He also added the Israeli attack would not stop Qatar's efforts to mediate an end to the war in Gaza. In isra, Rubio visited the Western Wall with Israel's prime minister, who equated the strength of the relationship with the US to the strong stones of the Jewish holy site. Rubio says he's expressing President Trump's displeasure with the attack on Doha while also showing unfettered support of Israel. Next week, the UN Is set to focus on the war in Gaza, with major countries expected to announce recognition of a Palestinian state. Carrie Khan, NPR News, Jerusalem.

Eastern Europe remains on edge this weekend after 19 Russian drones entered Polish airspace last week. President Trump says the incursion may have been a mistake by Moscow, but Texas Congressman Michael McCaul disagrees. The Republican Sunday offered a dire warning.

We've never seen anything like this in recent times. And so what I'm concerned about is that the escalation here and the temperature rising. We got to be very careful not to be on the precipice of a World War Three.

McCall was speaking on ABC's this Week. Charlie. Kirk's church in Phoenix held its first Sunday service since the conservative activist was killed last week. As NPR's Sarah Ventri reports, church leadership is looking ahead at how to continue Kirk's legacy.
Sarah Ventri
Sunday morning's church service at Dream City Church in Phoenix emphasized the impact of Kirk's life and the ways in which this church community, which has strong links to Kirk's Turning Point USA Place, plans to continue his legacy. There was an open forum for people to ask questions, and conservative commentator Brandon Tatum was also in attendance.

These cowards. These cowards thought that they could end or eliminate the movement. They just made it bigger. They just made it stronger.

Brian Kilmeade is apologizing for comments he made this week about killing homeless people. A panel discussion on Fox and Friends last Wednesday turned to a homeless man who was arrested in connection with the murder. Kilmeade said anyone who was homeless and did not accept offered public services should be given an involuntary lethal injection. He then added, just kill them. On Sunday, he called his comments callous. You're listening to NPR News. The Trump administration is sending a $58 million request to Congress for additional security funds for the executive and judicial branches. The request comes in the wake of the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. News of the request comes from a White House official who is not authorized to share the request publicly. Some of the money would be used for enhanced security for Supreme Court justices. It was a Super bowl rematch Sunday when the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles traveled to play the Kansas City Chiefs and the East Eagles won again 2017. Greg Eklund has more from Kansas City.
Greg Eklund
In the same manner as Super Bowl L, the Eagles defense came up with a key interception when the Chiefs were intent on taking a fourth quarter lead deep in Eagles territory. That interception changed the momentum and allowed Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts to cap the ensuing drive with a one yard touchdown run.
Michael McCaul

Greg Eklund
His touchdown put the game out of reach and raised the super bowl defending champions record to two. And oh. For NPR News, I'm Greg Eklund in Kansas City.
