Blake Lively has just scored a major victory in court today as the judge has granted her her fees and damages three times. She did get her treble damages. It is a huge victory for her, but we're gonna get into it. I hope you're ready for it. There's a lot to dive into, so let's do it. This is no Filter with Zack Peter your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT Surf fresh all week long. Now let's dive in. What's going on? Everybody in the club. Welcome on in. Welcome on in, welcome on in. So this is some breaking news. I trying to understand. Okay, let's see. So Blake Lively has won her damage. There was a new ruling that just came in this morning. Blake Lively has won her fees. She has won and I believe the treble damages do apply because of the 47.1. Wow, Bethany. Wow. I mean, that's definitely a huge, huge win for her. Let's see. Let me pull up the actual ruling. Thank you, Mod Laura, who sent it to me. I don't believe there's been an actual amount that has been determined yet, but tbd, it should be. I believe they're waiting for Blake to actually turn over what her fees, I guess actually are. How do I put this on the screen? There we go. All right, I'm going to pull it up. We can read it together and then we can digest together. So this is in her case against Jed Wallace out of Texas. So to clarify, this is not Beldoni. This is not Wayfair. This is Jed Wallace's Case out of Texas because, remember, they were battling it out, and Jed Wallace is not part of the Wayfarer litigation. He was suing her independently, and he was trying to sue her in. Outside of New York. He was trying to sue her in Texas. And so that's been ongoing litigation. So there's, like, the main one, which is Blake Lively versus the Wayfarer parties, many of which have been dismissed. At this point, the only ones that are left are Wayfair Studios. It ends with us, LLC and Tag pr. There's the only three defendants left. Everybody else. So Baldoni, Heath, Sarawitz, Melissa Nathan, Jennifer Abel. All five of them have been personally dismissed, but their companies are still. And that's. That is. It ends with this movie, llc, Wayfair Studios, and Tag pr, which was Melissa. Melissa Nathan's crisis PR company. Okay. She's mis for jurisdiction, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they will grant her ease. I think he gets to respond to that, right? I don't think his appeal was ruled on yet. Was it? I don't. I don't know. I haven't been following the Jed Wallace case. Okay. But here's the motion. Let's read through it. It says, the court, having considered defendant Blake Lively's motion for costs and attorneys fees, finds the motion, what is merit? Meritrocious. And should be granted. It is therefore. Sorry, at first I thought it said meritless, and I was like, well, that doesn't make sense. If it's meritless, then why would it be granted? Okay. Meritorious and should be granted. It is therefore ordered that the motion is granted. It is further ordered that in accordance with California Civil Code 41.7, defendant is entitled to recover her attorney's fees and costs in this action, including her attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection with the motion. Defendant is ordered to submit evidence of such fees and costs within 14 days of this date being ordered. So this is, again, the judge out in. It looks like Austin, Texas. Who. Yikes, yikes, yikes. Who is Jed Wallace? Who is Angie? Jed Wallace is the guy that they accused of Astroturfing. So it's Wayfair up here. They're the. The umbrella. And under the umbrella are all the individuals, right? You have Justin Baldoni, you have Jamie Heath, you have Steve Sarawitz, who are from Wayfair, and then you have Jennifer Abel, who's their publicist. Okay? She has a separate lawsuit, too, that I'll discuss for you. And then underneath that is Tag pr, and then Jed Wallace. And so Tag PR was crisis management so they were working with Jennifer Abel so that they could help run PR and crisis management for Wayfair. Okay, so Wayfair had these two ladies, Melissa Nathan at TAG PR and Jennifer Abel to help run PR and crisis management. Okay. As a part of that, TAG PR also had a relationship with Jed Wallace. Jed Wallace is an. Is, I believe, an independent contractor. I don't. He does not work for Wayfair. He does not work for tag. He does not work for Jo. Um, so Jed Wallace, he is the one that was doing the alleged digital manipulation. He's the guy that's in charge of the web. Okay. So whether it's coding the website, I presume he's the one that put together the lawsuit info website that was put up with all the timeline and all the court documents. So he does that. They claim that he was hired to do digital monitoring. Like, look at what Reddit is saying. Let's make sure we're staying ahead of the narrative. Like, give us an eye of what, or keep an eye and give us a heads up of, like, what stories are picking up. Is there anything from the set that's leaking? That way they