Not to mention they lost their Spotify deal and almost all their deals. Blake Lively is getting shut down by the judge and Mark Garagos is calling out Blake Lively's attorney, Gottlieb. Gottlieb just got got on a new podcast and then Demi Moore sh. She is not looking too. Not looking too good or I don't know, maybe. Hit that like button right now. All right, let's see. What should we. What should we start? Should we start with the Meghan and Harry of it all? Because we do have a new report about Meghan and Harry and things are not looking good for them, apparently. I mean, I guess this isn't too much of a shocker, but apparently Meghan Markle is the breadwinner. Megan Sussex. She is the breadwinner of the. Of the Megan and Harry Markle family. She is apparently the one that brings in the money, which makes sense because she's the one with all of the endeavors. He's cut ties with his family. He doesn't appear to be linked to the Royals at all. So I would imagine there are no financial benefits that he's getting from his family. But she's the one that's doing her podcast, right? She, I mean, she's had, I think, two podcasts now. The first one was Archetypes and then she had Confessions of a Female Founder, both of which completely flopped. Didn't do well. She had her deal with Spotify that got canceled. She had her deal with Netflix that didn't go anywhere. She had her With Love Megan show that lasted for. It was guaranteed two seasons. It lasted for those two seasons. Didn't get picked up for a third, but they did try to do a holiday special. I didn't hear about anybody even watching that, so I would imagine ratings only continued to decline from there. She has not written a book, but we did hear that she was possibly shopping around a divorce book. But there was at least a multi book deal that the couple did agree to. I remember Harry released Spare and then I think there were. I don't know, he had some documentaries that he wanted to do. Honestly, I don't know what these two are actually gonna do anymore. But she. The latest, her latest endeavor is her as ever brand, which I believe is still active. You can buy her candles, you can buy her jams. It does not appear that they have sold out anymore, but she does have her full complete J set or her full complete as ever set that's going. It's on sale normally 347, but you get the entire pantry collection for only 2.95. And it comes with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 jams and 1, 2, 3, 4 looks like five candles. So you get all. All four. All four of her candles and all six of her jams is what it looks like it comes with. You get the complete as ever pantry sets if you want all her candles. I don't know. I mean, I' known two people. Two of my friends, Link Lauren and Donna Bowling, both have ordered her candles and both have come wickless. And they're not like the candles you put on the candle warmer. Like it has the hole in it for where the wick should be, but the wick just does not appear to be there. So who knows. But her as ever brand was her latest endeavor. It didn't appear to be selling very well. I know at first the initial drops were they seem to have been selling out. Netflix had a plethora of inventory. So I don't know what that sellout necessarily looked like or if there was a limited amount that they put on sale on the website and that sold out. Kind of like the Kardashian effect. You put a limited number of items on sale so that they can sell very fastly and then they can sell out. And so it's kind of like a nifty little trick people use to hack the sales. Christina says you need a candle warmer then for the candles. Yeah, because they didn't come. But they were supposed to come with wicks. Like some candles come wickless and it's supposed to be like fireless candles and then that's why you get the candle warmer. But in this case that wasn't. That wasn't the thing. That wasn't the thing. Paula asks are your lives included with the Zach Pack or the activated level of membership Lives come or the the zoom calls are for both Zack Pack and Zacktivated. Zach Pack gets you Zoom calls and ad free episodes. So rather than, you know, watching or listening to the podcast with ads, you can get it fully ad free on Supercast with the Zach Pack plan. The Zacktivated plan gets you bonus episodes, merch discounts, and when we do book clubs, you'll also get access to those additional live streams. So you just get additional bonuses, additional perks, additional episodes on this activated plan. But you get regardless of which plan you sign up for, you do get the zoom calls. The weekly zoom calls. I'm here for Zach to say wordle, Wordle, Wordle. That's what. What Savannah Guthrie's gonna be doing. She's gonna be doing Wordle, Wordle help. And that's how we're gonna find Nancy Guthrie is through Wordle. We're gonna play wordle to see if we can crack the code on the old lady snatcher to see if we can find out who snatched Nancy Guthrie. Where's the lady? We still don't know. Over 100 days in today's day 101. But so Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, being that all of their deals continue to fall through, they recently partner, or sorry, parted ways with Netflix, who was one of their partners. Didn't seem to be going too well. And now it appears that money is tight. Page Six is reporting that they need at least 6 million per year just to get through their year for their operating expenses. I believe they spend 3 million of that on private security, which is kind of crazy. Like, if you ain't got Kardashian money, you can't be spending like a Kardashian. What do you need? 3 million. What do you need? Private security. Round the clock private security for, like, I just don't even think people in California care about them all that much. They're especially in such a. A tight knit, rich, wealthy, enclosed, you know, globe, like snow globe in Montecito. So, like, nobody's getting to them in Montecito. What, are you afraid Oprah is going to break into your house? Like, I don't. I don't really understand why they need such intense security even if they have just one security guard, right? At best, two security guards. But you don't need them 24. 