Hello, everyone. Welcome. Happy Thursday evening to all of my homies. All of my homies in the chat on rumble rumble.com Haley is the only place you can watch this show in full. And then we can, you know, interact in the live chat. So if you're watching on X or on Facebook, come on over to the good side. The water's fine. Everyone's very nice. We're building a great community over here. So thank you to everyone who's tuning in tonight. I've got a big show for you. But Biden's border crisis is still wreaking havoc on American citizens as more innocent lies have been taken by an illegal alien. It's the worst kind. It's so frustrating because it's all preventable. Also, the Democrats are flipping out over President Trump's East Wing flip that's coming out of his own pocket as well as the pockets of private donors, not taxpayers. But they are going to investigate and I'm calling out the massive hypocrisy. Also, a heist at the Louvre was pulled off thanks to lacking security measures and security cameras. That just didn't cut it. Maybe they've got the same ones that Manhattan Correctional does because I've heard something like this before. Also, I've got silverlock contributor and former Secret Service agent Scott Bryson joining me for tactical detail inside that mysterious hunting stand where Air Force One lands in Palm beach. The potential mass shooting that was thwarted at Atlanta's airport and a mom that jumped into action to save the lives as a school bus burst into flames. So all of that and so much more on tonight's episode of Nightly Scroll. Let's get into it. Starting off on a serious note. Tonight I want to play you this video footage, this dash cam footage of a driver, an illegal alien driver who is driving a big rig and crashed into multiple vehicles in Ontario, California. Watch this exclusive dash cam video which is now the subject of several cars. 5 It shows the moment a red semi 7 plowed into a number of vehicles on the westbound 10 freeway and on 2 Ontario just after 1pm yesterday. Horrible. The CHP told the LA Times the driver of this big rig is a 21 year old man who is now under arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. A total eight vehicle crash. Three people are dead. And what's more frustrating is that this is another case of senseless deaths that could have been prevented. So Bill Malugin over at FOX broke this late last night and here are some of the details on this illegal alien so we can pull up his post from Twitter where he shows the photo of the guy and also says this breaking per multiple ICE sources. I can't even pronounce his first name. Josh. And Preet Singh, the semi truck driver that was suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the 10 freeway in Ontario, California yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the California border by the Biden administration in March of 2022. Great. So ICE is placing a detainer request on him and here is what he looks like. And this is the crash that took the lives of three innocent people. Just horrible. And you can thank President Joe Biden's open border for this. You can also thank California Governor Gavin Newsom, who came in with the assist handing a CDL to an illegal alien. You can't argue that these people are here for a better life, that they cross the border. They're able to get in here under a President Biden administration where they let just anyone in willy nilly. I guess they don't really background check these people. They just are allowed in and they are allowed in on asylum claims. And then, you know, they come here to kill because these people don't speak English, they can't read road signs and they're a danger to society. And this man specifically chose to drive under the influence of drugs. So he takes out eight cars and kills innocent people. These illegals can take their asylum claims and shove it up their asses because asylum, their asylum shouldn't be a death sentence for innocent Americans. There won't be an asylum to escape to if these people turn the United States of America into wherever they're fleeing. And I don't know what the road rules are in India. I'm not familiar. Maybe it's totally cool to get high and mow into eight people, but we don't do that here. But I can speak for normal people when I say if you don't have plans to assimilate when you get here, just don't. And if this crash reminds you of a similar crash that took place in Florida, well, it's because it is very similar. We'll play this video here. This took place just a few months ago when another Indian national took the lives of again, three innocent Americans after making an illegal U turn. And yes, he was given a commercial driver's license for from Gavin Newsom and he drove all the way to Florida to wreak havoc over there. And it's not just Gavin Newsom, it's Kathy Hochul in New York issuing driver's license to people who have no names on them, to undocumented people. So make no mistake, the Democrat Party now stands for violence and lawlessness and stupidity. And these are the same bozos that are holding up the government and payments to our military to give these lawless people health care. They hate us. Now, the liberals are also crashing out over President Trump's renovation of the White House and the East Wing, which is projected to cost $250 million. I think when it was first announced, it was around 90. So they've upped up the ante a little bit. That can happen. But the project is being funded by completely private donors instead of taxpayer dollars. This is all according to the House. And it's supposed to be a new ballroom that is going to be an extension of the East Room on the East Wing. And it's expected to be able to hold up to 650 people, although President Trump has teased that it may hold more than that. Almost a thousand people. So this, this ballroom is an improvement. It's going to improve the White House's ability to host. And this doesn't just benefit Trump, by the way. It's going to benefit all of the presidents that come after him, because as it stands now, they normally have to put up tents or other temporary structures when they host large events and large amounts of people because they don't fit in the White House, as it stands. So this seems reasonable to me. But liberals have a huge problem with this. They've insinuated that anyone, you know, thinking of leaving the White House would never renovate it, which is crazy because a lot of presidents renovate, but they're fueling these conspiracies, that President Trump is just going to be a dictator and he's never going to leave office. But they think that this is some kind of a pay to play scheme. So here is Hakeem Jeffries claiming that he is going to investigate this.
B
Listen, any executive authority, and more likely, this is part of the. What Donald Trump has been doing since day one of his presidencyrunning the largest pay to play scheme in the history of the country and probably soliciting donations from people who've got business before the United States government. And all of this is going to have to be investigated. It will. All of this will have to be uncovered. It will. And these people are going to be held accountable no matter how long it takes. That's going to be the reality of the situation. And that's our warning to all of these people participating in this scheming to manipulate Taxpayer dollars and of course to destroy the people's house. The White House belongs to the American people. It doesn't belong to Donald Trump. Final question.
