In this episode of Nightly Scroll, I rip leftist media outlet The Guardian over their “womanosphere” outrage. First, they were SHOOK by the influence of Joe Rogan and Theo Von, now they’ve made female, conservative podcasters their new target. Then, the rich and famous Michelle Obama plays the victim card and nobody is buying it. Plus, I blind react to viewer-submitted videos and questions.

Hello, everyone. Welcome to another edition of Nightly Scroll. Happy Thursday evening. Today really feels like Friday for me. So I'm chugging through. We are pushing through. We're gonna have a great show tonight. I love everyone in the chat. I just saw someone's name is Sir Scroller the Great. Absolutely love it. Just so shout out to Sir Scroller the Great. Absolutely love the energy in the chat. Now, first, the left was triggered by the manosphere Podcasters. Remember that? That's the Joe Rogan Experience, Theo Vaughn's podcast. But now they're warning about the rise of the womanosphere. Ooh, then Michelle Obama is playing the victim card. Let's all feel sorry for her. Get out my little tiny violin. And Jimmy Kimmel tried to make fun of DHS Secretary Christine Ohm's bag being stolen. Keyword tried. It was not funny. Plus, I am blind reacting to videos that you either tweeted at me or DM'd me. And I am answering some of your questions at the end of the show. So if any of my scrollers in the chat, any of my homies in the chat, if you have any more questions for me, throw them in there and let's get scrolling. The show starts now. Like I said, loving Sir Scroller the Great. Loving everyone in the chat. If you want to be a part of the chat, you've got to watch this show live on rumble rumble.com Haley the Bongino Report channel is where you can find this show. You can watch this show. If you want to listen, you can listen on your favorite podcast platforms. Apple Podcast, Spotify, Search, the Nightly scroll with Haley and you will find me. Now, this whole hubub about the manosphere, this all started in November when President Trump, he started going on all these podcasts and it paid off big time. Joe Rogan, his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience. The left called it dangerous misinformation. Remember during COVID when he said, you know, I'm just going to take Ivermectin and I'm going to be healthy and I'm going to try to find alternative medicines and alternatives to big Pharma to just stay healthy. And cnn, you know, they were all up in arms about it. He was like an enemy of the people according to the left. Now, a lot of normal people like Joe Rogan because he reaches out to both sides of the aisle. For a long time, he was kind of politically ambiguous. He has a lot of comedians on the show. He has a lot of regular people on the show. He's got people from the Left, the right, the center, everyone. And he's just good at having a conversation with anyone and everyone. And it's interesting. I mean, some of the podcasts, it's funny, they have a comedian on some. Sometimes it's, you know, a little more serious and people like that. It's very, very entertaining. And According to an AP poll, 56% of men under the age of 30 went for Trump compared to 41% 40 years prior. So we saw this massive growth with the younger voting blocs, younger men. And I think the podcast manosphere, like the leftist media is calling it, had a huge to do with it. I think they were really, really impactful in ways that the Democrat media and the leftist media and cable news, they can't do. The Trump administration and the Trump campaign, rather, at the time they really met men and young men where they were at, which is on YouTube and listening to comedy podcasts. President Trump reached voters who are typically the least politically engaged segments of society. And he did it successfully. This was something we've never seen before. Joe Biden never did anything like that. Maybe Obama and Hillary Clinton, you know, they would do like the between two ferns kind of things. Like they would step out of their comfort zone, do a little bit of the late night, late night shows, which have totally fallen off, by the way. And we're going to get into that in the show later on. I'm going to absolutely rip into Jimmy Kimmel because he's just not funny. But this is where the Democrats usually go. They've got their friends in the media and no one's really there anymore. You know, young people, they've taken this trend to the right. They don't, I don't know, they don't care about mainstream media. I certainly don't care about mainstream media. I cut the cord. So long ago, I was working in cable news and I cut my cable. I said, I'm not watching this. I'm at work all day, working in cable. I come home at the end of the night. I don't want to watch cable anymore. It's boring. I want to watch alternative media. I want to watch people that are funny and make me laugh and are entertaining. And the stuffy people on mainstream media, they're not entertaining. I don't want to watch them. They're boring. So now the media, they are now ripping into the womanosphere because apparently they can't just blame it all on Joe Rogan and, and Theo Vaughn and whoever else. Now they have to blame it on the ladies because this culture shift it's not just with young men. There's a lot of women on TikTok. I scroll all the time and I see all these women that say, you know, I thought President Trump was going to take my rights away. And he didn't. Why am I still working? Why am I still driving? You know, obviously making jokes. But a lot of women are starting to wake up that this corporate girl boss thing isn't really what they signed up for. A lot of these women, they don't want to be moms and work, some of them do. But a lot of women, it's hard to keep up with. It's hard to get your kids off to school and then get yourself to work and then pick your kids up from school and get them to all of their activities that they're doing and then get dinner on the table and then your boss is calling you at 5:00pm, you know, or, or later. I mean, this is a very real experience for a lot of women. A lot of women, they can't afford to just be stay at home moms these days. And the funny thing about this womanosphere is that a lot of these women are working women and their moms. So they are reaching this demographic and this group of women. So the women that, or some of the women that this Guardian piece was talking about, the womanosphere, we could throw up the headline here. It says, now comes the womanosphere. Am I even pronouncing that right? Womanosphere. I'm saying womanosphere because of the man of manosphere. But whatever. The womanosphere, the anti feminist media telling women to be thin, fertile and Republican. Hell yeah, I love it. And the women that they're highlighting in this article are Candace Owens, Brett Cooper, Riley Gaines, Alex Clark. And they said this. While all the women behind these outlets have different styles and tactics, they are mostly aligned in their desire to return to a gender essentialist worldview. Women as submissive homemakers, men as strong providers. I agree with