7. As long as you have a good security system. You don't need 24 hour security guards. Does Oprah even have 24 hour security guards? Like, I would imagine you have some staff, right? You have a housekeeper, maybe a chef, you know, maybe a landscaper. I'm just thinking of, like, what these people would. Would traditionally have, like, but I don't think Meghan and Harry are that, like, uber famous and in danger of losing their lives. They're not even like political figures anymore. They're not even active. Why they need to spend $3 million. Like, it says that they need 6 million just to cover overhead for the year. So it's crazy that half of that is just going to security. $3 million on security? That's crazy. I don't think there's enough jam in the world for her to sell. In order to cover that, Ann says I could use a chef. Well, if you want a chef, you know, you should do, you should sign up for Dun Dun Dun rather than needing a chef. All you need to do is sign up for Dun Dun Dun Factor. That's a great segue. Thank you. Listen, we've all been there, right? Hunger strikes, you're exhausted. There's something healthy in your fridge. Maybe some pasta, like some good quinoa pasta, some good gluten free something in your pantry. And you're like, I could cook that, but that would take time and that would take effort and I'm just tired. Right? You just don't have it in you. Been there, done that. All right, well, we'll see what happens with Meghan and Harry. Like I said, they apparently need to get at least 6 million per year just to make their overhead. 3 million of that gets paid to private security. They have their mortgage. They have a $15 million mansion. Also crazy. I feel like they don't need to be living this exuberant lifestyle that they really. I mean, listen, if they can afford it, you do you. But it doesn't seem. It looks like they may be struggling a little bit. Right. And I don't know how they're making 6 mil. Like, what are they doing to be bringing in that type of cash? Are they. I'm sure they're doing some sort of, like, appearances. Great. That's something. That's maybe 1, maybe 2 million per year in Personal appearances, depending on how much they charge. I don't see Meghan doing any endorsements. I don't think she's selling enough jam to make that happen. So I do believe that they are struggling a little bit. I believe that they like to spend well beyond their means. And I don't know. I don't, I don't know. But personal appearances and jam I don't think are really selling it. I think when they had their Spotify deal, when they had their Netflix deal, when they had these big paychecks and these big, like long term contract deals coming in, that made sense, right? But now I kind of feel like I don't know if that makes too much sense anymore. It's not looking so hot for them. So we'll see. We'll see. Okay, moving on from the Sussexes. Ooh, let's talk about Demi Moore. So this is crazy. Okay, tell me what you think about this headline. Because a lot of people are like, what? So New York Post, Page Six. A lot of people came out and there was this headline that was posted and it says, Demi Moore's toned arms took take center stage on the Cannes Film Festival 2026 red carpet. So Demi Moore was at the Cannes Film Festival. 79th Cannes Film Festival. She was there on Tuesday. This was held out in of front France. Her, her dress looks great. She's wearing a gorgeous dress, wearing this gorgeous diamond necklace. She had some floral shaped earrings on. Looking great, looking fresh, right? But the thing is, the photos of her look crazy. And it was kind of interesting to see many people, even Brad Gresky, like so many people were praising her and her dress. Her dress looks incredible. Her hair, long down, sleek middle part. Like she, her dress looks great. I think her figure looks nice in this dress, but I think the figure looks nice because it's filling her out a bit. But so many people. Rita Wilson wrote in her comments, maybe one of my favorite dresses on you. And it's crazy how many people were like, oh my God, stunning. It fits like a glove. You look so great. But the fact that she's so thin is, I think what's so alarming, like, this does not look healthy to me. Like, it looks very. Like there's something wrong here. Not like something wrong and like I'm trying to judge her, but something wrong. And like, I think she looks ill. Like, if you look at her arms, they're skeletor. And the fact that they're like praising this headline by being like, Demi Moore's toned arms. Like toned arms. Like what do you mean, toned arms? She looks crazy. She looks insane. She looks like her and Kelly Osborne just look insane. And so people started to, like, respond and troll her. Here's one. Pedro's Mustache on X posted a photo, and it's literally of a skeleton that's, like, flexing. And they posted this skeleton and it says, look at those toned arms. Which is just. It's so true, the fact that they're saying toned arms. But when you actually look at this, like, there's like, very little muscle tone on those