If you're on the go, you can always scroll with the homies. All right. Elon Musk's alleged fourth baby mama who has requested privacy is in the limelight once again. Ashley St. Clair. Of course this is self inflicted attention. Now. Attorney Attorney General of New York, Letitia James. She has claimed that nobody is above the law many, many times and now she is in the hot seat. So we'll get into that also. And now liberals are claiming dogs are bad for climate change. And this cat lady is defending all of my dog lovers and dog owners that are in the chat listening. The liberals, they get mad at absolutely everything. So we're getting into all that and so much more on this episode of Nightly Scroll. All right, so I want to show you this last post that Ashley St. Clair put on X. This is before she decided to go on her media blitz, of course, but she posted this on X. She asked for privacy. And then of course she had to go and say that she was not going to be on X much longer. She said, in all sincerity, appreciate the kind words. Wish I did not feel the need to make a statement. Kids should be off limits for journalists. Remember that. Okay? Kids should be off limits for journalists. Okay? And then she Finished. Finished off the statement by saying, we'll be spending time with my family and logging off for a while. Comments on that post are limited. No one can respond to it. It's just, you know, this is my farewell after totally blowing up the Internet and saying that she had Elon Musk's baby. And so she asks for privacy. She says that kids should be off limits. The privacy post was so strange too, because she said that, you know, the media, they should. Children shouldn't be in the media. They. They shouldn't do this. She kind of like put out a statement preemptively. This was a sit down that she did with the New York Post. I mean, they, she invited them into her apartment, they did a photo shoot and everything. And she made it seem like she was the victim. She's totally playing the victim, being like, I don't know, they just, the, the media, they. They just want these details about my life. And I'm just, I'm just gonna give them up because they're asking. And it's like, you staged this then, you know, after all the whole New York Post article came out, then she's on the street and randomly the Daily Mail just finds her selling her Tesla. Really? You think the paparazzi are stalking Ashley St. Clair? I highly doubt that. So after the whole Tesla situation, she's back in the media yet again, this time in the Wall Street Journal. She did a whole sit down with them. It says the tactics Elon Musk uses to manage his legion of babies and their mothers. And this is a photo of her. So again, posing for photos for the media. And this time with her baby that is named Romulus. And she posted this as well. She divulged this information willingly to the Wall Street Journal. I mean, this isn't like some expose people digging up dirt on her and doxing her. She's willingly sitting for these interviews and photo shoots. This is all about clout. It's insane. And this is supposedly Elon Musk's 14th child. I don't know if they've done the paternity test or not. Elon Musk said a few weeks ago that he hadn't, but he's not opposed to it. Ashley Sinclair has said, you know, she's been forcing Elon Musk to do a paternity test. Whatever. It's so childish, the back and forth. And I hate that it's in the public. And this is potentially Elon Musk's fourth baby mama. And St. Clair was, you know, know, totally upset. She was claiming that Elon Musk wasn't present for the birth of their child. He hasn't even seen the child or visited the child more than three times. And he hasn't expressed any interest in having custody of the child. And he's still paying her, by the way. He's still paying her, doesn't know that the baby is actually his, but has decided to give her lots and lots of money. And she told the Wall Street Journal, Ashley Sinclair. She decided to not accept a 15 million dollar payment, which is essentially like a hush money payment. She didn't want to accept $15 million, and she didn't want to accept a hundred thousand dollars per month in child support payments. She didn't sign on the dotted line because she wanted to be able to go run her mouth to the media and let everyone know that she was Elon Musk's fourth baby mama. Which is totally embarrassing. But I can kind of see why she's crashing out because this is really embarrassing. I have horrible secondhand embarrassment. Imagine you're someone's fourth baby mama, and Elon Musk has been public with the other three. There's no secret there. And now you're the fourth. And he's like, I mean, this hush money payment, this $15 million that. She didn't want to stay silent. Elon Musk requested. I don't want people to know that you're the baby mama. I don't want you to go in public when you're pregnant. I just want this to be completely hidden. So, yeah. She also claimed that this contract of $15 million and also $100,000 a month would not cover security expenses nor provide support if their child became gravely ill and did not include a trust fund or life insurance policy. If Elon Musk died before the child was 21. Yeah, $15 million and $100,000 a month, which totals to $1.2 million a year. That should cover it. That should cover it, girlfriend. You don't need more than that. So then you know, she would have to pay this $15 million back if she ever broke the terms of the agreement. And she knew that she just couldn't put tape over her mouth and sit on her hands. She knew that she had to let everyone know that she was Elon Musk's baby mama, which, again, is extremely embarrassing. But she needed the clout. She would rather have people know this, then take $15 million for your child that you claim to care so much about. And you claim to care so much about the privacy. $15 million to stay quiet about your child would afford you the privacy that you. So you so craved. Craved. Question mark. Temporarily. I mean, huh. None of this makes sense. Then, you know, she says part of this deal about staying quiet. I mean, she did give. She did give in to Musk's demands. She didn't go out while she was pregnant. She stayed in her apartment. And then in return for that, he sent her $2 million for expenses. So again, apparently half of it was a loan. So. So she has to pay a million dollars back to him. But she refused the 15 million. She refused the hundred thousand dollars a month even though Elon Musk had posted on X saying that he was paying her child support. So that doesn't make any sense. But she didn't sign on the dotted line for the 15 million. But even then he gave her 2 million. She gave up the 15. He gave her 2 million just for staying inside. So I don't know. This is just crazy. Anyway, the Wall Street Journal did report that on Tuesday, yesterday they did get test results from LabCorp that said there is a 99.9999% chance that Musk is the father. You are the father. So. Yeah, I mean, this is just. She also claimed, you know, she didn't want to take these payments because she didn't want her child, Romulus, to feel like he was illegitimate. And I just have to point out that if you have children with men who are not your husband, that is what happens. They might tend to feel illegitimate because that's. You had a child out of wedlock. I mean, am I crazy? If you don't want your child to feel illegitimate, don't have illegitimate children. That seems easy to me. It's just, I don't know. And then she's asking for people to feel sorry for her that she didn't understand the consequences of her actions. I mean, clearly these are two people who do not believe in the sanctity of marriage. They do not believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman and that this is who should procreate. They just totally bypass that. And they were fast and loose. And obviously Elon Musk has a ton of kids, so he doesn't care. Elon Musk only cares about procreating with as many surrogates as humanly possible. He's been totally up, upfront and honest about this, even to the media. Here he is talking about his concerns for population decline and what he, you know, he's doing his part and then.