the men as strong providers part, but none of these women are submissive homemakers. Not that there's anything wrong with that, by the way, but they're telling women to be hot, healthy, skinny and smart. And I think that that's pretty cool. There's a reason why being attractive, you know, you're the, this is like, these are the popular girls in school that are getting all the views on YouTube and wherever they are. Their podcasts are absolutely crushing it. And yeah, they're, they're the face of normalcy. They, you know, what's more concerning is the alternative on the left, which is all the blue haired, septum, piercing, wearing, morbidly obese women who either don't work or they're so disposable at their jobs that they could just go and march around for whatever middle of the day protest is going on. They make their dumb sign that says hands off my body. And it's a body that no one wants to touch, by the way. And that's their exercise until the next dumb protest. And then they can march around for the next thing. If I had to pick which side I wanted to be on, I'm going with the hot girls. I'm going with the hot, funny, successful, smart, conservative girls. That's where I feel like I am most represented. They are really, they're cool. They're cool. They're, they're girls that I would want to be friends with. And this, this article in the Guardian, they're, they're, they're saying that this is some like, coordinated effort. Like this is some master plan to take over the universe with their, like, dangerous ideology. But they're just popular content creat, working independently from each other and garnering genuine viewership because what they're saying is resonating with women. It's actually quite simple. And like I said, this is kind of a contradiction because these women really aren't traditional at all. The article was talking about how there has been this rise of trad wife culture online. There are trad wives like Ballerina Farm, who's an influencer. Nara Smith, who's an influencer. They are working women. It might not seem like they're working women because they're making content of them, cooking at home, cleaning at home, et cetera. But they're most likely the Bren Witters of their family. They are pulling in millions of views. They know exactly what they are doing. And you know Candace Owens, she's got a successful podcast Monday to Friday. She's absolutely crushing it. And she's a mom, she's pregnant, she's about to give birth again. I mean, she is not what, you know, she is. I mean, obviously these women, they don't claim to be feminists, but this is what feminism used to be. Being able to do both, being able to be empowering. What these women stand for is empowerment, getting to do both. You get to be the conservative woman, you get to have your job and be successful too. These women are doing it all. Riley Gaines, she's married, super successful. Brett Cooper, married, super successful. Like, none of these women are sitting at home doting on their Husbands all the time. I mean, maybe some of the time, but they're hardworking women. So the manosphere and the womanosphere. This is the reaction to the stuffy cable news, mainstream media and dumb articles like this one. Because this is why the new media is working. This is why the new media is essentially unseating the cable news. They are, they are done, they're over with. Because people don't want to actually turn on the TV and hear someone just like scream at them or tell them what to get angry about. You want to find people who speak to you. That's why the more members of the new media there are, the better, the more the merrier. Find people that work with you, who you like personally, people that you trust who are speaking to you, not at you. This is why I love including you guys in the chat in my show. I want to answer your questions. I want to give you a show that you like. I want to cover stories that are obviously meaningful to me, but are also meaningful to you. And you know, we're all going to be different. So if I'm not your cup of tea, that's okay. There's someone else in the new media that's probably for you. And I love that we can be more of friends than this weird, like one sided relationship where I'm just talking at you. I want you to be able to watch this show and feel like, yeah, this is a conversation that I would have with my friend, or, yeah, this is a conversation that I would have with my family around the dinner table. I don't want to talk at you. I want to talk with you. I'm your peer. I hate when people in the media feel like they're better than you, cooler than you. I'm not cool. I'm not better than you. We're in this together. We are in this together. But someone who has it all but still feels like playing the victim at every turn is Michelle Obama, former first lady and now professional complainer on her podcast. Listen to this.
Michelle Obama
We don't articulate as black women our pain because it's almost like nobody ever gave us permission to do that.
Haley Carania
And does anyone care?
Michelle Obama
Yeah, there's. Will they care if we knew? I think we would care if we knew. If we knew or, you know. Yeah. And we have to ask ourselves, the men in our lives is, you know, why wait to be asked? You know, it seems like what we go through is pretty obvious. I mean, maybe we're not complaining, but we're actually living life out loud. You know.
Haley Carania
All I'M hearing is complaining. I don't really know what she's complaining about. The plight of black women. And, you know, maybe their husband's not hearing them or people not listening to them. Michelle Obama has a massive, massive platform. I think I've looked this up before on the show, but I'm just going to go to Instagram and see how many Instagram followers Michelle Obama has. And I. I know I've done this before. Michelle Obama, let's see just how much of a platform she has. So, on her personal account, 56.9 million people. Okay, but no one's listening to you. Then on her archived account, when she was first lady of the United States, 11 million. So, okay, 56.9 million people she gets to yap to and complain to. People are listening to you. They are. Michelle Obama is not an afterthought in society. She's actually garnering a lot of attention. And this podcast with her brother is strange. They just seem to be complaining about their relationships and whatever. I haven't tuned in completely. I've just seen clips. But, yeah, I mean, she's. She's got an audience. She's commanding an audience. And I don't know what this is, but she is one of the most privileged women in America. Like, take race out of this. She is one of the most famous rich women in America. I would love to have. Well, no, I probably wouldn't want to have 56 million followers on Instagram. That's insane. Um, but she probably makes a lot of money off of that and her content and her podcast. And they've got a really nice mansion in. Where is that? Martha's Vineyard. They've got that, like, massive mansion, the Obamas. I mean, seriously, if Michelle Obama is a victim, sign me up. I want to be a victim just like her.
