Justin

Hailey Carania
Nothing in my life goes as smoothly.
Andrew
I'm waiting for the catch.
Hailey Carania
Maybe there's no catch.
Andrew
That's exactly what a catch would want me to think.
Guest Speaker
Wow.
Hailey Carania
You need to relax. I need to knock on wood.
Andrew
Do we have wood?
Hailey Carania
Is this table wood? I think it's laminate. Okay. Yeah, that's good.
Justin
That's close enough.
Hailey Carania

Multiple crimes have been committed. One at a pizza parlor, one on an airplane. Actually, two on an airplane. We've got two airplane crimes and one on a train. They're all crimes against humanity, but not the kind you go to jail for, although these perpetrators should. Then we have a very special surprise for everyone. I. You know, we always talk about, on this show, taking the show on the road. We've got a long list of places that we want to go. Alligator, Alcatraz, the Tesla Diner, wherever the hell that is. I don't know where it is, but we have talked about going to Costco because I've never been to Costco and I've never eaten at Costco. So we went to Costco and we were bringing you along with us. So let's super scroll. This video has millions of views, millions and tens of thousands of comments in support of which man in the women's restroom? Let's watch.
Andrew
I'm standing in the doorway of the ladies bathroom. Okay?
Hailey Carania
My wife.
Andrew
There is a man with his two little girls using the women's bathroom.
Justin
He is.
Andrew
He's washing his hands with his daughters right now. He is leaving it. All right, baby. She is waiting to use the restroom with her mother, who is very ill. Wash your hands. And who is on oxygen.
Justin
It's okay.
Andrew
Some are just immature. And he's refusing. He's taking his sweet ties. I have two girls washing their hands. You.
Justin
You let this lady.
Andrew
This woman is a.
Hailey Carania
She's a woman.
Andrew
She can bring her daughters in here. She's a manager of the qt.
Guest Speaker
I'm their dad.
Andrew
You can ask her. I understand. And you don't have any business bringing her into the women's bathroom. They're. They're girls. They go to the women's bathroom. As soon as he leaves the man's. The woman's bathroom, I will. I'm standing in the doorway. He's making his all sweet time. You can video me, okay? And you got a shirt.
Hailey Carania
Put his hands on me.
Andrew
Yeah, well, stop videoing me. Man, he just put his hands on me. I touched you. I brushed you on the shirt. That's still touching. Yeah. That's ridiculous. That's ridiculous. I got it on video. He's a white man. He's about 5, 10.
Hailey Carania
He's on the phone with the cops.
Andrew
Get here soon. I know she's trying to get into the women's bathroom and she can't.
Hailey Carania
Like, y' all can take that that
Andrew
way, so she knows he's out. Now he's standing here about me taking my little girls. Justifying what? He's been to the woman's restroom. He wants me to take them to the men's restroom.
Justin
I'm.
Andrew
I'm just standing here. Probably a weirdo that wants to see them in there. Are they. Are they coming down here? Do I need to stay down here or way. Yes. Do I need to speak to them? How you can come here? Cuz I got. I got a. I'm on my. I'm on a road trip trying to get home.
Hailey Carania
We're on a road trip, too, and I couldn't get. Okay, I can already see what some of you are saying in the chat. And we're on the same page here. And it's funny because we talk about this bathroom debate thing on the show every once in a while. And most of the time, I am an advocate for no men in the women's bathroom, obviously. But most of the time, the context in which this debate comes up is when mentally ill, sexually deviant, deranged men are in the bathroom and they are forcing their way into the women's bathroom because they think that they are women. That is not what we are seeing in this instance. And if I had to guess, the guy that is screaming on the phone with. I don't even know who he was on the phone with at first, but then he called the cops later. So I don't know who he was on the phone with because it was a manager also in the doorway with them. But if I had to guess, he probably thought that he was doing the right thing. He saw a man in the woman's bathroom. He's probably. If I had to guess, he's probably on our side. He's probably watched Fox News and he's seen this debate go on and on. He thought, I'm going to do the right thing. I'm going to be the hero in the moment. But this is. He's way off. I think he had good intentions, but he's way, way off. A man in the bathroom with his two Girls, that dad is doing exactly what he needed to do to protect his two little girls. Because what is the alternative? You send your girls into the bathroom alone and then what? Or you take your two girls into the men's restroom with other grown men. That wouldn't make me feel comfortable. And as a woman, I'm telling you, if I walked into the bathroom and I saw this dad and his two daughters, I would give them the 30 seconds it takes to wash their hands, and I would be completely fine with this. There are. There's nuance to this bathroom debate. It's not that all men can't go into the bathroom at all times. You just have to be respectful of the women. The trans people are not respectful of the women. So that's where that debate is. Case closed for me. Where it. When it's trans people and it's men who think that they're women, like, no. That. That you're. No, that's wrong. But when it's a man doing what's best for his family, you have to just, you know, take the bathroom debate with a grain of salt and you say, okay, within this context, it is a okay. This man is protecting his daughters. And most women can get behind that. Most women respect that. And I've been in the bathroom before where, like, most maintenance guys are guys. And I've been in the bathroom where a guy knocks on the door and says, maintenance, is anyone in here? And you say, yes, give me a minute. And they do. But that's how it's done. When a man needs to enter the women's restroom for whatever reason, you make sure that you announce yourself and you make sure that everyone's comfortable. And this man said, no one was in the bathroom. We made sure of that at the time. So his caption on the TikTok was this. The dad's caption, Y' all make this man famous. We stopped at a quick trip on our road trip from Florida back to Oklahoma so my daughters could use the restroom. The women's restroom was empty, so I took them in. I'd rather do that than bring two little girls into a men's bathroom full of grown men and dirty stalls. This guy comes in barging and yelling, scares my daughters, and somehow thinks they should have been in the men's room instead. Am I wrong here? Hashtag girl dad. You are not wrong, sir. You are not wrong. You did the exact thing that you were supposed to do as a dad, protecting your daughters.
Additional Guest
You.
