Well, looks like we got a new a new filing, a new stipulation that Wayfair has agreed to when it comes to Blake Lively's trial next month. And the Internet is not happy about it. So let's discuss it. We also have Nick Reiner, who's appearing back in court for the brutal slaying of his parents. Robin Michelle Reiner, as his brother is now speaking out west. Wilson's cousin has been arrested for, I guess, shooting their grandmother. Crazy, crazy, crazy. And then I want to talk about this Noah Beck family family drama, scandal, controversy because it's actually kind of wild. But let's get into it. Be ready for it. Let's dive in. This is no Filter with Zack Peter your go to source for all the latest pop culture and reality tvt Sir Fresh all week long. Now let's dive in. What's up guys? Welcome on in. Welcome on in. Welcome on in. Happy Thursday, Thursday, Thursday. Whatever you're drinking. I'm drinking some coffee. I got some extra coffee this morning. I've been like dialing it back on coffee because I've been doing pre workouts in the morning and so I feel like, I don't know, maybe you guys can correct me if I'm wrong, but when I was in my 20s, I felt like I could chug coffee all day every day and it was fine if my eyes started twitching like it was all good I could still power through it. And now I feel like now that I'm in my 30s, I'll be 33 in just a few weeks. Right, Robin? Is Robin in the house? To fact check that, I believe I'll be 33. Born in. Yeah, 93. And I feel like my body is changing. I feel like I used to love spicy foods, and now I'm like, oh, I don't know if I can handle spicy foods the way that I was able to before. And then I used to love to chug and drink coffee, and now I'm like, oh, I'm getting a little anxiety. So I, you know, or coffee too late, and then I can't sleep well. And it's just. I don't know, it's been, you know, Meg says, oh, my God. Yes. I used to have iced coffees all day. Yeah, I used to. I would be, like, chugging the coffee all day, every day. And I had no issues. I would just keep drinking and drinking and drinking. And now I'm just like, oh, oh, okay. Like, I'm twitching. I'm. I'm shaking. I'm like. I used to be able to do coffee and diet pills, which were the crazy crack caffeine pills before we put regulations on those things. Oof. Those used to slap. Oh, my God. I would love a good diet pill. You just pop one of those babies and you could be. That was. It was like Adderall off of Amazon. Right? It was like commercial crack that you just get and you'd be loud. Woo. Laurie says, one cup of coffee is all I can do. Right? It's so crazy. Debbie says I can drink coffee all day, all night. I'm good. I don't know what's changed in my body, but I feel like. I don't know if it's my metabolism or what, but I just feel like I can't drink coffee the way that I used to. So I've been drinking less coffee. But I'll do my pre workout before my workouts in the morning. And today I did not work out. Cause I was supposed to tape for Fox 5 DC and then they canceled at the very last minute. Like, literally five minutes before I was set to call in. They're like, oh, sorry, we gotta squash the segment. Which is fine. I'm sure we'll rebook it for another time. Probably closer to the Blake Lively Justin Baldoni trial, which again will be May 18th. So we're only, what, 18 days? 18 days till trial. Wait till you turn 50. It's a game Changer. Oh, no, in a good way. In a bad way. Legal speed. Yeah, it used to be. And then they, like, started taking out the toxic chemicals in the diet pills, and now they're all just, like, watered down caffeine pills. Nobody likes that. I used to drink coffee all day. Now I switch to tea. Okay, that's never gonna happen, Heather. I'm sorry. I'm never gonna be a tea drinker. I'm a tea spiller, but I'm not gonna be a tea drinker. And even if I am a tea drinker, I don't think I'll talk about that publicly. You know, even if I switch to. I do love, like, a chamomile tea, a hot toddy. I do love an Earl Grey tea. It's great for autophagy in the morning. All those fun words. It's all downhill after 30. No, it's not. It only gets better. Okay? That's what I'm telling myself. It only gets better. I feel sharper, I feel stronger. I feel more confident. You know, my career's in a much better place. My personal life is in a good place. Like, I'm staying focused on that. Dolly says maybe a Long island iced tea. Yeah, I. Well, actually, no, that sounds terrible. That sounds like just like a horrific hangover waiting to happen. Okay, Lively's attorneys say they can't do experts on Tuesday, so they're trying to change it already. They keep trying to change everything. Cynthia says, why is Ryan Reynolds Mint Mobile? Add on before I get into your life, because Mint Mobile is trying to cash in on this. So they're trying to hook themselves to all of our. To all of our videos and content because they know that it'll get them visibility. But, yeah, well, Janelle, that's where we at. That's what it do, Buddha. What it do. But I will say Believe Mobile has now reached out three times or have at least had the opportunity to engage in a sponsorship with Mint Mobile, all of which I have declined. Now, Mint Mobile was a sponsor prior to all of this Blake Lively versus Justin Baldoni drama. I've worked with them a couple of times, and I actually believe I last worked with them this summer. It ends with us came out, which is interesting. So, yeah, go to the ad. Go to the ad and block it. I've blocked it. Why even bother blocking it now? Get all the Mint Mobile ads. Why we will take that Mint Mobile money because we know we ain't gonna do it. We know we ain't gonna use it. We know we ain't gonna sign up for Mint Mobile. So why not take their money and ride with it? Let them invest and pour all of their advertiser dollars into my show. I will take their money gladly. And I will let you guys not sign up for Mint Mobile. Yeah, okay. Da da, da, da da. That said, I guess let's start with the Blake stuff. Or do we wanna start? What do we wanna start with? We have, I guess let's start with Rob Reiner. So he appeared back in court this week. Obviously, you know, we remember the big breaking story from last December, which is crazy. So we're what, four months low over four months at