well, it looks like Blake Lively's empire has come tumbling down. Erica Jane's trial is now done. So's it has been dismissed. It has taken off the court docket and it seems like she just got a major victory. Dorit Kemsley is in financial ruin as new text messages have leaked between her and PK and it looks like he's using the kids against her. Lots to get into. I hope you're ready for it. Let's dive in. This is no Filter with Zach Peter your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT Surf fresh all week long. Now let's dive in. Let's dive in. And dive in we shall. What's up everybody? Happy Friday. Happy Memorial Weekend. We will have a new episode on Monday as per usual. I'm not taking the day off for Memorial Day. I know we missed this past Monday, so we will make up for that next Monday. Yeah, so like, hit the like button. Hit the subscribe button. Make sure you're here for all the tea. I just finished watching Spencer Pratt's interview on Billy Bush. I highly recommend. I mean I love Billy. I do his show all the time. Adore Billy. But I have to say I get more and more impressed by Spencer every time I see him talk. People are asking him for what his plans are, his solutions. And we're now Starting to see. See them. He's starting. He put together a whole, like, five step plan for how he's going to address homelessness. And, you know, I think he's surrounding himself with some really smart people. Like I always say, I'm not telling you who to vote for. I don't care who you vote for. I mean, I do care on some human level as somebody that lives in Los Angeles, sure. But I will not judge you regardless of who you vote for. Not out loud at least. I'll still love you regardless. But I don't know. The guy is hooking me. It's hooking me. I'm falling for it. But yeah, lots to. To get into today though. But I highly recommend you check out Billy Bush because that was a good one. Okay, so we have a few things that we're going to get into today. Blake Lively. And then we have Dorit Kemsley, we have Erica, Jane. All of that. So much to. To dive into. But I want to start with the Blake Lively. The Blake Lively of it all. Because Blake Lively at this point has really decimated her entire reputation. She has destroyed her $100 million empire. Oof. So Blake Brown, which is the name of her hair care line, Blake Brown launched, it debuted in conjunction with It Ends with us, the movie. She made sure that it came out the same week as the movie launched. That way she could promote it while she was on tour. And. And at the launch of the Blake at the. The Blake Brown hair care brand, it was reported that it was Target's biggest launch in history. Okay. One of the biggest celebrity like beauty brands that launched in Target. It launched in stores and online. Okay. And at its launch, within the first three months, it brought in an estimated $20 million in sales for first three months, $20 million. And it was projected to reach 100 million. Is projected to break 100 million in the first year, which is. I mean, these are insane numbers. I didn't even realize Blake Lively had that sort of like cultural impact or relevance. But also, I mean, despite her having a couple of rumblings about like maybe being a difficult actress to work with on set, which were really just rumors we didn't have any strong confirmation of. Again, it was all just kind of speculation and stories of what people were. Were saying about her. That's crazy. Like, those are some crazy numbers. In the first three months, $20 million and projected to make 100 million just through their sales exclusively at Target. Right. So now it's being reported in Puck News that the parent company or I Guess. Blake Lively's partner with Blake Brown, Beauty. It's called Give Back Beauty. And so they are the manufacturer. They're Blake's partner. They now are. It's being reported by Puck News, P U C K. Puck News that they want out. They're ready to part ways with Blake Lively. It seems like they see this brand as just not something that's going to stand the distance. Also, you have to put into perspective Blake Brown launched again in conjunction with. It ends with us. So if we're going based off of the allegations that she made in court, she was promoting the two at the same time, which means this is during the alleged smear campaign. Okay. She. In the first three months, that's August, September, October 1st three months, a successful brand launch. Yet that was technically when the smear campaign was at its most active. But yet that's when the brand performed the best. And usually, according to Puck News, you do have a bit of a dip, right? Maybe 30%, maybe 60% after the initial launch. Like, launch is always going to be your biggest hit, right? I, trust me, I've done this with books, I've done this with product that I've launched, merch lines that I've launched, my wine line. Like, that's why you always try to find unique ways to keep the brand feeling fresh. I mean, look at the Kardashian effect. Look at Kylie Jenner was always launching a new limited edition lip kit. Kim Kardashian is always launching a new collection for skims. It's never just the staples that they have. They keep launching new collections so that it keeps feeling exciting. Right? So it is projected with something like a Blake Lively hair care line, Blake Brown, that the. With it just kind of being the staple product that you're not always going to have customer retention or there's not always going to be an influx of those types of sales. So typically they project 30 to 60% of a decrease in sales, but even so, that's still pretty significant. And they were still expecting her to carry on to the 100 million mark within the first year. Okay. However, she took a 90% dip by the next year, which is crazy. Crazy. But what happened after those first three months? She got litigious. And in December, she launched the New York Times article, or, sorry, I can't say she launched it, but because, you know, they're. They're all claiming New York Times isn't revealing who their source was or how this confidential document got in their hands. But the New York Times article hit in December. Baldoni fought back in January. And that kind of seems to be when the alleged. The second wave of what she claims was the smear campaign seemed to have hit. But I mean, again, those are crazy numbers that she hit during the alleged smear campaign that she claims was untraceable, which is why she couldn't prove it at trial, which is why she settled for no money. But anyway, like I said, her sales took a stark dip in early 2025, which was after the lawsuit drama really blew up. Baldoni started dropping receipts, so started making her look bad. He started exposing the truth. Then there were also claims, or there have been claims, that Betty Buzz, which is her carbonated drink line, and then there's Betty Booze, which is the sister company of Betty Buzz. I saw reports that Betty Buzz had quietly shut down last year, or we're starting to shut down because I guess sales were poor. But looking online, it looks like both Betty Buzz and Betty Boo seem active. Their Instagram posts, Betty Buzz has posted as recently as last month in April, and then Betty Booze, I believe, posted today. So it seems like they're still active, still available in stores. I see Betty Booze at Whole Foods. I know Blake just launched her new tea flavors a few months ago, so I don't think that there's. I mean, if they're shutting down operations, I can see that they'll just sell out whatever's left of their inventory and move on. But they do seem to at least be putting a marketing effort on. On social media to keep sales moving. So the marketing seems to have shied away from Blake Lively. And it's more of like, oh, isn't this so fun? We're like young kids in college drinking Betty Booze. So I don't know. But with Blake Brown sales tanking, I would assume Target will probably drop her next if they can't recover from these slow sales. Because I think now they initially went from making or the. The projection was like I said, 100 million, but now I think she's only making around 4 million with her products. And that's in stores nationwide and online. Now they're imagine they think that you're going to bring in a hundred mil and then you completely sink to the point where you're only bringing in four meal per year. That's crazy. So she's trying her best to keep it. Well, I mean, I don't know. We don't even really see her promote it much anymore. She'll do like an occasional, like, video of her doing her hair, but she Continues to go out trying to do business as usual. She was spotted at another fashion event over the weekend, which to me is just kind of sad, to be honest. Like, all of these events, I think, are just, you know, they're like events that Instagram influencers get invited to. And now, you know, they've become kind of like her staple. It appears she's kind of trying to rebrand herself as, like, a fashionista socialite, which I guess is smart. The fashion world doesn't really care about her legal drama. Right. Like, they're more of, like, optics and whatnot. But I think her acting career at this point is probably soiled for now, at least. After the Sony emails came out and they called her a terrorist and an epic level stupid and all that, I would imagine that she pivots fully into fashion. I can see her going the Kristen Cavallari route with, like, an accessory line with, like, the dainty necklaces and the cute bracelets or probably bangles, because she loves to be. Wear all the rings and the bangles and stuff. So I think jewelry is going to be her next pivot, if I could make a prediction. And I actually think fashion and like, creating a jewelry line, something. Something similar to Uncommon James. Kristen Cavallari's brand that doesn't or shouldn't be branded around Blake. I think it should be its own standalone thing. But, I mean, obviously we know calling her hair Caroline Blake Brown, she doesn't seem to shy away from those things, but I think it's something that she can run and. And probably be able to make it into something. If it's not even a big