A
So he's going to investigate what then he falsely claimed that this is going to be, you know, put on the taxpayers, which it is not. This is coming out of private donors pockets. He also claimed that this is the people's house and Donald Trump is just destroying it. Yes, it's a demolition to then make it look very, very nice. That is how you do renovations. But here's what Hillary Clinton had to say. She posted this on X and she essentially is, this is the same line of thinking saying it's not his house, it's your house and he's destroying it. Again, they're claiming that this demolition is, you know, they're just going to leave it like this in this state of disrepair and they're going to like rip the windows and doors and the sides off and then just leave it like that as if he's not building something great, like I said, for all the presidents who come after him then for the people. Right. It is our house. But one of the most successful builders in New York City and in history happens to be our president. And he's going to renovate the east wing to fit more of the people in it. So he is making improvements to the people's house. And most presidents make changes to the White House. So some make changes to the interior, the exterior. President Obama put a whole basketball court in it, which was funded by the government, by the way. So if they were okay with a taxpayer funded basketball court, then I don't see how they can have a problem with donors getting this done. And this is actually something that will be useful. So any Democrat who's now slamming President Trump for personally paying for something and finding other private donors to, to chip in for it, I mean, this is something that's actually going to be useful. So anyone who's slamming him is just a biased hack. And they're staying true, by the way, to their commitment the Democrats to hurl violent threats at Republicans. So I want you all to hear this. I'm sure a lot of you have seen this. Now, it's been going viral. But here is Democrat Texas House Representative Yolanda Jones. She's also running for a House seat. So she wants to go, she wants to get a promotion and go to the swamp. But here she is being violent. Watch this at work.
B
I'm from the hood, okay? So when a bully comes, like if there are no rules, you Literally have to figure it out. So Donald Trump has changed things, and people trying to do what's always been done is not going to work. And I think that's why Democrats are losing black people. That's why they're losing poor people, because poor people, all they want is for us to fight. So if you hit me in my face, I'm not going to punch you back in your face. I'm going to go across your neck. Because we can go back and forth fighting each other's faces. You've got to hit hard enough where they won't come back. And so, yeah, for the same way, I went to New York and spoke with Governor Kathy Hochul and said if they're going to try to wipe us out in Texas, we need to wipe out every Republican in New York and in California, in Illinois. So no one can make me feel bad about fighting for the people that I represent, because the people that I represent need someone who's willing to go in the ring and fight for them. And that's exactly what I'm going to do.
A
So, Representative, in that context, the reality of the world is we are living in a moment where, yes, there's this shut going, shutdown going down. And Democrats on Capitol. Okay, so I think we're good on hood rats in Congress. We already have one from Texas and her name is Jasmine Crockett. And I've seen enough, but okay, I mean, we'll see if Texas voters send this hood rat fighter to D.C. as well. But I did think it was interesting that she said that if she gets hit in the face, she's not just going to punch back. She's going to hit someone in the neck and go across the neck. And she also used this language in like, what, 30 seconds that she's going to hit hard. She's going to hit so hard that they don't come back. And she's, she needs to wipe out every Republican in office. And she received no pushback whatsoever from Aaron Burnett on cnn. Does anyone have a double chin forming these, like, neck wrinkles? Just no pushback after being violent. And this call to violence, violent rhetoric that the left claims to hate. But then when they're faced with it, they don't even call it out ever. They never call it out when it's on their side. They don't care. They if the hatred is being hurled at Republicans, it's totally fine by them. Anyway, you're all going to have to help me understand what I'm looking at here because Rosie o' Donnell posted this AI video to her Instagram and it's not making sense to me. So maybe you all can help me make sense of this. Watch. So there's Trump. There's a big party going on in this, maybe this new ballroom that he's built. And there's a bunch of hamburgers. There's J.D. vance. There's Intercut with people in MAGA hats that look very upset. Trump voters that are just looking very dejected. And then we see Stephen Miller, J.D. vance. We're seeing images of Christine Gnome and other people in Trump's cabinet. It's like a let them eat cake moment. But it's all these Trump voters in MAGA hats that just look dejected. There's the Epstein files. There's Diddy. In this video, there's Pete Hegseth looking very evil, eating steak. People with their house being flooded. I don't know. Now the MAGA people are breaking into the White House and they're lighting it on fire. Now the White House is burning. I don't know. I don't understand. I, I'm maga. I know a lot of other people who are maga. We're not violent, and I don't know anyone who wants to do harm to the president or his cabinet or the White House. And at the end of that video, it was like, you know, history repeats itself. Are we going to let them do this again? I mean, don't you think for Rosie o' Donnell to post this on her Instagram? And she hates Trump so much, she's upset that MAGA voters were going to do harm to President Trump. Like, this whole thing doesn't make sense. Why would MAGA people be.
B
Is she trying to insinuate that, like, MAGA people are that voted for Trump are going to come to their senses one way or the other kind of thing? Like that makes no Sen. Because they're.
A
Winning to be violent after they come to their senses? I guess that's very, that's not very characteristic of MAGA voters.
B
The poll shows that, like, they're getting exactly what they voted for.
