Hello and welcome to Scrolling with Haley. I'm Haley Karenia. Thank you all for tuning in. I know a lot of you are already here in the chat, so if you want to join them, rumble.com Haley is where you can watch this show live and it is the only place you can watch this show in full. So make sure you do that. If you haven't already subscribed, make sure you do that. Make sure that you tell a friend. Of course you can listen on your favorite podcast platform, Apple Podcast, Spotify, Iheart, wherever you get your shows. I appreciate you watching. So Tuesday night in Texas. Woo. I didn't talk about this yesterday on yesterday's show so have to do a little recap. But voters made their voices heard. MAGA is in, Rhinos are out. So is Jasmine Crockett. And just like the fine Democrat losers that came before her, Hillary, Stacey Abrams, Kamala Harris, she claims the odds were just staggering stacked against her. It was rigged. Listen, so so that's my news is that we're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County. Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do. And so they specifically targeted Dallas county and I think we all know why. You know, lots of people were joking online that if Republicans really did rig the election, Jasmine Crockett would have won with flying colors as we want to put our candidates up against her. But this local news station suggested that maybe it was rigged in the other direction. That maybe was rigged toward Democrats in Dallas county with some special privileges. Watch.
Greg Dolezal
Just spoken with Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins who tells us that voting is now extended until 9pm for Democrats in Dallas County. Okay, so that's the latest word from County Judge Clay Jenkins. We're getting confirmation on that. But right now it looks like voting for Democrats in Dallas county extended until 9:00pm Republicans 7:00pm the cutoff is still 7:00pm as far as we know.
Haley Karenia
We'll keep posted on that. Yeah. Okay, so Democrats have extra long time to vote. Is this because they needed extra time on tests growing up? Like what? What is this all about? Republicans are the ones that have to work. You know, they need more time. Right? So this is all stemming from some polling place mix up. Jasmine Crockett wanted to extend voting hours because she claims that Republicans change the polling locations and that could potentially confuse Democrat voters. Again. Are Democrat voters the most confused people on planet earth? This is why they're all all in up in arms about the SAVE Act. I mean, how can you require someone to bring A document to prove who you actually are. I mean, they really think not so highly of their own voting base. They can't really figure much out. And the state Supreme Court denied Jasmine Crockett's request. And again, the people who are actually working and need more time to get off and get voting, those are the Republicans, not the Democrats. But either way, voters in the Lone Star State sent Jasmine Crockett packing. Would have been so much fun to see her campaign for Senate. The memes, the jokes alone, I'm kind of sad. But it does go to show that voters in Texas were not convinced by her skin color nor biological sex. Neither one of those things made up for the black scent and her embarrassing takes. DEI is officially dead. Even Democrats voted for the white guy. I would say straight white guy, but I really am not sure. The jury's still out, but a white guy nonetheless. James Talarico, who is less ratchet but equally concerning and woke, will be the Democrat nominee for the Senate. He's a preacher and he thinks that God is the founding member of the LGBTQ community. Listen to this.
Greg Dolezal
Is both masculine and feminine and everything in between. God is non binary.
Haley Karenia
Come on now, give me a break. God made Adam and Eve, man and woman. God quite literally invented the binary, not the non binary. And God is above all of these things. God is our creator. And I actually find it very ridiculous when people try to use the Bible as some kind of a political weapon. Like see, I'm right because Jesus would have agreed with me when they're blatantly wrong. And anyway, Texas Republicans have made it very clear that Rhinos have no place in the party anymore. Congressman, Democrat. I'm sorry. Well, I guess Democrat Dan Crenshaw, ousted Republican. He was a rising star in the Republican Party, had quite the fall from grace and he has been ousted. For a more conservative candidate in Steve Toth, then Senator John Cornyn, also challenged by Attorney General Ken Paxton, the more MAGA candidate they head to a runoff election. President Trump has teased that he will be making an endorsement in this race which will likely make a big difference. His endorsement packs a punch and Trump backed candidates are winning. It doesn't matter that President Trump won't be on a ballot ever again. Trump's agenda, his policies, his Legacy will be MAGA's not going anywhere. America first is not going anywhere. These ideals are here to stay and Republican candidates better be willing to carry that torch. It is what Republican voters want. And I've got a bold pro Trump candidate from Georgia joining me in just a few minutes. You're going to want to stick around to hear this new campaign ad. It'll stop you in your tracks. But I want to tell you quickly about blackout Coffee. You know how important my morning coffee is. All right, so speaking of strong MAGA candidates, I've got one waiting in the wings and I teased this campaign ad. Georgia State Senator Greg Dolezal is running for Georgia Lieutenant governor and he is painting quite the picture of what America could look like in if we let it fall into the wrong hands. Watch. Some machetes, some Islamic terrorists, Keep Georgia Sharia free. And Georgia State Senator and Lieutenant Governor candidate Greg Dolezal joins me right now. Thank you so much for being here. This is a crazy ad and I want to get to this in just a few seconds. But for anyone who is watching and isn't familiar with you, you are from Georgia. Are you there originally? Did you move there? I mean how long have you been a part of the Peach State?
Greg Dolezal
No, I'm actually a refugee. Moved here from a different country called Illinois and came down 23 years ago in search of better weather and a free future. Started a small business, got married. My wife and I have four kids here. So we are rooted and grounded here but grew up in the cornfields of suburban Illinois.
Haley Karenia
Cool. What kind of business?