revenue generator, at least it's a fun passion project for her. Kind of like Nicole Richie. She did that too. Right? And then I give it maybe two years if that for her to launch, and I think she's gonna. She's not gonna lay low. She's gonna. If anything, we've seen her push forward this new fashionista socialite branding, and I think she's just trying to repackage herself like that. But, yeah, Betty Buzz always appeared to kind of just be an okay brand without, like, major crazy, skyrocketed sales. So I don't anticipate much more to come from Betty Buzz. I think that will eventually wrap up. I think Blake Brown will eventually wrap up. Oh, speaking of Blake Brown, I was actually at Target back in. Was it December? And I forgot that I took this photo, but, like, look at this. It's literally all of Blake Lively's hair care. The entire line the body sprays, the hair mask, the mousse, the shampoo. She doesn't have conditioner. Remember, it's a hair mask. This weird looking bottle on the bottom, right? Those are her hair masks. Not very functional. You know, the packaging, the market, like it's just kind of weird and obscure. I mean, it was meant to be unique, but like this is literally the back of the Target sales rack. And all of her products are on clearance. I mean they're like 12, 13. I believe they were like originally like 19 to 22. So it seems like they were slashed at least a good 40%. Significant. Pretty big. So, yeah, that's where she's at. No acting jobs. Nothing seems to be lined up or in production at least. I know there were a couple of projects that she was initially tied to at the beginning. Those seem to have gone away, but it's just crazy. She literally went from being the lead actress in a film that racked in that grossed over $350 million. It ends with us a popular book because became a mega successful movie. $350 million that that movie racked in. She was the lead actress. I mean, and then taking Beldoni out of all the marketing, she was the face of the movie. Right. Which again is not any incentive for the Wayfarer parties to have tried to tank her reputation with this alleged smear campaign. Why try and smear the lead actress of a movie? That's fucking killing it. $350 million, like that's not chump change. That's way more than they spent. I think they only spent like 40 million to make it. If I'm memory serves me correctly, that may be an incorrect number, but I, I believe it was definitely less than 50 mil. And for them to make over 350, that's crazy. She had the biggest, the largest, most successful launch for a celebrity beauty brand in Target. The biggest in Target's history. And she was projected to bring that to 100 million in revenue per year. And yet it still wasn't enough for her. She still couldn't fly close enough to the sun. She needed to get closer. She needed to bury Justin Baldoni. That's crazy. That's cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. That's ego. That's arrogance. That's narcissism. Believing that you're truly the most powerful person in the room. That if you want to bury somebody, you, you can bury them. Doesn't matter about all the money. It doesn't matter about all the success. It doesn't matter that you're the face of this successful film that has a sequel already ready to go that's been, you know, you already have. This guy already has the rights to. And it still wasn't enough. And not only that, but she had to drag down this entire movement of like fighting for survivors down with her. It's crazy. She flew too close to the sign and she burned it all down. Luckily, she has Ryan, her husband, to keep, you know, to keep her up, to keep propping her up to help pay her bills. But I mean, yikes. As Sony said, this was truly epic level stupid. Like genuinely epic level stupid. But now she's, she's living her best life. She's a fashion girly now. She's a fashion influencer. This is on E. She attended the Brett Neil's New York City City salon. Oh my God, look at that again. These are like fucking jobs that they give, like fashion influencers. You know, this is like a Taylor, Frankie, Paul Whitney Levitt. Like, this is what you see mom talk doing is going to events like this and posing for photos. She's got her little Birkin bag and cute like, I'm glad, you know, she still got some money. But like, honey, what are we doing? This is funny. So this is, wait, this is one angle, but where's the other angle? I thought this was quite hilarious, quite hysterical. Oh, wait, do I not have that here? If you look at this photo, it's actually quite funny. If you look at the girl in the back, I'm going to try to get a close up of her. But if you look at the girl in the back who's like, to Blake's left. So Blake, she's carrying the Fendi bag and if you zoom in or you look at, there's the girl standing behind her and she just looks like she's looking at Blake Lively with total disgust as like, ugh, like what? Like why is this girl even here? And I just thought it was hilarious because I mean, it's, it's truly quintessential of how we all, what Blake Lively has become and how we all feel about her. She's just looking at her like, girl, what are you even doing? Why are you even here? You're so embarrassing.

And it's. Here we go. I'm gonna pull up her face that we can look at her together. This was a video that I think was posted. But this girl, you can see her from multiple angles now, and she's genuine, genuinely. Just like looking at Blake Lively with such disgust, and it's hilarious. Like, just look at her face. This is a screenshot from De Moi. And the photos, they were taken from background and Getty, but, I mean, look at her face. I feel like that's how we would all feel if Blake Lively were walking right past us. It's just on display, but, like, look at. She's like, look at me. I'm shopping at Fendi to celebrate their new product launch. Again, she looks great now. I'll give her that. Her outfit looks great. But there's this collective disdain that we're all feeling with this girl. Look at that face. Hilarious. Okay, let's move on to. I think that's all I got for Blake Ryan. Let's move on. I guess there's a little bit of news from the crash, and then Stu's going to come on so we can talk about Dorit and PK and Erica and. And the trial getting dismissed and all of it, which is just crazy, crazy, crazy. But really quickly, a bit of news from the crash on Netflix. Talked about this yesterday. Did a full deep dive into that case with Mackenzie. Her dad was just let go from his daughter or put on pause, put on leave after he did. Like, him and his wife are, like, trying to do these interviews where they're still defending their daughter when it really does appear that she killed both Dominic and Davion. And we watched. Remember the mom. We watched her video yesterday. It's just. It's insane to me, the audacity that is going on There was another woman who spoke out about working with or not working about being in jail with Mackenzie. And she was saying that Mackenzie kind of, like, wanted to be Regina George. Like, when I was in prison with her, like, she kind of just wanted to be Regina George. She, like, acted like she owned the place. She, you know, was getting friendly with. I guess they call themselves the lifers. They're like the people that are in there for life. She was like. She was trying to, like, be one of the lifers, and she was trying to get along with them. Her parents are still out there right now trying to proclaim her innocence, and her dad is still out there and, like, trying to prove that his daughter didn't do this. And so now his job is like, listen, we. I think he's a teacher. They're like, we don't want anything to do with this. Like, no, thank you. Wait, did you see. Oh, Ryan Reynolds? I thought rr. I was like, Ryan Reynolds or Ronald Richards? Ryan Reynolds. He was on. I heard that he was on Colbert, but I haven't seen it. Molly told me. She texted me this morning. She gave me my Blake update. She's like, he was on Colbert and he didn't have Blake with him. Shocking they've not been seen together. Yes, guys, hit the like button. Hit the subscribe button. Okay, let's bring on Stu. Cash me outside. Yeah, cash me outside. Cash me outside. That's literally the vibes that Mackenzie gives us. Let's see. Let's bring on Stu. If you. Have you gotten a chance to watch the new Netflix documentary Crash?
Stu
No, but I. I've been following a good bit about it, though, and watching loads of, like, clips about it. But I remember when that happened. But I mean, the fact that she did. Yeah, she. The fact that she did, like, the whole route before it actually happened, and that was clocked on her. Whatever it was talked. They saw that she drove that route prior, like, and it was kind of a random spot where she. Like, why would you go down there?
Zach Peter
Yeah, yeah, that's what they were saying, that it didn't make sense as to why she would be going down that street to begin with. It's just everyone's saying, you need to watch it. You do need to watch because It's. It's only 90 minutes. It's one part 90 minute. Like, it's so easy to get through.
Stu
I feel like you're attacking me. I will watch it. Okay.
Zach Peter
Like, so you have to watch. Oh, where'd she go?
Stu
You're like, that's what you get.
Zach Peter
Wait, like, I'm done with you.
Stu
I saw a video on Tick Tock or it was Tick Tock, and it's the body cam footage of the police officer or something like that. And this is when she was being taken to jail or the courthouse or something for the trial. And there's a voice that you hear, like a spirit or ghost voice, and it says, she killed us. Like, it's the creepiest thing. Go find us.
Zach Peter
Okay. Okay. Come on. That's probably AI.
Stu
No, I'm telling you. Because the people are like, no. I went to the original footage and it's there. Like, you can. It's insane. Go see it.
Zach Peter
You don't think this is the face of an innocent woman?
Stu
No. She was jealous. I think he broke up with her in the car.
Zach Peter
Yeah, I think that's. Something happened. And she was just like, you know what? If I can't have you, no one will. And she just. I did it.
