A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has found that the Trump administration disobeyed his order to turn back two planes carrying migrants it was deporting to a prison in El Salvador last month. Bob hall didn't set out to make history in 1975. He just heard some fellow wheelchair athletes talking about maybe doing his hometown marathon and a mixture of pride and competitiveness took over.