Hailey Carania
And then he was saying, well, my wife and someone else needed to use the restroom. They absolutely can use the restroom. When they're done washing their hands in 30 seconds, nobody can't use the restroom. So I am completely backing this dad and you. I mean, if you watch this video on TikTok, there are tens of thousands of comments supporting the dad. It's sort of black and white.
Justin
I keep flip flopping because producer Justin came in and was saying he should just go to the men's restroom because he's the adult and he's the male. But if the women's restroom is open completely and you have two little girls, I totally get his reasoning. I have no idea what to. I just think one guy's in the wrong.
Hailey Carania
I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing two little girls into the men's bathroom.
Justin
I think it would have to be completely empty again, but that's, you know,
Andrew
not, not that I disagree, but why not?
Hailey Carania
Why wouldn't you want to bring two little girls into the men's bathroom? Because men are disgusting and very scary.
Andrew
Because you think they're going to creep on you? Creep on the girls or because you don't want the girls to see penises?
Hailey Carania
Both,
Justin
both.
Hailey Carania
And here's the thing too. I think in today's day and age, it's a little different than it was. I don't remember ever being in this situation. Like maybe it was just I was too young or something. I don't remember ever going into the bathroom like alone or, or anything like that. But I have heard of situations where you send your little girl in with another woman and like if there's a woman, if, if a dad came up to me and said, hey, my little girl has to go to the bathroom, would you go in with her? Absolutely. Hands down, I would do that. But in today's day and age, how can you trust that that person is trustworthy?
Justin
I don't think I trust the soul.
Hailey Carania
I think. But in the 90s and before, like when I grew up, that was a thing you see, like a trusted adult, a woman. Could you help me out in this situation? I think a lot of dads would feel uncomfortable and wouldn't want to go into the bathroom for this reason. Because you're going to get yelled at. You're going to go viral on Tik tok. And I think back in the day it was more acceptable to ask someone, could you help me out in this moment? And most women would say, absolutely, I will help you. But I wouldn't do that now. I would not trust a woman. I wouldn't trust any stranger. With my children. I don't have children, but hypothetically, I would not trust any adult other than myself. So to Justin's point, the dad is protecting them either way, right? The dad brings two little girls, let's say, into the men's restroom. But to Justin's, what you brought up, like, why would you bring a little girl into a men's bathroom? Like, it's just. It's the wrong place. So I think guy on the phone
Justin
is in the wrong every which way.
Andrew
That's for sure. You.
Hailey Carania
I mean, calling the cops. Like, what are you doing? I mean, the guy's already out of the bathroom.
Andrew
Like, it. It is. It's hard though, because you're like, you're either protecting the women in the women's bathroom from jump scare or otherwise, or you're protecting your daughters from being in the men's bathroom. Like, it's. You just have to hope there's a family bathroom. And I don't know, maybe you grab a gas station clerk and be like, stand at this door for a second and let people know I'm in here.
Hailey Carania
I don't know. Yep. No, I know. And honestly, like, best case scenario, you've got, you know, girls with their mom and boys with their dad, but that's not reality. Like, you know, a mom's with her young son. You know, you bring the young son into the women's restroom and. And vice versa. The dad would bring the little girl into the girl's bathroom and make sure that. Announce yourself. Make sure that the women know that a man is coming in and for this purpose. And best case scenario, you go in when it's empty. So I think he just got caught in the wrong moment. If it was 30 seconds later and they were done washing their hands, none of this would have happened. You know,
Justin
the cops.
Hailey Carania
What are the cops going to do? Like, the cops come and say, hey, don't do that. Like, what?
Justin
I just feel like everybody is an adult and has a general baseline of understanding for trying to do the absolute best with your children. Why are you calling the cops, guy?
Hailey Carania
Yeah.
Justin
How is that good for anybody?
Hailey Carania
All in all, the guy on the phone is in the wrong, and I support the girl, dad, 100%. This next video, wow. This has just absolutely blue. Like, it's blown my mind in a way because the, the. The video starts and you think he's gonna go somewhere, but then he kind of. He kind of makes a good point. Listen to this.
Andrew
I think it's crazy. The reason why we're running out of White people music is because of the housing crisis. Houses are too expensive.
Hailey Carania
We can't.
Andrew
We can't have white people with bands no more in the garage.
Hailey Carania
Because ain't no garages, ain't no houses. Yep.
Andrew
You want a garage band, you gonna have to drop $400,000 on a two bedroom, one bath. That's why we got all these white rappers. It's too expensive to have a band anymore.
Hailey Carania
And are rich kids angsty enough to. To start a band anyway?
Justin
No, no, no.
Hailey Carania
Like, it just doesn't work anymore unless you're northwest. And think about, think about. I mean, really, the. The boy band is dead. Boy bands are dead. Girl bands are dead bands. I mean, you don't really see bands that often. Actually, my. My little cousin's in a band.
Justin
Not a day goes by that I don't miss One Direction.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, but did they start in a garage?
Justin
No, they started on X Factor, which is similar to a garage. Maybe, but in regards to boy bands, they were the best.
Andrew
I know.
Hailey Carania
And now boy bands are kind of gone. Girl bands are kind of gone.
Justin
Do you remember what was it like 2015-2017? Just the hope core indie rock scene.
Hailey Carania
Not really.
Justin
Oh, Walking on a Dream, Two door Cinema Club, all the like indie.
Hailey Carania
I'm unfamiliar, but I remember being in high school and listening to a lot of angsty music. And I wasn't angsty, I wasn't an angsty teen. But it was still fun to listen.
Justin
We've missed. We've missed peak white people music for sure.
Hailey Carania
I agree. And so people in the comments were saying white on white crime. Karen's calling for noise complaints. And then someone else said HOA is killed garage band music. Because even if you do live in a nice neighborhood with a garage and you have a garage, which I guess is a luxury these days, people are. People don't have that. HOAs are killing it and Karen's are killing it because of noise complaints. But I think as long as you're doing it within reasonable hours, bring back garage bands.
Justin
As long as your band doesn't suck.
Hailey Carania
But it is interesting to think about how there is an economic impact on white people music.
Justin
It is really hard to gather a band in a location, not a garage. I'm like really processing this.