Stu
I think that route that she drove was just a plan in case, you know, like she. If she needed to do something. I mean, the. The accelerator was engaged, fully pressed down. Yeah.
Zach Peter
It's insane.
Stu
Okay, here's. I have a question for you.
Zach Peter
She.
Stu
Obviously there was a risk doing this, right? So obviously she thought. I feel like she thought she was going to die, too. Like she was going to kill everyone.
Zach Peter
Yeah. She didn't think she was going to survive that. There's no way. I think she thought it was going to be done, too.
Stu
Her fucking karma right there. They're like, that's it. You're going to fucking suffer.
Zach Peter
Yeah, well, I mean, it seems like she's kind of like. I mean, multiple people have come out now. People that went to school with her. There was a girl that went. That stayed in pr, in jail or prison with her. I don't know if it was like, in jail during her trial or she was in prison and has since gotten out, but she was. I remember talking like, so many people are coming out and they have nothing nice to say about her. Yeah, yeah, look, and it looks like so
Stu
there, right? Like, it kind of is, isn't it?
Zach Peter
Like, the evidence is there. So it looks like TMZ got some new text messages between her and Dominic. Oh, yeah, Here, we can read through some of these.
Stu
Is that the guy? Is that the boyfriend or the ex boyfriend or whatever?
Zach Peter
Yes, the one she killed. And did you see the mom and the mom's like, speech in court? It's insane. We were watching it yesterday and the mom was just like. Like, it's the sentencing hearing. So at this point, Mackenzie's already been found guilty, and the judge has to determine how much time she's going to serve. And so they all give impact statements, right? Families come up and they're like, we want her to get the maximum time. This is terrible. They were young. They lost their lives, whatever. And then Mackenzie's mom comes up and is just, like, diabolically being like, judge. Like, I know that they're talking about, like, her behavior was bad, but she just was trying to defend her. She was like, I know she went to a concert, like, shortly after they died in this tragic accident, but, like, we told her to go to that concert because she needed to have fun. Like, she just needed, like, an ounce of fun in her life considering she just lost everything. And everyone's just, like, just lost everything. As you say this in front of the families that lost their kids, like, they lost their lives. Like, are you kidding?
Stu
In the car. Just, like, just happened to be there. Just whatever. Like, just. They're all friends.
Zach Peter
Well, and. Okay, well, then it's. It's crazy because then she says. She goes off and she says that she talks about dominantly, and she. She was going to say that. Actually, you know what? We're going to watch it again, guys, because Stu needs. Stu needs to watch this in real time. Okay, Stu. I just. You need to see this, because everybody, we need to. I think we can collectively agree that we need to watch this again because it is so insane. Okay? So this is her mom. And this is what her mom is telling the judge when the judge. So she's already been found guilty. All the evidence has been presented. The other families have come up and talked about how turned upside down. That's her in the background. Mackenzie is in the background. And this is the mom giving her statement wearing a tank top in. In court, mind you. A thin tank top, okay?
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Cover of it, recover from it. She almost died, too. And we're asking that you please not run the sentences consecutive. He was family, and we all loved each other. That morning of the accident, she called. I got a phone call that there was a car accident. Okay? So we went to the hospital, and I didn't even know who was in the car. The names had not been confirmed yet. And I was. I'm gonna cry because I missed him so much. We loved him so much. So I called Dom, like, over and over again, praying that he was gonna answer the phone, and he didn't answer the phone, so that I tried to call his mom, and she didn't answer the phone either. And I still didn't know who was in the car. I didn't even know she was alive. I didn't know what was happening. So then we were in the waiting room, and then his mom ended up did. She did call me. So I answered the phone, and I was like, oh, my God. Like, I don't even know who was in the car. Like, what's happening was that dime. And she said, what do you mean my son is dead? And I was like, I'm so sorry. And then she said something like, and now I have to wait until your kids out of the hospital. And then I didn't hear the rest. I just. I was like, we loved him so much. And I hung.
Zach Peter
Now, the other mom, Dominic's mom, she also recounts what happened in this phone call. And she says that when she called, the first thing that Mackenzie's mom said to her was, don't believe what they're saying on Facebook. She didn't kill them. Like, something like that. Like, her priority was to make sure she didn't believe what was being said on Facebook. And that's why Dominic's mom was like, what do you mean? What's going on on Facebook? This has nothing to do. My son is dead. Like, are you kidding me? Like, what are you even talking about?
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
I hung up the phone. I did not talk about social media. I didn't even know what was going on yet. Okay, so then that was it. In the hospital, that vitality post, I commented on that because somebody had called her a murderer.
Zach Peter
Okay?
Stu
And fair.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
She would. She's not a murderer.
Zach Peter
So the actual. So she's reframing this as well. So there was a social media post where there was a brand that had reached out to Mackenzie in her comments, and the mom was like, oh, we definitely want work with you guys. She was, like, trying to get Mackenzie a modeling gig. And so she's responding on Mackenzie's Instagram while they're in the hospital after the two boys already have been killed.
Stu
Like, girl, chill.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Like, she didn't even have her phone at that point because the police had still had it. Okay? So I jumped on, and I was like, you know, she's not a murderer. She's more sad than hurt than most of these people commenting. She's been trying to get in touch with you.
Stu
She said she's alive.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
I commented on her behalf. Not because of the modeling opportunity. I don't even. Who cares about that? I don't want them to refer to her as a murderer. Okay? And I don't.
Zach Peter
Which she is, because she got her day in trial and she was found guilty.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
I don't even know how that commented got on the phone because the police still had her device, and she could not access her phone or social media. That's why I did it. And I had called them asking if they could shut down social media because people were calling her a murderer and making death threats and organizing groups to, you know, take her out when she got out of the hospital and stuff. So I didn't even want her phone. I don't care about her phone. I don't care about social media. I just wanted them to stop calling her a murderer so that when she did come to and she did come out of surgery, multiple surgeries, that she wouldn't see all these people calling her a murderer because she would never, ever, ever murder the love of her life. Okay, Halloween.
Stu
He didn't love her.
Zach Peter
Three months, right.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Right after the accident, she would only wear his clothes. She would only eat the snacks he ate. She would only listen to the music he wrote. Okay? She was laying in bed for three months crying. There was a shrine of him next to her with photos and things that he liked.
Stu
Sure.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Flower that lights up that he got her because he wanted it to be fresh.
Zach Peter
Well, yeah, she killed him.
Stu
Yeah.

Forever. It's like a little guilt and the beast flower. Okay? She's got this shrine of him next to her. So she was crying for three months. So her friends asked if she wanted to go out trick or treating or halloween. And it was an ou. And she didn't even want to go. She said, I don't know. Should I go? She couldn't even walk yet, barely. So I told her, I said, baby, please go. It's Halloween. You've been laying for three months, crying, only listening to his music. Please, please go. Have just a moment of fun. A moment of fun. So we told her to go. My husband drove her. I brought her back home. She just needed a second of fun from losing her whole world. Her whole world. So that was us. We told her to go. And that concert she went to with Dom's cousin Abby, they picked her up. They brought her there. That was mackenzie. And Dom and Abby all decided to go to this concert together while they were in the hospital. That was for them. Everything she did after the accident was either in honor of him, to be close to him or just be by him any way that she can.
Zach Peter
Mind you, Stu, on Halloween, because she's saying, like, she just needed to go out to be with her friends on Halloween. She dressed up as a corpse. Her and her friends dressed up as corpses.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Like she's like devastated and tragedy. He was the air that she breathes. Okay. And they went with his cousin. We spent all kinds of time with him after the accident. What was the other thing? I'm hearing an awful lot about your daughter. I'm not hearing very much about the two dead people. Dominic.
Zach Peter
Okay.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
I'm asking you for a leniency because this was a tragic accident that she does not remember. And Davion. We don't. He's a new friend. And I'm so sorry. Does that mean his life is worthless? No. No, no, no.
Zach Peter
Oh Jesus, no.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
God, no. Not at all.
Zach Peter
Look at him.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
They all loved each other. They all spent every day together. You know what I mean? I don't. I don't know. Too much problem. Mrs. Ch. Sorry. Isn't that part of the problem? That they all trusted each other? Isn't that part of. It's not a problem at all. It's. It was wonderful how they all ended up in the car together and two
Narrator/Host
of them ended up dead.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
I understand. I understand what it looks like.
