well well, well, well. Janelle Blake Lively has been caught red handed with new unsealed documents proving not only does it appear she tried to destroy evidence ahead of her litigation, but she also lied about it in her deposition. Lots to get into. Plus we have Whitney Levitt from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives who has announced her departure. Britney Spears is pleading guilty and we have our first look at the golden life story former Real Housewives of New York ladies. Lots to get into. I hope you're ready for it. Let's dive in. This is no Filter with Zack Peter your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT Surf fresh all week long. Now let's dive in. What up everybody in the club. What's going on? Happy Monday. Oh my God. Happy Monday Monday everybody. What's up, what's up? Let's get it giddy giddy. Let's get it, get it, get it. Apologies, I know I am a little late. Please tell Donna Bowling to forgive me for cutting into her 11th hour this morning. I just got back from the courthouse. I had a hearing very early this morning that I thought was going to be a breeze and I thought I was gonna be able to be able to attend online, attend virtually at my hearing and be done. I mean it was a, you know I didn't expect it to run so long but then apparent I I was freaking out this morning cause I had to sign on virtually to the courthouse cause I was told I didn't have to appear physically I could appear online and then I wasn't able to log in. I kept getting an error message And I was able to check in, but I wasn't able to actually access the hearing. And I kept getting an error error air. And I was like, oh, my God, what's going on? And then I tried to at least see if the court figured feed the public court feed was accessible online. That wasn't either. So then I'm trying to call the courthouse, and I'm trying to access my specific courtroom and tell them, like, I'm here. I'm trying to log on. I don't know what's going on. Nobody's helping. I'm on hold forever and ever and ever. And then finally, I mean, I'm like, you know what? Screw it. Let me just go to the courthouse myself. Because I had the option to appear in person. I was like, I'm already 30, 45 minutes late now. I don't want them to cancel my hearing. I don't want to make it seem like I didn't appear. So then I rush to the courthouse. I go. I have no idea where I'm going. I just go straight to the courtroom. And I'm like, do I go in? Do I not go in? I was like, okay, I guess I'm just gonna go in. But I'm also, at this point, like an hour after my scheduled hearing, I go in. There's nobody there. There's like three other people there. And I'm like, oh, what's going on? And then the judge is like, okay, sorry, we're just. We're waiting for our. Our online court system is down. We're waiting for them to pick it back up. So. So if there's anybody that doesn't need to wait for any co counsel that may be calling in, virtually yada, yada, yada. Luckily, I was able to address the issues there, and I have to come back. But, yeah, what a time, what a time, what a time, what a time. I was like. But I was like, no, I was supposed to be early. I was supposed to take the podcast early today. I was supposed to be on it. So please tell Donna Boling to forgive me. Tell her it was beyond my power. I apologize for cutting into her time, but please let her know it was not my fault. It was the court systems online, whatever, that completely crashed this morning. But I was just so glad that it wasn't my fault, because I was like, oh, my God. Oh, what a time, what a time, what a time. What a mighty good time. A mighty, mighty good time. Oof. I like it. I like it a lot. I like it. I like it. A lot. I like it. I like it a lot. Okay. But thanks, guys. We have a lot to get into. Lots of court updates with Blake Lively, Britney Spears, Whitney Levitt from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Tanya says always asking for forgiveness may cost you Zach. I know. Well, actually, on that note of Donna Boling, you guys, I have something that I guess I get to reveal first. Donna Bowling and I have been working on a series secret project. Okay. It is a secret project that we are going to be announcing this week. The goal is to announce either Wednesday or Thursday of this week. I don't remember what we decided, but just know and keep pushing us and pressuring us because we have a special announcement with the top secret project that we've been working on that we can finally announce that I think you guys are actually going to be really excited for. I think you guys are really going to. Going to like this. It makes a ton of sense. Like, it's just. Just know we were busting our butts over the weekend to try and see if we could realistically make this happen. And I have faith in us, and so I have faith that we will be able to pull this off. So please send good juju. Send all the good vibes. We haven't told anybody. We haven't even told Molly. Molly doesn't even know our secret project. So just be ready. We haven't told anybody. My team doesn't even. Well, I mean, it was something that's been discussed for quite some time, but then Don and I just decided we're gonna do