Okay, so Tyler Robinson hearing is. Oh, is currently happening. And we have. It looks like the. The. The video with what's his name, the Twigs. Lance Twigs, who's Tyler Robinson's alleged lover slash roommate, who we. We'll get into that in just a sec. Or should we just start with that now, since it's happening live right now and we can react in real time or I guess, really quickly. Mom Talk has survived. Whitney Levitt posted a video with all of the women from Secret Lives and Mormon Wives except Taylor, Frankie Paul. She was not happy about that. But it appears they have officially wrapped season five filming and did the last of their confessionals. They probably, I assume, were doing their, like, opening credits is what I assume they were all together for, because I believe they're not filming anything additional. Whatever they filmed prior to the Bachelorette getting pulled and that whole drama with Dakota and Taylor, everything prior to that, I believe, is where they're going to end season five. And the report that I read was that season five is going to be a shorter season, and when they officially pick cameras back up, it's going to be moved directly into the. Directly into the season six, which will likely not have Jen Affleck, Taylor, Frankie Paul, or Whitney Levitt. Actually, the producer, Jeff Jenkins, did say he expects Taylor and Dakota to return for, I guess, season six, but they're just not allowed to be together, so they likely won't film together. So there's your Mormon Wives update. Elizabeth says, I was so impressed by your coverage of Tyler Robinson yesterday, I thought Zach worked for News Nation for a minute. Thank you. I appreciate that. Okay, let's get to the hearing because it's happening live right now. And I want to make sure that we cover this because I want to know what. So this is Tyler Robinson's alleged lover, boyfriend, furry friend, that's also the roommate that apparently has information that is incriminating to Tyler Robinson. Now, there's a big chunk of this. So there was a letter that was filed by Erica Kirk's attorney on behalf of Erica Kirk and Charlie's parents, Charlie Kirk's parents, saying that they don't feel like the court is being fully transparent. They want a lot of the evidence that has been redacted or has been for attorney's eyes only. They want that they came here for this hearing, and so therefore, they want all of this information to be be released to the public. It seems like they want more transparency than what they're getting. And so with this clip that we're about to Play or that's being played in court that we're about to watch, it is of Lance Twig. And there's a big chunk of it that was cut out by the judge because the judge claims, or I guess the argument that the defense is making because the defense wants a piece of this out. To my understanding, Tyler Robinson confessed to killing Charlie Kirk to his furry lover, Lance Twig. Okay. And so the furry lover, I guess detailed to authorities in an interview. And there are two interviews. There was the initial one and then there was a follow up interview that prevent that made up for Lance Twig not being in the actual courtroom. The judge said it's fine, the second interview will suffice because that'll answer a lot of the questions that they need. Being that this is just the preliminary hearing, we are not at trial yet. This hearing is just to determine whether or not trial will be happening, if there is enough evidence. Personally, after what we've seen the last three days, today is day four. I envision this does go to trial. I think there's plenty of circumstantial evidence or just enough evidence in general. Right. So Lance Twig cut an immunity deal in exchange for his testimony. Therefore, this is what we're gonna get. But the reason that it is redacted is because, again, to my understanding, Tyler Robinson confessed to Lance Twig. So therefore what's said in this interview is essentially Tyler Robinson's confession. And so the argument that the defense made is that they don't want to taint a jury. And so being that the jury is likely to come in contact with some sort of media coverage of this case, that that confession, you're not allowed to hear a con to see or hear a confession prior to a trial. And so this would taint a potential jury against Tyler Robinson because then they would be coming in essentially believing that he was already guilty without hearing his side of the story. And however, from what it looks like, Tyler Robinson seems guilty af. So if, if his lover, his furry lover, Lance Twig is essential. I mean, it sounds like he's detailing the confession. Right. They're preventing that from being played at this preliminary hearing. But if you have Lance Twig, you have. We've now confirmed that Tyler Robinson's parents turned him in. They're not denying that. They're not denying that their son is guilty. They're not denying any of the footage that we're seeing in court. We're seeing multiple videos from throughout the campus out in Utah, the school campus, that show Tyler roaming all throughout the Campus. We have video footage now that came out yesterday of Tyler Robinson at the police station when he turned himself in. He's believed to have confessed before he was actually arrested. So it's. It's kind of crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Okay. That said, let's listen to what Lance Twig has to say. Again, there's only pieces of this that we're getting because there's of a bunch. Big chunk that was not allowed to be released. The judge did deny Erica Kirk and the Kirk family's request for this to be released to the public because they said that this could prejudice the jury against Tyler Robinson. All right, here we go.

