Hello and happy Tuesday afternoon, everyone. I'm Haley Carnea. Welcome to Scrolling with Haley. We were just, you know, yapping in here, as we do. We just got carried away and we were talking about Roblox versus Minecraft versus Fortnite, all of these gaming platforms that kids are obsessed with these days. And then we realize, oh, we're, we're actually 20 seconds late for the show. Should we start and we can yap on the show? So here we are. We're going to start yapping. Quick reminder to subscribe. I know everyone in the chat. I, I always try to hop in before the show starts. Today I had some time, so I was in there chatting with everyone. So 15 minutes before the show starts. That's, that's good if I can get in there and start yapping. But if you want to join everyone in the chat, you gotta do it on rumble. Rumble.com Haley is the only place you can scroll with the homies live at noon, so you should do that. And of course, even if you watch us here on Rumble, you can also watch on Spotify now, which is a great feature. And then if you listen later on Apple podcast, I heart, wherever you listen, make sure that you are subscribed. Make sure that you tell a friend about the show. All right, so Democrats, they sure know how to pick them, don't they? In a resurfaced clip in 2023, Senate candidate James Talarico was asked about his priorities. And yes, trans and kids came to mind, which got me thinking. We already know why Democrat politicians and big pharma want your kids to be transgender. But how do they do it? How do they get inside the minds of children? How does the social contagion take hold? Well, social media certainly has a thing or two to do with it. And how do you raise kids in 2026 safely? How can you shelter them from the digital world and for how long? And once they inevitably get on the Internet, what or who is there waiting for them. In some cases, it's predators, groomers, pedophiles. In other cases, it's online chat rooms and AI. Different dark web groups, different agendas to make your kids isolated, depressed, violent and susceptible. So what is the, what does the threat look like and how do we stop it? Put your phones on. Do not disturb. Scrolling with Haley starts right now. Foreign. So back in 2023, James Talarico, again, Democrat Senate candidate there in Texas, was a guest on a Super Bloom podcast with Candace King. She was in the Vampire Diaries. She's an actress. And this was right around the time when Texas Children's Hospital said that it would no longer be giving gender affirming care for minors. They weren't supposed to be performing them. They only stopped because Attorney General Ken Paxton launched an investigation into the hospital because Governor Greg Abbott had already signed Senate Bill 14 into law banning those kinds of surgeries for children. So then they only stopped once they got caught, that they kept doing it despite this law. And around this time, this is when James went on the podcast. He said, you know, all he can think about are those trans kids. Listen. Something that you love that's not family or friends I love. I'm just saying this because it's on my mind. The trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol to advocate for their humanity, they shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch anything you love that's not your family or your friends. Human. He loves kids. Not his kids. Just random kids. Trans kids at that. And they were top of mind for Talarico. Why? Because he said he met them and was inspired by them. What is inspiring about kids who are being mutilated for political clout? What is inspiring about political Munchausen syndrome by proxy? Because that's what it is. Munchausen syndrome by proxy is when parents get this high on. Off of having sick kids. If you watch that series on Hulu called the act, it's about Gypsy Rose Blanchard and how she ended up murdering her own mom because her mom was making her sick. Because the mom was sick. The mom wanted a sick kid. They wanted all the attention and the clout and the, the GoFundMe type fundraising money. They got a house built by Habitat for Humanity and now we're seeing the same sort of phenomenon, but with the trans thing, I feel like liberal parents get this high off of having a trans kid. Parents who are so obsessed with their status as being the most loving and tolerant liberal that they'll injure their child to do so, they'll sign their otherwise healthy child up to be castrated in the name of tolerance for the LGBTQ community. And the fact that any parent in the world is signing up their kid for something called puberty blockers is insane. CPS needs to be called. These parents are genuinely dumb if they believe the lies being told to them by the members of the woke medical community who say your kid is going to off themselves if you don't chop their healthy breasts off or prevent naturally occurring processes like puberty. James Tico what is inspiring about all of that? It's not inspiring to me. It actually makes me really angry. What is brave about that? But this is par for the course for Democrats. They claim that trans people are stunning and brave. They're being oppressed, and there's no such thing as a trans child, despite the Democrats best efforts to make more of them. And in order to do that, they need more access to kids because in some cases, the parents are so woke they'll bring the transitioning upon their own child. But in most cases, the kids are going to have to be the ones to bring it up to mom and dad. So how do they do that? How do they get kids to think that they're trans? Democrats made parental rights the enemy. They want to take your kids away from you and raise them in the way that they want. Democrats want to take your kids and raise them to be good, faithful Democrat voters. And they have a stronghold on the schools. Here are just a few examples of how this trans ideology can get into those schools. It's the teachers themselves. Watch.
David (Roblox CEO)
I teach in an explicitly trans affirming high school. We have gender support plans. We have a gender affirming wardrobe at our school. We have binders on demand for our students, and other shapewear can easily be ordered.
Trans Affirming Teacher
Your happiness is what matters because you are what matters. You are your own main character, right? So it's really important to have pronouns just so people can find who they are and identify themselves as they would like to be. Because who you are is who you are. You know, your happiness is what matters. Your joy is your joy.