Stu
I'm. I'm.
Zach Peter
That's what it was.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Magic accident. She would never. That we're going to have to disagree on. I understand.
Zach Peter
Right.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
And I respect your position. Would you disagree with me? I understand. But anyway, that's it. I just wanted to address those. We told her to go to those things and then she did go with down to family. So look at that. Don't look at it with the. Look at that. Look on that with different eyes if you can. Please. This is. That those things are not relevant. Not at all. Not at all.
Zach Peter
Not at all. But you're wasting the court's time to defend those things.
Stu
Like it doesn't matter if she went to a dinner or a concert.
Zach Peter
It's insane.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Five minutes of a conversation to have with her to learn who she is. Just that. You would just need five minutes to learn who she is.
Zach Peter
And what you mind you. She sat through an entire trial with this girl.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
He's capable of not doing and doing. And you would see free.
Zach Peter
And then she wraps up. But I also want to show you his mom.
Stu
I feel like she got her more years by just talking.
Zach Peter
Oh yeah. Like it was so bad. This is Dominic's mom. Also so sad.
Stu
That's.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
That's just name.
Zach Peter
I'm.
Narrator/Host
I'm christine russo. I'm dominic's mother. No one wanted this to be a murder or to punish Mackenzie Shilla for this accident. But this was not a car accident. The evidence and science proved that Mackenzie Shrilla murdered my son Dominic as well as Davion. There's no fix put in in this case, as the Shrillas would like to proclaim. Want to thank Strongsville Police Department in the state of Ohio for seeking the truth behind this crash. Thanks to them, we all know what happened in that car that day. What we don't know is why. I wish I could change this every day. I lost three children in that crash. Not a minute goes by each day that I don't think about my son as well as Davian. My heart is forever broken.
Stu
Who was the third person?
Narrator/Host
Or just another person from the Shrill family and friends?
Zach Peter
The third person is McKenzie.
Narrator/Host
Lack of remorse. Mackenzie Cirilla had a choice. Dom and Davion did not. We are all left here to mourn. But what Dave, Tom and Nick and Davion lost can never be remedied in any way or by any particular sentence. July 31, 2022. They called MacKenzie's mother hysterical. With the loss of my son and Davion. I knew Mackenzie was in the hospital and the first statement said to me was, oh, please don't listen to what everyone's saying on Facebook. Yeah, my son is dead, his friend is dead, and I'm checking on yours. Yet social media is what's important. Social media has made a game out of the life of Mackenzie and is making a game out of this heart wrenching tragedy. No one can imagine the pain of losing a child unless they've lost one themselves. The pain is forevermore. Time does not heal this wound. Mackenzie going to prison because you did this. Be thankful that you're still alive and have a future, whatever that may be. Dom and Davion were robbed of their futures, their hopes and their dreams. Mackenzie showed no mercy on Dominic, nor did she on Davion. Only God at this time can have mercy on her soul. Thank you,
Stu
Jesus. That's awful. That is brutal. It's like, my God.
Zach Peter
But listen to her. Listen to her parents because they went on this press tour to defend her. Okay?
Narrator/Host
In July 2020, a day that brought a mix.
Zach Peter
How can I feel bad that these
Stu
two boys died and feel grief with these families and then be overjoyed that
Zach Peter
my kid is alive?
Narrator/Host
It's been almost three years since the deadly crash in Strongsville that killed Mackenzie Shurilla's boyfriend Dominic, Rus Russo and their friend Davion Flanagan. Now Shirla's parents are speaking out, insisting that the justice system got it wrong.
Zach Peter
Show me one piece of evidence, one
Stu
that says she did this on purpose. Show it to me.
Zach Peter
Here it is. That's it, then.
Stu
She's right where she belongs and she's guilty of it.
Zach Peter
But there isn't any state of mind.
Narrator/Host
Prosecutors argued that she intentionally drove into a building without ever hitting the brakes, with black box data showing the car sped up to 100 miles an hour. They also argued that two weeks before the crash, Sharilla allegedly threatened to crash her car during an argument with Russo. The court cited it as proof of
Zach Peter
premeditation, and she said, dominic, I'm going to crash this car.
Narrator/Host
But her parents maintain there's another explanation. A new legal team now arguing medical evidence. The first trial missed, with a, uh, neurologist concluding that Shrilla suffered a medical episode at the time of the crash and a loss of consciousness, something prosecutors called speculative. Shurilla's latest court filing also includes text messages they claim flipped the narrative over who was threatening whom in the weeks before the crash with texts from Russo purportedly saying, I'm sorry, there's no evidence
Stu
what was going on in that car other than the information they gleamed from the black box information.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
This was not reckless driving. This was murder.
Narrator/Host
In the 2023 bench trial, the judge found Sherilla guilty of murder and sentenced her to 15 years to life.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
And these poor families think she did intentionally and she didn't. And there's like. And they don't know. There's information they didn't see, there's information they didn't have. There's information we didn't see or have.
Narrator/Host
Should she be in prison for murder?
Stu
No, absolutely not.
Narrator/Host
Should she be in prison for aggravated vehicular homicide?
Zach Peter
I don't know about the aggravated part because I don't think you can still
Stu
say why was going on the car.
Zach Peter
Should she be.
Stu
Should she have been charged with reckless vehicular homicide? Two counts.
Zach Peter
Absolutely.
Stu
Absolutely not.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
If it was medical.
Narrator/Host
Today, Mackenzie Shurilla is now in an Ohio whim.
Zach Peter
So their account, again, she's reminded their claim.
Stu
Sorry, go ahead.
Zach Peter
Their claim is that because Mackenzie conveniently doesn't remember. She's like, I don't know what happened. And she's like, I don't. I don't know what happened, but I know I didn't do it. That's her excuse. I know I don't remember what happened, but I know I didn't do. Because that's just not me. I don't kill people. That's basically her argument. And her mom's argument. They try to present this theory in court that she has POTS syndrome or POTS disorder. And so POTS can, like, affect your nervous system. So they're claiming that her POTS caused her to free. Caused her to black out in the car. And. And, you know, she wasn't, like, aware of what was happening. She was having an episode. She was having, like a. A medical emergency, medical incident, whatever. But even the prosecution was like, well, if she had a medical emergency, she would have lost control of the vehicle. She wouldn't have accelerated at 100 miles per hour for five seconds straight, driving directly into the building.
Stu
Do you know what's crazy? So what's crazy to me? It's like. Like, you know, her accelerating 100 miles an hour, right? Like, you would think that, like. But no, I guess, like, you just, like, go back going, like, whatever, but like that maybe. Why didn't the guy try and just, like, throw the steering wheel off so to just turn? Do you know what I mean?
Zach Peter
The black box did. Well, the black box did show that there was a. That there was a shift in the steering wheel. Like, it went left and right. Well, I guess. I don't know if they were trying to say that it went left and right. There was. Or it went like, drive in neutral. There was something. They said something about, like, it switched from drive to neutral and then back to drive. So they. They made it seem like it may have been a str. Like one of them may have tried to stop her on or something.
Stu
Put the parking brake right like that.
Zach Peter
Yeah, they. Yeah, like, one of them may have tried to stop her based off of what the black box revealed, but she was still, like. She was still so. Like, she was sold on it. And then. Do you know? I believe they did. I know at least Dominic did. Maybe Davion in the backseat didn't. Because from what I remember, I think Davion was. Was over Dominic. Like, he was like his body was laid over. It's just. But they're saying that it was the pots. And the prosecution's like, well, if she has POTS and she has blackouts, why were you letting her drive at all? And why did you let her drive after the car crash if this was something that could have happened? It's. It's just.
Stu
Yeah, it's just. It is what it is. Like, she just. She loved the guy. The guy wanted to break up with her. She was jealous. Like, that's it. Like, she want. You know, she wanted to kill everybody. Yeah, but I feel so bad for the friend like, that just had nothing to do with it. It was just there.
Zach Peter
No. And for the mom to be like, oh, well, Davion, he was a new friend and the judge is like, so that makes his life worth less. Like, what does that even mean? How do you even say that in front of his family? Oh. Oh, it was.