Okay, let's jump to September 10th. Did he spend. Spend the night in the apartment the night of September 9th into September 10th?

I don't know an exact time. I just know he left early. I heard him leaving, and he just said he had a, like, long drive to work that day, so he was

I don't know. I would have thought it was 5am because that's when, like, an early work day was for him. But it was probably more like four.

Libby, in the live chat, I'm seeing all your comments and you're questioning everything that Lance is saying. But my question to you is, do you not believe that this is Tyler Robinson's boy? Like, do you. Like what? Like, I'm actually curious. Cause I keep seeing so many people. So my understanding is the theory is that, I mean, aside from people thinking Erica Kirk killed her own husband and that Turning Point USA is trying to cover it up, and somehow the US Government is in cahoots with Israel, and they planned this, I guess, with Erica and with Turning Point usa, and together they're all in cahoots and I guess somehow bought out the local law enforcement author and I guess Also campus law enforcement. And collectively, this is an international conspiracy to kill Charlie Kirk of all people, of all our political leaders, of all influential leaders. Charlie Kirk, a essentially political influencer that was very effective on TikTok. This is what everybody. What all of these international agencies came together in cahoots to do was to assassinate Charlie Kirk of all the people that they could have gone after. Israel and the US And Erica Kirk and Turning Point USA and all the kids in the maroon shirts that day did this, and they did it. And the theory goes, not only did they do this, but they didn't. Tyler Robinson didn't shoot Charlie Kirk. It was actually, according to Candace Owens, a microphone that exploded and killed Charlie Kirk.

That's how it actually happened. And so now what we're believing that this Lance Twig person is not really Tyler Robinson's lover slash roommate, that this is what, a paid plant? Is Tyler Robinson a paid plant? Because again, he's not confess. He's not claiming that he's innocent. His attorneys aren't arguing that he's innocent. They haven't provided an alibi for where else he possibly could have been that day because that would very easily throw all of this out, and there would be no preliminary trial for. For a hearing. Right. Because if they have an alibi or they can clearly, you know, account for where he was at, I would imagine his defense team would present that. But then we also hear that he confessed. We have video footage of him not only on campus to and from and on the roof, but we also have footage of him at the police station when he reportedly confessed and then was arrested. And then we have his DNA evidence and Lance Twigg's DNA evidence that are on the gun, on the towel that was used to conceal the gun, and on the screwdriver that was found near the gun. And so all of that combined doesn't add up to Tyler Robinson actually being guilty. No, instead we're going with the US Teamed up with the Israeli government, who teamed up with Erica Kirk, who's working with Turning Point USA and local law enforcement to cover up this international government conspiracy to assassinate Charlie Kirk using an exploding microphone in broad daylight with all of these maroon shirt guys all throughout the campus, and Tyler Robinson, who's not proclaiming he's innocent or providing an alibi. He's just, what, some random fall guy that we decided to pin it on? Is that the theory that we're going with? I'm just trying to keep up with all the exploding microphones. Let's Hope this microphone doesn't explode on me here. If it does, then clearly you can blame Israel and the US government and Erica Kirk too. Right? Cause even though Erica Kirk seems like this evil woman, according to Candace Owens, even Charlie Kirk's own family seems to be standing by Erica Kirk. They're with her every day, sitting next to her in the courtroom. They've issued a joint statement together. They have had their attorneys issue a letter to the judge together. So again, there's like all of this like probable, you know, plausible, logical information. It's not a perfect video. Right. You're not seeing Tyler Robinson look into the camera and say, hey, I'm going to shoot Charlie Kirk. Right. Because that doesn't exist. But even if that did exist, I would imagine people would think that it's AI or possibly a dummy or possibly somebody wearing a mask that made him look like Tyler Robinson. Because that's the level of conspiracy that we seem to be playing with here. So even though we have a very plausible, very logical story that not only makes sense, but is not being disputed by any of the parties, but yet Candace Owens is casting a shadow of doubt. And yeah, there are a lot of open ended questions, a lot of things that do kind of seem a little coincidental, possibly off. But we're going to lean into all of the weird, random, ambiguous questions