Trisha Paytas
The last line. Check. And my dad changed my whole opinion.
Tana Mongeau
Changed my whole opinion. Because then when I thought about growing up and my father. If you told me I could have put a hex on that man girl, I would have had the cauldron out. Have you ever been Tased?
Trisha Paytas
No. Have you?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Where?
Tana Mongeau
In my butt.
Trisha Paytas
For fun?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
With a police officer?
Tana Mongeau
No. That'd be hot. Hello, and welcome back to Not Loveline.
Trisha Paytas
Not Loveline, not doctors, not experts, none of it.
Tana Mongeau
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
But we are in relationships, so I think it qualifies us maybe a little bit.
Tana Mongeau
I think we're so qualified to give advice because of just the trauma, everything we've been through. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
And women.
Tana Mongeau
Quite, quite literally everyone in L. A. Yeah. Yeah. Call us at our phone number. Do your thing.
Trisha Paytas
Call us here at our phone number. If you want your advice, I produce it. Everyone said questions are on fire today. So they're really, really good to tell you. Yeah. He's like, these are tea today.
Tana Mongeau
He said, these are the best calls that we've got thus far. I do feel like, as we're warming up now, people are probably calling in for more niche, which I'm so excited about.
Trisha Paytas
We need to hear all of it. So call this number and then also go to our Patreon. Patreon.com/not loveline, where we get explicit, we get saucy. I had to even edit some of the title out because it was too saucy the title.
Tana Mongeau
So, yeah, that was. People were really asking some crazy ones.
Trisha Paytas
We Patriot is like, so, like, Wild, Wild west for us too, because it's like the end of the night. Like, we were eating, like, Taco Bell last time. Like, just, like, so out of it.
Tana Mongeau
But in the best way. I think when you're delusionally tired like that, sometimes it creates for content that you just can't replicate.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I do love shooting these. You do come here at, like, 2:00, but we're done at, like, 7, which is, like, so late for me. Like. Like, I literally go to bed at 6. So I'm like, I don't know what's happening. I wake up the next day, like, what. What did happen?
Tana Mongeau
The second one's always. I'm like, paige, what did I even say?
Trisha Paytas
Definitely. Yeah. Because you just need a review saying.
Tana Mongeau
You just. I just start saying. I'm like, yeah, it. But it. It just makes for the best content. So, I mean, I don't.
Trisha Paytas
I love it and I love giving you guys advice. It's so fun and over on our Patreon. It's just fun. It's a little small community. We post every Friday, so it's like getting a bonus episod to go the full hour for you guys over there too. Because, honestly, you guys have showed up so much over on our Patreon, which is, like, really nice and really supportive.
Tana Mongeau
And the reviews are great, which makes me happy. Like, I just. I'm so happy that people are happy with it.
Trisha Paytas
I am, too. And we are. We have no ad reads, so thank you to our patrons for being here with us. We love you.
Tana Mongeau
If I were a big corporation, this would be my dream sponsorship.
Trisha Paytas
Like, who. Who do you think should give us a billion dollars for this?
Tana Mongeau
Quite literally, everyone. Wingstop should talk about your chest.
Trisha Paytas
Understand? It's like, I love to eat wing stuff off my chest.
Tana Mongeau
I love eating food off my chest, laying in bed, in general.
Trisha Paytas
Did we talk about this before? The BFF's podcast being sponsored by raising canes all the time. And I'm like, how the hell. I guess a permanent sponsor.
Tana Mongeau
Do you think they're getting chicken tenders or money? Like, money.
Trisha Paytas
I think they're getting money because none of those people eat raising canes on that show. You know what I mean?
Tana Mongeau
That's the realest I've ever heard. Like, look at us. We would push it, and I think it's more authentic to our demographic.
Trisha Paytas
You would be in that big sauce. Just dip in the chicken. If you cut the open.
Tana Mongeau
If you cut me open right now.
Trisha Paytas
Raising Cane sauce would come out.
Tana Mongeau
So it's just like, I love a sauce.
Trisha Paytas
That's for sure.
Tana Mongeau
I'm a sl for a good sauce.
Trisha Paytas
I like that. Now I'm on the Wingstop sauce haul, so.
Tana Mongeau
I'm kidding. Yeah, it's like hell froze over. Trisha Paytas like, sauce again.
Trisha Paytas
Crazy. I might salivate over it for sure. But anyone sponsor us, please, please, like, quite literally.
Tana Mongeau
We are begging, but we are just so appreciative of our patrons for sponsoring us in that way.
Trisha Paytas
Patreon. No, that's. That's why I started the Patreon before. I, like, I just love it so much. And they're so supportive and so wonderful, and we love to do it. And it does get very hot, and it's so cool.
Tana Mongeau
The hack of the fact that it won't ever get leaked because we are quite literally talking about the most vulgar stuff.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. That, like, could ever be. You cannot put it anywhere, so.
Tana Mongeau
You look so elegant.
Trisha Paytas
You look so tan. We wish I was this tan.
Tana Mongeau
Right? We have Been psychologically unpacking our tan addiction all week. Like, I came here pale on Sunday and I left, and I was like, oh, I gotta fix that.
Trisha Paytas
Look at. I know there is a sickness to it. Like, look at that.
Tana Mongeau
But you look at my tank, but also look at mine coming off. Mine is what is.
Trisha Paytas
Like, think about it. The psychology behind it. Like, why do we need to be tan?
Tana Mongeau
I don't. And I feel. I'm not kidding. On Sunday, I left here, and I was like, I am the fugliest person to ever walk. I'm a little gremlin. I look like Trisha's Make a Wish. Like, I just. I need to lay in traffic. And then I tanned, and I was like, I'm Miss America. I'm so gorgeous.
Trisha Paytas
See, when you did come in, I was just like, wow, you look great. I couldn't, like, figure out what it was. And then when you said the tan. But you do get new extensions.
Tana Mongeau
I mean, you are contrast, too, with the blonde. Like, when you're. When you feel. I think when I'm pale and I'm blonde, I feel all the same color.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like mashed potato.
Tana Mongeau
An actual mashed potato?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. With a little butter.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. Sounds amazing.
Trisha Paytas
Honestly, I feel like that right now. I'm very pale.
Tana Mongeau
No, but you, like, give Marilyn Monroe with, like.
Trisha Paytas
I don't give Pillsbury Doughboy Girl.
Tana Mongeau
It's so funny because I just don't see that. But listen, you can't. You can't convince me that when I'm pale, I look good. So I get it.
Trisha Paytas
Like, you know what I mean? No, it is a weird thing. I guess you just think you. I guess in general, people look better when they're tan. Probably. I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I guess maybe it's, like, a sign of health and Lord knows I don't have that.
Trisha Paytas
Like, you went outside and got some sun.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. But then look at my foot right now, and it's like, oh, that's not.
Trisha Paytas
I always tell mine are always a little cracked.
Tana Mongeau
This one's grimy. And that's on me. I didn't exfoliate. I didn't do any of those things.
Trisha Paytas
Pointy shoes on, so. You look amazing.
Tana Mongeau
You're, like, so sweet.
Trisha Paytas
But you said you're going somewhere after this, I feel like, okay, you were, like, dressed for the day.
Tana Mongeau
I said this earlier. Like, this, to me, feels like our slumber party. And just Trish, to me, feels like the front lines. Like, I have to, like, really show up, ready for business.
Trisha Paytas
That is so weird. How it's, like, different. It's literally right next door to each other. It's like, what?
Tana Mongeau
And it's just us yapping. Like, it's the same thing, really. But I don't know what it is. Like, just when I'm on the Just Trish set, I feel so official.
Trisha Paytas
It feels a little more official. This is a little. We're getting it together, but it is a little more, like, makeshift. Like, this was, like, something that's just came out of nowhere.
Tana Mongeau
It also kind of feels like the sea. It's not secret at all. It's getting so many views and everyone loves it and stuff. But, like, it just feels like the secret Kiki, you know, secret.
Trisha Paytas
Even my mom, who watches everything. I had no idea. We had a podcast together. She's just like, what? Where's the podcast? Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Someone was asking me that the other day, and I was like, that people will know. I think as we've been yapping, more people are more clips and more things. So I've been living for the. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Being like, where is this at? Because I guess I, like, never. Yeah. Like, where do you talk about? I try and do the stories and I tag you because I was like, well, she'll repost stories if I take her. So it's just like, yeah, slow burn.
Tana Mongeau
It's for the girls and the gays. It's not even a slow burn.
Trisha Paytas
It's a slow burn. But you know what? We're here for it. Honestly, I love it.
Tana Mongeau
I have so much fun doing it. And, like, I want to do it forever, so.
Trisha Paytas
Well, we will do it forever. We've been doing good. This is what our episode number 10.
Tana Mongeau
I just keep imagining us in our walker and we've gathered our life's lore and we're still giving advice. Like, that's.
Trisha Paytas
That's what we're most qualified when we're like, 80. You'll be 86. I'll be 96. And which is. Wait, what. What year were you born?
Tana Mongeau
98.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. You'll be 98 now. No, you'll be 88. I'll be 98, which is the year I was born. And the year you were born isn't crazy cute.