Hailey Carania
And people's friends, Friends. I feel like live separately now. It's not you. Your friendships don't. They're not reliant on where you live necessarily. Because now we have phones and we're facetiming and people go to different schools and they're still friends. Like, I feel like the age of the garage band. That was really. Because the kids in your neighborhood were. You were all in close proximity to each other and everyone was hanging out outside and nobody was on their phones.
Justin
I was in a band through college and a little bit after. And that is 100%.
Hailey Carania
What did you play?
Justin
I played keys and I did background vocals.
Andrew
Wow.
Justin
Yeah. Super, super crazy.
Hailey Carania
You're a dying breed.
Justin
But that's why how we got together. I met a guy in a class that we took together, and we both lived on campus, and we didn't have a garage, but we had the practice rooms at our music department and we had a pretty decent band.
Hailey Carania
And now think about how many teenagers aren't growing up in houses, but they're growing up in apartments.
Justin
Yup.
Hailey Carania
You can't have a garage band in an apartment. It requires a garage.
Justin
Hence all the SoundCloud rappers. Because you can set up a laptop
Hailey Carania
with some headphones in your house anywhere, which is crazy.
Justin
Just sad.
Hailey Carania
And honestly, a lot of millennials and Gen Z are getting, you know, edged out of the housing market. So really, white people music is. Is dying. And that's very Sad.
Justin
This is 100 true. And I'm glad he brought it to our attention.
Hailey Carania
Agreed. Now, I have a few different crimes that we need to talk about. And this first one is a pizza crime Watch. Look at her carrying pizzas. Are you crazy? That's how you carry up and down. Are you out of your mind? Vertical. What an idiot. Genuinely, what an idiot. This pisses me off. When I see this just pisses me off. Like, think. Think.
Justin
It's sliding to the bottom of the box. Ma'.
Andrew
Am.
Hailey Carania
I can't even. I don't even want to think about what the pizza looks like when you open the box. What an idiot.
Andrew
She's gonna get home and complain that the pizza place delivered a terrible pizza.
Hailey Carania
Oh, look what they did to my pizza. And it's like, you did that money back.
Justin
It's all squished.
Hailey Carania
I wish. I hope that the people in that car are yelling at her. And what I mean, she.
Justin
It.
Hailey Carania
Can you play this again? I. I'm trying to figure out why. What is the purpose for holding it like that? What an idiot. She's holding it like it's 30 pounds. Also, like, you don't need to hold it close to your chest. It's five pounds. Not even.
Justin
She's way outside the restaurant, too. She's been carrying it like this for a while.
Hailey Carania
She is holding something else. Here's what you have to do, lady, and this is, I'm just telling you as a pro, put all your shit on top of the pizza box and then hold the pizza box horizontally. She's so stupid.
Justin
You mean carry it like a normal human being. You didn't describe anything revolutionary, just carry it.
Hailey Carania
I know. That's what I'm saying. But she's. She's holding it like this because she's got other stuff in her arms. Like put the stuff on the box.
Guest Speaker
Duh.
Andrew
You could even give it a little slant towards your body.
Hailey Carania
I hate this woman.
Justin
This is my biggest fear, is dropping the pizza?
Hailey Carania
No, this is going on. I just hope that everyone in that car is yelling at her, screaming at her. But the damage is already done, so it doesn't matter. But she needs to go to jail.
Andrew
Damage is done until she calls the restaurant asking for a refund.
Justin
She's sliding off the top.
Hailey Carania
Someone said, luckily it wasn't soup. She's blonde. Duh. She's definitely not Italian. Yeah, she's definitely not Italian.
Justin
Mamma mia.
Hailey Carania
Mamma mia. This next one is an armrest crime on an airplane. Watch this. So this man is gripping the armrest of the person in front of him. He's. They're both in the window seats. And he's got his hand on her armrest in the back of it to the point where if she leaned back, she would lean back onto this man's thumb.
Justin
There's an easy sol for this.
Hailey Carania
And what's that?
Justin
Put your hand on his. Oh.
Hailey Carania
Oh, no. I'm cringing. Or just someone said, I have really pointy elbows. Someone in the. In the comments said, I have really pointy elbows. I wonder how. How much damage I can do to his thumb.
Andrew
Just touch. Think about no recoil. Like, there's no need for like, this is obnoxious. Just put your arm down. He'll pull his wind away when you touch him.
Justin
Really nubby thumb.
Hailey Carania
Would he stay there to assert dominance? This is the kind of person that is encroaching on someone else's space. He obviously doesn't have self awareness. I think if they.
Andrew
This generation of like, why are we posting this on the Internet instead of
Hailey Carania
like, we can talk about it on
Andrew
a podcast of problem solve. I've stared down children taking my chair on a plane.
Justin
That's not shocking.
Hailey Carania
The grouchy guy stare down someone. Is that less passive aggressive than this?
Andrew
Not like stared down, but I've like
Hailey Carania
turned around and be like, justin's fighting kids on planes.
Andrew
Yeah, when they kick my damn Chair.
Hailey Carania
It's the parenting.
Andrew
Stare them down too.
Hailey Carania
It's the la. It's the lack of parenting that's a problem.
Justin
Hot take. If that's a kid, I let it happen.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, if it's a kid, I mean, whatever.
Andrew
Also recoil, and if you touch it.
Hailey Carania
It was so gross. But think about, like, how long are his arms that he is touching the seat in front of him?
Justin
Can't be that long. But judging by the size of his little meaty hands, like, use.
Hailey Carania
Use his. He needs to use his own armrest. Why is he extending so far out to put his hand on the one in front of him?
Andrew
It looks like he's, like, asleep on the window. He's, like, slouched against the side.
Justin
Maybe he's just looking for love.
Andrew
No, I'm not saying he's correct, but I'm saying the woman that. That posted the video saying, get me off the plane, instead of just saying, hey, guy, can you move? Your hand is in the wrong.
Hailey Carania
No. They knew that this would go viral, and they know that people talk about this stuff on podcasts, and this is why we. This is why we yap about all
Andrew
these things on this mentality for that woman.