Stu
That probably got her another five years if that comment.
Zach Peter
Oh, Brigitte says that Dom and Davion did not have their seatbelt on. Apparently it was only. Only Mackenzie had her seatbelt on.
Stu
So maybe the. Maybe all of them would have survived then.
Zach Peter
I don't know. Well, the impact was on their side of the car, so I think that because it hit the corner of the building, I think more of the impact.
Stu
Zero chance of. Even though seatbelt, like, it's on. Like, zero.
Zach Peter
I don't think you even have a chance with the seat belt. You're running.
Stu
Look at the stats. Honestly, look at data and stuff like that. It is insane. Like, how many people survive with seatbelts.
Zach Peter
It is crazy that he was smashed by the wall. Even with the seat belt on. He didn't get. He didn't get flown from the car. He was in his seat and the. Like the. He was smashed by the impact of the car hitting the wall. God.
Stu
Horrible stopper. It's crazy that the two of them tried to stop her and they couldn't stop her. Oh, my.
Zach Peter
Wait, look at that. The car is done and it's. All the damage is on their side. Is mostly on their side. So that's how she survived. It wasn't even the seat belt. Because if there was impact and they were like flown from the car or in some way, which I think may
Stu
have happened with Davey's window or anything like that.
Zach Peter
Yeah, it hit the wall, which is just insane. Like, it's just like there's no way this was an accident or like some sort of incident. Look at the wall. She crashed directly into the corner of the brick building. Look at that car. Like, the car is destroyed.
Stu
That's terrible.
Zach Peter
Oh, God. It really is awful. Like, truly insane.
Stu
I saw people comparing that mom to.
Zach Peter
Yes, that's why I brought it up. The.
Stu
Yeah. What the. It is the color one or the texting. What the was her name again? Kendra.
Zach Peter
Kendra. Crazy. Crazy. Crazy. Her parents think prosecutors and jurors are stupid. Well, there was no jury. They chose a bench trial over a jury trial, which means the judge would have. Was the one that made the final decision. But that's what they chose. The video of the car hitting the building caused Me to gasp. It was horrible. I know the impact of it of like it hitting is just like there was no stop. Imagine 100 miles per hour. I mean I crashing into a miles an hour.
Stu
Like even when you're driving 35 miles an hour, imagine just hitting something at that speed.
Zach Peter
You'd fucked like crazy. Okay, let's move on from that. Let's talk Dorit and PK and then Erica Jane. Well, let's. Let's cover the Erica stuff first. So Erica Jane was set to go to trial next week for a $25 million lawsuit. This has been a six year saga, but. So Erica has now reportedly reached an undisclosed settlement, meaning there is no trial anymore. So yesterday there was a final pre trial conference. It was held with the judge, and in the minutes from the meeting or the conference with the judge, it says, the case is called and counsel state their appearance. The court and counsel confer. Counsel inform the court that the case has settled. Following discussion with the parties, the court advises counsel that a request for dismissal shall be filed no later than May 26, which was the original trial date. Council shall immediately file a notice of settlement and all pending motions and hereby are in hearing dates are hereby vacated and taken off the calendar as the case has settled, as stated on the record. So a few weeks ago, so this was a $25 million lawsuit, but a few weeks ago, the trustee, the Girardi Keys bankruptcy trustee. Okay, so this is Tom Girardi's law firm, Gerardi Key. They were the ones that are fighting for Erica to pay this money. To pay this $25 million. A few weeks ago, they sold their. Their lawsuit, which I didn't even realize you could do until I didn't know that either. Yeah, they sold their lawsuit for $2 million, which is crazy because they're claiming that they're going to get 25 million out of Erica, but yet they sell it for 2 million. Which just tells you right then and there how valuable the case was to begin with. Because if you're claiming you're going after $25 million, but then you sell it for 2 million, like maybe you get 5. You had no case for the person that bought it, but the original person that. This is. Okay, to put this into context, let's say I'm suing you for $25 million. I'm like, Stu did me wrong.
Stu
He.
Zach Peter
He owes me $25 million. And I take you to court and you're like, it's bogus. Like, you're never going to be able to get that money. And I'm like, no, I have a case. It's a strong case. We're going to bring it before a jury, and a jury is going to see that. That I'm telling the truth, and you're going to pay me $25 million. Then Donna shows up to my house one day, and she's like, hey, I'll buy that lawsuit from you. Yes. And I'm like, oh. She's like, here, I'll give you $2 million, and I'll buy your lawsuit, and I'll take Stu to court. And I'm like, okay, fine. I'll just take the 2 million right now and be done. Great. I walk away with 2 million rather than going to trial and showing this case that I'm so confident. So. But, I mean, is it really a great deal? Because I. I don't get my chance to win my 25 million that I'm so confident in. I end up just taking 2 million, and then Donna gets to now move forward and sue you, and then you guys end up settling, and then there's no 25 million. Like, it's crazy. It's crazy. It just shows you that they had no case. And I believe of the 2 million that they sold it for, the Trustee only got 1.1 million because 900,000 of that money went to the law firm that was representing them. So it's just, you know. And so when it comes to the settlement, like, yeah, now Erica is settled. It just seems like everybody wanted to be done with this. I'm thinking, I mean, it has to be more than 2 million because that's what they bought the case for. But I don't. Maybe 3 million, maybe 4 million. Like, I don't. I can't see her settling for more. Yeah, I can't see her settling for more than five.
Stu
But, I mean, she better stay on Housewives.
Zach Peter
Anchor says, can they sue Eric? Well, they bought the lawsuit, so they bought essentially the rights to sue her. So they were the ones that were taped. The. The entity that bought the. The lawsuit was the one that was going to be battling Erica at trial. And now they're. They're not. Like, there is no trial, so they can't sue Erica because now it's done.
Stu
So what are they going to do? Like, they said, Erica. Like, Erica's probably like, guys, you're never going to get 25 million out of me. Like, that's just never going to happen.
Zach Peter
So I think that's what.
Stu
Let's find a number.
Zach Peter
But also. But also to put that 25,000 or 25 million into perspective. But to answer your question, I think less than 5 million is what she settled for. Between 3 and 5 is what I think she ultimately ended up settling for. But. And I'm pretty sure she, like, has a payment plan where she'll pay that over time. It's not going to be a lump sum.