Elon Musk
One of my, my favorite sort of. But maybe Less obvious things to be concerned about is, is the birth rate. You know, I think it's important that people have enough babies to support civilization. And, and we don't sort of dwindle away and you know, because they say like, you know, civilization might die with a bang or with a whimper. And if we, if we don't have enough kids, then we will die with a wimper in adult diapers and that would be depressing. And yes, make more babies. At least make enough babies to have sustained the population. You know, we don't, we don't stop the population.
Dan Bongino
Okay, so he cares about the population decline. He says we should all be making babies. But as we know, Elon Musk alone with 14 children is not going to reverse the decline in population. This is just an excuse for him to impregnate as many women as humanly possible. It's gotta be a weird fetish, some sick delusion. And he's come up with this excuse as if it's some valiant effort to save the world. It's, it's actually narcissistic and really gross. And Ashley thought she could probably change him, you know, maybe fourth times the charm and he would really run off into the sunset with her, despite him being totally upfront about what his plans are. And that's essentially to inseminate a bunch of women and get them pregnant. So I don't know, it's. He embarrassed her. And I think that is why she is lashing out in the media. She is totally, totally attention depraved, especially because she's not on X anymore. X was kind of her platform of choice. And because of her canoodling with Elon Musk, she was very, very popular on X. I mean, she denied this $15 million that she could run her mouth and she can't do it on her ex's platform. So she's doing it in the media. She's calling her friends at the New York Post and at the Wall Street Journal, both of which that are owned by Fox. So these are friendly media outlets, but she's going to friendly conservative media outlets. They're calling her this conservative influencer, but nothing that she's doing is really conservative. She's not acting like a conservative. I think how they're both acting is actually really embarrassing for the Republican Party and the movement. I mean, I don't think anyone is really wanting to be associated with her anymore. I don't know why she would turn down that payment because I don't know what she's doing for Money. Otherwise, she has another baby daddy. So maybe he's paying her, I don't know. But now she's got two kids to pay for. And, I mean, I would have taken the money and then kept my. I don't know, my reputation intact. I. I would. That's. That was. That's what I would try to do if I was her. But imagine this wasn't Elon Musk. Imagine this was just some regular dude John Doe, and you're on a date with him. And he says, like, I have three other baby mamas. Anyone in their right mind, especially a conservative woman, would say, no, I don't want anything to do with that. So she obviously did this because she thought dating Elon Musk would be different. It would go well. She would be the queen of X. Her son would be the one on Elon's shoulders running around with President Trump on the White House lawn, getting cute photo ops in the Oval Office. But that's not Romulus. That's X. And I think that's why she's totally pissed, because Elon Musk didn't pick her. She wasn't different from any other baby mama. He treated her like a surrogate because she allowed him to treat her like a surrogate. If you lower your standards, prepare to be walked all over. And imagine claiming that you want privacy, and then you turn down $15 million so that you can go to your favorite outlet that gives you five minutes of attention, totally selling out your son. You claim that you don't want media to dox your son and you care about his privacy, and then you take photos with him and release his name to the public. I mean, not everyone in the conservative movement has to be religious. Not everyone has to believe in the sanctity of marriage. Not everyone has to be conservative in every aspect of your life. I mean, I'm not going to judge, but the way that this has played out has been really embarrassing. And the way that Ashley sold her Tesla and then ran to the media trashing Elon Musk, it seems like she's doing her best liberal impression. And that's all I have to say about that. I want to talk to you now about the sponsors of today's show. We're just going to take a quick break here, but blackout coffee is the first one that I'm going to tell you about today. Now some Pentagon officials are out. They have been ousted because they have been exposed as being, well, just deep state swamp creatures. So the first one, Dan Caldwell, he's a senior advisor to defense secretary Pete Heth. Darren Selnick is the second one. He's the Pentagon's deputy chief of staff. They were both suspended as part of the same probe and escorted out of the building. No longer working at the DoD. Now, they were suspected of leaking information. They. There have been investigations. This is military operational plans for the Panama Canal, that was leaked. The second carrier headed to the Red Sea, that was leaked. Elon Musk's controversial trip to the Pentagon, that was leaked. Other issues involving Ukraine. So they're thinking, you know, who is leaking this stuff? And now, do you remember that signal chat that got leaked? And someone in the chat added that Atlantic reporter, Jeffrey Goldberg. They put him in the signal chat. And JD Vance and Pete Hegseth, I mean, they're all in there talking about war plans. Mike Waltz. Yeah. So apparently Caldwell, he was the Pentagon's primary contact to coordinate those military strikes on Yemen. So it's unclear if Dan Caldwell was the one who put Jeffrey Goldberg in the chat. But with all these leaks happening, the investigation is still ongoing, but thankfully, these guys have been suspended in the meantime and removed from the building. And if it was just a mistake, it was a really bad one that could have been totally disastrous. But then it'll be interesting to see, with these guys gone, will these leaks stop or will they continue? Now, just today, Colin Carroll, chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Steven Feinberg, he was also suspended. We cannot