And I've got a Nancy Bonet Ramsey update for for you. But not only that, there is so much that has come out in the last 48 hours. Brian Enten is speaking out. Savannah Guthrie is speaking out. Harvey Levin is dropping truth bombs about the FBI. What? Where is the lady? We're going to crack the code. Get ready for it. Let's dive in. This is no Filter with Zach Peter your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT Serve fresh all week long. Now let's dive in. What's up guys? Welcome on in. Welcome on in. Welcome on in. Everybody in the club. What's going on? I hope you guys had a great start to your week. A great Monday. I finished a great workout this morning you guys. I did. I did 250 squats. Well first I started with the 17 minute warmup on the StairMaster. Just a 17 minute warmup. Okay. I would have done a full 20. But my trainer's like, why are you even warming up on the stair climber? Like, I have a whole routine for you. And I was like, okay, whatever. I did on a level 10 on the stair climber for 17 minutes. Got my booty nice and tight. Then I did a total of 6 minutes of jump rope, but broken up into intervals of a minute and 75 seconds. A minute and 15 each. Did six minutes of jump rope. Then I did 250 squats. 120. Half of them were weighted and the other half were unweighted, but a total of 250 squats. I did a hundred pushups. I did 150 sit ups and weighted crunches. I did 25 tricep dips. I did a minute on the bike. Well, yeah, I did like a three minute. Three minute coast to, like, bring my heart rate down. And then I did a one minute sprint on the bike. And then I did three 30 second sprints on the tread with my highest at 12.1 miles per hour with a 3% incline. Booyah, baby.
Progressive Insurance Announcer
Booyah. Oh, yeah.

Oh, J. True says Zach, you your look like a Cristiano Ronaldo just scored a goal. Congrats. Oh, do I look like Cristiano Ronaldo? I don't think I look like Cristiano Ronaldo. Is he ugly? Oh, he's not ugly. Okay, that's nice. He's not ugly. Oh, he's kind of cute. I don't think I look like him, though. But he is cute. I don't think I look like him, though. Um, you're just like, all brown boys look alike. It's okay. It's better than people saying that I'm Asian. I saw your tread workout. That's why I'm late. I was watching your IG looking for you. Well, thank you. I'm glad you're here. Thank you for joining us. We have a lot to get at. Robin said. Where is the lady? Okay, listen, Robin, I crashed out on Instagram this morning because I saw Savannah Guthrie go on the Today show, which she uses the very frugally Mexican Italian here. Holla. She uses it very frugally. Yeah, Most people think I'm Asian, and I always have to correct people, and it's always like, you know, the racist woke white people that are just like, oh, typical Asian white dude. Da, da da, da, da. And I'm just like, okay, well, I'm not white or Asian, so lick my butthole. Anyway, speaking of buttholes, I watched. I watched the Today show this morning. And when I tell you it sent me into a rage, I spiraled. I did not one, but two videos that I posted, posted on Instagram and on TikTok about Nancy Benet Ramsey and Savannah Guthrie and this entire investigation. So it's officially been 142 days. And we'll go over everything because Brian Enten, he's come out and had some stuff to say. And then Harvey Levin, surprisingly, also had came out and he's revealing some stuff about his communication, I guess, with the FBI, which I thought was very strange that the FBI has said seemingly ghosted. And they don't really seem to have any new or any interesting updates about what's going on with Nancy. And then Savannah, you know, she's still out here trying to promote wordle. Mary Trotman says, I watched it and it still breaks my heart when she talks about it. Jade says, make sure you use it Tushy bidet before and after. Yes, we love the tushy bidet. I know I have to let my team know that you guys love tushy bidet so much that we can keep them. What happened with the DNA? Also, great questions. Okay, save all your questions. Cause we're getting into all these questions because none of the story makes sense. And the more information that we get, the less sense that it actually makes. Okay, but on that note, we're going to take a quick ad break and then we'll dive and then we'll watch what Savannah said this morning and then what Harvey Levin said yesterday and then the reports that Brian Enten has confirmed. But first, starting something new isn't just hard, it's downright terrifying. So much work goes into this thing that you're not entirely sure will work out. And it can be hard to make that leap of faith. Trust me, I know. When I started this podcast, I wasn't even sure what I was doing. What if no one listens? What if I make a fool of myself? And you know, there have been times I've made a fool of myself. Now I know I was right for believing in myself and launching my podcast despite all of the fears and all of the hesitations. Do you actually know what's in the supplements that you take every day? I don't know about you, but I know for me I got caught up in that cycle of being like, oh, the Internet says take this, take that, take this. And then I was taking this cocktail of different supplements and I didn't actually know what was quality and what was junk. The supplement industry has some major trust problems because brands aren't legally required to prove what's on the label is actually in the product. Which is why I partnered with my Momentous. They built the Momentous standard which means they use high quality ingredients, science backed formulations and rigorously test every product. It's why they're trusted by over 200 pro athletes and teams and it's why I trust their creatine. You know, I've been a fan of creatine. Okay, so let's see first I guess to kick it off I'll recap you on what has gone on. There were multiple reports that were Coming out, looks like over the weekend, but Mostly yesterday, Monday, June 22, there were multiple reports that there was one of the ransom notes. Remember? I guess there are two that we're sticking with that we're saying are legit, and there are two that the family seemed to have responded to in their videos when Nancy Guthrie first went missing. Now it's being reported that one of those notes had some very key details about Nancy and where she was buried. And now, originally, remember, they were asking for bitcoin. They. I believe it was $4 million in Bitcoin. Like, 4 million. The 4 million equivalent of bitcoin is what the alleged old lady snatchers were asking for originally in exchange for Nancy's return. Savannah never paid the bitcoin. Okay, got it. Then, remember, they upped it, and they're like, okay, well, now it's 6 million. And if you don't pay the 6 million by Monday, I think the original deadline was, like, Thursday of that week. And then they're like, okay, well, if you don't pay the 4 million, it goes up to 6 million. And we need the by Monday money by Monday, Randall. Right. And it was all to be paid in bitcoin. Savannah never