Stu
Yeah, but,
Zach Peter
like, a lot of people are asking, well, how does this affect the victims? Does this help the victims? How is she allowed to just walk away with $25 million that Tom allegedly gave them? So I just want to recap it for Everybody. So it' not 25 million, because people think that Tom transferred this money to Erica and they were, like, trying to conceal assets or whatever. It wasn't that. So as a trophy wife, because, I mean, I think it's fair to say that's what Erica was to Tom. She was candy that was on his arm. And she, as most trophy wives in Beverly Hills do, lived her life on an Amex. She was given a credit card, and he said, this is how you live your life. She lived her life like that. She didn't ask questions. I mean, think about if you have this attorney that's this big, powerful, seemingly wealthy attorney that you're married to, your wife number three, you're significantly younger than him. Even if you want to say he's your sugar daddy. Like, you're not asking questions. You're like, hey, honey, so is today's steak dinner paid for by the orphans or the widows? Like, you're not asking questions. You're just trusting that he's successful and he's making money. Same thing if you were, like, dating a finance bro and he was making tons of money. You just assume. Yeah, the bills again. Erica wasn't looking and being like, oh, this. This month. The electricity bills a little high. Honey, maybe we should turn off the kitchen lights before bed. She's not looking at any of the bills. All the bills go to the bookkeeper. Okay, so her Amex bill was going to Tom's office, and the bookkeeper was handling it. Okay, so what it now turns out happened was this $25 million wasn't a cash transfer. It was an accumulation of those Amex bills over the course of $12 million. So that's maybe 1 to 2 million that she was personally spending per year. Right? 1 million, 2 million. And they have seemingly millions upon millions of dollars. So all these bills are going and getting paid. It now comes out that the bills were being paid with this big pot of Money that was essentially being mixed around. Right. There was some client settlement money, There was some personal money, There was some Erika Jain money, There was some Gerardi Keys money. All of it was just in one big pot. And they were paying everybody, and they were paying all the bills, and they were paying everything out of this same collective. Now, granted, they were different bank accounts, but it was one big collective pot that they were just treating the money as so being. And how did Tom get away with this? Well, he was writing these off as loans. He was saying that Gerardi Keys was loaning. So If Erica spent 2 million that year, he was saying, oh, well, Gerard Keys loan, EJ Global, her company, her LLC loan, EJ Global, $2 million this year. And so he wrote all of these loans that were for. For Erica's business, EJ Global, and was never, like, expecting to get them paid back because he was just writing them off that way. And so now the trustee came back. He was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. That's our money. This belongs to the company. She needs to pay back all these loans. Now, there were a number of issues. I'm sure there were statute of limitations issues. There were no contracts that could confirm anything. Did the loans ever have to be paid back? Was there interest? How long were these loans? Like, I don't know if any of that contract information was ever done. So it's kind of hard to prove that she owes you the money back for a loan when there was no actual contract that you can fight for. Yeah, but. So, yeah, that's what it was. It was 12 years of expenses that they were trying to, you know, collect back from her. But when it comes to the victims, this money wasn't even going to any of the victims, because the victims, for the most part, have all been made whole at this point. So, like, the. The orphans and widows, they were. People don't even realize this. They were paid very early on. They were paid through insurance money. So as soon as. As it was caught on that Tom was, you know, withholding client funds or not paying everybody all of their money, that the orphans and widows, widows immediately got paid through an insurance fund. And then there was the burn victim, Joe RUY Gomez, who was featured in the. The Hulu documentary. He was the one that was severely burned in the gas explosion. Him, I believe they were making settlement payments to, and I believe by now they should have paid him back in full, the bankruptcy trustee. So, I mean, the victims at this point have been paid, but there are a number of creditors, like banks and loan lending Companies that Tom was borrowing money from. Those are the people that they're now trying to pay back are these banks and these loan lenders. So they're just creditors. They're not even the victims. Like, people think that, oh, Tom just stole all of this money from all these people. And that wasn't even the case. So it's just. I mean, so it's not like any of this money was even going to any of these victims, because at this point, those have been done. And then it also appears her Marco Marco lawsuit either seems to have been dismissed or settled. I was trying to look into it because I heard. I was seeing online people were saying that it may have settled. So this is the latest in the Marco Marco case with Erica. And it was a notice of a cancellation hearing, but it's unclear as to why they canceled the hearing. I don't know, but it seems like either. It seems like either the case was dismissed or it possibly was settled. I don't know. But it looks like at this point, all of. Like she kind of seems to be in the clear now. Yeah.
Stu
Just as the payback. Some.
Zach Peter
What's the best documentary to watch about this case, guys? None of the ones that are out there. They're all the best documentary to watch is no filter. I went through. I covered all of this extensively from the beginning. The documentaries are kind of just honestly the documentation. They're sensationalized, and they really use Erica a lot. And like Housewives footage that really doesn't address the actual embezzlement scandal which happened at his company. But I understand Housewives and Erica were more of the attention, how they were going to hook people. But I'm like. But the real, like, crooked business were with these lawyers that were at the firm that were running this embezzlement scam.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
And they don't. And the headlines don't even really cover it anymore. They didn't even really cover when Tom went to prison or the fact that his bookkeeper went to prison after trying to flee to the Bahamas.
Stu
It's crazy.
Zach Peter
It is crazy. Tom held all the money, not Erica. She had no control over the money. Yeah. I'm glad that people are finally starting to see this, because as I was going through this, I was defending her and all this, and people were pissed at me. Erica didn't realize that her amex charges would be filled as a business and
Stu
how much money he's taken in in the firm. Like, she doesn't give a About that.
Zach Peter
Yeah. So she's not going to trial anymore. But now we have Doritos. Have you seen the new text messages that have come out?
Stu
God, I don't know. What are the new ones?
Zach Peter
With the kids. She's using the kids now.
Stu
I remember she kind of started using the kids about when PK would start kind of like telling her, like, hey, babe, like, you spent, like, a million on clothes and all this kind of. And then she wouldn't address that, and she would just go straight to the kids. She would just, you know.
Zach Peter
Well, now she has the kids texting him. Let's play the clay here. I want to play.
Stu
Aren't the kids, like, five? How old are the kids?
Zach Peter
I think they're, like, getting up there now. How old are we kids? Oh, yeah. Jagger is 12, and Phoenix is 10. Okay, here, I want to watch this clip. She was just. Dorit was just on Extra. So I want to play this clip from Extra. Extra.
Stu
Can't listen to her voice.
Zach Peter
Oh, my God.
Stu
Just lies. Just lies.
Zach Peter
And this is about her spending, because it was reported PK is claiming that she spent a million dollars on designer goods and vacations and trips and all this stuff. Meanwhile, she's complaining that he's not paying the electricity bill.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Did you spend 1 million on clothes and travel?
Dorit Kemsley
No.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
So where did this come from?
Dorit Kemsley
Well, listen, this has been a court document, you know, that's been filed.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Yeah.
Dorit Kemsley
Obviously, I'm going to have a response to it. And when you're in litigation, you have to sort of follow the legal. So I think there'll be answers to everything. But, you know, when you hear one version or one narrative, there's always another side. Do I love fashion? Yes. Do I spend a lot of money on clothes? Expensive clothes, designer clothes? Yes. It is my choice. It's also my money. It's my money that I earn that I work for, not his money. However, you know, once PK and I can finish and we have an agreement, then what I choose to spend my money and what he chooses to spend his money. You know, it's our own choice, I think, right now, because we're sort of intertwined. There's some sort of feeling like you can have a say what the other one is spending.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
You've said that you were blindsided by the fact that PK wasn't paying the bills. At what point did you realize the
Dorit Kemsley
bill paid well, the mortgage? So, I mean, listen, Peak and I had an agreement when we separated, and you followed that agreement. And when there's no communication, you're expecting that things are status quo. So. And, you know, with the children and even spending. I mean, you spend what you are planning and you're. So I didn't plan for the mortgage not being paid, and it was never brought to my attention. It was never told. I was never told to read, I'm not going to pay the mortgage. So I learned about the foreclosure. Very not too far off from when the world learned about the foreclosure. And by that point, you're months in arrears. And the, you know, this is where it gets a little complicated. I do think that when you're in these situations, the sooner you can resolve it and you can figure out who's paying what and what everybody's responsibility is, then these discussions, these issues, they won't happen, hopefully.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Did he ever come to you and say, dorit, you need to rein it in and not spend so much money because I'm having problems. I need you to help. Did that conversation ever happen?
Dorit Kemsley
No, never.
Zach Peter
Nothing like that?
Stu
No.
Dorit Kemsley
We weren't even. We weren't communicating the majority of the time. You know, he. He was doing his thing, traveling most of the time, spending, you know, quite a bit of money. But no, I. I do. I wish that he had, because that would have enabled us to sit down and have the conversation that I'd been desperate to have.
Zach Peter
Am I crazy? Did he not say, like, was there not a scene where she was at dinner with Erica and Bose and Kathy and she was saying that he was sending her emails? He was threatening to, like, say, I'm not gonna pay for things anymore, like, after a year. Like, I remember there being conversations about him saying, this is only gonna be for a certain amount of time, and, like, you then need to start looking for a new place to live. And she. Yes, like, I do remember that.
Stu
Didn't he say something like, he was gonna cover it for a bit or something and.
Zach Peter
Yeah, for like, a year.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
And then eventually he said he wasn't gonna cover that anymore. And she was like, well, these are your kids. You have to. To take care of your kids. And so now we're seeing that she was making money all of this time, and she's just blowing it on designer goods. And I love how at first she's just like, I'm not blowing it on designer goods. And then, like, the narrative shifts, like, within the next minute, where she's just like, well, I have money and I can spend it however I choose to spend it.