arms. Her face is sunken in and gone. Her makeup looks great. Her skin looks nice. Her hair looks incredible. That can't be her real hair, because if she's this thin, she's not getting nutrients. To have hair that gorgeous, that has to be either a wig, that has to be hair pieces. Like, there's something more going on there because there's no way that that's her natural hair. The jewels look great. The dress looks great. Even her waist, like, so petite and cute and whatever, but these shoulders and these arms look insane. Legal Lady 1 says that headline had to be rage based. So sad. Side note, it's pronounced cans. Oh, did I say canes? What did I say? Did I say canes? I meant to say cans. The Cannes Film Festival. Cans. Like, what met Demi Moore doesn't have cans because she's so skinny now. Not sure why they would call her arms toned. It's odd. I'm convinced these women can't accept getting older. I mean, you can still, like, you can accept getting older while doing things to cosmetically continue to, like, look good. I don't think this is an age thing. I think this is a. We are sick. I think this is a Not like, sick in like, a mean way, but I mean, in like, we're not healthy, right? And this is where, like, people that, you know. Because I know I've been critical of, like, you know, promoting obesity and, like, how the body positivity movement kind of got it wrong with, like, promoting being big. And being big is beautiful. And it's not that you're not beautiful on the inside, and it's not that you can still be healthy and be a little overweight, but, like, obesity. I didn't think we needed to be promoting that because that wasn't healthy. That's not healthy on your organs. That's not healthy on, you know, your overall longevity. Same thing with this. I don't think this is healthy either. Demi Moore looking this skeletal and skinny. This also not healthy. This also not the Pillar Lizzo and Demi Moore. Lizzo back when she was big girl Lizzo and then teeny tiny Jack Skellington, Demi Moore. Neither of those healthy at all. And I don't think either of those are the picture perfect idea of what you should aspire to look like. We should aspire to be healthy. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually even. I think all of those facets contribute to overall health. I think your mental health, your emotional health, your spiritual health, that's all reflected in your physical health. And I think, you know, that doesn't mean you have to have a six pack and giant jacked muscles or a teeny tiny little waist and a fat ass. Like, there are multiple ways to be healthy. But I don't think this is one of those ways. I think this is extremely unhealthy. Mildred says Zach, Peter, please be straight. Mildred. You always spell my name wrong. But I appreciate that Hollywood only believes in extremes. They refuse to find a healthy balance when it comes to women's bodies. Yeah, I agree. It's just. It's not healthy. It's not healthy. Everybody's bone structure is similar bone types. Very healthy is so hot. Yes, I agree. Make America hot again. That's my goal. Make America hot again. Hot again. Hot again. Make America hot again. Hot again. Hot again. Make America hot again. Let's make America hot. So, yeah, no, not a fan of this. I definitely agree with the Internet trolling. Demi Moore. Demi Demi Moore. Demi Moore. Demi. Demi Moore. Demi. Demi Moore. Okay, that's. And Zach. Peter can't be straight. Can be straight. Or Cat. You wrote cat be straight. So I don't know if that means can or can't, but. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know. I just don't think that this is the healthy direction that we should be taking things in. You know, I think that we should find a way to find a happy medium in the middle. And this. This ain't it. I'm sorry. Just. It ain't, you know, it ain't. It ain't it a. Okay, let's move on. Let's talk Blake Lively. I want to talk Bethany Frankel's new man. Oh, and homeless, not toothless. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills charity has made a resurgence. And you might be kind of shocked with the latest statements that have been made about it. My goodness, my goodness, my goodness, my goodness, my goodness, goodness, goodness. But speaking of healthy bodies, we wanna make sure that we're keeping our body looking good, feeling good, right? We wanna feel good. I don't know about You. But something that I. Here's something that I didn't know until recently, and that's that one in three Americans think they're sensitive to gluten, but only about 1% actually have a celiac disease. I found out I had a gluten sensitivity, a gluten sensitivity, a dairy sensitivity. And for everyone else like me, it might be something else that's hiding in those foods. And that little something, that little sneaky, sneaky little creature is called Fodmaps. Okay? And sometimes going gluten free doesn't always help. You can still get bloated. You can still have abdominal pain. I know how frustrating it can be to feel off after you're eating right? You've tried different diets, you've tried cutting out foods, supplements. Nothing seems to work. And you've just accepted your fate. I get it. I was there too. And then I found digestive enzymes. And now I'm taking Thodzyme. Yes. A simple sprinkle over my food and I experience so much less discomfort and I get to eat my favorite foods again with Fodzyme. Fodzyme is a tasteless powder that you sprinkle right onto your food. It helps break down Fodmaps, which are those hard to digest components in food that can cause bloating, gas, pain, and it helps break it down before they cause any