Hailey Carania
Okay, he needs to go to jail. We're all in agreement. Maybe not. Maybe not. Justin. I don't know. Justin seems to be on the side of. Of meaty hand man.
Andrew
I'm on the side of, like, public resolutions instead of posting to the Internet now.
Justin
One to two months.
Hailey Carania
I agree. I agree. Okay, this next one, also an airport crime, but this one is a tray table crime.
Justin
Whoo.
Hailey Carania
Okay, this time it says, a friendly reminder to clean off your tray tables on airplanes. This dog's booty hole.
Andrew
This is infinitely worse.
Hailey Carania
This dog's booty hole is right on the tray table where other people like to eat their biscoff cookies and their cheese heads and drink their drinks. So this person is absolutely in the wrong. What kind of dog is this?
Andrew
Stupid kind.
Hailey Carania
Like a chihuahua mix too small to be important.
Justin
Chihuahua pug mix. My old dog, Bieber Powwow.
Hailey Carania
I said Chihuahua pug mix. Yeah. This is absolutely disgusting. Again, this is someone with no self awareness. This is the kind of person that says, well, my dog is my family, therefore they can do whatever they want. Right? They have. It's just they don't see any wrongdoing ever. Aren't the dogs supposed to be in a crate under the seat?
Andrew
Yes.
Justin
Yeah.
Hailey Carania
Unless the dog is too big for
Andrew
a crate, then it goes under the plane.
Hailey Carania
You would think. Unless you decide to Lie and say that your husky is a. Or your, you know, what are like, your big old golden doodle is an emotional support dog.
Andrew
And it's like the biggest load of bugs.
Justin
I have a little bit of tea that's. I'd love to give you. I would love to drink it on the island. There were. There were. On Palm Beach Island. Oh, there was a. There was a very low key incident where one of the very wealthy clientele was putting their dog in a chair at the table.
Hailey Carania
I've seen that.
Justin
It caused a very big stir
Hailey Carania
in
Justin
the community of Palm beach on whether that is sanitary and okay at a very established restaurant.
Hailey Carania
I would say that's not okay.
Justin
Inside.
Hailey Carania
That is not okay. I. Even when people bring their dogs to grocery stores, it sends a shiver down my entire body. I don't want your. I don't want animals in the grocery store. And I understand that. If it's a service animal, I get it. Service. The service.
Andrew
Service.
Hailey Carania
Not emotional support.
Andrew
Oh, man.
Hailey Carania
Service. Correct. Correct. If you have a service dog, absolutely. I'm not talking about. You bring your dog wherever. I get it. These emotional support animals that are in. My friend has a. What the hell is it? It's a Pomeranian. It's this big soaking wet. She keeps it in a little sling and she says, I bring her to the grocery store. I said, you're gross. Don't do that.
Justin
That's one of those baby slings you see from like Whole Foods.
Guest Speaker
Well, that's.
Hailey Carania
And I tell you, Shopping cart.
Andrew
It is a shopping cart. Leave.
Hailey Carania
But if I see. If you've got a dog that's hairy, not furry, but hairy, and the hair is flying, and we're in the produce section. If I see. I mean, no, you can't even think about that.
Andrew
Down on that like a year or two ago. Shout out, Publix.
Hailey Carania
They did. Because I know Trader Joe's allows. Oh, no. Trader Joe's allows service animals.
Andrew
Well, you're legally required.
Hailey Carania
Yes.
Andrew
Establishments.
Hailey Carania
Yeah.
Andrew
Service. I don't mind.
Justin
At a brewery, if your dog comes and lies on the floor.
Hailey Carania
Someone said, I carry my gun because it's my emotional support weapon.
Andrew
Amen. Amen.
Hailey Carania
Amen to that. Then you can take care of all these people.
Andrew
Your pet is allowed. If the restaurant is outside, there's outside seating. You can sit with your pets, not on the chair.
Hailey Carania
Agreed. I agree with that. If I. I've seen a dog sitting in its own bar stool at a bar. And bar stools are hard to come.
Justin
Yeah, I've seen that as well. And it's same deal if my food is near where your dog is.
Andrew
Pass all fours on the floor.
Hailey Carania
Yes, agreed. Agreed on that. Okay, this next crime is crazy. This is a World War II mannequin that went on a little road trip, a little joyride. And According to the BBC, this statue named Annie depicts a World War II child evacuee, and she disappeared from the Blue Anchor station during a West Somerset railway gala and was later found like this in a carriage at Minehead Station. So look at. Look at Annie and what she got up to. Annie's antics. Here she is. She got her hat on. She looks like she's disabled or like something.
Justin
She.
Hailey Carania
Like. I don't know what's going on with this mannequin. She's very poorly done, but she's. She was part of this railway station. I guess it's not really like a museum, but it's part of the railway station. Maybe they have the mannequins in the station. But anyway, Annie, she was stolen from wherever her resting spot is and where she's supposed to be, and she was found on the train, and they put an empty can of cider in her hand. So she was having a lot of fun on her little getaway, which I'm happy. But she was returned back to her where she's supposed to be, so that's good.
Justin
She looks like she got Knight at the museum. They had the tablet out, and we're going, she looks like they took it away.
Hailey Carania
She. There's something very uncanny valley about her where it's like she is supposed to look human, but there's something really off, you know, like, you know, when you see the Madame Tussaud wax figures and there's something so slightly off about them that it makes you feel a little unsettled. Like, this Annie doll mannequin is very unsettling to me. Like, her. Like, it's almost unhuman. Like there's something.
Justin
She looks in pain.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, there's. Anyway, maybe she needed a drink and she got it, so I'm happy for her. Have you guys heard about the. The Boston Cop Slide? If you haven't heard about the Boston Cop Slide, well, allow me to enlighten you, but this is basically a. A monument in. In Boston now, and it went viral because this Boston cop went down this slide at a playground. And I don't know how they let children on this thing, but you can watch this cop go down this thing and he gets battered. Watch. He looks like a mannequin. He looks like a rag doll. He got Rag dolled by the. By the slide. Can we watch that again? Look at him getting like, clank, clank, clank. Can you imagine a kid that's like 30 pounds going up? Do you think it's. Do you think it's worse because it's adults and they weigh more? Maybe a kid wouldn't get thrown around like that.