Tana Mongeau
That's so funny, because I think I look so much older than you.
Trisha Paytas
No, but I think we're the same age. I always say this. I always think we're the same as. You don't look like it. I just. Because we. You've been around as long.
Tana Mongeau
Like, I just feel like I feel 90. I do think it's like, you've lived life. We've live. Lived some life. Some eras.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It's. It is just crazy all the eras.
Trisha Paytas
I know.
Tana Mongeau
Were you like, looking through your Tick Tock before it got deleted? Just being like, oh, my God, I've lived so many lives.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Even just in that period of time.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Yes. No. Tick Tock is such a time capsule where I'd be like, and I wasn't saving Tick tocks. I was like, I'm not saving all this. That's like, so annoying. I'm just let it die with the sinking ship.
Tana Mongeau
I know. I was gonna just like, let mine die too. I was like, I was gonna react to my old Tick tocks for a YouTube video and it's like, why are you like, with Taylor Holder in every other video?
Trisha Paytas
Yours is crazy though. Like, yours is so. You have so many people in it.
Tana Mongeau
Like, like, like for so much of it. Like, I feel like prime Tick Tock was my prime party girl era.
Trisha Paytas
I see.
Tana Mongeau
So horrifying to have an app that you can just upload to it like, immediately while hammered.
Trisha Paytas
That is crazy. You should have like a breathalyzer to get into it or something like that.
Tana Mongeau
Kidding. I needed a breathalyzer for my Tick.
Trisha Paytas
Tock to make sure you could are like, coherent and I wasn't.
Tana Mongeau
Let me just tell you that. Jesus Christ.
Trisha Paytas
I guess it makes for good Tick Tock.
Tana Mongeau
I mean, it did. Yeah, it's. I understand now why they were getting so many views. It's like a car crash. Like, you can't look away.
Trisha Paytas
I think like, when you're drinking, I feel like, you know, I haven't been drunk that many times. I used to get. Try to get drunk for like, YouTube videos sometimes. But, like, how do you even know to like, get your phone? How do you know?
Tana Mongeau
My drunk mind thinks everything is content. My drunk mind is almost the opposite. Whereas, like, when I'm sober, I'm more like, I think through when I'm posting. When I'm drunk, I'm like, this will be the greatest idea in the world. And like, they were so messy. I'd be out at parties and just have a flashlight. See someone who had drama be like, let's make a tik tok. Put crazy text on it.
Trisha Paytas
What's your craziest drunk one?
Tana Mongeau
Oh, I don't even know where to begin. My friends giving last year, I was hammered. I had to delete them all in the morning. I was like, faced.
Trisha Paytas
What? What? What happened to your friends?
Tana Mongeau
I flew home from Hawaii and I drank the whole flight I got home, I think I still thought I was in Hawaii. It's friends giving, everyone's cooking a turkey. I jump in the pool, it's freezing, it's November.
Trisha Paytas
That's kind of cute or.
Tana Mongeau
No, it was not cute.
Trisha Paytas
They were like, yeah, I was trying.
Tana Mongeau
To make a green bean casserole. Hair in the casserole. I spilled it all over the floor.
Trisha Paytas
Who was with you?
Tana Mongeau
I'm my whole friend group. And then like all the face tatted boys came and like Jeff and his whole friend group came and like I was so drunk I don't even think I ate food.
Trisha Paytas
This was last year or two years ago, probably, huh?
Tana Mongeau
I don't know because I just started talking to Makoa. So like a year and a half ago.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, so not. Not 2024, 2023.
Tana Mongeau
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. I was thinking like a few months ago I was like, wow, that's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
And I got my act together real quick. That was the thing. I think that was kind of like one of my last hurrahs because it was like I met Makoa and I was kind of exiting a little party crazy phase. And then I was like, yo, girl, if you want to bag this man and lock him down, you better drink a water.
Trisha Paytas
You know what level do that for you? Love can change you. Everyone's like, don't find a man to change you. But like sometimes the right man you'll want to change for, you know?
Tana Mongeau
And just like when you're in, when you're with someone that you respect, you then hold yourself to a caliber that's different. Like I think that was it for me. Like a lot of times I was with people who was, who were on a more crazy level with like just, you know, being insane. But with Makoa, he's so sane that I was like, wait, let me get my act together.
Trisha Paytas
Totally. I was always around people. I totally disrespected me. And then I disturbed myself. I was like, yeah, whatever. I'm just like. But then when I met like Moses and he actually was. And then I was like, you know what, Let me be better. So like people don't like attack him for being with me or like questioning.
Tana Mongeau
Why he's with me, you know, like, yeah, 100. It's like, oh my God, like his family, I think about that. It's like I don't want them to see things and like, you know what I mean?
Trisha Paytas
You are such a different, a different personality.
Tana Mongeau
Especially just because it's like I almost feel like in maybe his friends heads, they don't ever say anything like this, but it's like he could just be with the chill surfer girl, you know, he went out on a limb and chose the crazy bimbo blog, you know.
Trisha Paytas
So sharing everything, your thoughts at, like, midnight. Yeah, yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Exit talking about our avatar life. Like, it's, like, so good.
Trisha Paytas
No, no, but it's so good. And you do it in such a good way now. You're so, like, cute when you do it now.
Tana Mongeau
It's like, yeah, I've got. I have my. A little more together, but then I'm still always accidentally leaving things in. Videos and podcasts are going live without me editing it, so actually, I'm gonna lay on the freeway.
Trisha Paytas
Well, you did, like, 30 podcasts, so, like, how do you even keep track of, like, what I said?
Tana Mongeau
Where at the end of tonight, like, once we finish the Patreon, I will have shot 12 full things this week, and it feels like it. I am like, do you have, like.
Trisha Paytas
A break next week?
Tana Mongeau
Kinda. I'm shooting some. I'm taking an etiquette class and filming that. Like, I'm doing random things.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I see. So, like, you're trying to do your, like, YouTube channel more.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. Well, I stayed at this hotel in Hawai, and then they, like, sent an email to my manager saying, like, a profanity all over the property. And I'm like. It's like I was, like, screaming swear words like, what, recently? Yes. And like, I'm sober, so it's just like, that's just who I am. So I'm taking etiquette classes.
Trisha Paytas
That's why. Because even, like, we just did the podcast and it was like, you weren't saying. You're not saying, like, the C word, which isn't bad because people use an acute way. But you, like, really don't say the F word. Me just, like, censoring myself. But you don't say anything.
Tana Mongeau
And I'm not like, I wasn't, like, screaming, swearing, but, like, like, I guess it was just such a nice resort that everyone else even, like, goes to dinner in their nice dresses. And then, like, I'm in my, like, almighty sweatset and it's like, almighty.
Trisha Paytas
Is that still around? I remember that was such a thing. Are they still putting, like, people's faces on it and stuff like that?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, and, like, crazy. I don't know. I like their little sets in Hawaii, though, because they're, like, thin and cotton and comfy.
Trisha Paytas
They only go up to largest.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, man. Do not sponsor.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
In 2025.
Trisha Paytas
No. And it's tiny because I. They came out with, like, a Gerard W, like, set, and I, like, wanted it so bad. And only one.
Tana Mongeau
Make you @ least. But then you don't want to wear it because you don't want to.
Trisha Paytas
Like, I totally would, but I don't think that was awesome.
Tana Mongeau
That's awful.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, it's like.
Tana Mongeau
No, I think that size inclusivity is, like, what? It's 2025.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, but a lot of people don't. I mean, it's really skims and fashion nova. That's why I wear. That's all I wear.
Tana Mongeau
I think Aloe does, too. Me.
Trisha Paytas
No. They only go up to larges.
Tana Mongeau
You are lying to me right now.
Trisha Paytas
We have an xl, but it's the smallest boob ever.
Tana Mongeau
I was just in Aloe and I couldn't find anything because everything on the tables were extra ext. Extra small. It was like, you're gonna be inclusive to the.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, Aritzia is another one that's just, like, only for small people. I mean, it's just.
Tana Mongeau
No, people should actually. You know what I want to say? I want to say something really mean and horrible, but it's. I just. What do you mean? It's 2025. Have close for everyone.
Trisha Paytas
Bevin's doing those JLP ones, those epics, the Manjaros.
Tana Mongeau
But I just. No, I can't get behind that. It's like a. Hello, Aloe.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I know.
Tana Mongeau
That's not. That is not. That is out. That is out for 2025.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, more fat inclusivity.
Tana Mongeau
Dude, It's. I just can't even. That's crazy. Skims.
Trisha Paytas
I'll say it be my leopard outfits. I was gonna wear another leopard one today, but we'll wait till we get our leopard couches coming soon.
Tana Mongeau
We, like, have been even today. Like, my top was businessy, and you had on a button up, and I was like.
Trisha Paytas
We were so coordinated.
Tana Mongeau
We keep accidentally coordinating. You look so the just Trish outfit. Everyone go see it. It was so cute. Her pink stripe button up.
Trisha Paytas
I really do love it.
Tana Mongeau
I was gagged. It was really cute.