Jimmy Kimmel
They even have private chefs.
Haley Carania
Yeah, well, the private chefs, it doesn't end so well for the private chefs. Sometimes they die paddleboarding. I don't know. I. I still need that investigated because we moved on from that story way too quickly. I don't know how that's possible, but rest in peace. I'm not trying to laugh that this man died. I just think it's very, very suspicious. And, yeah, we just got a statement like, yep, very sad. Died on the property. And then, like, move on. Like, nothing to see here. I just thought that that was, what a bummer. But, you know, like, I'm saying Michelle Obama, she likes to complain about her relationship with President Obama, but, you know, now she's talking about this podcast, on the same podcast episode, she was complaining about how she didn't want to go to Jimmy Carter's funeral. And she didn't go. And I guess she didn't feel like it. And she should be able to not go to places if she doesn't feel like it. Listen to this.
Michelle Obama
My decision to skip the inauguration. You know what people don't realize? My decision to make choices at the beginning of this year that suited me were met with such ridicule and criticism. Like, people couldn't believe that I was saying no for any other reason, that they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart. You know, it's like, while I'm here, really trying to own my life and intentionally practice making the choice that was right for me. And it took everything in my power to not do the thing that was right or that was. That was perceived as right, but do the thing that was right for me. That was a hard thing for me to do. I had to basically trick myself out of it. And it started with not having anything to wear. I mean, I had affirmatively. Because I always prepared for any funeral, anything. I walk around with the right dress, I travel with clothes, just in case something pops off. So I was like, if I'm not going to do this thing, I gotta tell my team. I don't even want to have a dress ready. Right. Because it's so easy to just say, let me do the right thing, but then you become a shock absorber. Yeah.
Haley Carania
And that's what women are. Enough of this whining. I mean, seriously, she's trying to justify the fact that she didn't go to President Trump's inauguration, she didn't go to President Jimmy Carter's funeral. These are things that you go to when you're a former first lady of the United States. Everyone was there, right? We had President George Bush there, President Biden was there. Everyone makes it to these events. This is like. It's the pop and circumstance of it all. This is what you do when you're part of this political group, right? You all show up to each other's funerals, you all make nice. You all. You know, even President Trump is joking with people, you know, in the. In the pews. And, you know, you just. You are civil and you do the right thing. And Michelle Obama in this clip is saying, like, I had to just use all of my power to not do the right thing. Like what? Like, I just don't understand. Like, what? Unless you are, like, severely ill, why would you not go? I don't know. Is this, like, one of these, like, mental health things that they talk about on the left, where it's like, you're struggling with your mental health, so you have to, like, do what's best for you and stay home? I mean, I don't know, like, show up. How many hours is it? One hour? Two hours? Like, show up, show face. This is what you signed up for. I, like, I just don't feel bad. I don't feel bad for Michelle Obama. Show up when you're supposed to show up. If you can show up to yap on your podcast about how hard your life is, then you can show up to a former president's funeral and you can show up to the presidential inauguration. It's your job, quite frankly. Seriously, just. It just makes me mad. Anyway, I want to move on to Jimmy Kimmel, who used to be funny. I used to love clips from. What is this show called? The Late Show. They all have the same name. What is it? The Late Show.
Jimmy Kimmel
Late Show, Yeah.
Haley Carania
I mean, they're. They're all. They're all called that. It's like the Late Show. The Late Late show, the later Show. I mean, like, whatever. It's late night tv. So whatever Jimmy Kimmel's show is called, it used to be funny. They used to do, like, really funny clips and really funny skits. And I always remember in high school, I would watch the, you know, I ate my kids Halloween candy videos. Those were always a hit.
Jimmy Kimmel
Every year it's just called Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Haley Carania
Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Jimmy Kimmel
Very original.
Haley Carania
So there you go. He's the. He's the outlier. His show is not called the Late Show. But, yeah, like, he used to be really funny. And even when the show got political, they would do like, funny man on the streets and try to catch people. I think it was. They were asking people on the street. I remember this one clip, and it was like he was asking people what the difference between Obamacare and the Affordable Care act was, which is the same thing. And people were like, oh, well, I don't like Obamacare, but I do like the Affordable Care act. Or, you know, vice versa. So that's funny. You know, you're making fun of both sides. You're making fun of people who don't know what they're talking about. That's funny. We can all appreciate that. Jimmy Kimmel has gone so far down, he's spiraling. Like, he's actually spiraling. His TDS is chronic. And last night on his show, he was making fun of DHS Secretary, Kristine Ohm, for having her bag stolen at Easter dinner. And it's just not funny. I mean, I will play the clip. Let me know if I'm wrong. Watch this.
Kristine Ohm
We have Kristi Noem, our Secretary of Homeland Security, who had her purse stolen last night. She was out having Easter dinner with her family. Thief took her purse, got away with her driver's license, her apartment keys, her passport, and $3,000 cash. Who carries $3,000? What is she t pain? A thief wearing a mask, a medical mask, snatched the purse from underneath her seat. Unfortunately for Secretary Noem, the security footage shows the suspect is a white male. So that's a missed opportunity right there. And what could be more embarrassing than our head of Homeland Security getting robbed? It's unbelievable. And the funniest part is none of this would have ever happened if she hadn't shot her guard dog. Okay, you know, I didn't shoot the dog. She did.