A
It's like they're. Again, the Democrats project a lot of the time where they're the violent ones and they think that we're the violent ones and they think that we're the ones spewing violent rhetoric and hate speech and all this stuff. And it's them. They claim that we're racist, and then they're the ones with text messages that are being unearthed that are racist and, and whatever. It's just very odd. People in the chat are saying she wants us to turn into her side. Consider the source. Crazy white liberal. They are evil. We are not. No, she's taking, like, January 6th. The chat's going too fast. I couldn't read it.
B
But, yeah, I'm just struggling to figure out the overall theme to that video, too. I mean, it sort of was.
A
It's like a let them eat cake, like, you know, January 6th vibe where people are, you know, breaking into the Capitol building. Except this time it's Trump and we're all gonna light the White House on fire because I don't know.
B
And it's the right. It's the right that's doing it. It's like all MAGA that's turning against it's.
A
Just maga. Odd. It's just so odd. I don't know. I don't get it. Anyway, another case that isn't sitting right with me is this LOU heist. Masked burglars were able to break into the famous museum on a cherry picker on Sunday morning. And the burglars are still at large. And I think the LOU might have gotten the Manhattan Correctional center special when they installed their security cameras, because the security cameras didn't cover the entirety of the museum exterior. You'd think that that's something that would be important when you're housing the most expensive art pieces in the world and the crown jewels. And one camera where the thieves broke in was turned the other way. How convenient. Where have we heard this before? Where, where have we heard this before? I'll let. I'll let people in the chat.
B
Yeah, see if anybody guesses in. In the chat.
A
I'll let you all guess where we've. We've seen this before. Where the security. The security cameras were just conveniently not working. There was a lapse in the. In the CCTV footage. Yes, Epstein. Well, anyway, people are in the chat are saying that it's definitely an inside job, that this is. Epstein. Epstein, Epstein, Epstein. Epstein. Yes, that is. That was.
B
How? How? The famous museum in the world. One of them, right? How does that happen?
A
Great question. So there was only one security camera in the area where the thieves parked. And then they mounted this, like, cherry picker lift next to the window that they broke into. How are there not security guards outside questioning. Hey, what are you doing? Do we have routine maintenance? Are you guys window washers? Like no one's asking any questions. So anyway, the security camera that was supposed to be, you know, facing the right way was facing the wrong way. So the security guards monitoring the screens, they're completely oblivious to this crew of burglars that were able to get up onto this cherry picker and break into the room that had the uninsured French crown jewels in it. And the burglars just took off with their loot worth $102 million. And the craziest part about all of this is that it only took them seven minutes.
B
So that's some Tom Cruise stuff, right?
A
I mean, this is. They were very, very professional. This isn't just people that thought, hey, wouldn't it be funny to try to, like, rob, you know, the Louv. This is calculated. They were exact. They were successful, by the way. So they were able to get up onto the cherry picker, break into the window they smashed the glass where the crown jewels were, they took eight pieces of jewelry, got back down off of the cherry picker ladder, and they made off on motorcycles and the French government. I don't understand how the these kinds of crown jewels were not insured, by the way. That's another aspect of this that I, I'm not really understanding. You just give it over to a museum.
B
And I guess, I guess I think the security is good enough that they don't have to worry about it, get stolen.
A
Then the woman, the woman who is in charge of all of this security, she offered to step down because clearly, you know, this is a massive failure. But she had also been urging them to make changes to the security for a while. So anyway, they rejected her offer to step down. But yeah, I mean, these people made, they were in and out, stole tiaras, they stole necklaces and other pieces of jewelry. It just took them seven minutes. And here's another interesting detail to all of this. In 1976, another group of masked thieves entered through the exact same window that was used by these suspects decades later.
B
No lesson learned.
A
Same window. No lesson learned. I mean, they had a security camera facing the wrong way. And back in the 70s, those suspects stole 19th century jewelry. I'm sorry, it was a 19th century jeweled sword that belonged to King Charles.
B
So this inside job. Inside job.
A
So, yes, to your point about it being an inside job. And a lot of people in the chat have also been saying the same thing. This is someone who knew the ins and outs of the exhibits. They knew exactly what they were looking for. They knew how to get it, they knew which glass cases to. To bash. They were in and out. It is crazy to me that you're able to set up a cherry picker and no one asks you any questions.
B
I feel like if I said a cherry picker outside, I'd have 18 cars asking me what I was doing.
A
I mean, what, you can't just do that, but I guess you can. But authorities have found a helmet inside, as well as a pair of gloves that are being tested for DNA. I mean, who knows? These people could be anywhere by now. They could just be anywhere. Like, they had helmets on, they had masks on. But again, they were wearing what looked like yellow construction vests. So that's another thing where that should make you stand out. Right? Like if you're wearing something like that. But it's also so common, like how, how would they be able to tie one vest to the. The right vest?
B
Yeah, you just, you're just hiding in Plain sight. But I'll tell you, in five years, this is going to make a killer Netflix documentary.
A
Oh, 100%. And I can't wait. It'll take them, like, two months, too. And tactical detail with Scott Bryson kicks off right now. Scott, thanks so much for joining me. All right, so I want to get to this Secret Service investigation into this hunting stand that, you know, the Secret Service found this suspicious hunting stand, and it's right by where Donald Trump exits Air Force One at Palm Beach International Airport. And if people are not familiar with Palm beach and the area around the airport, I don't really see what kind of animals you could be hunting in that area. I mean, are there a lot of area animals to hunt by an airport? Like, just think, right? So it just seems odd. But agents found the stand on Thursday. Now the FBI is leading the investigation into it. They took down the stand. They're trying to connect it to an individual, but they're doing testing on it. But the Secret Service was able to handle this before it became a problem. So I want you to break down what this investigation entails, what we're looking at here.