Trisha Paytas
Well, we're getting. I guess next week will be our Valentine's Day episode. I was gonna say Valentine's Day, but we'll do our next week of little Valentine's Day.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, maybe like. Well, now I was gonna say we should go buy skims Valentine's Day collection, but it's like, apparently we can't do that. I'm just trying to keep up. Cancel me.
Trisha Paytas
Get Some cupid out. Well, by the time this comes out, you know, we'll be back on it or something.
Tana Mongeau
But who knows?
Trisha Paytas
You'll get, like, a little cupid. I don't know what Valentine's Day themes are.
Tana Mongeau
It's my favorite themes, like little hearts and stuff. Best holiday themes by far.
Trisha Paytas
I love Valentine's Day. Should we take a call?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, we should probably take a call.
Trisha Paytas
We can just keep chatting. We did just chat for two hours on. Just.
Tana Mongeau
I, like, forget. I guess we'll sit here now.
Trisha Paytas
You've been chatting all week?
Tana Mongeau
All week. I've been just podcasting.
Trisha Paytas
How long did you do with Jeff? How long did you do it?
Tana Mongeau
What, like an hour and a half? Probably same. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
And that's just because I go over there. Oh, my God. That scared me so bad. I thought it was a taser. Have you ever been tased?
Trisha Paytas
No. Have you?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Where?
Tana Mongeau
In my butt.
Trisha Paytas
For fun?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
With a police officer?
Tana Mongeau
No. That'd be hot.
Trisha Paytas
Was it someone who had. How do they have access to a taser? You can just buy tasers.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, you can just buy tasers. I honestly want Makoa to tase me in bed. I think it'd be so fun. But he won't.
Trisha Paytas
No, he's too nice.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, he's like. He's like, no, I'm not tasing. You get. Seek mental help.
Trisha Paytas
Like, I guess it's a kink.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know. I drink.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Maybe you like the vibration. I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
Could be fun or shock.
Trisha Paytas
Well, let's see if this. Caller number one.
Tana Mongeau
I need a lobotomy. Caller number one, please.
C
Hello, ladies. So I'll keep it short, I'll keep it cute. But basically my question is, is it wrong to try to bring on karmic retribution yourself? Let me follow this up. I'm a practicing Wiccan, all right? I've never done a hex, okay? I've never done, like, a nasty little spell at somebody. However, I've been caught up in a situation with somebody in which I feel very, very pulled to. I don't know, I guess push karma towards their way a little bit more in the form of a hex, okay? So that being said, what is your opinion on hexing people? What is your opinion on just taking karma into your own hands? Because I don't know if it's correct. Also, just to add a little bit of tea, the person I am thinking of hexing is not actually a partner of mine or a boyfriend or anything. It is my father. So. Yes, let me know. Is this a bad idea? I'm a practicing wiccan. I know what I'm doing, but I just don't know if I should.
D
Okay. Anyways.
Tana Mongeau
We love you. We love you so much. Damn. That was a roller coaster. I, like, had eight different opinions across that.
Trisha Paytas
The last line. Check. And my dad changed my whole opinion.
Tana Mongeau
Whole opinion. Because then when I thought about growing up and my father. If you told me I could have put a hex on that man girl, I would. I would have had the cauldron out. Oh, my God. We don't talk about fathers enough.
Trisha Paytas
Like, yeah, so true. We never have gotten into that on here.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. And it's just like, God, having an awful father is the worst. I. I pray for you. I know. That's that all too well.
Trisha Paytas
Having a father that you would want to hex sounds like he might be deserving of that hex.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, that's so true. But it's. I think in my life, I have gone through phases. I believe there was definitely a big time in my life where I believed karma wasn't doing enough. And I was a crazy person. And I would. I would go out and I would be karma, you know, And I. Yeah, karma's a name, Tana, you know, And. But then as I've gotten older, I believe that a lot of people's lives, there are their own karma, you know, like the.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Tana Mongeau
Like, people who do stuff. Like, even a cheater, it's like, well, his life is his own punishment. Like, he lost the girl. And, you know, like, it never works.
Trisha Paytas
When you try to be the karma. I have done this countless times, trying to just be the karma.
Tana Mongeau
More sad.
Trisha Paytas
You end up more sad. It comes back to you, like, this weird way, like, when you put out the negative energy, it's coming right back. Because I was. I was trying to be everyone's karma. I was like, wow, you did this to me. And, like, deserving. Right. They would make you feel crazy or they did something awful, and you're like, watch this. But it did just make me more miserable. More bad karma coming my way, where I've, like, sat in the back seat. Now when people have done me wrong and I just, like, don't say anything. And you do see their own karma come, like, over time. Yes. So, like. Like, the true color show whatever you want to say. Like, something comes out, and I'll get that all the time. Like, oh, Trisha. Like, I don't know. People like, Trisha must be happy. It's like I'm not either way about it but like it. What comes around, goes around always, you know.
Tana Mongeau
I agree and I think even that you saying you don't feel either way. I think that's important too because the best thing you can do is unfortunately forgive. Not for them, but for you. I'm not, I'm not saying people always need to be audibly forgiven to them. It's not for them. But I'm saying for you because it's like if you want bad karma for someone, that means you are holding something that is also negatively affecting you and that can be so toxic and bad for you. It's so hard when it's your father, you know, like that does add a layer to it. I don't know enough. I get, I get a lot of girls on my shows weirdly who tell me that they put hexes on people. Like I get a lot of Wiccan.
Trisha Paytas
At the cancel day. I'm a practicing. I love. I. We do spell work. I. There's been black salt all over my house, especially in this area. Yeah, I love it. I have like a. I've had multiple phases as a kid before I even knew what working was. Even in 2021 I was like, like I'm very, I'm very in the awaken community and really? Yeah, I love spell work. I do lots of stuff with smoke and water and no spells all the time but.
Tana Mongeau
And you think they work?
Trisha Paytas
Absolutely. That people like what's your manifestation? I'm like, I'm a witch basically. But like that's a whole other thing. Love it. And Joey was talking about his witch. He's a witch guide. Caught her name. He's just talking about her how he's a witch guy that helps him through everything. He pees around himself for protection because it's salt in your pee. And I'm like, love same.
Tana Mongeau
No way.
Trisha Paytas
He's also a witch. So we had this whole witchy discussion and I think like one of the number one rules is to not use your witchy powers for bad. The hexes are real. I could cast hexes on people all day long.
Tana Mongeau
No way.
Trisha Paytas
But karmatically it does kind of come back to you because the energy you put out is the energy you get back. So when you do protection spells, I put a shield up on me a long time ago where any like evil eye or negative energy goes back to that person.
Tana Mongeau
So you just watch people's lives fall apart and not.
Trisha Paytas
And I, and I. Let me tell you, I do not revel in any of it. I'm just like, I put up the shield of protection, and if they put the evil eye that's on them, you.
Tana Mongeau
Know what I mean?
Trisha Paytas
I don't have evil eye on anyone for that reason. What if they have a protection shield around them? I don't want the evil eye back to me.
Tana Mongeau
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
So I don't. So you shouldn't do hexes. I don't believe it's so hard to say in this situation because I don't know what your father did. Like, best believe. Like, if my. Like, if. If my kids were getting. I would probably just pew, pew, pew.
Tana Mongeau
You know what I mean?
Trisha Paytas
Crazy. So I don't. I don't know what the level of.
Tana Mongeau
The situation is that's so hard.
Trisha Paytas
And in that case, I would. Instead of pew, pew, pew, I would maybe put a hex before I pew, pew, pew. That way you'll go to prison. Because most people don't believe in hexes.
Tana Mongeau
That is what the way. Which cool. Cuz, like, there's no law around it, you know, I guess there's karmatic law, but there's.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. You're not going to go to jail for. Pretty judicial. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Unless you put a hex on me. The police officers be like, okay, yeah, we love. I'm like, yeah. I just think wicked. Just think spells are silly. Yeah. But, like, I don't think I. I.
Tana Mongeau
Think I just came to the conclusion that I'm not going to personally allow myself to do any of that because it would consume my entire life. I would be cooking up in the cauldron, you know?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, the. Oh, the whole witch. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Well, I don't know. It was crazy.
Trisha Paytas
In the cauldron.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Kidding. But the protect spell is nice. I don't know. That's hard. Diva. Go with your heart. You know, if you really think.
Trisha Paytas
If it's like something like that, you might just, like, feel like you want to unalive him, maybe hex before the end of life.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And definitely don't unlive.
Tana Mongeau
You ate with that. You ate with that. No notes I'm gonna leave that. Trisha knows more about this than me. And I'm just like, I just want the best for you. And don't do anything that's gonna, you know, hurt or harm or negative for you, you know, for sure.
Trisha Paytas
You don't want to put out the negative energy. You want to put up positive. Especially if you're a witch and you're powerful and know how to use it. Put it out for good. Do something for yourself. Have a good spell to protect you from the situation and keep him away and all that stuff like that.
Tana Mongeau
And hate a father. I will say it's the worst. The only thing I know to say is us girls with dads usually have more lore and we're funnier. So maybe he gave you that gift.
Trisha Paytas
Love that. Daddy issues. Is your dad okay? Are you okay with your dad?