this point. So he was previously represented by Alan Jackson, high profile attorney, most notably off of the Karen Reed case. That was like his last big, I guess like pop culture, like, mainstream case that he, the Alan Jackson was known for outside of Nick Reiner. I know he's done a number of other cases. You don't need to cite all 50 cases that he's been working on in the last three years. I'm just saying in general mainstream relevance. The most notable case that he was on, his most notable client was what's her name? Karen Reed. And so now he was set to represent Alan Jackson and then it appears the family pulled funding and he was no longer able to represent Nick Reiner. So Nick Reiner was then given a public defender. He is now facing the charges for murdering his parents. And yeah, we'll see. But he has. There's another preliminary hearing that's happening in September 15th, so there is some, some time. I believe they're still waiting on the autopsy reports, which is strange that the autopsy reports haven't come in yet considering like it's been four months and it's a pretty closed case situation. So I don't know, he seemed a little disheveled. He's kind of not all there from the reports that have come out. We'll see. His brother did also write a. It looks like he wrote an essay on his sub stack. So, Jake, we have Remy and we have Jake. Those are the other two siblings. From what we've heard, neither have spoken to Rob Reiner. It does appear they pulled all funds away from him being able to use any of the Reiner family money to defend himself in court. It kind of just seems like they're letting him face the consequences of his actions. And they have taken a big step back away from their brother, which is unfortunate, but also understanding. And, you know, it just kind of, you know, it's, it's a tough situation to be in. But. So he wrote an essay on his substack where he talks about the moments that he found out that his parents had died. He writes, I was in Union Station at a celebration of life for one of my best friends, Christian Anderson, who died in October. It was at that moment that I received a call from my sister Rummy, telling me our father was dead. Minutes later she called back telling me our mother was also dead. The 45 minute Lyft ride from downtown to the west side was unendurable. But my. My world as I knew it had collapsed. I was in a trance. The only thing I could focus on was that I needed to get to my childhood home. I needed to get to my sister. I needed to figure out what the hell just happened. He says that he feels robbed of so many things because he lost them both at the same time. And so he says it's a tragedy that simultaneously breaks his heart while also enraging him. Nothing can prepare you for what it feels like to lose both parents instantly at the same time. It's too devastating to compreh. I still wake up every morning having to convince myself that, no, it's not a dream. This is. This truly is my living nightmare. And I mean, that's only compounded with the fact that not only did he lose both of his parents, it's one thing if he lost them in a car accident, it's one thing if they both became very sick at the same time and there was a little bit of space in between each one. It's like, no, they were brutally murdered at the hands of his brother. Like, that's the part that's even crazier is that like they were murdered and not just murdered by a burglar or a random stranger or somebody that was trying to shake them down for money. It was your own flesh and blood. It's your own family, your own brother. That's what's crazy. So. And unfortunate and sad and just my heart goes out to them. It did then and it does now. I just, I couldn't imagine being in that position. I can't imagine what they're continuing to feel, especially as reports come out about Nick and what he's facing, the charges that he's facing, the fact that he may potentially get the death penalty. He's likely going to spend the rest of his life behind bars if he doesn't get the death penalty. Like, this is a really clear cut case. And I don't know if a public defender is really going to be able to get him out of it. You know, that's not an Alan Jackson star attorney that's representing him, so I don't know. We'll see what happens. But my heart goes out to the Reiner family. I'll keep you posted as I did when the story first broke and as more details come out. Like I said, I believe the next preliminary hearing will be in September, which seems a bit far away, I guess. May, April, May, June, July, August, September. Yeah, five months seems a bit far. I'm sure there has to be more hearings that are coming up, but obviously the prosecution has to build a full case against him. I have predicted that he's likely going to have a. I believe he's pleaded not guilty, but I imagine they're going to try and fight for, you know, an insanity or a. They're going to try to pass the buck off of. Off of the addiction facility that he was at and try to blame them for switching up his meds, which may have thrown off his, you know, judgment or mental psyche. I don't know. I don't know. I'm so sorry. But it is gut wrenching, heartbreaking. And again, I can't imagine what the family is going through. That said, let's talk Blake Lively. Let's talk the Beck family, because that one's crazy. Oh, and let's talk Wes Wilson, because his cousin was just arrested, which is also crazy. Arrested, I believe the day before he had to tape the summer house reunion. So I don't even know if he knew about the cousin's arrest. I'm sure he found out after the reunion or later that night or possibly even the next day. But before we get into all of those stories, I did want to give some l' erb in the club to my pals at One Skin. Oh, yeah, a lot of skincare looks good on paper, but it doesn't really deliver much in the results department. Or even worse, you're sold the idea that you need 10 different products to have an effective routine. Not today, okay? That's why One Skin really stands out. Their products aren't about hype or fancy packaging. It's real science. The brand was founded by longevity researchers who asked a simple question. If Visible skin. All righty. Let's talk Blake Lively. And then we'll get into the Beck. The