paid the bitcoin. Then there were a flood of other notes that were coming to TMZ, and they claimed that they had the tea on Ms. Nancy. But they remember, they were like, oh, but we only want $100,000. And then they dropped it. They put her on clearance and, like, dropped the price. And they're like, oh, bogo sale. We'll give you another old lady for free. Kidding. But so there was this other third party that kept emailing Harvey Levin at tmz, remember? And they were like, you're not taking me serious. I have real information. I know who's behind it. I know where Nancy's at, yada, yada, yada. And then at first they were like, actually, you know, I think they dropped it to, like, 40,000. But they're like, but you can pay me 20 upfront. And then once there's an actual arrest or you find the body, then you can pay me the other half. Like, they were willing to do payment plans with the family, and the family was still like, nah, we're good. Which is just weird, right? But now, if you'll remember, fast forward a little bit. Savannah, when she finally came out, I believe it was, what, two months in, when she was getting ready to return to the today show, she sat down for an exclusive interview with Hoda Kotb, right? Told Us, Absolutely nothing. It was three parts. They extended it over the course of three different days. But did we get any new information? No, other than, you know, understandably, she's heartbroken, she's sad, she's, you know, a mess, given that her mother is missing and presumably dead at this point. But there was no confirmation of that. We kind of, like, were putting pieces together, but they never outright came out and said that she had passed on or that they knew that she was dead. If anything, Sheriff Nanos was giving us these interviews where he was like, he believed that she was still alive. And we were all just like, what do you mean you believed that she was still alive? Like, she's an old lady that needs medication. How is she still alive? And Sheriff's like, well, there's no proof of death, so therefore she could still be alive. And so we were like, okay, well, that's confusing. So is she alive? Is she not alive? Like, what information do you have? What information are you not telling us? Like, what the heck is going on? And all Savannah's ever told us is that she's heartbroken and. Call the FBI. Call the FBI. Call the F.B.I. And I'm just like, call the FBI with what? I saw somebody on my Instagram comments this morning was like, call the FBI and tell them, hi, FBI. Nancy's not in my house. Thank you. Like, at this point, like, what are we calling the FBI for anyway? So two original notes asking for the bitcoin. Bitcoin never paid. Nancy never returned. Flood of new messages come in to Harvey Levin at TMZ about having information, wanting to give up the information, but being afraid to. To share that information. And also saying they didn't trust the FBI. That move, that never went anywhere. Nobody, presumably nobody paid anything. I remember at that time, I was like, why didn't TMZ pay? TMZ should have just paid. Now, Savannah did her interview. Yada, yada, yada. She believes 2 of the ransom notes are real even though she never paid them. Got it. Well, this new report has come out claiming that the second note that came into the family confirmed that Nancy Guthrie had accidentally died. Right. Shocker. You kidnapped. Kidnapped with air quotes. Kidnapped a sick 84 year old woman who needed medication. Like, what did you think was gonna happen? You were just gonna return her and she was gonna be good with, like, you know, perfect blood pressure? Like, no. Like, what? How long did you think you were gonna be able to keep her away from her family? She's a feeble old lady. Old ladies and newborn babies. Like, you don't kidnap those because it's too much of a liability, which is why the whole kidnapping story never made sense from the beginning. It just didn't make any logical sense. But so now the report is that she was buried with nature, that she had passed on, and she was buried with nature. That's the claim. Right. And so Brian Enten, he's the one. He was with News Nation. I believe he's still with News Nation, but he now has his own, like, YouTube show, and he's been covering this extensively. He's confirmed that detail, that Nancy was buried with nature. That's specifically what the report claims the second ransom note said. And that's why, if you'll remember some of the wording in, you know, in the video with the family, they were like, we understand. Presumably, we understand that she has passed on. We want to celebrate with her. And we assumed that meant with her body. We want to lay her to rest. You know, we wanted to celebrate her life with her as an. A celebration of life rather than like a funeral. So just like, some of the wording that I remember picking up on at the time being like, okay, it kind of sounds like maybe they know that Nancy is dead, like, they understand she passed on. But we never got any confirmation of any of these details. Right? And now here we are, four months later, 142 days later, and we just have this report that came out. Brian Enten looked into it, has some sources and claims his sources can vouch that that second note did say those things. But. But then, alternatively, Harvey Levin has come out, and he's claiming that none of the letters that they received confirmed that Nancy had actually died. There was no mention of Nancy being dead. Like, maybe it was kind of like, well, presumably we know where the body is, but like, there was no confirmation of that, which is strange and unclear who any of these characters are that are sending all of these letters. We know somebody was arrested for sending in a fake letter, but there was only one person that was arrested for sending in a fake letter. The rest never were found. We couldn't trace an IP address, even though this was all coming in through emails. Weird. And furthermore, Harvey Levin is spilling more details on that third guy that was claiming that he had information, the one that was like, I'll give you the info on the old lady snatchers if you pay me $100,000. And then again, he did lower the price. But now Harvey is saying that TMZ reached out to the FBI. Not only have they been in, had they Been in communication and were giving the FBI all this information. But Harvey is claiming that they had reached out to the FBI, claiming that they were willing to pay the guy this money. And there were multiple calls that went to the FBI, and the FBI basically just ghosted him. And a lot of people are like, well, duh, how do you take tmz? Seriously? Like, TMZ is a joke. Tmz. But if TMZ is willing to pay and the family's not, then, yeah, let's fucking pay the money and get some fucking answers. Where's this lady at? Like, at this point, I'm getting pissed off because I'm just like, where is the urgency? And Savannah, as much as I want to, like, my heart aches. Seen her go on the Today show and cry about her. Well, tears. Well, you know, see her cry about her missing mother. Like, as