Haley Carnea
Out of breath.
Trans Affirming Teacher
By the way, pronouns are just descriptors.
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
It's fine in the hallways and you've seen me in different manifestations, but this is actually pretty important to me because I have decided to announce to everybody that I am Deborah and I would like to be referred to as Deborah. And my pronouns are she and her. And yes, I am declaring myself or identifying as transgender woman. And it is a major event. And so Anyway, I really do appreciate all of the smiling faces that I see here. And I want to repeat again that you've already seen me misname and I do misgender myself sometimes. And I'm just new at this.
Haley Carnea
He's new at this whole being a woman thing. It's a major event. He still misgenders his own self.
David (Roblox CEO)
I'm announcing or changing or whatever this is.
Haley Carnea
He doesn't even know. That's the thing. They're so mentally ill. And I mean, I'm laughing because it's ridiculous to see a man in an ugly wig and a dress declare themselves a woman, but it is really scary and sad to think that this is the adult in the room. This is the adult in the room. Someone who's mentally ill and doesn't even know what's going on, but is going to proclaim this, this lie in front of a whole group of children and then make them go along with this lie. Then you had the other teacher who's completely out of breath, just sitting down and talking and making a social media video. She turns turns her camera on and she's out of breath, like this was making her out of breath. And she's talking about how important it is that kids have their pronouns, whatever their pronouns are. And I don't mean this in the grammatical sense. I mean, everyone has pronouns. People usually identify as the ones that match their God given birth, sex at birth. But in this case, the trans teacher is just saying, oh well, whatever pronouns you want and be, whatever you want to be. In encouraging these kids to be as sick and messed up in the head as they are, it's insane. And then let me know if you want to be a teacher at a trans affirming, exclusively trans affirming school. How do we find the opposite of that? I mean, parents and grandparents watching this right now are probably thinking, are my kids at a school like this? How do I find out? And how do I get them far, far away from them? And then there's always social media, because if you can't influence your kid to be trans at school, there are influencers like this guy who will show up on your kid's phone or tablet watch.
Trans Affirming Teacher
Your parents made mistakes. You can't blame the parents. Of course I can. I'm just concerned about the children. Should I go no contact with my mom? I will tell you about going no contact. Don't worry about hurting a parent's feelings. If you had toxic parents, toxic parents will always make it about that. Your parents rushed you, Your parents screwed Up. Families like to keep the roles the same. Here's your way out. If you do not have a family that loves you, I'm going to be your family.
Haley Carnea
Could they have made the music any louder on that video? I hate when people do that on Tick Tock. They ruin the video. It could have just been the guy talking, but then they put the. This, like, the creepy music behind it, which, I get it, it's creepy as hell, but please, now, can you turn it up? I actually. I couldn't hear him speaking. I need the music to be louder anyway. If you could hear him speaking. He's talking all about how to go, no contact with your parents. And he's speaking directly, straight to camera, looking in, directly into the camera, to kids on the other side, saying, if you are feeling like you're transgender and your parents just don't get it, they're wrong. They're toxic. You should go, no contact with them. Don't tell your parents, don't tell your mom, don't tell your dad. They won't get it, but I will. Isolate yourself in this mental illness. Don't speak to the people who know you and love you, the real you. They're keeping you from being the new you. Better yet, don't talk to your family at all. You're going to love it. Spoken like a true groomer. And not all groomers are interested in making your kid the newest member of the LGBTQ community. Some just want to sexually abuse them. A lot of pedophiles attack their victims in real life. They don't even hide behind a computer. Abuse at the hands of parents, even other family members, family friends, neighbors, coaches, teachers, tutors. This is popular. People who want to do harm to children will put themselves in close proximity to children. And the predators who can't get their hands on children, they will use the Internet to aid them. And around the world, at least 300 million children per year are victims of online sexual exploitation and abuse. 300 million. And that's around the world. In the United States, the National center for Missing and Exploited Children, they have received 546,000 reports of children being groomed online for sex acts. That was in 2024 alone. 546,000. And that was an increase, a 192% increase from 2023. So we can imagine that the numbers are staggering by now in 2026. And the FBI estimates that there are over 500,000 online predators active each day. A majority of these cases go unreported, by the way. So the metrics are actually impossible to know for sure. These are just horrifying estimates that probably don't even scratch the surface because think of how many parents find out and don't report it because they were either ashamed that they let it happen, embarrassed that it happened under their watch, or they didn't know about it, afraid of consequences. Or maybe they want to protect the family member or friend that did it. Think of how many kids have been groomed in person or online and their abusers tell them not to tell anyone, so they don't. This kind of thing isn't talked about much because it's so disturbing. But thankfully there are law enforcement agencies as well as vigilante predator catcher groups that work round the clock to arrest these types of freaks. Watch.
David (Roblox CEO)
Okay, so you did send something graphic to him once? Yes. Okay. What was it though? Just your. You fully nude or.
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
I. I think so.
David (Roblox CEO)
It was. Yeah. Are you wearing some type of contraption device right now? No. We had discussed it, but currently I am not.
Haley Carnea
Okay.