it. We're gonna do it. So get ready. Donna was reading and doing puzzles, so she says. We were on the phone so much, we were like a married couple already bickering. So. Okay, let's see. What is the. What are the updates? What's going on? What's the 41 1. Okay, 4, 1 1. Number one. We got Britney Spears. So she had a court hearing today. Monday, May 4th. I forgot that May. We're in May. And May is the big litigation month we have. Well, Taylor, Frankie Paul situation has now been diffused. We have the upcoming custody battle that'll be deciding who gets custody of their son. Yeah, their son ever. But as of right now, Taylor, Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen, both of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, they are no longer allowed to see each other for the next three years. They have a protective order against each other. Judge said you're toxic. Knock it off. But custody is still at large. That'll be an upcoming hearing that I believe is Happening in June. Dad Talk is trying to launch their own Mormon Wives spinoff. I do have some tea. I found this out last month and I realized I never revealed it anywhere. But they're doing a. And remember when you see this rumor start to circulate. Zach Peters said it first. There's a rumor that they're actually filming a. I don't know if it's an official secret Lives of Mormon Wives spinoff or if it's like a knockoff version or another network is trying to replicate that formula, but they're doing a gay version of like dads or gays in Salt Lake City. So there's a Salt Lake City gays show that is in the works currently. I do know some of the people or at least some of the names that are in consideration and interesting, very, very interesting. But just know that they are working on a gay dad's version or I don't even know if they're all dads or husbands or what the. What everybody's connection is. But they're working on a gaze of Salt Lake City show. Reality show. So there's a bit of tea. But dad Talk is trying to make their own show happen. I doubt that that'll actually happen. Sorry. Just to get back to Brittany for a second, how did we get on? Oh, because I was talking about litigation. So Britney, her attorney appeared in court today and pleaded guilty to reckless driving. So they took a. It's considered a wet reckless offer. So it's a reduced charge. It's like a plea deal that she took. But it's a reduced charge that involves reckless driving with alcohol and drugs commonly extended to those first time offenders. So she first time offenders, low blood alcohol levels, no crashes, no injuries. So if it's kind of just like, oh, this was a bad one, let's give you a slap on the wrist. This is the deal that Britney Spears hurt attorney took on her behalf. So my understanding is she was given a one year informal probationary grant and she'll also have to attend and complete at least three months of an alcohol. Like it's not a rehab but it's alcohol counseling just to complete 30 hours of alcohol school I guess is what it's called. So good for Brittany. She's doing the best she's trying to. She was in rehab. I believe she checked herself out of rehab last week. So hopefully she's doing better. It appears her sons have now moved in with her too. So we're wishing all the best to Britney Spears, hoping that she can get her act together. And hopefully, you know, now that she's out of her conservatorship, she can find the guidance and the support around her to get her on the right track. But yeah, Brittany, her case seems to be resolved. She just now has this probationary period that she's entering. And we'll see what happens. We got our first look at the Golden Life, which is the new. I mean, it's the unofficial Roni spinoff. Real houses in New York, they got swooped up. Those former housewives got swooped up by E. And now E is producing a reality show that's filming not in New York, but in Palm beach that's focused on their lives now. And they're calling it the Golden Life. And so they said Palm beach is Colin. They released their first teaser trailer. Ramona Singer's in it. Sonja Morgan's in it. Dorinda Medley's in it. Luann De Lesseps and Kelly Bensimon are the official cast members. And then we have seen other former housewives. I believe Margaret Josephs was spotted with them. I want to say Adriana demora was also spotted. I think I saw something online. I don't know if that was confirmed or not confirmed, but Jules, I don't know if you remember Jules. She was a one time housewife on New York. She was the real tall skinny one with the Jewish husband. She was Asian, the first Asian housewife. She was the real tall one. She had the eating disorder. Remember, she cooked like a knife and a fork into her calzone when they were making calzones and she thought it was funny. Anyway, the teaser looks good. It looks like it's gonna be fun. They're back up to their old wacky ways. There's drama shows them dating in their next chapter of life in part Palm Beach. I'm excited. I missed these ladies. It seems like there's been enough time, I think. We haven't seen them on the air since what, 2021. Because they filmed their final season in 2020 and I believe it aired in 2021. So it's been