. This is how you spend your Sunday? Go to church? Anyway, here's some more Video there, people were throwing scooters off of overpasses onto law enforcement vehicles. You can see these vehicles are just trashed and horrible. They're, they're setting cars ablaze. They're throwing fiery firebombs and, and whatever else, smoke bombs onto these cars. Cars have just been sl. Set ablaze. I have zero respect for illegal aliens who break the law. They make no effort to right their wrongs and then they expect they can get special treatment and government funded freebies in return. I have even less respect for these people. I have less respect for the violent protesters injuring police officers, ICE agents. I watched a video of them throwing bricks off of an overpass, hitting a police officer in the head. That could kill someone. So they're, they're hurting police officers, they're hurting ICE agents. I saw them hurling scooters, rocks, other projectiles at cop cars. They're hurling Molotov cocktails, lighting vehicles on fire, setting off fireworks, firebombs in the faces of law enforcement officers. You are all criminals to your core. Which makes perfect sense as to why these are the degenerates who, who are rioting in favor of other criminals not being held accountable. Birds of a feather flock together. Gross. They were burning the American flag and waving the Mexican flag. Burning the American flag on American soil and waving the Mexican flag, which is a horrible way to show the American government that you should stay here. By the way, you're giving them just a laundry list of reasons why they should enforce the law and fast and deport your asses. Are these even illegal aliens protesting? By the way? Is it illegal aliens throwing rocks at cops or is it just like white liberals who are getting a paycheck to pretend that they care? I don't know. If I was an illegal alien and I was trying to fly under the radar, I certainly wouldn't be hurling rocks and bricks at cops heads. So something tells me that, well, I shouldn't say that because illegal aliens, they do get into their fair share of trouble. They are, they are not afraid of no damn cop. They are. They're killing people. They're running people over with their cars, they're murdering people, raping people. I mean, you would think people who want to fly under the radar wouldn't go around on a killing spree, but I don't know. These people can't help themselves. So maybe they are illegal aliens. I don't know. I think it's probably a combination of both illegal aliens who have no respect for law enforcement and white liberals who have no respect for law Enforcement, it's a match made in hell. So every single one of these violent protesters should be jailed, of course, because this isn't what's protected under the First Amendment. Not even close. You all know how I feel about protesting in general. I do not like protesting. I will, I will fight for your right to protest peacefully, of course. And I stand for the First Amendment. Of course. I'm a First Amendment absolutist. But protesting midday is unemployed behavior. And even if you are employed, this is how you're going to spend your Sunday. I'm just judging you a little bit. This is how you're spending your Saturday, your weekend. I mean, I like to relax on May weekend. I go to the gym, I go to the grocery store. I hang out with friends. Call me crazy, but I'm just a law abiding, a law abiding citizen. So, you know, it's not for lack of caring. It's not that I don't have causes that I care about. I'm just not going to take a day off from work to march around and I'm not going to spend my weekend, you know, throwing bricks at cops heads, of course, because that's illegal. I played a video last week on this show of a bunch of weirdos. Andy, do you remember this? All the protesters who were singing the Sound of Music, they had a little like Kumbaya, you know, that's fine. There was like some guy in a F trump shirt next to a guy wearing a pink cape. I mean, they're all weirdos, but whatever, they're not hurt.
Andy
But at the end of the line, there was the guy in the cardigan. That's the. Remember the guy in the car just got out of class and he just got done teaching ethics at Yale or Pepperdine and just started to walk over and join the guy with underwear and a cape.
Hailey Karenia
Exactly. So that's my point. I will listen. I don't have to believe in what you're preaching. I don't have to believe in what you're protesting for. But it's peaceful, so I'll support your right to do it. I might make fun of you on Nightly scroll during trolling time, but you can do that. You're not hurting anyone, you're not hurting cops. Fine. But what we saw last night and over the weekend was deeply disturbing and disgusting. And that's exactly what the LAPD chief said. Also, watch.
LAPD Chief
Yeah. To the people who are not happy with the fact that ICE is in the, in the community doing what ICE does. You know, it's I respect ICE for being a fellow law enforcement agency. They have their mission, they have their, what they have to do. We don't engage in that activity. But again, we can't preclude them from doing that. They have every right to do that.
Hailey Karenia
So this is where the lapd, LAPD chief stands. He's going to say, I, I believe in ice, I believe in their mission. They have every right to do this. That we're not going to get in their way. Then he went on to say that what the violence he was seeing was disgusting. So let's play that if we can.
LAPD Chief
This violence that I've seen is disgusting. It's escalated now since the beginning of this incident. What we saw the first night was bad. What we've seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse and more violent. Tonight we had individuals out there shooting commercial grade fireworks at our officers that can kill you. And we have adapted our tactics to be able to have a chance to be able to take these people into custody and to be able to hold them accountable. We are overwhelmed as far as the number of people out there engaged in this type of activity and the type of things that they're doing. They'll take backpacks in the backpack will have.
Hailey Karenia
We're overwhelmed. He said, we're overwhelmed. There's so many people out there. The LAPD is overwhelmed. In that video, in that press conference, they went on to ask him, reporters asked him if he agreed with President Trump's decision to deploy National Guard. And he said no, they could have done a few things before calling in the National Guard. Well, from where I'm sitting, I wouldn't necessarily say that things looked like they were under control. So I do think sending in the National Guard was necessary, more than necessary, to get this under control.
Andy
I mean, how much has to be on fire before you decide to take control of the situation?
Hailey Karenia
Well, Gavin Newsom saying the same stuff. We're gonna get into all this, but Gavin Newsom is just, he's out of control. It makes me so, it makes me so mad. They're just completely, they're just not living in the same reality that we are. But here's. Before we get into how politicians covered this, I want to just take a moment to talk about how the media writ large covered this. So here's an. A lot of These are from ABC7. Here's a reporter from AB ABC7 saying that most of the people, I mean, this is even worse than fiery, but mostly peaceful. But he said that people out there, they're just Having fun.