Becks of it all. And then Wes Wilson. So there's this new letter that's at the docket that everybody seems to be freaking out about, understandably, because it's a little. It's a little crazy. But the Wayfarer has agreed to stipulations. It says here, this is from the Wayfarer party's attorney, Garofalo. It says, dear Judge Lyman, at the final pre trial conference, the court asked Wayfair Studios llc and it ends with US Movie LLC to advise the the court whether they would stipulate with respect to the protected activity elements of plaintiff's fourth cause of action for retaliation of California's Fair Employment and Housing act, fiha. The Wayfair defendants agree that the per that for the purposes of trial only and with respect to the FEEHA retaliation claim, the jury will be instructed to presume that Ms. Lively engaged in protected activity by complaining about or opposing a hostile work environment. So this is really, really key here because they're saying that they agree that the jury will be instructed to presume that Blake Lively engaged in protected activity by complaining and opposing or opposing a hostile work environment. So they're saying that the jury, they don't have to present the evidence, but the jury is just expected to assume that Blake Lively did engage in activity that should have been protected. Now a lot of people are flipping out and they're like, oh my God, this is crazy. That means that Wayfair can't defend themselves against any sexual harassment claims. And that is true. Wayfair will likely not be able to defend themselves against any sexual harassment claims. But it's not really the bad thing that I think everybody's assuming that it is because it also means that Blake Lively is not going to be able to or need to. There's no reason for her to present any evidence of a hostile work environment or any evidence of any potential what she believed was sexual harassment. Now, this is a double edged sword, and I think that this is a bit of a risky gamble. But I'm assuming that the Wayfarer parties have a plan. Because if you think about it, if she doesn't have to actually show them what the evidence is, she can just say, I was harassed. Right. Whereas it then would be preventing the Wayfarer parties from being able to show her line. Right. For them to be able to showcase, okay, well, you said this. And now in your, you said this, then, you said this in your deposition. Like, what do you say now? Like, they can, they can cross examine her and attack her credibility. Now I believe that they will still try to find ways to attack her credibility. So that when she says, I engaged in protected activity, the Wayfarer parties can be like, well, if she doesn't really seem like a credible person. So if you don't believe that she's credible, and the thing is, the jury will have to make these determinations without actually having to see any of that evidence. But it also then kind of streamlines the trial to only focus on the retaliation. And this, to me, tells me that the Wayfarer parties feel confident that even if she were telling the truth, they still did not retaliate against her. And the case that they're gonna prove is that there was no such retaliation. So, I don't know. Blake needs to give it a rest. Like, Nickelback just stopped. Yeah. So, yeah, I have faith in the lawyers. I do, too. I have faith in them as well. I assume that they have some sort of legal strategy that they're going to play here. But this, I would assume, really kind of shortens the trial. Right. And maybe they don't need the six weeks that they were initially asking for. I don't know if that can be changed at this point, because she wanted 15 days to be able to make her case. And a big part of what she wanted to do was. Was present all of the backstory and prove that, like, this was a toxic work environment and there was sexual harassment. And we were thinking that that's how she was planning on backdooring her whole case about sexual harassment. And now, at this point, I don't think she'll be able to do that, because now the case is really kind of just trickled back down to the heart of the claim that's left, which really comes down to retaliation. Retaliation, Aiding and abetting, breach of contract, those last little bits. Yeah, she was. Blake was asking for 15 days, and then the Wayfarer said, well, if she wants 15 days, then we need equal time. Therefore, we're also going to be asking for 15 days, which is crazy, because think about it. That's 15 court days, not factoring in holidays, not factoring in weekends. So we would literally be in court forever. Like, it never ends with us. It just never does. It's forever ongoing. She owes us 12 months of our lives back. And I like my $5 back that I paid to see the movie. It's been, I think, 19 months now. Let's see. December, January. That's 12, 13, 14, 15, 16. How has it really been? I think 18 months, right? 17. 18 months is what. Where we're at right now. It's exhausting. I can't. I can't, I can't. I won't. She's gonna put in sh. And even though the judge said there was none to prove, she can still prove it in court. I think that was what she was going to try to do. Right. Even though it wasn't so much. So from what I remember her team trying to argue, it's that they wanted. They said that they needed to be able to showcase that there was harassment so that they can then prove that there was protected activity that needed to be protected. Which then led to the Wayfarer parties retaliating against which, to me, always seemed like how she was going to backdoor making this trial about sexual harassment, even though it wouldn't be. And mind you, there will be lots of people that are in the press. And think about it. When she's presenting her case, you're gonna have Colleen Hoover on the stand. You're gonna have Jenny Slate says that she details the excruciating pain that Blake Lively experienced of. It ends with us. And now all of that shit becomes irrelevant. That's why I said it was wild that they were still wanting Jenny Slate and Colleen Hoover to testify or to have their depositions used. Because I'm like, what do they have to do with anything? Like, the toxic work environment has been thrown out, the sexual harassment has been thrown out. They're