Greg Dolezal
Software development. So we write video presentation software actually used by everyone from churches and houses of worship to President Trump. So got a pretty broad client base.
Haley Karenia
Very cool. Quite the resume. So you're a state senator now. What made you want to get into politics in the first place?
Greg Dolezal
I, eight years ago, honestly thought we were in a fight to save America. Then I was beginning to see kind of some of the trend lines of the rise of neo Marxism, kind of the early, early shapings of the WOKE movement grabbing hold in my generation. I was in my 30s at the time and more convinced now than ever that not only are we in a fight to save America, I think we're in a fight to save the West. And that's obviously the core idea behind the video that you showed. But it was. I also, Hayley, was compelled by this reality that I don't think that conservatives are all that great about casting vision about what we're for. I think we're great about talking about what we're against. But I think that we need to really recast a vision for the American dream for the next generation that causes them to recognize that free market principles and the founding ideas behind America are very unique and they are what have given rise to the greatest period of human flourishing in all of mankind.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, that's a great point. You know, we are very good at complaining. I myself, I complain on this show all the time. You know, when Biden's in office or a Democrat, it's easy to point fingers and complain. And then even when Republicans are in office, it's easy to point fingers and complain. But we have so much to be grateful for in this country. And, and to your point, so much to fight for so that we can hold on to it. You know, Republicans, we run on certain things like low gas prices, grocery bills, getting lower, energy independence, these kinds of things that are all very important. So how do we sell that to voters? How do we make that sexy?
Greg Dolezal
Yeah, the way that I'm framing it in my campaign is I think that the average American looks around, frankly, and understands that the country is under siege from within. And you know, the threat of Sharia law is a part of that. But neo Marxism and the rise of, of the so called Democrat socialism, which is nothing other than Bernie Sanders policies in the body of Zoram Mamdani, who looks better and says it in a cooler way.
Haley Karenia
Right.
Greg Dolezal
It's the same core ideas and people know this stuff doesn't work. And so we passed a bill, for example, in the Georgia State Senate. I had a bill two days ago to ban hedge funds and private equity groups from coming into Georgia and gobbling up all of our single family housing stock.
Haley Karenia
Yes.
Greg Dolezal
Average age of a first time home Buyer now in my state is 41 years old. And a large part of that is illegal immigration. Another large part of that is, is really Wall street coming in and stealing the American dream from young families. And so I think that when people see us come behind policies like that, in addition to all the stuff we've talked about, right, Safe streets, good public safety, low taxes, job opportunity, it's going to really understand, it's going to help people understand that we are now the party of the working class. The Republican Party, the country club Republican Party is dead. Donald Trump killed it. It needed to die. And he has reshaped this as the working class party. And to the extent that we embrace that help everyday families, we will build a permanent majority in America.
Haley Karenia
How do you think those illegal aliens are kind of stealing the American dream from Americans, especially when it comes to housing? Like, what does that look like?
Greg Dolezal
Yeah, 2, 20 million people are living somewhere, right? So. And it might be 30 million, but they're living somewhere. They're having kids here, they're having families here. And they are competing with, with actual Americans for not only for housing, but for jobs. And then in a lot of states, they're competing us, competing for us, against us in the ballot box. I've got a bill that'll be on the floor of the state Senate tomorrow. I essentially wrote a SAVE act for Georgia, Right. So I'm tired of waiting on John TH. To move it at the federal level. He seems incapable for some reason of bringing this bill to the Senate floor. So I wrote the SAVE amendment to change the Georgia constitution to ensure that only United States citizens are voting our elections. And you must have a photo ID to vote in an election because frankly, Democrats, when you get them in an honest conversation, they do believe that illegal aliens who they will tell you pay taxes in in Georgia, that they do think they should have a right to vote, even if it's only in local elections. Well, that's the camel nose under the tent. And so I'm going to hopefully successfully tomorrow start the process of changing our constitution to ensure that if Democrats take power, they can't unwind it with the simple law change, but they would have to change the Constitution back.
Haley Karenia
Very cool. Well, you've been doing a lot of moving and shaking down there in the state Senate in Georgia. I went through your voting record, so you're doing a great job. Why run for higher office?
Greg Dolezal
There's really only three people that matter in the state of Georgia. The governor, the speaker of the House and Lieutenant governor and the rest of Us kind of play in the margins. So the work that I've done, the Riley Gaines act that I wrote, the school choice bill that I wrote banning DEI mandates, none of that could happen without a guy named Bert Jones, who's our lieutenant governor here in Georgia and allows those bills to come to the Senate, Senate floor. Well, he's running for governor, and we're going to need someone that is strong with that, frankly, has a lion mentality, that is not afraid to fight not only the left, but fight the lobbyists in the hallways. And I vote no a ton in the Senate because I'm just not bought and paid for by the special interests. And so we need somebody with that same mentality. Otherwise, what you're going to see is kind of this return to crony capitalism. And I'll give you one example of that. Back in 2018, we. We. I wasn't here at the time, and then again in 2022, and I was here at the time and voted against this. Republicans put in this massive tax abatement program for data centers in Georgia. And so it cost the state of Georgia last year $1.5 billion that we gave data centers to just come here and open up shop. And to put that. That's a government number. Right. So to put it in perspective, every single Georgian woke up and went to work for the entire month of January.
Haley Karenia
And.
Greg Dolezal
And the state income tax that they paid for the entire month of January didn't even offset what we give away to data centers. And so those are the kinds of policies that you have to be able to stop. But if you're bought and paid for by the lobbyists and the special interest, you're just going to let that stuff go through like has happened in the past?