David (Roblox CEO)
He had expressed an interest in it and. And because he had expressed an interest in it. What's that thing called? Chastity cage?
Haley Carnea
Huh? What's happening?
David (Roblox CEO)
Why are you here? To meet a 13 year old boy.
Haley Carnea
Why are you here?
David (Roblox CEO)
To harass me? Weird piece of.
Haley Carnea
Why are you doing that to me?
David (Roblox CEO)
So this is a Joshua Ryan Clark. He's here to meet a 14 year old boy for sex and.
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
Okay.
David (Roblox CEO)
I have all the evidence, so. Okay, I won't put your face on here.
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
I appreciate that.
David (Roblox CEO)
All right, mister, go ahead and turn around.
Haley Carnea
Put your hand behind your back. Disgusting
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
man.
Haley Carnea
They got disgusting. The last video, if you're listening and not watching, is a man dressed as a woman being arrested in a store for attempting to meet up with a child. And the videos make me sad to watch because I know a child was groomed and abused before we even got to this point where they are being addressed and confronted. But the silver lining is that these people are hopefully arrested and won't be able to abuse another child. But if you are a parent or a grandparent, you've probably heard of the website Roblox and that is a predator's mode of choice to get in contact with young victims. So we're going to go inside the growing crisis, the impending lawsuits, and why the company can't seem to get it under control. But first I want to talk to you about something that doesn't get enough attention and that is sleep. I bet you told yourself going into this year that you were going to fix your Sleep. So tell your friends. Again, that is shop beam.com scroll use code scroll for 40% off. So I love it. I know that you guys will too. All right. Do you remember? I mean, I'm a 90s kid. I'm a millennial. I identify as Gen Z because I can't stand elder millennials. But I grew up in the golden ages, in my opinion, the early 90s, the 90s, the early 2000s, everything was just the best. We used to play outside. Well, those days are long gone, right? I remember days riding my bike with kids in the neighborhood. We would play manhunt, capture the flag. We would use our imaginations. Again, those days are long gone. Kids aren't doing that anymore. Millions of kids are going to an online gaming platform called Roblox. And if you're a parent or a grandparent, you've probably heard of it. Your kids and grandkids statistically are on it. And it completely blew up during the COVID 19 pandemic. IPad kids were already choosing their screens over in person contact. But the pandemic really solidified that Right. The government was forcing people inside. Schools were closed, extracurricular activities were closed. No one could play sports, Gyms were closed. So what else was there to do but go find communities online? Well, it's not just community building and gaming for kids. There are adults on Roblox and like most adults who invade spaces for children, they don't usually have the best intentions. And there is a pedophile problem, as Bloomberg calls it, and it was exposed years ago. Years ago. Roblox's pedophile problem. This is an article from 2024. So let me just read you a little bit from this article. By 2024, United States police had arrested at least two dozen people accused of abducting or abusing victims they'd met or groomed using Roblox. One of the platform's most popular and lucrative personalities was exposed as a pedophile. Lots of his followers were kids and one of his followers happened to be his victim. So here it is, here's the story straight from the Department of Justice because thankfully this guy has been caught. But it says, New Jersey man sentenced to 15 years in federal prison after grooming minors online and transporting her across state lines via Uber for sex. This guy used a fake name on the platform and he started Talking with a 15 year old girl and they were talking at first about gaming and they were talking about social media and they connected on Instagram and Roblox and Discord and then they started talking and becoming friendly I guess you could say. And he actually started sending her gifts and sending certain, you know, gifts and items to her, her parents house. He actually gifted her a computer like a tablet and a drawing stand and have it delivered to her house. So I don't know how the parents weren't like, hey, you're 15 years old, what did you just order to the house and with what card and who sent this to you? I don't know. But anyway, the guy, this predator, intentionally led the girl to believe that he could connect her with some job opportunities in the future. He could, you know, because he was this huge influencer, if you will, this creator on Roblox. And he said, I can get you into this industry, this gaming industry. And then of course the conversation went from friendly and helpful to sexual. And this predator coerced and persuaded the girl into believing that they were in love and that her family was the problem. So then they started talking about how they were going to meet up and he sent her an Uber to travel from Indiana to New Jersey so that they could be together. And have sex. Indiana to New Jersey again. And I'm this whole episode is based on Roblox. But there are so many security concerns when it comes to Uber as well. Like you'd have to wonder if you're an Uber driver and you pick up a 15 year old girl and you're going to drop her off at some house in New Jersey, you're going to drive from Indiana to New Jersey and drop her off. Like you have to think about how this looks and you have to start asking some questions. But anyway, they he used Uber to hire a driver, drive the girl 700 miles to his house. And then the predator paid the driver 500 through cash app. So it wasn't even through the Uber app. He connected to the Uber driver but then paid him on the side another 500 in cash when the victim got back home to Indiana. Some people are really motivated by money in a, in a sick way. So when the girl got to the house, this predator sexually abused her on multiple occasions. And then he used Uber again to purchase the plan B contraceptive pill to keep this 15 year old girl from getting pregnant and then sent her on her way back into the Uber back to Indiana. But he actually kept her for a few days. So this is how the family knew that she was missing, that she was missing for days and they started searching for her desperately and the FBI was able to rescue her from this Roblox predator