five years since we've seen them on our screens and. Oh, well, actually, no, that's a lie because we did have, what was it? The 2023 Ultimate Girls Trip. But that like got completely fumbled because of the whole Ramona texting scandal where she text N Word or something, where Page Six reported that the investigation with the original Roni, which killed the show initially right after they brought on Liam McSweeney and Ebony K. Williams, that the allegation was that Ramona had used the N word. And I believe nothing materialized. There was nothing to substantiate the claims against Ramona, so the investigation ultimately was inconclusive. They didn't find anything to prove one way or the other, or at least, you know, airing on the side of caution, they weren't able to prove that Ramona said it. But then it came up again when the Legacy show, the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls trip, Roni Legacy, when that Girls trick trip happened. That premiere also was a big deal because Page Six, I guess, was texting with Ramona, and she clarified to them. She's like, I didn't actually say the word I used to the end. I used the term N word, but I didn't. She's like, I used it, but I shouldn't call anybody that. But I believe the context in which she had said it was. She said the term N word without actually using the word itself. And so she tried to articulate that to, I believe, a Page Six reporter. And then they publish those text messages. And that's where it blew it all up again. I'm like, oh, my God, Ramona. And then they try to disinvite her from the premiere of Legacy, and. And then she still crashed the premiere of Legacy, and it just kind of tainted that whole. That whole experience and kind of just like, kills it all. But now I feel like everybody's ready to just move on. Obviously, Jill Zarin got fired from. From this new, rebooted Golden Life, but I'm excited. It looks good. They look good. They look entertaining. It feels like the OG Roni, but now we're just on a beach the entire time, disappointed that Bethany's not there. I heard they did reach out to her, and she was asking for, I believe, $5 million to return to this show, which was just astronomical. She did a campaign, a skincare campaign with Ramona and Sonia out in. Was it Paris or France? I think it was Paris. They all went to Paris, and they did, like, some sort of luxury skin campaign, which I would imagine was Bethany's. And Bethany's like, you know what's gonna be really smart is these girls are making a comeback. And so she threw a dog a bone. She asked them to invite Ramona and Sonya to be a part of it so that it could be, like the Roni reunion, like, the three of them coming back together, because she knew that would be iconic. And it would also draw a bunch of buzz, because then people would ask, is Bethany filming the new show? Is she not? Yada Yada, yada. And then obviously it was the big middle finger to Luann because Luann wasn't invited to participate in that campaign. And I think Bethany did that intentionally. I think Bethany absolutely steerheaded it. Okay, that's that, that's that, that's that, that's that. So looking forward to it. The Golden Life. I keep wanting to say Golden Wives. The Golden Life is set to premiere on E. This fall. Uncertain what streaming networks it'll be on. I don't know if they've. That's even been determined yet. I believe E streams on Hulu and I want to say YouTube TV. So it may be accessible to watch on Hulu and YouTube TV, but I don't believe those are official streamers for the show. They maybe still be looking for a streaming home, but, yeah, I'm looking forward to it. I'm excited. Ramona, Sonia, Lou Dorinda, everybody except Kelly Benson. I'm excited to see back on my TV screen. Bring him back. Bring it back. And nobody's looking forward to the Roni reboot. I think I'm actually gonna give Rhode Island a try. Everyone says you have to watch Rhode island, you have to watch Rhode island, you have to watch Rhode Island. So I think I might actually binge and try to catch up and, you know, watch Rhode Island. All right, let's talk about Blake Lively. Well, actually, let's talk about Whitney Levitt first and then we'll get into the Blake lives. Because I know that's what you're here for. I know you're like, give me the tea on Blake. Whitney Levitt from the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has announced that she will be leaving the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. She appeared on Broadway over the week and I believe it was her final night on Broadway. She's done. At this point, they keep Bringing her back because her record sales are just through the roof. She's killing it as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. And she's lived in New York for quite some time now. But she's officially made her announcement. She did it. Cute. She's like, what? She was, like, reading a headline on stage and she was like, what? Whitney, Live it. Leave it leaves the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. And the crowd went wild. Like, whoa. And I think this is the final nail in the coffin. I want to say. I think this show is done. Obviously, they announced