In a social media post this morning, he said U.S. officials would be returning to Islamabad late Monday for more negotiations. But then he also resumed his threats to target civilian infrastructure if Iran doesn't make a deal. Quote, we're offering a very fair and reasonable deal and I hope they take it because if they don't, the United States is going to knock out every single power plant and every single bridge in Iran. No more Mr. Nice Guy, exclamation point.

In Shreveport, Louisiana, at least eight children are dead, ranging in age from 1 to 14 after a domestic disturbance turned into a mass shooting. But police Corporal Chris Bourdleon says the gunman has been identified as Shamar Elkins and that seven of the children shot and killed are believed to be his.
Chris Bourdleon (2:32)
The mother of the children was also shot and had very serious injuries, although we are hopeful she will recover. There is another female that was in this residence that has life threatening injuries. We are hopeful that she will pull through.