discomfort. Bodzyme makes digestion easier so that you can eat more of what you love. Think of it like lactate, but for garlic, onions, wheat, beans, cheese, and other common foods. With Fodmaps, it mixes into your food fast and it comes in portable packets that you can take with you anywhere. They're like teeny little packets. Even when you're out to dinner, if you're going to somebody's house, you just sprinkle it on. Eat and you feel great. And here's what sets Fodzyme apart. Every customer gets access to a free product consultation with the diet with a registered dietitian. Okay? Not some chat chat bot or some FAQ page. It's an actual dietitian who can walk you through how to use Fodzyme with your specific trigger foods and help you build a plan that works for your life. And here's an added bonus. Many people report feeling more confident and relaxed around food after using Fodzyme. Fodzyme isn't just another supplement touting a quick fix. I promise. Okay? It was created by Harvard trained scientists and has been clinically studied. It was founded by a IBS survivor who was tired of feeling uncomfortable after every meal. And now with Fodzyme you don't have to restrict yourself anymore. You can go out to eat, travel, share meals with family and friends without stressing about what's on the menu or how you feel afterwards. Okay, listen, there are dairy, gluten, even beans sometimes. Or even like if I liked a good burger with some raw onions, I would always end up getting stuck with the Fodzyme. And now I'm excited because we've partnered with Fodzyme and we're now here to offer you 30% off your first order when you go to icaneatagain.com no filter. Okay, that's icaneatagain.com nofilter for 30% off your first order. Finally you can enjoy your favorite foods without the pain. Just go to icaneatagain.com no filter. All right? And also while you're at it, you're going to want to stay hydrated. You never want to be left thirsty, right? We're now seeing Blake Lively's team. And they be coming out. And they be coming out. Swing in. They. There was an interview that they. A podcast, interviews, obviously. Brian Friedman and Fritz have been going around Baldoni's attorneys. They've been giving interviews. We had Adam Moncheen, who's been doing interviews. He did a number of interviews with a few different YouTube channels, including Popcorn Planet. I finally listened to part two of the Adam Monchin interview. So good. He gets into, like, the Ryan Reynolds movie berating Justin Baldoni meeting, and he totally calls Blake a liar. With the birthing scene, he's like, she had a prosthetic belly that was designed custom made for her. She had a hospital gown on. She had black bike shorts on. Like, she was totally not new near nude. And he's also like. And I was so far away from her coochie. Like, you know, in order for me to have caught the baby as the OB gyn, as the delivery doctor, in order for me to have been able to have caught the baby or to have helped her actually give birth. If this were a real life scene, she would have had to have shot the baby out, and I would have had to have caught the baby like a football. He's like, that's how far away from her I actually was. But, you know, in a scene, it doesn't need to be actual. It just needs to be, you know, it just needs to look practical enough. It needs to look good enough to make it look like, oh, yeah, the doctor's delivering a baby. But he's like, physically. The distance between me and Blake Lively, it worked for the camera angles, but, like, I wasn't actually that close to her. It's not like I was literally like hands right by the coochie like this, ready to deliver the baby. He's like, no, it was all. It's all Hollywood. It's all smoke and mirrors to make it look real, even though it's not. But we all already know that, right? Crazy. It was good. He's. He's funny, he's entertaining, he's charismatic, and he knows how to just blast Blake Lively. But he also talks about how they were all big fans of. Of Ryan Reynolds, and they really enjoyed Blake Lively, and he said, even as an actress, he enjoyed Blake Lively because I believe Adam is a acting coach as well. So. Yeah, good, good, good, good, good, good. So I highly recommend checking that out. But so Michael Gottlieb, who's Blake Lively's attorney, I guess he thought it would be a good idea to also go on the media circuit. So he went and he went and he did a podcast with. What's his name? Matt the Pod it's the Town podcast. I believe Brian Friedman has been on before, but his name is Matt Bellany. He hosts the Town. It's his podcast, and he has a lot of people that come on. And I don't know how he gets these guests. I'm not too familiar with Matt Bellany, but. But I do know. I've listened to a few of his interviews, and I believe Brian Friedman has been on his podcast before. But Michael Gottlieb decided he wanted to, you know, talk about what a resounding victory this is for Blake Lively and how ecstatic they are with the settlement. And he says that, you know, it gives Blake the power and the opportunity to pursue what she believes is the most potent and powerful claim in a way that is efficient, in a way that is final, in a way that the defendants have no appeal rights over, and in a way that cuts off most of the noise. That would be a resound. That would be resounding for this case. So let's actually break down what all of that means first. So Blake Lively, obviously, you know, voluntarily dismissed the remaining claims. The three remaining claims, because the judge already gutted 10 of them. Well, she initially dismissed. Remember, it was the emotional