Tell a friend about a show and you're definitely going to want to tell a friend about this show because I've got my next guest on deck and you are going to love this story. My next guest has been making headlines for years, all because he's a business owner who is proud to be a Christian and American and a Trump supporter. The saying go woke, go broke does not apply to Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho. The nothing they do is woke, whether it's worship events, conspiracy nights, election watch parties, and even their latest viral offer. Free beer for a year if you help ice to port an illegal alien. Free beer, law and order. Can it get any better than that? Owner of Old State Saloon, Mark Fitzpatrick joins tonight's episode of Nightly Scroll. Thank you so much for joining me. I'm so excited to have you. I've been following you for years, so I'm excited to hear about, you know, this new offer, but I want to start from the beginning. So how long have you been open at Old State Saloon? Have you been in the industry for a while?
Mark Fitzpatrick (2:07)
Yeah. We're coming up on three years here being open and it's been quite the adventure. I'll tell you, it's my first time ever owning something like this and doing this kind of a business and I just knew that I wanted a place and my, my wife and I knew we wanted a place where people could come and Gather and be Americans and patriots, Christian, boldly, you know, professing truth, seeking truth. We invite people to come talk at, at Old State Saloon and, and give presentations and we encourage, and kind of coach and teach the audience to, to, to actually ask questions and, and decide, you know, is what this person's saying true? Is there some truth to it? What did I learn? What can we learn from each other? Open dialogue. Just kind of like a place for the community to come together. All that stuff. Prayer, worship in a bar. It's amazing.