B
Yeah. First of all, thanks for having me. It's always good to be here. The Secret Service does a great job, by and large. Not always. We. We call balls and strikes on my show, and I know you do, too, here. We've been a little critical of the guys since July 13th because it's a. It's a zero fail mission. It's a serious job for serious people. I've said that numerous times, and I will always say that because it's the truth. I would say 99% of the time, the guys get it. And this is just another example of how they did get it. Right. So I want to say congratulations to the men and women of the Secret Service because they are true professionals. They did a great job scouring the surrounding areas. To your point, there's nothing wrong with deer hunting. That's not illegal. And to say that you can't have a tree stand in a tree at the airport, that's not breaking a criminal code. But it doesn't pass the test. And so, you know, I actually did a video on this the other day on my Instagram account. Of course, I had some snide comments about, you know, you know, the usual suspect type stuff. And I'm like, well, I'm a deer hunter. And Florida, as much as I like Florida, Florida's not on my bucket list for deer hunting. So I just, maybe some people like sitting in a Tree and sweating. I don't know.
A
Yeah, it seems odd. Andy, is there any animals to hunt by Palm Beach International?
B
No. There's wooded area. You know, in fact, we got this video for Dan that explains a little bit of it. But, like, it's Runway and road. I mean, it's urban. Palm Beach International in the middle of the. One of the biggest intersections in West Palm.
A
That's my thought. Wouldn't an airport scare away any animals that you would be hunting for Anyway? It just seems kind of odd. So let's hear what Dan has to say about this deputy director of the FBI. They're investigating and he's on this American.
B
Public through how this works. We. This. The FBI is not responsible, obviously, for the security plan of the President. That's the purview of the Secret Service. However, if the Secret Service finds something that they believe could be criminal. Could be. I want to emphasize it could be, we take over. We have what's called an mou, a memorandum of understanding with the Secret Service where we will investigate after that. I was on the phone yesterday back and forth with the D2. The Deputy Director over at the Secret Service, Matt Quinn, great guy. They were very concerned. Their security sweep discovered this hunting stand. The director was. Kash Patel was directly involved. Right away. I'm on the email chain with him. He ordered an immediate, immediate response. I believe we had our plane flown down there. This hunting stand was appropriately dismantled, being flown to our lab. I believe it's there right now. And all of the forensic tools we have, from digital tools to biometric tools, they are all going to be applied to try to find out who put this up there and why.
A
What's your reaction?
B
Yeah, he's 100% right. I mean, the Secret Service is mandated to protect the President of the United States and, and the Vice President and the cabinet and whomever he deems appropriate to executive order. But if there's a crime that's committed or potential crime, as Dan said, because there's nothing wrong with having a tree, a tree stand in a tree. However, comma, we are talking about Florida, like you just said, at a airport, inside a city with cars and airplanes and lots of noise and. And it just doesn't pass the smell test, you know, and it doesn't have to meet. I think what. What the general public sometimes fails to realize is it doesn' to necessarily meet the criteria of a crime in order for you to be proactive. Like, let's say if you're a police officer and you're going to try to affect an arrest. If someone thinks that. If you think that, that someone's going to, like, attack you with a knife or a gun or even just a punch, you don't have to be punched first to attack, you know, to do your job. And the Secret Service did an amazing job with being proactive. And I don't want to talk about any, like, trade craft on here, whatever, but their, their searches are thorough. Think back to last year when, after July 13, we had the episode that almost happened on the golf course with the barrel of the gun sticking out. That, that was an agent being extremely attentive and proactive, and that's what those guys get paid for. And they did a great job.
A
Yeah, they also did a great job. Unfortunately, these instances keep popping up. But the Secret Service also had to jump into action pretty quickly also this week when a driver rammed into the security gate at the White House. And I, I wanted to ask you, I just had a quick question on it because I covered this on the show earlier this week when it happened, but they haven't released the name of the driver. Do you think that that's odd?
B
Yeah, I've got some opinions on that. I think I do try to give a little grace during these investigations because I am a former Secret Service agent and I, I am just a layperson now, and I want to know just like you do. I'm very interested. You know, curiosity killed the cat type of thing. And I think what we have to do is we have to sometimes, and I'm talking to myself right now, we have to slow it down just a little bit and let the, Let the investigators do their job and let it play out, because there could be a larger picture at play. You know, as much as we're like, oh, it's like, well, Scott Bryson ran into the gate. Well, what if Scott Bryson's a member of a, of a sale? That's a bigger problem. And then they're working the investigation sometimes, most of the time you. You reverse engineer these things and you have to know, quote, unquote, flip. I don't know if your audience is familiar with the term flipping the, the sub, the suspect, or the subject, and you get that person to give more information to a bigger crime. I mean, what. That, what happened was not good, obviously, but if there's a bigger plot at play, you want to get, you want to get all the details ironed out.
A
Yeah, that makes sense. I feel like when people mow their car into certain things, it's. It's kind of like a, A Lot of the times it's a terrorist type thing. I mean, we see this a lot more in Europe and other areas. But, yeah, I worry that it was some kind of a larger terror scheme. And obviously we don't know that right now. But you don't drive into the White House security gate by accident. So we'll obviously stay on top of that. But I wanted to get into another airport story, this Atlanta airport. There could have been a massive shooting there, but there wasn't. So let's play this video and then we'll react. A new federal complaint alleges Billy Joe Cagle first threatened to shoot up i75 on Monday. So his wife drove to the Cartersville police station to share her concerns that.