not relevant to the case that's left. And the case that's left is solely retaliation. But Blake was seemingly going to introduce all of that. So all that should come down to is whether or not her reputation was damaged and whether or not. Because I guess this kind of fits the first piece, right? Because remember, I said there were always three pieces to this. She has to prove that there was protected activity. Then she has to prove that there was a smear campaign that hurt her reputation. And then she has to connect the two by saying, they tried to hurt my reputation because I reported this sexual activity. Now, granted, of the three elements, Wayfair is giving her one, right? Those are the three elements that she needed to prove in court. And Wayfair, with this stipulation, is giving her the first element, which is saying that there was protected activity on the set. But like I also said, this first element is what I believe she was planning on using a lot of her time in court to. To detail and to play out. And I think that's because they wanted the press to report on these things, because this is going to be highly publicized. And this was also. It was the press that they wanted. And it was also, you know, the jury that they're trying to taint. Whereas right now, this entire piece of Wayfarer is like, okay, fine, we will give you this entire piece. You don't even have to prove this. You don't even have to prove that there was harassment or whatever. We'll just say you believed that there was an issue and you were raising concerns about your issue. But now you have to prove that, one, the smear campaign existed, and two, that the smear campaign was directly in result of us trying to silence you for raising these claims over here. So even though they gave her one of the three pillars, they made her job easier. The last two pillars are what she's really going to have to prove. And I think she thought. I mean, I don't know if they really believe they're going to be able to prove those last two pillars. I think they were going to try to use this trial to really hammer in the harassment and toxic workplace so that the jury would be tainted and so that the public and the press would cover on those pieces. But now it really comes down to just an actress complaining about her reputation and whether or not that's going to land with the jury. Because they don't get to. They now will likely not have to hear about any of this. And so it'll be interesting to see how Blake Lively's team responds. And if they're like, whoa, whoa, wait, no, we want the jury to. To hear this evidence. This evidence is key. That'll be interesting. And I don't think that they can realistically argue that because they're essentially getting one of the. Their three elements. The Wayfarer parties are saying, we don't even need you to prove this in court, because we're agreeing with you. We're gonna give you this one. You know, we're gonna say, okay, cool, there was protected activity. We're not even gonna litigate that. So it is a bit of a gamble. It does give her an advantage going into it, but it also hinders her ability to control the trial because now she has to solely talk about her reputation. That is what's gonna be on the stand. Not Justin Baldoni's behavior, not Jamie Heat's behavior, not Jennifer Abel's behavior or Steve Cerwood's behavior necessarily, but solely Blake Lively's reputation and whether or not there was a smear campaign. So we'll see. She can't present an sh now. It can't be mentioned, not necessarily Isabella Farrer also completely irrelevant to the retaliation. It completely throws all of that out the window because there's no need for any of that. What is Blake's win is this misinformation again? Okay, well, put on your. Your. Your comprehension skills, because I just explained to you what the win was, and that's why all of the Blake bots are out there celebrating this. And they're saying, oh, well, Wayfair is admitting that there was harassment. They're basically allow. They're, they're basically saying that this protected activity happened. But they're also being very clear that this is for the sake of, that they're agreeing to this for the sake of the. With for trial, for trial purposes only and with respect to the FIHA retaliation claim. So that's what, that's what they're. They've stipulated that this is only for the purpose of trial, which also tells me that they're likely going to find a way to possibly, and I think that's what we're all hoping for, is find a possible way to somehow litigate or fight back against her with, with regards to the sexual harassment piece. Because if they're trying to say that this is only for trial purposes, then that means that there are non trial purposes, that they're likely going to want to re litigate those sexual harassment allegations, which means there could likely be an appeal for the defamation case and they could be trying to push that forward and that could epically come back to get her. So this is not misinformation, but the Blake bots are, are taking this information and presenting it as a win and the Beldoni, the Pro Baldoni crew is taking this information and kind of disappointed with it. And I'm saying I don't think it's necessarily disappointing. It does give her a win because again, as I just explained, that's why I put up all my, my fingers here, so I can really give you visuals to understand this. It's not misinformation and yesterday was not misinformation either. It was mistaken information that was corrected in real time. So let's be very clear, she's damaging her own reputation. She really is. Copper Mountain says Blake bots are always celebrating something every. Well, that's why I said, I said, you know what? Let them celebrate because right now, let them nibble on these crumbs. Because these poor animals are so famished at this point that they need every little chicken bone scrap that they can get. So let them in, let them enjoy, let them devour. Katie says, I am with nag though. Which, which supposed protected activity are they stipulating to? Because she moved that or she moved that around multiple times and it matters for causation. Yes, I do agree with that. That's what's going to have to be determined. And I think that's what