ABC7 Reporter
Watch large group of people. It could turn very volatile if you move law enforcement in there in the wrong way and turn what is just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontation and altercation between officers and demonstrators.
Hailey Karenia
The cops are getting in the way of all of the fun. If they didn't send the cops in they would still be able. They would still be having fun. They're just fun suckers, that's all.
Andy
Well you know, it's la, you know, I mean the Lakers aren't playing, they're out of the playoffs. So what do we do? Let's just go light up some cars and watch them burn to the ground.
Hailey Karenia
They're just having fun. And calling in the cops would make it less fun. Of course. So that's ABC7. Here's another reporter saying that he wouldn't necessarily call this a riot. Watch.
ABC7 Reporter
This is. You can say what you will about the unrest and the violence. This is. It's hard to call this a riot. First of all that we've seen some burning cars and we have seen violence but Louisiana knows riots. We have seen them unfortunately in our past.
Hailey Karenia
Okay, so this is according to this reporter, not a violent disturbance of the peace by a crowd. I would call this a riot. I don't. Would you in the chat would you call this violent? Because I would call lighting cop. Cop cars on fire and those like self driving. We. What are those called? We move cars. Waymo. I don't know what they're called. It starts with a W. Something like that. I'm close but that's definitely wrong. I don't think setting cars on fire and throwing bricks at cops head is peaceful at all. I would say that that is a violent disturbance of the peace. But everyone's very familiar with the CNN fiery but mostly peaceful. During the summer of love in 2020 this has been recreated by another ABC7 reporter watch.
Janice Hahn
Demonstrations have been going on right outside the Federal Detention Center. Most of those demonstrations were very peaceful. They were chanting, they were shouting. People were driving by putting their horns and again they were expressing their anger about the detention of so many immigrants at the Federal Center.
Hailey Karenia
What does that guy have in his.
Janice Hahn
Hand inside the building?
Karen Bass
Building.
Janice Hahn
But at a certain point some of the demonstrators got very close, went onto the property, started tagging the building, started making. And shortly after all that happened, the.
Hailey Karenia
Agency flipping her off with a pit bull. There's so much happening in this video at the end there, there's this guy with a pit bull flipping her off. The other guy I don't know what's in his hand, if it's a Molotov cocktail or something, but she's like, all these people, they're just a little angry. They're making their voices heard. Like, nothing to see here. Even worse, local leaders and lawmakers are in lockstep downplaying all of it, and their TDS is in full swing. So here's Janice Hahn, the LA county supervisor. Watch this.
Karen Bass
Or what I'm really angry about is that, you know, this was all provoked by the overreach by our federal government to come into our communities. You know, the ICE agents and now the National Guard really causing fear and anxiety among our people. I was in Paramount yesterday and people were so worried and afraid and elected officials were trying to stand up for their communities and getting shot with rubber bullets. So my call tonight is for a retreat. If we want this to really de escalate, the federal government needs to retreat.
Hailey Karenia
So that first reporter said, you know, everyone's out here having so much fun. We just need the cops to go away so that the fun can continue. Well, the local law enforcement, the LA county, what's her face supervisor, she says that the cops being there made it more violent. You know, what's scarier than ICE agents on the street? Streets on fire. I. If I was living in la, I'd be afraid to walk outside my apartment, my house. Not because of the law enforcement presence, but because of everything else that requires the law enforcement presence. There would be no need for rubber bullets and tear gas if the protesters were peaceful. They are not. So if law enforcement could just, you know, get out of here, LA could really see its full potential. And that begs the question, what is that? Is it the city of Pompeii? Is it just. We burn everything to the ground and everyone is just mush? I mean, I don't, I don't.
Andy
It's all going to be okay.
Hailey Karenia
I. It gets worse. It gets worse because LA Mayor Karen Bass, she had this to say, watch.
Janice Hahn
Their First Amendment right, but people should also exercise that right peacefully. We do not want to play into the administration's hands. We're working with officials, we're organizing resources, but what we're seeing in Los Angeles is chaos that is provoked by the administration.
Hailey Karenia
Okay, so we had the reporter saying that the cops, they're just not letting anyone have fun. Then we had the. The cops are actually the reason why, you know, this is all happening. It's violent and because of the cops. And now LA Mayor Karen Bass, it's of course The Trump administration's fault. Because obviously everything is Trump's fault. Of course, if you're a Democrat in office, everything is Trump's fault. But I found it interesting that she's calling for peaceful protests, which, by the way, it's already gotten way out of hand, but she's calling for peaceful protests. But in the same breath she says, we don't want to play into the administration's hands. So by all means, make your voices heard. Don't be violent, not because violence is wrong, but because we don't want to give the Trump administration any more political ammo. That's what she meant by this. And then Adam Schiff, Senator Adam Schiff, he had. I always forget, is he a senator or a congressman? I think he. No, he's got to be on. He's on the Senate, I think. Why do I always forget? Yeah, because he's on. Yeah. Sometimes I remember them by their committees that they're on. Anyway, Senator Adam Schiff, the same narrative. Here's what he put out on X Los Angeles. Violence is never the answer. Assaulting law enforcement is never okay. Again, we're not giving them credit for saying this. This is so basic, bare bones humanity. But here, indeed, doing so plays directly into the hands of those who seek to antagonize and weaponize the situation for their own gain. Don't let them succeed. So he's not calling out Trump by name. But again, don't be violent because violence is wrong. Don't be violent because it'll make Trump look good, dammit, and we can't let that happen. That is the Democrats stance. So here's Kamala Harris's response. I mean, all of these leftists, I mean, it's just insane. Here is what she says. The office of Kamala D. Harris, who works in this office, at this point, I don't know. She could barely keep staffers when she was the Vice President of the United States. No one wanted her to be president. Who works for her now? Don't know. Maybe she just tweeted it out. Tweeted it out herself. And it looks cool to have an office. I don't know. Los Angeles is my home. And like so many other Americans, I am appalled at what we are witnessing on the streets of our city. Deploying the National Guard is a dangerous escalation meant to provoke chaos. In addition to the recent ICE raids in Southern California and across our nation, it is part of the Trump administration's cruel, calculated agenda to spread panic and division. Again, blaming it on President Trump. Does she think Trump is deporting criminals to spread panic. Who's panicking? Criminals. Criminals are panicking. People who live in Los Angeles are only panicking because they can't go outside because their car's on fire. And guess what the Trump administration is standing for? Law abiding American citizens who don't want their country to look like California. She went on to say that the protests have been overwhelmingly peaceful, fiery, but overwhelmingly peaceful. So, of course, these same narratives ring true. Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom confirmed earlier that he is going to sue the Trump administration for deploying the National Guard against. I would like to see him try, but here he is. He's upping the ante. He woke up and chose violence, threatening Tom Homan with a good time. Listen to this.