distress claims. She initially dismissed that, and then the judge. And then months and months later, the judge ended up dismissing 10 of her remaining 13 claims. So there were only three claims left, primarily like contract disputes over the retaliation and tag, potentially aiding and abetting the Wayfarer parties and helping to smear Blake Lively in this untraceable smear campaign. So, anyway, Blake's lawsuit is Completely done. It's over. Nobody's appealing. They all have the opportunity to talk about this. From what we've heard or from what's been reported so far, there does not appear to be an NDA. There does not appear to be any non disparagement, which is why we're now seeing Brian Friedman. Fritz, my Adam on Sheen. I imagine Baldoni is going to come out. I believe that's been, you know, a rumor that's going around that Baldoni is going to be coming out and doing a tell all soon. And he's getting prepared to do that. I imagine he just wants to take a little B or at least wants to get this 47.1 issue resolved first. So just as a reminder, all of Blake's lawsuit stuff done, settled. So what's now left is something that came up on the docket in, I believe, September of last year, which is when Justin Baldoni's defamation case was dismissed. Right? Or the majority of his case was dismissed. And there were also a couple of claims left, but he did not choose to pursue those claims. There was, you know, talk of potential, of a potential appeal that would come this year. But it now seems that with the settlement agreement they came to with Blake Lively, that there will not be an appeal at this point. It's going to be a wash. But there was this issue of whether or not Justin Baldoni was going to have to play to pay Blake Lively's fees for the lawsuit, the defamation lawsuit that he brought against her that ultimately got dismissed. So now she's also leaning and she's asking for this 47.1 California law, this MeToo law that would then really penalize Justin Baldoni. And it's designed to make sure that people don't file frivolous lawsuits against me too victims, right. Or survivors. It's to make sure that if they do try to bring litigation against them for speaking out, that they get, damn it, they get three times the damages, which are the treble damages, to really kind of punish them for trying to silence survivors. Like there was a good intention behind bringing forth this law. However, someone like Blake Lively saw that law, is taking advantage of that law and is now trying to flip the narrative and make it seem like, oh, look at Justin Baldoni is trying to silence survivors. And can you imagine if at this point he's able to dismiss that he's able to shut this down and make it harder for survivors moving forward when it's like, no, Justin Baldoni is not the one that's making this harder for survivors moving forward, Blake Lively is the one that's making it harder for survivors moving forward. So the judge still has to weigh in. And he did. You can tell. Got upset because earlier this week, he shut her down because they were. They wanted to file more briefs. They wanted to be like, judge, we want to give you more information as to why you should not only grant us our fees, but also grant us this 47.1. We want punitive damages. We want triple damages. Like, they're fighting for the judge to really just, you know, throw down the gavel and go hard and make Baldoni really pay a lot of money for Blake Lively. It's highly unlikely. From what I've heard outside of Blake Lively's attorneys, it seems like everybody seems pretty clear that, like, this is not the case, but she would have to provide evidence, and there would likely have to be an evidentiary hearing, which would likely be a form of trial. And I don't even think that's worth it, bringing putting together an evidentiary hearing to prove sexual harassment and retaliate, like proving all of that. Again, you're essentially going to trial, but rather than a jury making a decision, I believe it ends up being in the hands of the judge. If I'm not mistaken, I could be wrong. There would. I actually have to fact check that. But anyway, there would still be an evidentiary hearing rather than the full trial that we were expected to go towards. So it just doesn't seem like that's worth litigating for them to fight over. 47.1. But I don't know, knowing Blake Lively, she could continue to drag this out and do that, to just make this messier and, you know, worse. But when it comes to attorney's fees, because I know a lot of the Blake bots are already celebrating. They're like, ha, ha, see, he has to pay attorney's fees. It's more of a fee shifting situation. It's not punitive. It's not that, you know, Justin Baldoni is being punished or that there are any sanctions being held against him. It's just that he sued someone. And this is very standard. When you sue somebody and your lawsuit doesn't see that doesn't go the distance, then they can ask you to pay for their attorney's fees. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to cover the entire bill for their attorney's fees, but you have to pay a reasonable rate. Okay, A reasonable rate for the attorney's fees. So, I mean, if anything, this. I. I want. I believe his case got dismissed in June, and he would really only have to pay for whatever it took for her attorneys to put together the motion to dismiss is my understanding. So it's a very narrow window. Right. And they have to provide all of the invoices, and they have to make sure that every dime that they're asking for is accounted for, and that that would have been expected of Blake Lively to pay. And now Blake Lively doesn't want to pay that. Justin Baldoni has to pay that because, you know, he didn't win his case against her when it came to his defamation lawsuit. Now, we don't know what that number is going to look like. Obviously, Blake would have to put together all of her invoices, and they would need to quantify what those attorneys fees actually are, which would then be public record, because that would have to be filed on the public docket. So we would be able to see that, and we would know exactly how much the attorneys charge, and we would know exactly how much Blake Lively was going to be paying for these attorneys. And whether or not that was reasonable is what the judge will ultimately determine. So if she's asking for. If she says it took $2 million to file a motion to dismiss, the Wayfarer parties could be like, that's not reasonable. It would normally cause or would normally cost $50,000 for. For, you know, something like this. And the judge would make a determination over what he believes is a reasonable fee for that motion to dismiss or whatever other additional legal work needed to be done within that timeframe. Right. And that's ultimately what will have to be paid for by the Wayfarer parties, which will likely go through insurance, so they're not personally having to fork up any of that money. But even then, Even she wants 800,000 out of Jed. Yeah. Again, crazy. She can ask for as much as she wants. She does have to quantify it. They do have to provide the invoices and really make it clear as to what all of those fees are. And beyond that, the judge can determine what is reasonable. Not necessarily. What she's asking for is what she'll get. We'll see if the judge grants punitive damages. We'll see if 47.1 comes into effect. There hasn't actually been any. You know, we haven't seen her outside of the. The motions for summary judgment. We haven't seen too much of the evidence, but we did see that, like her, her sexual harassment claims did not hold. So I don't know if that will ultimately come back to bite her in the butt. But she's been trying to push forth more briefings to help the judge come to this determination. He said, lady, listen. Shut up. He's like, the court doesn't need any more briefings. Now, that could mean something. He could say, I'm sick and tired of you. Shut the up. It could mean that. It could mean I have other things to worry about. Granted being that their trial was supposed to start and now the trial's not starting, I would imagine that, you know, his schedule shifted a little bit and maybe has a little more time to make a determination on that. Who knows? We'll probably get an answer from him soon, but there's no sense of urgency because there's no trial. There's no, you know, date in which he needs to answer this by. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later. We will see what happens. But that's where we're at in terms of the. In terms of her getting her fees back. But like I said, Matt Gottlieb, or. Sorry, Mike Gottlieb, went on Matt Balani's podcast, the Town, and he. You know, it was. It was interesting because he really tries to sell this as this resounding victory. And I think Matt did a really good job of kind of, like, fighting back at him, and he's like, a resounding victory? What does that actually mean? Or, you know, and then Mike. Yeah, Mike Gottlieb was just like, yeah. And then the Wayfarer parties even admitted that Blake Lively's concerns deserve to be heard. And. And Matt pushed back on him again, and he's just like, what do you mean? They deserve to be like, what does that even mean? It's so vague that both parties can flip it in their favor. Like, it's such a. It's such a vague wording. And so Gottlieb really tried to sell Matt on the fact that, you know, this was what they were looking for, that this was a resounding win for them. A victim, a resounding victory were his exact words. He was just kind of re. Trying to reframe what actually happened in this settlement, and Matt didn't really seem to be buying it. He's just like, yeah, but. And even Gottlieb kind of got, like, a little snippy with him, and he's just like, well, did Brian Friedman tell you to ask me these questions? And Matt's like, actually, no, he didn't tell me to ask you anything. If anything, he told me that he actually kind of enjoys you or he he likes you to an extent. And I think there would be a mutual respect. Like, I mean, as much as Gottlieb looks like a clown in all of this litigation representing Blake Lively, like, he's doing his best, and he's trying to protect his client, and he's trying to, you know, secure his check. So, you know, but Mark Garrigos went on Megyn Kelly's show, and Mark Garrigos also did not. Did not seem to agree. None. None of them seemed to agree with the panel that. That Megan had. They didn't seem to agree that this was a resounding win for Blake Lively. And they definitely. They drag him a bit, and they're, you know, they kind of make it seem like he was poss. It's presented that it's possible that Blake Lively's team went into a settlement because they wanted to, you know, have the negotiations privately, because if she would have gone to trial and lost, it would have opened them up to getting sued by Blake Lively because of the jurisdiction issues. I think with, like, the ALA and I don't know, there were. Because a lot of people were saying, like, how is it that she was fighting for California law that obviously wouldn't be applicable here. I think they were just doing everything they can because the client kept pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing. And