Haley Carania
Okay, Am I missing something? Did anyone in the chat laugh? Everyone's saying Jimmy sucks. Haha. Sarcasm, yawn. Jimmy Kimmel is an embarrassment. I just. He's. He. The fall from grace was so damn long for Jimmy Kimmel. I mean, he really used to be funny. And this. I didn't even crack a smile. I. I don't know what's funny about our DHS secretary having something stolen from her. I don't think it's funny that she had money stolen from her and her ID and. And all these things in front of her family on Easter Sunday. Like, there's really nothing funny about that. Even if it was a Democrat. Like, I wouldn't find anything funny about that. I mean, obviously he's making fun of her because she's, you know, associated with Trump, but I always like to put the shoe on the other foot. Like, would I laugh if President Biden's DHS secretary had something stolen from him? Like, no, it's just. It's not funny. And thank goodness for the laugh track, because, I don't know, I'm not convinced that any of those laughs were real. But people in the media, people on the left, they are maybe waking up to the fact that the media, they're total liars. So Rain Wilson, he was Dwight Schrute on the office. He's a leftist, and he has a podcast called the Soul Boom Podcast. And he had MSNBC's Stephanie Rule on the show, and they talked about the public and their distrust in the Media. Watch this.
Rainn Wilson
40% of Americans don't trust mainstream media. Why is that? How did we get here.
Stephanie Ruhle
Listen, we are seeing a huge loss in trust of all of our institutions. It's the media, it's medicine, it's banking. It's a huge problem. Because when you think about democracy and all of these pillars, they need to stand tall, they need to stand strong. And sort of losing that trust is not by accident, it's by design. If you remember when President Trump was running the first time, Steve Bannon once said, the goal is to blow the whole thing up. And so I think that you've got mistakes made or things starting to slip, while at the same time there's a concerted effort to destroy the media. Because the media, the news media is, in my opinion, the last line of defense of holding power accountable. Right. And you had a bit of a perfect storm, right? President Trump won and tons of people were shocked or angry or frustrated and they're tuning out. And at the same time, you have the Elon Musk media machine because they want you to leave traditional media and they want you to go to X, which is a bastion of misinformation where there is no fact checking.
Rainn Wilson
This is where I would push back when I see this kind of insight and passion being directed at the current administration and the lack of this kind of insight and passion being directed at the previous administration where again, I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about left leaning news media organizations were kind of like, la, la, la, la la, Everything's fine. Look, the environment's, I mean, look, the economy's great.
Haley Carania
La la la.
Rainn Wilson
Immigration's not that much of a problem. And really, being Cleopatra, Queen of denial. Thank you. Boom.

I was like, oh, I need to go check that out. So cinnamon. Stop drinking weak coffee. Make the switch to blackout coffee today. Blackout coffee.com Haley use code Haley for 20% off your order.

You can get premium wireless for just $15 a month. Of course, if you enjoy overpaying, no judgments. But that's weird. Okay, one judgment anyway. Give it a try@mintmobile.com Switch upfront payment.
Haley Carania
Of $45 for 3 month plan equivalent to $15 per month required intro rate first 3 months only, then full price plan options available, taxes and fees extra. See full terms@mintmobile.com Rainn Wilson 100. 100% clocked it. The media lied. They lied during the Biden administration. They lied at every turn. They lied and told you that the gas prices weren't that high when they were hitting $7 a gallon or more in California. They told you that grocery prices were the same and they weren't that bad when they were astronomically higher than they were during the Trump administration. We all saw that they were gaslighting us. And let's just go into all of the media hoaxes, or at least some of them. These are some of the ones that I can think of off the top of my head. If I'm missing any, throw them in the chat. Obviously, the Russia collusion hoax, the Steele dossier that was bought and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and all the intel people pushed it and they used it to get FISA warrants on Carter Page and George Papadopoulos and people working for the Trump campaign. Totally fake. Then we saw the 50 intel officers who told the media that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation. It was Russian disinformation and Russians meddling in our elections. Wrong. The Hunter Biden laptop is very real. I've seen it. And it's a Scary place. And the Biden administration yelling at big tech companies to push their propaganda and silence anyone who dissents. Why would we trust anyone anymore? Remember the very fine people on both sides hoax? The media ran with that. It was totally debunked. Remember the mounted border patrol agents that were whipping migrants at the border? And then that was debunked, too. I mean, seriously, all of these were fake. Why would anyone trust the media anymore? And Stephanie Rule, who works at msnbc, her first thought is blame Trump. Blame Elon Musk when all the lies about Trump were perpetuated on X before Elon Musk took over on Twitter 1.0, let's call it the Biden administration calling up their friends at Facebook telling people to censor anyone who says anything. That was, you know, distrusting of the COVID 19 vaccine. I mean, these people are so dishonest. And the American people are not stupid. The media thinks that we're stupid, but we're not. We've woken up to everything. We are awake, not woke. So, yeah, we woke up to all the lies. I just love how she's pointing fingers at Trump and Elon when she was part of the problem. Her and all of the cronies at MSNBC and CNN and whoever else, the Washington Post, whoever published that, you know, 50 intel officers crap about Hunter Biden being fake, the laptop being fake. F. You guys, seriously, the media, the. The. The corporate media failing. That is on them. That is on them because they failed us. And here's another reason. It's just like an updated reason recently in the media. This is another reason why people just absolutely don't trust them at all. So here's news busters. They put this together. How much ABC and CBS and all these networks covered the Maryland dad. Like, they like to call this Kilmar Abrego Garcia versus Rachel Morin. So ABC, CBS, and NBC, the major networks, they devoted 143 minutes to cover Kilmar Abrego Garcia being deported to El Salvador. They say he was wrongly deported. They're trying to paint him as this good guy even though he was a wife beater and he's got ties to MS.13 and he was potentially human trafficking people. So they're covering him. They're spending 143 minutes to tell you that he's actually a good guy. And then Those networks spent 12 seconds on Rachel Morin, a Maryland woman murdered and raped by an illegal immigrant. Riddle me that these are the enemy of the people. When Trump says that the media is the enemy of the People, he is not lying. The media has chosen sides. Not only has the media chosen sides, the Senate, our congressmen and women, they have chosen sides. We've seen, obviously, um, you know, Senator Van Hollen, he took his trip to El Salvador. They. And then his trip prompted other Democrats to go to El Salvador and go check on this fine Maryland man. So now Senate Republicans dropped this hilarious ad to entice some of their Democrat colleagues to head to El Salvador too. Watch this.