can find out how to, I guess, work with Melissa Nathan to strategize and I guess Jennifer Abel so that they can strategize and find a way to counteract maybe some of the rumors, the narratives, whatever was going on. So Jed's job was to monitor things. However, I do believe he also has the capability to do what's called astroturfing, which is to flood posts with certain engagement, whether that's fake, likes, fake comments, whatever it is, to boost that type of content. Right. So if there's certain actions that are being taken on certain pieces of content on Reddit, you know, upvotes, Instagram, likes, comments, shares, all that sort of stuff, then Jed Wallace claims that he is capable of what's considered astroturfing, or at least that's what Blake Lively is accusing him of doing, is astroturfing to negative content about her. And so when Blake Lively filed her CRD complaint, and it was then the details were published in the New York Times, all of these people were named as being part of this alleged smear campaign, this retaliation campaign, as they're now calling it, even though the New York Times referred to it as a smear campaign. So from that, I believe when she filed her official lawsuit, she did not include Jed Wallace, but she included Jed Wallace in the CRD complaint. The CRD complaint, those details were published in the New York Times, which included Jed Wallace. But when she moved forward with her official lawsuit, she did not include Jed Wallace. So Jed Wallace said, hey, you defamed me because you mentioned me in your CRD complaint that got published in the New York Times, and you're not even suing me. So that's. That's a crock of bs. And so he ended up filing his own lawsuit out in Texas, hoping that Texas law would apply and would be more beneficial for him. But it's because he claims he actually lives in Texas and operates in Texas, and that's where he was served. And his initial subpoena? I believe so. Or I believe that. Well, what was he. Was it a subpoena? What was he served with? It's been so long forgetting so many of the details, but he was served with something, I believe. I don't think he wasn't served with the lawsuit, but he was served. I don't know. But. So, yeah, that's. That's basically where we're at. Yes. Guys, hit the like button. If you're watching this live right now on YouTube, make sure you hit it. Hit it, hit it, hit it, hit it, hit it. So, yeah, I don't know, but I'm not entirely clear on what this ruling means necessarily. It's a little confusing. Let's see if there's any updates that have gone out. This just went up, so I don't know if anyone's even had a chance to really look through, especially because we weren't really paying attention to the Jed Wallace. Well, I guess you want me to break down the rest of the lawsuits. So, yes, there is still. So that. That's the hierarchy of the. The company structure or the structure of the Wayfarer parties. Right. Wayfair, which included Baldoni, Sarawitz, Jamie Heath, and also Jennifer. Jennifer Abel. Then there's Tag PR that worked under them to do crisis management. Tag worked with Jed Wallace. He had these two guys here. But when it comes to the lawsuits, you have the main lawsuit, which is Blake Lively versus Way. None of them. Again, none of them individually, because they've all been individually dismissed. You have Blake Lively versus Wayfair, and then you also have Blake Lively versus Jed Wallace. And so that's a separate one out in Texas. And then outside of that, you have Wayfair versus Stephanie Jones, and then Jennifer Abel versus Stephanie Jones. And so Jennifer Abel is trying to sue Stephanie Jones, who is Stephanie Jones. Stephanie Jones was Wayfarer's publicist up until the movie actually came out. So once it ends with us, came Out. Stephanie Jones was fired. Wayfair left. Stephanie Jones of Jones Work pr. And that's when Jennifer Abel also left. And she's like, you know what? I don't want to work for you anymore. I work with them. I work closely with them. They were like, she's crazy. She's erratic. Stephanie Jones. And so they wanted to leave. They ended up going off on and doing their own thing, working with Melissa Nathan and. And Jennifer Abel and Jed Wallace. And Stephanie Jones got upset. She seemed really bitter about that. She ended up confiscating Jennifer Abel's cell phone because she's like, well, you used to work for me. That phone is a company phone, therefore I'm entitled to it. Even though Jennifer Abel is like, wait, but that's my. That's my personal phone number. Yes, you purchased the device, but the phone number and the contents technically belong to me. That's my personal information. And Stephanie Jones was like, no way, Jose. Turn it all over. Jennifer Abels claims that there was a security guard. They wouldn't let her leave the office until she turned everything over. She had to dump all her data. And then Stephanie Jones continued to, like, access the phone and access the data on the phone. And then