have leakers and rats in our military and in the top levels of government. We do not need this. And President Trump has dealt with this before. People in his inner circle, people that he has trusted, people in his cabinet that turned his back on him. We're not doing this this time around. They are not messing around. You mess up, you are out of here. So drain the swamp. Get the leakers out. Replace them with people who actually like the Trump administration. They like what they're doing, they support it, and they're willing to work because they're patriots. And there. There have been a lot of shakeups happening in the government for the better, not just at the dod, but at the FBI. So late last week, it was reported that Brian Otten was ousted from his post as an FBI analyst by FBI Director Kash Patel. Who is Brian Otten? Well, he's a concerning figure in the government. He's certainly a deep state actor, if you will. He was known for his participation in Crossfire Hurricane. He knew that the Steele dossier was totally fake, bought and paid for, and he failed to alert the FBI. Yeah, he also pushed for those FISA warrants to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. They said that he was some Russian asset and he was talking to Russians. He wasn't. We know that this is all part of the Russia, Russia, fake Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. So Brian Otten, he created a report, as swamp creatures do back in 2020, that essentially told the FBI not to look into Hunter Biden's business dealings or anything else for that matter. Investigations into tax fraud, foreign lobbying. He basically just said, call it Russian disinformation and call it a day. So that's concerning. But he is out. And now a guy named Gary Shapley. He was a whistleblower. He was working in the irs and he alerted the DOJ that something fishy was going on. It was him. It was Shapley. Along with a IRS special agent, Joseph Zegler. They were both removed by the Biden administration from the Hunter Biden case because they were raising concerns to the higher ups of the doj, saying, whoever these attorneys are, they're dragging their feet. Something's amiss here because they're slow walking this case. We're not getting answers. It seems like they're not really investigating Hunter Biden. Maybe that had to do with the fact that FBI analyst Brian Otton was telling them not to worry about it. Yeah, look here, not there. Where's Hunter? Don't worry about it. That was essentially Brian Otten. So he's gone. And Gary Shapley with the irs. He is being now promoted. So out with the bad guys, in with the good guys. We love to see this. And I was speaking of bad guys or bad gals, I guess you should say. New York Attorney General Letitia James. She is in hot water now. She is in hot water over some mortgage fraud investigation, apparently, according to the US Federal Housing. What is his name? It's Bill Pulte. Bill Pulte. I used to follow Bill Pulte on X. He used to do like all these giveaways, like, I'm giving away $5,000 today. So I followed him and then I looked him up because his name came up in this story. And I was like, wait, I know him. I used to follow him. So anyway, New York Attorney General Letitia James, she of course led the charge in the civil fraud trial of former President Donald J. Trump before he was reelected, of course. And that ended up with Trump being charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal payments made to Stormy. Daniel, we know that this was totally. This was lawfare. It was a disgusting abuse of power. And Bill Pulte he is now the US Federal Housing Finance Agency Director. He has referred Letitia James to the DOJ for alleged mortgage fraud. Yep. So this is the letter that he sent to Pam Bondi, Attorney General. And yeah, it says based on media reports, Ms. Letitia James has in multiple instances falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans for more favorable loan items or loan terms. This has potentially included falsifying resident status for a Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate, then also misrecept, misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government backed loans and government assistance. Really weird. And Bill Pulte also included several documents in this letter that showed that Letitia James purchased a Property back in 1983, also in 2000, that were co signed by her father, but then she falsely listed her father as her husband. Who does that? Who does that? That's really fishy to me. That's really, really strange. And honestly, she's not the only Democrat to do that. I mean, isn't it Ilana, the congresswoman from Michigan? She, I think married her brother potentially. So I don't know what these people are doing, but whatever they're doing, it doesn't smell very good. And I just took the liberty to go through Attorney General Letitia James tweets today. And I searched no one is above the law. Because that was her favorite thing to say when she was trying to attack President Trump. She was just trying to get Trump, that's all. And now she just said so many times, do we have this, guys? The number 8? I just searched and like, I could go on and on and on so many times. I just searched. No one is above the law. Here she is tweeting, no one is above the law. Rose roses are red, violets are blue. No one is above the law. Like, happy Valentine's Day. Really? I mean, this woman is like serious. She. I could just scroll and scroll and scroll. She says, no, it is above the law. No, it is above the. No, it is above the law. Okay, well, it's your turn, Letitia. Democrats don't like when the tables are turned on them and they get the same treatment. So if you want to engage in lawfare and try to get your political opponents well, don't act shocked when President Trump and people in the Trump administration are to come for you next because that's the standard that you set. Speaking of standards being set. Oh, just horrible. People know the story of Rachel Morin. Rachel Morin, she was killed and raped by an illegal immigrant back in 2023, and her killer was convicted of this crime. And Patty Morin, Rachel Morin's mother, she spoke at the White House today, and she also spoke to Fox News Channel about how horrible it was. These are the kind of people Harris.