rather than the story and the evidence that seems pretty logical and pretty plausible when you kind of look at it on its face. What it sounds to me, Danielle, because Danielle is saying that she doesn't think he acted alone. It sounds to me, this is my theory is that he did it most like, mostly on his own. And it seems like Lance Twig may have helped him in some way. And it's possible that these other friends that they had in the group chat, they all, I think, may have, like, contributed in some way, maybe unwittingly. Like, maybe they didn't think he was being serious, but they thought that, like, maybe they were talking in a hypothetical and he was actually really serious about this. It does seem like Lance Twig did have some sort of involvement, because why else would you take an immunity deal and offer to give up all of this information that presumably is helpful in terms of locking Tyler Robinson up? And also, if Lance Twig was. Didn't have a powerful enough testimony, Tyler Robinson's defense team would not be trying to redact or block part of it from being presented in court because they said that it would hurt Tyler's opportunity to a fair trial because it would potentially taint a jury. Again, this all, like, really checks out. Libby's like. But didn't he say that he didn't text him that day? What about the text that the cop. See, this is. The thing is people are picking apart every little thing and going into the semantics. He said that he didn't text him earlier in that day, but he obviously had some communication with him afterwards and likely the day prior. But again, when we pick up, when we mince words, you're always gonna find things that don't make sense because you're looking for reasons for things to not make sense. And so I think there's just like this crazy cognitive dissonance. And it's actually wild to see people define reality because they would rather there be a conspiracy and the crazy thing, even for me, is everybody that's watched this show knows I love a conspiracy. I love a good conspiracy theory. I've presented them a number of times. I picked apart the Guthrie disappearance, so I'm not afraid of doing those things. This to me, there were a lot of unanswered questions. There were a lot of things that were presented. Candace Owens said that Tyler Robinson was never on campus that day. We have multiple, multiple videos of him to, from and on campus. And everyone's like, well, we don't clearly see his face, so it can't be him. Well, but from this angle, from a distance on that video, he looks 2 inches shorter in the video than we believe him to be in person. Like, what? You've never met him, you've never seen him, you don't know the confirmation of his actual height, but based off of what you're seeing on the video, he looks 2 inches shorter. Because you can really tell 2 inches in a video from a surveillance camera. Like, it's actually wild to me. Like, it's actually truly wild how far people are willing to twist themselves into pretzels. Candace said that he never went to the police station and confessed. There's a confession and there's video of him at the police station. And people like, well, but like, we don't really clearly see his face. So what, you think somebody hired a dummy to walk around and pretend to be Tyler Robinson throughout the day? So then are all of those local law enforcements also then paid off by Israel and the US Government and Erica Kirk and Turning Point usa? Like, where's the money coming from? Who is the orchestrator and why are they trying to kill Charlie Kirk? Like, that's the other big thing. Because to me it sounds like somebody was extremely radicalized, heavily politically involved, and decided that they were doing our country a good deed by taking out who they considered to be their political opponents because they were radicalized? That seems like a plausible and logical story. Exploding microphones and mincing words and playing this game of semantics and asking these big open ended, ambiguous questions that you're not really going to get answers to. And, you know, talking about people wearing maroon shirts all throughout campus because suddenly, like, we're not allowed to wear maroon and there are Egyptian planes and dreams where Charlie Kirk is going, giving Candace information like, it's actually wild to me. Like, truly wackadoodle. Do wild. Ariana says, I think something sometimes it is easier to believe the conspiracy than what is actually in front of you because it makes you feel Better. That's the issue is people want there to be a bigger conspiracy because they got excited. Right. Somebody sold them a story, they pumped them up, they picked all these random things that they're now weaving together to make it seem like they're part of this big conspiracy. Yeah, there are a lot of like random things and some things are coincidences or some things are just off or odd. That does happen in life. Coincidences do happen. Things can be off. The weather can be off one day like all of these. Just