ultimately, it was those text messages on Jennifer Abel's phone with Justin, Jamie, the Wayfarer parties. It was those text messages that got handed over to Blake Lively. And that's what tipped off this whole litigation. So that's why people have always said, Stephanie Jones seems to be the. The at the center of this entire scandal, even though we don't talk about her very much. But she's just kind of hiding in the shadows as we speak. But Jennifer Abel is suing Stephanie Jones and Jones work PR of, I believe, invasion of privacy. And then the Wayfarer parties are also, I believe, suing Jones work PR because they're claiming, hey, we had a contract and you just turned over all of our information. Oh, Vanita says this is not a judge ruling. It is a proposed order. A proposed order from who, though? Because I just noticed that it says so. It's ordered, but there's no date and there's no signature from the judge. So the copy that we have is not a signed copy, but it. I'm assuming this is what will be signed and formally granted by the judge. Like he will be signing it at some point. Why would a Texas court give anything to a filthy rich actress? And nyc? That's okay. Vanita says it is just a proposed order. The plaintiff files saying, this is what they want. The Judge to rule. Got it. And then a judge got it. That makes sense. As to why there's no. It's a proposed order. As to why there's no. Why there's no signature on. Okay, so it hasn't been ruled yet. Okay, so then that was just missing that. Yeah. I need an attorney. Where is little girl? I know. I don't know where she's at. Okay, so then. Or nag. Yes, I love nag. And I love little girl attorney. Okay, so then I didn't freak you out for nothing. I was given this information and told that it. This is what happened. And it happened right before I went live. So I was like, oh, snap, something's going on. I was misled, and I apologize for misleading you. The plaintiff is Jed. I'm so confused. Right. Jed is the plaintiff in this case. I'm an attorney. Okay, well, Vanita, can you then explain to us what is going on here? Because now I'm confused. There is so much to all of this that it makes me confused. I know. I think the judge bit more than he can chew. He should have ruled all of this earlier. Now he is rushing rulings. Well, we don't. Okay, but, Vanita, can you explain to us if Jed Wallace is the plaintiff and this is proposed by the plaintiff against Blake Lively, who's the defendant. The court, having considered Blake Lively's motion for costs, finds that the motion is meritorious and should be granted. Furthermore, they Want to apply 47B. Sorry, 47.1B. Lovey Zach, not your fault. I know. It is all. I just went to the pro Blake Lively accounts, and they haven't posted anything. So we're clear, right? Yes. Well, this is the docket link, but it doesn't seem a federal judge would not have ruled on this from another jurisdiction when it's first impression, yes. Katie, how can 47.1 apply to a person who never. Who they never worked for? That's what's interesting. So then it looks like. Okay, Vanita said this is what the court asked Lively to do. Got it. So the court asked Lively to give them a suggestion. Is that like a fair. Like layman's term to use a proposed order, but like, okay, tell us what you want is basically what the court said and bitch said, this is what I want a final order says. And so it is ordered. Got. Well, it says right here it is ordered. It just doesn't have a signature on it. Okay. Deficiency notice to Laura prather in regarding 45 motion for attorney's fees and cost. A Proposed order is required when a non disposive. Dispositive motion is filed. Got. Got. Yeah. Okay, so then this was just a suggestion. This is just what Blake Lively's team is asking for. So it has. Okay, so then it has not been. It has not been confirmed. It's just. It's just a suggestion. Okay, so we all had a mini heart attack for nothing. So it's not a big win for her. Sorry. Apologies. I guess it's. We don't know what the decision is. When you submit a motion asking the judge to do something, you include an order for the judge to sign, and then the judge can write off. And sign. Right. That he can write off on that he can tweak it. He can then put his own. Got it. Tell us what you want. What you really, really want. Yeah, Debbie. That's basically what it is. And she told us what she wants. What she really, really wants. I wanna. I wanna. I wanna. Really, really, really, really, really, really, really wanna. Okay, so she didn't win anything. It hasn't gotten anything yet. Which also didn't make sense because I was like, how is it that a Texas judge is allowing 47.1 to be applicable here when that. Okay, there we go. We cracked the code together. Phew. Love it. I'm wide awake. I know. Amazing. I'm gonna change my underwear now. I know. We all need to. My goodness. We got our heart all worked up for nothing. Jett is in Texas, not California. That's right. That's why it was strange that