Gavin Newsom
Your hands off these poor people. Just trying to get. Live their lives, man. Trying to live their lives, paying their taxes. Been here 10 years. The fear, the horror, the hell is this guy? Come after me, arrest me. Let's just get it over with, tough guy. You know, I don't give a damn, but I care about my community. I care about this community. The hell are they doing? These guys need to grow up, they need to stop, and we need to push back. And I'm sorry to be so clear, but that kind of bloviating is exhausting. So, Tom, arrest me. Let's go.
Hailey Karenia
The perception is this is the same. I mean, is he getting these tactics from Biden, like, you know, I'll meet you behind the bleachers, you know, when Biden would get all, like, middle school bully on Trump, like, he could be.
Andy
Confused for a lot. Listen here, no one is confusing him as a tough guy. No one.
Hailey Karenia
Arrest me, Tom. Really? Come on. And all that the Trump administration is doing is begging Gavin Newsom to do his job. So this was all before the Marines were deployed. Now, as of a few hours ago, 700 Marines were deployed to Los Angeles to get this under control. And this is not over, by the way. This is expected to go into tonight. And however long it takes for law enforcement to get this under control, whether it's the National Guard, the Marines, whoever it is, but Gavin Newsom, I mean, they're in a Twitter spat now. Gavin Newsom and J.D. vance, you know, President Trump said earlier today, you know, you could ever tell, people said, you know, what crime reporters were asking Trump is what crime did Gavin Newsom commit? And he said his biggest crime was running for governor of California because California is, you know, in shambles. This was earlier today. And now Gavin Newsom is on The Internet retaliating with the Trump administration going back and forth, when honestly, it's just like, everyone needs to do their job. But the Trump administration is saying to Gavin Newsom, you do your job. The reason why we have to step in is because you did not do your job. Governor Gavin Newsom's job as the governor of California is to make it a great place to live, to keep things under control, to essentially be the president of that state. And California is not in good shape right now for a lot of reasons, but certainly in the context of this weekend and today, the city's burning again. So when you can't get this under control because you refuse to. Because it doesn't fit his narrative, of course he's allowing all these illegal aliens, he's giving them free health care, free Medicare, whatever. You know, he can't come out and say, oh, well, you know, no, no, no, no, no, it's already. It's already too late. But the only good thing about Gavin Newsom is that. Or not that it's a good thing, but it's a good thing that he's so horrible at his job that if he ever tries to run for 2028 for president, I really do think that we can use all of this as just a. A backdrop so that people know and the American people know that if this is what you want for the country, then if you want to California your country, this is what this would look like. Here's an AI ad using all of the fiery nonsense and Gavin Newsom on top of it, telling you how great California is. Watch.
Gavin Newsom
There's the American dream and the California dream. There's no Alabama dream. Eat your heart out. Texas, Tennessee and Florida. This is California. The world looks to us to see that it's possible to live, advance and prosper together across every conceivable difference. It's what makes this state great, that we don't tolerate that diversity as we once had. But we truly can look today and talk in terms of how we celebrate that diversity.
Hailey Karenia
Not looking so good. All the flames behind Gavin Newsom. This is. This is why I like AI. I don't like AI for a lot of reasons, but if it's to make Governor Gavin Newsom look stupid, then I'm all for. Is funny, though, how he's talking, you know, he's talking smack about Tennessee and Florida and all the states that people are fleeing California to. You know, he's talking smack about them like, you don't want to live in. You don't want to live In Tennessee. You don't want to live in Florida. You don't want to live in wherever else. He said, really, I'd much rather live there than the fiery hellscape behind you.
Andy
Or ask people that pay taxes in Tennessee if they'd rather live in Tennessee than California.
Hailey Karenia
Yeah, you can't try starting a business in California. Anyway. These are, these are the same politicians who clutched their pearls over January 6th. And I just want to say shove it and save it because you let your cities burn to the ground so that criminals can be criminals and you're too busy protecting criminals that you don't care about Angelenos who are afraid to leave their homes. And you're angry that President Trump had to come in and clean your mess. And President Trump, by the way, today declared that any politician who gets in the way of law enforcement, they will see federal charges brought against them. So I'm looking forward to the Trump administration, the National Guard, these Marines being deployed, I, I wish them luck tonight. And today I hope that they can get this mess under control. They shouldn't have had to be deployed. I agree with the Democrats. They shouldn't have had to be deployed, but they did because the Democrats didn't do their job. All right. Speaking of getting arrested, I don't know if Gavin Newsom will get arrested, but Greta Thunberg surely got arrested. If you watched my video or my show on Friday, you know, I had a former climate protester and former climate activist come on the show. I say former because she totally woke up from the scam. But, but she used to be embedded with Greta Thunberg and AOC and the like. And she was one of these climate protesters. She would be the ones at the pipelines and wherever and she's totally woken up. She said they leave all this garbage. They're, they don't really care about the things that they are fighting for and they're not really educated on the things that they are fighting for. And she also went into the fact that Greta Thunberg, she is just, she's moved on to the next sexy thing because climate stuff, no one's really talking about that. No one, no one in Congress is pushing anything. The Green New Deal is, is gone. AOC is not even talking about climate stuff anymore. It's just not, I mean, it was a big thing in 2016 and beyond, but we haven't really heard of it recently. So Greta Thunberg even has ditched the climate stuff. Not really. But now she's moving on to the Free Palestine section of the protesters because as we know, leftist protesters, it doesn't matter what they're protesting. They just, they just go for whatever cause it is. That's why when you see protests, there's reproductive health people, there's take down Tesla people, there's whatever it is, there's a protester there. Because a leftist protest just means, hey, we're all getting together. It's like their hangout. So Greta Thunberg, no one's talking about the climate anymore. She's jumped on the Free Palestine bandwagon. She has been on this flotilla with all of this aid, humanitarian aid that they're trying to bring to Gaza now. Humanitarian aid, it is necessary. This is a war zone. I'm not, you know, hating on her for bringing humanitarian aid, but you can tell that this is a photo op. She. There. There was video. I. I do have a video for you that I'm gonna play in just a moment. But I saw this other video of her. She's in this, like, frog hat. And I don't know how old Greta Thunberg is right now. Let me look it up. When she got into this, she was, I don't know, 14, which is weird. Makes me want to ask what her parents were thinking. But she's 22 years old now, so I don't know why she's wearing a frog hat. But you could see them getting arrested on board by Israeli forces. And she's smiling. She's smiling. And it's because this is the goal. Getting arrested is the goal. Getting humanitarian aid to people in Gaza. That was what they said the goal was. But getting arrested in getting this attention is the goal, make no mistake. So here's the video that she posted after being arrested. Watch.