Haley Karenia
Yeah. When you said you're not bought and paid for, that is music to the ears of young Republicans. That's kind of the new buzzword, especially when you talk about real estate and not. Or prioritizing American citizens over everyone else and young people over everyone else. That is music to our ears. So you are in a great place. But as you gear up for your race, are you concerned about the state of voting in Georgia with everything that went on in Fulton county and in the past? I mean, are you able to confidently say to voters in Georgia that their vote's going to count and everything's above water and everything's great?
Greg Dolezal
I think the people's vote's going to count, but I'm not convinced that all the votes that are in the box are going to be Legal votes. So let me tell you what I'm doing about it and what I've discovered. First and foremost, Fulton county, which is where the city of Atlanta is, is just a complete disaster. So a couple things that they've done. One, they refuse to clean their voting rolls. And so if you go look on my X feed, you'll see a video from. A couple weeks ago, I drove around to illegal voting registration locations in Fulton County. So you can't register to vote legally at a UPS store, but I went to a bunch of UPS stores where thousands of people are registered to vote illegally. I went to a building that has. Has boarded up windows that hasn't been used in years where like 30 people registered to vote. I went to a homeless shelter that hasn't been open since 2017 where hundreds of people are registered to vote. And now we're talking about parking lots, abandoned buildings, under overpasses. Fulton county refuses to clean their voter rolls. The second, the most ironic one for me was Raphael Warnock's church. So he's our United States senator here. He's also a pastor at a church. And there is someone illegally registered to vote using his church address. So it's just. It's a. It's a. It's crazy. So I've actually called for the state election board to take over the Fulton county elections. That's a provision that we put into law back in. In 2021 that should be exercised.
Haley Karenia
Yeah.
Greg Dolezal
The other crazy thing about Fulton county and Haley, you're not going to believe this, but the. The law says that you have to have balanced local election boards. So the way that it works in Fulton county is it's supposed to be two Democrats, two Republicans, and then one person nominated by the chairman of the board of Commissioners. Well, in Fulton county, that's going to be a Democrat. So it's already a 3 to 2 split. But Fulton county is refusing to seat. One of the Republicans has been nominated. A judge has ordered them to seat that Republican three times. They have ignored three court orders. They've been fined $10,000 a day. They have not paid the fines, are continuing to fight this in court. And so you. You have what will be a 3 to 1 Democrat advantage. Sorry, 3 to 2 Democrat advantage is now a 3 to 1 Democrat advantage. And so, no, I don't have confidence that Fulton county is going to fight fair. The other thing is we're still voting or scheduled to vote on Dominion machines. I will have a bill on the floor of the state Senate tomorrow to move us to hand marked paper ballots, because that's what the voters are telling us that they want. We Georgians in that scenario would vote the same way that Floridians do. They would vote on a handmarked paper ballot. It would hopefully restore some confidence in our elections. And we've got a number of other audit provisions in that bill as well that we hope to get passed out tomorrow.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, absolutely. It seems like everything. It needs to be all hands on deck. But to your point about Democrats just not playing fair, I mean, how, how is this allowed? How can they do that? How can they ignore fines? How can they, how can they bypass these rules and do whatever they want? I don't understand how that happens.
Greg Dolezal
Yeah, it's just delay tactics. Right. So they continuously appeal in court. They just refuse to follow the judge's order. They're just delaying. And frankly, they're just playing with Monopoly money. It's taxpayers money. They don't care. They are committed to ensuring that people that want to see free and fair elections do not get seated on their election board. And it is, I, I told the, the actual Fulton County Commission chairman was here at committee earlier this week when we passed my paper ballot bill and we called them out to his face and pointed out this fact. So we're going to keep pushing. You know, we've been fighting Fani Willis down here for a number of years as well. It's another example of delay tactics. She, I formed a committee that actually subpoenaed Willis and she fought our subpoena for a year and a half and ultimately had to come testify before committee. But they just, they just delay and they, they play lawfare in the courts and they, they hope to win a war of attrition in the courts. But we're, we're going to continue to fight here in Georgia.
Haley Karenia
Yeah. And as we know, Republican voters, they are day of voters. I feel like having these hand ballots do it like this, the, the old fashioned way. I mean, this is going to definitely make people feel more comfortable. But if there is a Georgia Republican voter watching right now, which I'm sure there is, and they're feeling like, ugh, well, I don't know if my vote's going to count anyway or how do you get that person out to the polls?
Greg Dolezal
First of all, it's got to be too big to rig. Right. And President Trump demonstrated that here in Georgia, he won by 125,000 votes in 2024. But I would also tell the Georgia voter that we are fighting hard, both in the courts and in the legislative process to ensure that every vote counts and that there is not a single ineligible voter able to cast a vote to in the Georgia election. We just discovered a couple weeks ago at the state election board that we do have illegal aliens that have snuck through the cracks and been able to register illegally to vote. We are working to get those cases through the state election board as quickly as possible. And the state election board is doing a great job. So I would tell the Georgia voter that the calvary is coming. That is all hands on deck. I'm helping lead the charge on restoring free and fair elections. But in 2026, man, this is a fight not only for the future at the top of the ticket for the governor, lieutenant governor, but Georgia very well could determine control of the United States Senate. And we have two Democrat state senators here that were elected as part of the sham 2020 election. And one of them is up for reelection this year. And it's time to send John Ossoff back home.