Tana Mongeau
No, no, we don't talk at all. I mean, I'm like. I'm personally okay, but I have to, like, forgive and let go and just completely leave from the situation. And I have empath. See, I think he was very mentally ill, you know, and now I can handle it all.
Trisha Paytas
But that's so interesting. Like, again, Joey was on here today and he's talking about that. How he had to, like, mourn the death of his mom even though she's alive.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. 100 the no contact. It's very crazy and hard to, you know, go through, but I know I'm gonna be the best parent. And I also know that I'm going to actively choose the best father for my children, you know?
Trisha Paytas
Well, you probably already did.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he's great.
Tana Mongeau
He would be a great, great dad, which. Which matters so much to me. I don't think I'll ever date anyone again. Like, obviously I don't think I'll ever date anyone.
Trisha Paytas
Just saying, like, no, that's the best thing I did. Like, I always think about that. I'm like, oh, my gosh. Like, if there's one thing I did good in life is, like, picked. Like, they have the best dad that's, like, obsessed with them and, like, like, protects them and just, like, wants to be around them and play with them. Like, he makes me feel like a bad parent because he's so good with them. And I'm just like, oh, thank God.
Tana Mongeau
Like, you and I even talking about all of those people doing that trend. We listen and we don't judge. And it was just the dads essentially saying they, like, hate their kids and hate their father. Like.
Trisha Paytas
Like, I heard them screaming, but I made. I. I like, pretend I did. So you go up and get them?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Hell, never. Well, we love you, girl.
Trisha Paytas
I consider myself lazy, but that's actually crazy. Like, I hear my child screaming. I'm gonna go, like, run.
Tana Mongeau
Like, what the actual. Especially just being the child that was neglected. It's like, I can't imagine.
Trisha Paytas
Well, that's why you are gonna be such a good.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Like, oh, Jesus. We love you, girl, though. And we love you. Our little witch.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Shout out to the Wiccan community. We love a good pagan.
Tana Mongeau
I need to learn more. Like, I'm. I know.
Trisha Paytas
I have so many books upstairs. I love it. I had a whole, like, I still love. I love casting spells when I can, but it's so hard, I don't find the time.
Tana Mongeau
I love you so much.
Trisha Paytas
We have a whole set upstairs. In our. In my meditation room is a whole, like, little.
Tana Mongeau
I forget about the meditation room.
Trisha Paytas
We have a whole altar up there.
Tana Mongeau
Your house is everything. Like, you could really just never leave. Basketball court, sets on set. Meditation room, giant closet, sets on sets.
Trisha Paytas
Is real.
Tana Mongeau
Hello, traveler. What's that? What is that?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, the Tavern.
Tana Mongeau
Why couldn't I think of it? I can't think of it. It's. I'm podcasted out. I'm just.
Trisha Paytas
I feel you.
Tana Mongeau
My brain.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
So much.
Tana Mongeau
Should we take another caller?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
D
Hi, Trisha. Hi, Hannah. Love you both so, so much. I was just curious of what your favorite and least favorite astrological signs are for men and women. I'm dying to know your takes. Also, Trisha, I do have a second question for you. Would you ever go to a rave?
Tana Mongeau
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Love you. Oh, my God.
Tana Mongeau
Shout out to all the ravers, too. I know.
Trisha Paytas
Totally different. I did not think it was going there. That's. You love a rave.
Tana Mongeau
No, I'm just trying to, you know, our niche communities, we've probably got some ravers. We've got some Wiccan. I used to rave.
Trisha Paytas
Did you. How old were you? Oh, right.
Tana Mongeau
Because, like, edc, Vegas and Molly and my father didn't love me, so obviously I raved. Probably, like, 15 and up 15 to 19. I was raving.
Trisha Paytas
What happens at a rave?
Tana Mongeau
Lots and lots and lots of Molly and ecstasy. Lots and lots of it.
Trisha Paytas
Lots of lights, lots Makes you feel good. So everyone's just, like, feeling good? Yes.
Tana Mongeau
Touching each other, doing light shows. Everything's colorful. Oh, wow. Lots of music. Lots of. You know what I mean?
Trisha Paytas
Do you not grow a tolerance to Molly? Because I did love it. If I had a choice, I would pick Molly for sure. But, like, don't you, like, have a tolerance if you do it every weekend?
Tana Mongeau
And my brain probably looks like Swiss cheese from my Molly usage at such a young age. And I don't recommend it, but it made you feel. And a lot of people rave sober. That's not me. Just like calling. Everyone who raves gives a but, right? It is a lot of Malian ecstasy.
Trisha Paytas
How. When's last time you did it, Molly?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, maybe like, A Coachella. Like two years ago everyone was doing it on New Year's in Hawaii actually. And I like almost was like, should I? And then I was like, I don't know, I don't want to like what if I was like weird to Moa? That's my thing that.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I think that's what botted me and Moses is like we did it once like during quarantine like in the middle of the day for like no reason. It was so fun. And I remember seeing Hamilton. Hamilton to him for like five hours straight. He's like so good. This is so good. Like he's so awesome. He's like, no, you're so good. Yeah. And I just kept repping the whole thing for him and it was like everything.
Tana Mongeau
Wait. That made me want to take Molly with Mokoa midday.
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of fun. And we like went into the night and the next day like I remember my mom and sister were coming visit us on a Sunday and our jaws were just like so just swinging and tell her because we were just like couldn't even do a little cracked out.
Tana Mongeau
That's the thing too the Molly. And then when you're seroton and depletes after it's like so nuts.
Trisha Paytas
But it kind of bonded us. I was kind of like okay.
Tana Mongeau
Oh yeah. And like this. Apparently you're not supposed to have sex on Molly because like it's the best ever and stuff.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And it was. And people had to pee a lot. We kept going to the bathroom with each other because we're like. He's like, I have to pee. I'm like I'm gonna go with you. And I'm like I have to pee.
Tana Mongeau
Why is that like literally goals to me like that's so cool.
Trisha Paytas
It was like the best night. It was so much fun and I was just like gosh, I wanted to but we did it like a couple times. Like maybe like a few more times. It was good. But then one was just so bad. I got it from a friend that got me the worst and I was like so sick. I remember he wanted to go in the jacuzzi and I'm like, I felt like I was a little turkey being boiled alive. And I was like, yeah. And I was like I can't go in it. I can't go in it. And like he's like, no, just come.
Tana Mongeau
In and then is crazy. Cuz it's like making you sweat it and like it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I didn't know that it makes.
Tana Mongeau
The more I think I started Just.
Trisha Paytas
Like throwing up everywhere on the couch. And like, Port most probably was on a good trip and he's just like, trying to help me, but I was just like. Like, I was. It's never again.
Tana Mongeau
Oh. Oh, my God. Yeah. But it's also just like in general, in 2025 especially, it's like people cut things with so many things that you don't even know what's safe, fun any more. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Raves.
Tana Mongeau
What was her. What was her actual astrological signs? I love the astrological and the raving. Like, it all kind of goes together.
Trisha Paytas
Cancer. You are?
Tana Mongeau
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
I kind of found out today that I like again. We're talking about signs earlier. And I was like, I kind of feel like I really love Cancers. Like, Shane was a Cancer and he was like my closest friend. I liked him. I didn't know you were Cancer. I thought you were Gemini because you're June.
Tana Mongeau
But, yeah, I'm a Cancer. There's a Cancer moon right now, which I saw a thing saying it was supposed to make Cancers way more emotional. And I was like, I am so above that. And then I've cried, like all week.
Trisha Paytas
About what?
Tana Mongeau
Just literally just. I'm so sensitive. Like, Moa being gone. I miss him so much. Like, I've been crying about that, like, non stop, which is just like. Yeah, I know, but it's like we've been apart for 48 hours. Normally it wouldn't be. And I'm on my period. Like, I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
I've just been really emotional.
Tana Mongeau
In signs I don't like. She asked. I don't like Taurus men. Actually, my father was a Taurus.
Trisha Paytas
When's his birthday?
Tana Mongeau
Like, May 10th, I think that's my dad's birthday.
Trisha Paytas
That's so weird. What? Yeah. That's so odd.
Tana Mongeau
You're lying.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's so weird. And I'm May 8th. I'm like right there. I was like, oh, my God. Hopefully he's not.
Tana Mongeau
Maybe I don't like Taurus men. I do. Like, I love Taurus women.
Trisha Paytas
There is a big difference for sure.
Tana Mongeau
That's about it.
Trisha Paytas
People say, really interesting. Your dad is the first person you thought were like, I don't like this person.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. And then just like as I. I almost noticed that in my life I was like, dating men who possess same toxic patterns that my father did. And then a lot of the times they were Taurus horses. So I was like, what the hell?
Trisha Paytas
So interesting.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I. I did date a lot of people like my dad. And like, they would Just leave me. And I was like, oh, my God, that's crazy because, like, I'm close with my dad now, but like. Yeah, growing up, it was like he was in California as Illinois. I was like, why did you choose to live there when you were there? But I don't know. I don't know too many tourism. My dad is. I don't mind him. Oh, mine is. Mine used to be Scorpios that I hated. But weirdly, Moses, Scorpio and I love. But there's a difference. There's October Scorpios, which is Moses, and then November. Scorpios are kind of like the devil.