Greta Thunberg
My name is Grifa Tumber, and I am from Sweden. If you see this video, we have been intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by the Israeli occupational forces or forces that support Israel. I urge all my friends, family and comrades to put pressure on the Swedish government to release me and the others as soon as possible.
Hailey Karenia
Does anyone feel bad? Anyway, Israel said that it would return the detainees back to their home countries. So seems like Greta Thunberg is on her way back to Sweden because that's what Israel does when people just show up unannounced. Imagine that no other country but ours allows random people to show up and walk in, especially when they're at war. So imagine if our country respected its own borders all the time and we didn't have to go through this four year, eight year, yo, yo back and forth where the borders open, close, open, close. LA would look a lot different right now if the border was closed all the time. Now I want to move on to another media hoax or what they're making into a hoax. Just an a mountain out of a molehill like they normally do. So President Trump was caught on camera tripping up the ST stairs on Air Force One. So this video is going viral. It's going viral. But of course, it was raining that day. And he wasn't the only one who fell. Marco Rubio came up right behind him and the Secretary of State fell, too. So let's watch the full video here. So here's President Trump walking up the stairs to Air Force One. Trips a little bit, stumbles a little bit, grabs onto the railing, keeps going, not phased, totally Fine. Gives his wave, hops on Air Force One. No big deal. Now, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is coming up here next. You can watch him going up the stairs. He's got a little pep in his step, and he slips in the same exact spot that President Trump did. So was this some, like, I don't know, this crazy? Oh, you know, the media is going to make. Make it what? The media makes it, of course. But I think clearly they tripped in the same spot. There must have been something, I don't know, wet on the stairs or whatever, but they both tripped. So I don't think that this is something that the left can attribute to Trump's age or his, you know, mental acuity or his fitness to be president, because Marco Rubio has all the jobs, he wears all the hats in the administration, and even he tripped. So. But I want to play this video because, you know, this is bringing back memories of President Biden and President Biden. I mean, he really was. He was tripping, stumbling all the time. But here, here's them side by side or up and down video of President Trump and President Biden both tripping up the stairs, going up to Air Force One. Watch this, the Biden video we all know and love. He trips three times, and really, he goes down on the third one. He. He's gotta, like, rub off his knees. He's gotta brush his shoulders off a little bit. So you can't really compare the two. I mean, Trump stumbles and keeps going. President Trump falls three separate times.
Andy
Yeah, he looks like he's dying in a Western. Biden does. I mean, that's a slow, agonizing.
Hailey Karenia
I know. It's like when you watch a movie in slow motion and someone's falling. It's like you want to try to help them, but you're moving in slow motion. Yeah. So we cannot compare the two. Obviously, Trump just keeps on going. Biden falling down, falling down, falls down again. So anyway, I was just Googling, and I want to do this with you all so we can Google, because I wanted to see how the media was covering Trump tripping versus Biden tripping. And I just got a kick out of this because if we Google Trump trips, it is. It's all over the map. I mean, everyone. Here we go. Trump trips. We're putting this in Google. Of course, Google is very woke. Trump stumbles and steps up to Air Force One. Trump, 78, stumbles, climbing stairs. Air Force, Air Force One. Trump stumbles up the stairs. Trump stumbles. Trump stumbles. Trump stumbles Trump trips up Air Force One. Okay, so here are all the headlines. Let's just Google for, for sake here. Biden trips. Because this just, I mean, Trump trips. You Google Biden trips. And here, here's the top Trump trips. Trump trips. Okay, here's one. Here's a video of Biden trips again. Okay, here. Then it goes to the office of the historian. They're talking about Biden going on trips, not Biden tripping. It is Biden's first presidential visit to South America. Yeah, I just thought that that was funny that when you Google Biden trips, Trump tripping comes up and then you scroll down a little bit and it's really just Biden taking trips. Totally different. And Biden was the one that was tripping, stumbling, all the things falling and falling on the ground. He needed help getting up and all that. I just, you know, woke Google. Google is woke the media. We don't hate them enough. But Eric Swalwell, Congressman Eric Swalwell, he's a Democrat, he posted this meme online. This was on X earlier he posted. This meme is everywhere. Let's be kinder to. Hold on. Scroll, scroll back up so I can read it. This meme is everywhere. Let's be kinder to each other. Making fun of an almost 80 year old falling on the stairs has no place in our politics. And oh, so now Eric Swalwell, he does not want to make fun of people all of a sudden because he knows that he was not calling out Biden for falling, of course. But they, you know, it's the Taco Bell logo. It's in the style of the Taco Bell logo and it says Taco fell. And it's President Trump falling. Taco apparently stands for Trump always chickens out. I don't know why they're calling him.