because it was 62 in the morning and now it's suddenly 85 and you're like, whoa, the weather changed drastically and like we're taking every little random detail and trying to tie it into some bigger conspiracy. Like people have already made up their mind on what they want to believe happened. So now anything that counters that is automatically wrong. They'll poke holes in every other thing and play this game of semantics and play this game of mincing words and play this game like, well, you said this, but you said that. Lie. You're a liar. And if you analyze it with the real, like, defense attorney, they'll tell you, yeah, this seems pretty standard and procedural for somebody that knows that their client has an uphill battle. So, you know, Blake is really feeling it all, like, it's all come crumbling down now that all the litigation, for the most part, is done. She's not going to get her 8 million. That's insane. But now that it's all sort of done, that house came crumbling down. That house is caving in. And I just don't know where Blake and Ryan go from here. You know, Emily wanted to say more. We haven't seen Ryan by Blake's side too much, especially when it comes to the litigation. He kind of, like, really seemed to back away once he was taken out of the case. And I think, you know, he's trying to salvage whatever reputation he has left. And I don't know, we'll see. But I imagine there's going to be more to come from them. Walls of lively came crumbling down. Absolutely. A united front says everything. Yep. Whereas Blake and Ryan seem to be. I mean, they're still trying the old PR tricks, Right. Of buying headlines or influencing headlines, I should say, and doing the paparazzi photos with him carrying her on her back and, like, pretending and doing all that. But, like, what is there to really say? Like, honestly, what is there for them to say? They have nothing left to say. I mean, and I just. I love that both Justin and Emily came out and they used the word injustice, and they really are standing by that. I think it's powerful. What is Blake going to do now? I have no idea, Laura. I have no idea. But I like that he mentioned the people that have discernment, because I consider myself somebody that has discernment. That's why, off of the heels of my commentary about the Tyler Robinson stuff. Yeah, I think I have discernment. And I think some people have a YouTuber that they love to watch because she gets them very excited and they've lost that level of discernment. And so I just ask you to continue to have that discernment, continue to be questioning of the government, continue to be questioned of the details that come out against Tyler Robinson, but also have that same discernment with the content creators that are peddling an alternative theory, or not even peddling an alternative ulterior alternative theory, but that are just throwing things out there. Right. Asking big questions that are ambiguous and. And being like, well, this and that, and this doesn't make sense. And they're like, you know, madam, horrible. Just, like, putting together all this concoction of random things. That don't really lead to anything, but continue to fan the flames of a potential conspiracy. So, yeah, just have that level of discernment. Just stick with it. Be questioning of everyone, and, you know, you'll. You'll find your light. Amy says discernment is the key, even within your own thoughts, beliefs, and actions. Yes. That is so key. You don't even, like, trust me, the number of times the past couple of days where I'm just like, damn, is Candace onto something? Am I the one that's really not looking at this objectively? Is it possible? These are some good questions. You know, I challenge myself all the time. All the time. And I think it's healthy to challenge yourself. I think it's healthy to question yourself. I think it's healthy to make you think, why do I believe this? And have I lost that discernment? Have I gotten caught up in something that just makes me feel good? Because it's. It fires that fire inside me. Right. It fuels that up. And I like that. It's like excitement or like, for some people, like church. They go to church because it makes them feel good. Right? But then they don't really actually practice what's being preached at the services. They just go because it makes them feel good in that moment. And so it's like you have to ask yourself, am I just consuming certain content? Because it makes me excited. I feel part of the discovery. I feel part of the investigation. So when she says that Tyler Robinson was never on campus, and then there's video of him on campus when she says that he never went to the police station, and there's video of him at the police station when she says that the text messages never exist. And from what we saw today in court, there are screenshots of the actual text messages. At some point, you have to then start to be like, okay, maybe I got a little excited. And there are some things that are kind of debunking