Jimmy Kimmel
Here we go.
Haley Carania
Come to El Salvador. Watch.
Jay Feely
Welcome to El Salvador. Home to breathtaking sunsets, world class surf breaks, and gangbanger Kilmer Abrego Garcia. El Salvador is the destination for Democrats seeking the thrill of bringing violent, criminal illegal aliens back to America. Come witness Trump derangement syndrome in its purest form. From Chris Van Hollen to Cory Booker, you may even see John. Oof. So what are you waiting for? Senate Democrats, join your colleagues and step into the rhythm of rescue today.
Haley Carania
I'm sold. Send them all. Go. Go check on your boy. Go check on your boy. Make sure he's okay in prison. I mean, seriously, they're so stupid. This is a video of a climate activist he was working with extinction rebellion. He walked into Trump Tower in New York City. He spray painted USA over the presidential placard inside. He kneeled down in front. Watch this video. So there he is spray painting USA in green over the 45 placard on the wall. It's like a presidential seal. And there he is, kneeling down, closing his eyes. Not really sure what he's doing. I think the planet saved everyone. Then he's holding up a sign, it says game over. Now security's coming and grabbing him. They're, they're walking him off. Now there's Secret Service, they're going to take him. Police took him. All of this for what? I just don't understand. So now the police are coming to arrest him. I mean, I don't understand, like why. I mean, the green paint, I guess, for Climate Green Agenda. I don't know what it is. Here he is. You're, if you're watching, you're seeing him get hauled out by all the officers there. So that's good. It. Without comment. But I just do not understand what these people are accomplishing here, which I don't, I don't get it. Like, what are you doing? What are you actually doing? And you know, we've seen other protests that are destructive and dangerous and I just, I don't understand. He said there in the video, this is your country, this is our country, this is our planet. He's saying like, we can't let these people get away. We with it, you can't ruin it without comment. And he said they are ruining the planet for profit. So he's just like rambling on. Who is they? I don't know. Who is they? Who, who is, who is ruining the planet? I guess Trump. I, I don't know. And we've seen this before. I mean these climate protests, like, or maybe it's not climate, maybe whatever they're protesting, you know, they just, whatever it is, they just go out there and they protest. But lay in the road, they block traffic. You know those climate protesters in London, I think it was, and they were throwing Campbell's soup at Van Gogh paintings and some other guy, he like smeared cake all over the Mona Lisa. I mean, what are you accomplishing?
Jimmy Kimmel
And they go naked sometimes too, right?
Haley Carania
They do, yeah.
Jimmy Kimmel
They show their boobies and stuff like that.
Haley Carania
Oh yeah, yeah. That's usually like the free the nipple stuff. That's more of like the women's reproductive health. Like they'll, they'll go out there and they'll just like, I don't know, take their top off and again, it's like.
Jimmy Kimmel
Cuz that will show them.
Haley Carania
That'll show them. I mean like, what are you actually doing? Nothing, I. Listen, I'm a free speech absolutist, I really am, but I don't get protesters. What are you accomplishing other than looking like a total fool? Why would anyone take your cause seriously after you act like a child, you're destructing and damaging property, they don't get their way, so they act out and they want attention. Like they are petulant children. And some of these petulant children, by the way, are 83 years old. So here's a headline about a Tesla vandal who is way too old to be acting like this. This was an old guy, 83 years old. He was vandalizing five Teslas at a Long island shopping mall. And he said that Trump should effing die. So he seems normal. Could you imagine if this was your grandpa? You get a call like Grandpa Jim's, he got arrested again, he threatened a president and he keyed someone's Tesla. And so this was at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York. This was the closest mall to me where I grew up. So I've been to this mall many a time. And this, the guy was caught. Police showed the man the video of this incident and he did confirm that it was him in the video. But then he denied keying any of the Teslas. But then he said, you know, Musk owns Tesla. Yeah, he's getting thrown out at the end of the month. And end of the month he should die, all right, And Trump should effing die. So this is where he goes on his tirade. And the New York Post called this Tesla Hater, this 83 year old protester and he said, you know, I, I wouldn't do this. I, I wouldn't be scratching their cars. You know, I don't like these guys, but I would never do that. So he's still essentially going with the story that he didn't do anything wrong, even though it was totally caught on video. But this is, this is all ongoing. So I'm going to say alleged, we're seeing this all play out in the court system. Yesterday he had an arraignment. He is, the judge ordered him to undergo mental health evaluation. He was released until the next time that he has to appear in court on April 30th. But the, like I said, the Post called him, they had a quick phone call with him. And this guy, this 83 year old guy, he said, I'm a veteran, I'm a Vietnam veteran, I'm suffering from ptsd, I didn't do what they said that I did. He said, I spent a horrible night in jail like a criminal. He said, I walk through and they say I scratch the cars. So again, he is just going with the story that he did nothing wrong. We will see how it all plays out. But this all comes by the way, as Tesla earnings faced a 71% plunge in first quarter earnings. And I guess, you know, to my question earlier about what are these people accomplishing? I mean, with the Tesla takedown stuff, I guess they're getting their way. People are not buying Teslas as much. Maybe they're not investing in the company because of all of this chaos surrounding just owning one of these Teslas. So on an earnings call with investors on Tuesday, Elon Musk said this. I think I'll continue to spend a day or two per week on government matters for as long as the President would like me to do so, and as long as it is useful. But starting next month, I will be allocating probably more of my time to Tesla. So we'll see. You know, who else is going to be spending more time, well, more time in politics is Jay Feely, former NFL kicker. Who did he play for? He played all over the place. The Falcons, Giants, Arizona Cardinals. Who else? Buccaneers. Did he play for no, he didn't. Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears. I mean, dang, he was all over the place. But now Jay Feeley is running for Arizona Senate. Watch this.