Andy
Is that real?
Hailey Karenia
Yeah, it's like on TikTok and on like leftist Twitter, they're all.
Andy
I would explain why I haven't seen it.
Hailey Karenia
If it's on TikTok, it's on Twitter too. I mean, here they're talking, you know, they're calling Trump Taco. Trump always chickens out. What does he chicken out from? I don't know. But that's why people are calling Trump Taco. And of course the meme Taco fell instead of Taco Bell. I just think it's funny how he says, you know, stop sharing this meme. While he's sharing the meme. He could have just said, hey, I know everyone's seen the Taco Fell meme. Stop sharing it. But he had to share it again himself. So I just think. I don't know if he's trolling or if he just. He just wants to pretend like he's holier than that. He's holier than thou. He's better than you. He doesn't make fun of presidents when they fall because, you know, he's better. But of course, this is a total difference because Biden was failing physically, mentally. He was dealing with medical issues that the American people were unaware of. I mean, the extent of which we were unaware of. We knew that he was dealing with something, lots of things, but we didn't know it was cancer. We didn't know that, you know, whatever. We didn't know the extent. And now, of course, everyone on the left, they just get to pretend like, oh, well, let's not make fun of President Trump stumbling. President Trump's fine. He can run circles around you. Even Eric Swalwell. So there. I also want to get into this Simone Biles, Riley Gaines feud. Do I have time to do this? Yeah, I think I have time to do all this. I've got a lot of Simone Biles stuff. I got a lot of scrolling time stuff. So let's get into the Simone Biles of it all. This is where the beef originally started. So here's the first thing that Simone Biles, the Olympian, the gymnast, she is an extraordinaire, very talented. She is the best of the best. And this is what she posted on X. This was in response to one of Riley Gaines tweets where there was a trans athlete on a sports team of young girls. And obviously Riley Gaines was doing what Riley Gaines does best, and that's calling out the hypocrisy and standing up for biological women. And Simone Biles replied, bully someone your own size, which would ironically be a male rude. Then here's another tweet. This was the the beef continues. She also replied to Riley Gaines, you're truly sick. All of this campaigning because you lost a race. Straight up sore loser. You should be uplifting the trans community and perhaps finding a way to make space sports inclusive or creating a new avenue where trans feel safe in sports. Maybe a transgender category in all sports, but instead you bully them. One thing's for sure, no one in sports is safe with you around. Okay, so now the beef continues. Riley Gaines, as we know, she does not back down from a fight. Here is what Riley Gaines responded. Oop. Don't you hate it when your past self completely undermines your current nonsensical argument? How has 2025 Simone reconciled with the fact that 2027, sorry, 2017, Simone was a truly sick bully by her own standards. And Riley, of course, found a Simone Biles tweet from 2017 where she said, ah, good thing guys don't compete against the girls, or he'd take all the gold medals. And so back in 2017, Simone Biles didn't think that men should compete against women because they're so great and so fantastic and so talented and better than women. And, of course, Riley Gaines found that old tweet, which is awesome. And it just goes to show that the hypocrisy is palpable, and it's palpable in a lot of ways, because Simone Biles, she used to stand up for women. She used to be a. An inspiration to women. She still. I would say she still is. I think a lot of young girls look up to Simone Biles, probably because they're too young to understand all this beef. But as a gymnast, I think a lot of girls look up to Simone Biles. They want to be like Simone Biles. She is, I think, four, eight. She's very small, but she's very muscular. And she did a whole piece ahead of the Olympics one year for NBC telling why she loves her body in this body positive video. Watch this question I wish people would.
Simone Biles
Stop asking me is, how tall are you? Are you gonna grow? I'm not going anywhere. I'm 48. I'm stuck. I'm Simone Bowles, and I love my body.
Hailey Karenia
So Simone Biles loves her body, and.
Simone Biles
It teaches younger girls to love their bodies as well. I think I've learned to love my muscles a lot more than when I was younger. I got made fun of for my arms a lot. Some people would say, like, mean things. They used to call me, like, a soldier at the time. It didn't make me feel the best, so I wore sweaters or jackets all year long. Now I show off my arms all the time.
Hailey Karenia
Okay. How great for Simone Biles that she feels so comfortable in her body that she's willing to bully Riley Gaines, who is 5 5, but because she's muscular, also, she is going to bully people her own size, which is men, according to Simone Biles. So Simone Biles, she wants Riley Gaines to fight for. And this is in reference to her first tweet, she wants Riley Gaines to fight for a transgender category in all sports. Simone, you fight for that. If you think it's so important. I'll tell you why Riley Gaines doesn't support that because it defies biological reality. First of all, there aren't enough trans athletes in each sport to create their own category, thank God. Second, if trans people were competing against each other, guess who still has the unfair biological advantage? Men. You can take all the hormones you want and Frankenstein your body. You're still a biological male with all of the advantages that come along with it. And then are these trans athletes getting their own locker rooms? Because guess what? Trans men are still going to have to undress in front of trans women. That's women in front of men, of course. So this accomplishes nothing. It doesn't make sports a safer place for everyone. It endangers women in every scenario, even women who identify as men. Taylor Silverman, she's another athlete who stands up for women's sports. She posted this on X, bringing up a really great point. If Larry Nassar came out as trans, would you want him moved to a women's prison? Simone Biles famously testified. Called out Larry Nassar for abusing women in the. In the gymnastics space for years. And Larry Nassar is disgusting. But do we want Larry Nassar and other people who are disgusting and want to do harm to women to be allowed in women's spaces? Of course not. So it's convenient that Simone Biles gets to take this stance that trans athletes should be able to compete in any category they want, because it's never affected her. It's never impacted her career for the worse. She's never had a scholarship taken away from her by a trans athlete. She's never felt uncomfortable by a trans athlete in. In a locker room. She's never had a trans athlete win gold so that she had to win silver. That's never happened to Simone Biles. But if all this lunacy continues, it might. And maybe she would change her mind. But she's never had to deal with this, because men's and women's gymnastics are totally different, which is great. It protects women from having their opportunities taken away from them, which is why Simone Biles has succeeded. But for Simone to make fun of Riley's body is such a low blow that contradicts everything she's ever said about empowering women and uplifting women and girls to feel comfortable in their bodies when they're being bullied for how strong they are. This is how the left operates. It's women supporting women. Unless that woman happens to be conservative or she happens to think differently than the pack. In that case, it calls for relentless attacks from bullies on the left. The hypocrisy is so disappointing to see from someone who used to be a role model to so many women and now has let all of them down. On that note, let's get to some fun. In scrolling time, someone said, who else wants to see Haley interview Riley? I should get her on. We used to be colleagues at Outkick together, so I'll text her and see, but she's very busy. On that note, I want to go into the Elon Trump breakup of it all. I just wanted to. I wanted to wait a few days to. I already covered it on Thursday, of course, when everything was going on. It was so funny. I posted, I always post my, my show link, the link to Rumble on my Instagram story. And I wrote slow news day with the link to the show and people were replying to me. How could you say that? It's not a slow news day? Elon and Musk, all this stuff. Elon and Trump, it's sarcasm. It's sarcasm. It just, sometimes it, I don't know. Obviously it was not a slow news day. It was the busiest news day in a long time and we did get to it. And I went through all that back and forth. You all know how I feel about Elon and his disgusting jab at Trump, but people on the Internet are having a lot of fun with it. And I think sometimes, you know, if you don't laugh, you cry.