Pam Bondi
Administration has allowed into our country, and they think that it's okay to defend them instead of defending my daughter and protecting us. I don't understand that. So when we heard the verdict, it was very sad because we had to relive and see everything that my daughter sought. My daughter suffered. But then at the same time, we were convinced that this was the murderer and that justice was served.
Dan Bongino
So sad. It's so sad. No mother in this country should have to go through this. No mother or father should have to watch their child die. Certainly not at the hands of an illegal immigrant, which is completely. It should be completely avoidable. But compare this to how the media is covering the. The story of Abrego Garcia. He is the Salvadorian citizen who has lived in Maryland for the last 15 years. Illegal, but illegally, by the way. And then the media, they just can't stop covering the fact that he's a Maryland father. They're not calling him an illegal immigrant. They're not calling him a Salvadorian citizen. They're calling him Maryland father, Maryland dad. Look at all these headlines. Maryland man deported wrongly, and kilimar Abrego Garcia, MD man deported. And all of a sudden, it's Maryland father and Maryland dad's legal fight. And, I mean, these are all leftist organizations, by the way. But you compare. I mean, you see a Maryland woman be raped by an illegal immigrant. Thankfully, that man, that horrible man, convicted. Then you compare this to how they're treating an actual illegal immigrant with potential ties to gangs, the MS.13 gang. And they. They call him just Maryland man. It's not a Maryland man. He's an illegal immigrant. Now, Media Research center, they posted this on Instagram that I thought was very interesting. They said, a tale of two different illegal immigrant cases. The media, zero minutes of coverage on Rachel Morin. Just zero minutes of coverage that her killer was convicted. And then 64 minutes and 57 seconds have been spent over an hour on the mainstream media about this wrongly deported illegal immigrant, which I don't understand how you can really argue that he's wrongly deported, because if you're in the country illegally, you should be deported. That's kind of the rules. Am I crazy? And then I. I looked this up. Like, why are they saying this? Hold on. And it says Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran citizen, has lived in Maryland for almost 15 years. While he initially entered the US without being granted legal status, a federal judge in 2019 granted him protection from being deported because of concerns for his safety if he were to return to El Salvador. Huh. Well, that doesn't add up. For me. That doesn't really make sense because he was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, and why would he not be able to go back to El Salvador? That's kind of the point. But, no, they're saying that because there were allegations that he was a member of the Ms. 13 gang, the judge ultimately found there was no significant evidence to support the allegation, but his life would be endangered if he returned to El Salvador. Again, I don't understand. If he's not affiliated with the gang, why would he be at more risk of gang violence than any other person? That says to me that maybe he is affiliated with the gang. Again, the judge found no affiliation. But why would you be afraid to send him back to El Salvador? If he's not a gang member and he's not affiliated with them, then, like, what's the issue? Then send him back. Then he would not be more at risk than, you know, sending me to El Salvador and being a victim of gang violence. Right. I mean, I don't know. I don't. I don't get it. It doesn't make any sense. But something that does make sense is over in the uk, the Supreme Court, they had just ruled that basically men are men and women are women. Imagine that the Supreme Court said the definition of sex in The Equality Act 2010 makes clear that the concept of sex is binary. A person is either a man or a woman. So the body of five judges unanimously agreed that a man with a gender recognition certificate, that is a legal paper in the UK that basically says, you know, your assumed gender is different than their biological sex. I guess they give them a certificate for being trans, whatever. That's their prerogative. But if you have this gender recognition recognition certificate, that's not counted as a woman when it comes to equal rights legislation. So under the law, if you are born a woman, you are a woman. If you were born a man, you are a man. Now, the Court still gives protections to trans people against, like, discrimination, of course, but the law, I mean, the law says there's men and women and you're born the way that you're born, and makes sense to me. But apparently this is pertinent because in 2018, there was a Scottish law that basically wanted to force gender equality on government bodies. So they were mandating that 50% of people on a government body were men, another 50% women. So it had to be this 5050 equal split. But then there was kind of issues because there were trans people. You know, this is just the erasure of women, of course. So, you know, if. How can you say that something's 50, 50 men and women, and then there are some women that are identifying as men and women, vice versa. So this is why this has all come out in the wash. And now the Supreme Court is recognizing man and woman, basically. And Susan Smith, she is the co founder of For Women Scotland. Here was her reaction to the ruling today. Watch. Very exciting. They're jumping up and down, they're screaming. I mean, it's crazy that we even have to celebrate something like this, right? Women being women and men being men, but very exciting. Then she's about to say a few words.