much as that, like, I want to feel for her, I'm also like. But, like, what are you doing? Like, Annie and Tommaso have just been in hiding for months now. Like, they. Nobody's seen them. They've been underground in a bunker somewhere. You know, nobody knows where they're at. Nobody gets any updates on them. Cameron is completely MIA, the brother. I just. It's so weird. The FBI's ghosting him. Sheriff Harvey's. Or not Sheriff Harvey. Sheriff Nanos has seemed to have gone underground. He's mia. Like, it just feels like nobody wants to find this lady. Like, where? Again, where is the lady? Where is Nancy Guthrie? It's truly the story of Nancy b' Nai Ramsey. But, okay, let's see. Astrid says, if Nancy's dead, why doesn't the kidnapper say where she is so that the family can give her a beautiful funeral? I don't understand any of it exactly. Like, there's no. Like, yeah, I agree. Like, at this point, what does it matter to you? Like, just let them know where she's at. Like, but also, why take her to begin with? Like, the whole stealing of the old lady doesn't make any sense at all. Who kidnaps an old lady and then holds her for ransom? What. In what world does that make any sense? I always said that I thought the media attention is ultimately what kind of exacerbated this. Whatever the original plan was, it had to have gone rogue because there was way too much media attention and reporters and YouTubers and people that were covering it that, like, they lost the plot at some point. But here, let's watch the videos because there's a lot to get into there. And I just oyve. I don't even know where to begin. But really quickly, let's have a quick ad break and then we'll watch Savannah's reaction and what Harvey said in in his full context. But first, we've all been there. Okay, so this first clip is Savannah's reaction to the news. This is on the Today show. She's sitting on the panel. This is after the report has come out about the second note revealing that her mother had passed on. Even though again, they never disclosed this to the public. And even here she still doesn't seem to confirm that her mother that they understand or know that Nancy Guthrie has passed on. Okay, here we go.
Savannah Guthrie
To ask people to really to beg people to come forward. Somebody knows something. We are in agony. We cannot be at peace. No matter how much I try to come out here every day and smile and find that joy. And I will. I promise I will. This is a moment to tell you that we need your help. We're begging for your help. To ask people to really to beg people to come forward. Somebody knows something. We are in agony. We cannot be at peace. No matter how much I try to come out here every day and smile and find that joy. And I will. I promise I will. This is a moment to tell you that we need your help. We're begging for your help.
Zach Peter
You're begging for our help, but you're not giving us anything to help you. And I don't mean to come across as is non empathetic because my heart does break for her in this family. But it's like the family is not telling us something. The family is not being honest with us about something. They know more than they're leading on. And I feel like if they were able to give the public more details in the beginning, we may be able to have helped crack this code by now. The public has been instrumental in trying to help solve crimes in the past and they have been. But. And also with the amount of attention that you had from the YouTubers and the TikTokers and the reporters that were on the ground, like you had the news outside of your mother's house every single day. Not only did you have the news outside of her house every single day, you are the news. You have NBC behind you. Are you kidding me? You mean to tell me that if you didn't Call up your producers at the Today show and say, I'm willing to go on live television every single day. Time is of the essence. Let's find my mother. Let's bring her home. This is a rescue mission, and we are going to bring her home. Call producers what they will, what you want, but one thing they're gonna do is exploit a story for ratings. And if Savannah gave them the green light to put her on the news every single day, guess what? We wouldn't be watching all the YouTubers doing their live streams. We would be glued to the Today show every single day to see what update Savannah was going to share with the public, all what details we were going to get about this. She is gatekeeping everything. She hasn't given us any details. She just keeps saying, call the FBI. Call the FBI. Call with what? What are we calling them to tell them? Okay, do, do, do, do, do. Hi, FBI. I'm calling to let you know the information that I have. Which one is nothing but two? Just so you know, I checked under my bed. Nancy's not there. Okay, thank you. Like, what the fuck are we supposed to do calling the FBI? Like, no, clearly, the compassion that you were trying to get from these people that took your mother, it ain't gonna. Like, you're not gonna get that from them. You're not gonna break that wall at this point. So at this point, why keep gatekeeping everything? And people are like, well, it's an ongoing investigation. The FBI is looking into it, but it's like, clearly they haven't found anything, so what good is their information doing us? What happened to the hair? What happened to the DNA? What happened to all the gloves? That's the most that they had was, you know, all the OJ Gloves that they were finding all around town, that led to nothing. And then they found the hair, and it was a half a hair. And then they had to look into whose hair it belonged to. And we never got any real update on that. Which also, even if it was, if we look at this like a traditional crime, right, usually you look at the people around the subject. Who are the people surrounding Nancy Guthrie in this case, you would think, could it been a caretaker, couldn't have been a family member? Could it have been somebody that was her driver? Like, you would think it's somebody close to her, because traditionally, statistically, pattern wise, in a crime like this, it's somebody within the inner circle. Then you look back to that night. The last people that she was known to have seen were Annie and Tommaso. Tommaso drove her home, he let her walk in by herself, and then, poof, she disappeared. And that's just the story that we're supposed to believe. We're not allowed to question it. We're not allowed to poke into the holes on that. We're not allowed to get any more details that could debunk that story. God forbid they give us any details that proves that Annie and Tommaso weren't involved, which only makes them look even more suspicious. But then they're in hiding. We don't see them at all. It's very, very strange. It's very strange. And I'm tired of people saying that I'm not being empathetic because I'm not just buying this story. That doesn't make any fucking sense at all. At all. This is what Harvey Levin had to say. Here, let me switch this up so we can play Harvey's clip.