rather than them being on the hook for a potential lawsuit by Blake Lively, which is what I think likely would have happened, and I. I'm not totally convinced that it wouldn't still happen. But, yeah, it's interesting, but that was one of the theories that they presented. And then Mark Garagos, he even had his own theory about why Gottlieb decided to go on the Town, that podcast, and, you know, try and flip the narrative. And so Garago said on Megyn Kelly's show, he said when Blake Lively's case was gutted by the judge, he had issued an order. And if you read that order, he was unflinchingly. And he was unflinching in his criticism of her lawyers to the point where it explains why, if what is being reported is true, as soon as they saw that order, as soon as her case was gutted, she had a monstrous legal malpractice action against her lawyers. How did her lawyers. How did her lawyer solve that problem? They immediately begged Baldoni's team to go into private mediation, which is true, that right after her case was gutted, that's when it appears that negotiation settlements became desperate to do the point where, you know, we're thinking Blake Lively was desperate to settle this, but it's also within the realm of possibilities that her attorneys wanted to do this to avoid this malpractice action that Blake Lively could have filed against them. So I don't know, but he says that. He said there's a Supreme Court case in California that says that if you go through private mediation, you can't sue your lawyer for legal malpractice. So what this is is a very sophisticated legal strategy and to insulate the big firm from getting sued for tens of millions of dollars for what could have been argued was if you read the Judge Lyman's order, missteps by her lawyers. That's just the cynic in me explaining why all this happened. So he presents that theory, and it's not a bad one. Right. And I think now they kind of have to flip the narrative for their client and for themselves that this is a resounding win, which I doubt. I doubt that it is. But we'll see what happens. We'll see. Let's see. Oh, let's move on to some couples news. Okay, so Bethany Frankel, former real housewife of New York, Just one Instagram official. She hard launched her new relationship with this. He's a. An investment banker. His name is Shane L. Campbell, based out in Miami. I mean, great. Good for them. She seems happy with him. She's been seen out with him quite a bit, but now she's officially, like, publicly. This is a photo she posted on her Instagram where it looks like they're at a skating rink and they're. They're making out or it looks like an airplane hangar, but it looks like a skating party. I'm not really sure. But she posted this photo of her making out with him. I'm not the biggest fan of this dude. This dude looks like he's like in his late 60s and he still dresses like he's Tony Hawk from 2004. Like, he, you know, he wears like sneakers and vans and jeans and like, I don't know, he just looks like an old sleazy dude that's got Peter Pan syndrome. Like, he has his hair grown out, his LeBlanc highlights. Like, I just, I don't know. He's not the vibe for me. He seems to think he's like really, really skinny and lanky and the hair just like the, the blonde highlights and the. I don't know. You could also tell he spends a lot of time in the sun and he just looks a little beat. He looks like a beet roasted Tony Hawk. That was left too long in the sun. And I'm not a fan. I don't think he's that cute. But I mean, listen, if he makes her happy, he makes her happy. Oh, someone. Someone said it was Owen Wilson. She wishes. Oh, and yeah, he's giving, like Owen Wilson's ugly younger brother or Owen Wilson's ugly older brother that still wants to act like he's Owen Wilson's age. Like he's still. Yeah. Old. Trying to look young. Yeah, he looks like he just fell out of a coconut tree. Yeah, he definitely looks like he's still a party boy. He looks like he's still hitting up the party boy Miami scene. And I don't know, I just think he looks a little rough. Rough. But congrats to Bethany. She seems happy. She said it was a hard launch. She says if a launch is hard, then this is a diamond. And, like, good for her, you know, cute. I don't know. But congrats to Bethany. She seems happy. And I guess that's all that matters, right? If he makes you happy, then yay. And she. She seems happy. So congrats to Bethenny Frankel. I did. Okay. So for all the Real Housewives, being that we're getting into a little bit of Real Housewives news, Real Housewives about. Oh, did you see the Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun hard launch? I love Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun. I mean, obviously we've seen them photographed together. We've seen them, like, paparazz capturing them. But I believe she posted a. She posted, like, a video montage of her and Scooter and like, all of their relationship together over the last year. And I think they look great. I think they look really cute. I think that they're a hot couple. I am here for it, I think. I mean, listen, Sydney Sweeney is hot. I know she's under heat for a lot of her euphoria scenes because I guess her character Cassie, they really tried to, like, sexualize and, like, play her up a lot. And now she's like, her character's, like, become, like, an only fans model and is doing all sorts of, like, crazy onlyfans things. And so, you know, I get the character trajectory is a little jarring. But I mean, from my understanding, I don't watch you for it, but from my understanding, Cassie's always been like, a. A more