Tana Mongeau
Really?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So Scorpio men.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Normally like. Or women.
Tana Mongeau
Scorpios are like a little wild. Cancers are normally wild. But I get along with cancer women really well. Paige is a cancer. Isabella's a cancer.
Trisha Paytas
Emotional. Are you emotional in general?
Tana Mongeau
I take emotions out of work, but other than that, I am pretty emotional. Like, I try to, like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Do my best to take emotions out of serious things. I still suffer sometimes and suck and like, whatever, but I feel like cancers.
Trisha Paytas
Are always, like, super emotional. Take things personally.
Tana Mongeau
I. Yeah, I feel everything to the fullest. I do. Like, when I'm happy or sad or even just. I suck at letting go of an emotion. Like, even if I'm like. Even like me being sad about missing Mokoa, it's like, I know we're fine and, like, let go of that, but I'm gonna, like, just relish in it and cry for, like, hours, you know.
Trisha Paytas
Sadness overcomes me when I'm gone. I'm always just like. So it just feels like a part of me is missing.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. 100. Same. Same.
Trisha Paytas
So we love the Cancers. Taurus men can go and Scorpio Novembers.
Tana Mongeau
And some people are just surprisingly not their zodiac sign. I try not to, like, put the gavel down and say, like, I hate all blank.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Because there are always exceptions to the rule, you know?
Trisha Paytas
Never met a Pisces, have you? Don't know any Pisces. What do they do?
Tana Mongeau
Which one is Pisces?
Trisha Paytas
February fish. Maybe February, March.
Tana Mongeau
I don't think I've really. Yeah, I agree. Yeah. I don't know many Pisces.
Trisha Paytas
Is it end of February? February 19th, March. Like, who is born at that time? Nobody.
Tana Mongeau
No one. That's weird. I don't know. Yeah, a lot of was on the cusp of that, actually.
Trisha Paytas
When's his birthday?
Tana Mongeau
February 16th.
Trisha Paytas
Aquarius. Yeah, I love Aquarius. My sister's an Aquarius.
Tana Mongeau
I Didn't know anything about Aquarius until Makoa and apparently I love Aquarius.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he's a water.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Is it a water sign or. It's just a water. Aquarius is water.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know. He gives water.
Trisha Paytas
He gives water. So does Moses. We're very watermen.
Tana Mongeau
We love our watermelon man and we're very fiery fluid. What are you though?
Trisha Paytas
What is your sign's earth.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, what's cancer?
Trisha Paytas
You're on it with the research.
Tana Mongeau
Is cancer the one you guys just said? Aquarius is actually an air sign, so.
Trisha Paytas
But what is the actual sign? You know how Taurus is a bowl? What's an Aquarius? You know cancers are crabs. What's an Aquarius?
Tana Mongeau
It's a water sign. What's an Aquarius?
Trisha Paytas
Like what is its thing?
Tana Mongeau
Oh yeah, yeah. Let me tell you.
Trisha Paytas
Cuz it looks like waves. I always see it. It looks like waves.
Tana Mongeau
Oh yeah, it does.
Trisha Paytas
So it's like. Is that just water?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Oh, okay. My little water carrier.
Trisha Paytas
So he's a water literal water carrier.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. His friends have been like FaceTiming me to like show me him and he'll just be like in the middle of the ocean surfing.
Trisha Paytas
Saw that. That's like. Yeah, he's just living his best life.
Tana Mongeau
Yes. Oh my God. I like him.
Trisha Paytas
So paranoid.
Tana Mongeau
I would even just like with him, he gets hurt all the time doing crazy stuff and I'm always like, be safe, be safe. And I'm like, oh my God. If I have a son that then takes after you and I of you to worry about, I'm going to lose it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God. Like a little like little kids do go out there and surf. Like no fear kids. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It's so crazy. I do get like a little paranoid and anxious about that sometimes.
Trisha Paytas
But you got to let that go too because I do too. Even if he just leaves the house.
Tana Mongeau
For groceries, I'm like quite literally same like I am just so. And I. I know Moa is very adventurous and that's one of the things that I also love about him. So I try to just harness the good of that.
Trisha Paytas
What are you surfing?
Tana Mongeau
I tried it. It is so much harder than I thought it would ever be.
Trisha Paytas
Did you go out on the waves?
Tana Mongeau
Yes. And like I know you see them and you think that it's like obviously it's hard and it's fast and whatever, but when I was even trying it on the smallest waves, you're going like 100 miles per hour at the shore and it is horrifying.
Trisha Paytas
Did you stand up?
Tana Mongeau
No. Hell, never. I tried. I tried my hardest. It's so upper body strength. I'm gonna keep trying.
Trisha Paytas
Never. I know.
Tana Mongeau
And, like, the. You lose the board and it flips up at you and, like, you're in the waves and, like, fighting for your life.
Trisha Paytas
Are you a good tumor?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I'm a decent swimmer. My lungs are so. That's the thing is I can't hold my breath for a long time. I can swim well, but that's.
Trisha Paytas
And are you tied your ankle tied to the board?
Tana Mongeau
Sometimes. I didn't do one like that. It was just like, re. It was really hard. I was drunk, too. I was like. I had to drink. I had to drink to muster up the courage to even do it. Like, it's so scary.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. I tried. I. Like a paddle board. I'm a good paddle board.
Tana Mongeau
That's the thing is, it's like, there's got to be something a little lighter for me. Like, I don't know. I want to keep trying because I think it'd be so beyond Instagram reels. Stood up on a surfboard, hot pink bedazzled bikini.
Trisha Paytas
Like, that would be. You would look so sick.
Tana Mongeau
It'd be so cool. But it is so hard. I might just have to, like, AI that.
Trisha Paytas
Isn't there a movie with, like, Kate Bosworth where she's, like, a surfer? What was it like? Blue Crush.
Tana Mongeau
Blue Crush, yeah. That was filmed in Hawaii.
Trisha Paytas
Really?
Tana Mongeau
A lot of my Hawaiian friends, like, family members are in that. It's so funny.
Trisha Paytas
That movie has to be so old not to be, like, 20 years old. They must be, like, parents at this point. Yeah. I loved it, though. When it came out, I was like, I want to be a surfer girl.
Tana Mongeau
It's so dream. And all the. Their bodies are insane because it's such a full body workout, and they're so tan done. Her hair is just so long and beautiful. Like, all the surfer girls are so hot and cool. It's, like, insane. That's like, I always, like, even just going out in Hawaii, I'm like, oh, my God. Why did he pick me? Like, these surfer girls are so hot.
Trisha Paytas
I always think that with Moses because he's such an artist, and he, like, loved going to, like, art galleries. And I was like, why don't you just be with an artist girl? You know, like, someone who can just.
Tana Mongeau
Like, look at art and be like, we're such sabotage. Like, what?
Trisha Paytas
But he would always be like. He goes. Because, like, that's too similar. He doesn't like someone too similar to him, you know? So, like, obviously we're polar. Are opposites and. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
That's why they fell in love with the crazy yapping blondes. And thank God they saved us. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like it gets excitement, you know what I mean?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, it's cute. I think opposites do attract.
Trisha Paytas
Do you know what your opposite is on the scale of cancer? Because my exact opposite. Scorpio. Like Scorpio, Taurus. Do you know, like, on the scale?
Tana Mongeau
No. Would you tell me? I'm sorry. We're asking so many questions. What is like the exact opposite sign of a cancer?
Trisha Paytas
It's like on the scale, like, the exact opposite. Because they usually do really well together.
Tana Mongeau
No way. Capricorn.
Trisha Paytas
Capricorn, Is that. Oh, that's like beginning of January, end of December. That's interesting. Okay. Capricorn.
Tana Mongeau
Well, yeah. That's so funny.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Paul was a Capricorn.
Trisha Paytas
Really?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
What do you think of him now? Do you ever keep up or no? Are you just like. I'm so over it.
Tana Mongeau
We kind of. We keep up now and again. Like, just send each other. Funny sometimes, you know, But I wish nothing but the best for him, honestly.
Trisha Paytas
So weird. Like, I was thinking about this. Like, I don't. I've never date anyone like that. But like, like just someone that's in the public eye, you have to keep seeing them like that. So, like, would that be. I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
It is like, wild. Like, even just them at the inauguration page, like, made a joke. Like, I could see one of them running for president and I was like, that so would happen to me.
Trisha Paytas
That would be like.
Tana Mongeau
I just see it everywhere.
Trisha Paytas
Jake, Paul running for vice president one day.
Tana Mongeau
Can you just see them, like, him and Logan, like, around and running for president, like, it's so on brand.
Trisha Paytas
That'd be crazy.
C
Hi, Sending love from New York. I really want to know if anyone else has noticed that guys do not have any type of hobby anymore. They are so boring. I'm the only one coming up with ideas to do anything. And I also want to know your take on the. Are we dating the same guy? Facebook groups. I think they're super helpful, but for the like, not girls.
Trisha Paytas
Girls.
C
They kind of ruin it. But I love you, Trish. And I love you, Tana. Happy New Year.