Greta Thunberg
So.
Hailey Karenia
So here's a. A tribute to President Trump and Elon Musk's bromance. Watch, of course, set to Taylor Swift, very moody. Watch them dance together. We're going through all the headlines. Elon Musk, goodbye. Keep donating all this money. And now the car. They've been through so much. They've been through so much. Okay, now some stuff has happened on X since they stopped going back and forth and tweeting at each other, that has stopped. But I want to pull up Elon. Tweet 1. So, Elon Musk, I don't know if this is supposed to be some kind of a olive branch that he's trying to do here, where he's trying to make everyone forget that he called President Trump a pedophile, essentially, but he posted on X yesterday or late last night, a screenshot from Donald Trump's Truth Social page where he's calling out Governor Gavin Newsom. And Elon Musk screenshotted it, posted it to his own X account, which makes me seem like he's in a. In agreement with. With Donald J. Trump, which is just not what we saw last week. So again, Odd. Then if we could pull up Elon tweet, too. This was even earlier than that. So this is a JD Vance tweet. The Vice President put out another. A screenshot from Donald J. Trump's Truth Social account, talking about everything going on in Los Angeles. And Vice President Vance said, this moment calls for decisive leadership. The President will not tolerate rioting and violence. And Elon Musk, quote, tweeted this and added two American flags. So, again, it seems like this is going to. He's trying to turn this into an olive branch. Like, everyone forget that I totally stripped you down and embarrassed you and called you a pedophile just late last week. That's what this says to me. And I think that this is kind of gross to do without apologizing. First, I need to see an apology from Elon Musk saying, hey, I know I called you a pedophile. I really didn't mean that. I don't have the evidence to back this up. Unless, of course, he does, but I really don't think so. So all of this seems very phony to me, and I just got just bad vibes.
Andy
See, I kind of thought it. It might be like just a little bit of a. I miss you. I don't really want to say it. I don't. I don't want to admit it. So I'm just gonna put American flags and. And retweet what you say.
Hailey Karenia
I think Elon Musk got FOMO because he wasn't invited to the UFC fight over the weekend. And everyone was there. Trump was there. It was like all the fanfare. Elon Musk wasn't invited. He was like, well, let me just throw out some American flag emojis on X and see if I can get back in his good graces. And honestly, I don't think that you can recover from calling someone a pedophile. You just can't. Anyway, I want to go into all of the. All of the fun memes and posts on X from just this whole bromance. And. Well, I shouldn't say bromance. I should say the breakup, I guess. So everyone on Blue sky watching this go down via screenshots of tweets, of course, all the leftists who left X when Elon Musk took over and they went over to Blue sky, whatever the hell that is. I'm not on Blue Sky. Is anyone on Blue Sky? But this is everyone just hating from outside of the club because they can't get in. Now, why did they both stop posting? Get back to it. Boys. Yeah, Taylor, it's me. I need your advice on something. Here's a picture of President Trump calling Taylor Swift the breakup queen. Just for some advice, here's my favorite. Elon Musk's face photoshopped on Hunter Biden in the throes of some kind of a. I don't know, crack.
Andy
There's a lot going on there.
Hailey Karenia
There's a lot going on here. But Elon Musk's face photoshopped onto Hunter Biden's body in a bathtub, which. And a cigarette in his mouth, of course, in true Hunter Biden fashion. But yes, everyone was saying that Elon Musk was on some sort of drugs, ketamine or something when he was doing this, which makes sense to me. I don't know. I don't know if you can call the President of the United States a pedophile sober. So then there were a lot of tweets about JD Vance being caught in the middle, like, of his two parents fighting, which I also was finding very funny. Like he was the child of divorce or a product of divorce. It's not your fault. And this is J.D. vance. He's going through a phase. It's not a. It's just a. It's not a phase, Mom. He's got his, like, side part and his emo makeup. I thought that was funny. We can solve our nation's debt crisis by having Donald Trump and Elon Musk fight live on pay per View, which, honestly, to my point about Elon Musk missing out on all the UFC fanfare this weekend, I think maybe he would sign up for that. Remember when Elon Musk was supposed to fight Mark Zuckerberg? What happened with that?
Andy
Well, it was going to be a jiu jitsu match, and I don't know, there was a lot of talk with. I don't know if anything happened. I don't think anything happened, but who knows? I mean, let's get us. Maybe you can be the woman to bring this back to the. To the forefront. Let's get this going.