it was granted, but I noticed it didn't have a signature on, and that's what was throwing me off. Something happened in Texas. That's all I got. Yeah. But it's not really relevant, and it doesn't seem like it's anything official. Okay. So. All right, well, there we go. That's what we got. Loving is what I got. Loving. But on the other hand, Blake Lively, she still wants her sequel, as we saw from yesterday's court hearing, which I just thought was hilarious. That she wants to do. It starts with us. And I'm like, lady, you are Delulu. If you really think that you're gonna actually get a sequel out of this. Which kind of seems like it's what she always wanted. The fact that her attorneys are even saying she lost money as a result of the. As a result of the. Yeah, I guess. Smear campaign killing the potential sequel, and then them saying, oh, well, Justin Baldoni even suggested that she should direct the sequel. It's just crazy that her her lawyers are such Delulu. Cuckoo, cuckoo. Blake could have saved money by avoiding all of this and focusing on her career and family. I agree. And the news cycle would have just, you know, went on. Lisa says, thank you, Zach. Now that we all have reached for our emergency blood pressure medicine, if we had some. I know. I'm sorry, guys. I'd been misled. I was led to what I thought was water, and it's not water. Brigitte says. Zach, are you and Donna coming to NYC for trial? I don't believe Donna will be going to New York. At least I. Yeah, I don't think she's coming to New York, but I will be in New York for sure. I just don't know what dates yet or what the plan is, but I. As of right now, I haven't booked any travel, but there is a plan for me to go to New York and, you know, live life out there. Loving is what I got. Loving is what I got. So. Okay, that's all we got with the Blake. Lila, she's still Delulu, and she still thinks that she's worried that the jury members will be part of the smear campaign. She's like, no, judge, I don't. She wants the jury to, like, be questioned before they're all in the courtroom together because she's afraid that some of them may have been part of the smear campaign, and she's afraid that they will. In fact, that's what her attorney said. Blake's afraid that those people that were part of the smear campaign because they have TikTok, and obviously, if you have TikTok, you were part of the smear campaign. So because they have TikTok, she's afraid that they will infect other jurors into prejudice. Prejudicing. Is that a word? Into invoking prejudice against her. How do you say it? Like, what is the right word, the right term for that? Her sequel is dead right next to her career. Yeah, I mean, it's true because it's like. But I think that was always her plan. Like, she was upset because she wanted a sequel. She just wanted the sequel without Baldoni is, I think, what they were trying to say, which only validates his argument. And his argument is that she lied and that she, like, tried to take over the movie, and it was, like, a hostile takeover. And obviously, none of that got to move forward because Judge Lyman, you know, dismissed the case early on because of the protections that she had in place. But we'll see. Prospective jurors were passive participants in the Alleged conduct. Yeah, isn't that crazy? That's funny. She's afraid of her own jury. That's gonna help her decide this case. She's afraid of them. Billy Bush said he wants to collab with someone while in New York for the trip. You should do it, Zach. I may already be planning some collabs as this streams. Oh, when is the trial? The trial. Okay, let's get these questions out of the day, out of the way. When is the trial? The trial is May 18. How long will the trial be? The trial's probably going to be about five to six weeks. I believe is the guesstimate right now. Because Blake Lively's team is saying that she needs 15 days, and then Baldoni's team is saying he needs 15 days. So they each need 15 days to plead their cases to a jury. You also have opening statements, closing statements, jury deliberations. So it's going to be at a minimum five weeks, possibly up to six weeks. TBD. TBD. But that's basically the ballpark that we're in. 15 +15 is a full 30. And then you have to consider. Those are actually, yeah, you have to consider. Those are weekdays. So it goes in fives. 5, 10, 15. Okay, so three weeks for Blake. 5, 10, 15. Three weeks for Justin, because they each get. They're each asking for 15 days. So they each need three weeks to plead their case. That's crazy. That is whack a doodle doo time. Zach, if Justin is vindicated or wins, do you think he will go back to acting or directing in the future? I don't know, to be honest. Because he's gonna be like, these bitches is crazy. No wayfarer wants equal time to play. Yeah, that's the same fucking shit. That's what I said. She wants 15 days. They want 15 days. She's like, I need 15 days. And they're like, okay, we want equal time. You're. Do you just want me to say it meaner against her? Okay, sorry. I don't just bash Blake Lively all day. That's as we're counting out how many weeks? 