In Washington, I'm Giles Snyder. Authorities in Paris say two suspects have been arrested linked to last weekend's heist of some of the French crown jewels at the Louvre Museum. Paris's prosecutor says the arrest from made last night and that one of the suspects was taken into custody as he was preparing to fly out of the country. President Trump has overseeing the signing of a deal normalizing relations between Thailand and Cambodia after their short border war in July. Speaking in Malaysia, Trump described the deal as a monumental step, the agreement not a final settlement, but begins a process of demilitarization. Thailand's foreign Minister Sei Sak Phyong Kikao told reporters that the deal would change the situation on the ground.

Forecasters say the storm could continue to intensify before making landfall in the coming days. Several deaths have already been reported in Haiti and the Dominican Republic due to flooding. Authorities in Jamaica say they've activated hundreds of shelters and are warning residents of storm surge of up to 13ft along parts of the coast. The slow moving hurricane is expected to drop as much as 40 inches of rain on the region over the coming days, causing massive flooding, landslides and power outages. Parts of Cuba, the southeast Bahamas and Turks and Caicos are also being warned of potential impacts this week.

The shooting happened during homecoming festivities on the campus of Lincoln University. Christopher Debrina Sarabe is the county district attorney.

Lincoln University is a historically black school about an hour's drive southwest of Philadelphia. A 19 year old Vanderbilt University student has won half a million dollars after successfully kicking a 33 yard field goal. Cynthia Abrams with member station WPLN reports that the spectacle was part of ESPN's College Game Day kicking contest.