B
He was, quote, unstable.
A
We have family of a guy who.
B
Saying that he's going to go to.
A
Atlanta and attempt to, you know, shoot up cars or, you know, whatever on the way there. Records show Cagle facetimed someone else in the wife's car and showed them an airport sign. The filing says he stated, quote, I'm at the airport, I'm gonna go ratat. And ended the call abruptly. They believe that ratat mimicked a gun shooting sound. Got a call from our city about a male headed to the airport threatening to shoot up the airport. Within 15 minutes, Atlanta police officers located Cagle at the airport. I'm just here, wanna hold on. And took him into custody. He now faces three federal charges, including attempted violence at an international airport and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Well, I for one, am grateful that this man's family stepped up in this case because a lot of these mass shootings, especially school shootings, the people who are the perpetrators are a little weird. They're off. And then, you know, you talk to the family members after, and they're like, oh, yeah, he was a little weird, or, oh, yeah, he had mental health problems or whatever. And it's like you let him, you know, leave the house with a gun. You left. You know, it's just. It's one of those situations where you wish that these people had family members like this guy who would step in and try to, you know, prevent something like this from happening.
B
Yeah, no, that's. That's a really good job. I mean, I know it's a tough thing to do to, to call in on your spouse or a family member, but kudos to that lady for doing what she knew was the right thing. I mean, you know, we talk about this in politics all the time, right versus left. I mean, it doesn't matter what your, you know, your political affiliation is, your skin color, your sex, your relation. If there's something bad, if there's criminal intent at foot, you have to act right now. And, you know, I don't know what was. This whole case has got me just baffled. The fact that the guy was going to go do something, thank God he didn't do it. I mean, I don't want the audience to get me wrong. I'm so glad he didn't do it. But why in the world would you get on FaceTime and say all these things and then drive that big truck and, and then have a gun but not use it? I mean, thank the good Lord he didn't do that. But I think it was a very good. I think they captured the guy within like 15 minutes because they had put out a BOLO and they had his picture, which was really good. The communication was good. We know that communication is the key. It's either going to save the day or it's going to be your breaking point. I think that the communication between the interagency communication was good. And again, you know, my heart goes out to, to these family members. But thank God she did do the right thing. And then we're not going to a bunch of funerals right now, so. Good. Good for her.
A
Yeah, it could have been really, really devastating. So I'm grateful as well. I want to go into this next video. There was a store clerk who was stabbed. Thankfully, she was okay. She was able to call 911 for herself to get help. Watch this guy just wax her. What's your take on this?
B
No, she did a great job. I just really. It just really upsets me. I know we talked about this a little bit today. I wish these jokers would do something like that when a. When a real man's around. Of course there was no one around. I mean, this because they're cowards. And let's say what it is, they're beta cowards. And, and it's evil that's manifested itself in human form. And it just pisses me. I feel so bad for this young lady, but she did an amazing job. She stayed calm, she was lucid. She. She knew that, you know, a lot of times people don't even know how to dial 91 1. They're so out of it. They know what 911 is, but they can't. Even your fine motor skills go away. So she did us, did a really good job. You know, I felt really bad for her too, because she was. I mean, you couldn't really hear the audio in the CCTV portion, but she opened the drawer. At one point she had opened the cash drawer to like, dude, take it. It's like, I don't know what that was, but like, there's nothing in that store worth, you know, fighting over. So she did a really good job. She was like, hey, here's the money, take the money. It looked like he was trying to get her to get into the safe. I mean, if you're going to rob somebody and you're, you're, you're pretty low human being anyway. But then for him just to sucker punch her like that, I mean, that tells you everything, you know, need to know about this guy. And I'm not for big government and I'm not for digital ID and big tech and all that stuff, but these things do come in handy sometimes, you know, and the CCTV was able to pinpoint this guy and get him captured. So thank God for technology when we need it, right? It can be a good thing. And you know, I would just say to anybody out there that works in a store like this, you know, maybe it's not a bank or it's not a, you know, a place with a lot of money. I still think that your employers should put in like panic alarms. If this poor girl could have maybe hit a panic alarm and at least the cops could have been, I mean, she was still going to suffer what she suffered, but maybe they would have gotten there in time to, to apprehend him. So I would encourage employers, all kind of small businesses, to maybe put in a panic alarm or something like that that goes directly to, to the police department. They have CCTV and all this other good stuff and that's good. But we need to help these people right now because the cops, the cops are coming, but they don't, they can only come when they know to come. And she had, you know, wait and call 911 after all this stuff went down. It would have been nice for her to be able to hit a panic button in the lobby. And one last thing I would say to anybody working in a similar situation like this. And it was a pretty big counter right there. And again, I'm not blaming her at all. I'm not trying to victim shame her. I feel so bad for her. You know, when he was coming around the counter, maybe pre stage and you're not going to have a lot of choices in there, right, because it happens very quickly. But maybe pre stage a chair, like a chair on a roller, like a really Nice desk chair that rolls, you know, and then roll that sucker. At least give him some type of obstacle that he's going to. It's not going to stop him, but it's going to slow him down. And while you're pushing something at him, a chair or throw a stapler at him. I know this sounds really rudimentary, but, like, throw something at him and then hop over the counter and run for the door. Now, obviously, it's easier said than done from the cheap seats. And I'm by no means trying to say she did anything wrong, but I'm just trying to give your audience some. Some things to think about. Like, you know, I used to work in the schools as a. As a school resource officer, and I would tell the front office ladies to put a can of soup. I think we talked about that on the show one time. A can of green beans or a can of soup or something in the drawer like that you could throw at him in an office like that, you know, can pick up something and throw at him. I know that's not going to necessarily save the day, but you're just trying to buy time to get out and get away.