the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives OC Spin off. And I think at this point, all the eggs are going to go into that basket. I would imagine we get some sort of crossover episode with the Utah girls and the OC Girls now that we know that Jen Affleck is going to be joining in OC she also just moved to the oc so now that Taylor, Frankie Paul has been put on pause, Jen Affleck has moved to the OC it was announced over the weekend that Michaela is moving to Hawaii. Whitney now lives in New York, uncertain if she's going to end up staying there now that her stint as Roxy is done. But it means she's got tons of opportunities. There have been rumors and speculation that Whitney may be getting her own spin off. Demi quit last season. So it's like, at this point, who's even left on this show? We have Layla. Boring. We have Macy. Okay, fine. We have Jesse, who I think is the strongest on the cast. She's the only one on the cast that I think can even anchor or carry the show. And Miranda, I mean, I like Miranda. She's nice, but, like, similar to Layla, she's kind of just like, not that interesting. I mean, Macy's, like, she had a compelling backstory, but now I need Macy to give us compelling current story. And I didn't love her storyline last season where she's like, I'm writing a book. But like, oh, it's so hard. And like, how do I balance a book tour? I'm just like, girl, have you. We've seen reality stars on book tours and filming the shows before as moms, as wives, as business women. So watching Macy, especially being in her age bracket, I feel like I'm just like, no, like you. You do what you got to do. You make it happen. Like, if your ticket sales aren't selling, you find creative ways to sell your tickets. You fill the room. You do extra press. Like, you do everything you can. And I don't know I just didn't feel like she was giving everything she could. Granted, she was, you know, going through a lot and, you know, being a mom and, like, there were all these other layers. But, like, I'm sorry. When Tori and Dean needed to sell some books, Tori was out there. She was doing book signings. She was pimping her butt trying to sell those books. So we've seen it possible before. Macy. I didn't love her. Like. Like, she just didn't really care. She didn't sell the book to me. I didn't want to buy the book because I didn't see it meant that much to her. Like, she kind of said it, but her energy was just kind of like, Layla, I'm not that interested in Miranda. I find kind of boring. Jesse is the only one that I find interesting. But now I just feel like Jesse is giving us too much thirst. She's messing around with Marciano. She's posting photos with one of the guys of Taylor, Frankie Paul, season of the Bachelorette. She was out kissing him and on a date with him and posting photos of them together. So I'm just like, ugh. And then there's all the. The divorce drama with Jordan, and now she's caught up in all this drama with Dakota and spearheading turning the girls against Taylor, Frankie Paul. But now she's supporting Taylor, Frankie Paul, and she swears that we're gonna see this all on the show. But now we know Dakota's not part of the show. Jordan appears to have left the show. Taylor's not part of the show. So I'm just like, what is this show gonna even be even with these four ladies? I'm just kind of like, really? They were also, to be fair, the last ones or the only ones that appeared at Hulu's Get Real event where they made it. It's basically like an upfront sort of event where they were announcing all their upcoming shows. And I think it's. It's time we get real and accepted. I think this show may be a wrap. I think this may be the final season of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. They're gonna wrap up the Salt Lake City edition and put all the eggs into the OC Edition. And I think the OC Girls have a strong cast. One of them's already come out and is claiming that they're in a throuple, which I found interesting. I was like, I don't know if this is forced or fake or what. I don't know if I'm interested in. In a Throuple. And she's just like, I am showing you my husband's girlfriend or my girlfriend's husband. Something weird like that. But we'll see what OC Brings. I know they're currently in production, and like I said, Jen Affleck has moved to the OC and she'll be filming there. And then Michaela, who I'm assuming was trying to get on the OC and didn't because we heard she was possibly moving to California. Now she's moving to Hawaii. So I don't know what these girls are doing, but also, I don't think any of them really needed the show. The show kind of made them a little more relevant, pop culture wise, like, in a mainstream way. But, like, they're. They were all doing just fine making their money off of TikTok, so. So we'll see. Okay, let's dive into the Blake Lively of it all. Oh, we got a super chat. Codez Bangam431 says, Zach, my husband, said if you say yes, then he will take me to watch Devil Roars Product two for our anniversary. Yes, I say yes. And Stu was just here on Friday because I saw. I had date night. A date night. Date night. Like Brittany Cartwright date night. So I had date night on Thursday, and