Haley Karenia
Yep, absolutely. I totally agree with you. But I want to go back to your state senate and your, your voting record. You voted against dei, you voted against, against men and boys and girls and women's sports. Is there something on your wish list that you wish you could get past but you can't get Democrats to work with you on?
Greg Dolezal
We passed a bill last year to ban taxpayer funded transgender surgeries for prisoners. Like a crazy thing that you wouldn't even like. When I ran for office, that was not part of the stump speech that we were going to have to ban taxpayer funded transgender surgeries for people in the prison system. But we did. And the Democrats stood up and walked out in protest on that vote. They refused. Used to vote over in the state House on that bill this year. We were trying to move the needle on puberty blockers for minors. So essentially chemical castration, sterilization and puberty blockers of minors. We were trying to. To get that done over in the, over in the House because it's passed out of the Senate. But one other thing I'm working on, Haley, is something called the red tape rollback bill, which is the largest deregulation bill that's ever passed in Georgia history. That would go a long way towards reining in the administrative state and stopping the ever growing bloat of government. Because government, even at the state level, seems to be this insatiable beast that grows, you know, every single year, year after year. And we have to rein in the growth of government because we've got the highest income tax in the Southeast here in Georgia. And I want to eliminate it. Right. The only way that we can eliminate it is if we put government on a diet.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, well, that's going to be hard to get Democrats on board. They want to bloat the government beyond belief. They want. I mean, this is how Minneapolis happens, which we'll get into that in just a second. But I wanted to get your thoughts on what happened in Texas this week, because I think a lot of that and what we saw might be applicable in your state as well. I think Republican voters are anti Rhinos. They're kicking them to the curb. I think MAGA is here to stay. And even Democrats, I feel like, want leaders who are a little less fringe. I think it's this return to normalcy that is so strong among American voters, even left and right. I feel like some Democrats are even seeing how insane this stuff is. Do you think it's going to be the same in Georgia?
Greg Dolezal
I do. What's crazy is that James Talarico is the less fringe. You know, the guy thinks God is non binary, but he's the less fringe option on the. On the Democrat side. Shocking to see Dan Crenshaw, who was once a rising star in this party, get beat by 15 points in a primary and obviously did not have the endorsement of President Trump and was beat by somebody who did. But here's the other thing, Haley, that I noticed about the Texas election. Proposition 10, the very last question on the Republican primary ballot was a question about banning Sharia law. And it was obviously one of 10 propositions. It was the highest vote getter. 95% of Republicans want to ban Sharia law in Texas. Obviously, Texas has been ground zero for things like these Islamic tribunals that are being set up, which are these parallel legal systems that enforce Sharia law outside of the United States court system. And the Texas Republicans are pushing back against that. And it was just a resounding message to the elected officials in Texas that they need to take action.
Haley Karenia
Yeah. I mean, their values are diametrically opposed to American values. So to the American voter and a Republican voter who, you know, they revere tradition and the things that make America great, Sharia law is the opposite of that. So what inspired you to put out that campaign ad? Because it is quite shocking in a great way. Like, it got my attention. It got a lot of attention online. What is the response been?
Greg Dolezal
The response has been, you know, it depends who you talk to. Right. My Democrat colleagues are bashing me and, you know, calling me Islamophobic and everything else. And then most folks on my side of the aisle recognize that while it may be uncomfortable to watch, it illustrates the challenge that America is facing. We have had mass migration from third world countries over the last five years. We have areas that are changing rapidly culturally in America, and most Americans want to preserve Western values in our country. And so it has been an interesting response, to be sure. It's obviously something that was AI generated that is not actually happening in America. But it does illustrate what places like Dearborn, Michigan and Plano, Texas are struggling with in reality. And frankly, the reality of radical Islamists taking hold in America is far more scary than anything in that video. And you know, we watched a man walk into a bar in Austin, Texas last weekend with wearing the flag of Iran and gunned down Americans. And so frankly, that's the video that I did not want to watch was the three people that were providing CPR to the people that were dying on the ground. That's the real scary video, not an AI image that's warning people about what could happen.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, absolutely. And if we give in to Sharia law or radical Islam, we lose our country. And you mentioned a few different cities across the country. Minneapolis is another one. How long do you think it would take for something like this to really take hold in an American city? Like, how far off are we from your ad coming true?
Greg Dolezal
You know, the. The ad obviously is. Is perhaps hyperbolic in terms of what you would actually see. But what I think that you would see is local laws being changed. So in Dearborn, there's obviously been fights over the Muslim call to prayer happening over loudspeakers throughout the city at 5:30 in the morning in violation of the local noise ordinances. I think you would probably see people get elected into office that would look to change those noise ordinances and look no further than London. And this happened in London over the course of about 20 years. And so I think that we are, I don't know, 10 years away from starting to see that in some areas of America. And we're trying to ensure that it's not happened in Georgia.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, absolutely. My fear is that white liberal women will easily vote this nonsense in because we saw this with Mamdani in New York. You know, these women claim to be feminists and they claim to be pro Palestine and all these things. They claim to hate dictators. And then, you know, we see liberal women side with Iran over the United States because they hate our country. They think the United States is actually the bad guy. They hate that we work with Israel So in order to defy Trump and Israel, they have to then support an actual evil authoritarian regime that is guilty of human rights abuses the likes of which we would never see in this country, or we hope not. So do you think that this is a side effect of Trump? Is this just Trump derangement syndrome? Or do you think that some of these liberals have really had their brains poisoned by maybe a foreign adversary?