Justin
Why was his head first.
Additional Guest
Wait, what?
Justin
He was flying down that slide. He was so discombobulated.
Hailey Carania
He was going down feet first, but he came out head first, so he's. I'm. He's getting flipped around like a washing machine in there. Can we watch it again?
Justin
One second.
Hailey Carania
Round three. Third time's the charm. Sully down
Additional Guest
stomach.
Hailey Carania
He says, oh, fuck when he gets out.
Justin
He lost a clip.
Hailey Carania
Okay, so this video obviously went viral because it's hilarious. And so here people are going to the Boston Cop slide for this purpose. So watch a bunch of these people getting absolutely wrecked. It's not just this one cop. It's not like user error. This is the error is with the cop slide. Watch. Boston Cops lied claims another victim. It says. And it's the same thing where it's. You get out of that little lip, and they're almost gonna go over the side. All of these people, I mean, they're getting ragdolled by the slide. How is this scene? This is the boss cop slide. I mean, these are adults getting thrown around.
Guest Speaker
They're getting.
Hailey Carania
Oh, no, that. He definitely hit his tailbone too, coming out.
Andrew
Are you. I hope he's. Oh, my.
Hailey Carania
I want to see kids going down. This is it. Okay. I've never.
Justin
No chance.
Hailey Carania
I've never seen a kid go down. Wow. Oh, my God. Okay, so you know how all these Europeans are now enjoying the United States and the Scots are in Boston, and of course, they had to go to the Boston Cop slide. So here are the Scots going down the Boston Cops slide. Watch with the bagpipes.
Additional Guest
Of course,
Hailey Carania
He didn't get thrown around, So people said he came down safely, which means he's pure of heart. That's the joke that if you get down the slide safely, you're a good person. If the. If the. If the slide, you know, it takes its victims. When you're not a good person, that's like the joke. But someone said, play bagpipes for safe descent. Got it. And someone else said, you can hear his cheeks gripping the slide even over that.
Justin
That's the one.
Hailey Carania
Play it again so we can hear his cheeks. Try to listen to the cheeks over the backpipes.
Justin
Watch yo.
Hailey Carania
Someone said cheek it and squeak it all the way down. And then someone else in the comments said, this guy played Happy Birthday on the bagpipes last night for my sister. They saw him in a bar. So very nice. This is, again, this is the best of us, right? Where the Europeans come over here and they enjoy our culture and we love it. This is.
Andrew
This is true Irishman.
Hailey Carania
True Irishman. Well, they're Scots, but a true.
Andrew
Who doesn't wear underwear under his kilt.
Hailey Carania
Exactly. And it turns out that they completely drank the city dry. That all of these pubs in or these bars in Boston are reportedly running out of beer as the Scottish World cup fans drink through the city. And one bar reported that they tripled their St. Patrick's Day earnings, which is quite impressive.
Justin
Boston known for not having enough alcohol in it.
Hailey Carania
That is true. That is true. And you may remember the German visitor named Freddie who has gone viral on actually all social media platforms, but I found him on x. French Freddy LA7 or something like that. And he discovered Ella Langley. We played this video on the show last week, but we have a happy update for all of you. So this is the video that went viral. The best discovery of our road trip has been a musician called Ella Langley. We had never heard of her before, but after hearing her on pretty much every country radio station, we've become big fans. She's basically the soundtrack of our trip. And Ella Langley was alerted to this, her. Her new fandom, and she decided, and her team decided to invite them to her concert last night in, I believe it was Oklahoma City.
Justin
Correct.
Hailey Carania
Okay. So Oklahoma City last night. And she hooked them up with a hotel room. He said, we're in Oklahoma City. Thank you so much, Ella Langley and her team for the amazing hospitality. We finally have new suitcases and look at all this concert drip that Vertine provided. So they go into the hotel room. They've all got ostrich boots from Tokovis, They've got outfits for the. The concert. They've got cowboy hats. They've got everything laid out for them, even on the bed. They've got food. They've got everything that they would need to enjoy the Ella Langley concert, which I thought was so cool. Cool of her handwritten note and outfits for the show, which I thought was super, super cool. So. And he said on X, this is the most American I've ever felt. They ended up meeting Ella. She stopped by the hotel room, they took a f. A picture together. Very cool. Just absolutely love to see it. And we're. We're heading into the blind reaction section of the show and Andrew reminded me that today is Juneteenth. I didn't know, but I guess it is. Can I say something about Juneteenth?
Justin
Tis your show, ma'. Am.
Hailey Carania
Can I say something carefully? Here's, here's, here's what I have to say about Juneteenth. I don't understand why June 19th has been shortened to Juneteenth. Because Juneteenth technically could be June 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th as well. They take out the nine and that's the purpose, right? It's supposed to be June 19th and they took out the, the number that makes it specific to that holiday. So I don't know, I was just thinking about that yesterday, among other things about Juneteenth. That's just one little critique.
Justin
Well, good news for you. I do in fact have blind reacts that correspond with Juneteenth. And I think these people might be able to help you better understand Juneteenth. So let's go ahead and get into this first one. Let's do it.
Hailey Carania

Guest Speaker
Me first. Me first.
Hailey Carania
I'm actually going to have a pool party, invite all of my white friends and then I'm going to invite my token black friend and make them feel super uncomfortable the entire time. Oh my gosh. I am going to listen to Cowboy Carter unironically. I am going to use this moment to platform myself in my own white artistic endeavors. Actually going to do a little bit of scientific research without acknowledging any of the contributions that black people have done to the science field. I'm going to start off with the study of gynecology. Honestly, I think I'm just going to chill, be in bed, have a little bedrock moment, maybe garden a little, partake
Justin
the top said if one More person wishes me happy Juneteenth. I'm going to lose it.