15 and 15 equals 30 days, which equals six weeks. Will you be there the entire time? I will not be in New York for six weeks, Fifi. That is crazy. I have a life. I have dogs. I have an apartment. I have a studio to stream out of. Nope, not today. I think he's traumatized. I think he's traumatized, too. I'd pay. I'd pay to see Blake Lively on the stand. That's What I really want to see is Blake Lively on the stand. That's the real key. Kicker date. Oh, my God. Can you imagine what a time Blake asked for two thirds of the. Of the. Of the time? And what. Can you imagine leaving your dogs for six weeks? I could never. I know. I don't mind being bicoastal and, like, coming back and forth if I need to, but then that's also going to be a challenge because then my mom will stay here when I'm gone, and it's, you know, that's a lot to put on her. Okay, let's hope Wayfair has learned many valuable lessons in all of this. Well, I mean, what is the valuable lesson? Never trust a hoe. That's. That's really the. The base lesson. Wait, should we do a meetup while we're in New York? Like, let's plan, like, a night, and then we, like, all go somewhere and hang. That sounds fun, right? Yeah, that sounds fun. And Andy will be there, and Elsie, I'm sure, will be there, and Lauren will be there. Donna won't be there, but I wonder if Dave Neal's going to. We'll see. But that would be fun, right? Let's plan, like, a little. A fun meetup to come hang with everybody. Loving is what I got. Okay. Well, there you go. So are we all planning on going to New York? That's gonna be so fun, guys. I can't wait. Billy. Yes, Billy will be there. Dave is going. He already has his place. Oof. Guys, we're all. We're all. Okay. I guess we're all going. Wow. Here we go. Can't wait to see the pictures of Blake leaving the courthouse after she loses. She's gonna be mad. She's gonna be mad. We had Sigrid, who was making a statement, and she's just like, blake is ready. She's full steam ahead. Okay, let's move on. That's everything with the Blake and the Beldoni stuff. So Jed Wallace did not lose. Sorry, I'll have to change the title of this episode. Apologies, guys, but I guess that was a fun little scare for today. But if you were scared, then it's okay, because I'm here to unscare you with something that I think you're actually really going to enjoy. You know, I'm always asked about my skincare and, like, what skincare I'm using, and I love that you guys have such an interest, and I appreciate that because I love you 1000% and more, and that's Why I can't gatekeep. And that's why I'm excited to share with you about One Skin. Okay. You know, I love all the good, clean, yummy skincare and peptide skincare. That's what I'm really all about. A lot of skincare looks good on paper, but it doesn't really deliver the results that we want. Or even worse, you're sold on the idea that you need 10 different products to actually have an effective routine, which, Sorry, no, not true. Okay. That's why One Skin really stands out. Their products aren't about the hype or fancy packaging. It's real science. The brand was founded by longevity researchers who asked a simple question, and that's if visible skin aging is driven by damaged senescent cells, what if we could slow that down and just not have to cover it up, but actually work and try to rebuild on a cellular level? That research led to OS1.1 Skin's proprietary peptide. It's the first ingredient proven to switch off those damaged senescent cells and actually slow aging directly at the source. Okay. This is serious science that fits easily into my existing routine. And every time I use One Skin, I skin a clear signal to repair damaged cells, support collagen, and strengthen my skin barrier. Born from over a decade of longevity research, OneSkin's OS1 peptide is proven to target the visible signs of aging, helping you unlock your healthiest skin right now and as you age. For a limited time, try one skin with 15% off using code nofilter@OnSkin Co SL. No filter. That's 15 off one skin co with code no filter. Try one skin with 15 off using code no filter at Oneskin Co. No filter. Go right now. Okay. Love, and I don't know why I have that song stuck in my head. That's like my. My vocal skin stem. Is that what they call it? Vocal stem? It's my vocal stem of the day. Okay, moving on. Let's talk. Do I want to talk? Summer house? Do we want to talk? Oh, Kris Jenner. She is saying that she is not. She hates and she's disappointed in the rumors that she is unhappy with her face that we talked about this. I think last week that her facelift was, like, falling and there were rumors that she was unhappy about it and she was or she was furious that her facelift was already starting to come apart. And I was like, well, usually they say you have to wait a year to see what your facelift actually looks like