The invasive species is spreading through the Mediterranean because of warming seas tied to climate change. The fish's organs contain a deadly neurotoxin. They damage fishing nets and reduce catches around the Greek islands. Fishermen are being paid more than €5 a kilogram to remove the species after two rounds of the PGA Championship underway in Cromwell, Connecticut.