Harvey Levin
I want to talk about Nancy Guthrie and some communications I've had with the FBI that I haven't talked about until now. But I want to start with these reports that this ransom letter that we received kind of apologizes to Savannah Guthrie and her family for the kidnapping and that Nancy was no longer alive. That was not in the ransom note that we received. It is not in that ransom note at all. It does say that she's scared, but okay. But the ransom note makes no reference to Nancy Guthrie either dying or the kidnappers apologizing. Now, there is a reference to Nancy Guthrie not being alive anymore, but that is from the person who sent us multiple emails saying that he knows or knew where Nancy Guthrie was and where the kidnappers were, and he wanted money in return for information. We passed that along to the FBI, as we did the ransom note. But this person kept sending us emails. And early on, he said, time is of the essence. And then a few days after the kidnapping, he said, time is no longer of the essence, meaning she wasn't alive. So that's where that came from. Not the people who kidnapped her, but from the person who was sending us these notes. Now, that person wanted effectively $100,000. He actually reduced it at some point, but that's what he wanted in return for giving information about the whereabouts of Nancy Guthrie or her remains. And the kidnapper. This person also said that he was afraid that he might be implicated. He had a burglary on his record from, I think he said, 11 years before. And apparently he knew these kidnappers well enough that he was afraid he might be implicated. He also said he wanted to Go underground, Which is why he needed the money, because he was afraid that they would exact revenge on him for blowing the whistle on the kidnappers. So the FBI never paid that money or never got the Guthrie family to pay the money to the. To the person who was sending us these letters, these emails. I will tell you that the FBI did put around $270 in the Bitcoin account of the kidnappers. And we knew that we were asked not to talk about that while all this was going on, but they wanted to see if they could trace that person. They couldn't. As for this other person, the FBI took it seriously. They felt, at least in my communications with them and I had numerous communications, they felt that this person might indeed know. For some reason, they never paid or never asked the Guthrie family why, hey, that person for information leading to the identity of the kidnappers and Nancy Guthrie's remains.

I was always confused about that, because I'm a skeptical guy. But I. There's something about those emails that made me believe that this guy may well have known who the kidnappers were. And the reason I say that is that initially he said in the first letter, he said, time is of the essence, meaning, you better hurry up. I can tell you where she is. But then the next day, he wrote, time is no longer of the essence. If somebody is scamming and wants to get money, why would they say time is no longer of the essence? You want to say, no, time is still of the essence. So you can get the money and make people feel that it's urgent to pay it for him to say it's no longer of the essence. To me, it felt more truthful because he was taking away the urgency to pay the money. So I always had this gnawing sense that he might be indeed legit. But for some reason, the FBI never pulled the trigger to pay the money. So around three weeks ago, I called the FBI back. I hadn't heard from them in a while. And I said, look, I have. It's been gnawing at me for a long time that there's something about this guy that felt legit. And I said, look, what if TMZ does a documentary and that we try and get in touch with this guy and even pay the money, and if he takes us to the location, then you get resolution. The Guthrie family gets resolution. And if he scams us, he scams us. But I just had this real feeling that it might be real, but we didn't want to interfere with the investigation. So the contact I had at the FBI said, look, that's interesting. Let us get back to you. And I talked to him a few days later, and he said, well, it's something they're looking into. And I thought, okay, fine. And then a week passed, and I called back and left a message, and usually my messages were responsive, where they would call back, and I got nothing back. And I've called a half a dozen times since over the last couple of weeks, and I've gotten nothing back. For some reason, the FBI has gone radio silent on me. And we have had ongoing discussions because we've tried to be helpful over the many months now that this has been going on, but they ghosted me. And I don't know what that's about, but I've kind of not talked about it. But at some point, I just want to put it out there that, you know, this felt like maybe we could do some good. And for some reason, the FBI has gone radio silent. I don't understand it. I'm not suggesting that the FBI is doing anything wrong because they've really tried to solve this. But it's just curious to me that this one guy who sent us, I think, around a dozen emails. It's just somebody that I felt knew something, but for whatever reason, this is all kind of evaporated into thin air.

Crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Like you. You have somebody that's willing to pay for. And, like, also, why not let them pay? I mean, I get it. Maybe you don't want to give them the green light. But, like, at this point, if Harvey. Somebody said, I can't stand Harvey. He seems slimy to me. But listen, he. At this point, of all the people that are talking to the public, I trust Harvey Levin the most. That's saying a lot, right? That is saying a lot. But when Savannah tells us nothing, Nanos tells us nothing, FBI tells us nothing. Nobody's given us any updates on this, any. Even when Savannah came onto the Today show, right? The clip that we just watched a little before, even then, Savannah didn't confirm or deny the report. She said, I think in the full. The full clip of Savannah, she says that, you know, she's like, I'm not involved in this. I, you know, haven't commented on this before. And it's like, yeah, that's the problem. Like, why? Why not? Like, at this point, clearly the strategy that you guys have is not working, because it's been four months. It's been 142 days. There's been absolutely no new details. There's been nothing that you've provided the public, but you're still asking the public to help, which, again, just makes absolutely no sense because it's, like, why? Like, what is it that you're trying to hide? What is, like, where? Like, I just. It's crazy. But also the fact that, like, she doesn't even want to confirm whether or not that's what the note said or didn't say say is strange, right? Like, am I crazy? Did I just fall out of a coconut tree? None of the details make any sense. Right, because from what we've heard so far, it's that Nancy was taken from her home after Tommaso dropped her off at home. Right. She ubered to Annie and Tommaso's house. They had dinner. Tommaso drops her off at home, leaves her alone by herself to walk in through the garage. Doesn't walk her in, doesn't check on her, none of that. Right. Even though Savannah has said on a good day, Nancy couldn't even walk by herself to go get the mail. All right, that makes sense. Okay. She goes to bed, at some point in the night, she gets snatched up. Her pacemaker stops working. Okay, got it. And then the back doors were wide open. So we assume that the old lady snatcher, alleged old lady snatcher, came in from the back doors, took her, but for whatever reason, didn't take her out the back doors. And they seem to have taken her out the front doors where the cameras were taken. Okay, so we knew that there were cameras, but yet we decided to go in through the back door. And we'd left the back doors wide open, but the inside of the house was clean. But yet, despite leaving the back doors open, which is a sloppy move, and the inside of the house clean. And then the front porch had blood drops. And the blood drops didn't have a footprint. The blood drops didn't have any smear marks that you know of, like carrying a body or moving the body. Like, they were just convenient little blood drops that went from the porch to the driveway. That's. Okay. Well, that's all the information we got there. And then the blood drops, the trace disappears. Nobody knows what happened to her after that point. Like, at that point, it was just, poof, gone, ladies, aliens came and took her. Nobody knows what happened. Nobody knows who took her. Nobody knows anything. And that's all we have. Back doors wide open, front door closed, cameras taken down, weird drops of blood only on the front porch. Inside of the house is clean. And if any of those details are incorrect, the sheriff or the FBI could have very easily come out and corrected any of that. Being like, there's misinformation going out. We want to correct the record. Here's the correct timeline. Here are the details that we do know. Do you want the public's help or not? Because public was ready. They were locked in and loaded, and you were gatekeeping all the information. And. And to this day, you're gatekeeping all the information. So many people are like, it's a mystery. They're trying to solve the mystery. Okay, we'll call in Scooby Doo, because clearly they're not able to crack this code. I just. It doesn't make sense to me. Cosmic says, why didn't they let the public search? Did they give an answer to that? No. All we know is Nanos was saying that they didn't have search permits. Special KKS says, why wouldn't Tommaso help her into the house? That makes me. That makes sense. Me sus of him. And they didn't pick her up. Also weird. I think Annie and Tommasa were done taking care of her and wanted some money. Crime con brain. I'm. Well, here's the thing again. It's always. And I'm not trying to incriminate anybody, obviously, the show is for entertainment purposes only. Allegedly. I'm not accusing anybody of committing any crimes. I'm just saying when you look at patterns of crimes like this, it's usually somebody close to the subject. That's what it typically is. You know, where's the footage of her leaving? Nobody knows. There's no footage of her ever leaving the house. There's no footage of her even coming home. Because again, she went through the garage, not through the front door, which may be a thing that she normally does. We don't know. That's another question that we never got an answer to. It's like, does she normally go in through the garage? Because then that wouldn't be weird, and I wouldn't be asking questions about that. You know, thanks for being real, Zach. Nobody wants to be fucking real. Everybody has these questions on their mind, but everybody's like, oh, no, we don't want to. That's mean. That's a lack of empathy. You can have empathy and also say, hey, this situation's really fucking sus. You know, like, my heart breaks for this family. But also I feel like this family's playing with me. Why is this family not giving us any information? Why are Annie and Tommaso in hiding? Why won't Savannah give us Any new details? Why won't she confirm or deny the reports that are coming out? But yet she tune in to wordle on NBC like, what the fuck? Like, I'm sorry, what? And. And. And we're just supposed to be like, oh, no, give her a break. Her mom's missing. Yeah, her mom's missing. Shouldn't we focus on trying to find her? And all we get every once in a while is, like, a teary clip of her on the Today show being like, call the FBI if you have any information. What? Like, it's truly wild to me. It's just. It makes no sense. Nika. And Nick says maybe Nancy will appear during the wordle premiere. Surprise. We found lady. Could you imagine if the lady comes up and she ends up being alive? I'm gonna have even more damn questions, okay? More questions. Courtney says more questions. Very little info. Yeah, and the more questions we ask, the more they just want the story to go away. What? Libby says it's almost always someone close to the victim. Exactly. Exactly. Cadaver dogs, The Cajun Navy, and every other search group that offered. No one has been doing a surge. Grids even closed the area that she was abducted from. So many people have wanted to come out and help crack this code. And every time, anybody. Harvey Levin's willing to pay the money. Nope. Cajun Navy's willing to come out and bring out the cadaver dogs to go looking for the body. Nope. It's like every time there's an opportunity to help the investigation. Nope. And then Savannah doesn't even entertain those. Right. Last time we heard, she hasn't even spoken to Brian Enten, which is