Stu
She's not lying. And I'm like, it's one of those things where it's like, you know, she says, like, you know, is it true that you spent, like, a million dollars on, like, clothing? And then. And to read's like, you know, I love clothes. I can spend how much money I want. It's. It's. It's really 970. It's not a million. You know what I mean? It's like one of those things. Like, I'm not lying. I didn't spend a million, but it
Zach Peter
was probably 900,000, like, I would imagine. I'm sure PK was generous and to the point where he was tired of her. I think he got tired of her because think about it. When somebody. When you're paying for somebody's lifestyle, right? The house, the electricity bill, all of these things. And I'm pretty sure she wasn't being frugal with the lights. I'm pretty sure she wasn't thinking, you know what? Let me not put on the pool heater. Let me make sure that the, you know, the cleaners turn off all the lights before bed or whatever the case may be. I'm sure she was leaving lights on all night. I'm sure she was being completely just. Yeah, AC running all the time. And so when you start to see. And then now you're going through this divorce and you get access to her financials, and you start actually seeing how much money she's making and how much money she's spending and what she's spending the money on, I would be pissed, too. I would be like, what the. Am I paying your light bill for this? Astronomical light bill. Meanwhile, you're over here buying Ford Gucci bags in Italy.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
Are you kidding me? And yet you're mad that you want me to pay for your light bill and your utilities.
Stu
It's like, we're not together anymore, so I'm not responsible for this shit anymore.
Zach Peter
I'm not living in the house.
Stu
Like, it makes sense when she was living in the house.
Zach Peter
And she's framing it as like, well, it's for the kids. It's for the kids. It's for the kids, which I think is just so manipulative.
Stu
For the kids.
Zach Peter
But also, they're your kids, too, so you can help provide for them, too. Like, there shouldn't be a full expectation when you're milking him dry at this point. Like, I was so team Dori, and now after this last season and all the new details that have come out, I'm so, like, get turned off and frustrated by her because it's mentality, like,
Stu
and it's like, you know, things have changed over the years. This is not the 80s. You know what I mean? Like, you know, the man. The man, like, pays for everything and does that. It's like, no, it's like, it's just different now. It's like, more equal and stuff like that.
Zach Peter
Yes.
Stu
Like when they were together or married and PK Was working and stuff like that. Like, I get it. Like, yes, he's the man at the house. He pays the money and stuff like that. But then, how long has she been on Housewives? She was making a pretty penny, too. On Housewives.
Zach Peter
Yeah. They showed that she made 3.5 million last year. 3.5 million. And 1 million of that was spent on luxury goods. And she can't. And that came from a forensic accounting when they went through her. Her finances. Like, they went through her bank statements and found that she was spending money, a million dollars on just clothes and designer goods. And we saw her shopping like that on the show. And also, not only is she making money and recklessly spending her money when granted because somebody said, oh, well, his kids are living in that house, too. Yes, his kids are living in that house, but they're also her kids, and there should be a joy. And he covered them for how long? Not saying that he should stop paying for the kids and stop taking care of the bills and whatnot, but when she's draining you and still funding her lifestyle, when we can now see that she can afford her own lifestyle, and then, not only that, but she's trashing him on national television every single episode. Why would you. At that point, when you're like, you can afford to pay for your own shit, you're still expecting me to pay for it. And throwing the kids in the middle of this and you're trashing me on National. Now I get why Kyle and Erica were so, like, don't trash him on to even Amanda, who is like, I don't think it's a good idea to trash your husband on National Talisman. And I can. Like, it's true.
Stu
Then she's mad at them for them giving a. Yeah.
Zach Peter
Because she's like, you're making me look bad. It's like, no, you look bad all by yourself.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
So muddy. Grace says she didn't buy four Gucci bags. She had four Gucci bags from Gucci. Things were put in paper bags to carry merchandise out of the store. Not for him. I specifically remember her buying at least three handbags bags.
Stu
They're all dingy at the size she. God, no. She's she's one of those people that has to keep up with appearances and she thinks she lives this glorious lifestyle and she can't, which she does.
Zach Peter
She does live a glorious lifestyle. But you're right. Like, her cash cow is. Is running dry.
Stu
Like, okay, billion dollars, like on clothes and luxury. Like, you want to be bringing in 10 or 15 to be dropping a million on, like, you know what I mean? Like, to the ratio and all that stuff. Like, that's lavish spending.
Zach Peter
It's insane spending. Like it's crazy. Dumb bags.
Stu
Not my bag, though. My bag was worth it.
Zach Peter
Okay, here are text messages. This is what I think is super wrong and manipulative. These are tech. These are messages that PK entered into their divorce proceedings to prove that she's trying to manipulate the kids and use the kids against him. So this is a text between his daughter Phoenix and him. PK Phoenix texts him, daddy, do you want us to have fun this spring break? And he says, yes, puppy, of course. But because I know you're super smart, before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind the creator is always smarter than the creation. And she says, yeah, that really helps with the. With the fun spring break. And He Again, she's 10 years old. Yeah, she's 10 years old. And then he says, haha, you're so funny. Tell me what's on your mind, puppy. And she says, nothing. And he says, well, why did you ask me if you want to have a good spring break or a fun one? And she said, forget it. He said, no, I don't want to. Tell me. And she says, why can't you just book us a holiday? Mommy pays for everything. And then he says, and then he says, how do you know who pays for everything? My love? Psycho. Why won't you come on holiday with me? And then she responds, I would love to go on holiday with you, but spring break, I want to go with mommy. I already went to Palm Springs with you. It's mommy's turn. Can you just pay and book us a flight? Why can't she book a flight? Well, because here she's. She tells him. She says, mommy pays for everything, which means Dorit's telling her kids that she's paying for everything and daddy's not, so you should ask daddy to book a flight for our holiday. Crazy. And then he says. She said, can you just book us a flight? And then he says, lol, I don't know where you want to go, so I wouldn't know what to book. And then he Says, baby girl, it's 10:30. You need to go to sleep. And she said, okay and good night. And he says, night, night.
Stu
10:30. And that's. That's manipulation if I've never heard it in my life.
Zach Peter
Yeah, she's like, 10:30? Yeah, at 10:30 night. She's like, do you want us. And the way that she opens the text message too. Do you want us to have a fun spring break? And then he's like, what does that mean? Yeah, yeah. It sounds like she's planting these seeds in the kid's head. I mean, this little girl shouldn't know who's paying for anything. She's 10 years old. She shouldn't have any idea of who's paying for what or how the finances work. That should not be a concern to her at all. And also, if Dorit has money, like, if Dorit can't afford to take you on a luxury spring break vacation, I mean, look at Tori Spelling. She got an RV for her kids for spring. Remember when she. People are like Tori Spellings living in an rv. And she was like, we literally just like, didn't have money to go on a vacation because I have like 25 fucking kids. So we got an RV and we like went camping in the RV for the spring break.
Stu
Crazy.
Zach Peter
Because listen, Tori Spelling learned, she ran, she wasn't good with her money, so she had to have budget vacations. It's so crazy.
Stu
It's like beyond.
Zach Peter
It's just I. It's just so twisted and manipulative and I just feel bad because, like, the kids don't understand what's going on. And this again, should not be Phoenix. Should not know who is paying for who or what.
Stu
Like, no kids.
Zach Peter
That's not her responsibility.
Stu
It's like maybe after 16 or 18 or something like that. You know what I mean?
Zach Peter
It's like even then, like, it shouldn't be your responsibility to deal with your parents finances, you know? True. Everyone's saying it was probably Dorit texting him.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
So I think too Fifi says, you know, Dorit was telling them what to type, so shame what it was. I'm sure. I mean, we've seen enough of Dorit at this point. I'm pretty sure it was like, mommy, I want to go to, I don't know, the Bahamas for spring break. And she's like, pumpkin, you know, you can go to. You, but you have to text your dad. I can't do anything. Your daddy has to make the decision. And you know, mommy pays for everything. And I Can afford the Bahamas, Jack. I can afford it.
Stu
You're giving me the vanderpump and darling. Oh.
Zach Peter
Oh, my God. So, yeah, Paul says Dorit needs to have a garage sale. Yeah. Yeah. That's so good.
Stu
You'd make a lot of money.
Zach Peter
Yep. So, I don't know. OC Girl says he compromises. The best way to deal with divorce. I. Yeah, I agree, but it seems like there's not much compromise going on here. Is PK responsible to pay the mortgage as part of the agreement? I think they made, like, some sort of agreement when they separated that he would cover the bills for them. But again, from what I remember, it was within a certain amount of time before that was going to stop. And the other thing, too, is I believe the house is in Dorit's name. Yeah, I don't even think his name is on the house. But again, don't make your own money. Spend it lavishly. Expect him to fund your lifestyle and then go on national television and trash him because you just. You did yourself no favors. You created all of this. Oh, is her home still on auction? The auction was delayed.