Susan Smith
We were in a really difficult place in Scotland then. We thought we were going to see rights for women rolled back. And today the judges have said what we always believe to be the case. That women are protected by their biological sex, that sex is real, and that women can now feel safe, that services and spaces designated for women are for women. And we are, we are enormously grateful to the Supreme Court for this ruling.
Dan Bongino
Love it. Meanwhile, in the US there are women who have no idea if there are women or not. Watch this.
Caitlin Bennett
So he said, if you're born with male DNA, you can never become a woman. What would you say to correct that claim?
Dan Bongino
I say your body, your choice.
Caitlin Bennett
Okay, I agree. Your body, your choice.
Dan Bongino
Okay.
Caitlin Bennett
To do. To. To become a woman.
Dan Bongino
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Caitlin Bennett
Okay. What is a woman?
Dan Bongino
I don't know how to answer that.
Caitlin Bennett
Gender is not a construct, so.
Dan Bongino
Right.
Caitlin Bennett
So if someone says, I'm now a woman, what does that mean that they are?
Dan Bongino
I don't know how to answer that.
Caitlin Bennett
I don't know how to answer that. Are you guys women? I'm whatever I want to be. Right, but are you a woman? Not necessarily. Oh, I'm sorry. What are you?
Susan Smith
They.
Dan Bongino
Them.
Caitlin Bennett
They. Them.
Susan Smith
Yep.
Caitlin Bennett
Okay, so you're neither male or female. I don't know what I identify as anymore. Okay, so I. Have you identified as in the past?
Dan Bongino
She. Her.
Caitlin Bennett
She. Her.
Susan Smith
Okay.
Caitlin Bennett
Would that be a woman? Yes. Okay, so you are a woman. Sure. Okay, well, I guess you identify as a woman. I don't want to answer this anymore. Okay. Okay.
Susan Smith
Bye.
Caitlin Bennett
Bye. See you later.
Dan Bongino
Wow. I don't even know how you take people Seriously, for that long. That's Caitlin Bennett there. She does really good man on the street interviews. And I don't know, I mean, it makes good content, but damn, I would not be able to look at that person that they them in a dog mask. I mean, people in the chat are just freaking out. Omg, dumbasses. I identify as obese. Yeah. Why the dog mask? I identify as morons. How do these people survive the day? I don't know. I don't know how these people get through the day. It seems like they're triggered by everything. And their lives actually have to be quite perfect for them to find these minute things to worry about and get triggered by because they must live a very comfortable life. They don't. They don't actually struggle. They have to make up struggles. But here in this great country, the United States, you know, we have the freedom to have these crazy people. But also we have Attorney General Pam Bondi, who announced today a lawsuit against Maine for not allowing or not protecting women in women's sports. Listen to this.
Caroline Levitt
Today the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine Department of Education. The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect women in women's sports. Pretty basic stuff. This is a violation of Title 9. The Department of Justice will not sit by when women are discriminated against in sports. This is about sports. This is also about these young women's personal safety. Yes, we tried to get Maine to comply. We don't like standing up here and filing lawsuits. We want to get states to comply with us. That's what this is about. We have repeatedly notified Maine of its infractions and urged them to remedy the situation to protect women. We've stripped grants from Maine through other departments, and we are going to continue to fight for women.
Dan Bongino
I mean, this issue is not just Maine, by the way, but I really give the Trump administration credit for making an example out of Maine, because we know that this translunacy, it's beyond one state. I mean, this is. It's happening all over the country, unfortunately. But Maine Governor Janet Mills responded to this. This is the response that they put on the governor's website. Today is the latest expected salvo in an unprecedented campaign to pressure the state of Maine to ignore the Constitution and abandon the rule of law. This matter has never been about school sports or the protection of women and girls, as has been claimed. It is about states rights and defending the rule of law against a federal government bent on imposing its will. Instead of upholding the law why don't we just uphold biological reality? What about biological reality? What do you mean all laws? If you don't, if you can't define woman and man, I mean what, how do you define anything else? How do you have, you know, laws are applied to men and women. There are, Title nine is to protect women. And Maine is completely, I mean they're completely not protecting women. It's sick. I don't understand. I mean women are getting so hurt, like so badly injured playing against men. Why would you want that to keep going so that you're, you get to pat yourself on the back and be the wokest governor? I don't know, it's just bizarre. But the leftist lunacy doesn't stop there. Apparently scientists and researchers, they now say that your pet dog, your beloved pet dog, your furry friend, your furry family member, bad for the environment, you guessed it. This is a report by the Guardian, but this was essentially done in Australia first and then in the uni United States as well. It says pet dogs have been extensive, multifarious. They have a extensive and multifarious impact on environment, new research finds. So in Australia they found that pet dogs were disturbing penguins in Tasmania. So they're disturbing wildlife. They're polluting waterways with their feces and with their, you know, their tick medications. And they are contributing to carbon emissions. That's right. And in the US they found that studies, they found that areas where deer and fox and bobcats were, they were like less active in areas where dogs were allowed. So they're saying that it's totally messing up the ecosystem to have your dogs everywhere. And like I said, the insecticides