also fucking weird. This is the one dude that's working the hardest boots on the ground to try and get information about your mother, and you can't even give him a simple thank you? A simple phone call? A simple anything. Like, are you kidding me? And you have the Cajun Navy that wants to come out and help find your mom. You have Harvey Levin, who's willing to pay this dude that you're not willing to pay, even though I'm pretty sure you got a lot more money than Harvey. And nothing like that makes no sense to me. None. None. Zach, do you have a log degree? You seem to know a lot. I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but no, I don't have a law degree. Elle says it is 99% of the time. Someone you know. And where are the over receipt, the Uber receipts? I don't know. The most we have. That is Cleared Annie and Tommaso is Nanos's word. Bananos also told us that there's a chance that Nancy could be alive, which, again, makes zero sense with the new report claiming the second ransom note claims that Nancy's buried with nature. Okay, but yet Savannah told Hoda that she believes that that ransom note and the first ransom note, that those two. She believes that those are real. Won't tell us why. She believes that those are real. Won't tell us why she didn't pay the ransom note. Hoda didn't ask any follow up. Any fucking follow up questions. Not a single real follow up question. When any other reporter in that instance would have absolutely asked the hard questions and the follow up questions. It was the. It's the most softball interview they could have ever done, understandably, because they keep saying the Today show is a family. Okay, fine. Family protects family. Any producer on that show knows that the interview that they did with Savannah is not the interview that they would have done with any other random person. That was in Savannah's shoes. Savannah had power. She didn't want to be pushed. She didn't want to be asked the hard questions. They protected her. Any producer on that show would have known that. And I do know that because T. I've talked to producers at the Today show. I've talked to producers at NBC off the record. I've spoken to them, okay? I know the sentiment behind the scenes on what's going on on that show. Okay? T. T, everybody has questions. It's way too suspicious. And for whatever reason, we're protecting Savannah. And I get it. I. I wouldn't have these questions, and I wouldn't be pushing as hard if it didn't feel like they were playing in our faces. And with the lack of information, the lack of answers to these questions, and I know that there are people that are like, well, why should we demand answers? It's none of our business. It became the world's business. We were hooked in on this. You had an army of people wanting to go out and find Nancy. An army. Ready, locked and loaded, ready to go. And you activated nothing. You could have been on the Today show every single day. I'm sure they would have given you a two minute segment every single day. And like I said, all eyes would have been glued to NBC watching the Today show. None of that was ever activated. So sorry. It's suspicious to me. Like the morning show, Buried bodies and no one asks questions. Yep, that better be season five of the morning show. Alex Levy's dad Better go missing. That. That better be. The storyline for the next season of the Today show is that someone's mother goes missing. Nobody will send a note saying, nancy is with nature. That was weird, right? Zach is connected. Yeah. I mean, it's just. Why would you want to interrogate a victim whose mother was kidnapped? Because that's your job. Your job. Again, they would have done it to any other person if it wasn't Savannah Guthrie. Why would you interrogate somebody? What? That's like asking the police or the investigators. Why would you grill people close to the subject? Because it usually is somebody close to the subject in a crime. Every single domestic dispute. I mean, hello, there's a reason there's a show called Snapped. Usually you don't just kill people at random. Like, sure, you have random serial killers, but, like, that's such an outlier in comparison to the. Who's actually committing these crimes. The fact that you even asked me that question in the live chat of, like, why would you grill the woman who lost her mother? Because there are no answers. That's the thing. And it's becoming more and more suspicious. And again, part of doing your job is to get to the truth and to ask the. The uncomfortable questions. That's part of being a reporter. That's part of reporting the news is getting to the truth. Tabitha says Savannah needs to be interviewed somewhere other than the Today show. I mean, I don't think I want to be clear. I really don't think Savannah did anything. I think she. I do have a hunch. That's just my gut feeling that she knows what happened, and that's why she's so passively able to move on. I think she's somebody that's grieving, but not somebody that feels like her mother is lost in the world. Right. I feel like she's somebody. Her behavior, to me, is somebody that lost her mother four months ago and is trying to move forward with her life because she's grieving the loss of her mother, not somebody whose mother is still missing with no answers. Could you imagine being four months into this? Your mother is missing. You have no answers. Nobody's willing to give you any answers. Everybody's wanting to help you. You're refusing all of this help around you. Make that make sense. Like, honestly, make that make sense. Because if you keep assuming the killer is one person, then the real killer is still out there or the kidnappers or whatever. I don't think it was one person. It clearly couldn't have just been one person. But that's how we're treating is there's this one person that kidnapped her and is keeping her and knows where she's at. Anyone else would have been. Yeah. Anyone else would have been asked those questions. The only reason people are feeling differently about it is because they happen to know who Savannah Guthrie is. And she's wholesome. And that wholesome image is what is tainting people from being able to ask the uncomfortable questions or to connect the dots of the pieces that aren't making sense. Cosmic says if my mom was missing, make I'd make the police cry if they acted like nanos. Right. She may not have done it, but she's helping cover it up. See, Wendy, that's kind of where my gut is leaning is I feel like she knows something. And again, I've always said, who has the means and who has the motive? Savannah has the means. She has the connections. Right. She knows the senator over in Arizona. She seemed to have had a pretty close relationship with sheriff nanos. From what we understood, it seemed like she was able to get nanos to do whatever she wanted him to do, whether that was to downplay the story or clear the family or whatever. Because there was no evidence that actually came out that supported nanos statement that the family was unilaterally cleared, even though 24 hours before that, he had given an interview saying nobody had been cleared. And then suddenly he gets pressure from someone to release this statement that unilaterally cleared everybody, when again, there's still no lady. Where's the lady? Gone. Missing. No answers. But yet we're clearing people. What? That doesn't make any sense. Find the body. Find out what happened to the body, and then you can start backtracking and