A
You know, someone in the chat said, don't have employees be working alone, which I think also could have helped this one woman if she was with someone else. Someone else could have called while she was emptying the cashier or whatnot. Also, you know, like, you said different things that can help deter the person. My question is if she, let's say, because this guy, it seemed like he had a knife, let's say he had a gun. Would your advice be the same to throw something at him and then try to jump over the cashier and run out? I almost feel like, yeah, you're a moving target. You could. It's better off to run than to, you know, be stuck in a corner. But I would fear, like, oh, well, he's going to shoot me in the back when I try to run away.
B
Yeah, now that's. That's. That's a good question. It's. That's a tough one to answer because there's just not a good cookie cutter answered. You know, it's like everybody has that. You're. I don't know, when her spidey senses went off. It looks to me like she was alerted pretty quickly. You know, I think the best thing to do in those, you know, situation. It's hard for guys like me to say, okay, hey, here's my wallet, here's my, like, comply, and put my hands Up. But if you, if you've ever been on the business end of someone's pistol, it's a whole lot different, right? And, you know, chances are you're going to comply and you're going to show your hands and you're going to be as passive and as humble as you can be. Now, for a guy like me, or especially like a guy like Victor Marks, who can take guns away from people very easily, you're going to maybe strategize a little differently. But I think to your point, the best thing is, is to just comply. Start talking. You've got to use that verbal judo that we talked about last week. You've got to try to de escalate the situation. This person's already ramped up. They could be on drugs. God only knows what's going on in their life. So sometimes just talking to the person can, can and sometimes it won't, obviously. But yeah, I think being complete comply, being complicit, and just put your hands up and then of course, look for an opportunity to get out of there. But the problem was, you know, a lot of these shops are set up where, you know, there's a back door probably, but there's only one way in and one way out and there's a big desk and all kinds of things. The poor girl didn't have anywhere to go. It's just a bad situation all along. That's why we talk about this on your show. That's why we do this show. It's called Condition Yellow. We talk about it every week. Color codes of awareness. You have to stay alert. She was, in my opinion, I think she was very alert. She just didn't have a lot of options. And so before you get to game day, which is when it's happening right now, you do the, the game planning. We talk about the war gaming. If this, then that. Right. It's not always going to work. You know, sometimes the bad guys just have the upper hand. But you have to think to yourself, okay, what happens if this. You know, and I love whatever that person said in the chat, you know, no one should be working alone, even in daylight, much less a woman like that. So I think that these employers, I know there's a budget and everything like that, but we've got to take your employee safety into consideration too.
A
Yeah, absolutely. And to your point about, I think a lot of people want to help a woman in need. Right. When you say that the person who attacks or assaults a woman, I mean they're a beta loser. But, you know, this next ring camera video kind of like flips that on its head because here's a woman asking for help on a ring camera. She gets up to a door, she looks like very tired, she needs help. But I wouldn't necessarily open my door for her either. So let's watch this.
B
Nope, absolutely not.
A
So this is 4:24 in the morning. She rings the doorbell.
B
I mean what are you doing out at 4:30 in the morning? You know, I mean it's nothing good. And I don't know what's going on behind that tree back there. Unfortunately. Yeah, she's a young woman for your audience that's listening and can't see it. It's a young woman, appears to be a young woman on the doorstep. But nothing, nothing good is going on at 4:30 in the morning. You know, my question for her would be there's no chance she doesn't have a cell phone. Could her cell phone battery have died? Yeah, perhaps. But you know, I know people, maybe in my family, maybe not in my family that leave the house without a house key, which blows my mind. But they will not leave the house without a cell phone. So if she's in dire need, she would have already called 91 1. I just, it's really sad because, you know, human nature is to want to help your, your fellow citizen, especially a woman like that. But at 4:30 in the morning, you know my weird that you play that video because my dog started barking at 4:30 this morning and he never barks. Yeah, he was barking at deer which was fine, but I went to check the things out and I turned on the outside lights and I went to door, to the door with a gun. Well, not everybody's going to have a gun, which is a problem. But even if it's a woman standing there, I mean I would, I would even, even me with a gun. I'm not opening the door. I'm sorry, I want to help but at that point I'm going to call 911 for her. I'm not going to get into a, you know, he said, she said. And what do you do? Like at this point we have, we have something going on. That's not normal behavior for some random person to walk up on your porch at 4:30 in the morning asking for directions or whatever she was asking for. It's like call 911. I want to, I really want to drive that point home to your audience. It's okay to call the cops. That's what they're here for. They want to come you wouldn't believe some of the crazy nonsense that, you know, people get called 9114 so you're not bothering anybody. Do not be afraid to call for the Calvary.
A
Yeah, call 91 1. Don't let people, strange people, into your home, even if they look unassuming. This could have been some kind of a trap, like you said. Looked like there was something swaying behind the tree. Maybe it was, you know, a Halloween decoration. Maybe it was someone waiting to have the homeowner open the door and then do whatever they were planning on doing. So, yeah, best to just call 911 and worst case scenario, it's no big deal and everyone just goes back to bed. But last thing that I have for you just to end on a nice note, There is a mom who jumped into action and saved a lot of kids. So watch this. Carrie had just stepped out to get.