Hailey Carania
Just anyone, like, take things that didn't happen for 500. Alex, no one is wishing you a happy Juneteenth. And when she says this, she's making a video joking about, like, white people inviting their token black friend to the barbecue to make them feel uncomfortable. Like, we are not even thinking about Juneteenth. Other than the fact that now it's become a corporate holiday. And I think now black people are mad that this holiday is supposed to be commemorating the end of slavery in Texas. And now it's become just another long weekend, and it's become another bank holiday corporate holiday. And I'm actually shocked that in 2020, because this is when this whole thing started. For the most part, you know, this bank holiday for Juneteenth thing, I'm shocked that they are letting white people have the day off. Really. I think that I'm shocked they didn't go a step further and say that this holiday is only for black people.
Andrew
That was a way hotter take than the 19.
Hailey Carania
I know. I was joking about that.
Justin
All right, here's your next one. You ready to rock and roll?
Andrew
Yeah.
Hailey Carania
Hey, guys, let's get out of here. We're closed tomorrow. Happy Juneteenth. Celebrating freedom. I love the color. Me, too. I'm sure they do. I'm sure they do. Law firm. They. The three ladies. Are any of them black? I don't know. They love this holiday. I'm sure they do. It's a day off.
Andrew
So I'm sure if you ask them to celebrate freedom on, you know, any of the actual July 4th, the ones that matter for all, like, not matter, but the ones that are. Yeah. Celebrate our country's freedom. Yeah.
Hailey Carania
They'll tell you, oh, I can't celebrate July 4th anymore because this country sucks. That's what they say. And then they'll celebrate freedom on Juneteenth. Yeah.
Justin
So I kind of thought this was
Andrew
flex off their forehead.
Justin
I thought this was a joke, but it was very much a very serious post. This was their Juneteenth post, and they turned off the comments. And I found that very charming.
Hailey Carania
And it's funny when you see. I actually hate when I get to a video and I see I want to go to the comment section, then the comments are turned off. That's always a bummer because I wish I saw the comments before it got turned off, because, you know, that they were good. You know, that. That that comment actually went as a
Justin
heater and it had only been up for a short amount of time too when I sent it to you, so I was afraid they were going to take it down. But again, they were very serious about wishing everybody a happy.
Hailey Carania
I'm sure they were. I'm sure they were.
Justin
All right, this one, this one doesn't even get a description. I'm going to go ahead and hop into it.
Guest Speaker
The same way we want men to check other men about the patriarchy. White people to check other white people about racism. Straight people to check other straight people about homophobia, queer phobia, transphobia. Non black Americans need to be checking other non black Americans about anti black American ness. And yes, this is very top of mind. On the eve of Juneteenth, a black American holiday celebrating black American liberation, particularly in Texas. From one first generation American born to Haitian immigrants in Brooklyn, New York in 1989 to another. Tomorrow is not about you. Tomorrow is not supposed to center you. This is not a Pan African holiday. This is not a diasporic holiday. This is a black American holiday. And although you're invited to celebrate and as a non black American, there are so many reasons to celebrate. My parents being able to immigrate from Haiti in the 1980s to pursue the American dream, to go and graduate from college, to have careers, to buy homes.
Hailey Carania
I'm done listening to this is only
Guest Speaker
possible because of the blood, sweat, tears and sacrifice of black American people. Celebrate.
Hailey Carania
They're very exclusive in the name of inclusivity. Always they want, they, they demand inclusivity. But then it's like well not you and not like that and don't say that and, and it's just like nevermind. They just lose you.
Justin
Really quick lot of stipulations on how you can celebrate this holiday that we all are supposed supposed to celebrate.
Hailey Carania
I don't think we're allowed to celebrate it. Hey, we're working right now. We're not celebrating.
Justin
Well, I actually have a tip on how you can celebrate.
Hailey Carania
Okay. If you're a white American, take this as your sign to reach out to somebody in your community who's organizing a local Juneteenth event and see if there's anything on their to do list or their shopping list that you can take off their hands and make their life a little bit easier this week. That's like a drop in the bucket of what Juneteenth is about. That's how I'm going to be celebrating this year. And I hope that if you are an eight and a half by 11 like myself that you'll join me?
Justin
Me?
Additional Guest
When?
Justin
I don't want to volunteer.
Hailey Carania
If you're an eight and a half by 11 like myself. What does that mean?
Andrew
It's the dimensions of a piece of printer paper that's white. I mean, that's like. That's like the depths of Internet lingo.
Justin
That one's pretty funny, though.
Andrew
Oh, by 11 is printer paper.
Hailey Carania
Got it.
Andrew
I'm not condoning that ridiculous language.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, I've got my own groceries to do.
Justin
Like I said, like I said, this is what I do when I don't want to volunteer. Would you guys take cash? Don't want to go spend my day cleaning up trash. But I would happily give you 20 bucks.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, I don't think I'll be doing that. I don't think that if I did anything for Juneteenth, they would be welcomed anyway, so.
Justin
All right, I got two more.
Hailey Carania
Great.
Justin
If you can bear it.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, let's do it.
Andrew
So I'm in the park, and I just heard this young white woman ask somebody else what events they were going to tomorrow and saying that they were looking forward to having the day off. And it got me frustrated, and I might have a hot take. I don't think that anybody but black people should be resting or partying tomorrow. I think that Juneteenth, especially because of the history of what Juneteenth stands for, should be a holiday where everyone else, because you have the day off, because you get this time, should be activating around how you can support black people. Right?
Additional Guest
In.
Andrew
In some way, whether it's.
Hailey Carania
Did I not say this? That they don't want white people celebrating? So then it's so funny, because they demand that the corporations impose this Juneteenth thing as a holiday. Again, like I've said, it's become a corporate holiday. It's become a bank holiday. But they had to. They had to demand that the white people did that. You know, and again, this was during 2020. There was, like, a very hard push towards DEI and stuff like that. So I think a lot of maybe white business owners felt compelled to, you know, bend the knee in some way. But now it's become this holiday that has been granted to us by the white people that give us jobs. Now we're mad that other white people get to benefit from it. It's just, like, ridiculous.
Andrew
So he's allowed to say, don't say enjoy the long weekend, but Kamala Harris on Memorial Day says, enjoy the long. I mean, Memorial Memorial Day.