Trisha Paytas
Happy New Year.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, my goodness.
Trisha Paytas
The new year starts now. Did you know that?
Tana Mongeau
I believe it. It just.
Trisha Paytas
January 29th is the Chinese New Year. It's now the year of the snake. What's your year? Do we look her up. 1998.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. I think I'm Tiger.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, we did. That's right.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Tana Mongeau
I think I'm Tiger.
Trisha Paytas
Year of the snakes happening. And I feel like it feels like.
Tana Mongeau
The new year now. Especially just with the fires. I'm serious. It felt like it was. We were in this like alter alternate.
Trisha Paytas
Literally all of January, all that. So February is fresh. So here we are.
Tana Mongeau
It's funny because I feel like we are dating two men who weirdly have a lot of hobbies. Like the candy fish and the surfing and the water and everything.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
But I completely agree with you. Men used to build coliseums with their bare hands and now they paint their nails and cheat like it is. And we love a nail paint, you know, But I'm just. Yeah, men don't have hobbies anymore. They just gaslight and burp.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Like it's. It is crazy.
Trisha Paytas
I guess social media for some guys. I always think it'd be like so weird to date someone who like does social media.
Tana Mongeau
I know, I agree.
Trisha Paytas
A little cringe. It was just like. I know such a double standard. But it's like, I don't know, a guy just like doing it. Obviously Moses does tick tocks, but it's like can fish. But if he was just like vlogging, I don't know, like thirst trapping.
Tana Mongeau
No, it's. I completely understand. Like, it's.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It's one thing if you like approve it, but then like. Yeah, no, and I. I obviously had my fair share like dating some tick tockers and stuff. And that was an interesting time. Men do not have hobbies anymore. They still exist. We found some.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
You know what I mean? It's. But you got to find them out in the wild. That's the thing. Because if they're on all the dating apps and they're on the Internet, those are their hobbies, unfortunately. So it's.
Trisha Paytas
Dating apps is such a hobby for so many people.
Tana Mongeau
Like, they're so obsessed with this swipe and that dopamine. Like a tick tock. It is insane.
Trisha Paytas
It is like weirdly fun. I mean, I would never go back to it, but like it is like weirdly fun to get messages. And you're just messaging so many guys in one night. Like you're talking to like 10 guys.
Tana Mongeau
Looking at like just seeing like their hinge. Like, I always make my friends swipe and I just look because I just want to know what the general public.
Trisha Paytas
Like my mom like finding bumble like people in their 70s. It's like wild. They're like looking for even like they're the men are just gonna be the men until the day they die. Because there's like 70 year olds just like trying to hook up and be like, what's your favorite position at like 72. I was like, that's.
Tana Mongeau
I'm like, how do they have the energy? Girl, you will find a hobby, man. But they are hard to find.
Trisha Paytas
And then out in the wild's good.
Tana Mongeau
Not on the that are we dating the same person? Facebook's. Anytime I see memes about that, it is just crazy. Like girls posting men's rooms and.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. But like, I love it. Yeah. I'm actually here for it too. But it is kind of like scary. I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Especially if the guy's a good guy and like you're just airing out his like home. But like, honestly, most men aren't. And I love. I love women in stem. I love when women put do their sleuthing and find out so at any means necessary Queens.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I loved having a YouTube channel because when I would expose like guys that like, were a cheater theater. I remember so many people would like email me and be like, oh, girl, he was like sleeping with me too. Here's the text, here's his. There's like everything to like add up to. And I was. And it happened so many times. There was a guy, dude like, literally was like 19 and like I was like at his house all the time and I teach pictures of me and he like lived on the beach and there was like, like marigolds that were just planted or whatever. And it was behind me and the girl was like, I planted those marigolds over Memorial Day weekend. And it was like Memorial Day, like the day after. I was like, crazy. Yeah. So I loved it for that reason because I was like, oh, but if you don't have a following, then you wouldn't know. So like that Facebook group is perfect for people.
Tana Mongeau
It is literally perfect. I feel like that Brook with Matt Rife, that was so crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Tana Mongeau
Tens and tens of women come out of the woodwork and like the timelines and it was. It was so crazy. He would like tell one girl that he was gonna go see his grandma and then the other girl be like, I was the grandma. Like, it was just insane.
Trisha Paytas
Guys like that. And he was like, busy. He's like a Canadian. How do you have the time?
Tana Mongeau
He was so busy. He would have like one girl sucking bathroom at a show and then be with another girl that night. And then Another girl later that night, and then another girl like, oh, my.
Trisha Paytas
That's so weird. It's like a sex addiction and it's sad.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, it is sad.
Trisha Paytas
I wonder if he's ever admitted to that or if he.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I don't think so. Or if he's just changed. I wonder if he's, like, still the same. I guess.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, I feel that was a.
Tana Mongeau
Good PSA for any girl who wanted to.
Trisha Paytas
To date Matt. Right? Yeah. Yeah. But, you know, probably. Lots of girls still probably did. They're like, this is my chance. Like, I could be one of those girls. You know what I mean?
Tana Mongeau
Which is just. Yeah. Even with, like, Zach Brian, I'm seeing now that, like, yeah, his new girl allegedly saw the chicken fry stuff and then slid in his dms.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
I just. I've never understood that when a man is getting outed for being a piece. The women who then want the man, it's like. I mean, people like, girl, you got the Yelp review. Like, you know, know, it's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
The. But how are men who have over, like, women and are like. It's. It's wild.
Tana Mongeau
It is so wild.
Trisha Paytas
It's like serial killers. I mean, they, like, could literally kill 10 people. And girls are like, I love you. I'm so obsessed with you.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Ted Bundy got a woman pregnant while he was still in prison.
Trisha Paytas
There was one recent. Remember the one that was, like, strangling two women. And everyone thought he was, like, so hot. He had, like, the teeth.
Tana Mongeau
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
He's so fine.
Tana Mongeau
Wayne was his name, I think.
Trisha Paytas
And he literally, like, strangled two women.
Tana Mongeau
Like, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Two weeks ago. People were like, I want to date you. I was like, this is.
Tana Mongeau
It's. It's. It's truly mental illness. It's crazy. Yeah. This is kind of cool.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah, this is cool. Oh, yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Like a little MySpace.
Trisha Paytas
This is Sad Boy 2005. It's my band. I was trying to brand. My little golf cart out there is, like, sad boy brand. I want you to just. Trish. I was like, I don't need to switch that branding now.
Tana Mongeau
That's so funny, though.
Trisha Paytas
I love a branding. I try to make anything work. Who was in the band Social Repose?
Tana Mongeau
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Remember him? He wears those, like. Yeah, I asked Johnny Gilbert. We talked about that. I've asked Johnny Gilbert. He was, like, in his own band at the time.
Tana Mongeau
How often do. He said, no.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, we talked about that. Johnny, you know, who originally was the original drummer as.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, wow, that's amazing.
Trisha Paytas
He drummed on it and he was supposed to be in the video, and he was just like, too.
Tana Mongeau
That sucks.
Trisha Paytas
2020, he was still okay. I met him in 2019 and he was great. And then 2021 is when sad boy started as dating poses, actually. But I still wanted band. And he was like, couldn't even, like, stand. Couldn't even hold drumsticks.
Tana Mongeau
That's so sad.
Trisha Paytas
It was really sad. The reason I started the band was for him because he, like, I wanted to, like, obviously date. And I was so obsessed with him. And I like, oh, yeah. Because he lived with me for, like, a month in 2019. And, like, I was like, we're gonna start a band together. And, like, really, like, crazy.
Tana Mongeau
You're lying. I don't know any of this. That's wild.
Trisha Paytas
A huge My Chemical Romance fan. So, like, I remember he, like, was here over. Over, like, Christmas and New Year's of 2019, and we would just, like, listen to My Chemical Romance and, like.
Tana Mongeau
No. And you had A Chemical Romance.
Trisha Paytas
We had A Chemical Romance. I was at one point, he was so tiny. He was so skinny, but he was, like, lifting me to take a bath because I probably stunk so bad because we hadn't moved out of the bed for, like, like, a two weeks straight. There was just, like, Taco Bell everywhere.
Tana Mongeau
And I think back at those times in my life, too, where I was, like, with people and I, like, me, at least me, I was on just, like, doing that. Letting the food rot all around you and, like, you think you're so fine and it's so, so sad. Looking back, I was thinking about that the other day. Just those, like, eras of my life.
Trisha Paytas
Where it's just like, my sister came at one point after New Year's, and I think the alarms were going off, so my dad was getting calls. Like, all our security system alarms were going up, but we didn't even know. And my. My sister comes because she had, like, a key, and just, like, tables are turned over and bowls are broken, and this is, like, so crazy.
Tana Mongeau
And you don't remember any of it?
Trisha Paytas
No.
Tana Mongeau
I wouldn't see sunlight for, like, weeks. It was so sad.
Trisha Paytas
My lips were, like, blue. I remember doing a video coming back after, like, a month because I'd never not posted for that long. And, like, my lips were blue and I was, like, so skinny, and it was just, like, so crazy. Like, it was such a crazy time because I was, like, not that person, but, like, yeah, you can get lost.