because there's a lot of swelling and stuff that needs to, like, settle and go down before, you know, your body's fully healed. So that does take time. But she came on Khloe Kardashian's podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, and she said, that's absolutely not true. These rumors are absolute bogus. They're absolutely false. And she hates it because her doctor, she actually really loves and adores and is sad that this is now hurting his reputation because it's such a false, fake rumor. She's like, I love my facelift. My face still looks great. Obviously it's never gonna look perfect, but, you know, and I love that their. Their whole thing was them. Chloe was like them, and then Chris is like them, and then Chloe said them, and they were going back and forth with the ums, and then Chloe's like, yes, M with the apostrophe Em. So cute. Fun. Love it. Listen, I love Chris, and she looks great for her age. Like, she looks good. So does Chloe. Chloe looks bangin. And I did love when Chloe was, like, totally taking shots or throwing jabs back at Lamar. I was like, what? Let's get it, let's get it, let's get it, get it, get it. Robin says, catching up, but I can't believe the trial will be six weeks long. That's crazy. Especially because it's, like, with six weeks to talk about the smear campaign. Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. But, yeah, Kris Jenner said, stop saying that her facelift is bad because it's not bad. I don't think it's bad. I just think certain lighting can be unflattering. So, yeah, you see creases. Or maybe it's not as voluminous because, again, the swelling's gone down. There could be a number of different reasons and things, so I don't know. Alyssa says, do you think that Baldoni is still a feminine feminist believing women after all this? Nah, not at all. He's like, you know what? Maybe we. We need to reverse those voting rights. He's done. He's done. Laura, your title is wrong. Blake Lively did not win anything. Okay, girlfriend, either catch up and get with the program or don't leave a comment in my live chat. Okay, thank you. There's the door. Chris needs to accept that she is in her 70s, but she still looks great for being in her 70s. And the facelift I think looks good. Let her live her life in her 70s, you know? Okay. Summer House. Oh, I guess before we get to the Summer House drama, Jennifer Tilly, there was a rumor that was going around this week. Jennifer Tilly, she's like the new breakout star in Real House. Well, I guess outside of Rachel's O and Amanda Francis, Jennifer Tilly, known from the Chucky fame she was rumored to be replacing. So there's the new season of White Lotus that's filming right now. You know, they always have, like, really good cameos. And so it was announced that Helena. What is it? Helena Bonham Carter. That she was supposed to be in the new film or. Sorry, in the new season of White Lotus. And they've been getting, like, some, like, actors, a list, like, big film actors have all been making the leap over to tv. And they've been creating some really good, compelling television shows. But so I guess Helena, for whatever reason, wasn't working out. They said that the character just didn't work and they needed to change it. They needed to change her. And so they ended up writing her character out and she ended up leaving a few days already into production. It just. It didn't work. I guess they didn't like her character after all. Or it wasn't gelling the way that they thought that it was. Or she got pissed about something and peaced out. And they're giving us a fake story. I don't know what the truth is, but she was out and they were going to replace with somebody. And there were rumors floating around that Jennifer Tilly was set to replace her, which would have been amazing. But I was like, what is that? Actually, I don't know. I couldn't tell if I liked that or didn't like that or if it was true or not true. This were like, Bravo fans just trying to circulate some because I could have actually seen Jennifer Tilly the same way they brought in. Oh, God. What's her name? Why is it Colette Paulette from Legally Blonde? You look like the fourth of July. It makes me want a hot dog real bad. What's her name? Why am I blanking on her name? She was also in Cinderella Story. She's been in a number of things, but they had her and the White Lotus. She. What did they call her? Peppa the Pig. Oh, man, it was so funny. Is Sydney Sweetie in the new White Lotus? Let's look at White Lotus forecast. Remember, Patrick Schwarzenegger was in it? Okay, so it looks like the. The cast will be. Well, it was Helena Bonham Carter. It was Kumail. Kumail Nanjani. Nanjiani. Rosie Price. Wow. Rosie Price. Isn't it? Steve Coogan. Max Greenfield. Parker Posey. Oh, Parker Posey's back. Piper. No, I do like Parker Posey, even though she is a bit of a mean girl bully. When I did Megyn Kelly. Megyn Kelly played the full little bump clip. And what's her name? Parker Posey was also