and he was arrested. But unfortunately this is not a standalone story. According to public data, the online gaming platform has flagged more than 13,000 attempts and to exploit minors in 2023 alone. Again, a lot of these metrics are from three years ago, three years ago, two years ago. Imagine if it was 13,000 then, how much is it now? And the platform simply cannot get it under control despite their efforts. I'm not going to say their best efforts, but despite their efforts, this is still happening. Here's another example. This time it was a 15 year old boy who fell into the trap of an online predator. And they said too, I was looking into this, I think it's ages 7 to 9 is a hot spot for these predators. And then also 13 to 15, like there's sort of this gap where they go for younger, they also go for older. This 13 to 15 year old age gap. People are very vulnerable in this age gap as well. Like these two examples are 15 year olds. Again, these are high schoolers. But a lot of them are insecure, a lot of them are going through mental health crises. A lot of them are you know, so addicted and attached to their phones. I mean this is their life. And they, they get duped by these things. They're just kids. And this example, boy missing for two weeks reportedly traveled to NYC to see someone he met on Roblox. And again this is from just weeks ago, a week and a half ago. And he's still missing. He's still missing. His name is Thomas Medlin. He was last seen on January 9th and he's from St. James on Long Island. And police say he went to a school in Stony Brook and then right after school let out he went to run and catch the train into Manhattan. And he was last seen at Grand Central Station two hours later. It was around 5:30pm and police has have since tracked his location. He had been to lower Manhattan, he had been to Brooklyn and they still cannot find him. His family hasn't heard from the teenager since he left school that day. Where is he now? They don't know. His parents believe that he was communicating with someone on Roblox and he went to go meet them. We can only hope that he is still alive. But I can't imagine what is happening to him in the interim if he is. Because if an adult wants to speak and hang out with an unrelated child, they very likely have bad intentions. This next situation happened a week and a half ago. This is a case in Louisiana. A 24 year old man pressured a girl to harm herself and also send explicit photos back and forth. Coerced the victim into cutting herself and encouraged her to take her own life on two occasions. And then while this guy was arrested, he admitted to having this kind of relationship with other children. So he's facing two counts of criminal assistance to suicide, 15 counts of pornography involving a juvenile and 261 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. And he's. His bail is set for 750,000. So Roblox has said that they have implemented parental controls and certain age restrictions just this year in 2026 that allow for kids to only talk to strangers in their age range and that the age range, age ranges are around three to four years. But then again, this story happened just a week and a half ago. The other 15 year old boy, this was last month. So clearly whatever Roblox has implemented isn't predator proof. And aside from chatting with strangers, kids can be exposed to other kinds of sexual content. The guys were explaining to me that this rope, because I don't know much about Roblox, I'm just, I'm looking into this and I'm horrified because I care about children and their safety and I care about exposing pedophiles and holding them accountable. But I don't know anything about Roblox. I've never, I mean, I've heard of it, but I'm not a kid myself. I don't have younger siblings. Like, I'm just out of the loop on this stuff. And the guys are explaining that they're. It's kind of like a virtual reality type gaming world and you can be a creator in this world and you can create your own video games in this video game world. It's kind of meta, but you can sort of create them. If you're familiar with Sims, you can like make your little avatars do certain things. And adults are on this platform and they're making their avatars have threesomes and carry out other sexual acts. And this is the problem. I mean, we could play this so you guys can see it. I, I'm giving you a visual warning here. It's blurred. But this is something that if you are a child and you are on this app, you might see this kind of behavior. It's disgusting. So it's not just pedophilia and sexual abuse material. That's a play there. Companies use Roblox. They want to get to your kids and, and make them consumers. And kids are using real money to buy clothes and other items in the marketplace within the Roblox app. Again, if you are a parent, if you have younger siblings, if you are a grandparent, Christmas rolls around, Hanukkah rolls around, Easter rolls around, birthdays roll around. And kids might ask you for Robux money, real money gift cards that they can use on this app to buy certain things for their avatars and what have you. And parents can set spending limits on the app. But companies are seeing dollar signs here and they're tapping into this very young market. Then the Salvation army has also launched a thrift shop on the platform so you can thrift clothes from your favorite creators. This is literally what they say on the like. Salvation army posted a tick tock explaining how these kids can basically thrift clothes clothes using their Roblox, their app on Roblox and it says we're live on Roblox Shop, thrifted fits from your favorite creators and more. So call me absolutely crazy, but kids don't need to be thrifting clothes from adults they meet online. Kids don't need to be buying anything with real money without their parents knowing what they're buying, considering it's Their parents money. You can see this. It literally, it's like they create a real Salvation army type store in this virtual world and you can take your avatar into the store and you can shop and again, prompts you to use real money. And the company is making money off of this. It's crazy. They're turning little kids into little consumers. Again, it's really not their money. Kids don't have credit cards. It's not like they take lemonade stand money. So kids are being groomed into, you know, sex acts or being exposed to sex acts and being consumers now and using their parents money buying that they don't need. And when your kids aren't being groomed into all this stuff, they're also being groomed into being future liberal voters. They are role playing politics. When we see something play out on the world stage or in our country and it's all over the headlines and in the news, then people on Roblox creators on Roadblocks recreate these events in the platform. So we all saw what happened in Minneapolis over the last few months with Alex Preddy and Renee Goode being shot and all the protesters agitizing, agitating ICE agents and things like that in the streets. And then on Roblox, all of these ICE raids are taking place in video game form. Watch this POV. ICE is now going door to door in Roblox 2. And it's little fake SWAT teams and there's an absolute unit that's the biggest ICE agent I've ever seen in my life. I missed that on the clipping. I. Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah. So these kids, I guess, or maybe they're adults again. There are adults on this app for whatever reason. And I know people are going to come for me. Every time I say that adults shouldn't be playing video games, there's some guy that gets mad at me for saying that, oh, this is how I relax. This is my hobby. Whatever, it's. It ain't for me. But if, if it's for you, fine. But I just don't think that adults need to be playing these things. I think you need adult hobbies. There are certain things that you grow out of or you're supposed to grow out of. And if you're playing video games, I think that it's tapping into some kind of childhood. And I, I guess you can relive this kind of stuff, but for me, I just think it's weird. I think it's weird. You know, I used to play with Barbie dolls and now I don't and it's just something that you grow out of. And this is how I feel about adults recreating ice raids in Roblox. I think it's weird. I think it's really weird. And then they're not only recreating ice rays, but they're also encouraging young people on this app to get involved in Palestinian protests. Watch this. This is a guy, and I turned the sound off because he's not speaking English. So you don't. You're not going to know what he's saying, but he's encouraging. And you can see in this video, there are all these Roblox players with Palestinian flags, and they're getting together for somewhat of a protest, and they can kind of recreate this thing that's happening in real life on the app. And again, like, maybe you're a kid and you see this happening on Roblox and you think, oh, well, let me just find out if there's one happening in my area or on my college campus or something like that. Like, this is how they groom little kids to be activists, essentially. And then this is the worst example that I've seen yet. And obviously, I'm not saying that this is worse than pedophiles actually attacking children in real life, but in terms of what people are recreating on the app, this is absolutely the most disturbing. So on the Sean Ryan show, he had on these guys that were exposing what is happening happening on this app, Roblox, and it turns out that kids are actually. They're not just recreating protests. They're not just recreating ice raids. They are creating school shootings. So they basically recreate the inside of Sandy Hook Elementary School, and you can essentially play out a school shooting. Watch. This is awful.
David (Roblox CEO)
Get the out of here.
Haley Carnea
Yeah.
David (Roblox CEO)
Are those innocent people?
Haley Carnea
They have their actual names of the victims above their head. You get a leaderboard. Oh, my God.
David (Roblox CEO)
What in the is this?
Deborah (Trans Teacher)
Police come in there.
Haley Carnea
Yeah.
David (Roblox CEO)
Yeah.
Haley Carnea
Holy. See how they have blood splatter on them? There's a room.
David (Roblox CEO)
So they got the springs.
Haley Carnea
Yeah, yeah. Okay. They have the actual room.
David (Roblox CEO)
Dude, who the puts their kids on this? Seriously?
Haley Carnea
They have the actual room. A bunch of kids were in a bathroom, and the teachers got them in
David (Roblox CEO)
there, and guy came in and mowed
Haley Carnea
all these kids down. They have the actual room of that in this game.
David (Roblox CEO)
Are you serious?
Haley Carnea
Yeah. That is one of the most disturbing things I've seen in a very long time. What kind of a sick person wants to recreate a school shooting? A school Shooting in which kids died, babies died. I mean, parents had to bury their babies. It is so sick and disturbing to recreate something like that in a, in a virtual world and to use the victim's actual names and to hear these fake screams of children in a school recreating what is a reality for American children. Shootings are a reality. They happen in schools, they happen in places of worship, grocery stores, etc. It's traumatic. It's horrible. Absolutely horrible. And then there are people who, who recreate this kind of thing for fun, for sport. And there are creators that monetize this kind of stuff on the platform. I mean, people are making money out of this. And again, kids are following it. Kids could potentially see this and participate in it. And then you wonder why people are still shooting up schools. And it's these incels and these lone wolf weirdos that go get radicalized online and they're super violent and they're depressed and then they're taught to shoot kids in school and. And it's absolutely has effect on their psyche that is already damaged. And then they carry out this act of violence that is unimaginable. So Roblox responded to this because this ha. This was posted, I think last week and Roblox newsroom said this. This experience was uploaded on, I'm sorry, February 5th. So last month, February 5th, and removed on February 6th within five minutes of the initial report of inappropriate content. Our data shows that the few users who access the experience did not find it through organic discovery. We reported all parties involved in the creation and coordination of this experience to law enforcement. So they're kind of arguing that if you're a kid on this platform or you're a parent and your kid is on this platform, don't worry, they're not just going to stumble upon a Sandy Hook reenactment. They would have to be invited to it or know that it's happening. But we've already seen throughout this episode that adults who want to do harm to children, they start a friendship, then they have, they build trust, and then they exploit the child in some way. So it's not beyond the realm of possibility that your child might be on Roblox and might stumble into something like this or be invited to it or might be exposed to it. And maybe it's not a shooting, but maybe it's a political protest. Either way, why is this for children? It's not. It's not. So here is the CEO addressing these complaints. And this is what he has to say. Watch.