I saw Devil Wears Prada, and I thought it was great, and I'm here for it. I thought the movie was great. I think as fans, you'll enjoy it. If you loved the first one, you'll love this one. So I very much stand for this new Devil Wears Prada. The husbands love Zach. The husbands do love me. I'm very surprised. I have to say. I get more love from the straight guys than I do the gays. The gays don't always love me. And listen, the straight guys, they're the ones that come to my shows. They're the ones that are listening by proxy to my show and watching the show because their wives are pushing it forward, their girlfriends are pushing it forward, and I don't hate that. Even, like, you know, a lot of my friends are more straight guys than the gays. But date night. Date night. Okay. Blake Lively. Oof. Blake Lively. Blake Lively. Blake Lively. Girlfriend. Okay, so it appears she was just caught trying to, it looks like, destroy evidence. So there are new. New documents that have come out since there was another on on Friday. Another, like, court dump. So let's pull this up. This is the biggest piece that I think was the most compelling piece. And more excerpts from Blake Lively's deposition, which I found Interesting as well. I guess I'll get into the contra. Well, so we've got more bits of her. Her deposition, and now we're seeing she's starting to contradict herself. This email we'll get to in a second. But there was, remember in Colleen Hoover's deposition, which we got to see ahead of time, Colleen Hoover was saying that they were. She was asked why she unfollowed Justin Baldoni on Instagram, and Colleen made it clear that she unfollowed. She unfollowed Justin Baldoni because Blake Lively advised her to. So she said because Blake asked her to, she unfollowed Justin Baldoni. And then the interesting thing is, in Blake Lively's deposition, she claimed she never asked anybody to unfollow her. So we're starting to see these lies catch up to her. Right. Just like, remember how she. In her initial. What was it, the CRD complaint or her first amended complaint, she mentioned that. I think it was in her CRD complaint, when she talks about the dancing montage, she says that there was no audio that was recorded of that scene. And so she detailed what she remembers happening. And obviously, she was under the impression that there was no audio recording. So she thought whatever her version of the story was would just stick. And then Baldoni's team was like, actually, surprise, bitch. He had a mic on. And we caught the audio the entire time, and it was not categorized the way that she described it. So she and her second amended complaint had to completely rewrite what happened in that scene because the footage completely debunked her original narrative. So that's another lie. Then we had the unfollowing cast members. Colleen Hoover completely outed her there. And then now we have this one, and this one people think is a really big one. So this is an email between Josh Greenstein and Angie Giannetti. And so this is from Angie Giannetti. It's an email, right? I believe this is an. It's either an email or a text message. I actually think it may be a text message. And so in this text message, it's Angie to Josh, both executives at Sony. And Angie was more of like the. On the. On the field. Go to person between, like, the Sony executives collectively and the Wayfarer parties. And it seems Blake Lively. And so she kind of seems like she was in the middle of all of this drama. And so, you know, she's pissed that she's even had to be dragged into this. And now all her personal text messages and emails are being dragged out. But so this is a message that Angie sent to Josh. Angie says, call when you can. Not urgent, But Blake's asking us to destroy. That's the word that she used, destroy. Blake's asking us to destroy some of the dailies. Want to tell you what we will and won't do. Also going to ask Bridget to contact all vendors and ask them to delete all dailies and need them to proof. Okay. First time I've ever been asked to do this in a movie with no nudity. But okay, so it sounds to me, correct me if I'm wrong, it sounds to me like there were some of the dailies that were deleted. Right. She's also going to ask Bridget to contact all vendors and ask them to delete all dailies and need them to proof. So I'm assuming she's saying we're going to ask all of them to delete the dailies, and we need proof of them actually doing that. But it's interesting. I want to know what dailies Blake Lively wanted deleted. So the dailies, for those that are unfamiliar on a film set, when you're taping, you know, whatever you're shooting for that day, whatever scenes that you're taping that day, usually take different angles, different cuts. And so the dailies are all the raw takes that you got in that day. And for that scene, you take all of the raw, you know, so if they were filming the dancing montage and they had it from three different angles, and then, you know, whatever shots they took, those will be the dailies for that day. And remember, Blake Lively was often requesting the dailies because she wanted to see the different shots. She wanted to see the different takes so