Dan Zachesky
I want to serve. And really I was just tired of sitting on the sidelines. When you watched everything that happened over the last 10 years or so, you saw the lawfare that Democrats did against President Trump and you watched him get shot, that was a big moment for me. I remember starting to really think about running for office the day that he got shot. And you sit there and you say to yourself, is what I'm doing enough? Is it having enough of an impact? God was pushing us towards a different direction. And really that's kind of what we ask, you know, what is God's purpose for us? What's his plan? Where does he want us to go? And I believe really he has pushed us into politics because I want to be a fighter. And for me we need more politicians that want to get into politics that aren't self serving.
Haley Carania
Yes.
Dan Zachesky
And that don't view politics as a career that want to serve and want to be a civil servant. And that's why I want to get into politics.
Haley Carania
This. Hell yeah. To that I co sign that 100%. We absolutely need more politicians who don't want to do this for life. Being a public servant. Some of these people, they're in there for so damn long, it's like this womb to tomb thing. They are in there from their twenties until they die. And they're not representative of the, the younger generations. They're not representative. They're not, you know, adapting to the times. I think a lot of these people, they just stay in their jobs because they get to game the stock market and get rich in other nefarious ways. That's what I think. A lot of people, they stay in politics, I. E. Joe Biden, you know, running for the second term there, I think his family really pushed him to do that because of all the perks. I don't think it was about serving the American people. Certainly the American people didn't want another term of Joe Biden or Harris. It's not about serving the people for a lot of these politicians. They want to get in there and just, I don't know, they're all in it for themselves. So I think it was really refreshing to hear Jay Feely say I want to serve. I don't want this to be a career. I just want to serve the people. And he feels like God is calling him to do this. So seems like a really really good guy with his head on his shoulders and I don't know. We'll see. So he's running for senator. Andy Biggs, old seat. Andy Biggs is running for governor. So maybe we'll see a senator. Jay Feely. What do you guys think? Sticking with the sports angle here. I want to expose Nike. So I just. If you have been following me on social media, you know that I used to work at Outkick. I absolutely love Outkick. And they broke this story. So Dan Jackson, Dan Zachesky at Outkick, he covered this. He said Nike won't say if it's funding child transgender athlete study, but evidence suggests it is, and he came with the receipts. So the New York Times did an article on Blair Fleming. Blair Fleming is a San Jose State trans volleyball player. This is a man pretending to be a woman transition to a woman playing volleyball with other women and girls on the team. Brook Slusser, she has been coming out saying, I don't feel comfortable. I don't want to play with this person. I do not want to be in the locker room with this person. So this is a huge thing. So in the article, the New York Times talked to Joanna Harper. This is another biological male who identifies as a woman and studies transgender athletes. This is what this person does. So Harper is leading this study of trans adolescents that measures their results on a 10 step fitness test before they get hormone therapy, while they get hormone therapy, and, you know, during and throughout their medical transition. So they're going to check on them every six months for five years. So this man, Joanna, is working on this study. And this study is being led by Katherine Ackerman of Boston Children's Hospital and an associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. Also, Joanna Harper, involved with this study. But apparently this study is being funded by Nike. Yeah. So during a seminar. Seminar back in 2023, A said recently we got some money from Nike who wanted to study this more. They wanted to look at transgender folks who are going through the transition younger. Weird. Why? What? What? So if we are talking about athletes who are pausing puberty and then doing gender affirming care and cross hormonal treatment, what happens to them over time? Now, what purpose would Nike have to investigate this and to study these trans adolescents? Do they think it makes them look good? Is this just some, like, corporate thing where they feel like it's an obligation they have to do stuff for the lgbtqia plus plus whatever, whatever XYZ community. So they're going to fund this study or are they seeing what happens, how popular this is so that they can market more of their products towards trans children. We already know that they used Dylan Mulvaney to model sports bras for women, and that didn't work out so well for Nike. But back in 2023, there was a burn burning bra movement in reaction to Dylan Mulvaney modeling sports bras, which I will say is entirely unhelpful for women. If I'm a woman going to Nike and I click on the women's section and I see a dude wearing a sports bra, that does not help me. They don't have the girls, they don't know what it. They don't need support there. And Dylan Mulvaney is sitting in his backyard, jumping around, frolicking in a bra that he doesn't need. Not only that, he's wearing women's leggings and he's frolicking around like a total weirdo in the video. Like not athletic at all. I mean, you don't have to be athletic to wear leggings, of course, but if you think Nike, I mean, you think athlete, right? That's what I think. But they have Dylan Mulvaney. He's, you know, pulling his leggings on and, you know, he's got some junk downstairs that I don't have. So I don't want to see a man wearing leggings. That doesn't help me. If I'm in the market for leggings, I want to see a woman wearing leggings. Different kinds of women, sure. Different body types, different weights, different sizes, sure. But men who have a penis, why would that help me buy leggings? I don't have one of those. It's just, it's lunacy. So maybe Nike just wants to find out more about how popular this kind of thing is. And if, if anything, of the last election and the last few months have told us the American people are sick and tired of that crap. Did you guys also hear that Dylan Mulvaney, he might want to move to the uk? Did you, you guys hear that or see those headlines? He said that he might feel safer there. He also went on a trip to Peru and he was posting on social media saying that he, like, the people are just so nice and they're so welcoming. It's like, okay, go live in another country and then, and let me know how that goes. Let me know if you'll get Nike deals and, and whatnot, because I don't think it's going to be that great. Now we're Gonna get to the best part of the show. Scrolling time. All right. I don't know. I mean, do we want to stick with all the trans lunacy, or do we want to just skip to the blind reactions?