David (Roblox CEO)
Good morning. This is David, I'm in Austin, Texas. I want to speak about how we treat real world enactments on roadblocks in light of recent tragic events. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for reenacting any real world tragic event. On Roblox, this includes acts of terror and school shootings. Such experiences directly violate our community standards and we strive to block them even before they're published. That said, a handful of bad actors do try to create these experiences to share with their friends on social media. Although we're not perfect, we work hard to moderate and remove them as quickly as possible, and the vast majority of players on Roblox never encounter them. Finding and playing such experiences before they are removed often requires you to be a member in the community that creates this content. Our commitment to safety allows us to champion the freedom to create. We're proud to support millions of creators who, with good intent, are learning to code, building new games, and launching successful businesses. We will continue to lead the way in online safety and civility
Haley Carnea
Lead the way, Lead the way in online safety and civility. I don't think you get to say you're leading the way in safety while kids are getting groomed and kidnapped by pedophiles using your platform. And I don't think you get to say you're leading the way in civilian civility when users are reenacting school shootings, rapes, and other unsavory activities. So I'd like to reiterate that all of the examples I've shown today are recent, so he can't even claim that things were bad in the past, but look how well we've cleaned up the platform. It's still dirty. And I get that there's a free speech aspect at play here because adult users are on this platform and for whatever reason and kids are too. So while I understand that certain adult speech and content could be allowed, that doesn't mean it's safe for children. So why are these groups of people able to con, contact and connect with each other? And this is a societal problem. I try not to place so much blame on the app or the platform itself, because if you just ban Roblox, right, all of these bad actors will do the exact same thing elsewhere. It's really not a Roblox specific problem. While the platform does need to make changes, and certainly the changes that they've made haven't scratched the surface, and they do, they own the blame for this. But I use an example of TikTok for this because parents were saying that there were tick Tock trends that were causing their kids to hop on certain trends and do certain things and they were getting hurt and in some cases worse. And there were calls to ban TikTok. Oh, ban TikTok. Ban TikTok because of the China threat. Ban Tik Tok because of this reason. And if you ban the app, don't you think that just creates a void that will be filled by another platform? Like, let's just say. And listen, I know that I'm speaking in past tense here, because Tick Tock has already been bought and now it's owned by the Americans and whatever, all things are different now. But there was a huge conversation in the past about, okay, well, let's ban TikTok because it's bad. Okay, so if you ban TikTok, is the app making people bad and evil, or are bad and evil people going to go on Instagram and make the same content? Are they going to go on Facebook and make the same content? Are they going to go on X and make the same content? Like, there's sexual, disgusting content on X. People are using Grok to make it themselves. People. I don't know, there are like, beheadings on Facebook. Like, there are just bad people that post bad things on social platforms. As so long as there is a platform for them to post it, they're still going to do bad things because our world is evil. You don't think that they would post the same slop on Instagram, like, people already do that. But parents are not letting Roblox off easy. And they shouldn't. Just this year, in 2026 alone, Roblox is facing more than 100 lawsuits from parents who say that their kids have been harmed on the platform. And just last week, LA county filed a new lawsuit accusing the platform of creating an unsafe and online environment that has become a breeding ground for predators. And the lawsuit alleges that children in Los Angeles county have been repeatedly exposed to sexually explicit content, exploitation and grooming on Roblox because the company chooses to put profit over the safety of children. And then the lawsuit also says that Roblox has failed to implement effective moderation practices. They have failed to implement age verification systems. They have. They have not fixed this problem despite saying that they are doing it. I mean, I just played the video from the Roblox CEO, like all as well. We're leading the charge. We're leading the way in safety and civility to hell. You're not. You are absolutely not. So the Los Angeles County Board chair and First District Supervisor have said that, like, Roblox needs to take responsibility for this to keep people safe. But instead, it's just. It's really, really a unsafe place for children. And millions of children are flocking to it. And I never thought that I would see a bill attempting to protect children come out of California, L.A. county at that. But I am pleased to see that, that there are some still good people there that want to protect children. So Roblox, in an attempt to clean up this kind of thing, they have hired a new head of parental advocacy. And this is a digital safety expert, Dr. Elizabeth Millavidoff. And she did an interview with Vulture, and they were pretty tough on her asking these questions. You know, Roblox is having all these issues. They've hired you to clean it up. Like, what the hell are you doing? And how are you going to do this? So they asked her, do you think Roblox and parents have equal responsibility with safety on the platform? And this safety advisor said, oh, a thousand percent. Would I say equal? Oh, Nicole, I think you're going to get me in trouble. I would say the company has even more responsibility. But, yes, parents are right in there. I think all the tech companies have a responsibility to ensure that they are doing their utmost to make sure the platform is safe. Do I think Roblox is doing that? Yes, I do. I wouldn't be here if I didn't do. I think there's more to be done? Yes, I do. Which is interesting because she says, I wouldn't be here if Roblox wasn't making their platform safe. But then again, the platform wasn't safe because they needed to hire you, you know, so what are you doing to fix it? And they also asked her, what. What