Greg Dolezal
I think that is both. I do think that there is a woke mind virus. If you can go back. There's actually a go to go back to James Talarico. He posted something talking about how all white people have a virus. Yes, the only way to purge ourselves of the virus is to say that black lives matter. And that that was actually, I think during the Biden might have been tail end of the Trump administration, might have been 2020 where he said that. But that is the way a lot of people think. And frankly, there's a lot of people that feel guilty about their own prosperity or guilty about the opportunities that they had that they were given by their parents, and they feel a need to kind of pander and, and purge themselves of what they would call their privilege. And I, it, it's, it is part and parcel to the woke mind virus, but it is, man. TDS is like steroids to these people because they cannot think straight. And anything that President Trump says, they just have this reflex, knee jerk reaction to where they, you know, it's whatever ism they want to put on it, they label it with some ism and they can't understand that we've got a president who is fighting to save America and is doing a pretty darn good job of doing it right now.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, you know, the white, the woke mind virus is one thing, but then you see some of these transgender policies and then the woke mind virus becomes very real. It's something very tangible that you can see people are doing real damage to their bodies over it. And I know that not everyone have who has TDS is trans, but this is a left wing issue for sure. And left wing politicians are championing this. This is something that they think looks good on their voting record. And Attorney General Letitia James in New York, you know, the Trump administration wants to get rid of transgender surgeries for children, which I think is wonderful. They threatened to pull funding from certain hospitals that are doing this. It's great. And Letitia James in New York, I think in just an effort to defy Trump, I think whatever Trump does, they just do the opposite. Even if they, even if it Means they hurt kids in the, in the meantime, they don't care. But she's demanding that this one hospital, NYU Langone, huge hospital in New York City, that they resume these kinds of surgeries. And I'm just wondering, what do you think it is about Democrats that make them think that this is something that the American people want?
Greg Dolezal
I think that a lot of this is driven by money. This is something that is financially driven. Specifically the surgery side of it, which is sick and perverse that you would cut off, you know, perfectly healthy body parts off of, you know, 13 year old boys and girls. I actually, we've got four kids between the age of seven and 13. And so the idea that if one of them was struggling and thought that they were born in the wrong body, that that one of the steps I would take would be to cut off the healthy body parts of my children is unconscionable to me. I really, I think it's actually, I think a lot of this is the rise of moral relativism. And if, if you prescribe to moral relativism and you don't believe that there is a, that there is truth. You know, you heard this, you hear this term, Haley, these people use called, well, that's your truth and my truth is different. And to me that's a foreign concept. There is the truth. And my hope in life is that I can align my life to the best of my ability with the truth. And I think that a lot of it is just the worldview shaping of the current secular humanist mindset, which is largely rooted in moral relativism. I think that's where a lot of this comes from.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, I want to talk to you about the fact that you have young kids, because I feel like a lot of younger people now, they think, well, this is scary. You know, if a lot of young conservative families, they're starting to have kids or their kids are school age and they're, they're getting to the point where it's like, what are we gonna do? Are we gonna send our kid to this public school? Are you lucky enough to live in an area that has a good public school? Do you have enough money to send them to a private school or a Christian school for that matter? And some people don't have the money to do that. Some people do. And this woke stuff still gets in there anyway. Because I think that there are so many liberals that go into teaching, there are so many people that want to do harm to our children, that go into fields that put them in close proximity to Children. So I know that you talked a little bit about school choice earlier because you've, you've passed bills on that. So I just want your take on school choice and maybe what your message is to parents in Georgia who are raising kids like yourself.
Greg Dolezal
Yeah, I think that school choice is probably perhaps the greatest work that I've done in the state senate is moving the needle on the, really the first ever school choice bill that allows parents whose kids are in a failing school. These are schools where like 10% of the kids are reading on grade level. It allows parents to take their state tax dollars and get them to get those kids out of that failing school and into a school that's going to teach them how to read and. Right. And you know that bill is somewhat limited because it only does apply to kids in the bottom 25% school. I'm a huge proponent though of universal school choice because I believe that every family should have the choice and should have options. Imagine if we only had government run grocery stores. The food quality wouldn't be great and there'd be, there's zero competition. Competition and free markets drive excellence and drive quality because you're having to compete for customers. And the one size fits all government monopoly that exists in the public education system that largely is set up just to reward the teachers unions and is not focusing on child's outcomes, I think has been the greatest disservice that we've done to the American family in the last 50 years. And so I do think school choice is massive. You talked about something though that I think is really important and that is the teachers. And I would go one step upstream of that because if you go into most education departments in state funded universities, the people that are teaching the next generation of teachers are essentially former revolutionaries, neo Marxists, fully afflicted with the woke mind virus. And they're teaching young 18 to 22 year old teachers that the way that you love on kids is by asking them what their preferred pronouns are. They're teaching them that you shouldn't refer to children as boys and girls, but you should use more inclusive language. And what I'm trying, part of what I'm trying to do is to get upstream of this into the university system and ensure that the people that are teaching our teachers how to teach are not teaching our teachers to indoctrinate kids into their woke mindset.
Haley Karenia
Wow. I mean, there's nothing more important than protecting our children and the next generation of Americans. I, you know, it makes me afraid to have kids, although I can't wait to have kids one day. I hope I get the chance to. And don't be afraid. Yeah. I mean, with politicians like yourself, it makes me feel a lot better. I wish I lived in Georgia to vote for you. But Senator Dolezal, thank you so much for being here. Before we go, make sure that you plug where people can find more about your campaign and what you're doing in the state senate.