Hailey Karenia
Hey, Elon Musk. Well, here's the thing. They would need to be drug tested. Elon Musk can't just, like ketamine fight people. That would be an unfair. I don't know, would you have an advantage or a disadvantage if you're on ketamine? I don't know anything about drugs. This is another, like, J.D. vance caught in the middle of his parents divorce. We brought back these memes of JD Vance. What do you mean you don't Love each other anymore. Is everybody having a good time? President Trump just coming back. This is obviously in reference to everyone having the best time on Twitter. This is one of the best days on Twitter in a long time. Your name is Elon now. President Trump talking to Mark Zuckerberg. Maybe Mark Zuckerberg will be back in. Back into the throw here. Back into the fold, I should say.
Andy
Back in the good graces.
Hailey Karenia
Certainly not. He was doing all the stumping for the Biden administration then he was just. He was sad that he got caught. He was sorry that he got caught. And that's now, apparently, he's not really shadow banning conservatives on Facebook and Instagram anymore. And I've seen some pretty good engagement. I used to get better engagement on TikTok, but now I get better engagement on Instagram. And maybe that's because Elon Musk has woken up. I don't know. Everything you own in a box to the left, which is Beyonce Irreplaceable. That song by Beyonce, famous breakup song. It's really good. Elon, if you're in line to get more ketamine, stay in line. You know how people say that when it's. People are voting and it's like the polls are closing? I feel like if you're there, stay in line. Yes. I think the ketamine fueled the funny tweets. Or not the funny tweets, just the shocking tweets. It was fun for everyone else who's making fun of it. Someone get him four speed tables, tablets and some poppers and tell him to clock back in. This is. These were the tweets when the. The bromance was coming to a close and the fighting was coming to a close. People wanted them to get back going. Real men would be fighting it out on the White House lawn. Do you agree that they should have taken this outside?
Andy
They. They could probably sell tickets for that. Like inside the fence tickets. Outside the fence tickets. We, you know, to shorten the rounds. I don't know what tri mean. I'd say Trump's lost some lbs, but he's probably. He's probably going to lose some wind there in the later rounds.
Hailey Karenia
To the point of the tweet earlier, we could fix the national debt by just, can we monetize this and fix the debt?
Andy
I think that's. That's. That could be live on Netflix, too.
Hailey Karenia
We are so lucky this happened during the SNL off season. Well, SNL would just make it not funny. SNL is so rarely funny now that this just. It wouldn't have been good. Whatever they came up with, it probably wouldn't have been good. Who among us hasn't done a fire hose of ketamine and publicly feuded with the President online? So relatable. Sell Tesla, of course, this classic meme. Nancy. Nancy Pelosi on her phone. Just the insider trading of it all. She's. She's thinking that it's not going to be good for Elon Musk in this. They're on Blue sky arguing whether it's sexist to make the Girls are fighting jokes. That's funny. Did you see AOC was like, the girls are fighting. That's. It's actually hilarious because all the they thems went over to Blue Sky. Amazingly, don't pick a fight with a narcissistic billionaire who owns their own social media site isn't specific enough because it's. It's both of them. It's a Doge Eat Doge world. That one made me laugh. Also, Kanye west coming back into the fold and tweeting again. I don't. I. People haven't been talking about Kanye west tweeting, so I didn't know that he came back, but he tweeted, bros, please know we love you both so much. Random. Then someone said the bright side for Elon is he likely defunded the department that would have gotten him assassinated, which is good. Unfortunately, those that those Doge cuts haven't been implemented yet, but. So maybe it's still intact. Someone said, this is honestly a tremendous amount of fun. If you forget for a moment. We are running a country here. JD Vance is getting body to. JD Vance is getting body dysmorphia from We Fit in the basement right now. This is again, a child of divorce joke, which I am. So maybe I find this funny, but when your parents are fighting, you like, go make yourself busy doing something else. And a lot of millennials, people my age, they, they got body dysmorphia from Wii Fit. You would do this, like, Wii Fit. Does everyone know what Wii is? Like Wii Sports you could make, you could play, you know, basically the controllers.
Andy
You could play golf.
Hailey Karenia
It was sort of like virtual reality before virtual reality, but you could play golf and tennis and bowling and stuff on your tv. And if you asked it, there was like a little fitness test that you could take. And I was like 12 years old with my Wii Fit and it was like, you're 47 years old. And it would just. Anyway, so that's the body dysmorphia aspect of it. J.D. vance is getting body dysmorphia from Wii Fit in the basement. There's, there's a lot of. There's, There's a lot of layers to this. Me trying to bring peace to Trump and Elon. Does everyone remember these? This ad that went viral? Kendall Jenner, when Was this? Like 2016 or something? Maybe there was some unrest. I forget when this was, but that went viral. The Pepsi ad where she was trying to, like, make the racial division better in this country by giving the cops a Pepsi. They're eating the doges. They're eating the cats. That was a good one. That made me chuckle. I don't think it's fair to see all these blue sky refugees showing back up just to get in on the fun. Oh, sure, now you love toxic slop. I don't think. I don't think so. Unless you're gonna eat it every day like the rest of us. Making fun of people who left X when Elon Musk took over. And then, of course, coming back when things get juicy, unfair, and bought it before Elon went crazy. You know, all the leftists, they're doing the. What is it called? Bumper stickers. The bumper stickers that say, you know, bought this before Tesla, bought this before Elon Musk was pro Trump or whatever. So here's, you know, President Trump with his AI bumper sticker, bought it before Elon went crazy.
Andy
See, I think that's going to be the telltale sign of all this. Does he keep that car?
Hailey Karenia
He's already said he's selling it.
Andy
Well, I'm. But he hadn't yet. He says a lot, but I mean, if that.
Hailey Karenia
Oh, I don't think he's going to be. He doesn't even drive it anyway. He lets Caroline Levitt and Margot and all the girls drive it, but I'm.
Andy
Sure they like it if it stays.