and flea and tick medications, apparently when your dog goes into the ocean, those medications will wash off in the water. They'll kill aquatic invertebrae, they will wash off into the waterways. Their feces can affect soil chemistry and plant growth. Yep. They also said it's not just dogs, by the way. They said that cats, the carbon footprint of cats is well known as well. But apparently the pet food industry, the dry pet food industry has a very significant environmental footprint. And all I have to say is you people are so damn miserable. You are so miserable. I hate climate alarmists. Why? I mean, they're researching these things that, I mean you could be researching so many other things that would be so much more necessary. And I mean, tell me, how much impact are our dogs and our furry friends really having on the environment? We can't start with gas guzzlers like Taylor Swift who flies her private jet to and fro I mean, come on, let's start with Taylor Swift. Let's start with, you know, all of the celebrities and all of the politicians. They fly around on their private jets. Make every one of those people live like the sorry people like the rest of us and fry and just take regular flights like all of us. I don't know. That's my. That's my suggestion. But to the climate alarmist, screw you and don't mess with our pets, okay? It's enough. They're not impacting the environment, that much I can assure you. And my cat just stays inside, so. What do you mean? I guess her dry food. I mean, come on. It's so ridiculous. So as a cat lady, I am standing up for all the fellow cat ladies and. And my dog lovers as well. So it is time now for scrolling time, special guest Vince and guy in dc. What? Oh, my gosh. I don't even have to dance alone. It's not just us in here. I mean, this is worldwide. Okay. The scrolling time dance is worldwide. Well, nationwide, I should say. In our nation's capital. I love it. Wow, that's a great little surprise. Thank you for surprising me with that. That was cool. All right. My first video. There are some podcasters who are complaining about this whole Real ID thing. I'm sure you've heard that May 7th, you need a Real ID. I have had a Real ID since 2017, and then when I moved to Tennessee, I got another id and that was a real id. I mean, I've had a real ID for a long time now, but apparently very difficult. People have been putting it off and putting it off and putting it off. Watch this.
I
They say that if you don't have the real ID by May, then you have to have your passport to fly. And it seems a little easier for me to get a passport renewed than to figure out a real id.
Dan Bongino
You should have had that. What's wrong with you?
I
What?
Dan Bongino
Your real ID by now.
I
Are you serious right now?
Dan Bongino
Yeah.
I
You have one?
Dan Bongino
Of course.
I
Do you have a real id?
Dan Bongino
I think so.
I
Wait a second. What? Wait off. You guys all have real IDs.
Dan Bongino
There was. We all got the memo. It was necessary, like four years. Yeah.
I
Then they kept saying, never mind, never mind, it's fine. So you have, in addition to your driver's license, a separate id.
Dan Bongino
A real id? Yes.
I
Please sound off in the comments if you have a real id. Because every time I saw those signs, then they would say, the deadline has been extended. So I'm like, oh, this is fake. I Just thought it was a complete scam. You all have one. Is it the same? Is it a separate. A separate.
Dan Bongino
Your driver's license, it says real id.
I
What the does that. What is that?
Dan Bongino
Why we're just sheep. We were told and we follow. Well, I'm Jewish.
I
I have to be careful that it's not like they're starting the next Holocaust. And this is how.
Dan Bongino
That is a good point.
I
I have to question everything.
Dan Bongino
Oh, my gosh, the people in the chat. I have a passport card. Everything is so traumatic for these people. Someone said dumb. I mean, seriously, it is not hard to get a real ID. The last two IDs that I've had have been real IDs. I'm about to go to the DMV on Friday and get a third. Okay. Now that I'm a Florida. Florida resident. So, yeah, someone says all you have to do is pay a little more for the real id. Is it even, like, how much more? I mean, I don't know. Again, someone saying so much excuses. So many excuses. Yeah, this is like, these are the excuse. The same people, by the way, that were complaining about that Save act where you would have to show proof of citizenship in order to vote, and they were like, oh, my God, I'm have to bring my passport, and my passport has to have my real name on it. It's like, yeah, yeah, you have to get a passport with your real name on it. I mean, I was forced to get a real ID because I was moving apartments. I moved apartments, like, literally every year when I lived in New York City. It was horrific. But I was getting my TSA pre check and my global entry. And the guy said, you're going to need to go within, like, 10 days and get your license change because this isn't your current address. It's your old address. It was still, like, valid, but whatever. I obviously couldn't get TSA pre check and Global entry without my address being my address. So of course I went and did it. It took no time at all. And just like that, I got my real id and I got my TSA precheck and Global entry and everything that I needed. It's not hard. But these people, they're like, oh, well. Oh, what is this one time you pulled up the price there? $30. It's $30 in Pennsylvania. This is, in one case, Pennsylvania. But, like, come on. I mean, the left is gonna complain and say that, like, people can't afford this, and therefore people are stupid and they can't figure it out. And it's like an attack on the Constitution or whatever. I mean, get a grip. Go to the dmv. It stinks. But, like, get over it. I mean, I just don't feel bad for these people. Anyway. You know who tells it like it is Caroline Levitt, our White House press secretary. She takes no prisoners. She gets up there at the podium and she really. She tells it like it is. She makes. She eats these media folks for breakfast. And this comedian on TikTok had a very good Caroline Levitt impression. Watch.