this, so maybe I can bring myself back down to earth. But I agree with that sentiment. Always ask questions. Continue to ask questions, but even ask questions of the people that give you your confirmation bias. I was constantly questioning Beldoni. I was constantly questioning Jamie Heath. I would constantly go to Donna and be like, are we crazy? Are we the crazy ones? Like, does Blake have something? Do we believe that she really felt like this? Like, what if she did feel this way and she believed that this happened? And I was like, well, okay, maybe she believed that the smear campaign happened, but at some point, you have to then get in touch with reality. And it's like. It's like the Blakebots, right? They're so committed. Doesn't matter what Blake says or what Blake does. That ex patriarch dude will flip himself into. He'll twist himself into every pretzel and he makes himself sound logical. Right? Yeah. This makes sense. And this is why. And the judge said this. And, like, he'll twist himself to meet the end that he already knows he wants to conclude at. So, again, discernment. Blake and Ryan are going to do some crazy PR moves. Again, they're gonna try. They're literally gonna try. Cern. Oh, it's cern. No, we're not fucking with cern. Love you, cern. Jk, Wait. Ann says Zach being the mouthpiece for the mainstream merit narrative on the Charlie Kirk narrative when he's always encouraging us to question everything and look at things with an open mind? But that's the thing. Why is it that I'm a mouthpiece when all of the evidence. My history is a track record? My history shows you I do have discernment. I do look at things objectively, but I also look for reason. So how is it that I can have a track record that shows my behavior that seems pretty in line and seems pretty consistent with who I am and what my track record holds to, but suddenly I say something that you don't like, and suddenly I'm a mouse mouthpiece for a mainstream narrative when, if you've known Me, for the last 33 years of my life, I've never been a mouthpiece, for one, anybody. And two, especially a mainstream narrative. I'm constantly challenging the mainstream narrative, but that doesn't mean that I can't look at a narrative and say, that actually does make sense to me, and there's evidence to back it up. That checks out to me. Again, when you look at all of the options that are on the table, I have to go with what seems like the most logical and plausible. I'm not just saying believe the government. I'm not just saying believe the authorities. But what I am saying is you have Erica Kirk, the Kirk family, the Robinson family, Tyler Robinson, Lance Twiggs, the prosecution, Tyler's defense team, local law enforcement, all of these people coming together that all kind of seem to be subscribed to the same narrative, all of whom shouldn't be on the same side of the aisle. Right. Tyler Robinson's family should not be in alignment with the Charlie Kirk's family. But neither of them seem to be dispelling what clearly seems to be the objective truth here. So, yeah, I think I'm gonna fall with what seems more reasonable rather than this crazy theory of exploding microphones that, to me, sounds crazy. Speaking with authorities doesn't mean you are speaking with facts or honesty. True. But again, when you have an overwhelming amount of people that are subscribed. I'm not gonna win this argument. Like, I can say it until I'm blue in the face. But you're convinced Erica Kirk is evil and Israel killed Charlie. And until you get those facts to prove it, you're never gonna be satisfied. And I just have to accept that that's where you stand. And you're never gonna be satisfied because the answers that you're gonna get from this are never gonna suffice. That because you've already concluded that Blake Lively was sexually harassed on the set of Events with us. So I see you as ex patriarch. I see that that is the narrative you have subscribed to. I'm going to respectfully allow you to sit in that and just know that you're never going to get fulfillment, because that's not the answer that you're ever gonna get. Not because it's being hidden, but because I just don't think that's the reality that's in front of us. Unfortunately. I would love a good conspiracy like that. I mean, trust me. And, you know, I go down conspiracies left and right. I love a good conspiracy. And again, my track record has Always challenged a mainstream narrative. So when you have somebody that loves a good conspiracy and someone that always challenges what I'm told I'm supposed to believe, and you merge that together, I stand validated in where I feel. That not correlation does not always equal causation. And just because somebody points out coincidences or other things that happen. I mean, again, there's no entertaining this because it's just. Oh, discernment. Is that where CERN is sneaking in? Is that what discernment really is? Is. It's con. It's mind controlled by cern. History doesn't necessarily define you or your actions.