Greg Dolezal
Yeah. Dolezal for GA on X and Gregdolazol.com is my website. We're keep, we're doing like live updates on X of some of the stuff we're exposing here in Georgia. And that'd be the, that's kind of the most real time place to follow day to day what we're up to.
Haley Karenia
Amazing. Thank you so much for being here. I appreciate you.
Greg Dolezal
It's my pleasure. Thank you.
Haley Karenia
Wow. I loved that interview. This was so great. I love getting to talk to people who want to make America great again, quite literally. And they, they have the, you know what to do it. They have the balls to do it. And he certainly does. So I, I love this. I love talking to great patriots who, who really do want to make this country great again. We need more of them. So God bless. I hope that he wins that election in, in Georgia to be the lieutenant governor. That would be, that would be great. Let's get into scrolling time, shall we? All right, Some of you might know this about me, but I am a huge horror movie buff and I know that you all know I don't watch a lot of movies in general, but when a scary movie comes out, I go see that. And I have two friends, two, count them, two friends that will go watch scary movies with me. Neither one of them live with me in Florida, but my good friend Liz, I'm the maid of honor in her wedding coming up in September. She is my scary movie girl. Ride or die, Scary movie girl. And then my friend Marianne from high school, Scary movie Girl. So I, I don't need to go with someone else. I am, I am confident and brave enough to do it by myself, but I do miss my, my scary movie friends. So I wanted to talk about scary movie 6. If you know the scary movie franchise, it's not actually scary. It's kind of a comedic parody of all different scary movies. And Scary Movie 6 is coming out in June and the trailer is quite something. It is going to make conservatives and people who aren't easily offended very happy. Watch this. And it's ghost face. My God, he stabbed her. Not her My pronouns are they, them, he stabbed them. So little pronoun joke in the movie there and in the whole trailer, there's a lot of stuff. They're definitely going to be pushing the envelope. And I, for one, am just glad that we are in the place where we can start making fun of these trans people and the neo pronouns and all of this garbage out in public again. And comedians are no longer afraid to make fun of these people. It is funny. It is ridiculous. They should be made fun of. So I'm glad to see this kind of humor coming back. This is the humor that we knew and loved in the 90s and the early 2000s. And when did woke stuff really start? Like, 2015, 2016? I feel like Trump just broke everyone's brains, and that's really when this started. But comedy, I feel like in 2020, I mean, it just sort of took the backseat. Like, I can't even really remember any comedy movies that came out during that time.
Chat Participant
Life got too serious, and then instead of, like, over compensating, they were just like, yep, yeah, we're just gonna be double down.
Greg Dolezal
Yeah.
Haley Karenia
Like, it wasn't like, oh, let's, you know, let's do some jokes and make some fun movies to get people back into the spirit. It was like, no, actually, that joke is offensive, and you just offended this group and this group and this group and this group, and we can't do that anymore. So I'm glad to see this kind of stuff come back. And Marlon Wayans is the star of this franchise and started this franchise with his brothers and other comedians. And he gave an interview to Entertainment Weekly, and he said this quote, what we're trying to do is bring back laughter. This is about bringing back comedy the way it used to be. And I think the only way to do it is you have to cancel the Cancel culture. Amen to this. I have been saying Cancel Culture is officially canceled for years now. I started. Actually, one of the first things that I went viral doing on TikTok in, like, 2020 is I did a whole series on Cancel Culture. And anyone who was getting canceled at the time, I would go on TikTok and go defend them, because I just thought it was so ridiculous that people, their livelihoods were getting ripped away from them because they said something offensive or they tweeted something 12 years ago or something. It was just we got so soft as a culture, and, you know, comedy really took a back seat. And to your point, about life getting too serious, we're supposed to laugh at stuff. We're supposed to be able to enjoy life. We're given one life. Can we just have a little bit of fun? Can we just enjoy ourselves a little bit? I mean, it got so contentious there for a while. And I know that our country is still super divided, but I feel like, you know, the uber, uber liberals that still get offended by everything. Listen, this movie's not for you, but I think conservatives surely are going to pack out these theaters. And anyone who's just normal, right, anyone who's just left in the middle, they're not extreme right, they're not extreme left, but they still like to joke around and have fun. I think this movie is going to be for them. So I'm super excited for this. I mean, they made gay jokes, they made race jokes. I mean, really, nothing is off the table with these scary movie movies. And I'm just pumped. I mean, I'm really pumped. Also, Scream 7 came out, just came out. And the box office exploded. I mean, it was one of the largest opening weekends in a while. I feel like no one went to the movies anymore. People haven't been doing that. And I think now, I know it sounds crazy that it took us six years to get back from the COVID bs, but I feel like movie theaters might be making a comeback. And I will say I stand corrected, because I used to be so anti sequels, prequels, reboots, redos, all of this. Like, my take is Hollywood is super lazy right now. The writers, I don't know if they're on strike or they're what they're doing or their brains are fried, but it just felt like nothing was new anymore. They weren't making new content, they weren't being creative. So I'm kind of anti this whole sequel thing. But when you have a franchise that is that iconic and that successful, like Scary Movie and like Scream, it makes sense that it's going to kind of get people back into the movie theater thing. I just want to kind of put this out to the chat. Do you guys go to the. Do you guys go to the movies? Oh, someone in the chat said drive ins. I've never been actually. Okay, I shouldn't say I've never been to a drive in. I've been to. Well, I didn't drive my car there, so I've never been to a drive in theater like that. But in Nashville, they had these nightlight movie events where they set up a huge screen in the park and everyone would bring blankets and stuff, and then they would have food trucks lined up. So you could go get popcorn or empanadas, pizza, like anything you wanted. And they had a. An alcohol truck so you could get drinks and stuff. It was very cool. Very cool concept. And I feel like we need to bring more community events back. Bring more community events back. I would love to go to those. I know there's a drive in, like, not too far from here, but I just. I haven't. I haven't been. I have to do it. People said, not anymore. Not anymore. Last one I saw was Top Gun 2. Who can afford the movies? No. Smartphones ruin movies. Someone said twice a week. No, I won't support Hollywood. Understood.