just as much of a mean girl as Blake Lively was like. I mean, she didn't, like, take a shot at Shirsty flaws Belly in that interview. But Parker Posey was also definitely treating her terribly. So Parker Posey, like, completely got out. She completely got out unscathed. Okay, so who else is in it? Parker Posey, Chris Messina, Chloe Bennett, Vincent. Wait, is this all of them? Confirmed cast. I want season four, though. I want only season four. Anyway, long story short, the whole point that I brought this up is because Jennifer Tilly is not going to be on the White Lotus, it's actually going to be Laura Dern, which I know is a much more boring choice. But do we remember? Parker was awful. She was an awful. Oh, oh, yes. Her behavior was awful in the interview. I thought you meant in White Lotus. I was like, no, Piper, no. She was great in White Lotus. She was the most entertaining part of that season. Last season was a weird season, right? Wasn't that the season with the monkeys? Yeah. And then the brothers ended up. Didn't one of the brothers jerk off the other brother? That was weird. That was totally weird. Love Parker Posey for ever. I don't give an F. Yeah, listen, Parker Posey, like, you can be, like, a bit of a. And there's a little bit of forgiveness, you know, but, like, Anne Hathaway was able to come to make a comeback, but when you're doing what Blake Lively does and lodging false sexual harassment allegations against somebody that you're really just trying to bully, that's where things kind of change. Legally Blonde cast. Okay, nobody is naming her name. What is her name? Jennifer Coolidge. Oh, my God. How it was. My mind totally blanked. Jennifer Coolidge. I thought that they were going to give a. Jennifer Tilly. Tilly. What they did with Jennifer Coolidge, where they give her, like, a fun, quirky character and she can come in and just, like, have fun with it. Because, I mean, Jennifer Tilly is an actress and she is a comedic actress, and she's done a number of, you know, funny work, most notably with Chucky and. Yeah, so. Yeah, but. So, okay, here is the confirmed season four cast. I think the list that I was reading gave me, like, all confirmed cast members for previous seasons. Because Parker Posey, I don't believe is supposed to be in four. Okay, so we have Alexander Ludwig. He's cute. Oh, that's right. A.J. machalka. Yep. She was from A.J. and Ali. I don't know if you're any millennials are out there, but AJ and Ali, you know, great music that slaps. Took me on, took me on, took me on. What was. How does that song. I can't remember the words. This is the potential breakup song. Oh, so good still, but still a slap. Steve Coogan. Don't know him. He's playing Alan Patridge. Great. Don't know him. Kate. Oh, Caleb. John T. Edwards. Very handsome. Wow. You guys, I'm. I'm here for him. This is Jennifer Tilly. Would be perfect. She would be great, right? Fix your title on your video. People don't read it and assume without listening that we just. We all just figured out. I will fix the time. Can people stop telling me what to do today? I'm not in the mood to be told what to do. It has been a very long week. It is only Wednesday morning. And when I tell you, I. My blood pressure has been tested this week, so don't tell me what to do in my live chat, please. I love you, Zach Packers. But please, my nerves are at their last end. So the last thing we need is to tip one more of my nerves off. But, yeah, this guy's a hottie. What's his name? Caleb. Okay, Caleb. I see you, Caleb. We're here for you. We're in it. Oh. So he's been in Black Snow, which is an Australian drama series, and he was in a short film called the man and the Woman, and now he is. They better give him a nude scene. I'm just saying that right now. They better give him a. Like, a good nude scene because I want to see him naked. Marissa Long. Okay. I don't know her. Chris. Oh, here's Chris Messina. Oh, I know him. What has he been in? He's been in a few things. Away we go. Argo. Okay. Cute. Sarah Bernhard. Yep. She was, wasn't she on Roseanne? Yeah, she was on Roseanne, Season four through ten of Roseanne. Yeah. Sarah Bernhard. She's probably gonna play the wacky character. We have Ari Grayner. She's gonna play the hot girl, as there always is. And then we have Dylan Ennis. And Dylan Ennis doesn't even have a photo he's not even rep. He's represented by Conway Van Gilder. Grant. What he's done? Oh, he. He reads the Harry Potter. Harry Potter audiobooks, and now he's an actor. Okay, interesting. Don't know who he is. Don't even have a photo of him. Okay. I was actually listening to the Harry Potter audiobook, the first book I started. I went back to the beginning. When does it come out? Not anytime soon, I'll tell you that. Not anytime soon. I see you, cutie. ZP Feeling a little frisky today. Feeling very frisky today. Robin says. Yeah, Sarah Bernhard mixed feelings on her. Why Robin spill that tea? Sending you a virtual thank you. Everything is. Is better now, but it was a very stressful start to the week, and I was afraid some heads were about to roll. I believe that Depp v. Heard was only four weeks. How long was Depp v. Heard trial? Six weeks. Oh, okay, so she really is just trying to copy Amber Turd. That one was also six weeks. Oh. There was only one day of jury selection. April 11th. And then opening statements were April 12th. And closing statements were May 27th. And then I guess they. The verdict came. Wow. The verdict didn't come until June 1st. Wow. 27. Oh, was that like a Friday? And the verdict came on at 27 to 8. 