B
Her six year old off the bus, but she immediately saw flames shoot out.
A
Above the front tire and started yelling fire at the bus driver.
B
She then went into mom mode. I think I was just so worried.
A
To like get these kids off the bus, get the bus driver off, get everybody to safety.
B
And then I think once we moved.
A
Everybody down is when my heart was like, more like pounding. The kids first gathered on her front porch.
B
Some were shaking, others crying.
A
They moved down the street and away from the burning bus.
B
Then huge explosions, the tires blowing up. First the front right, then the left.
A
After the fire was put out, the kids were all safe at home. And a couple of days passed, Carrie.
B
Started really processing what had happened and.
A
Realized how the outcome could have been much worse.
B
About a week later, they all gathered to give the bus driver a thankful basket.
A
And they surprised Carrie with one, too. A lot of emotions just, you know, keep coming up the more you kind to talk about it and, you know, realize how amazing this community is.
B
A terrifying ordeal with a good outcome thanks to parents, neighbors and friends.
A
So obviously this woman is paying attention, right? You have to be always looking because a lot of parents who are just, you know, they got a lot of things on their mind. Maybe they're, you know, picking up their kid. They're, they've got a long day at work or whatever, they come and get their kid off the bus. They don't, they just turn right back around. They don't even think twice. Thankfully, this mom did because what if she didn't? I mean, this could have been devastating with all the kids and the bus driver still on the bus.
B
No. I'm so glad that you shared that video. With me and with your audience that, you know, we talk about Condition Yellow. We just talked about it three seconds ago. Condition Yellow doesn't necessarily mean, you know, something bad is happening, like I have to fight off a guy with a knife. No, it's just a low level of alertness. This lady was paying attention to her, her surroundings. It's called attention to detail or situational awareness. She went out, it's a normal day. Here comes my kid. Holy moly. What's that? I mean, she did a fantastic job. I, I don't know where she lives or, or what the police department may or may not be doing for her, but she needs some type of civilian award. She did a great job because had she just been, you know, only concerned about her kid? You know, we see it all the time on these, we saw it in Charlotte with the, with the, with the train incident. Like people don't get involved, like people are afraid to get involved. So they just care about themselves and I think that's extremely self selfish. She did an amazing job and I just, I love stories like that. Thanks for sharing that. That was great.
A
I wanted to end our segment on a happy note. So Scott Bryson, host of beyond the Service podcast. I always love our, our talks and our segments. So thanks so much for being here.
B
Thanks for having me.
A
Tactical detail every Thursday night right here on Nightly Scroll. I love talking to him about all these things. It makes you think about all of your surroundings and your situations. I'm much more alert now. I'm always, my head's on a swivel, so I'm grateful for it. Let's get into some scrolling time. All right, this isn't technically a tinfoil hat time segment. This is just scrolling time. But we're going to be talking about the moon landing because apparently we are in a space race with China.
B
Yeah, we are.
A
Watch this.
B
We damned if the Chinese beat NASA or beat America back to the moon. That's America's goal. Win this new space race with China. Four years ago, NASA hired SpaceX to build a moon lander version of its starship mega rocket for the job. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is NASA's acting administrator. This summer he told us if his concerns grew about SpaceX meeting NASA's schedule, he'd go public with them. Elon Musk fired back on X writing, SpaceX is moving like lightning compared to the rest of the space industry. Starship's development has been challenged by a series of in flight failures and explosions. And SpaceX has yet to prove starship can refuel in space, part of a complex architecture involving multiple launches. This is an architecture that no NASA administrator that I'm aware of would have selected had they had the choice. On Monday, NASA told SpaceX and Blue Origin it wants plans for faster approaches by next week. Blue Origin already has a contract to build a lander for a later Artemis mission. Aerospace giant Lockheed Martin is also working up a proposal. Meanwhile, China this summer said its lunar lander aced a critical test, putting the Chinese one small step closer to a moon landing.
A
Okay, so if this is a new space race, why would we be concerned about beating China back if they've never made it? And if we've won the race already, We. We won the race in the 60s.
B
Allegedly.
A
Allegedly.
B
Why?
A
I mean, we can just point and laugh at anyone else who goes to the moon second. Allegedly because we've already beaten them by decades.
B
Well, the interesting thing about all this is that all of our proposed technology was supposed to be lost to get there. So it's a race to gain that technology back. It's a race to be the first to get that technology again.
A
Right.
B
So we're going to beat them for the first time.
A
For the first time, Yeah. I just. I don't know why would be. We'd be racing them back. I guess we're racing them back with new technology, but, you know, it's 2025 and we can't replicate the technology from the 60s.
B
It's just like we totally lost it.
A
Yeah, we lost it or we were never there in the first place. Okay, this FAFO is immediate. This is what we call instant gratification. Watch this. Here's a guy who's got a Trump flag and immediately drives away, crashes into a life post. There's more finding out. Keep watching. There's more finding out. All that haze. It's unfortunate that it happened, but now he's stuck. Oh, and the popo just pulls up right behind him.
B
Why was he still pressing the gas after he hit the pole?
A
You'd think he would try to back up and then try to run away, not just drive through the pole.
B
That would have been funny to see him back up and rip his whole bumper off completely.
A
Or just bump into the cop who was driving behind him. That's what we call immediate instant gratification. I've never seen an FA FO so fast. I mean, there was probably, what, 10 seconds in between the FA and the FO. I didn't even have time to explain what was going on in the video with the fo. The fo happened so fast.