polarizing, controversial character on the show. That this trajectory doesn't seem too out of the. I mean, it seems. It's very extreme, and it seems like a lot of the scenes that they're putting Sydney Sweeney in is for the shock value, but I feel like it's always kind of been a bit of a shock value situation. And I believe the criticism is more with euphoria than with Sydney Sweeney. But I do think a lot of people are, like, dragging her, saying that, like, the money couldn't have been that worth it to be dressing up as, like, a baby for Onlyfans, or, like, licking your toes and doing all these crazy things that they're making her do on the show. But I don't know. I guess the money may be that good, but her and Scooter Braun, hot couple. I ship them. I'm here for Sydney and Scooter over. Bethany and Shane here for it. Okay, last thing. Homeless not toothless. If you guys remember, real houses, Beverly Hills, Dorit Kemsley was pimping out her charity, the Homeless Not Toothless Foundation. And it was funny. The ladies kept calling it toothless not homeless, because they're like, wait, I don't get it. Are they toothless? Are they homeless again? And the charity is designed for homeless people to give them access to dental care because they want to make sure that the homeless people have teeth. Right? Or that they have, you know, that their gums aren't killing them off in the streets. Granted, I think that there are a lot other greater, more threatening issues that homeless people are facing, but sure. And this was just really funny because as we're now seeing, we have the mayoral race and the governor's race here in California that is coming up, and the Los Angeles mayor's race that's coming up. Karen Bass has been doing a number of different press interviews, and I just thought this was funny because it was such a throwback to homeless not toothless. But apparently, Karen Bass is partnering with Homeless Not Toothless because she wants to save all of the meth heads on skid row. So here, let's take a. Take a little listen to what Karen Bass had to say. How many people who are unhoused that you meet have no teeth at all? They don't have teeth. Why? Because meth rots your teeth. You can't succeed without teeth. So there needs to be comprehensive health care provided to people. Free cosmetic dentistry for homeless meth heads. And you can't give the money directly to the dentist? No, no, no. Karen's funneling the money through a nonprofit. Obviously. It's called Homeless not too. So Karen Bass is saying that you need a fighting chance, and in order to get a fighting chance, you need to have teeth. And unfortunately, people that are homeless are unhoused. They, you know, they need teeth to have a fighting chance, and they unfortunately don't have teeth because they're on meth. And so rather than addressing the meth problem, let's just give them new teeth and that'll solve it, right? That'll get them a job. Let's not get them off method. Let's just give them new teeth, and that'll help them out, right? Sure. I just thought it was funny because I was like, wait, homeless, not toothless. That was real housewives of Beverly hills. I was like, I never thought I would hear about homeless, not toothless again. That was Dorit's charity for, like, two seasons. Remember, she was hosting the gala and didn't she have Wilson Phillips come out and perform at, like, one of her. Her dinners? Never with teeth. Yes. Never with teeth. Elle says, I'm dying right now at my desk. My boss is going to fire me. Yeah. Christina says, do I need to be an addict to get this? So how rude. I mean, yeah. When you. When. When meth addicts living on the street have better health care than you do, that's when, you know, it's. It's interesting. But yeah, I just thought that was funny. That's not to endorse or bash Karen Bass. That was just. I thought it was funny that her latest press conference, she was promoting homeless, not toothless. Because I. And it made me go back and I love that scene from. What was it? The. It was like an 80s party. It was like a arena beauty 80s party. And they're all dressed up 80s style. And Kathy Hilton's like, where? Where? You know, Kyle was like, I know. We were having a discussion, and Kathy Hilton. I played the clip, but we're not allowed to for copyright reasons. But Kathy Hilton was just like, the homeless and toothless foundation. And then Kyle's like, not homeless and toothless. And then Durade's like, kathy Garcelle, you're laughing. And Garcelle's like, I'm laughing because Kathy's funny. It's not about your charity. And then Sutton's like, they should probably rename that organization. And then Kathy's like, God, they sure. I sure got ripped apart for about the homeless and toothless association. And she's like, what difference does it make? Homeless and toothless. Toothless and homeless. Homeless and toothless. Toothless and homeless. She's like, I'm gonna call you later. I'm gonna be like, toothless and homeless and homeless and toothless and toothless and homeless. And it was just funny. It was funny. And Kathy's like, I've worked with the homeless. I've worked with the toothless. It was funny. That scene cracks me up every single time. Like, I literally die every time I watch that scene. And so the fact that we got a throwback, the fact that we get a throwback to homeless, not toothless, was great. Great. Lee says my son needs some new dental work. I'll go get him some meth. There you go. Get him some meth and he'll get some new teeth. Right? It's just crazy. Like, crazy, crazy, crazy. I think it's hilarious. Okay. That said, I love you, I appreciate you.
