Ryan Hart had built up a community, gym, and group of athletes with HartFit in Illinois and Team Flatliners! Now that he has moved to Colorado he has recreated the facility by Colorado Springs where they are putting on an Havoc at HartFit!

We discuss how he first found OCR, why he started HartFit, how Team Flatliners came about, the sport has changing over the years, the move to Colorado, adapting to elevation, wild moose, his exciting upcoming event, and much more!