Both parties will have to determine as well is which protected activity. I believe it's going to be the 17 point list and the CRD complaint. I think those are the two. The reporting of those that, yes, she felt a certain type of way and she raised concerns. And the two concerns that she raised were the 17 point list and the CRD complaint and the 17 point list. I mean, and if you really do kind of narrow it down to just that. The hard part is if the 17 point list does become the protected activity. And again, this is where it could be beneficial to Blake Lively on there, it references, like the nudity writer. It says no more of this type of behavior, which could taint the jury to believe that that behavior did occur and that the Wayfarer parties did. They are agreeing to saying that, yeah, that behavior did happen. And what was included in the 17 point list. Here, let me pull up our 17 point list. Okay, let's see. Let's read through each of those items. Okay, so they were. Okay. Concerns about inappropriate or overly personal conversations on set. Discomfort with scripted physical contact or intimacy. Request for clear professional boundaries between cast members. I want her actual wording. You provide. Let's see. I guess I would have to pull up her. I would have to pull up her. Yeah, I'd have to pull up our actual amended complaint in order to pull that up. But, yes, in terms of what NAG is saying, what activity was protected, I would assume it would be those two. Right. The CRD complaint and the 17 point list. But the argument with the 17 point list is the concerns were raised, they were met, and she signed an agreement at the end of production saying that the concerns were indeed met, therefore, there would be no retaliation because there was no issue. Like, there was no issue. Everybody came to. By the end of production, everybody was in agreement that this behavior did not take place in the second phase of production. That's number one. And then when it comes to the CRD complaint, I believe Wayfair's argument is going to be, well, we didn't retaliate against her. She hasn't proven that the smear campaign was real. She says that the smear campaign continued after the CRD complaint was filed. But the CRD complaint was leaked into the press, and they sued the New York Times for defamation. So I think they're going to say that in response to the CRD complaint that was never publicly. I guess it was publicly revealed in the New York Times, but that there was no retaliation to the CRD complaint because they were just defending themselves. And so that's what a jury is going to have to determine. This is why it's going to be a really interesting, interesting case. I thought she is hr. Yes. This case is raising her blood pressure. It is, it is. So we're gonna have to wait and see. Gabriella says, I'm sorry, but this isn't looking good for Blake. And I love this for her. Yeah, I mean, they kind of gutted her case. Right. Or gutted her strategy, her legal strategy, which I think really was to paint the Wayfarer parties as these nefarious people. Therefore, the jury should just assume that they were nefarious. If they were doing all of this stuff on set, then therefore, why wouldn't they be doing all this stuff? To protect their feminist brand. Right. Of course they're going to retaliate against her and shut her down, because look at all the gross things. Jenny Slate's going to tell you all the gross things that they did, and Colleen Hoover is going to tell you about all the gross things, and Isabella Farah is going to tell you about all the gross things, and they're going to use all of these instances that were, you know, exaggerated. So, yes, it could have been beneficial for the jury to look through all of those pieces, but also, that's not what the case is about anymore. The case is solely about retaliation. So under the presumption that there was protected activity, the question now comes down to, was there a smear campaign that hurt her reputation? How did it hurt her reputation to prove your damages? And was this truly retaliatory, or was it in defense of their own reputations? That's what it's going to have to come down to. Ryan Reynolds. I'd put Blake Livey's reputation on the trial any day of the week. Let's do it. Let's do it. Cooper. Mama says 17 point list is damning to the case. It is. That's why this. This decision is a gamble. And we'll have to see the 17 point list that was signed. Does actually not say. Does not actually say no more. She claimed that in the CRD complaint, but then we saw the document. Yes. Let me see if I can try to pull up the document. It has to be. Oh, here we go. Okay, thank you, Reddit. I knew Reddit would give us something. Okay, so this is her 17 point list. One, an intimacy coordinator must be present at all times when artists on set. Okay, cool. With respect to artists, any and all rehearsals, filming, or review of the footage, playback or dailies, and or other Interactions with any scenes involving simulated sex, nudity and or partial nudity shall be restricted to those persons with essential business reasons for being present. Essential Personnel as approved by the artist and Todd Black as further described in the Nudity Writer. Got it. There is to be no spontaneous improvising of any scenes involving intimate sexual, physical touching, simulated sex or nudity with respect to the artist. Scenes involving artists that involve kissing or depictions of sexual intercourse or any other intimate sexual physical touching must be contained in the screenplay. The most up to date draft approved by the artist in writing even though she was changing the script. Daily choreography choreographed in advance in the presence of the intimacy coordinator and may only proceed as coordinated with the consent of all participants in advance. Physical touching and or comments on artists. Physical appearance must only be done made in connection with the character and the scene work not asked to artists personally except as written into the screenplay or as strictly required in connection with makeup or costume preparation. There will be no physical touching, including hugging of the artist, her on set personnel or her employees and or her employees. There are to be no discussions