Stu
Was it?
Zach Peter
No, it's just been delayed. It's delayed until June 3rd. So there's a little more time before that before the house goes up for sale. Crazy, crazy, crazy.
Stu
Fun topic for you before. I just spoke about it on my podcast and I saw it yesterday, and it's really. I think it's really a big deal. Is Spotify now. Spotify is tracking, like, what they've always been tracking you, like, what you listen to and all that kind of stuff. But now what they're doing is they're teaming up with Live Nation. So when.
Zach Peter
Oh, I saw this.
Stu
Concerts go on sale and just say, like, we'll say for me, for Taylor Swift, for example, she'll probably announce a tour this year. Year for next year or whatever. Like, I will probably get, like, a notification or an email from Spotify going, hey, she's playing in Los Angeles on these dates. We have two tickets for you if you want them. Like, and they'll. They'll offer you two tickets. And then if you don't want them, they obviously just go to the public. But this happens before it goes on Normal sale.
Zach Peter
Yeah. Which is advanced. Yeah, it's an advanced access. I do think that's really cool. I do think that that's really cool. Well, I think what's. What would be smarter, and I don't know the details of how they set it up or if the artists have any control over It. But what it should be is Taylor should say for everybody that has streamed my music for more than 20,000 hours the past year, you get. You get part of this early access. So this is just for like my top 1% of people that listen to my music on Spotify. And that'll incentivize more people to go to Spotify, buy Spotify Premium, download all of her music. Like, that'll be a big.
Stu
Probably will be that in the background of it, like, hey, what's the threshold? Like, you know what I mean?
Zach Peter
Like, yeah. And then people are like, you are gonna be like life of a show girl. On repeat. On repeat. On repeat.
Stu
Yeah, maybe I have to do that. So maybe I have to get those numbers back up. You know what I mean?
Zach Peter
So I think that's the smartest thing for them to do.
Stu
It is cool though. I mean, I get. That's all because, like, I don't buy tickets now. When they go on sale. I have to go to StubHub or game time or whatever and just get them for 800 bucks if I want to go.
Zach Peter
Yeah, well, because now they have so many other types of like pre sales of like there's the American Express pre sale and then there's the venue. And it's like you all have to. You have to go. You have a limited amount of tickets within each of these different buckets. And then by the time, like at the end of it, you're on StubHub paying double the price for the tickets because somebody comes and buys them all up.
Stu
Like, I'd love. I really hope this kind of works. And it's kind of. That's cool if they can do that. You know what I mean?
Zach Peter
Yeah, that'd be cool.
Stu
I thought it was really awesome kind of cool thing.
Zach Peter
Yeah, I think it is cool. Did you see Alex Cooper is pregnant?
Stu
No, I don't really pay attention to her or Alex, Earl or any of those people. They're not in my. They're not in my radar for some reason. I don't get them on my Tick Tock or Instagram or anything like that.
Zach Peter
There was the. There was this crazy story that I saw online of her getting of now she's having her baby and it says when he says when sluts settle down, that's what they named it. And it just goes into how she went from building this empire of like, she used to call it the Gluck Luck 3000 and that was like her blow job technique that she would teach girls how to do on her podcast. Like that's how she gained popularity, was like being this, this slutty brand and then, like, was selling girls about, like, go and be sluts and live your best life. And now she's, like, married, she runs a business, she's having a baby. And people are just like, she. I mean, you can turn a hoe into a housewife.
Stu
You can't.
Zach Peter
Which I guess you can, but. But I think the argument that I've heard for it though, is like, but she's telling all of these girls to go be slutty and live their best lives in their 20s. And then by the time they're in their, like, mid-30s, like now they've kind of gotten older and it's harder for them to get pregnant. And it's hard, like, you know, this body autonomy. Be a hoe for all of your 20s and live your best. Like, I think you should absolutely live your best life. But I think, you know, it is. People are saying that you're not as lucky, like Alex Cooper, like, wouldn't be as lucky if she wasn't rich and famous to bag, you know, a successful businessman that she could marry and then be able to settle down and have kids or even the. The benefits of the deals that she got with her podcast. Beth says never once listened to her show. Well, Beth, that's why you give bad blow jobs. Just kidding. Getting, getting, getting. Oh, did you see Britney Spears? The footage of Britney?
Stu
No, I saw, but I saw a clip. I just scrolled past it. But yeah, I saw it up.
Zach Peter
Yeah, apparently she had a wine glass in her glove in the, in her cup holder. Like, Donna was like, who has a wine glass? Like, that's diabolical to have a full on wine glass.
Stu
I mean, yeah, get a plastic cup like, or put it in like a can of 7Up or something.
Zach Peter
Or just like a white claw. Like something that's easy. A can that you carry out. But like a wine. A full wine glass is crazy. What is the slam Pig? Do you know what that is? Gross. I keep seeing that. I think it has something to do with Real Houses of Rhode Island.
Stu
Oh, okay. The one that we don't watch.
Zach Peter
Yeah, I know. We need to get on that. I'll wait till the reunion airs.
Stu
I like the city.
Zach Peter
Yes.
Stu
Before we go.
Zach Peter
The city was good. I liked it.
Stu
We'll talk about it soon.
Zach Peter
Okay, that's good. All right. When is your Ireland trip? Next month.
Stu
Ireland trip? It. No. September. September 9th and 16th. Yeah.
Zach Peter
Far.
Stu
Yeah.
Zach Peter
Okay, well, that's it.
Stu
Everybody.
Zach Peter
Listen, don't let it stew. Go listen and subscribe. What did you talk about today?
Stu
Like, like below deck city dorit. Crop tops. Because I. I got a crop top.
Zach Peter
Oh, you're wearing your crop top.
Stu
We're just. I did a post of it. Like, people like, do I keep it or do I send it back?
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
No.
Zach Peter
What did they say?
Stu
It's just like. It's just. It's fine, but you can't raise up. You know what I mean? It's like.
Zach Peter
Yeah, I don't.
Stu
I don't think it's for me. I think it's like, I'll keep it for the gym and just have fun with it at the gym or something. Like. That's it. Yeah, it's just.
Zach Peter
It's just.
Advertiser/Commercial Voice
Just.
Stu
I don't think it's for me. I'm too like, I can't mid-40s with a crop top. Like, relax, you know, like everyone.
Zach Peter
Yeah, the crop tops are like the obnoxious 20 year olds that are like,
Stu
maybe gay pride or something. If I got a fun one. I just needed, like, I just need like a half an inch just longer on it.
Zach Peter
Well, but that defeats the point of a crop top. A half an inch longer makes it a T shirt.
Stu
No, no, they're called a half crop. You can get them at the tribe.
Zach Peter
A half crop.
Stu
There's a half crop? Yeah.
Zach Peter
Isn't a half crop like a more cropped crop top? No, because it's a half.
Stu
Half of the crop, I guess.
Zach Peter
I feel like you're wearing a half of a crop.
Stu
No, it's just like, look, it's just.
Zach Peter
That's not a crop top. That's like barely a crop top.
Stu
See, like there. Until if you raise up your arms, you're out, you know? But then who's raising up their arms or not?
Zach Peter
But that's the point of having a crop top. So that you can raise your arms and be like, oh, look at my abs. Like, it's meant to be a slutty shirt. Yeah, that's like a girl wearing a thong and being like, no, it's just a slut thing. That's like a girl wearing a thong and music. Oops, you can see my butt.
Stu
I. Maybe this is kind of a half crowd. I see guys at the gym where you can kind of like. You can actually see their midriff, like, walking around.
Zach Peter
That's a full crop top. That's why you're wearing a. Because it leaks. Covers your belly. Those are crazy. They're like. They barely cover their titties.
Stu
Yeah, it's crazy.
Zach Peter
Crazy. All right. All right. Follow Stu. Happy Friday. Happy Memorial Weekend. I'll talk to you guys on Monday. Bye. Fifi says that's a tank top. Brown.
Stu
Right.
Zach Peter
All right. Bye, guys.