J
Hey, guys, how we doing? Great. Because I don't care. That was me being polite. Now, I got some updates for you, so lock the in. You ready? First up. Yes. President Trump just has annual checkup. Yes, Peter, the man is amazing, as usual. He's a goddamn stallion. What are your thoughts? Wow, Gary, I am not taking questions right now, but you should know that you dumb. Sorry, Carolyn.
Dan Bongino
Thank you.
J
Next up, wonderful news. Inflation is down to 2.4%, just like we predicted. So all you haters can stop bitching about egg prices. Yes, Caitlyn, I am looking at you. Why me?
Dan Bongino
I didn't.
J
No, no, no, I saw the article. That was Caroline. Let me just say, I don't appreciate your tone. Yeah, wasn't me saying you could talk. Oh, so you're saying I can't speak my mind in here. That's what you're saying like that. What? Shut the up. Seriously.
Dan Bongino
Thank you.
J
Now I will open the floor to some questions. Do you see how that works? Gary, I am so sorry, Caroline.
Dan Bongino
No, What?
J
Don't be sorry. It'd be better you in the front. Go.
Dan Bongino
Caroline.
J
With negotiations with Russia, why doesn't President Trump just pick up the phone himself and call President Putin? Like I don't have any thoughts. I don't know, Lindsay. How about the fact that he's the President of the United States, the busiest goddamn man on the planet. I swear, sometimes you guys ask the dumbest question. Seriously. I got an answer for you, Lindsay.
Dan Bongino
Sure.
J
President Trump will deal with Russia the day that you guys do your job and start asking some decent questions.
Dan Bongino
Which will be.
J
Oh, wait, Never. That's all time I got for you. I'm out.
Dan Bongino
Take no prisoners. Caroline, wait. We have those gangster glasses, don't we? Throw them my way. Then I can match. Oop, Great catch by me. Now I can match Caroline Levitt. These are my gangster glasses, okay? And I'm gonna finish the show with my gangster glasses on. So scrolling with my homies in my gangster glasses. Well, I guess these glasses aren't really Appropriate for the last video that I have for you. It's really wonderful and heartwarming. It's a teacher who prays over all of her desks in her classroom. Watch this. I pray for you. Here, I'm going to take this off. It says, I may not be able to teach them about Jesus, but I can pray for them. And the teacher is walking around her empty classroom, no kids in the room, but she is standing over every desk, placing her hands on them and praying for each child in her classroom, which is really, really sweet. And a lot of parents in the comments, we're loving it. Someone said, this is the teacher I want for my child. Someone else said this, those children are protected. Then another guy, David, said, I'm a school bus driver. I recently started praying over every seat in my bus every day, praying for every kid that sits in that seat to be blessed in every way in Jesus name. I love that. Someone else said, this is an appropriate way to bring the light of Christ into your classroom without pushing it onto anyone. We pray every morning in the car ride line to protect the school, our teachers and students. And this kind of brought up an interesting debate in the comment section. So Cindy Lou, someone replied to that comment and said, I think they need to know about Jesus. It's not pushing Jesus on anyone by telling them about a savior that died for all mankind. And this woman replied back and said again, I said, this is a great way to bring Jesus into our space, but not everyone practices the same way. I wouldn't want a Catholic teacher teaching my Latter Day Saints kids about religions because we have different beliefs. And someone else commented saying, I'm not Christian, but anyone is free to pray for my child. Someone else said, well, I don't believe in God. I do find this sweet because you believe it and you are praying to a higher power for safety, health, love and kindness. I appreciate it and hope you continue. And you know, I'm not a parent, so I don't know, but I would like to put it out to the chat. I mean, would you like a teacher to. To pray for your students even if they don't share the same religion? I think I would. I don't care if the teacher is, you know, Latter Day Saints or Muslim or whatever. If you are praying with good intentions, which I think most people do, if they're praying and prayerful people and faithful people, I think they would have good intentions that they were praying. If they're praying for, you know, again, the safety and health and love and kindness of all of the children. I would like that someone in the comments said yes. We have a teacher in our church who does this. Yep. Every day. Brings tears to my eyes. God is good. And I wanted to end that this show on a really good note for Holy Week. So thank you so much for joining me tonight. I appreciate it. If you're in the chat on Bongina Report Rumble Channel, I see you. I love you all scrolling in the chat. I love my homies. But if you want to watch later you can reminder that that you can listen on Apple podcasts or Spotify. So just search nightly, scroll with Haley and I will see you there and I will see you tomorrow.
Nightly Scroll with Hayley - Episode 28: "Musk Baby Mama’s Media Blitz Is Embarrassing"
Release Date: April 16, 2025
Host: Hayley Caronia
In Episode 28 of Nightly Scroll with Hayley, host Hayley Caronia delves deep into the controversial media maneuvers of Ashley St. Clair, alleged fourth baby mama of Elon Musk. The episode dissects St. Clair's interactions with various media outlets, her public statements, and the broader implications for both her reputation and Elon Musk's private life. Throughout the episode, Hayley provides sharp commentary, blending conservative perspectives with incisive analysis of current events.