B
Did you see the guy with the, with the flag? He said it is unfortunate that it had to happen.
A
It was unfortunate, but fortunately for us, we get to laugh at it. So I like that one. This next person, I say person because I don't really know what's going on. You never really know. But this is a white passing, straight passing protester. Listen to this.
B
How is your day to day life changed since President Trump took office earlier this year?
A
Well, I mean, sort of. Luckily I am very white passing. I'm actually half Hispanic and I'm also queer, but I'm in a marriage. In a marriage it's very straight passing. So on the surface nothing really changes. But the sense of anxiety that you live with, not just for myself, but for my whole community, for all my friends, people I know who are like.
B
Who might have, they are here on.
A
Like, like dreamers visas and things like that who are, you know, on the margins and are in danger of just disappearing. So like it's not an external thing as much, but more really a lot.
B
Of internal strife and having to deal.
A
With, you know, what do you do when there are armed forces trying to eliminate like people who are like you? Are there a lot of people like her who are half Mexican but white passing and queer? But in straight passing marriages, I don't really know exactly what that means, but I do know that if you tried to explain that or if you showed this video to someone in the 80s or 90s, they wouldn't know what the hell you were talking about.
B
Not at all. And they would probably say she's a white lesbian.
A
Looks like it.
B
Ding, ding, ding, ding.
A
And she's, she's afraid of being disappeared by armed forces. However, she's very lucky that she's white passing and straight passing. Although I don't think she passes as straight at all. I don't think she's very straight passing.
B
Well, I mean I, I would, I wouldn't, I wouldn't think that about her. I mean, more power to her. But I don't understand what the. More labels upon labels upon labels.
A
She's got the lesbian haircut.
B
It's a whole new language.
A
She's at the no Kings protest. I mean she looks, looks pretty queer to me.
B
But again, it's a pat. And we've educated you on what a pat correct is.
A
So now I know. All right, this woman says that Ozempic is a genocide of fat people. They are trying to eliminate the fats.
B
And I had somebody comment on my.
A
Video the other day. Saying that Ozempic and these weight loss drugs are trying to. They're trying to exterminate fat people. They want to get rid of us. And somebody commented and said, how dare you use the same language about this that is used about what's happening in the Middle East. It's all the same thing.
B
And that isn't to obviously discount what's happening.
A
It's really bad. Lots of stuff is really bad. And it all comes from the same place. It's all white supremacy. It's all heteronormativity and capitalism. It's all the same thing. More buzzwords. Phobia is racism. So when they're trying to whittle down she's white, every single fat person, they're so excited that they found a drug that makes it so we don't exist anymore. You exist. And again, not to devalue any of these things, I consider them all very important. If tomorrow they released a drug that said, okay, we cured blackness, if you just take this pill, you can be white and then the problem will be fixed. I think she just said the quiet part.
B
The blackness wasn't the problem.
A
The problem was the system that ever made anyone think they needed to be anything other than what they are. Lots to break down here, but she's claiming that first of all she was trying to conflate being fat with the war between Israel and Hamas. Like being fat is the same as the Israeli Palestinian conflict.
B
Somehow seems like a small stretch.
A
I think I'd rather be a fat person in America than be in Gaza right now.
B
I would if I had to pick concur.
A
If we're talking about fat privileges, I think I'd rather be a fat person in America than live anywhere else. But when she says that Ozempic is this effort to exterminate fat people, why would that be a bad thing? Being fat leads to other comorbidities. It's not healthy to be fat. I think if, and I'm not, you know, an advocate for Ozempic, I think that people should try to lose weight the natural way. But I don't think that getting rid of fat people is a problem. I certainly don't think that fatness or the fat genocide has anything to do with race. But she did bring in race because I think she was trying to get all of the buzzwords into the video, if possible. So she claimed that this Ozempic genocide is also rooted in white supremacy. Again, this is a white person saying this, so I don't get it. Also, you don't have to take Ozempic. You can be as fat as you want.
B
I don't. What I don't understand is what genocide.
A
Can you just, like, opt out of?
B
Yeah. What is the defining of, like. This is who I am. You've not always been fat. Like, at some point you gain weight, you lose weight, you gain weight. Like, it. It's people.
A
It's motivation.
B
Get off the couch. Lose weight, Be healthier. It's not. Not fat people is not a definition of who you are as a human being. Quit acting like this.
A
She also insinuated that blackness is something to be cured while also fighting against white supremacy as a white person. It's all just.
B
Stephen Miller didn't write that speech.
A
Yeah, no. This is just. It's victimhood. All right, well, I'll save these next two videos for tomorrow or next week. I think we'll end on the the fatness. But thank you all for joining me. Illegal Alien Kills 3 in Pile Up & You Can Thank Democrats
Date: October 24, 2025
Host: Hayley Caronia
Guest: Scott Bryson (former Secret Service agent)
In this episode, Hayley Caronia delivers an unapologetic conservative take on a range of top stories, starting with the tragic vehicle pileup in California allegedly caused by an illegal alien, and linking this to broader criticism of Democratic immigration policy. The show also skewers Democratic reactions to Trump’s White House renovation, critiques left-wing rhetoric and perceived hypocrisy, and discusses recent high-profile security incidents and viral videos. The episode features a tactical security segment with Scott Bryson (ex-Secret Service) and wraps up with cultural commentary, a feel-good story, and Hayley's distinctly irreverent scroll through trending clips.