with the artist of personal experiences with sex or nudity, including as it relates to the conduct with their spouses or others. No one will enter, attempt to enter, interrupt, pressure, or request entrance to the artist's trailer while she is in a state of undress for any reason. There shall be no rehearsal or filming of the artist, including the artist's approved body double or any nudity, partial nudity or simulated sexual except as expressly permitted in accordance with the nudity writer. Any such footage of the artist or artist's body double previously shot without the nudity writer in place may not be used without the artist and her legal representatives. Prior written consent. Artists may have a representative of her choosing present on set for the remainder of the rehearsal and shooting days, including while on a closed set. If artist is exposed to COVID 19, she must provide notice as possible as soon as possible after Wayfarer or any producer or production executive becomes aware of such exposure. There shall be no retaliation of any kind against the artist for raising concerns about the conduct described in this letter or for these requirements. Any changes in attitude, sarcasm, marginal marginalization or other negative behavior, either onset or otherwise, including during publicly or promotional work as a result of these requests is retaliatory and unacceptable and will be met with immediate action. This is the. This is where it's going to get really tricky. And that's this point number 10. Because it's very, very broad. She's saying that even sarcasm would necessarily like Even if you're sarcastic towards her, even that would constitute as retaliation. This is where it gets really challenging. But here's the thing based off of this letter, let's see, should we read through the rest of any other days? And all participants at the artist election and all hands in person meeting before production resumes will also include a director, the existing producers, the Sony representative, the producer designated by the representatives. Okay, so this 17 point list here doesn't necessarily. I remember the no more wording, but it seems like this version that was signed by them doesn't have the no more wording number one. And number two, it kind of just like makes these stipulations clear. No one will enter or attempt to enter or pressure her to come into her trailer. Okay, so I understand why they agreed to this. But for the most part it doesn't necessarily say that any of this behavior happened previously. It's just saying this behavior is not to happen. So it's like, okay, well if this behavior is not to happen, then we agree this behavior is not to happen. Now the only, the real challenging part is the retaliation clause in all of this, right? There shall be no retaliation of any kind against the artist. It comes down to what does that retaliation mean? And so, and then she defines retaliation as any changes in attitude, sarcasm, marginalization, like don't hug me but don't marginalize me, don't touch me, don't talk to me, don't enter my trainer but don't marginalize me. Like what the fuck does that mean? Or any other negative behavior. Meaning what? What does negative behavior mean? If I perceive it to be negative, therefore it's negative. But she says including during publicity and promotional work as a result of these requests. So this is what's going to have to be determined is as a result of these requests. And I'm assuming they're going to try to argue, well, it was self defense. We weren't doing this because she rose these concerns. We were doing this because we were afraid she was going to lodge false concerns against us. Yeah, anything she perceives it to be, that's the hard part. And this is where the Blakebots again with her wins are like, well it was retaliation because I mean it says sarcasm like she, if they were sarcastic to her, that means retaliation. What's like there's a legal definition for retaliation and then there's this and this is basically off of however she feels and on a whim. So if she feels like you hurt her, then you hurt her, Right? Yeah, that's subjective for sure. Completely subjective. That's what's going to be hard is. Does it hold up? How do you ban sarcasm? We would all be getting sued. Right? Or how do you consider sarcasm to be retaliation? But. So I think everything else they're covered on, but this retell, this number 10 is interesting. And I don't know if that's really going to come back and hurt her in a. In a major way or if that's going to hurt the Wayfarer parties. I don't know. We're gonna have to see how this. How this plays out. I don't know. We'll see. Okay. Mean Girls three star in Blake Lively. Whatever she feels, that's basically what it is. Independent contractors, though she could have left. Never had a contract. Yeah, not only that, but she was complaining about the. He was describing his genitalia to me, which was the conversation they had about circumcision and whether or not she's going to circumcise her. Her son. While she was pregnant with her son. That was way before the movie even went into production. So she wasn't even fully committed to the film at that point. So, again, like, it's just wild what she's claiming. And, yeah, I grew up on sarcasm. We had it as a side dish at every meal. So it'll be interesting, right? It'll be interesting. We'll. We'll see. It is a very subjective contract. Okay. West Wilson from Summer House. We know he's at the center of this Scamandival, Scamanda, whatever we want to call it. Wes Wilson dating Amanda Betula fresh out of her marriage to Kyle Cook, who he was good friends with and fresh out of his situationship, his on again situationship with Sierra Miller, who was good friends with Amanda. All crazy, messy, wild. But that said, there was a new report that came out that his cousin had been arrested for murdering his grandmother, or I guess their step grandmother. West's step grandma. His cousin's name is Dakota Sweeney, and Sweeney was arrested in Missouri, and it was for shooting the grandma. Apparently they got into some sort of. I guess the cousin was living with the grandma, and the grandma was like, hey, you need to clean up around here. You need to start doing some