President Trump spoke with Chinese President Xi Jinping Wednesday, embarrassed Franco Ordonez reports that Trump says he had a positive call covering a wide range of global issues.

The president said the two leaders discussed Taiwan, the Russian Ukraine war and Iran. They also discussed Trump's upcoming trip to Beijing in April. Trump wrote on social media the relationship with China and my personal relationship with President Xi is an extremely good one and we both realize how important it is to keep it that way. Trump said they also discussed trade, including for US Agriculture products. He said China agreed to increase its purchase of US Produced soybeans. He went on to say he expects many positive results over the next three years of his presidency while working with President Xi. Franco Ordonez, NPR News the White House.

Today show host Savannah Guthrie has posted a video message on social media asking anyone who might be holding her 84 year old mother to provide proof that she's alive. Guthrie appeared in the Instagram video with her brother and sister. Their mother vanished from her home near Tucson, Arizona, over the weekend.