clearing people. Start tracing those steps back to what happened that night. But again, means and motive. Savannah has the means. She's got. Not only does she have the money, but she has a husband who was a cleaner for the Clintons. He worked in cleaning up scandals. She has the senator who she called very early on. She had sheriff nanos who was willing to do whatever she wanted to support her. And then the motive she has, if. If it was somebody close to Nancy, I would assume maybe a family member, maybe a friend who knows how close she was to them. I would think that there would be a motive to protect them. Whether, you know, you're upset that they did it or not. I don't think that it was intentional. I think it was absolutely an accidental death. I think she accidentally died. She wasn't meant to die. But whatever happened Whether it was a heat of the moment situation or we were trying to spook her and something went wrong, I don't know. Again, details and answers we don't have. But if it was somebody close to Nancy, like a sibling or a relative, that would be a means to protect them. Because even if you don't like them, that's your own reputation. Imagine if you then become the woman whose sister was involved in getting rid of their mom. That's not something you want out there publicly. Right. Your own reputation becomes on the line, and then your career goes on the line, and then your paycheck goes on the line. You have a family decision support, even though her husband does do really well. So, yeah, it's like the one person with the means and the motive to protect would have been Savannah Guthrie. And the fact that she's gatekeeping so much information starts to add more and more suspicion around her. And until they start giving people answers, answers that actually make sense. Sorry, but that's where, you know, that's where it's going. Why has she not called Harvey? Why did their family not spend a single moment searching for her? I have been hiking around the desert 24 7. If it was my mom. Yeah, Melissa, I mean, I agree with you. I agree. You know, so, yeah. Why did their family not. I. Yeah. Why didn't she call Harvey Levin? Why hasn't she spoken to tmz? Why hasn't she spoken to Brian Enten? Like, those are two people that have been, like, fully boots on the ground trying to help solve this case, and yet we have nothing. Why did the family not spend a single moment searching for her? Great question. I don't know. Yeah, Open mind says, I'm tired. I'm sick of misinformation being spread on YouTube. What is the misinformation that is being spread on YouTube? Alex has a slang name for you that he called Brian Enten. Goodbye.
Savannah Guthrie
Who?
Zach Peter
What? What is the slang name for me? Somebody asked, who does the super chats go to? Super chats go to me. Yeah. I don't know what the misinformation is. Here's the thing. We have no information. That's the thing. People get information that they don't like, and then they. They call it misinformation just because you don't like the information. And listen, information can also change and evolve, right? Like, information comes out as new details come out, and sometimes it can be corrected later down the line or not. But this whole misinformation is such a subjective term that nobody even knows what it means anymore. Was it the annual kidnapping game gone wrong? No, I don't think it was the annual kidnapping game gone wrong. That's in reference to. What was it their cut. Their aunt or cousin who wrote. Savannah wrote a book about her cousin that would. They would do pretend kidnappings. She would kidnap us for this. She would fake kidnap us for the summer. They would like, you know. Do you think she doesn't want to say that she believes Nancy is dead because. Because she thinks people won't search. There's still a body to find. I think at this point, we can all kind of assume so. Yeah. Not Savannah. Nancy wrote. Nancy didn't write the book. Savannah wrote the book. It seems like YouTubers are the only ones getting any information. If you don't like it, then ignore it. Yeah. But also, like, Brian Enten's done a great job. I think he's got blinders on. Because I don't think he's looking at the people around Nancy and her inner circle. And I do think he's got some blinders on there. I don't understand why people have such blinders when it comes to the Guthrie family. Because to me, when you give me concrete, hard evidence other than Sheriff Nanos's word, which to me means nothing until you give me some good, hardcore, concrete evidence, I'm willing to say that I was wrong and be like, you know what? That checks out. But I don't think they have that, if we're being honest. Elle says the Christina Morris case was a good indicator of what family does when you have a loved one who's gone missing. Search and search. I mean, we've seen stories of people that have started search groups on Facebook that have searched for years and years and years and years and years. That's what's so crazy to me. So I don't know. There isn't anything out there. So people question. Yeah. Yep. Dina says. Yep. If. If I don't agree, it's Ms. Then it's misinformation. Exactly. They're like, I don't like that. I don't like what you're saying. Misinformation. It's like. Or I can just have a opinion that. That, too. You know, I've recently discovered you and enjoy your reporting. Your teeth are so pretty, it's distracting. Thank you. I actually, first of all, thank you for that. Cause I just got my. I finally finished with my teeth. I have to give a shout out to Dr. Gabe Rosenthal. Cause I just saw him Monday. Yeah. Oh, God. Today's Only Tuesday? Yeah, I just saw him yesterday Tuesday. Cause I had to have four teeth removed. And then we had to, like, completely reconstruct my bottom jaw and straighten my teeth. And then I had a dental implant put in. And so finally all of my dental work is done. And, yes, I'm very happy with my teeth. If you look at my old videos, you'll see my teeth were jacked. But thank you for appreciating my smile, Dr. Gabe Rosenthal. I do want to whiten them a little bit, though. I just feel like they're a little dull. And I don't know if that's, like, me being insecure or me being, like, too in this world in la, where everybody just has, like, white Chiclet veneers. My teeth are real, though. I just want to be very clear. My teeth are all real and they have, like, you know, little bits of them that I feel like make them look real and give them a little bit of charm. But Dina says. And you're backing up your opinion with logic and explaining it. Thank you. Thank you. Special KKS says your teeth look very white. They look great. I feel like that might just be the lighting that makes them look white, because I just feel like they could be, like, a shade or two whiter. But again, I don't know. I don't want to look like those crazy people with the fake veneers where they have, like, those super white teeth and they just look unnatural. But thank you guys for appreciating my teeth. Listen, and they're all real. These are all my real teeth. Like, I'm very proud because I want it. I was considering getting veneers. I wanted to. I was thinking about it and I'm actually glad I didn't. And I stuck with my naturals. We are the only ones who care about Nancy and that she is found. But the people who are supposed to be looking for Nancy aren't looking. Not only are they not looking, but they, like, don't want other people to look either. Like, they don't.