Chat Participant
There's some good theaters around here, like, low key. And then they run. They're running some deals and, you know. Yeah, it's a good outing.
Haley Karenia
Yeah, it's a good outing. It is expensive, I'll give you that. I think if you're going with a family that's pretty difficult to swing, you know, the sodas and the popcorn and the candy and all that. It is a lot, especially on top of the ticket prices. But I think it's something that every once in a while I might do. I saw the House made with City Sweeney in it not too long ago, but I really wanted to see Melania, and I just didn't have anyone to go with, so I didn't go. And then I wanted to see. And I think that was. I think it might be on Amazon prime now, so maybe I'll just watch it at home.
Chat Participant
You're part of the problem.
Haley Karenia
I know I'm part of the problem. And then I wanted to see Wuthering Heights, but that's another one that I feel like. It's like a romance movie. And everyone was like, if you go, you're gonna be so sobbing. And I'm like, I don't think I want to do that by myself. That's like a. I'm fine going to the movies by myself, but if I'm going to be, like, really crying hysterically, that's pretty sad. It's a. It's a visual that's.
Chat Participant
You know, I saw Bridge to Terabithian theaters, and if you've ever been in a theater with people, when in, like, 2006. Yeah, it was, like, traumatic. Just every single person, that theater just bawling their eyes out near like a child.
Haley Karenia
I never saw that movie.
Chat Participant
Don't, Don't.
Haley Karenia
Okay, okay. I'll trust your judgment on that. But speaking of movies, this is a TikTok that I saw about a guy I don't know where this is. I'm not very up on my theme parks, guys. I'm not a Disney adult. I'm not into rides like this isn't, this isn't my thing. Okay, Universal Studios, they've got the Hogwarts, Harry Potter World or whatever. This guy is standing outside of Harry Potter World, this fake Hogwarts, and then he sees something in the sky. Watch. I thought it was a dementor, but it turns out that it's a B2 bomber. The Eagle screech. That is pretty crazy. So I was cracking up at the comments on this video because people were saying Harry Potter and the bombing of Iran. Me thinking it was a dementor at first that was my thought. When I saw the little black thing in the sky because it was kind of turned on an angle so you couldn't see that it was a bomber or a jet, I was like, oh, this is like some little animatronic thing, you dig? They got something in there that's, you know, part of the Harry Potter thing. And it turns out that it was much scarier than a dementor.
Chat Participant
Yeah, that's like, what's worse, A dementor, a bomber.
Greg Dolezal
Well, the joke with that plane is if you can see it, you're safe.
Haley Karenia
Right? Right. And people are saying if there are pixels taken out of the sky, like you're okay because you could see it. But it's going to give someone a really bad day. But people were saying Master has given Dobby a defense budget. Dabi is free. Harry Potter and the military industrial complex. I'm going to try to scroll through and find some of the other ones. Voldemort after he sees the American exchange student. Very scary. Expecto Bombardo. Expecto explosion. Dobby. Oh yeah, nice. Yeah, this is Dobby's. Ready, send him in. That's the pilot. Exclusive. Exclusive. Yeah. Someone said Harry Potter and the prisoner of Al Qaeda. It's a bird. It's a plane. Oh, it's a multi trillion surveillance machine. Harry Potter in the Department of War. Oh great, a Dorito plane. That's always a good sign. It's just funny. Harry Potter and Oh shit Harry. That's the Northrop Grumman Nimbus B2 1000. Harry Potter, the prisoner of Tehran. People are saying that this is why we're going to show them why we don't have free health care. I always love that joke. Modern day dark mark. Honestly. Trump is Voldemort, by the way. Liberals in the chat. Ridiculous. Anyway, I thought that that Was funny. This. Okay, I don't know if you all know about this discourse online, and maybe you can tell me in the chat that what kind of dog you have. If you have, you know, any kind of dog, there's. There's a certain specific breed that gets a lot of flack on TikTok, at least, and that is doodles. If you have a doodle, the joke is that doodles have very human like faces, and in some cases, they sit like humans. People make fun of doodles a lot. And it's sort of this running joke on the Internet that doodles, you know, you can unzip them and a human will crawl out. So I don't know. Someone said they have a lab pit mix. They have a shit zoo. German shepherd, Aussie, blue heeler. Five Yorkies. Sagamigrian has five Yorkies. Wow. Rottweiler, corgi, a mutt, a schnoodle. What's a schnoodle at? What is a schnoodle?
Chat Participant
Schnauzer poodle.
Haley Karenia
A schnauzer poodle?
Greg Dolezal
Yeah.