that she can decide which takes and which shots should be used. And so now here it appears that Angie Gianetti is saying that Blake is requesting that they destroy some of the dailies. Not all of the dailies. Some of the dailies. And I'm curious if some of them did get deleted or not, because obviously there's some of the footage that came back to bite Blake in the butt. But the interesting thing of this is the timing. Okay, so it appears this was sent on September 3, 2024. Which also, let's be clear, let's compare this to Blake Lively's deposition, which I have right here. Blake Lively says in her deposition, which was conducted on July 31. So this was a year later, after she supposedly made this request of Sony. Blake says, I did not ask that of anyone. Like I said, as part of the Return to Work protections My lawyers negotiated with both Wayfair parties, and as Wayfair represented it, Sony as well, on what would happen to the footage that was most sensitive in nature. So you never asked or had anyone on your behalf ask from Sony to destroy the dailies, Is that correct? Blake Lively says, no, I never asked anyone to destroy dailies, no. What about. Did you ask of your. What about. Did you ask anyone on your behalf to contact Sony to destroy the dailies? To destroy the dailies? No. Interesting. So, you know, Wayfair had these messages from Angie Giannetti and Josh Greenfield, and that's why they were asking Blake Lively, which I think now is really going to test her credibility. And if they decide to put her on the stand, I would imagine Wayfair would put these contradictions into question to prove that she's not a credible witness, because now, again, this is the third time. So there was the Colleen Hoover deposition that contradicted Blake Lively's deposition, where Colleen admitted that Blake asked her to unfollow just Justin. And yet when Blake Lively was asked of that in her deposition, she denied asking anybody to unfollow Justin. Then there was the conflict in the amended complaints with the. The audio and what was actually recorded in the dancing montage. I mean, there's just a number of different discrepancies. Right. She claims that she was nearly nude in the birthing scene that she gave. And Wayfair claims that she had on black boxers. You can see that she was clearly covered. If you look at the angles, you can see that she was wearing at least briefs, or I believe that's a. Wayfair said that she was wearing black briefs, and you can see the black briefs in the footage. And not only that, but she had a hospital gown on. She had a prosthetic belly on. So she wasn't near nude begging. And also she claimed that she was begging for them to give her something to cover herself with. We don't see that in any of the footage. If that footage existed, you know, her team would have absolutely put that out there. So, again, I don't know which specific footage she requested to be destroyed, but it. It. I mean, you. We either question Sony, who had no reason to make this up in September of 2024, or you question Blake Lively. And I think her credibility gets even more shady when you factor in that timeline. So the movie premiered in August of 2024. That's when she claims the alleged smear campaign happened. And then it seems, by the end of August 2024, because that's when there appears to be some sort of conversation between with Leslie Sloan where Leslie Sloan claims that she's seen the messages and that you can expect a lawsuit to be coming soon. That was at the end of August, I believe that was around August 27th, if I'm not mistaken. Forgive me, I'm going purely based off of memory, but when it comes to September of 2024, which is a month after the film has already been released, which again, is also so strange for her to be asking for dailies to be destroyed in September when the movie's already been out. The movie's already been released. So all of the footage that was going to be used has been used. Now, granted, if there is sensitive footage, right, Such as nudity, which there absolutely was no nudity in this film. If there was, that would make sense, because that could come back to bite an actor in the butt if the wrong person gets access to a nude shot of Blake Lively that could leak online. So I understand certain takes being destroyed for that protection, but we don't know what the protections are. And we specifically see Angie Giannetti Wright. I've never been asked to do this in a movie with no nudity. So whatever. It is super duper shady, right? So what else happened in February? Sorry? In September of 2024, two other really key things that really make Blake Lively look bad. So in addition to asking Sony to destroy dailies, which at this point being that it seems, according to the Wayfarer parties, that Leslie Sloan had already not offered, she had already threatened that there was litigation coming, it seems like Blake Lively's team was already starting to prepare. Okay, so in September. It wasn't September when they got Jen Abel's phone. I believe August is when they got Jen Abel's phone. But so September, you see Blake Lively asking her to destroy the dailies. Not only that, but if you refer to Brian Friedman's affidavit that