Hailey Karenia
It's not staying. I don't think. I don't. I do not think Trump. If anything, President Trump is a. He's a good grudge holder and he's all about loyalty. I think if he says the car is going, the car is going. That's in my opinion. Not now, sweetie. Mommy's refreshing the Tesla stock price with a Sims baby on fire. Am I the only one who gets these, like, wee jokes and Sims jokes? I hope not. I used to play the Sims when I was younger. Somewhere out there, Joe Biden is enjoying an ice cream cone and has no idea what Twitter or X is. And I think that's beautiful. Do you think, like, who. Who told Biden about this. Like, who's giving Biden the debrief on all of this?
Andy
Whoever woke him up.
Hailey Karenia
You think so? Or letting him just live out his retirement dreams? I don't know.
Andy
No, he's, he's, he's toes in the sand and asleep. Full, full sleep.
Hailey Karenia
Yeah. Good for him. Someone pointed out, and a lot of people have been pointing this out, that, you know, Elon Musk said that President Trump was a pedophile. And then, of course, let's Elon Musk's son, X, you know, hang out with President Trump. I don't think so. Someone else tweeted, and then Musk replied by calling the president a pedophile. Some middle schoolers. History class report. Twenty years from now, it is crazy to think what school or how schools are going to teach the Trump era in the future, because teachers are so woke now I'm going to have to teach my kids all the good things that Trump did because they're certainly not going to get it in school unless they're homeschooled or. I don't know. We just can't trust teachers these days, to tell the truth. So, Elon Musk waking up from his drug binge to find himself on a plane to El Salvador. Like the opening Skyrim cutscene. We're hitting X levels. That shouldn't be possible. I agree. This was, this was good. Still better than Kamala. Democrats trying to figure out whose side to be on. This is a good one. All the Democrats, Republicans fighting, and me who's still paying taxes on tips. Libs aren't sure if they're supposed to be torching their Teslas or revving them. Funniest day online since the billionaire submersible went missing. JD Vance tearfully asking whose house he's supposed to go to for Christmas. Everyone on X. And this is just a shocked photo of the South African president. Men used to duel. Now they fight like this. And it's just guys kicking their feet on their phones. Mean tweets versus ketamine tweets. That's a good one. Schumer just being a loser. A lot of mean girls. Jokes, liberals, leftist centrist Donald Trump, which watching everyone fight. This is an AI photo of Baron Trump looking over President Trump's soldier shoulder as he writes a tweet. And he says, Now St. Nick Cannon has more baby mamas than you. Oh, my gosh, there's just so many good ones. My favorite one. And we'll end on this. Someone said, I wish President Biden were alive to see all this right now and I just thought that that was funny because he's alive. But is he? I don't know. On that note, I went very long today. Thank you so much for joining me and scrolling along with me. I had fun. Catch me here right back here tomorrow, rumble.comhaleys where you can watch the show live Monday to Friday, 6:00pm Eastern Time Eastern. In the meantime, follow me on socials. You can catch all the behind the scenes, everything else until then. So I'll see you tomorrow.
Nightly Scroll with Hayley: “Fiery, But Mostly Peaceful” The Sequel (Ep.65) – Detailed Summary
Release Date: June 9, 2025
Host: Hayley Karenia
In the 65th episode of Nightly Scroll with Hayley, Hayley Karenia dives deep into the tumultuous events that unfolded over the past weekend, particularly focusing on the violent protests in Los Angeles. With her signature conservative perspective, Hayley dissects the causes, the responses from authorities, and the broader political implications of these events.
[00:00] Hayley begins by setting the scene of Los Angeles, describing the city as being set ablaze by "violent agitators and criminals" protesting against ICE’s deportation efforts. She criticizes the local officials for downplaying the threat and highlights the chaos that ensued.
Hayley presents disturbing footage of protests where individuals threw rocks, scooters, and Molotov cocktails at law enforcement vehicles, leading to significant property damage and injuries to ICE agents and police officers.
Hayley scrutinizes the media’s portrayal of the protests, particularly critiquing ABC7's reporting which labeled the events as “mostly peaceful” and described protesters as “having fun.”
She contrasts this with the statements from LAPD Chief and local officials who acknowledged the increasing violence and chaos resulting from the protests, highlighting the discrepancy between media narratives and on-the-ground realities.
The episode delves into the responses from various political figures. Hayley critiques LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn and Governor Gavin Newsom for their handling of the situation, attributing the chaos to Democratic mismanagement.
Hayley also references statements from Senator Adam Schiff and Vice President Kamala Harris, condemning the violence while simultaneously blaming the Trump administration for exacerbating the situation.
A significant portion of the episode addresses President Trump’s recent stumble up the stairs to Air Force One. Hayley compares this incident with President Biden’s frequent missteps, arguing that the media unfairly targets Trump.
She criticizes the media and platforms like Google for highlighting Trump’s stumble while downplaying similar incidents involving Biden, suggesting a bias against conservative figures.
Hayley explores the escalating feud between Olympian Simone Biles and activist Riley Gaines. She accuses Biles of hypocrisy, highlighting her previous advocacy for body positivity against her current antagonistic stance towards Gaines.
Hayley argues that Biles’ actions undermine her role as a female empowerment figure, portraying Gaines as a defender of biological women against Biles’ perceived overreach.
Transitioning to international news, Hayley discusses Greta Thunberg’s arrest by Israeli forces upon her arrival in Gaza. She frames the event as a mere photo opportunity for Thunberg, questioning the authenticity of her activism.
Hayley presents a video statement from Thunberg, emphasizing her capture and questioning the genuine intent behind her actions.
In a lively segment, Hayley covers the deteriorating relationship between Elon Musk and President Trump. She recounts Musk’s past derogatory remarks about Trump and analyzes recent interactions that suggest a possible reconciliation, albeit skeptically.
Hayley highlights various memes and social media posts mocking both Musk and Trump, portraying the fallout as a spectacle of political and personal animosity.
Hayley wraps up the episode by reflecting on the ongoing chaos in Los Angeles, the shifting alliances between political figures, and the broader implications for American society. She underscores the importance of law enforcement and criticizes Democratic leadership for their perceived inability to maintain order.