Hailey Carania
Memorial Day. Someone in the chat just said so then why did they push for a national holiday? Exactly. It's not it. They don't want it to be a national holiday. They want it to be for them only. So I don't know.
Justin
Last one, you're.
Hailey Carania
This is brutal, bro.
Justin
You love it.
Additional Guest
I hear woke people explain Juneteenth. It makes me wish that Rosa Parks personally forced y' all to sit in the front of a school bus and go to history class. Now walk with me. Somehow the left has convinced you that Juneteenth was the abolition of slavery and when a black revolution arose. But what it really put proved is that some people remain enslaved mentally. And that's all it takes to keep you on the plantation, if you know the actual history. Democrats kept black people enslaved for two and a half years after slavery was abolished until white mostly right wing men came on June 19, 1865, and said, Y' all have been free since 1863. Get off the plantation and go get a job. I wish we could celebrate what Juneteenth actually is. But instead, we continue to let the left repackage segregation and see sell it back to us. There is no such thing as a black Independence Day. But if that's what you want to call Juneteenth, then I don't want to see us working on a boat on July 4th.
Hailey Carania
Mic drop. He does it the best. He really.
Justin
I closed out well for you.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, no, you did. I was. I'm glad that we ended on a good note there, but, yeah, it's. It's funny because I feel like there's this push to rewrite history in a way you remember with the critical race theory and the. The 1619 Project, and certainly with Juneteenth, where it's like, you know, nothing's good enough, right? It's for these. It's just the woke people. This is what I'm talking about. Like, nothing's good enough for them. So, my goodness, just ridiculous. We went to Costco, and I went to Costco for the first time, now that I'm thinking about it. So I. I grew up. I believe my mom was a BJ's member. So I've been to BJ's before. I've been to this. What would you call Costco? Like a superstore? Discount, Wholesale, wholesale, bulk, bulk. So I've been to BJ's, which is very similar. You walk in, same experience. It almost feels like I've been to a Costco before, but different experience when it comes to the food. And now that I think of it, I don't want to lie, but I think I went into a Costco in Nashville to get gingerbread houses and then we left but I didn't eat anything. So this is a true first Costco food experience for me.
Justin
After watching this video, you will soon realize this was definitely her first time in Costco.
Hailey Carania
First time in Costco. But you had a question for me before we get into this Costco thing? An ethical Costco question.
Justin
I do have an ethical Costco question
Hailey Carania
for you and I'd like to throw this out to the chat as well.
Justin
Costco, some of the items have lifetime warranties on them.
Hailey Carania
Okay.
Justin
And I had a like what would.
Hailey Carania
What would have a lifetime warranty?
Justin
A Vitamix blender. So that's kind of what the stem this question. I had a friend who bought a Vitamix blender, used it very thoroughly for about 10 years and it broke. But it has a lifetime warranty on it. So they marched their 10 year old Vitamix back to Costco and asked to swap it.
Hailey Carania
How many years later?
Justin
Ten. And it broke.
Hailey Carania
And the even have the same mixer.
Justin
It is.
Hailey Carania
It is a probably upgraded now, sure.
Justin
But that the warranty allows for it
Hailey Carania
to be replaced by with what? Just like what the company has out similar now?
Justin
I believe so. Not. Nonetheless, the lady goes is this like do you really want to return this? And the guy goes yep. So they went to the back, grabbed him a new blender and they walked out with a brand new Vitamix. What is the cutoff for doing this? And also is. Is my buddy in the right or wrong? I think he's wrong.
Andrew
Says lifetime. That's the cutoff.
Hailey Carania
Okay.
Justin
I know his blender use and it's diabolical.
Hailey Carania
Okay. Technically lifetime warranty means lifetime warranty. So he's well within his right to do it. Is it ethical though? That's the question. And I would say based on usage, if you, let's say you get a chair from Costco and you sit in that chair every day for 10 years and it's ripped and it's stained and all this stuff, are you really going to bring that back to Costco and get a new one just because you can or should you buy a new one because you got it, you got the use out of it.
Andrew
Why is it my fault that they offered me a lifetime warranty?
Hailey Carania
It's not. It's not. And you're well within your right to go collect your free item. But I do think it's kind of an asshole move a little bit.
Justin
You got to Respect the integrity of the warranty. It's very hard. And do you have to prove this
Andrew
isn't a mom and pop shop? Well, like, we're not hosing. You sound like a modern big ziti.
Hailey Carania
You sound like a modern New York City city. Communists. Justin, when you say that. Oh, but it's a corporation to just. So just take advantage.
Andrew
Who offered me a deal? We shook hands. I. Money was exchanged. I paid for my. I paid for the product and the lifetime warranty, and I'm taking them up on it.
Hailey Carania
Okay.
Justin
I don't want other people abusing the thing. I don't mind my friend dead.
Hailey Carania
Here's the thing.
Justin
But other people.
Andrew
He's using it as it's described.
Hailey Carania
Do you have to bring back the receipt from 10 years ago or prove somehow that.
Andrew
Absolutely.
Justin
Yeah. I think. I think they use the card it was purchased on.
Hailey Carania
What if you don't have that card
Justin
again, then you can't return it.
Hailey Carania
Who has the same card for 10 years?
Justin
Apparently, my friend. I. He deferred.
Andrew
You should never close a credit card.
Justin
I. I don't. I don't know that part of it. But I do know that they push back very mildly. Like, seriously, guy. And he doubled down and they folded immediately.
Hailey Carania
I mean, good for him. He got a new blender. Like, I'm not. I'm not mad at your friend. He gamed the system. That's the system in place, and he. He got it. I would forget what items I had that had a warranty.
Justin
I think that's kind of the play on the lifetime warranty. How many people, statistically, are going to bring back?
Hailey Carania
Yeah, exactly.
Andrew
Yeah. They use it as a marketing thing, but then someone, every once in a while, someone's gonna take them up on it.
Hailey Carania
That's like gift cards. I feel like gift cards are such a scam because, you know, let's say there's $50 on a gift card. You buy something for, you know, $43. Then you have this gift card with, you know, money on it. But what are you going to. You can't buy anything.