he gave in 2025, he claims Brian Friedman says that in February he was contacted by somebody close to Taylor Swift, who, I can tell you, according to my sources, have confirmed that that individual was indeed Taylor Swift's father. I looked into it, and I was able to confirm from my sources that Taylor Swift's father is the person that contacted Brian Friedman in February of 2025. And in that conversation, Taylor Swift's father allegedly disclosed to Brian Friedman, per his affidavit, that not only was there the request from Blake Lively's camp to tell Taylor Swift to issue a statement explaining Blake Lively's absence from the super bowl that year. But rewind, they also claim. That person also claimed that about five months prior. Actually, let me pull up what Friedman actually said in his deposition. Apologies, I was not expecting to bring that up. I was just going to recap it, but I should have it right here. Okay. So in Friedman's affidavit, Friedman writes, On February 14, 2025, I received a voicemail from a person very closely linked to Taylor Swift. Again, my sources have confirmed that was actually popped up Swift when I subsequently called back the same day. Out of respect for the individual in question, I am not identifying them at this time. However, should the court direct me to do so, I will comply with the court's order. During the February 14 phone call, which lasted approximately one hour, the speaker told me that they had been informed by J. Douglas Baldridge, counsel for Taylor Swift and a partner at Venable LLP, had received a phone call from Mr. Michael Gottlieb, counsel for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, during which Mr. Gottlieb requested, on Ms. Lively's behalf, that Taylor Swift make a social media statement in support of Ms. Lively, given her absence from the super bowl that year, and stated that if Ms. Ms. Swift failed to do so, Ms. Lively would release 10 years of private texts with Ms. Swift. The individual also told me that they had been informed that Mr. Baldrige had accused Mr. Gottlieb of extortion and ended the call. During that same February 14th call, the individual told me that they had been informed four or five months earlier. Ms. Lively had requested that Ms. Swift delete her text messages with Ms. Lively. I was connected to this individual through a mutual friend who informed me who informed me that the individual wanted to talk. We have had several phone calls since February 14th. On a later call with the same individual, the individual told me that Mr. Baldrige had written. Had sent a written communication to Mr. Gottlieb relating to the phone conversation. My office issued a subpoena to Venable LLP for the purpose of seeking the aforementioned written communication. I declared a penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. This was his affidavit as of May 2025. So this was a month after he claims to have had that alleged phone call. But in it he says from February that about four or five months prior, Blake Lively asked Taylor Swift to delete their text messages. Okay, so if we count back January, December, November, October, September, say what? September 2024. So we have Blake Lively requesting that Sony destroy the dailies, and then we also have Blake Lively request that Taylor Swift delete their text messages in that same month. What else happened in that same month? Oh, yes, by the end of that month, Blake Lively's seemingly shell company filed a seemingly bogus lawsuit, a frivolous lawsuit, in my opinion, that subpoenaed Jones work and Stephanie Jones, who was Justin Baldoni's former publicist for their text messages. So if the timeline, per what has been revealed through the Wayfarer parties, it appears at the end of August, Stephanie Jones somehow got the text messages to Blake Lively. Now, that could have been Ashley Avignoni, who is Blake Lively's friend and a friend of Taylor Swift. It could have been Ashley that got those text messages to Blake Lively, or it could have been Stephanie Jones that got them to her through Leslie Sloan. From what we've. We've also heard along the way is that Leslie Sloan, from what I remember, declined, like, wasn't interested in the text messages that Stephanie Jones tried to give them to Leslie Sloan. She wasn't interested. So it appears Stephanie Jones went through Ashley, Ashley Avignoni, who's a friend with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively. And Ashley is the one that either convinced Blake or got the text messages to Blake. But it appears Ashley may have been a middleman or some sort of messenger with Stephanie Jones and Blake Lively. And somehow Blake Lively became privy to these messages, which is. Then it appears her legal team drafted up this lawsuit through Van Zan. Again, Blake Lively's seemingly shell company, because it didn't have much operations done outside of some furniture purchases for what appears to have been a Taylor Swift music video that Blake Lively directed. So text messages appear to have gotten into Blake Lively's hands, or at least she became aware of them in late August. Then she's asking Sony and Taylor Swift around the same time to discard information. Then Van