Hayley begins by examining Ashley St. Clair's recent actions and media appearances. She critiques St. Clair's decision to engage with prominent media outlets such as the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal, framing these interactions as calculated moves for clout rather than genuine attempts to seek privacy.
Privacy Statement Analysis:
"Kids should be off limits for journalists. Remember that." (00:30)
Hayley highlights the paradox in St. Clair's statements advocating for privacy while simultaneously exposing her personal life to the media. She argues that this behavior undermines her credibility and suggests a premeditated effort to garner attention.
Financial Maneuvering:
Hayley discusses the financial aspects of St. Clair's claims, particularly her refusal to accept a $15 million hush money offer from Musk. She expresses skepticism about St. Clair's motivations, suggesting that her actions are more about personal gain than protecting her child.
"She would rather have people know this, than take $15 million for your child that you claim to care so much about." (05:15)
The episode delves into the potential legal ramifications for Elon Musk, especially concerning the paternity of his alleged 14th child.
Paternity Test and Financial Support:
Hayley discusses the reported results from LabCorp, stating a "99.9999% chance that Musk is the father." (11:20). She critiques Musk's handling of the situation, particularly his limited involvement with the child and the financial support provided without formal acknowledgment.
Public Image and Personal Life:
Hayley posits that Musk's approach to managing his personal relationships and offspring may contribute to public relations challenges. She suggests that his desire for privacy conflicts with St. Clair's pursuit of media exposure.
Beyond the main topic, Hayley touches on several other issues, reflecting her conservative stance.
Pentagon Officials Suspended for Leaks:
Hayley reports on the suspension of Pentagon officials suspected of leaking sensitive information. She frames this as a decisive move to "drain the swamp" and protect national security.
New York Attorney General Letitia James Under Investigation:
The episode covers allegations against Letitia James regarding mortgage fraud, highlighting perceived hypocrisy given her previous statements about "no one being above the law."
"No one is above the law. Here she is tweeting, no one is above the law. Roses are red, violets are blue. No one is above the law." (28:10)
Supreme Court Ruling on Gender Recognition:
Hayley discusses a recent UK Supreme Court decision reaffirming the binary concept of gender, applauding the ruling as a victory for women's rights.
"Women are protected by their biological sex, that sex is real, and that women can now feel safe." (38:37)
Real ID Mandate Critique:
Addressing the Real ID requirements, Hayley criticizes the public's resistance, labeling opponents as "sheep" and questioning their commitment to procedural compliance.
"These people are like, oh, well. Oh, what is this one time you pulled up the price there? $30... It's not hard." (49:03)
Hayley shifts focus to environmental concerns, particularly the impact of pets on ecosystems. She debates recent studies suggesting that dogs and cats contribute to environmental degradation through pollution and disruptions to wildlife.
Pet-Induced Environmental Issues:
"Pet dogs have been disturbing penguins in Tasmania... Contributing to carbon emissions." (40:00)
Hayley dismisses these findings, attributing the research to "climate alarmists" and emphasizing personal responsibility over systemic environmental policies.
The episode also features interactions with listeners, including humorous segments and personal anecdotes that illustrate broader societal issues.
Teacher Praying in Classroom:
Hayley shares a heartwarming story of a teacher praying over each desk, sparking a discussion on the role of religion in education.
"I would like a teacher to pray for your students even if they don't share the same religion." (40:22)
Ashley St. Clair on Privacy:
"Kids should be off limits for journalists. Remember that." (00:30)
Hayley on Financial Offers:
"She would rather have people know this, than take $15 million for your child that you claim to care so much about." (05:15)
Elon Musk’s Concerns on Population:
"We don't stop the population. Make more babies." (11:20)
Letitia James' Contradiction:
"No one is above the law." (28:10)
Susan Smith on Supreme Court Ruling:
"Women are protected by their biological sex, that sex is real, and that women can now feel safe." (38:37)
Hayley on Real ID Opponents:
"These people are like, oh, well. Oh, what is this one time you pulled up the price there? $30... It's not hard." (49:03)
Hayley on Pet Environmental Impact:
"You people are so damn miserable. You are so miserable. I hate climate alarmists." (40:00)
Teacher Praying for Students:
"If you are praying and prayerful people and faithful people, I think they would have good intentions that they were praying." (40:22)
Hayley Caronia's Nightly Scroll offers a critical examination of Ashley St. Clair's media engagements, suggesting that St. Clair's actions are driven by personal ambition rather than a genuine desire for privacy. The episode extends its analysis to broader political and social issues, consistently reflecting a conservative viewpoint that emphasizes accountability, traditional values, and skepticism of media narratives.
Hayley's commentary underscores a distrust of perceived liberal agendas, whether in the realm of gender identity, environmental policies, or governmental integrity. The episode advocates for personal responsibility, the preservation of traditional societal structures, and the importance of protecting national and individual interests from what she views as overreaching or hypocritical authorities.
Listeners are left with a reinforced perspective on the importance of scrutinizing public figures, the integrity of legal institutions, and the preservation of conservative values in the face of evolving societal norms.