Jimmy Kimmel
I say we skip.
Haley Carania
All right, we're going to skip. We've had enough of the. The trans lunacy guy hates these videos. He's like, no one wants to see these trans people. I like making fun of them. Sorry. I think it's crazy. We have to call out the lunacy. I like it. Anyway, we'll skip it for today. I'll save them for next week. We've got enough of all that stuff here. But these are the videos that I'm going to blind react to. I have not seen them. You either tweeted them at me or you DM'd me on Instagram, and I didn't even look. I didn't even listen. I just, like, sent the link to them. So this is my first time watching. Hit me with the first one.
Terence Williams
We're back. We're back, guys.
Haley Carania
Foreign.
Terence Williams
This space trip. It wasn't just us going outer space. It was us going out of your space.
Haley Carania
To give you inspirational.
Terence Williams
So that when we come together, we feel unity within our space. Space.
Haley Carania
Yeah. Very inspirational. Gail King. Gail King. Wink, wink. Terence Williams. I love Terence Williams. I think he's hilarious. But, oh, my gosh, him kissing the ground and then having to spit the dirt out. The commitment to the bit. Chef's kiss. Okay, hit me with the next one. Imagine waking up and hearing this at 3:00am okay, so this is a cat standing on a piano. These are some very spooky notes that he's playing right now. This is a very spooky song. I would not want to hear this at three in the morning. I don't think that would really scare me. Oh, and then he starts crying. Yeah. Wow. I don't have a piano in my house, so I don't. I don't. I don't experience anything scary like that. Spooky like that. Birdie doesn't scare me.
Jimmy Kimmel
Maybe Birdie has musical talents, too.
Haley Carania
Yeah. And she. I don't even know it. Wow. It's possible.
Jimmy Kimmel
It's only one way to find out.
Haley Carania
Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna be getting a piano anytime soon. Won't fit in my apartment. All right, hit me with the next one. Very nice.
Terence Williams
Very nice.
Haley Carania
195 sets of handshakes. This is a guy dressed as Trump at the gym, okay? He's signing executive orders. 1 million sets hand gesture. Zumba. Love it. 10 trillion is too much calls to China. He's picking up a dumbbell as the phone. 500 sets of. Getting off Air Force One. Look at him walking off the stairs. Walking down the stairs. No tripping. 300,000 sets of. You're fired. And he's doing two hours of cardio. Get it, Trump. Get it, Trump. I love it. Oh, 18 holes for four hours. Yeah. I mean, and Trump is looking very good, by the way. He's looking very healthy, very, very fit. Maybe he is hitting the gym like that. We don't know. Is that everything? Oh, no, we've got one more. All right, hit me with the last one. Hey, dad, do an impression of Joe Biden explaining the plot to Star Wars.
Joe Biden
So there's a. There's a G. Galaxy parked on the side of the. No, no. A long, long time ago. Back, back, back when I was working full time at.
Haley Carania
That's a good impression.
Joe Biden
Anyway, I was the head of the embassy. It doesn't matter. Far, far away. There was galaxy and there were robots.
Jimmy Kimmel
Robots even looks like Joe Biden.
Joe Biden
They were not the droids you were looking for.