chores. Because, like, dude, you're a grown man and, like, get your shit together. Paraphrasing, of course. And so he was like, okay. And then he shot her. And then cops came. He was arrested. There didn't appear to be any dispute. Like, he seemed pretty clear, like, yeah, I shot her. Did she die? Well, usually when you murder somebody, Octavia. Yes. That means she's dead. So he shot her. When they say he was arrested for murder, then, yes, I would assume she definitely did not survive her. Her murder. So now I don't know how close west is to them, because Wilson or. Sorry, West's dad, Bruce, and this is his step mother. So it's his. It's West's step grandmother. So West's dad, I guess his dad, his grandpa's wife. So I don't know how close he was to Gail, but poor Gayle did not survive. He hasn't talked about it or made any public statements about anything. I don't know how close he was to his cousin, to Sweeney, but what a time. What a time, what a time. What a mighty good time. Not a very good time. But this news came, or I believe the shooting and the arrest happened the day before the reunion. So I would assume Wes maybe found out the day after the reunion. I don't know, Katie. If Arc said she did not survive her murder, that kind of sarcasm will get you a lot of retaliation. Retaliation. But did she die? Y' all crazy. No chores in prison. That's a good point, Janice. There are no chores in prison. Octavia's like, did she die? So sad. She died. She definitely died for sure. Okay, let's. Okay, we have to talk about this. Noah backstory. I'm actually gonna pull them up, because I want you to see. I don't know if you guys are familiar with Noah Beck, but he's, like, an influencer. He's supposed to star in the new Baywatch series that's coming out. And so this is Noah Beck. He's a real cutie. I believe he became famous, like, on TikTok. Real cutie. This is Noah Beck, and this is Noah Beck with his mom. So his mom was just placed on leave, and his sister has also, I guess, been placed on leave, and it's because there was. So I guess the sister got in trouble first, and she's under investigation for having an inappropriate relation with a. With a. One of her students. So I guess the mom and the sister. So the mom and the sister, I guess, both worked for the same school district, and that school district is. Peoria. Peoria Unified School District. And so the mother has been put on administrative leave. She worked at the Coyote Hills Elementary School, and she's currently under investigation. And this comes following the sister who's under investigation. So her sister Haley, she was facing some more serious allegations. These came first. She was actually fired from. She was Teaching at the high school. The moment taught at an elementary school. Okay, so they are investigating her, and they're accusing her of grooming one of her male students, exchanging thousands of messages with him. She was giving him money, giving him gifts. She allegedly had a sexual relationship with this student, and so they are looking at giving her a felony charge of pandering. The investigation is still ongoing. We'll see what happens with that. But it appears his sister Haley was having an inappropriate relation with one of her students. Now uncertain. I want to know how old. I want to know how old the. The student was and what the inappropriate conduct was. So, okay, the core allegations are grooming and her having a sexual relationship. But I can't. I don't know how old he is. Why did it. That's weird. One sec. Okay, so Haley Beck, high school teacher in Arizona. This is where everything went down. So investigators say that she started communicating with the male student before he turned 18, which is the key to grooming. So it appears. What in the coconut tree is going on? I keep asking ChatGPT for the details around Haley, and then I get a full brief, and then it like stops and it like stops and reverses it. But so anyway, I guess it happened. She was sending him money via Apple pay, and he was. He was under 18 at the time. I believe he's over 18 now. So they're saying she was grooming him when he was underage. And then I believe she started the relationship, the sexual relationship with him when he was over the age of 18. And that's the nuance that I guess she's trying to argue or her legal team is trying to argue is that, well, maybe she didn't have a sexual relationship with him, but he was already 18 at the time. But they're saying, well, you were doing things before he turned 18, which were completely inappropriate, and that's what defines grooming. And also, just as a high school teacher, you shouldn't be having any sort of sexual relationship with your students and sending them California. That's crazy. No, this is in Arizona, which is wild, considering Arizona is also where Nancy Guthrie went missing. So I don't know what's happening in Arizona, but everything in Arizona is going crazy. But. So that's. That's Haley. Let's see. I don't know. My chat GBT broke, but here's an update. It says, after reviewing. After a review of the investigators findings, this. The decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student. She had sex, a sexual relationship with that student. And therefore we Recommend her termination. So it says Haley Beck would, I guess the investigation. She was hired in 2020 after graduating from Northern Arizona University. She got a degree in second education. Then in March 2026, which was last month, she was under investigation for allegedly engaging. Damn. So she's pretty young. Because if she's fresh out of college in 20. Oh, well, actually, no, because she was fresh out of college in 2020. It's been six years since then. So homegirls pushing 30. If she's not 30 already. Oh, she's 27. Okay. Pushing 30. While the investigation reportedly began when the student was 18, she allegedly began grooming the student when he was a minor. Haley was placed on administrative leave in 2025. As the investigation was conducted, the school district ultimately recommended termination, and it was approved by the Peoria Unified board members. After a review of the investigation's findings. Okay, they put her on leave. According to AZ Central, Haley is accused of completing the student's homework