29. No, that's a few days. 27 May to June 1st. I don't remember deliberations being that long. God, that was such a good case. Oh, but so to get the questions out of the way, the trial will be May 18. It'll be six weeks long. It will not be broadcast. There will be no filming of it. And I don't even believe there's any photos in the courthouse. Deputy Heard was long, but there were more claims and technically, two lawsuits. That's right. There was a lot more to the. To the meat of the case. There was a week in the middle where the judge had a conference. Yeah, I don't know why Blake Lively needs 15 whole days in order to try and make her case. Nope, nope, nope. Okay, Summer House. Lindsay Hubbard was on watch. What happens live. Two bits about Lindsay Hubbard from Summer House. So she was on watch. Happens live with the Summer House newbie. Her name's Bailey Taylor. Don't know her. Don't care to know her. But. So Lindsay was there. The real star of the show. Bailey's cute. I mean, I'll give her that. She's cute, but she says that she saw Amanda Batula kissing Kyle Cook in late February. Now, why is that important? Because Amanda and Kyle had announced their separation in January, so why are they kissing in late February? Because also, west and Amanda have now claimed that their relationship started in late February. So Lindsay is now like, whoa, that's crazy. She's like, it's wild when you use your husband as a decoy for your boyfriend. And I'm like, damn, Kyle Cook is the Schwartz in this scenario in, as Bethany calls it, the poor man scandal. It's the knockoff scandal. It's the Timu scandal. Whale Janelle Bailey is cool, Zach. And she looks beautiful. Yeah, she looks. She's gorgeous. She's stunning. She's so pretty. She's so cute. But I don't know her. I'm not really following this season of Summer House, so that's why I know all the others, because I watched the previous seasons, but I just kind of fell off from a lot of different Bravo shows. Tbh. Bailey is crushing on Carl. Carl used to be cute too. I don't like this new Ozempic, Carl. It's just. It's a little too Ozempy. Okay. I think that's all I have. It was fun. Oh, and then Lindsay also says that she gets full on activated at the reunion on West. She goes off on West, I guess, because. So you have something like this where Amanda's making out with Kyle and they're in public, and even Bailey was like, that's weird. Like, they just announced their separation. Like, are they working on things? Are they trying to get back together? Are they actually broken up? Meanwhile, Amanda was already building a relationship with west at that time. Okay, Meanwhile, take it even a step further. I lost my train of thought. Sorry, guys. I feel like I'm a little off today. Yeah, it's the Timu scandal, so. Yeah. Oh, okay. So. So, yes, he kissed Amanda, or, sorry, Amanda kissed Kyle. But then also, I guess west posted a photo on his Instagram story of Lindsay's daughter Gemma with Sierra, which also misled people into thinking Lindsay's upset. She's like, how dare you use my daughter? You're using my kid and a photo of my kid to deflect from your secret relationship with Amanda. And you're doing a photo of Sierra with my daughter, which makes it seem like you are here with Sierra and you guys are with the baby together. And you're, like, leading people to believe one narrative, using my kid, while at the same time, you're secretly banging Amanda and you're trying to keep it hidden from all of us and lying to us about this, it's just messy, messy, messy, messy. Speaking of Ozempic, have you seen Olivia Wilde? I have seen the photos of Olivia Wilde. They are jarring and I feel a little disturbed. Here, let me pull up one of the photos. Look at Olivia Munn or, sorry, Olivia Wilde. The photo on the right is of her in her, like, healthy era. And then the photo on the left is of is her. And she looks very gaunt. Her face looks very sunken in. Looks like she's lost some of the jaw muscles. It's not, not a good look, not a good luck. Ooh. Some of the comments read, she looks like a medical cadaver came to life. This is actually hard to look at. There's no way this is just aging. Something is seriously wrong here. She looks really bad. She looks very skinny. She looks very gaunt. So, so sad. People are just really going all the way up on the Ozempi. It's a little too hard on the Ozempi. Okay. That said, she looks scary.