about parents who are less involved in their child's online life? And she replied this. It's not just one issue. It's not just a tech problem. It's not just a parent problem. We all have to chip in to help the children. That's where you get me on my high horse about children's rights, because they do have a right to digital, digital expression and digital play and freedom, but they also have a right to be protected. Really? Do children have a right to be free and roam online without parental guidance? That just seems so odd to me. Why she would say, I, I care so much about children's rights. Like, I believe that children have rights, don't get me wrong. But they're also minors, so they need to be protected. And she's basically saying, it takes a village to stop Pedophiles and predators on our platform. Like, what are parents doing? And I agree that parents do play a role in this. But this woman answered these pretty tough questions and admitted where the platform has gone wrong in the past. And she did admit that the company bears more of the responsibility than parents. And I fully agree with that. So what do we do about it? Right. I don't have kids, but if I did have kids, I would not want them on this platform. And we have to get rid of gentle parenting. If your kid wants to be addicted to his or her phone, the answer is no. So why do we think that some parents let their kids run the household and make the rules? I'm not against kids having phones, by the way, it's 2026. I'm not a dinosaur that's going to suggest removing your child from the digital world. But there has to be a happy medium. There has to be a way to do it safely. And I think it's important to have some way to communicate with kids once they get to middle school and high school, Certainly for socialization purposes, but I think also for logistics. You know, when am I picking you up? From dance, from football practice, from tutoring? Where am I meeting you? Is so and so's mom picking you up? Have plans changed? Like, I think that there's a need for kids of a certain age to have a phone. And that doesn't mean it's a phone with Internet access, but they need to be able to communicate with, with loved ones. And I think once you get into high school, it's important for people to have a way to communicate with their peers. Also less so in middle school, because in middle school, the parents can kind of coordinate certain things. But I remember having a, like a landline phone and calling up my friends and asking their parents to go hang out. I remember that, and I survived. So maybe we have to bring that back. And realistically, you can't ban your kid from social media. They're going to find a way on it. I, I've heard this, that certain platforms ban kids in certain ages. Kids work their way around it. Kids are smarter than the parents, especially when it comes to the digital stuff. Social media, phones, they have workarounds that parents just aren't privy to. And I've seen situations where kids aren't allowed to have social media, but they make an account on their friend's phone and then they go on and on their friend's phone. So if you ban your kid from having a tablet or a phone or whatever, it doesn't mean that they're not on social media media. It just doesn't. So let them be on it and monitor it. That's the stipulation. If you want to have Instagram, you want to have Snapchat, you want to have Roblox, fine. But mom and dad get to see your phone if we ask for it. Mom and dad get to be friends with you on whatever app it is or monitor it. And there's something to be said for keeping phones and tablets and commuter and computers in a common area of the house. Your kid is much less likely to be chatting with a grown man on Roblox if the device is in the kitchen and your mom is making dinner next to you. So make sure that social media profiles are all private. Make sure that you recognize the people that your kids follow and vice versa. And if someone you don't recognize is following your kid on social media, go block that person. Like, I don't believe in punishing kids completely because there are sick people in the world. The sick people are the ones that need to be punished. So my thing is let kids be kids so long as parents have a watchful eye over them. But people in the chat are saying, kids don't need social media. Get them flip phones. Kids can get a cell phone when he or she can afford one. I think that that's a really good way to implement some responsibility. Right? If you want this phone, you get to. You have to learn a lesson. You have to work really hard and learn the value of a dollar and work there. Although I will say phones are very expensive these days, so kids will be selling lemonade for. They're going to need, I don't know, money from three summers saved up. They've got to be out there every damn day mowing lawns and things. But I agree with it. I like the tough love. And someone just said in the chat, my niece and nephew just got phones. Seven and eighth grade, they got them for sports pickups. Exactly. Like a lot of people are just using them for logistic purposes. And I think that kids shouldn't be the ones that are punished. I think that they should be given the responsibility. And then if kids can't keep up with that responsibility, then parents have to step in and be parents or guardians. Need to step in and be guardians and say, okay, you've lost your privileges and safety is. Is paramount. So I think that this is an important topic. I'd love to get into some more of it, but I'm gonna save all of my scrolling time videos for tomorrow and because I really wanna get into it, I. Guys, I have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 videos. And Andrew was saying that the last video that I have for you is going to take at least 10 minutes to get through it. So I. I do wanna save some time. I'll do less yapping tomorrow and then we'll do more scrolling time. So hang in there with me. Thank you for doing a little deep dive with me again.
Title: Popular Kids’ Game Attracts Groomers & Freaks!
Host: Hayley Caronia
Date: March 10, 2026
In this episode, Hayley Caronia tackles the dangers lurking on popular kids' online gaming platforms, focusing primarily on Roblox. Hayley explores how such digital spaces have become hunting grounds for predators, covering not only real-world grooming and abuse but also how left-wing ideologies, corporations, and unsafe digital environments collude, either inadvertently or deliberately, to put children at risk. Throughout, Hayley maintains her sharp, conservative edge, offering critique, commentary, and advice for concerned parents and guardians.