Justin
There are very few things that drive me absolutely bats that I think are, like, from the pits of hell. Prepaid visas.
Hailey Carania
Yes.
Justin
Oh, my gosh.
Hailey Carania
I know. Just give me cash.
Justin
I have to activate it maybe. I don't know. There's not enough money on it and you don't have.
Hailey Carania
There are websites where you can go to check to see how much money is.
Justin
Give you my Visa information real quick. I'm at checking out. And it wasn't exactly. A$45.
Hailey Carania
I know. And then they ask you for, like, a pin, and I'm like, did I make a PIN for this? Like, I don't know. I. I don't think.
Andrew
Better yet, if you use a card, or Amex does. If you can't use Amex at Costco, if you use a card like the Amazon credit card at Costco, Costco already has a, like, a really good tech warranty. And then Amazon credit card will double it, and you can just replace your tech if it. If it, like, falls off the wall. Tv. If it just, like, collapses.
Justin
All right, breaking news. My buddy just text and said lifetime doesn't mean lifetime. What am I supposed to do? Apparently, he's listening. Somebody tipped him off.
Hailey Carania
Hi, friend. Okay, well, I'm not mad at your friend. I think he did what he was supposed to do.
Justin
There you go.
Hailey Carania
So there you go.
Andrew
Amex not only has lifetime warranty, but it also has a happiness guarantee. You could eat your whole tub of blueberries so they suck, and they'll get you a new one.
Hailey Carania
So stupid. That is so stupid. Okay, well, without further ado, here is my Costco vlog. My first time in Costco, my first time eating at Costco, and I hope you enjoy. I'll see you right back here on Monday.
Andrew
Bye.
Hailey Carania
I have never been to Costco in my life. My producer said that was crazy. So we're here to knock it off the bucket list and take you all along for my first Costco experience. Thank you.
Justin
Thank you.
Andrew
We're in.
Hailey Carania
I don't like it. I can't even eat it. I don't like it. I can picture myself. I actually like this way better than the CR that I have. This is huge.
Andrew
It's also amazing.
Hailey Carania
Should we do a slice of pizza?
Justin
Yes, definitely a slice of pizza.
Additional Guest
Okay.
Hailey Carania
Pepperoni. What else is there?
Justin
So this is a total. This is a new item.
Hailey Carania
Strawberry, vanilla twist, shortcake.
Andrew
There we go.
Hailey Carania
Yes. And I'm doing this one because. Oh, shoot.
Andrew
There we go.
Hailey Carania
I'm so hungry.
Justin
Just on a mission.
Andrew
Okay, smile.
Hailey Carania
Bite was only hot dog and, like, this much of mustard and no bun, so I had to get through the first bite. Second bite. This is gonna be. This is gonna be the. The initial reaction. It's really good. I haven't had a hot dog in a really long time. I was just told about the onion cup. I didn't know that an onion cup was a requirement for the Costco dog, So I put onions on, and I also put relish on. Even better. 11 out of 10. Look at the grease left on the plate. Very spongy. It's almost like it's sucked up all this oil. Really nasty. I'm excited.
Guest Speaker
That's bad.
Hailey Carania
That's bad. As a native New Yorker, that's really bad. Okay, this is a vanilla caramel ice cream something or other with brownie on it. First bite's got to have caramel, vanilla, and brownie. So please hold. That's really sugary. What is this one? Vanilla berry, strawberry. Vanilla.
Justin
Vanilla strawberry shortcut cake.
Hailey Carania
I'm getting shortcake. I'm getting strawberry. I'm getting vanilla. Really good. I would say this one's actually better than that one. And this isn't something that I would normally go for. I go for chocolate. I gravitate towards that stuff. But this is way better. You try this.
Andrew
Still warm cookies while you're.
Hailey Carania
This is a thick cookie, like, really thick. I'm going to break it in half. Ooh, nice.
Justin
Look at that.
Hailey Carania
Yeah, it's gooey on the inside. Still warm. Colossal. The Price is Right. It's totally horrible for you, but sometimes feeling good is good for you. The Dan Bonino Show.
Andrew
It's our movement, okay? It's ours. We built it.
Hailey Carania
Hard truths.
Andrew
There are a bunch of people out there pulling you into an information vortex, dumping the dead pig in the well, hoping you jump in. Don't jump in the well. It's a trap. Find a way out immediately. This is the nothing is happening trap, and it is an inverted sense of reality. If we don't correct it and your kids believe it. I'm sorry. This show's for nothing.
Hailey Carania
The Dan Bongino Show.
Andrew
There's only one choice, man.
Hailey Carania
Follow and listen on your favorite platform, you know? And sometimes bad things make you feel good. So I would say. Would I recommend coming here all the time? No. But if you're shopping and you need a hot dog, it's the best place, right? I liked it.
Justin
Boom.
"Girl Dad in Bathroom Goes VIRAL!"
Host: Hayley Caronia
Date: June 19, 2026
Hayley Caronia returns to her signature blend of sharp conservative commentary and cultural critique in this humor-filled episode of "Scrolling with Hayley." The episode is packed with reaction segments on modern “crimes against humanity,” from pizza-handling disasters and airplane etiquette to quirky viral oddities like the “Boston Cop Slide.” The show closes with Hayley’s first, highly anticipated Costco food review.
[03:47–13:44]
Viral Video Recap:
A father (the "girl dad") on a road trip takes his two young daughters into a women's restroom at a gas station after confirming it's empty. Another man, perceiving this as inappropriate, confronts the dad, involves the manager, and eventually calls the police, causing a scene and frightening the children.
Hayley's Take:
"If I walked into the bathroom and I saw this dad and his two daughters, I would give them the 30 seconds it takes to wash their hands, and I would be completely fine with this. There’s nuance to this bathroom debate. It’s not that all men can’t go in at all times." ([06:15])
"When it’s trans people... men who think that they're women, like, no, that's wrong. But when it's a man doing what's best for his family, you have to just take the bathroom debate with a grain of salt..." ([07:15])