Haley Karenia
I don't know. Great Pyrenees, Jack Russell lab, Rottweiler, German wire hair pug, Australian kelpie. Lots of cuties in the chat. I like it. Someone. Someone in the chat says, I got a schnoodle Pomeranian. All right, so we've got. Wow, we've got a lot. Someone. Someone in the chat has a designer doodle. So this video is for you. This is a dog that looks human. Watch, baby, do you have something you want to say to the world? That's a human face. I would say those are very human eyes. He's got a mustache. This looks like a human to me. Doesn't he look kind of sad also? It's okay, sweetie. Sad or tired? I don't know. Does he look human? Someone said, gorilla face. I don't know. Someone said, how long ago was it that you cursed the man who wronged you? He looks like he's learned his lesson and you can turn him back now. And people were making the joke that, you know how dogs were depicted in the Middle Ages, like in paintings and things like that. They would. In drawings, they would make dogs, and they kind of had human faces. People were saying he looks like a medieval painting of a dog. But people in the chat are saying, that's a grown man. I'm scared. That man pays taxes. He knows what a mortgage is. And someone said that's where Jim Carrey went, joking that to bring all of my shows from this week together. This is a Jim Carrey is cloned. It doesn't exist anymore. Maybe he's dead. Maybe he's being replaced by someone else. Maybe he is stuck inside of this doodle.
Greg Dolezal
Maybe he's on Ozempic May.
Haley Karenia
Or that through line.
Chat Participant
We nailed it.
Haley Karenia
Buckle. Fat removal surgery. If you haven't watched my shows this week, you're going to have absolutely no idea what we're talking about. And this next video, this I love, because kids just say the darndest things. Watch this.
Greg Dolezal
Who's the president now?
Haley Karenia
John Shrimp. Donald Trump.
Greg Dolezal
Who's the president now?
Haley Karenia
Shrimp. Shrimp.
Greg Dolezal
That's exactly right.
Haley Karenia
Johnald Shrimp. I like it. I like it. I love when kids kind of make up their own sayings and they come up with their own words. I just think it's very funny. But people in the comments were saying, my five year old calls him Donald Trunk. Someone said, my friend's kid says, Donna Trunk Tronald dump is my daughter's coined phrase. Someone else said, my daughter calls him Donder Rump. My daughter calls him Donald Duck. Is your. Is your daughter Chris Christie by any chance? Someone else said, I asked my daughter if she knew who the president was, and she said, Taylor Swift. And someone jokes saying, get this girl into Congress immediately. I just thought that that was funny. Johnald Shrimp. Donna Trunk. Don. I don't want to see this. Thanks. This is where I'm like, I hate. I hate AI. I know that AI is capable of great things, but Donald Trump's head on a piece of shrimp is. It's a little scary to see. Johnald Shrimp. Donald Trump. All right, this next video is a pretty good Kamala Harris impression. Watch.
Greg Dolezal
You know, guys, there really is moments like this where I'm like, you think
Haley Karenia
you just fell out of a coconut tree? You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you. Towards the end, she became Kamala Harris.
Chat Participant
I clipped this a few days ago, and it's surprising every time.
Haley Karenia
Play it again. I'm gonna close my eyes and picture Kamala Harris. You know, guys, there really is moments
Greg Dolezal
like this where I'm like, you think
Haley Karenia
you just fell out of a coconut tree? You exist in the context. It's her. All in which you live and what came before you. It's her.
Chat Participant
The vocal fry is, yes, Perfect.
Haley Karenia
So good. So, so good. I wonder if she does other impressions or if that's like the one that's like her party trick is, hey, I can sound like Kamala Harris. Uh, but I thought that that was really, really impressive. Quite impressive. All right. Last video that I have for you today. It is very wholesome and you know, I believe in the power of prayer. I think that prayer is so wonderful if we can pray for people in our lives and remember to do that and even people that we don't know, right? People that you just come across. And this is an Uber driver that asked the passenger if he could pray for her and she said yes. Watch of confidence as she goes into this interview. Lord just caused the nervousness to dissipate.
Greg Dolezal
And Lord, let her just have a
Haley Karenia
sense of command and comfort as she deals with the interviewers and the situation.
Greg Dolezal
Bless her and give her favor with
Haley Karenia
these people in this company and guide her in correct your path in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Thank you very much. Thank you, sir.
Greg Dolezal
I appreciate it.
Haley Karenia
Hey, let me give you a card. Oh, I would love that. Is that not the sweetest thing you've seen on the Internet in the longest time? I mean, I know that I say I show you a lot of negative things, I show you a lot of AI slop and some funny things, but when you see a video that wholesome, I knew I just had to share it with all of you because there is nothing better than an extra prayer. Going into a job interview, you know, you're going into an interview, you don't know if you're going to get the job. You're nervous, you're scared, you don't know what to expect. And what could be better than having one last unexpected prayer before you head in? And I went to the comment section and the creator who posted this video confirmed that the prayers worked and she got the job. So I just wanted to end the show on that note. I thought it was so nice again, so wholesome and such a nice reminder that you could just pray for anyone in life. Just think of someone. This is the challenge that I leave you all with today. Think of someone to pray for today. And if you don't have anyone in your life that you want to pray for, that's fine. I'm sure you could find someone. But pray for someone you don't know. Pray for someone that you you meet today. Pray for the barista in the coffee shop. Pray for. For anyone. And I think that we should all remember to do that more often. So I thought that that was very sweet. Thank you for scrolling along with me today. You can follow me on social media at Haley Karenia. H A Y L E Y C A R O N I A On all social media platforms for the most part, except for threads and I'll see you right back here tomorrow. Bye.