Tana Mongeau
In, like, that so fast. Especially if you like someone you're dating. Someone who's also on. And then it's like, that's. I mean, that's the first thing they tell you in all of it. Aa na. If you're dating those people, you have to break up with them. And it's so nuts because, like, when you're in it, you don't feel like you have to. You know, you feel like it's us against the world.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, it. Especially with an addict, you really feel like that. Like, you just want to be. Like, you're there together, you're broken, but it's just like you're with each other.
Tana Mongeau
And there's like, you're the. You're the kryptonite. Like, you're the one thing that they. Yeah. It's so Sad and Wild.
Trisha Paytas
2019 was my year of that, for sure. I was with a lot of acts, and addicts are actually like, the. They're actually really sweet people. They don't, like, mean harm to anyone. They're just. Are, like, really.
Tana Mongeau
And just even, like me as, like, someone who has very addictive tendencies, you become, like, addicted to each other, too. So.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
The high of that is just. God, it was. It's dark and crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And I was just so obsessed. But how sad.
Tana Mongeau
Do this. It's. Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
But listen, how did we get there?
Tana Mongeau
The duality of woman. Okay, we've been through a lot.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Tana Mongeau
So we're good now.
Trisha Paytas
It was the water bottle, The Sad Boy 2005.
Tana Mongeau
And then we got to literally, like, our lowest point in life. Life. Like, holy.
Trisha Paytas
So dark. Yeah. Take a call. Our final call. This is our final. Right? This is our final one.
Tana Mongeau
Okay, you're fine. You got a lot of moving parts over there. I could never. Amari's like, my geek squad. If it's anything more than, like, an iPad, I can't work it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I can't even work an iPad.
Tana Mongeau
I'm not even kidding. Like, with editing, if one thing goes wrong on my computer, I start sobbing.
Trisha Paytas
And you are an editor, though. That's techie.
Tana Mongeau
It's so awful. I should stop inside. People who do it for a living, I don't know how.
Trisha Paytas
It's like, editors for a living is wild.
Tana Mongeau
Especially, like, if it's other people and not you. Like, I would go insane.
Trisha Paytas
It's crazy. But some people, like, love and are so good. Like our editor, like, he's so good and funny and quick, and I'm just like, how?
Tana Mongeau
And it's all the little shortcuts, and.
Trisha Paytas
It'S multiple cameras and just. Oh.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, you Lose me at the multiple angles, the reaction videos. That's where you lose me. I've been doing this for 10 years and I can't edit a reaction video either.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, Oscar does our patreon. I'm like, I don't know how this works. He's like, it's easy. I was like, that's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. And then. Exactly. The editors will always hit you or Mari. He's so tech savvy. He's like, it's easy. I'm like, I will stop.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. My easy is like stop on the iPhone and like upload it.
Tana Mongeau
Quite literally even that the cloud. What the. Just play the. Let's play the call.
D
This is Heather from Colorado and I just had a question because my husband was talking to me the other day about a voice that he has in his head. But he said that it's all the time. Like he's constantly hearing a voice in his head and he thought I was crazy when I let him know that there's never a voice in my head. No one's talking to me in my head or it's not my voice. I don't have any voice and I just have visuals and so I'm just trying to understand am I crazy or is my husband a psychic? So love y'all.
Trisha Paytas
Bye.
Tana Mongeau
We love you.
Trisha Paytas
We love you.
Tana Mongeau
Isn't it like 50 of people have a voice and 50 have visual. What do you have?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I have a voice.
Tana Mongeau
I have a voice.
Trisha Paytas
You hear a voice? Yes. I haven't heard of my voice in a while, but I used to have voices.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, but what's your voice? That is. I can't even actually, I always make jokes and I do think I have ADHD. So I'm always having like 15 thoughts at once. So I always make a joke. Like the voices, you know, but I guess it's all my. My thoughts, you know, Other people's voices and other voices. Yeah, but they are like different. Like I'll have really self deprecating thoughts and I'm like, wait, that's not me. Like, shut up. You know what I mean? But I don't know, I would love to have just visuals. That sounds so, so peaceful. Just. Just seeing a little visual and that's.
Trisha Paytas
All the voices flying away.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, the voice, the voice in my head is very much. Just never shuts up and I honestly, I would do anything to turn it off.
Trisha Paytas
What does your voice say?
Tana Mongeau
Oh my God, you're not working hard enough. You're pale, you're. You're there's. Also just good things and thoughts. But like I do at night, like when I lay down at the end of the day, my ADHD, I will be having like 15 thoughts and they are so much like, what do you.
Trisha Paytas
Do to shut it off?
Tana Mongeau
Oh, that is the tale as old as time. I do everything in my power. Like, you know what I mean? I try to movie. I take my magnesium. I take my L Dionine. I take a Benzo now and again. I smoke my I. I do everything. I try. I try to watch something. I have to sleep to a podcast so that I listen to what they're saying so I don't think thoughts.
Trisha Paytas
Which one do you fall asleep to?
Tana Mongeau
Theoan.
Trisha Paytas
He is. He is funny. I know.
Tana Mongeau
It's just so not my like life. So it's like different ones now.
Trisha Paytas
He had Grace O Ali on. He had.
Tana Mongeau
I haven't watched Grace. I need to watch that one because I love there's pretty funny together.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I liked it together.
Tana Mongeau
But yeah, I would do anything for less voice in my head.
Trisha Paytas
So you never just tried meditation where you just.
Tana Mongeau
I've tried it and I suck at it. It's like have no thoughts. What do you literally mean?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, thank God. Meditation. So you're kind of listening to someone else tell you to not think. Like, you clear your head, you are right where you're supposed to be. Everything is fine.
Tana Mongeau
Even that relaxed me. I was like, that's what I'm saying.
Trisha Paytas
Like, you have to find someone that's like, there's an ocean, the breeze. Watch the waves go in and out. Like, you know, just like, can you.
Tana Mongeau
Record this for me?
Trisha Paytas
Like I have it on my ASMR channel. No meditation on it. Because I feel like some people need that distraction. And then like, you literally just like fall asleep to it. It's like so peaceful. Like, it's just.
Tana Mongeau
I should absolutely try that because I'm just rarely in a state of peace. I'm always in a state.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe listen to the Obama before we go to bed is not helping here at all. Thoughts?
Tana Mongeau
It was impulsive before that for a while talk about. Wait, what? Dude? I don't like, I would listen to impulse Impulsive.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I think he was on Impulsive before. Before.
Tana Mongeau
No, Like, I just. My taste in podcasts sometimes is very like around.
Trisha Paytas
I used to listen to Impulsive too. That's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
I do listen to impulsive now again. Yeah, now I. Theo kind of took over. Like I always hyper fixate on one podcast. So I've been loving stand up too to go to sleep. Because it's like watching something but my eyes are closed.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I thought you were gonna do a stand up tour.
Tana Mongeau
I want to. I do want to. I'm just not ready yet. I need to practice more. Yeah, I'm not.
Trisha Paytas
I would think I'd love to come see you at a comedy club. That would be so used to it.
Tana Mongeau
I want to go do it to a bunch of like, old people. Like, I need to make sure I'm actually funny. Not like, it's just like my fans telling me I'm funny.
Trisha Paytas
Like, audience. Because what if, like the old people don't like it, but your audience would like, eat it up? You know what I mean?
Tana Mongeau
I guess that's true. But I think like, true stand up is like, you can make anyone laugh and I, that's. I won't send myself out to do it until I think I'm actually good enough to make anyone laugh.
Trisha Paytas
I see it, I guess maybe just going to like a random bite. Like it's like Matt rife, like, he's not going to go to like a club. Like, that's like. Well, I guess he is girls. And that is crazy when you think about his audience is like girls and gays and he like hates them.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Which is so wild. I always say that. I'm like, what do you mean? Women like his comedy.
Trisha Paytas
He thinks it's like the.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, like, they probably just think he's hot though.
Trisha Paytas
But I think he thinks his audience is like men or something, like, for sure. And. But they're like, not.
Tana Mongeau
Remember when he said God left the tag on about all about. He said Audi vaginas. It looks like God left the tag on. And then like Brooke and I ran with that because were like, no way this man with a female audience said that.
Trisha Paytas
Like, but like we were saying earlier how like the girls will hear like the worst things about like the Zach Brian and being like, love him, like date him. Like, there's probably girls that like ate that up.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, for sure. They were like, God left the tag on. Crazy. Yeah. I have a voice in my head probably like a few. Honestly, that's.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I think it's actually like way more common than you think. And I think if you don't have a voice in her head, it's kind of like hard to like understand it. But a lot of people do.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, it is. I can't imagine imagine not having one, so I can't imagine what it's like not having one and then being like, you have one. Like, it's Right, right. It's mind blowing. It's kind of cool that you guys. Now I need to ask Makoa, like, does he have a voice?
Trisha Paytas
I think Moses doesn't. He has a visual. He's visual.
Tana Mongeau
What about you? You have a voice in your head.
Trisha Paytas
It's very common. And like, is it like, do you hear it, like, or are you just more like. It's just. You're overthinking.