assignments, letting him drive her car, and purchasing marijuana and alcohol for him during their alleged relationship. She also reportedly offered the student oral sex and referred to him as her sugar baby. Per text messages obtained by police, Haley may request a hearing with the district to see state her case on April 8, 2026. If she does not request a hearing, the termination will take effect. Haley did not immediately respond to public allegations. Interesting. It says in light of the grooming allegations, several resurfaced videos have drawn attention from social media users. In a now resurfaced clip, Haley and her brother Noah Beck participated in a suspect running trend, a viral trend that mimics police broadcast. As the challengers roast. One suspect's best friends with her students. And then she says, they're nice to me because I don't know if you remember that. That trend. It was like, let's poke jabs at each other. Let's troll each other. Everybody was doing it. They're like, suspect, you know, claims that she's on a diet, but yet orders McDonald's for dinner every night. And then they're like, oh, you said that. And then they do it. And then like, well, suspect says that her hair is naturally blonde, but I can see her roots coming through. And so you would, like, kind of jab at each other. And it was all done in jest. So, yeah, I don't know what the latest on the investigation is or where she stands, but that looks like that's where we're at. But then we have the mom now, Noah Beck's mom, Amy Beck, now she's entered the chat, because she's currently. She was placed on administrative leave. And that's from the elementary school. Remember, the daughter taught the high school. And people are now resurfacing a TikTok video. This is from 2020. So it seems like Noah and his family did a lot of videos that are now coming back to light. And so it. People are saying that it's inappropriate. The school district is investigating, and it is inappropriate. And it seems like Noah, he's singing a song and he's like, holding his mother's head down. And it looks like she's simulating oral, but on her son, that's the part that's like, creepy is she's here. I'll play the video for you. I can't play the audio because we'll get struck for copyright infringement. But here I'm gonna. There we go. Look at. And so he's rapping the song, and then he pulls his mom's head up and down. Almost as if, like, you're simulating oral sex and you're picking your mom's head up and down. Like it's. It's. It's wild. Like, it's truly wild. Like, it's crazy. Like, how do you. Like, how do you as a mom, agree to do that? I mean, I get it. Your son is a kid and he's stupid, but, like, how do you, as the mom, agree to do that? I don't. I don't know. What did those parents teach their kids? Well, you're seeing what her doing. Oh, my God. What's wrong with people? So weird, creepy, right? Like, and just wildly inappropriate. And so he's singing the song, and then I guess she's also kind of mouthing words to the song. And then that's when she comes up to mouth, like, what's that? The Nelly, I love you. And then. You know how it has that. And then people would do that. You'd have one person who's like, nelly, I love you. And then someone in the back would pop out and they would do the. Ah, need you. And so whoever that was, they would jump in and do the. But they would, like, jump in from the back. Whereas here, rather than doing the. From the back, like, her head is coming up. That's not the song that they're singing here. But that's just for reference of, like, since you can't actually hear the song itself. Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy. Where's common sense? She can't be naive, can she? I mean, I don't think she's that naive. Yeah. So sister's been terminated, Mom's under investigation, and. But the unfortunate part for Noah is his family's causing all this chaos. But he was supposed to be in the new. The new, Not Days of Our Lives. What am I? Baywatch. There's a new Baywatch series, and he's supposed to be starring in that. So he's supposed to. Like, his career was blowing up. Like, he went from TikTok, and now he's starting to act, and, like, he's becoming more. More and more, you know, popular, famous, all that stuff. But, like, it's just crazy and, like, damn, damn, damn, damn. He did post recently. He said, here, let's see. We'll pull up his IG for a sec. He is a cutie. He is a cutie. Look at. So he just post. This is his most recent one, and he said, this is two days ago. It says a day in someone else's shoes. And it's a Prada campaign. I wonder how Prada is feeling about all this right now. I want to do Prada campaigns like this. I love Prada, but. So, yeah, crazy, crazy, crazy. But I also don't have 7.7 million followers. Yes. This is when he. The announcement of him joining Baywatch was in March, which was interesting, considering his sister was already under investigation at that point. But now his mom is under investigation. I have a feeling he'll be fine. I have a feeling nothing will happen with the mom. The school district says that they're just trying to, you know, ensure the safety of the students. I think the mom will be fine. I think the daughter was the one that was inappropriate with the student. I think it'll be fine. Janice says, I follow him and have no idea why. Probably because you thought he was hot, and you're just like, oh, I like his thirst trap. Janice is like, ooh, she was licking her phone. She was like that. She's like that. Just like, he's so hot. He's so yummy. You can't help what your relatives do. That is true, Zach. You'd be great for Prada. Turtle. Yeah. Black turtleneck on lock, period. That's the goal. We're gonna manifest that now. I'm gonna start doing fashion campaigns. I don't know. Maybe I'll lean into acting. Maybe I'll lean like, we're. The career is. Is getting bigger, okay? We're blowing this up. We're not gonna be, you know, just a podcaster forever. I'm talking books. I'm talking acting gigs. I'm talking fashion Campaigns. We gonna do it all. We gonna manifest it. We gonna get a good husband. We don't have a good family. We don't do it all, period. From my lips to God's ears. Work out where to. Oh, yeah, we love that you already share pics. That's true.