Savannah Guthrie
They.
Zach Peter
It's like, stay away. Don't ask questions. Don't look into this any further. And it's like, but why? Why? Tabitha says thank you for always keeping us updated and keeping us laughing. Thank you. Thank you, Tabitha. I appreciate that. Thank you for the super chat, my love. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I'll let them drop the links in the chat for you below if you want to support our mods. I mean, I never ask you guys for, like, donations or super chats. I'm always very grateful for them. No Filter with Zack Peter — Episode Summary
Episode: Day 142: Nancy Guthrie Update — Savannah Speaks Out, But Where is the Lady?!
Date: June 23, 2026
Host: Zack Peter
Notable Guests/Contributors: Savannah Guthrie (clip), Harvey Levin (clip), Brian Enten (report reference)
Main Focus: 142 days after Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance—updates, media involvement, family actions, ransom notes, law enforcement silence, and mounting public skepticism.
Zack Peter delivers a fiery, unfiltered deep-dive into the ongoing disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, now missing for 142 days. He evaluates recent reports about ransom notes, the Guthrie family’s guarded media strategy, conflicting information coming from journalists, and what he perceives as a lack of urgency or transparency from law enforcement and the family. With signature candor and dark humor, Zack calls out the mounting inconsistencies and public frustration surrounding the case.
Reports now claim the second ransom note stated Nancy had “accidentally died” and was “buried with nature.”
Brian Enten (NewsNation) corroborates that some sources saw this burial claim in a ransom note.
Harvey Levin, however, disagrees—he says no note delivered to TMZ confirmed death; such claims came from third-party emailers, not the supposed kidnappers ([29:05]).
Harvey Levin [29:05]:
"...the ransom note makes no reference to Nancy Guthrie either dying or the kidnappers apologizing... [that] came from the person who sent us multiple emails..."
Harvey details his efforts to work with the FBI and family to pay off those offering information—FBI and family declined, and the FBI has since gone “radio silent.”
Harvey Levin [33:55]:
"...for whatever reason, the FBI has gone radio silent on me... this felt like maybe we could do some good."
Sheriff Nanos initially floated the idea that Nancy could still be alive, despite her age and illness—adding to public confusion.
Investigators found little: “OJ gloves” scattered around town, a partial hair, blood drops on the porch, but no clear evidence or explanation.
Repeated efforts by outside search groups (Cajun Navy, cadaver dog teams) and media personalities (Brian Enten, Harvey Levin) to help were rebuffed.
"The FBI's ghosting. Sheriff Harvey’s... Sheriff Nanos has seemed to have gone underground. He's mia. Like, it just feels like nobody wants to find this lady." — Zack Peter [25:09]
Zack repeatedly notes that, statistically, crimes like these tend to involve someone close to the victim.
Points out unexplained behaviors on the night Nancy vanished: last seen with family (Annie & Tommaso), entry/exit inconsistencies at her house, and family members (Annie, Tommaso, Cameron) now reportedly in hiding.
Questions why the Guthrie family would ignore potentially credible tips, fund no searches, and refuse to engage with some media.
"If it was my mom, I would have been hiking around the desert 24/7."

[24:27] Savannah Guthrie:
"To ask people to really, to beg people to come forward. Somebody knows something. We are in agony. We cannot be at peace. No matter how much I try to come out here every day and smile and find that joy... we need your help. We're begging for your help.”
[25:09] Zack Peter:
"You're begging for our help, but you're not giving us anything to help you... if they were able to give the public more details in the beginning, we may be able to have helped crack this code by now."
[29:05] Harvey Levin:
“…The ransom note makes no reference to Nancy Guthrie either dying or the kidnappers apologizing. Now, there is a reference to Nancy Guthrie not being alive anymore, but that is from the person who sent us multiple emails saying that he knows or knew where Nancy Guthrie was... this felt like maybe we could do some good. And for some reason, the FBI has gone radio silent.”
[34:09] Zack Peter:
"It's always... I'm not trying to incriminate anybody... but when you look at patterns of crimes like this, it’s usually somebody close to the subject. That’s what it typically is."