Tana Mongeau
I. I am overthinking. Always overthinking.
Trisha Paytas
So different voice. Sometimes I have like a British voice in my head.
Tana Mongeau
That's crazy. No way.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It's like, Tuesday y. Tuesday is wild.
Trisha Paytas
That's what my voice tells me, Jose.
Tana Mongeau
Like, what? That's so cool, though.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I've had, like, a lot of German voices in my head.
Tana Mongeau
No way. Do you think, wow, I have so many questions on that. Like, I wonder if it's like. Because obviously you can write that off to psychology, but you could also write that off to, like, spirituality. Like, what if it's like, a dead person and, like, you're a medium trying to communicate?
Trisha Paytas
That would be. That would scare me.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, but maybe mediums are also crazy. Like, what do you mean? You're just hearing the dead talk all the time out, go insane.
Trisha Paytas
How do they find you? Or how do you find them?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, you reach out.
Trisha Paytas
That's what I understood when you did. Like, who's the guy that did Crossing Over? Was it John? Remember that? Do you remember that show Crossing Over? He was like, on Oprah and he.
Tana Mongeau
Remember the Long Island Medium.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, with the blonde hair.
Tana Mongeau
And I know. Tyler Henry.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, so, like, that's what I'm saying, John Edward. Yeah, he'd be like, on Oprah and, like, maybe the Long island medium too. Like, they're going on these talk shows and they just like, okay, someone in the front just, like, lost their husband and they're like, okay, he's coming through. Like, how did you find him so quickly?
Tana Mongeau
You know, so many people up there. Isn't it like an arena? Like, you know, like, how did you. That is nuts.
Trisha Paytas
That's what I'm saying. Like, I. I do maybe believe in.
Tana Mongeau
It, but especially for television, because there's got to be a day where just no one comes through and you have to be like, I found him.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, exactly. It probably is a little bit as far as the TV ones go.
Tana Mongeau
Maybe a little judged up. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
But I don't know. It's just crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Believe in it. Yeah, I. I try not to believe in, like, ghoster mediums. I don't want, like, any of them coming through to me.
Tana Mongeau
You know what I mean? But now I need to ask every person I know if they have visual or if they have voice. Because that is just so interesting to me.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like it is probably half and half because, yeah, so many people I know that, like, don't have the.
Tana Mongeau
Voices, but I'm just imagining all the visual people have a more peaceful life, for sure.
Trisha Paytas
That they're the calm ones. Let us know in the comments. Do you hear voices or just see pictures or do you have nothing? Because if you have nothing, like the Buddhists, they have nothing in their head because they're just meditating eight hours a day. And that's such a beautiful thing. Could you imagine just being present and no thoughts? That's like the ultimate goal.
Tana Mongeau
That is the ultimate goal. I am whatever the exact opposite of that is. I just got a book, the Power of Now, and I want to read it about.
Trisha Paytas
Did you read it?
Tana Mongeau
No, I haven't.
Trisha Paytas
Changed my life. That was the first book I started with.
Tana Mongeau
Swear?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Well, technically it was. The Secret was the first book I started with and I liked it. That's more about, like, manifesting and stuff. But then the Power of Now is so good. Eckhart Tolle, like, amazing.
Tana Mongeau
No way.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. I went on the Soul Boom with Rain Wilson and he was. That was like. His favorite book was like, power.
Tana Mongeau
What was your biggest takeaway?
Trisha Paytas
Being in the present and just being like.
Tana Mongeau
Does it give you ways to practice it?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Yeah, very much so. Just very much. Being present, being conscious, like all that stuff.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I can't wait. Because I am so not present. It's so bad.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
And mentally everywhere.
Trisha Paytas
It's such a good book. I have to, like, reread it. It was. That was like, life changing for me and I started reading like, so many other ones. But it's amazing.
Tana Mongeau
I just. Yeah, I get, like, sad at myself because I'm so not present. Even just with writing my book, I like, notice myself. I get to these places in my life and I hit this wall because I'm like. I really, like. I don't know if it's my memories or the things other people have told me that I'm remembering and, like, I just wasn't present, you know, it's so common.
Trisha Paytas
But that's like more trauma response. It's like when you kind of don't remember.
Tana Mongeau
It's my biggest thing. My trauma response entirely is just not remembering.
Trisha Paytas
Disassociation, Blacked out. Yeah. I don't Remember? Hi. So interesting. Do you have someone helping you with your book? Like, kinda helping you with your story? Because I have someone that, like, helps me so, like, kind of gives me like, okay, so what happened here? What did you like? Kind of those kind of things. So it helps me guide, but kind of the same thing. When he asked about childhood, it's like, I don't. I don't remember. Like, you know what I mean? And, like, I do remember here and there, but I think I feel like something crazier even happened, that I'm just like, okay, I know we talked about this. I talked about this. Like, 5,000 podcasts on here and on my own, and I'm so over it. But, like, you seen Blink twice?
Tana Mongeau
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Tana Mongeau
So no, I love it.
Trisha Paytas
He's like, how. He's like, you know the greatest gift. Gift is forgetting, right? It's like not remembering. And that's the reason. Spoiler if you haven't seen it. But, like, that's the reason he came up with this. Like, what is it, the perfume or something? So people forget the trauma and. Because his sister, like, his sister couldn't remember, but he could. Or something like that. His trauma. It's crazy because obviously they traumatize these women on the island, but then, like, they forget it, and then they're just, like, so happy and.
Tana Mongeau
And fine. And it is. I like, do feel that way. Like, I don't remember a lot of my childhood. So, like, I guess it's good, but it's in there somewhere and manifests in other ways. So it's like.
Trisha Paytas
You know what I'm saying? It resonated me. Like, it is such a gruesome. And, like, a lot of people didn't like it because they thought it was, like, too much or tasteless. And it is, like, very, like, trigger warning, all of it. Like, it's very triggering. But it just was, like, so real because it's like, yeah, you could have all this trauma and completely forget about it. And not only forget about it, be like, happy to be with your. Or whatever, you know?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Which is nuts.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And it's. I think it's, like, so real because that's like your trauma response in your head. It's got, like, so weird.
Tana Mongeau
But no, it's. No, it's so real. It's my biggest trauma response. I do not remember. Remember anything.
Trisha Paytas
Do not remember or like, you kind of, like, kind of do. And that's where. That's when it gets in trouble. Because then you're like, I kind of remember It, I don't know for sure.
Tana Mongeau
And it's like.
Trisha Paytas
And then people of course will be like, well, you don't remember this or you said this and then it changed this exact.
Tana Mongeau
It wasn't this exact timeline. It wasn't this, it wasn't that. I'm just doing my best, dude. Like I don't. Yeah, I don't remember so much of my life.
Trisha Paytas
Like when it's a book, it's like in print. So you just want to make sure it's like. Yeah, but it's.
Tana Mongeau
I was writing about that in my book because it's like I always just like. I don't know, like even just my friends will be like, do you remember this? And it was like the best thing ever. And then I say no and I like watch the light leave their eyes. And it makes me so sad that like I was there but I wasn't, you know, it's like one of my saddest things.
Trisha Paytas
So much. I know I've been like so present since like 2021 and I like love it and it's like great and I feel like it's wonderful.
Tana Mongeau
But I'm gonna, I'm working on that this year. That's a goal of mine to just. Even just with touring, I was like, holy. I did all of that but I was going so fast I wasn't present and like, like I had fun and you know, I think you gotta be in the moment.
Trisha Paytas
I was so in the moment with the Michelle. I was so in it. Cuz I've never had that much support. So I remember each face, I remember each smell. Like he just like really, really loved it. And so I was never like that with my other tours either.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I need to just really focus. I. In the moment, I think I'm being as present as possible. But then I look back and I just don't remember much and it makes me so sad.
Trisha Paytas
It's hard when you have a lot going on too.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, it's like a lot. But yeah, I'm just always moving very fast.
Trisha Paytas
Slow it down.
Tana Mongeau
I gotta slow it down. I don't know how this year for you.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Any tips in the comments, let me know.
Trisha Paytas
Have a baby. It'll slow you down a little bit. A little bit. But not really.
Tana Mongeau
I mean that's what everyone tells me. But then, yeah, I feel like I would just be like you and be still.
Trisha Paytas
I need to, I do need to slow down. That is my other thing. I need to like slow down a little. But you know when opportunities.
Tana Mongeau
But you're killing it. That's the thing. You and I both have that. It's like, I can't say no.
Trisha Paytas
I know. It's like the tour is, like, so fun, and I'm like, this is my final one. But I know. I'm, like, so addicted. But I just. I need to. I need to also be more here.
Tana Mongeau
No, I think you're. You're killing it. I can't wait for your tour.
Trisha Paytas
I'm so excited. Yeah, it's.
Tana Mongeau
I'm so excited.
Trisha Paytas
So good.
Tana Mongeau
And then my whole for you page always becomes Trisha tour content. And I love, love it.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I was so sad about the Tik Tok. But I'm like, do I even go on tour? Like, what's the point if no one's going to Tik Tok it, you know?
Tana Mongeau
So real. No. And I have to go to the bathroom again.
Trisha Paytas