[02:00] Hayley draws connections between left-wing advocacy for trans children and threats to child safety, suggesting these efforts are coordinated to shape young minds away from parental guidance.
Quote:
"Democrats made parental rights the enemy. They want to take your kids away from you and raise them in the way that they want."
(Hayley Caronia, 05:40)
Hayley references Texas Senate candidate James Talarico prioritizing trans children—accusing liberal parents and politicians of "political Munchausen syndrome by proxy" and seeking validation by transitioning their kids.
[06:55-08:14] Segments feature teachers describing "trans affirming" classrooms, gender support plans, pronouns, and personal coming-outs to students.
Quotes:
"I teach in an explicitly trans affirming high school. We have gender support plans... binders on demand for our students."
(Trans Teacher, 06:55)
"You are your own main character, right? So it's really important to have pronouns just so people can find who they are..."
(Trans Affirming Teacher, 07:09)
"It's a major event. He still misgenders his own self."
(Hayley Caronia, 08:14)
Hayley critiques these approaches, characterizing them as mentally unhealthy and questioning how parents can protect their kids from such environments.
[10:04-10:42] Hayley plays clips from TikTok influencers who urge kids to cut ties with "toxic" parents and positions themselves as a surrogate family.
Quote:
"If you do not have a family that loves you, I'm going to be your family."
(Trans Affirming Teacher, 10:26)
Hayley reacts:
"Spoken like a true groomer. And not all groomers are interested in making your kid the newest member of the LGBTQ community. Some just want to sexually abuse them."
(Hayley Caronia, 10:42)
[10:42-12:50] Harsh statistics:
Hayley notes most cases go unreported due to fear, shame, or internal family dynamics.
"They got... disgusting. The last video, if you're listening and not watching, is a man dressed as a woman being arrested in a store for attempting to meet up with a child."
(Hayley Caronia, 14:58)
"Kids aren't doing [outdoor play] anymore. Millions of kids are going to an online gaming platform called Roblox... and if you're a parent or a grandparent, you've probably heard of it."
(Hayley Caronia, 18:00)
[19:50] Reads from a 2024 Bloomberg article about Roblox’s “pedophile problem,” including:
Quote:
"He actually gifted her a computer... a tablet... I don't know how the parents weren't like, hey, what did you just order to the house and with what card and who sent this to you?"
(Hayley Caronia, 21:20)
Describes the cycle: friendly gaming contact → gifts → talk of jobs/future → sexual grooming → abduction/abuse. Notes the frightening ease of cross-state travel with rideshare apps.
"They're turning little kids into little consumers... When your kids aren't being groomed into all this stuff, they're also being groomed into being future liberal voters. They are role playing politics."
(Hayley Caronia, 32:45)
"What kind of a sick person wants to recreate a school shooting?... and to use the victim's actual names and to hear these fake screams of children in a school recreating what is a reality for American children?"
(Hayley Caronia, 34:59)
[37:51] Roblox CEO David’s statement on content moderation:
"We have a strict zero tolerance policy for reenacting any real world tragic event... Although we're not perfect, we work hard to moderate and remove them as quickly as possible..."
(David, Roblox CEO, 38:00)
Hayley’s reaction:
"I don't think you get to say you're leading the way in safety while kids are getting groomed and kidnapped by pedophiles using your platform."
(Hayley Caronia, 39:04)
Roblox faces over 100 lawsuits in 2026, including a high-profile filing from Los Angeles County, which argues profit is prioritized over safety.
"Do children have a right to be free and roam online without parental guidance? That just seems so odd to me."
(Hayley Caronia, 43:00)
"I don't believe in punishing kids completely because there are sick people in the world. The sick people are the ones that need to be punished. So my thing is let kids be kids so long as parents have a watchful eye over them."
(Hayley Caronia, 47:10)
On grooming and parental authority:
"Democrats made parental rights the enemy. They want to take your kids away from you and raise them in the way that they want." (05:40)
On explicit content and greed:
"They're turning little kids into little consumers... And when your kids aren't being groomed into all this stuff, they're also being groomed into being future liberal voters." (32:45)
On unsavory content:
"What kind of a sick person wants to recreate a school shooting? ...and to use the victim's actual names and to hear these fake screams of children in a school..." (34:59)
On platform responsibility:
"I don't think you get to say you're leading the way in safety while kids are getting groomed and kidnapped by pedophiles using your platform." (39:04)
On parental strategy:
"Let them be on it and monitor it... Mom and dad get to see your phone if we ask for it." (46:30)

Hayley delivers a charged, critical, and in-depth tour of the risks children face in online gaming—particularly on Roblox—highlighting instances of predation, exploitative content, and ideological grooming. She urges parents to remain vigilant, skeptical of “corporate safety claims,” and to enforce hands-on digital parenting rather than relying on tech industry promises. The episode emphasizes that while tech companies bear major responsibility, child safety ultimately relies on informed, attentive adults staying alert in the digital wilds.