Haley Carania
He's really good. They need to get him on SNL because he's better than any guy that they had in there. That guy is really good. He sounds like Joe Biden. He looks like Joe Biden. He's got like the movements down, you know, like, you know how Joe Biden, he's got those, like robotic movements. I mean, that was pretty good. All right, I had some questions that I'm going to answer on my Instagram story. I put it out last night. Here's the first one. What would you. What would be your advice to a 15 year old girl who wants to have a career in politics? This is so cool. By the way, love that you are interested in politics getting involved. You have to figure out how you want to get involved in politics. Do you want to work for a congressman or a senator? Do you want to work on Capitol Hill in dc? Do you want to work on the media side? I think you can always reach out to me. I'm happy to do a phone call with you and I can give you all of the insights that I have. I've worked in political media my entire career, so I can help you in that way. But I think figuring out where in politics you belong would be helpful because then you know where to start. I think internships. The White House has internships. I just helped someone, one of my followers who wants to get an internship at The White House. I just wrote letter for her, so hopefully she gets that. I'd be really excited. But, you know, the White House has internships. Reach out to your local congressman or senator or even council member, school board member. I'm sure these people would take you on as an apprentice of some sort. But, yeah, figure out if you want to do the media, if you want to work on Capitol Hill, you want to be a staffer for a congressman or a senator if you want to. You're gonna have to read a lot. Do a lot of research if you do that. So make sure you want to read if you want that job. If you want, like a communications job, then you would be communicating with someone like me. In my early career, I would reach out to a congressman or a senator if I wanted to have them on my show. So then you'd be in charge of their media schedule. Lots of options. So if you were the one who asked me this question, DM me, tell me that this was your question, and I would be happy to do a phone call with you. I love helping women who want work in this industry. So why are dad bods considered an attractive physique? Fit should be considered ideal. Totally agree. I'm not into dad bods, but then again, I like working out. It's not that I'm disinterested in dating someone who has a dad bod because of the physique of it all and the appearance of it all. Because I'm in the gym six days a week, I find it attractive when someone else wants to take care of themselves. It's less about what you look like. It's more about the motivation, the. The determination behind having a attractive physique. Does that make sense? Like, it's less about what you look like. It's more about the effort that you put in to be healthy. That's what I find attractive. Also, no one has ever said, I want a mom bod. Like, tell me a guy that said, oh, I, I actually like that she's not fit and not attractive. I mean, come on. So it's totally one sided. Someone else asked me, you want to quit your job? What is your most creative way to make a dramatic exit? And I said, I do not recommend making a scene, but I will provide some advice on the show. Yeah, I do not agree with making a scene. I don't think you should be making a dramatic exit. The way that you leave a job should be professional, and that is it. You want to know why? Because a lot of people, they work in industries that are small. My industry small. Really good to leave a job and have, you know, no burn bridges. You want to be on good terms with everyone because you never know if you might need them again. I am friends with all of my old coworkers. They reach out to me all the time. Sometimes we just send memes back and forth. Sometimes we help each other out, you know, work wise. I mean, I got this job because of my job on Hannity. I worked for Sean Spicer because I met him when I worked on Hannity. I got my job at Outkick in Nashville because I met someone at the super bowl when I was working. Like everything led to the next. So I would. My advice is don't leave on a dramatic note. Be friends with everyone and just be nice. Be a good person to work with, work hard, keep your head down and be professional. That is my advice. All right. Leaving it on that note. Podcast Summary: Nightly Scroll with Hayley - “Womanosphere” Podcasts Trigger Leftist Media (Ep.34)
Release Date: April 24, 2025
Host: Hayley Caronia
In Episode 34 of Nightly Scroll with Hayley, host Hayley Caronia delves into the escalating conflict between conservative content creators and left-leaning media institutions. The episode, titled “Womanosphere” Podcasts Trigger Leftist Media, explores the burgeoning influence of the "womanosphere" alongside the established "manosphere," critiquing prominent figures and media narratives from a conservative standpoint.
Hayley begins by tracing the origins and impact of the manosphere, highlighting its rise amidst President Trump’s rise to prominence. She emphasizes how platforms like Joe Rogan’s podcast have become pivotal in reaching younger male demographics, citing an AP poll where “56% of men under the age of 30 went for Trump compared to 41% 40 years prior” (00:00-04:00).
Key Points:
Notable Quote:
Hayley Carania (04:45): “The Trump administration and the Trump campaign, rather, at the time they really met men and young men where they were at, which is on YouTube and listening to comedy podcasts. President Trump reached voters who are typically the least politically engaged segments of society. And he did it successfully.”
Hayley shifts focus to Michelle Obama, criticizing her perceived victimhood and public complaints. She analyzes a podcast clip where Michelle Obama discusses the challenges faced by Black women, dismissing it as mere complaining without substantive grievances.
Key Points:
Notable Quotes:
Michelle Obama (12:20): “We don't articulate as black women our pain because it's almost like nobody ever gave us permission to do that.”
Hayley Carania (13:01): “All I'M hearing is complaining. I don't really know what she's complaining about... Michelle Obama is not an afterthought in society.”
Hayley critiques Jimmy Kimmel, lamenting the decline in the quality of his late-night show, particularly his attempt to mock DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s purse theft incident. She expresses disappointment that what was once entertaining has become politically charged and, in her view, tasteless.
Key Points:
Notable Quote:
Hayley Carania (20:53): “There’s really nothing funny about that. Even if it was a Democrat. Like, I wouldn't find anything funny about that.”
A significant portion of the episode centers on the erosion of trust in mainstream media. Hayley references a conversation between Rainn Wilson and Stephanie Ruhle, highlighting skepticism towards established news outlets and their alleged biases.
Key Points:
Notable Quotes:
Rainn Wilson (23:29): “40% of Americans don't trust mainstream media. Why is that? How did we get here.”
Stephanie Ruhle (23:34): “The media, the news media is, in my opinion, the last line of defense of holding power accountable.”
Hayley Carania (27:13): “The media has chosen sides. Not only has the media chosen sides, the Senate, our congressmen and women, they have chosen sides.”
Hayley expresses frustration with contemporary climate activism, particularly targeting non-violent but attention-grabbing protests. She questions the effectiveness and sincerity of such actions, labeling them as childish and counterproductive.
Key Points:
Notable Quote:
Hayley Carania (35:56): “They just go out there and they protest. But lay in the road, they block traffic... what are you accomplishing?”
The episode highlights Jay Feely, a former NFL kicker transitioning into politics as he runs for the Arizona Senate. Hayley commends his motivations, portraying him as a genuine, service-oriented candidate contrasting with career politicians.
Key Points:
Notable Quote:
Jay Feely (40:17): “I believe really he has pushed us into politics because I want to be a fighter. And for me we need more politicians that want to get into politics that aren't self-serving.”
Hayley Carania (41:01): “We absolutely need more politicians who don't want to do this for life. Being a public servant.”
Hayley addresses Nike’s funding of transgender athlete studies, questioning the corporation’s motives and highlighting public backlash against transgender representation in sports marketing.
Key Points:
Notable Quote:
Hayley Carania (45:30): “If I'm a woman going to Nike and I click on the women's section and I see a dude wearing a sports bra, that does not help me.”