Zan, Blake Lively, shell company, files this lawsuit for a contract dispute, but doesn't name who the contract dispute is with and doesn't name a single defendant. The lawsuit was against 10 Jane John does, so 10 random people. We don't know who they are. For a contract dispute, which doesn't make any sense because Van Zan never had any contracts that they should have been disputing. We haven't seen what that contract may or may not have been, number one. And number two, if you have a contract dispute with somebody, you know who you have a contract dispute with. You have a contract that you signed. And if the contract is executed, then it has two parties. So whoever is signatures on the Other side of that contract is who you list as the defendant in the lawsuit. You can say you know Random Company, LLC and 10 Jane or John does, but you at least know Random Company, LLC that you're suing for. Right? Doesn't make any sense. So this is when things started to get shady. It feels like September is when things really started to get shady. Then we know that Taylor Swift had the meeting with Ronan Farrow. Next thing you know it, come October, that's when we start to hear that. Or at least according to the metadata on the New York Times website, that's when it appears the New York Times had begun working on this entire we can bury anyone smear campaign article that was ultimately published in December of 2024. So it appears September was a very shady month for Blake Lively, because now we have actual proof and it's again contradictory to what Blake Lively is claiming. It's going to be crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Fifi says a shell company is a legally corporated business entity that exists primarily on paper, possesses no active business operations, significant assets or physical presence. That is correct. This is where likely becomes criminal. Yes. I don't think any criminal action will be held. I don't think Wayfair is going to use any of this information. I don't think there's going to be any spoliation motions against Lively, because I think if they were going to do that, that would have happened already and it hasn't happened yet. So I don't think that that will be moving forward. But if anything, they can use these very clear examples to attack Blake Lively's credibility. And I think that that will go far because it'll show. I mean, you have the birthing video that was completely miscategorized as pornographic. You have the dancing montage, which does not align with the objective, you know, point of view that you see on the footage. You have, I mean, a number. She says that Justin Baldoni described his genitalia to her, and it was because they were having a conversation about circumcision, where Beldoni, he was circumcised, but they were talking about her future baby boy and circumcision. And the judge even said that that was long before Baldoni was even her boss. Before they were official colleagues. They were. It was a friendly interaction. That was in Blake Lively's home. She welcomed Justin Baldoni in her home before production for the film had officially began. They weren't signed onto the film yet. He was not her employer at that time. And she still chose to Sign onto the film with him. If she was so concerned, she could have done something about that, and she didn't. And the judge was very clear in his ruling, which was 152 pages long, when he dismissed all of her sexual harassment claims or all of the 10 of her 13 claims, including sexual harassment and toxic work environment and defamation. When those claims were dismissed, the judge made it very clear that Justin Baldoni improvising kisses or, you know, moving his hand down her back while they're dancing. Like all of those things, There are certain creative liberties that can be taken on a film set. So. Sorry, Whale. Janelle, it ain't gonna stick. Not gonna happen. Sorry, lady. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry. Okay, Whale. Oh. Shane says spoliation instructions can be argued at the time of trial. That it. That is how it occurs in California. Spoliation can cause her case to be restricted. Possibly. I don't know. I feel like the Wayfarer parties have a very clear idea of how they plan to battle this out in court. And I think they're gonna go for the very simple. The simple strategy that's not overly complicated, and that's just to focus on just like, the retaliation. Right. Like, they've completely agreed to say, for the sake of trial, we will say that Blake Lively had. Had protected activity. It's a bit of a gamble, but it also severely limits what she can present in court and severely attacks her argument and whatever case she's planning to put out there. Okay. Thought they did appeal. They have not appealed yet. Copper mama. They are. They could appeal, but as of right now, I don't believe they have formally appealed yet. I believe they're waiting to see what happens at trial first, and then we'll. We'll see what happens. We shall see. Shout out. Let's give a little lure and a clear. We got a shout out to KFD64, who left a five star review on Apple Podcast says, love Zach. I love Zach's takes. Great podcast. Thank you. I appreciate you.
